After installing solar and being told by the installer that there was not enough room under the panels for the pigeons to access, they moved in with a vengeance. After going up on the roof one day, I was shocked to see eggs, dead birds and several wheelbarrows of poop. Yikes!!! After researching Yelp, I got bids from several pigeon abatement services. Cabana was not the cheapest, but came in much higher in Yelp ratings. After speaking with Rochelle, I was told that there would be a trip charge for the west valley to complete the estimate. I sent photos to her, which prevented the extra trip and saved me $35.00. She is a real pleasure to work with.

After getting rained out on my scheduled install, they got me back in the schedule in just a few days. Alfredo and his two sons, Davan, and Andrés, showed up the following Monday for the install. Everyone was happy and friendly. I thought the boys worked well with their dad. Alfredo did a brief inspection to point out potential problem areas. In just a couple of hours, my panels were screened in and they had placed bird guard on my chimney and vents. I asked how the wire was affixed to the panels and was told that they cut tabs into the wire and tucked them under the panels. They told me it was done this way to avoid voiding panel warranty by drilling. The screens seem very secure, and was told that it was warranted against further intrusion. The only thing is that I can't find any warrant information on their website. Maybe they will comment to this post. After installing the wire, there were about 20 pigeons roaming the roof looking lost. So far, so good! Hopefully they will move on in a couple of weeks. I look forward to the time when pigeon poop and eggs quit dropping on the ground all around my house! I am happy with the work Cabana Pigeon services has done and will provide an update when the birds move on!

Been reading reviews on here and they seem to be okay did call the company for them to come our first ting's first. I was told they did service my area however, I would have to cover gas prices since gas is so high (ridiculous) he was ok but, very unhelpful and was a bit cocky about the services that they could possibly provided but, could not give me any type of answer what so ever or even a ball park range of pricing then proceeded to tell me he was unsure if he could help all in about a few moment conversation. I guess thus will not be the company of choice lack of professionalism and customer service. Thanks for a call back!

I contacted Alfredo and he was able to come out and check out my pigeon problem. He completed the previously done work by another company, and took care of all of the problem areas. He pressure washed the roof and solar panels, and provided before and after pictures, an excellent company to do business with.

I contacted Cabana for a quote and made an appointment with Alfredo. He came out, did a thorough inspection, and provided me with a quote including pictures and recommendations to remediate the areas on my roof and solar panels where pigeons and other birds could nest. I accepted their bid and an appointment was set for installation. Alfredo and son showed up at the appointed time and did great work power washing the areas where there was bird feces and installing all the various prevention measures on my roof and solar panels. I'm very happy with the services they provided. Any questions I had were answered courteously and professionally. Alfredo also made absolutely sure I was happy with the installation plans before proceeding and would inform me of things of which I should be aware before moving forward. Great quality, great service. I would highly recommend you give them a call.

Definitely value for your money. Will use them again if needed...though with the quality of very good workmanship done, I probably won't be calling soon. That's a very good thing. I don't want the pigeons finding a way into the roof. Highly recommend.

Very happy with company. I had 3 estimates done to put up a bird barrier around my solar panels. Cabana was very responsive and came in with a fair price. Very courteous and friendly. They came out and gave me a written estimate. Estimate was very clear and precise on what was going to be done, material used and warranty. Professionally completed the job. Based on my experience and research I recommend Cabana for bird barrier installations around solar panels. I will be calling them when it comes time to power wash my panels.

I had gotten 4 estimates for the spikes/cleaning job I needed and Cabana came directly in the mid range cost wise but was by far the most thorough in their estimate.  There were pictures with highlights showing what areas were included in the estimate which was pretty impressive in my book.  The best part was that the actual work exceeded my expectations.  I paid a reasonable extra fee to have the spikes painted the color of my house and I struggled to see them at first.  Alfredo and team are very personable and professional.  Highly recommended!!

We request the couple to install metal net on the roof venting holes to get rid of birds on the attic.Both of them were so nice to supply extra  detail to help me and my husband to understand their proposal. During the appointment, both of them did excellent job. During the work, they found out that they need to bring a big tall ladder in order to install the screen, due to the unique location of some of the venting holes. To help us fully get rid of birds on the attic, they decide to bring the ladder back next time to finish the work. They did what they promised, and came back next time to install the metal net to cover the rest venting holes.This helps us eventually solve the issue . Thank you so much Alfredo and Rochelle!

Great company! Professional and experienced staff.  Quality work, and they even power washed the roof, house and driveway too! We live next to a lake in our community and the pigeons are taking over our home! This was a great fix to the pigeon problem and investment for our roof and new paint. I would highly recommend.

