Can I give more than 5 stars?! Sergio is fantastic! We had gotten a handyman referral from my husbands co-worker but he called the day before to let us know he couldn't make it after all. After sifting through pages of handyman reviews I called Sergio. After telling him all the work I needed He gave me a rough estimate over phone. I called him on a Tuesday and he was able to start work Monday. Not only did he communicate via text to let me know we were still on but he text me first thing Monday morning to say he was on his way and if he could start earlier than we planned. He arrived early, I showed him all we needed, he stuck with original price he quoted over phone (which was a great price btw) and got to work. He spoke with us each step of the way letting us know what he was doing and even when he wasn't sure if what he planned would work he was up front about that. Our condo was built in 1972 and some items were original to house so he had his work cut out for him, but I loved the way he approached from different angles and made it all work. He was efficient, took pride in what he was doing, and on top of it all was so nice! It sincerely was a pleasure having him in our home and I couldn't be more pleased with the work he did (wish I would've taken before and afters) In fact he's coming back in 3 days to paint our ceilings. In talking with him I found out he's got a strong background in construction so I feel like he'd be up to almost anything you throw his way. Call him now you won't regret it!

Started out fine.  Then walked away with a part, never answer  returned calls. There are plenty of other electricians.

Super responsive. Matt came out and fixed the issue we were having on short notice. Was really helpful and I especially appreciated the honest  advice versus trying to sell me into something I didn't need.

I just bought an old home about a year ago and lucked into finding these guys online. Dave was always right on time and did a thorough analysis of what needed to be done to make the home safe, as well as repair an electrical line of outlets that must not have worked for many years. Needed a NEMA 14-50 installed for a Tesla. Put the request into Yelp with basic info about the job. David responded quickly and included a competitive quote. He was very responsive with a question I had and was available the next morning. David showed up on time and, after checking out our electrical situation, gave me a quick run down on how he was going to add the outlet. Less than 2 hours later, David showed me the finished work and the changes he made to the circuit breaker panel. Finally he tested the outlet for the correct output for me. His work looked great. l definitely recommend David for your electrical needs!

Shannon responded to my request for quotation through Yelp during a weekend.  He was upfront about costs and arrived two days later to install.  Shannon did a great job with elevated ceilings installing chandeliers on staircases no less!  He has an eye for placement... the lighting creates a spectacular effect in our home.  My husband and I are thrilled with the lighting! Anthony was there in my time of need! I attempted to change light switches myself and mixed up wires causing the wires to make a loud popping noise! Anthony was readily available on a Saturday evening and arrived in a timely manner. He was very friendly and even interacted with my pet kitties! One thing that stuck out to me was that after he finished all the work he helped clean up the old light switches, screws, and other debris. I was not expecting this and was very grateful. Would definitely recommend him to anyone! Thanks again!!

Larry and his son were great! Larry was very responsive and prompt. They were quick and clean with cutting into our wall to replace wires which made repairs easy. They installed GFCI plugs and made sure everything was working well!

Fantastic and professional - everyone should use Puckett Electric. They have installed fixtures and new outlets throughout my aging home. I've hired them before to install large kitchen appliances (stovetop and double ovens) they are always quick and courteous. I will have them back to repair more aging electrical issues!

Requested quote to come and install a NEMA 14-50. Originally they said they were full for the week, but then they found time to come out the very next day.  The electricians were prompt, professional and friendly.  They had materials to do the work same-day and for a reasonable price.  I will use them again when I need an electrician.

Tayler was professional and responsive. He did a great job installing the Tesla wall charger quickly and efficiently. I have other house projects that need an electrician, so I'll be sure to contact them again. I would prefer a more predictable scheduling system so I can plan my other appointments around it for an even more efficient experience, but I am satisfied with the work and fees. Had a neighbor install a dryer & hooked it up the cord wrong & Mr. Hill came out and checked the power & reinstalled it correctly.  Very nice man didn't have to wait and will call him again!

The Hang Pros (Quame) was very response to my changing plans, a sound bar delay. Eventually got Quame in to mount two TV's, a 75 with sound bar and a 55 outside on brick. I supplied the mounts and assisted Quame with the lifts. He was very detailed to get the TV's in the best spot and level - I like them mounted low. He took his time to do the job right and cleaned up after himself. Couldn't ask for more.

My wife and I began experiencing some issues with some of our light switches and connected lights. We reached out to W3 on recommendation from our real estate agent and could not be happier with their service.  Bill came out and was very respectful of all in-home service COVID safety protocols.  He was a very nice guy who offered me a lot of great tips and other information when I asked but also was very diligent in getting the service completed and did not bother me while I was trying to get work done. He did not try to up-sell me with additional, unnecessary services either.  He fixed all of the wiring issues we pointed him to (my wife and I bought an older home) and I will certainly give him a call if others are presented. Highly recommend this company for electric services.
