Quick response and was available to install that day! Would definitely recommend his services to family and friends.

Justin installed an exterior light fixture where the provided hardware did not match what was on the house.  I called in the morning and he was at the house that same day.  Work took less then 30 minutes.  I do not have a good baseline for what the cost should be for a job like this, but the price seemed a bit high.  This reminds me of the old adage that you can have two of the following: quality, speed, price.  In this case, the two were quality and speed.

It's really awful that Justin has close to a 5-star rating here. He did so many things wrong and unprofessionally, I don't even know where to start.

He answered my call SUPER quickly and came over to my residence the day of my issue. I realized later that he came quickly to get payment. He started a job, incorrectly diagnosed the problem, incorrectly installed a GFCI outlet, and said that he'd need to come back to finish the job. He charged me for the visit but assured me that he'd come back within the next week to finish the job. I admit, it was bad on me to have paid him.

After he had my money, he never returned my calls or e-mails. He never came back to finish the job. I texted him pictures of how he had made mistakes that put my household at risk of fire, but he didn't care. TAKE A LOOK AT THE ATTACHED PHOTO. HE LEFT MY OUTLET LIKE THIS. He didn't install anything to code. He overcharged me. He installed parts that didn't need to be there.

At the end of the day, I went and completed the work (that he had quoted me over $1000 to do) with my son. We fixed our problem for less than $100. Justin overcharges, and he doesn't know electrical code. He doesn't do good work, and he doesn't care if he puts your household at risk of fire or damage. I would avoid this unethical, unprofessional business at all cost.

Needed to install a Tesla wall charger in my garage. Reached out to a couple of different companies and Justin was quick to respond and easy to work with. We reached out to him on Friday afternoon and he was able to come by Saturday morning to complete the work. The job was pretty straightforward, with no major frills or issues but Justin was still very thorough explaining what he would be doing for the install and where he would be installing the unit. Justin was done in about an hour, probably less and I could not be more pleased with the work.

Reached out to Justin via Yelp for a big project I was planning for my home and looking for estimates - installing ceiling fans and recessed lights.
I answered all his questions and was prompt in my response. Apparently, he doesn't install fixtures which are purchased by the client.
I was okay with that but on enquiring which brand of lights and fans he offers, he asked me to find someone else. On questioning him the reason why he wouldn't take the job, he tells me he is booked until 2022 which I believe was a lie.
This may sound silly but I feel this was totally unprofessional and rude.
If I'm spending my hard earned $$$, I have the right to know which product/brand will be used for the job. Beware of this company!

We needed an EV charger and some plugs installed into a new home. Justin made sure he got out to get us everything we needed and kept it VERY clean.  He even did some drywall putty which most electricians won't do.

Justin installed recessed lighting on my vaulted ceiling with barely any attic access. He also replaced my light fixture and installed Lutron smart switches. Couldn't be any happier with my new lights and switches! He was great to work from first contact to installation. He showed up with his mask on and recommended how many lights I needed without upselling me. Highly recommend his services! Will be using for future electrical work. Thanks again!

I contacted Justin earlier this morning to help my parents with an electrical issue at their house in La Jolla.  Justin asked me all of the right questions, and described his troubleshooting procedure over the phone including the price.  Within a few minutes, I received an estimate via email using Square to approve the work to be done.  Justin was very responsive and showed up within the hour (on a Friday too).  

Once he arrived, Justin was very thorough with his work and took the time to explain to my (elderly) parents and me what was happening and how to resolve the issue. The quote did not change once he was finished, and needless to say my folks were very pleased with his work and professionalism.  Here's an actual transcript from a phone message my mom left me when the work was done...

Hi John thank you for finding and calling that nice electrician. I would have him again any anytime - he is seemed really polite, knew what he was doing and was very courteous and clean, and and I think he did a great job!  I was happy to pay him the $199  - big deal happy to pay him the money. So gotta remember him we got two of his business cards. Anyway thank you very much the TV is working all the lights are working. Everything's working we just took out those LED's and it's like new.

Great guy! Justin came out and installed an EV charger. He gave us an honest price and also gave us options on where would be the best place to put it and gave us different quotes per location of EV charger placement. Super quick! Very professional! Justin is a professional.  He installed a Chargepoint for me which was done quickly and at a very reasonable cost.  The finished product looks fantastic and he was able to run it around the Tesla power walls so that it looks clean and is super functional being in the middle of the garage.  He came prepared with everything needed to do get the job done extremely well.  He was able to answer all my questions about electrical stuff and I for sure will be hiring him to take care of some other smaller jobs around the house.  I highly recommend him and am happy to have found such a great electrician.

Brilliant, professional and courteous; he answered all of our random questions as well as offered an out of the box solution, literally.  We were giving suggestions to blow through dry wall and route wires through the ceiling and how it would cost $1200...Justin came in and offered a different solution and it cost $350!  I would recommend Always Quality Electrical anytime!  If we have another issue, we'll return; he's trustworthy!

Justin is the best! I needed to get some CAT6 cable plumbed upstairs to several bedrooms and into the hall for a wireless access point. I looked around the area for different electricians to get quotes. I noticed that Justin didn't have many reviews so I was hesitant at first but he replied right away with the quote and what the breakdown of all my options were and I could tell he was very knowledgeable. Justin stood out to me; he is very skilled and completed the job quickly to my specifications. Other electricians were charging 4 times what Justin charged me and they wanted me to call in more contractors for the drywall damage that they would create. Justin did the job in such a way there was ZERO drywall damage. I an VERY satisfied with the work Justin did! A++

Justin was great!  He was one of the few electricians we contacted that was willing to come by in the evening (despite it not being his normal hours).  He was responsive, affordable, thorough, and quick.  Will definitely reach out again for our next electrical issue!

I sent out requests for esimate for LED security light installation to mutiple electricians via Yelp this morning.  Justin from AQE was the only one to immediately respond with both flat rate and available time slots in his first reply.  I picked the earliest available time slot, which was 12pm-2pm today.  I immediately got a confirmation via Yelp, and a heads-up text message at 11:18am, and a phone call at 11:58am.  Justin arrived at 12:15pm or so with a mask on, and his tools neatly organized in his tool box.  He was very respectful, and there was no up-selling and no BS.  He was done by 12:50pm, and the link to the receipt was texted to me by 12:51pm.  Nice work!
