I called CRC Plumbing, earlier this week and spoke to Mr. Clete Rheinlaender and he worked around my schedule to do the work. Both Mr. Rheinlaender and his assistant arrived at the appointed time. They both were very professional, kind and courteous. They quickly went to work and replaced both water spigots in our laundry room which created a wet floor and wall and now black mold.
They did great work in replacing both hot/cold spigots double checked their work to ensure there was no water leaks replaced the washing machine after connecting water hoses.
They cleaned up after their selves and left. Thank you both for all your hard work and professionalism. We will highly recommend CRC Plumbing and will use their services again when needed.

Had  a clogged toilet I couldn't fix myself. CRC plumbing called me back first thing in the morning and was able to come over immediately.  I was so thankful.  He was able to unclog the toilet instantly. He noticed a minor correction needed in the tank and took care of that also. Much appreciated.  Clete and Blake were friendly, professional and courteous.  Very thankful. He even uses venmo and zelle. Which makes payments so easy.

Clete and his team have done several projects for me from replacing water heaters to clearing clogged pipes to replacing outdoor faucets. He is very professional and his work is top notch. Don't settle for anyone less. When you have any plumbing needs give Clete a call.

Clete was very responsive and immediately came to help diagnose a plumbing problem I had. The work appears to be holding up.  He was courteous as well.

I knocked off 2 stars due to miscommunication. I asked how much the work would cost. He quoted a service call and the price of the materials. I asked if he could also do a cracked hose bib. He agreed but needed to confirm the price of materials.

I get home and find the invoice he left my wife includes 2 service calls. Upon asking him why he said he quoted my wife the first one when he arrived (before I got home on the first day) and quoted me (15 minutes after he spoke to my wife) the second service call. My wife said a service call was never discussed.

You judge. If we should have known we were getting two service call charges, add in the other two stars as everything else was fine.

They took care of my problem quickly and were very reasonable. I was quite happy with them and won't hesitate to hire them again the next time something comes up.

I talked to Clete today about a garbage disposal that wasn't running.  He wasn't available today but asked what the issue was and as I explained it he walked me through how to diagnose and fix it, and I'm no handyman.  I think it speaks volumes about the way he runs his business and I will absolutely give his company my paying business the next time needed.

Very happy. Spoke with Clete on the phone and set-up an appointment the next afternoon. He was running late, but that was fine because he cared enough to communicate - which seems to be rare these days. Looked at the problem, a broken shower handle rod in a Moen cartridge. I had bought a replacement at a big box store, but it wasn't good for the repair. Clete said he had a handle that would work offsite, and had no problem coming back to install it the next day. He did just that. The cartridge was a bear to get out, but he got it out and fixed everything, with the proper handle he provided.

Professional, communicative, fair pricing, and excellent service - qualities that are unfortunately forgotten these days. My plumbing headaches, as far as any services, are done. I know if I have a problem, I can pick up the phone and call Clete and it will be taken care of the right way.

VERY HAPPY!!  Had a leak of course at night. Couldn't find anyone to come at night but Clete was able to get out the next day and fixed us all up. Very nice and friendly. Only did what he had to do and nothing more...and I mean that in a good way. Thank you soooo much!!!  Oh and wooo pig!!

We just had our leaky hot water pipes fixed by Clete and Spencer and are very happy! They are kind and courteous and got the job done. Affordable, too!

Clete is a professional. He was able to carve out time to arrive the same day I contacted him to fix our hot water heater. He diagnosed the problem, located a part when most stores were closed and came back and fixed it. He was polite, kind and communicated what our problem was and the cost to fix it very clearly. cRc Plumbing will be who I call from now on when my family needs a plumber. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Fast, Fair, Fantastic!!  Hired Clete to replace my garbage disposal - he did a great job for a fair price.  Then I showed him a hose bib I thought I needed to replace and instead of quoting me to replace, he tightened a nut and fixed it!  What a relief!  Great guy , great service!