We used Cabana for birds roosting in our eaves. They were quick to come out to see our problem areas and gave us a decent quote. We took the first available date which was a bit away. The scheduled morning they called and had to reschedule due to a medical emergency.
The birds have flown the coop after hanging around for a few days after the grids were put up. The grids are somewhat more noticeable than we originally thought, which is the only reason for not five stars. The birds are no longer nesting there and it was all cleaned up. We would recommend Cabana for your bird problems!

So I had a Pigeon problem so off to yelp I go! Found this company and they do a free estimate with a drone around your house and email you the pictures. It's a husband and wife team so you get the same crew each time so reviews so be golden everytime. They showed up on time and was always responsive on email. They did all the work in a timely manner and when I emailed them about a trouble area after the service and payment they came back out the very day to fix the issue. We have a huge pigeon problem in our house and neighborhood.  We had 10 pigeons nesting in our patio eaves. After being stood up by two other pigeon companies, I was really excited when Alfredo guaranteed me he'd have someone out within a few days. After having someone out to survey our property, he sent me a detailed quote along with many before pictures. He got me on the schedule for about two weeks out, and the day of, he and his brother showed up on time and worked thoroughly for about four hours to pigeon proof our patio and carport. They power washed and sanitized the floor and left the area very clean. We are very happy with the job that they did.

I've been a home owner now for a little over a year and wow have I been learning about all the weird stuff you never really expected to have to resolve. Enter my house lol.

Our house is equipped with solar panels, yay! But with these panels came a new problem of pigeons nesting underneath them more specifically over my home office. Wow do pigeons make a lot of noise when making nests but more importantly my wife and I were concerned about any health risks (pigeon poo) and possible damage they could cause to the panels or the roof with long term nesting. After searching multiple sites and speaking with another two companies I cam across Cabana Pigeon Services.

After working with Rochelle to schedule the initial walk around and estimate then meeting her and Alfredo in person, I knew I found some kind, caring, and trustworthy people. They both were extremely polite and very informative through the entire estimate process and this was just before the holidays near the end of 2020.

After a few weeks of discussing next steps with my wife we finally decided to hire Alfredo and team to evict the pigeons and keep them out! And a huge shout out to Alfredo and Rochelle for dealing with my millions of questions and concerns given that we had just had roof tiles replaced and were not thrilled to have people walking on the roof again so soon. But Alfredo and Rochelle answered every single question and re-assured us that they treat their customers homes like their own; I can truly feel that.

The work looks great and they were on time and fairly quick given the amount of work which was awesome! Roger who was there with Alfredo was also super polite and informative as well. Great team all around :D

Now we have had two small issues with these rats with wings (pigeons) since having the exclusion installed but Alfredo and Rochelle have been fantastic to work with and stand behind their work which has been a huge relief on me. Not only does Alfredo run a family business but he also treats you like family.  So, I knew I was going to do business with Alfredo when we met.  He was punctual, knowledgeable and did not try to upsell any of his products although he could've of easily agreed to some of my requests.  We talked about the areas that were problematic and he followed up with an estimate the same day while answering several of my questions through email (Thanks Rochelle!).

The results were really impressive!  Not only did Alfredo and Dean (his brother) do what we agreed on (spikes, barricade, etc) but they also cleaned up the mess from top to bottom.  They also cleaned in areas that I didn't really expect them to do - thanks for cleaning the porch and balcony areas!

The guys just did an excellent job fencing off all my eaves and laying spikes down.   Very professional, showed up on time and walked me thru before and after the completing the work.    Pressure washed all areas before installing and then pressure washed all the droppings that fell down away from the house.  Looks better then when they showed up.  Thanks

We have lived in our house for nine years and until a few months ago we had never had a problem with pigeons. Recently a group of pigeons started roosting on the house next door and then made their way over to our house. They were making a horrible mess on the sidewalk on the side of our house, so we finally decided we had to do something about it. We found Cabana Pigeon Services on yelp and were impressed with the positive reviews. We contacted them about our concerns and they responded immediately. Within a week, the work was completed and we have no more pigeons, no more mess! I would highly recommend this company.

Alfredo runs a top-notch company! This company was 1/2 the cost of Southwest Avian Solutions and did way better work! (SW Avian did my home back in 2011 when they were called Wings N' Stings) Cabana Pigeon Services was timely, clean, and provided high-quality service! I would recommend them to anyone looking for quality work at a fraction of the cost of other companies!

