Incredibly nice, professional, and knowledgeable. This was the first electrician we had out for some odd-ball problems and he was able to explain the issues and troubleshooting steps in a very clear way without being condescending. Made sure to listen to understand what our goals were and made sure the job went well. 100% appreciated the work and the price beat the other quotes we could find in the area. I will definitely call back when the next issue pops up around the house down the line.

They just don't get any better that this!  On time, quick service, VERY friendly and just plain ol' good guys.  If you have electrical issues than this is the company for you.

This company had great communication and professional workers.  The job was completed promptly, installing 3 under cabinet kitchen lights and fixing a light switch. I would highly recommend them and will plan to use them again in the future.

try to arrange the visit numerous times...they told me twice they would come out but never showed...this went on for about 2 months

I sent out requests for esimate for LED security light installation to mutiple electricians via Yelp this morning.  Justin from AQE was the only one to immediately respond with both flat rate and available time slots in his first reply.  I picked the earliest available time slot, which was 12pm-2pm today.  I immediately got a confirmation via Yelp, and a heads-up text message at 11:18am, and a phone call at 11:58am.  Justin arrived at 12:15pm or so with a mask on, and his tools neatly organized in his tool box.  He was very respectful, and there was no up-selling and no BS.  He was done by 12:50pm, and the link to the receipt was texted to me by 12:51pm.  Nice work!

I had a problem with an exterior door locking at my rental house.  George was prompt and got the job done quickly and without hassle.  George sent me a video showing how the door is now working without asking.  I will be hiring George again.

My mom living in a rental home had some electrical issues going on and Vic was called to see if he could come and fix the problem. He asked a few questions in regards to the problem and he gave me some trouble shooting advice over the phone as well as put her on his busy schedule. These guys were great. The estimate was easy and fair. They did the work timely and arranged to have a Drywaller come and repair the walls. Highly recommended.

They were polite, fair quote, and addressed any concerns. They also sent me photos of the finishing work to me while I was out of town. Definitely made me feel at ease! They also picked up a package on my doorstep and put it inside for me. Class act.

Found this company on next door and explained I wanted about 7 bulbs replaced. The bathrooms have these hard to replace bulbs that are very high otherwise we would do it ourselves. I explained all this in detailed texts and whoever responded assumed the electrical was bad and said it wasn't worth the hassle and suggested we perform electrical work. I advised I think he misunderstood as these homes were only 6 years old and all the LED bulbs were burning out. Thought the response was rude and presumptive. Anyone know a good handyman in south OC area?

Truly should have gone through some of these reviews. The ones that give an honest not so great experience are given pretty bluntly aggressive attacks by the owner ... which I can relate to my experience and I was simply inquiring...prices had not even been addressed yet.

@Rob .. obviously I wasn't a customer. Read the text, lol. You or whomever refused to replace 7 bulbs stating the electrical was bad. I had even explained I already replaced two but the others were too high. Who would have been satisfied at this response? Literally who? You could have just politely said you were not interested .. absolutely acceptable, but instead you were rude and presumptive.

Yelpers, please note the passive aggressiveness in business owner's response. I am stating facts and this is how he speaks to potential clients. Every review less than 4-5 stars seems to receive bullying.

That's the worst part about relocating. You have to start all over in trying to establish relationships with good companies - so hard to find. We had the best electrician and plumber back in TX.

Side note..whenever I see a lot of yelp reviews with little to no profile, friends, or other reviews you can't help but wonder if they are legit.

I selected Mickey based on a Yelp recommendation and was glad I did.  He was nice, professional and fixed my electrical problem for a reasonable price.
