Doug diagnosed our electrical issue quickly & rather than take the opportunity to charge us for unneeded repairs & replacements, he was honest about the root of the problem. Very happy we called him. We will be customers of his going forward. 5 star service.

Having no light in part of my home following heavy equipment use by plumbers. Allstars' expert electrician responded the evening of my call. My lights were shining that evening.  Glenn returned with assistant, Caleb, in the morning, and within 5 hours had upgraded the fuse box, plugs for kitchen, bathrooms, and outdoors, where the problem originated. I've been assured of the safety of the wiring, and Glen's confidence instantly assured me of his knowledge and competence. The men demonstrated respect for me, and toward one another.

I guess Frisco electric is too busy to call me back after 4 messages.  I wanted to put in timers for outside lights.  They told me what products to purchase.  which I did.  Now I have been calling for over 4 weeks trying to schedule an appointment.  I even called to advise I had even more work, switching out 17 light switches to dimmers, no small cost....
I guess I have to find a new electrician.  they have done work for me in the past and have been pleased.  Disappointed.

Light It Up Electric is a top notch local family owned business. Todd spent more time than most to understand the job and provide a great solution. Red and Jesus did quality work that really impressed us. Reasonable prices and service that exceeded our expectations. I will use them next time without going out for bids and refer them to others.

Called to have 2 lights replaced.  They came within the hour!!! Best price too! Very professional

I just had text message exchanges with these guys.  #1 they wont even call me, they want to communicate via text which is wrong.  #2 they want to charge you up front a fee just to come look at your project and give you a bid.  Non-Refundable if you dont use them.  Never have i ever had someone ask me to pay them to come look at a job that they could earn.  Unacceptable.  I wouldn't use them.

My normal electric company had a bit of a blip in customer service, so I called this company to have them change out a 240 electric stove outlet to a standard so that my gas stove could have a plug. The guys were done in about an hour, which is what was promised and quoted. Very nice and friendly, cleaned up nicely after the work, and explained what I needed to know. The owner let me send a pic to ensure they had the right parts on the truck and not have to deal with a higher bill if the breaker wasn't right, which made the pricing more accurate. Very happy and good price.

We had an electrical outlet added in our bathroom today.  The electrician was on time, friendly, and have us a great price.  Everything was installed quickly!  Highly recommend them!

Fox Electric is hands down the best electric company we've ever dealt with. I called on Tuesday, they came out to my house and gave me a quote on Wednesday, and by Thursday the whole job was complete (which is amazing because it was a big job and they finished it all in one day.) We were so pleased with how efficient, knowledgeable, on-time, and professional the electricians were. So so many great things about this company and their staff. Would highly recommend them to anyone and use them again in the future! :)

I've been trying to get ahold of an electrician and I'd get the run around. 4U Electric showed up 2 days later from calling them. Jeff gave me the truth about the job with no sales pitch. A portion of my home did not have any electric going to it which he repaired and he also installed a 50 amp plug to my electric pole. I definitely will be calling him for future electrical work. I recommend him for any electrical work you need.

Pickle and punkin did an excellent job helping me with an odd electrical issue. They were extremely friendly, efficient, and overall a pleasure to have over!

Tom was amazing - I had called D&K because we had a problem with one of the circuits in our house. Tom was responsive and quick on fixing issues!   Tom was absolutely wonderful-  quality of work, competency, customer service, and people skills. Highly recommend D&K lighting and Tom! TopTech was nothing but professional, courteous, and effective at scheduling, communication and complex troubleshooting. Absolute professionals- they had to do a complex installation for me, and they were able to resolve the challenges associated with various code requirements, ordering the CORRECT components the first time (love them for that) etc. They delivered, and made me happy. I am rating them 4 out of 5, simply because their costs are fairly high (they quoted me an exorbitant $ to only swap out a ceiling fan at a 15' height indoors, which I declined outside of the original job they were at my home for).

I chose them anyhow because of their quality of service, warranty, and the expert electrician staff. Would use again despite the higher cost- but be sure to understand the work you're doing clearly so you can work with them effectively from a cost perspective. Know what you can do yourself safely, and what you realize is best to pay a licensed/insured professional to accomplish- which will save you that heartache in the long run in case of a bad DIY job!

its a Saturday, and i cut a wire that blows out some wiring up in the ceiling.   of course i want to get someone out as quick as possible, so i call around -- most companies weren't available on Saturdays (even if their ad says they are).  Finally, i call DyTek.  Master electrician Justin Dyess returns my call, and comes over to fix the problem.  He shows up with a truck that was well equipped enough to handle seemingly any electrical situation - so there were no trips to the store to get something he didn't have -- he had it all.  He assessed the problem and determined what needed to be done.  The area had some old mangled and tangled  wiring and old connections which needed to be replaced and organized.  Although my carelessness was the straw that broke the camel's back  and caused the short;  the old and disarrayed wiring was certainly a contributing factor.  Mr. Dyess was extremely knowledgeable about new and old wiring, and how to make it safe, effective and not dangerous.  This entire situation may have been a blessing in disguise, because faulty wiring like that can spell TROUBLE if not corrected in time. He was not only able to fix the short, but also replaced a faulty light and wall switch.
I am thankful that I was lucky enough to have called this particular company; that they truly are a 24 hour (including weekends) service; that the Electrician was Extremely knowledgeable, and able to Explain and show me  what was going on with the wiring; and that the price was so good for such great quality work.
everything in the area seems to be working better than ever.
i will for sure call them, first thing, next time electrical services are needed.

I'd like to also say he was a great electrician and prompt to return calls. But the truth is he never returned my call from 2 weeks ago nor my text from one week ago.