1.) All contacts with the staff went very well. Everyone was nice and took the time to answer questions and explain everything thoroughly.
2.) They showed up on time for estimate and for scheduled date and work for work .
3.) Staff provided before / after photos of all their work. Everything looks great and they were very considerate in moving the kids toys etc that were left in the work zone .
4.) They weren't the lowest bid . However, the cheapest isn't always the best . Sometimes , you get what you pay for . In this case, definitely worth the difference.

I am so glad I called Cabana to help me with my pigeon problem. The pigeons I had were relentless. I had feathers and bird poop everywhere and the pigeons even effected my neighbor's backyard since our house is so close together. Alfred and his team came and did a thorough job. They power washed the poop areas, added spikes, removed the nests and blocked off any corners so they couldn't renest. Very glad I left this to the professionals because it was a lot of work. I seen a disappointed pigeon try to come back the next day looking for somewhere to go but couldn't find his old spot so it flew off. Since then I haven't seen or heard any pigeons around. I just have to give a HUGE shout out to Cabana Pigeon Services! They came out this morning to perform a pigeon poop cleaning, add wire barricades around my solar panels and a few other places. They pressure washed my driveway, backyard and side yards which have pavers. Everything is so clean. And because my solar panels will get dirty again with dust and poop, I can hire them as necessary to wash them! Last but certainly not least they jumped my car this morning as the battery had died. My job wasn't huge - replace and secure a bunch of old bird spikes on the house. While looking things over, he made a couple recommendations for fixing cracked tiles as well. Their team was able to provide a quote complete with itemized inventory and personalized pictures highlighting the exact locations of the work to be done.

Alfredo, Rochelle and the family did an absolutely phenomenal job at our house and have exorcised the pigeon demons that decided to take up residence before we moved in. Our house is a two story new build, and before we moved in we had a significant pigeon issue. Pigeons were coming and going and they left many droppings which already stained parts of the house. We knew we needed the best, and luckily we got the best.

Alfredo and crew trapped the buggers, then set up spikes and barriers to prevent their return. They were able to color match the spikes so you don't even see them unless you really look hard. They also thoroughly power washed the roof and other areas of the house and even did touch up paint work. Amazing work, very reasonably priced, and great communication make Cabana the company I recommend 100% if you have any pigeon issues whatsoever.

Hello, I hired the brothers to screen approx.11 potential nesting locations in my two story home, in Gilbert. unfortunately it was unbearably hot on the day of their service yet they still pushed through for approx. 6 hours. Their fees were extremely reasonable and their service was exceptional. I would highly recommend and endorse Cabana as a vendor. The birds have only returned for a couple days but are gone for good now; they havent returned in weeks!

I had gotten a quote from another business in town to try and remedy my pigeon problem, they wanted over $500, and thought I don't doubt it was worth it, seemed over priced to me. As the pigeons became more and more annoying I was honesty going to call them back and found they had gone out of business, so I tried Cabana. I liked that they are local owned and Alfredo was actually at my house the same day with a free estimate. We did the recommended repairs 2 days later, same exact price he quoted me, and he did a great job and quite a bit less expensive than the other guy's estimate. He even gave me before & after pics. We had bird problems at our house and got 3 quotes.  Cabana Pigeon Services did the most through inspection of the 3 companies, was on time and actually had the best price.  They provided before pictures of the problem areas and then after pictures when they were done installing the bird deterrents.  They were easy to work with, always professional, they simply did a great job!

I received a number of bids to help with my Pigeon Problem.  Alfredo and family were by far the best option.  I especially liked they were a family business and local!  Alfredo simply explained their services and what they do without any pressure.  They priced their services competitively and were easy to work with.  When the time came they showed up on time, did the work quickly and correctly.  CPS did everything they promised and cleaned up everything when done.  I could not be happier with their services and highly recommend to anyone with a need to evict those pesky squatters!

I live in Gilbert and had some pesky pigeons roosting and nesting in several areas along the roofline of my 3 story townhome.   The pigeons had become a nuisance and my  patio and walkways  were becoming quite messy due to pigeon feces.

I called Cabana Pigeon Services and got a response later that same day.  I set up an appointment with Alfredo to come out to my townhome for an evaluation of my pigeon problem and to obtain a quote.  Alfredo took his time with me to explain what mitigation needed to be done and he also explained the processes his company uses in order to properly and permanently get rid of the multiple pigeons that hung around my house.

I received a quote via email a day later and we set up a day to complete the work.  He also included pictures (that he took during his evaluation) and sent me those via email as well .......so I can have clear understanding of my problem areas and what areas/work needed to be done.

