George is easy to work with and has very fair pricing. I received several quotes for a simple fence repair in my back yard that were pretty wide ranging and all seemed outrageous. I just wanted a simple fix for a reasonable price - George gave me exactly that. For a fair price he did exactly what I asked in a very quick amount of time.

I can't say enough good things about this business.
I had a small project in my home. I looked for handymen and found Tixan services.
I'm not sure if George is the owner of this business but he was very responsive and easy to communicate. I had many bad experiences/difficulties communicating with contractors so the responsiveness from him was huge for me.
On the day of the actual work, he showed up on time, worked quick and super efficiently. Needless to say he left no mess.
I still have some projects around my home. Tixan will be the first business I will contact when I'm ready to do those projects.

Josh was very responsive in repairing my drywall in my master bathroom. I am very surprised at just how good the repair is - because I cannot even tell where the towel rack was pulled off, leaving a big hole. Here's a photo. Can't even see there is a repair done!

I screwed up mounting some curtains. Yeah I know basic. But everything seems easy until you get started. George came out on a Saturday 30 minutes after I first messaged him and squared up my list. That was worth the money in and of itself. Really happy to have a new local handy man.
Fixed my bedroom water damage. Excellent quality and professionalism. I would like to hire him back for more projects but hard to get hold of .
We found Tixan services through yelp and Yuri did a great job, he communicated very well and did everything in a time efficient manner. We got a few estimates from others but Yuri had the best pricing out of them all. We wanted to install some exterior numbers on our stucco and get some electrical switches changed out and Yuri did a great job! I found Tixan Services while looking for a handyman to handle a handful of minor repairs around the house. Responded on Yelp fairly quickly and booked to come a couple days later. Everything was done fast and with quality work. Would definitely recommend.
George helped us assemble and put together this basketball hoop for the kids, we all very happy.

We started our home renovations in April of 2021 with the hopes of being done by the end of the year. Unfortunately, while we loved the work that was done - it was left unfinished.
After tirelessly looking for someone that's dependable, knowledgeable and reasonably priced, we found Yuri. We brought him in to renovate our bar (that was left unfinished), and not only did he deliver exactly what I wanted - he surpassed my expectations, and he did it incredibly quick.
My girlfriend (who's skeptical of most handymen) was blown away with what he was able to accomplish in just a few hours. Right after he left, she told me that's our guy.
We had him back yesterday (5/23/22) to continue the work in our kitchen that was left unfinished by the previous person. He showed up on time, got to work, and got more done than I anticipated (this is a multiple-day job). Once again, my girlfriend was thrilled at the work he had done. Not only did he do the work we asked, but he fixed an electrical plate issue we had next to our front door. It's things like that, that really go along way with me/us.
I cannot recommend his services enough. I've given his number to several people ranging from the smallest jobs, to the big ones. Not only will we have him back, but now we're looking for projects around the house to add because we know the quality of his work.
In all the times I've dealt with handymen, builders, contractors, etc...he's the best. We are extremely happy that we found him. Any future projects we have - this is our guy.
Posted a pic of a hole in my ceiling that needed a patch repair. Larger hole than I wanted to deal with. Response was quick, he happened to be close and came and did the work within an hour after my post/request. Perfect drywall patch repair job well done.

I found Tixan Services when I was looking to have a few items repaired in a home I was renting. They were able to come out the next day and fix all the issues I had, including damage to walls from door handles, fixing a broken cabinet door, installing some sliding closet doors that had been removed for child safety purposes and replacing some missing door stops. Very professional. We got our front door fixed, which we were having problem for over a year already (sticking and need to bang to close). I will recommend his service to everyone. Even helped with cleaning. Will hire again with future needs.
I would definitely recommend George he did a great job installing my floating shelf. Don't mind the cables or the angle I just suck at taking pictures but it's centered and perfect.
Georage did really a great job to cover my duct pipe! I created a new 8 inch duct for my new range hood, and the duct exposed in the closet. I want to cover it using drywall and baseboard, I want smooth round joints which matches my existing wall corners. Georage made it happen! The result is the same that I expected. We have had George fix many issues at our home and he has always handled every task perfectly. He quoted me a reasonable, flat fee for the installation of a retractable screen door. We arranged for him to do the installation and he showed up right on time with a complete tool kit of battery-powered tools. After refreshing himself with the installation instructions for my particular door, he worked quickly and methodically. He presented me with two installation options and explained the pros and cons of each. Once installed, he demonstrated how to operate the door. Iurii (pronounced Yuri) was a life saver. I ran into him while he was on a house call for my neighbor. He was so friendly I ended up asking him if he could fix my kitchen cabinet that I had been waiting months for my landlord to send someone. Not expecting him to be able to accommodate my last minute and unexpected request, HE DID!

I'm super pleased with the completed project from George at Tixan. He totally knows what he is doing. He asked me good questions as the project proceeded to ensure it was just the way we wanted.
The project was to hang four closet doors barn-door style in a bedroom. He was so precise in how he proceeded. I knew exactly how they were going to hang and line up before he even put one screw in the beam.

