True professionals. I originally had them come out to troubleshoot a smart switch and I recently hired them to install a bathroom exhaust fan with an additional switch. Additional electrical projects for this company in the near future.

My pool & spa light were not working so Hugo came out to troubleshoot the problem and in doing so resolved a bunch of wiring/jbox/GFCI issues that were not up to code.  Bottom line is Hugo fixed the many issues I had and the entire thing looks much better. Very professional and helpful. The entire process was seamless from start to finish.  My new go to electricians!  Thanks again.

I own a small business with large kilns. I have found that not just anyone can or will work on our equipment. Half our unit's electricity went out, while we were open one morning. SDGE came out twice and couldn't help. I called Target Electric and within three hours they had arrived. I received good, clear communication, so my expectations were set appropriately. The amount billed was reasonable, but not cheap. If you want cheap you will get cheap. If you want a licensed electrician who is a member of the BBB, explains pricing, shows up on time, does excellent work & completely cleans up behind themselves, you can call this business & pay them a fair rate. I highly recommend it.

Ismar was great! I reached out for a quote and he was very prompt in replying to my questions. Very reasonable pricing! He arrived on time and replaced my pendant lights, bathroom lighting and a faulty outlet. He was very clean. Would definitely contact him for any future work.

Remon is AMAZING! I hired a different company to fix my 17 year old Kemore dryer and had a really bad experience, the company wanted to charge SO much and left me without a dryer for over a month. I decided to call Remon to see if he could do anything. He was able to come the same day I called! He wore a mask (COVID times) and was super polite, friendly, knowledge and he explained everything he did. He was able to fix it the same day, even though it was night time and stayed until it was done! He also charged half the price of the other company, and now my dryer is now like new! He knows how to fix so many other things too and I will definitely be using him in the future! He deserves 10 stars!

Someone once told me that a good electrician is hard to find. Finding a great electrician is like finding a unicorn! Smilys Electric is your unicorn! We are getting an EV soon and needed a dedicated 240v NEMA 14-50 outlet installed. During his initial visit, he advised that we would probably benefit from also upgrading our electrical panel from 100 amp to 200 amp. We had actually been thinking about doing this as well, since we knew our electrical needs would increase and we are considering going solar. 100 amp wasn't going to be enough and could ultimately be dangerous. Ismael gave us a quote for both and the pricing was extremely fair. What we got in return was pretty epic. Not only was the job done in a timely manner, but the panel and outlet look like they naturally came with the house. Extremely clean work! Even better, he dealt with the County of LA to get us the proper permits and took every precaution to do the job in a top notch manner. Not only did we pass inspection, but even the inspector commented on how great a job Ismael and his crew did. If you need an electrician. Give Smilys a call. You will not regret it!

I have been using Declan for electric work on my home for over 15 years. When it comes to electricity I never cut corners and seeing the quality of Declan's work is proof that I made the right decision. Recently I purchased a Tesla for my wife and on short notice Declan came to my home and installed the wall mount unit and upgraded my panel switch to handle the Telsa wall charger. I would recommend PB Electric/Declan with no reservations at all and in fact I refer him to all my friends and clients. You will not find a more honest and detailed electrician in San Diego.

Steve was great. He did a small job for me on a rental house that I own. I found him to be competent and he has reasonable rates. He diagnosed the electrical issues with my house in minutes. I will definitely use this contractor again.

This is a long overdue review. I found Cosmin originally by asking for referrals on NextDoor. He was really busy but found time to squeeze me in the next day. We moved into a house with a lot of wonky electrical work and Cosmin was able to rectify things quickly. This included switches that weren't connected to outlets, adding a dedicate line for a jacuzzi bathtub (previously would shut the lights off if both were on), and adding new outlets where we needed them. Cosmin was nice, professional and worked very efficiently. His prices are fair and he does great work.

I had an GFI outlet that wouldn't reset, therefor effecting the other outlets on the same wall. Those affected outlets provided power to the wifi, hot water heater, landscape lights & sprinklers. Called Rod from Rods Electric and he came over within an hour on a Friday afternoon to help me. Amazing!!! Great service.

Chris did a great job installing my Tesla Wall Charger for my Model 3. From the first interactions he was always friendly, straightforward and easy to work with. He promised to come take a look and give me quote and he was exactly on time.
His pricing is very fair and transparent. When time to perform the work, he was very efficient and diligent. I couldn't have asked for a better outcome.
The best part is that Chris is the nicest guy you will ever meet. I look forward to having Lange Electric helping me with my future electric projects.

We decided to make a big purchase this year and go Solar. We met with many companies and in the end went with Kevin Burt Electric and what a great choice. Our reps Garrett and Jesse quickly put together the information and had us up and running within a few weeks (all the other companies said it would be 3-4 Months!). Our installer, Jesse Malone from Underline Energy, was fantastic. The entire system was implemented in one day and then inspected and certified within a couple of days after. It's amazing watching that meter run backwards  Thanks to everyone for making that happen so easily!

I want to thank hank for his amazing work. He came and installed 3 TVs on the wall and assembled this outdoor furniture set that would have taken me 3 days to assemble. Very knowledgeable gentleman and kind. Thank you hank.

AJS Electric was wonderful.  He was thoughtful, careful, gentle, read instructions immediately and worked well with my landscape architect figuring out how to install a stainless box for my new garden lighting timer.  He came quickly, was prompt, cleaned up after himself and his pricing was very fair.  I highly recommend him.

OK, you asked for a review so here it is Rob!

I am tired of someone who keeps bugging me for a review.  I prefer writing only good reviews  when I see a company or person who  deserves one.  I will not even bother getting into the details as to why I rated this place 2 stars.  All I can say is I will not be using them again.  I used them twice.  First time was ok.  Second time, Rob was very pushy to get me to hire him.  He called me 3 times the morning of when they came out. I was not even fully awake and in a bad mood because I felt his sales pressure pitch.  I just wanted to get this over with.  I was not going to use him because I wanted both a microwave and a ceiling fan replaced.

I told him I only want to hire one person to do both and I simply called him to see if he knew of someone that installed microwaves and that is when he mentioned they could do both for me, but installing a microwave was not something they normally do.

Well, two months after they installed the ceiling fan, it stopped spinning.  So I called him to just ask him a question what could be reasons.  He was not very helpful at this point.  I was not even blaming his work.  I was damned if I was going to hire him again.  I instead found me a Very Good Handyman in my area who did not talk to me as if I was dumb.  I do not like being mislead and pressured in hiring and that is what I felt.