Today was the day that he came out to accomplish the work that needed to be completed.  First, my house was completely power-washed to properly clean the affected areas.   Then spike strips were placed on/around where there was evidence of pigeons roosting and nesting and wire mesh was placed in crevices below the roofline to prevent pigeons from nesting in those areas as well.   It took around 5 hours to complete the work ... and I am very satisfied and feel pretty confident that the pigeons around my house will be gone for good.

A week later, he and Alfredo arrived at exactly the appointed time, completed the agreed upon work and cleaned up after themselves. We received completion photographs that afternoon. I paid over $1700 and I still have a pigeon problem. Let me start by saying that I agree with the other reviews that Alfredo and Rochelle are very sweet people. I am afraid I may have been a victim of them outgrowing their husband and wife level of business. When they gave me my first quote, it was a wonderful experience. They were there the next day and very professional. However, it was several months before I had the funds together to complete the service. Fast forward several months and I called Alfredo on his cell to tell him I was ready to do the service. He was very short with me on the call and told me I should email him. Well, he never responded to my email or a follow up text message. So I went back to Yelp to get additional quotes. He responded then along with the other providers and said that he would need to do a new quote because it had been so long. I thought that was perfectly logical and agreed.
I really should have know better at that point considering his lack of response, but I moved forward. From there on out I had to continually track then down via phone and email to move the process forward. They gave me a separate price for the trapping which extends over a several week period. I had to ask them for documentation to make sure they were actually showing up and I only received that on two occasions. There was never any final service call to let me know the status or to mark the end of the process, but as I stated at the beginning...I paid over $1700 and I still have a family of pigeons sitting on the house and a front entry way covered in feces. To pay so much money and know that you are still going to have to hire another company to correct the problem is so frustrating.

Fair price and they are honest.  They informed me my solar panel company would most likely pay for the pigeon proofing around my solar panels, thus reducing my final cost. A fact that another pigeon proofing company failed to mention upon giving me an estimate.   When giving me an estimate they ascended the roof and took pictures of pigeons nesting and debris, something another pigeon proofing company also failed to do.  It has been about six weeks now and we are pigeon free! I would recommend this company to friends and family.

I recently had Alfredo at Cabana Pigeon Services pigeon proof two areas on the exterior of our house. Let me start by saying this....the customer service I received from Alfredo and Rochelle was amazing! They are friendly, honest and super easy to talk to or ask questions.

 Now why I contacted them.....so when I noticed I had pigeons trying to build a nest, I contacted 3 different companies to get estimates, Alfredo was the only company to reply the same day and then was able to come out 2 days later to look at the problem. After I was given the estimate from Cabana, which was super reasonable, I was able to schedule a date for them to come out and do the work. Alfredo came on that date with his son and they put the pigeon spikes up and then applied the foam in the other area. It was hot that day and the foam expanded more then Alfredo thought it would, so he and his wife came back 2 days later and fixed it. The work was great and it's great not having to have pigeons on my house anymore. It's a family company (I tend to only use family owned companies) and they are awesome! Alfredo also said for any other work I need in the future, that he might be able to recommend people that they have used before, depending on what the work might be. They definitely care about their customers and it shows! I will definitely recommend them to anyone needing help getting rid of Pigeons or birds!

I contacted  Cabana Pigeon Services to deal with a pigeon situation.  Received a response and a quote in about an hour!  Set the appointment an Roger came out, was on time and explained what would be done.  I also got the mesh color matched to the soffits so it does blend in...Definitely would recommend using their service.

Called Cabana for a problem at my house where pigeons were out of control. Alfredo and team were very quick to come and very honest during the whole process. They even built a contraption for my pool waterfall in order to keep pigeons off the rocks. Alfredo was very responsive and called in a few times to check things were were working out as expected. Highly recommend them.

We called Cabana and they were out to do an estimate within a week and the work was done within days of us deciding to move forward. The cost was well worth it and the guys were great. The pigeon poop on our front courtyard was getting old! It is gone! They did a great job!

We live in Gilbert and we had pigeons roosting under our solar panels which was also making a huge mess on the patio deck on the second floor just below the solar panels, not to mention all the cooing that would keep guests awake in the below guest room which was directly below. Alfredo was very quick to respond and was able to give us a quote the day I called. They arrived the day of the appointment on time and did a very thorough job of power washing away all the debris and then putting up solar screening as well as spikes to keep them off our chimney (no more pecking noises echoing down in the fireplace). We are so glad we hired Alfredo to take care of this problem.

I cannot believe that I had to do this, but at least these guys were pros.  It is not fast, takes almost a month, but they trap and remove pigeons, over 40, in our case, then put up barriers and power wash.  The side of the house was covered with droppings, now perfect.  Highly recommended!

