Paul helped us update our old electrical panel and add some new breakers. Excellent work, always responds quickly with my many questions, Paul puts you at ease with his knowledge and friendliness too. They came on time and got the job done when they said it would be done. Very professional, I would highly recommend Apex to anyone and I have already!! I will be using Apex for all of our electrical needs in the future. Thank you for a great job! Also, the price, although high because of what we needed done, was better than most companies out there.

I cant say enough positive things about my experience with Berk's Electrical. Lights were flickering in my house & things were constantly shutting down with a overloaded circuit. Nadine was so sweet on the phone and sent someone over that day I called within 1 hour. Mike and another gentleman came over, assessed the situation and knew what needed to be done immediately. They had to move our entire panel to the garage so they ripped into our walls and installed a whole new panel in the garage and put everything on its on breaker. We have had ZERO issues so far. Great price for all the work they did and they hustled on the project and were completed within 1 1/2 days. They were so nice and informative!! I would 100% recommend them again. They cleaned up everything nicely and even re-patched the walls so it looks like nothing happened. Thanks again!

I used Target Electrics services a few months ago as a result of a coupon I purchased through Angies List.  I Purchased approximately eleven (11) LED lights and a new dimmer switch which I needed installed.  

Since the lights were entire canister units and two of them were in a ceiling approximately 25-30 feet high I felt it necessary to get an electrician with the proper ladder to install everything.  The work was completed within the coupon time so additional charges were not needed.

The Electrician who did the work was quick, very knowledgeable and very professional.  If I have a need for other work that requires an Electrician I would definitely consider hiring them again.

I can't say better things about Dan and his Company McFall Electric I had a GFCI outlet that my washer was plugged into that I never had a problem with until all of a sudden I called two electrical companies. The first one was All Pro Plumbing first they were very rude and short complaining about the noise as we are a dog facility then said they would email an estimate that there was no way they could fix it that day. Then I called Dan and he came out text me before he arrived looked at it told me what the problem was which was the same outcome as what All Pro had told me but he was very polite and actually enjoyed the dogs watching him from behind the fence. Dan fixed the same day, by putting a new breaker just to the washer that was not a GFCI outlet. He was a third of the cost of the other company also. So not only was he honest nice and timely but he was very fair on his pricing. Mc Fall electric will be the only electric company I will every use and I highly recommend anyone to call Dan you won't be sorry.

If you live in the Lacosta/Carlsbad/San Elijo/Encinitas or greater San Diego area, these guys are awesome. I'm sure their day isn't as easy as this, but I had a non-emergency electrical need and they made it a point to get out to my house same day. The technician was professional and courteous, but best of all did it exactly everything he said he would from showing up on time, to completing the job effectively and quickly. Would not hesitate to recommend these guys to anyone.

Being involved in working with Helix Electric, I would like to share my personal attitude toward this company. I recon Helix has become a leader in electric works, including design and construction, for past several years. San Diego looks more beautiful now, because of innovative touches added by the company.
Company's spirit provokes to become a professional productive and creative participant. I'm sure not only me, but many other individuals associate Helix with liberal resourceful mark in their business portfolio.

A kitchen zone of my electric went out. Granted, my house is old and had substantial wiring issues that needed to be addressed.  Declan came out on short notice, opened up a box that had been jury rigged by someone long ago.  He then acted irritated at my house, saying he didn't want to bid on the project, almost acting like it was not fixable without tearing the house down. This is of course his prerogative to not want to do a job. However I found someone after that too not only fix this problem area, but rewire the whole house for me, and adding a new subpanel at a reasonable price.  Declan was kind enough to not charge me the full two hours, just one, however he fixed nothing and just left me with a hole in the wall.  From my personal experience, if you have a job that is substantial, you may want to call someone else, or see if he will give an estimate before committing any money in case he doesn't feel like taking the job.  I see he has a couple good reviews here, so for simpler jobs perhaps he is a good choice, I wouldn't know.  Summary:
The good:
Came out short notice, was here over an hour but charged for 1 hour, did diagnose the bad neutral correctly.
The bad:
Fixed nothing, left a hole in the wall, was unwilling to propose a solution or bid on the project, made me feel like my house was garbage, and still charged me.

Super pleased with Austin's work to install my Tesla charger! He arrived on time, worked efficiently, and even went above and beyond to find parts in 3 different Home Depot's. Highly recommend it!

I have engaged four different electricians in two years.  Steven has been such a good contractor that giving him five stars is actually selling him short.  He is fair, creative, and instructional.  He will listen to what you want, make suggestions that actually might be better, and inform you of problems you may encounter in the project that you may not have thought of.  He personally uses most of the products he installs, meaning he installs different types of fixtures and bulbs around his house to test to see how long they last, and then recommends what you need based on what he has learned.  He is the most honest contractor that I have ever encountered, actually refunding you if he over estimated labor and material costs.  If you want to trust someone to give you the quality you want with the result you desire, Steven and his company will be the last electrical company you ever call for all of your needs.  I even hesitate to share my experience because his skills have come into such high demand; he sometimes has to turn down jobs because he is too booked up.  I keep calling him because his attention to detail and follow through is such rare attributes to find in the contracting business.  Best electrical contractor in the San Diego area by far.

Arrived right on time, finished the job promptly. Very efficient, friendly, and responsive.

Cosmin was very helpful and responsive. He did a great job installing a new 240v outlet in my garage. He ended up charging me 20% less than the initial quote because the job did not take as long as he thought it would. Very honest, and I plan on using him for any future electrical needs at my house.

Would definitely use Rod again for future electrical issues!

My garage GFI breaker needed to be replaced because it got wet. He diagnosed it over the phone before he even came and fixed it today. Great, quick, kind service. Would recommend and would use again.

It's Saturday, and it's Memorial Day weekend. A guest accidentally zaps my electricity while running a hair dryer. Circuit breakers look fine, but flipping them on and off doesn't solve the problem.  

Who do you call? Actually, anybody that'll answer. I called other highly rated Yelp-recommended companies, but they all bailed and weren't around for the weekend. I called up Kevin, it was already almost 5pm, and he answered and said he can come right over.

He diagnosed the problem methodically and within a half hour had everything back up and running again. He was courteous, pleasant, and very knowledgable (I think he's been doing this since 1976). Highly recommended when you need someone who knows his stuff in a pinch.

We were looking to add shelves to our closet and Hank was responsive, punctual and finished the job to our satisfaction. He made sure it was made to our liking. The entire project took a few hours and was hassle free.

AJS Electric was wonderful.  He was thoughtful, careful, gentle, read instructions immediately and worked well with my landscape architect figuring out how to install a stainless box for my new garden lighting timer.  He came quickly, was prompt, cleaned up after himself and his pricing was very fair.  I highly recommend him.
