Top notch professional work with the best rates around. We had a bad water heater leak which had to be worked on ASAP. If you're considering any type of water heater replacement/installation from one of the big name companies on here, don't waste your time or money.. Purchase a heater at your local Home Depot & have Sergio take care of the rest. (one company wanted to charge us additional fee's for transporting our new heater up to our unit.. and additional fees to remove our older heater. WTF? Yeah, no thanks.)  Sergio can get it done at a fraction of the cost. 10/10 will definitely hire again.

I was looking for an electrician in my local area to install an electrical outlet for our dryer because our house is set up for gas appliances. I found Roper electric here on Yelp and reached out. Karah was super helpful over email and was very willing to answer any questions we had. Mathew came out to assess the work that would be needed and wrote up a quote for us which was great. I love that this company honors military discount,  it's greatly appreciated. We scheduled for the service to be done and we're very happy with the outcome. Would definitely recommend this company if you're looking for an electrician.

Very happy with our service. We had a fan unit and two pendant lights installed. Matt came early in order to ensure SoCal traffic wouldn't make him late to the agreed time. This worked out to our benefit as he was able to start earlier and we were able to make it to another appointment. Lights look great and fan works well. Matt made sure to ask us preferences for the fan install (remote vs connected to the wall dimmer) and answered any questions regarding that; he also made sure to inform us of some the height recommendations for pendant lighting. Would definitely hire again.

I just bought an old home about a year ago and lucked into finding these guys online. Dave was always right on time and did a thorough analysis of what needed to be done to make the home safe, as well as repair an electrical line of outlets that must not have worked for many years. They were very responsive to my request for a door jamb repair at my tenant's apartment. He was patient when I had challenges contacting my tenant and worked around her schedule.  When the fit was a little too tight, he went over the next morning to make the adjustment and make sure my elderly tenant could open the door without issue.

My husband and I recently moved here from out of state and thus am in the process of remodeling the home we purchased.  Shannon was quick to respond to my call for services. Came out next day to give me estimates. Had an itemized estimate emailed to me the same evening. Wow! I'm kind of speechless. Our induction cooktop stopped working and he was the only one available for weekends. He had AMAZING communication and was fast and knew what he was doing. Great workmanship, flexibility, and timeliness. Larry & his son Logan work nonstop to complete their tasks. We had several can lights installed in multiple rooms, chandeliers/fixtures swapped out, re-centered. The collateral damage was very minor. They cleaned up at the end of each day. We will definitely use them again!

They arrived on time and immediately went to work. We called them for a particular outlet and vanity light.  They checked all the outlets, installed new fixtures, plus more.  Very pleased with the work, pricing and the professionalism of the techs.  Will definitely use them again.

After having excellent service in 2 previous jobs with ABR, my expectations for a 3rd one (today) were understandably high. Unfortunately, this was not the case. After arriving 30 minutes after the scheduled time, Tyler headed up to our attic to survey the work. As someone who wants to learn, I followed, and was disturbed at the carelessness I saw as Tyler moved around our attic. Hanging on ducting, yanking on the electrical cable, and a complete disregard for any strategic blown-in insulation, I was uncomfortable with him being up there. (not to mention his comments regarding how the access 'sucked' and overall lack of enthusiasm)

After coming back down he informed me that the job was going to cost 60% more than what was quoted and was going to take 2+ hours to complete.

I declined continuing the job and wished him a good day.

After excellent service previously, I can't say that I am happy with my experience today and won't be able to recommend them to any friends or coworkers. I hope others continue to have a better experience than what I did today and will be on the hunt for a new go-to electrician.

Very satisfied! Let me just get that out of the way first. As a recent transfer here to the Lone Star State, I am finding that trying to connect with service professionals to do any work in my home has been challenging. No shows, and having to leave multiple messages at businesses is not fun for me. I reached out to EOC only after I attempted to use others. The reason for this is that I thought they were going to be busy given that they had extremely high Yelp reviews and all of the new construction in the area.  I was wrong, and I'm glad I was! I made an appointment for an estimate on a Monday, thumbs up and the technicians were at my home the following Saturday to install 31 can lights. Bonus points for showing up on time, cleaning up after themselves and removing a nipple light in my living room and installing a wall sconce. I would recommend this business to anyone within earshot of my voice.

Excellent. Just moved into an older house with quirks. Had Mike install some sconces, replace a ceiling fan, change out some switches, and fix some issues with a GFCI outlet. He was super nice, quick, reasonably priced, professional, and did a great job. Will be calling him again for sure!

The biggest thing I appreciate about W3 is that it didn't snub its nose at my very small job (malfunctioning doorbell); four other electrical companies refused to make the trip because it wasn't a big enough job (not sure why that matters if a customer is willing to pay the service fee anyway to obtain peace of mind from a professional). Turns out our transformer blew and needed replacing, which affected other outlets as well...not so small after all. My technician Jordan was on time, efficient, and professional, even calling beforehand to give me a heads up on his ETA. He was knowledgeable about required services and W3's packages to better aid me in making informed decisions about our house/what to prioritize. As a result we signed up for a membersship and will turn to W3 for our electrical needs from now on.