Great customer service. I called and talked to Rochelle about scheduling a time to get en estimate on Monday and was told the soonest they could get out to Buckeye would be almost 2 weeks out. I know it's a family company so I was willing to work with that. I received a call a couple of days later and they said they would be in the area and would get the estimate done by that Friday. The estimate showed up in my email Friday evening with several pictures and a very detailed estimate. After receiving several estimates and looking them over I decided to go with Cabana Pigeon because their estimate was very detailed with pictures and their warranty on both parts and labor was far better then any of the other companies I was quoted by.

I called a few weeks after receiving the estimate and had an appointment scheduled that Saturday. They were a little late but traffic driving from San tan valley to buckeye isn't always great so I was not upset. Once they showed up they got right to work cleaning the whole roof and screening off our solar panels as well as all over hangs and placing spike strips over the windows. Everything looks great and I will follow up with pictures of the finished product.

Awesome company , extremely knowledgeable, excellent customer services and very professional.  We received before pictures with drawings of the location of barricades and spikes.  Power washing on the roof as well as the sidewalk below with complete clean up and removal of pigeon waste.   I highly recommend Cabana Pigeon services!!

These guys are great. Came out and gave me a bid that was very reasonable. Once we decided to go forward wit the nest removal they were out within 2 business days. They showed up early!! How often does that happen:-) They were quick and cleaned up after themselves and the bird that made the mess... Will use them again in a bird emergency.

We hired this company in May to take care of our complete invasion of pigeons. We bought the home not knowing how bad it was. The job has taken longer than either of us anticipated, but communication has been very thorough. I'm very pleased with them doing everything possible to get rid of these stubborn rats with wings! I absolutely hate pigeons and I would absolutely recommend Cabana!

There are a lot of pigeons in my neighborhood and they have been sitting all over my house. I contacted Cabana Pigeon Services through Yelp because I was at work and that makes it easier.  They quickly responded and came out the same day to do the estimate. I did not have to be home for the estimate. I was sent an email with pictures and the estimate. I hired them to do the work. They did a great job! Highly recommend. If we could give Cabana Pigeon Services 6 stars we would. We got 5 quotes and they were by far the lowest and had the best customer service. Alfredo went into detail about the steps to remove and clean and protect our home from pigeons. He did a thorough inspection and took the time to answer all of our questions. On the day he came to complete the job he was friendly, professional and walked us around when he was done to ensure we were happy. I cannot recommend them enough!

They responded to my inquiry immediately and explained their approach to solving our problem clearly. They performed a free evaluation and quotation. The quote was very clear, listed required work plus options. We didn't select all options. Alfredo (owner and technician) did not apply pressure - rather he simply explained why they may be beneficial. They did great work and pigeons are gone! We had a serious pigeon problem, droppings in our front patio and back yard. The pigeons we even using our pool for their personal use. Despite our current roof barriers they were still nesting on our roof. There had to be about 25 of them up there on a daily basis! I've killed two pigeons that lived on homes in Phoenix. It's horrible and sad. They don't die easily. But they were destroying my stucco. Now I have one on my new home. She lives on the downspouts of my gutters. Usually I can spray them away with a hose. Not her she's a good mother and won't abandon her babies. I see the panic in her face when she looks at me for mercy. I was going to let her just have her babies, buy a ladder and clean it up myself. But, I don't want to store a ladder. So...I called Cabana Pigeon Services. Figured I was going to spend some money. But, they would place blockades so I won't have the problem again. Alfredo quoted me a price so low that I won't post it here. He should get more. It's a ridiculously good deal. He saw that I was concerned about the mother. He told me I could let her have her babies and he would come back and make everything right. He could have taken her down today and made some money. I put him fully in charge to make that choice. He decided to not get paid today and spare that animal and her babies. We talked long enough that I learned his preventive barriers and methods are superior. Most of all he is superior, what good people are all about.

My first service (with Brand X) did not eliminate our pigeon problem. YUK! After thoroughly researching my options, I selected Alfredo at Cabana Pigeon Services. I am happy that I did!  First of all, Alfredo is easy to talk with. He took the time to explain his technique and how long he has SUCCESSFULLY been in business. Alfredo has called me with several updates about his progress and also to insure that I am happy with his work. When he calls, we talk more like he is a friend than simply someone I am doing business with. In other words with Cabana Pigeon Services, not only do you receive great work, but also EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!  Alfredo's charges are very reasonable (one company quoted me more than twice what Alfredo charges). If you are on a budget like we are, this is a definite plus. Summary: Only call Alfredo if you want your pigeon problem solved + you want excellent customer service + and you want a great price.
