Logan in Scottsdale, our pest/ mosquito guy was so patient with us the other day. We were getting windows installed the installers we're running behind. Logan, stopped by a few times to help us with pest/ mosquito issues but could not finish the visit , so he came back at a later date and completed the job. Great attitude and overall great worker.

They did not accomplish the job and at the end had to refund all the money that I put into it. They actually made my isituation even worse than when they started.

Over Priced. Also the Termite inspectors work on commission and will miss evaluate your property to make a sale.

I am writing this review on  Mr.Wamboldts behalf,  who has been a satisfied customer for numerous years, of his top notch service recieved from Orkin Pest Control this whole time. Greg G the territory sales rep is amazing with his knowledge, recommendations and very welcoming personality. Keifer M is so very, very thorough and takes his time making sure to protect us from any critters that come about. O'Ryan not only took care of our mosquito traps, he also helped get rid of some pesky mud/comb wasps no questions asked. See the pics with all the success. Thank you team, we feel more protected then ever!!  Next job for them will be to help take care of roof rats or mice in the attic...... BTW - As hot as these guys must be this time of year they still are dressed nice in l/s uniforms and pandemic SAFE TOO. THANK YOU SO MUCH !!

Orkin came and sprayed my house after I had been gone for several months & did a great job. I was running alittle late coming from another appointment & the technician pleasantly waited a few extra minutes for me. Answered any questions I had and educated me on a few things. I would definitely recommend Orkin & will use them on a regular basis.

me: there is a huge mother scorpion in here... you need to come kill it!

and so went our conversation just over a week ago...
the next day, he told me that Orkin was coming out to exterminate!

So, I'm writing this review within a few days of our first treatment... but I've used Orkin in the past and never had a problem.  Until further notice (or scorpion sightings), I highly recommend calling Orkin to control the pests living in your house!

It was $95 for our initial visit and Sharon, our Orkin (Wo)man, sold us on an annual package where future visits will be $44 each.  It'll be worth it if I don't see any more scorpions running around here!

I have had Orkin for several years as my pest control company.  They would come out bi monthly to service my home for pests and insects.  Most recently, I developed a roof rat issue.  When I called my technician, Ray, he came over and set traps.  Suffice to say, I still heard rats.  For about one month, I would consistently contact Orkin, explaining that I still heard rats.  My technician indicated that he set traps and put wire mesh covering over some openings.  The rats persisted.  Then, I saw a rat in my garage and three traps were set there to the point where I could not go into my garage.  

Finally, after about a month of the issue, I contacted another company to take care of the rats.  Thus far, I have experienced no issues with the rats since then.  However, most recently, on Friday, my house began swarming with flies.  I contacted my exterminator and heard nothing until Monday.  Then, the exterminator contacted me.  He had stopped by my home and checked the traps, but didn't give me a time or anything, so I was not home because I am at work.  He simply said there was nothing dead in the traps and left.  By that evening, flies had swarmed into my bathroom.  Again, I text my technician and said that the flies had swarmed my bathroom and I was told to 'hang fly paper' and he would maybe be by the following day, but he was very busy.  I finally contacted an emergency exterminator and had to go out and buy a can of raid.  

I truly liked Orkin, but it seems like if there is a problem other than the normal service, they do nothing about it.  The rat issue was clearly out of their wheelhouse, as at one point, when I said to my technician, 'What am I going to do about these rats?', he simply said we'll take care of them and shrugged his shoulders and left.  The rats persisted for weeks, with me constantly calling my technician hysterical about hearing them in my ceiling and walls.  I finally decided to contact another company with the intent to keep Orkin on for regular pest control service since I have used them so long.  

But then, when I had flies, I didn't even get pest control service or anything.  Instead, they came when I wasn't home, checked the traps and left, saying 'nothing was dead'.  I didn't even get a spray even though I said my house was swarming with flies.  I mean, it's great that there was nothing dead, but when a customer calls and says, I have flies, you would think that something would be done.  There were so many of them they were flying in my hair.  Instead of coming out and exterminating them, I was told to basically take care of it myself, hang fly paper and they would be by when they would get to me.  It makes you feel very taken advantage of.  I gave them two stars because they were very good about the bi-monthly service.  However, once I said that I was going with another company because I just couldn't take the flies and rats anymore, the response was, Sorry to hear that.  I'm coming by to take my rat traps back.  This was even more insulting to me because I have paid religiously for the last several years for bi-monthly service and, after they didn't even come out to rid me of pests within my home, they 'took their traps and went home'.  They didn't even solve the rat issue themselves, I had to pay additional.  In short, I would not use this company for anything other than a simple service, as it does not appear that they can handle it.  I am very disappointed, as I liked my technician, but I feel like as soon as a big issue arose, no one would help me effectively, forcing me to employ another company at additional expense.

I love using Orkin. They come monthly and take care of extermination completely. We used to have spiders and scorpions but hardly ever now.

I have had Orkin Scottsdale protecting my property for 14 years.  Each and every time we needed them to address an issue they were there.  This week was no exception.  I called about an issue with Bee's swarming at our home roofline.  They responded by showing up at house 2-hours later.  Impressive!   But more impressive the issue was resolved by Adam a professional who knew what to do and acted quickly.  The person representing a company is as important as the problem solved.   They earned my trust and business.  I highly recommend Orkin Scottsdale for pest control.

Ryan has been our pest control specialist visiting our home bi-monthly. We highly recommend Orkin for your pest control needs. We have a variety of exterior bugs, mice, and scorpions and the treatments take care of these inside and outside our house. We appreciate the attention to us as a customer and professionalism. Highly recommend.

Today I had my annual inspection for termites.   My inspector was Anthony C and he was knowledgeable, polite and gave me several tips.   I was termite free but just wanted to say Anthony gets Orkin a perfect mark from me in costumer service.

Orkin hires some exceptional employees. And when there was an issue, management responded promptly and did the right thing. This is a dying concept in contemporary American corporations.

I have been using Orkin for 2 years and can report minimal pests, and those that have been seen are dead.  Cameron, my service guy, is outstanding! H e is always prompt, thorough and flexible on scheduling. He takes the time to answer my questions - a terrific professional who delivers outstanding service!

So far I am extremely disappointed. I paid 200 dollars for a month initial treatment where they would come every week for a month. I was promised exceptional treatment for the price and so far orkin has fallen short. According to what i was promised they would come every week and empty traps and check for mice. Instead the initial visit they show up missing traps. The guy tells me I'm sorry I used the ones in my truck on a previous customer. The next week they did not add any more traps and didn't even bait the ones they emptied. Instead they told us how to empty the traps our selves. Now today they didn't even show up!!!! Horrible service, avoid these people. They will tell you that you get what you pay for, but paying extra for orkin will only result in getting ripped off!!
