HISTORY

Established in 1972.
Right out of fallbrook high school my dad was working as an electrical engineer for aero space and was going to face a pay cut. He decided to go into business for himself and I followed along, I learned a lot from him and attended classes at Palomar College. Our first year was the year they converted downtown from over head electric to under ground. We went to all the downtown business, and ended up converting 70% of them from overhead to underground. 20 years ago my father retired and I have run the business since.

This asshole showed up, entered a gate and began to work. Didn't know and say he was here. When my dog backed, he proceeded to THROW ROCKS at him. I'm livid. I wish I could leave 0 stars

We are in the middle of a home remodel and needed an electrician. Our neighbors recommended Dave Rideout. Dave returned our call right away, came out timely and did a great job. We have had him out a few times as we work our way through each room and each time our experience has been the same. We still have plenty of work ahead for Dave as we complete our remodel. We contacted Rideout Electric to add a 240 line for a kitchen induction cooktop, and add an outlet in our pantry. The work was scheduled, and David and Kevin arrived at exactly the scheduled time. They were friendly and efficient, and completed the work in a timely manner. We highly recommend Rideout Electric!

David and his assistant, Kevin came to the house to add 240 (60 amp) wiring for our new hot tub. They arrived on time and got the job done quickly. Both of them were great at answering our questions and listened to our requests. They did a neat and clean job with the wiring around the house. Very pleased.

I have had Dave out on several occasions. He shows up on time and ready to work. His prices are reasonable, he is neat and does a professional job. In October our little dog was attacked in the back yard by a coyote. I called Dave and he came out and installed outside motion light detectors so I could see movement in the yard. Before he left he made sure that the lights were set properly and said he would come back and adjust them for me if something changed. I have recommended him to all my family and friends.
