We were scheduled on Monday afternoon from 12 to 2pm.  I called him around this period, no one answered.  Then I messaged him via Yelp, no response as well.   Late afternoon, I got his message On my way! Will catch you tomorrow .    Not reliable , no response, waste time .

Nothing worse than a leaking toilet.  Tim came out the same day, and was able to figure out where the leak was, and replaced the toilet.  Worked hard, and was very reasonably priced.  Will definitely use again!  Great customer service!

Had them out to replace my garbage disposal and install a faucet, charged more than $450 for that and I supplied the faucet. Our toilet started running the night before so I had him look at that too and he said it needed a complete rebuild and would be another $300. I got online and bought the part for less the $20 and fixed it myself in 15 minutes and I am not handy. Work was fine but will completely screw you on price!

They set a timely appt. and advised about a delay. They did their best to fix my installed incorrectly toilet in a timely manner. And they gave me a 30 day warranty. Had another co. Bid the job and got a 400.00 quote. Chris' guys did it for almost 25%less. And I like to use local companies. The other co. Was out of area.  Clean, honest and friendly.

I reached out to Magna Mechanical due to some plumbing issues I needed to address. Matthew Roberts  was by far the most knowledgeable and professional plumber that explained every single detail of the services he provided. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing concerns.

I highly recommend FTR Service Company.  He rescheduled his day to accommodate a plumbing repair that we needed right away.  He's on time, friendly, and within budget!!

We had some snafus with the job, I wasn't too happy, but to the owner's great credit he didn't charge me.   That is admirable.  I will try them again next time I need a plumber.  Anyone who runs a business like that must have been a victim of miscommunication and or circumstances.  Recommended.

Friday night our toilet clogged and stayed clogged no matter what we did (our other toilet had been removed for a remodel). Over the weekend!  After speaking to several plumbers on Saturday morning, we selected Byron McDaniel simply because he could get here the soonest. He arrived right on time Sunday morning and installed a new one. He was pleasant and very quick. No mess left behind and his price was very reasonable. I would recommend McDaniels plumbing to anyone and will definitely use him again. Thank you Byron!

We had a plumbing leak and our neighbor recommended Big Lee. I can't say enough positive things about Lee and Jacob. They worked hard, found several plumbing problems and fixed them all with the least amount of damage to our walls and at a fair price. My kitchen sink exploded!  Not exactly, but that's what it felt like at the time. My mom peeled a 5 pound bag of potatoes and put the peels in the disposal.... The drain pipe detached from the disposal and I needed help ASAP - I mean, we had a lot of people coming for dinner to eat those 5 pounds of potatoes!  ALEX answered my my desperate plea for help at 3:45 on Friday afternoon and walked me through how to fix the pipe connection myself!  Cheapest plumber service call I've ever made.  Alex was so kind, calm and helpful!   Thanks so much Alex and Lex's Plumbing, you saved the day!!

While digging in my yard on Memorial Day 2018, I hit a water line and had to have Chaz come out on call.  He showed up and handled the job very quickly and professionally.  So glad we were able to get the pipe fixed in a hurry, with such great service!

Keyco came out this morning  man had no mask on and nose dripping  I have problem with hot water heater.  He didnt know what the problem  was so told me not to worry until my  house exploited.  They charged my a trouble high price for nothing.  Complained to office manager and was told that is the way it  is  so beware

Dial one Johnson is a great small business. Got a new fridge and needed a new waterline replacement. They were here within 45 minutes after I called, they took time to explain what was required. Will be the only company that I will call from now on.

Wow! If you want to pay 2x the quoted price this is your place. Couldn't believe for toilet reset  and shower valve ( which became a bigger  issue to fix) that 1600$ price was a shock - quoted was 650. When asked for itemized list for parts , we don't do that was manager response. NEVER again will I use this company. Funny there motto in the bill is serving with integrity don't think so

Firstly, they messed up my AC on a checkup. Switch up some wires that caused my AC to short out. Thank goodness my father in law knows a thing or two about HVAC and helped me figure it out. They came to my house where I had roots in my main sewer line and I asked them to clean it out and instead they told me I had roots and needed to replace the pipe. I knew this already and needed their help to cut the roots out, not tell me what my problem was. This company is just looking for easy money and has no regard for service. They have charged me a lot of money over the years and done me very little good service. I guess maybe I am the moron who keeps trying them out. Never again.

I had my foundation cracks fixed by Olshan and have no complaints. Jesus and his crew did a great job limiting the mess around the house then double checked that all of the existing issues were fixed and explained what to expect in the next couple of months. I will definitely be recommending Olshan to friends and family.