George did several jobs for me. He installed an aluminum pergola, attached to the house on one side. He also installed 3 outdoor GFCI outlets for me. George did an exceptional job. He is very thoughtful, intelligent (thinks like an engineer) and is creative in finding solutions to trouble shoot. He is reliable; meaning, he will show up when he says he will, and he will stay late to finish the job if he tells you he will finish the job that day. The pergola he installed looks beautiful and we received a lot of compliments from people on it's beauty. The outlets he installed were done professionally, like how a bonafide electrician would do it. I will not let any contractors do any work on my house that is not up to code and standard. I will go to George first for an estimate before any other handyman for work I think is within his areas of expertise. I trust his judgment when it comes to doing work on my house. George aka Yuri is an awesome handyman. I messaged him on Yelp and he was able to come over that same week and help me around my house. I had him come over and remove several nails, a flag pole and some lights and other things in from my patio railings. He also re hung some of the towel hooks in one bathroom and also replaced an old broken exhaust fan in the bathroom with a new one. He is professional, reliable, showed up on time and did great work in an efficient manner. His prices were very fair and he was very friendly as he worked. I needed help with hanging a painting on the wall by the stairs, and came across Tixan Services where response time was super fast and pricing is very reasonable, and I were able to schedule an installation on the same day.

George with Tixan Services was able to fix some minor repair issues at my condo when my tenants vacated. He provided prompt and clear communication, kept me updated and informed, and completed the repairs quickly/efficiently and to the standard and quality that I had hoped for. He finished the job quickly and tested everything works ok. Unfortunately at night the fan in the master bedroom making noise when in high speed. I texted George and sent him video. He responded quickly and willing to come back the next day. He checked and found out the fan defective. Since too much work for me to return it, I asked George if he can swap the one in my living room. I don't care the noise in my living room and I don't need to use high speed. He did it right away. Seemed good at first, but he hit a snag with the wall. He gave his seemingly honest opinion to redo our entire home's walls. He talked in detail to take down all our walls and have a team of men come in and fix it up better than ever. All he a tually did was cut into the wall a tiny bit to square the holes a bit, and then peeled off the old paint. The entire actual work seemed to sum up to 40 minutes. He still charged for two hours of work. $160 for almost no work. Perhaps we lost in translation since he was not a native English speaker and had a tiny bit of difficulty explaining things. He seems he'd do good work in many circumstances but for ours it was a bit disappointing.
We had a pocket door that had fallen off its railing. George was on time, reliable and proficient. We will definitely call George again.
George fixed our garbage can cabinet drawer. He had to install new track. Very responsive. Explained his pricing but good quality work.
I needed a light switch replaced and I found George on Yelp. When I contacted him he was quick in responding and his prices were reasonable. He replaced the switch very quickly which I really appreciated. I'll definitely be calling him for any other issues I have!

George was great in terms of communications prior to, and on the day of, the service. He made sure to ask sufficient questions to ensure that he could service the job, which was to install a drain pan for the washing machine in our laundry room. Easy going and also went to Lowe's to pick up extra materials that he recommended. Also takes Venmo payments which makes it a breeze.

Needed some exterior carpentry work done on the front of my house and could not find anyone with the time to come out, so I put out a request here on Yelp and George texted me right away. We went over the work needed, I sent some photos, and he gave me a quote. He came out 3 days later as scheduled and knocked out the work in a professional manner, everything looks great. George was awesome! He was so considerate and efficient. I let him know up front that I was gathering quotes from many handymen and he said he'd wait to hear back from me! That right there was enough to make me choose him, but his response time and fair prices sealed the deal. I needed some things in my condo repaired as part of our sale. He was here on time, he was honest about pricing and about what he could and couldn't do, and he was done an hour before I needed him.
Yuri is incredible. He was referred to me from a friend to mount my tv, but after he arrived he was also able to switch a light fixture for me, hang paintings, and install my cameras. I used him a second time to hang a mirror and some floating shelves. He is quick, accurate and precise which makes my OCD very happy. I highly recommend for handyman services and will continue to use him for my needs
George is amazing and a life saver! I manage a property in Brea and he was very responsive on Yelp messaging for all of my tenant's concerns. He was very accommodating with our schedule and was able to fix everything within a week of reaching out to him. This was my first time reaching out via Yelp for a handyman since I normally manage properties in Irvine and have a handyman here, but I am so happy I found him and definitely recommend his services to anyone near the area!
Geroge was amazing, very quick to communicate clearly when he was gonna arrive at my house and once he was here, he installed everything I needed including a multiple ceiling fans and a chandelier and they all looked amazing. I'll start off my saying I am extremely OCD and picky/a perfectionist, especially when it comes to my home, so finding a great handyman was tough. But once I found Yuri, my search was over. Yuri responds in a timely manner and communicates well. He is just as meticulous as I am so all the things he did for me were perfect! I have used him multiple times and he is my go-to guy for anything I need done around my house.
He is friendly, professional, reasonably priced and does GREAT WORK! I cannot recommend Yuri and his team more. You will not be disappointed, I promise.

My landlord told me that a handyman was coming. In past he's done that and we do not have much luck with them. But George shows up and listens carefully, gets directly to work and was beyond thorough!! We had approximately 15 windows that didn't close all the way that past handymen said was fixed but wasn't, and George worked diligently on each one and had me check it before he moved on to the next. Now we have working windows. Also my landlord was impressed, there was some rotting wood around the windows and instead of trying to make money and telling my landlord to replace them George let him know about how long they could last and should potentially replace them. We trust him so he's now coming back next week to do other work needed. I highly recommend George!!

He was courteous and efficient, came by to look at what needed to be done, went to Home Depot to find the right part, and then came back to install it. He was so quick! I needed a magnetic knife rack installed on my newly remodeled (and pristine!) tile kitchen wall. Needless to say, I was nervous about having the new tile drilled into, but Tixan Services did a beautiful job!! (Picture attached). George came out to my house the very next day and did an excellent job completing my repairs. He was not only very efficient but also very knowledgeable about how to resolve the repairs. He completed the following: rehung a bedroom door, hung a very heavy large mirror, repaired the deadbolt on my gate that was no longer aligned, repaired a second bedroom door that no longer shut properly, and repaired a broken desk. I was very pleased with his work and would highly recommend him!
