Recently purchased a house and our agent hired them to come do an inspection on our septic. Their report indicated nothing wrong. Within 3 days of moving in our downstairs bathroom flooded. We contacted them to let them know what was happening and they took forever to respond back and when they did they tried to blame it on the plumbing without sending anyone to take a look. We called a new septic company to come out and take a look at it and the pump is bad and the tank is showing signs of caving in. None of this was on the report. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!! Would give zero stars if I could.

I was a bit dissatisfied at first due to a scheduling mixup. However, the next day Josh arrived on time and with great energy. I needed to have the faucet in my shower fixed but he earned my trust by doing great work and not pressuring me. He gave me options I didn't know I had so that I could research & make informed decisions on things that had seemed too daunting to have addressed for years. I then set another appointment to have all of my toilets replaced, garbage disposal removed, a set of shower fixtures replaced-and Josh even quickly resolved a bad odor that was coming from a drain in my laundry closet for years that myself and family had unsuccessfully tried to resolve. He paid attention to detail and efficiently removed the garbage disposal and installed the new pipe in a way that gave me more space under the sink. I'm very pleased and will use Premier Plumbing, LLC for my future needs.

Starting in 1998, I've repeatedly chosen to work with Dan of G.A.S., a few times for repairs, after he installed 6 nat. gas appliances in my home in Springfield--2 wall heaters, then 2 fireplace gas logs, later switching to gas dryer & stove.
Today we had to replace the 1st 2 wall heaters he installed in 1998, so 22 years ago.
Dan is responsive, prompt, thorough, careful to explain all you need to know, all bases covered, resolves every detail, reasonably priced.
FIVE STAR SERVICE EVERY TIME!!!

I called This company to inquire about coming out to a home that I manage in the area. He was very rude overall and ended up hanging up to me. I was hoping to have a great relationship with a plumber for this home and another; however during his call, he was unwilling to work with me because I am work for a property management company and he's fighting to get paid from other management companies. I assured him that this wouldn't be a problem as I could pay at time of work with a credit card. he stated he does not take credit cards. We discussed service fees and then that is where he stated his service call fee of $125 to look at a toilet. From there I asked him if that was standard cost as it seemed a bit high (just a general question as I am not from that area). He then proceeded to say if you don't like it and it's too high then look for someone else. Then he hung up. I called this company because of the high reviews he had. WOW, I was wrong but glad I found out before he did anything on a home that I manage. Will never use this company again, simply rude, unwilling and unprofessional. Can I give 0 Stars??!!

We just had to have our whole house repiped & I can not say enough about Kyle Jones, owner of Atlantic Plumbing Services, Inc. & his guys Jeremy & Evan.These guys were here early every morning & worked hard all day long.  Kyle came the very next day after our pipe broke. Everyone else was 2-6 weeks out, but because it was an emergency he took care of us. His price was better than the other 7 plumbers we called too! I highly recommend him! Excellent Service!!!
The building Inspector just came & said he did a really good job & that it was amazing what they can really do!

Absolutely the best! Our bathroom remodel project was behind schedule because of another plumber who decided he didn't want to show up. Called Styles, gave us a bid and was here three days later with a crew of three and finish the job the same day! Very professional, very nice, cleaned up their mess on the way out. The crew worked well together and definitely knew what they were doing. Very relieved!! Would recommend them to everybody!

Two bathrooms in my property were backing up. I was extremely irritated because the same issue occurred 3 months ago and was supposedly fixed by another plumber. This time I called Jim to check it out. He found that the previous plumber used improper pipes and connectors and never tied the laundry to the septic. None of the previous work was done to code. He discovered the prior work required a permit which the previous plumber never pulled. Jim came in and replaced everything with the required materials and pulled all the correct permits. His work was inspected by the city and passed with flying colors. His service was superb! I love how he took the time to go over everything he was going to do in great detail. He also helped lay out how exactly I should go after the other plumber to get a refund and even offered to represent me in court. If that's not great service then I don't know what is. Let's just say I'll be using Jim over and over again. I highly recommend his service!

Gator was booked through Home Advisor for a whole house re-plumbing estimate at noon on a Friday. Gator did not show up so after waiting an hour I called their office to find out what happened. I was told they were still coming and they were just late. I waited all afternoon. No one showed up, not even the courtesy of a phone call from anyone at Gator. Not impressed! Wouldn't trust them to show up for a job.

Terrible experience. First of all, when I set up the appt I told the dispatcher that you have to go thru the visitor entrance so that the security company can call me to authorize your entrance. The morning of my appt I'm sitting by the phone waiting for the call and there is a knock on my door hi I'm from the plumber company is all he said. Ummm...how did you get in? And he said oh I just followed someone in and I said that's a major security violation and how was I supposed to know that he was who he said he was. That was beyond disturbing in my view. Anyway I told him my hot water wasn't working. He walked in my shower and turned on the faucet and put his hand under the water then he shrugged his shoulder and said dismissively feels warm to me and basically dismissing me as if my concerns didn't matter. It was early in the morning and I was already upset and unnerved that this guy violated security rules and got past security without notifying anyone and now he acted like I had hot water when I didn't. Now it's almost a week later and I still have no hot water and I got charged $150 and nothing was done.

This company has given us the worst customer support that we have ever encountered from any company that has sold us a active unit send out worthless the technicians nothing has worked right at all from day one not impressed not happy not please don't deal with them
