2nd experience working with Berk's.  This time Guillermo arrived to troubleshoot a tripping breaker.  He wore a mask, troubleshot the problem, pulled some new wire to fix it, and then cleaned everything up.  He also pointed out that I had some circuit breakers that were mismatched my panel, did not try to hard upsell me, but did offer to send a quote for a subsequent change out if I wanted.  All in all excellent professional service.

Bottom line is that Sean at target electric is polite, prompt, honest, and hard working. All in all, awesome!!! They provide a very competitive price (often lower than many other electricians in the area). Sean is super knowledgeable and explains the details of what he is doing along with providing options and cost effective alternatives.

So far he has installed two ceiling fans in our house.  One of those ended up being pretty complicated and he came back the next morning (unprompted) to further secure the ceiling fan and give us peace of mind that it would not fall down. He did not charge for this extra visit. Shows that he is honest and truly does excellent work. Would trust him with any minor or major electoral task in our home.

We now have an electrician we can call on a regular basis instead of shopping around constantly which can be a laborious task. Knowing that Target Electric does good work and charges a fair price is essential!!

Power went out after hours, Ismart was very polite and went out of his way to try and fix the problem via phone/text. After that didn't work he was at my house in 20 min to fix my problem! Honest, prompt, and professional!

T and J came to my house to fix my electrical problems with my washer, dryer, heater and AC they did an outstanding job and everything is fixed but the outcome was a superb job done. And they're very reliable and honest and on time. We recommend this to anyone who needs electrical work done. Thanks

Dan was amazing! I called him while he was on vacation and he called me back at 8:00am his first day back at work. He was at my house the same day to fix my electrical problem up stairs. He was safe, efficient and to say he is reasonable is an understatement. I will be calling Dan for all of my electrical needs, and sending my family his way as well.

I wanted to give a shout out to Rick Gleason and his team at Gleason Electrick! They have helped us with ceiling fan wiring/ mounting and today replacing our pendant lights.. they were a bit heavy (picture on right) and better to be safe than sorry I am sure I will have more projects for them again.. give them a call!

Being involved in working with Helix Electric, I would like to share my personal attitude toward this company. I recon Helix has become a leader in electric works, including design and construction, for past several years. San Diego looks more beautiful now, because of innovative touches added by the company.
Company's spirit provokes to become a professional productive and creative participant. I'm sure not only me, but many other individuals associate Helix with liberal resourceful mark in their business portfolio.

A kitchen zone of my electric went out. Granted, my house is old and had substantial wiring issues that needed to be addressed.  Declan came out on short notice, opened up a box that had been jury rigged by someone long ago.  He then acted irritated at my house, saying he didn't want to bid on the project, almost acting like it was not fixable without tearing the house down. This is of course his prerogative to not want to do a job. However I found someone after that too not only fix this problem area, but rewire the whole house for me, and adding a new subpanel at a reasonable price.  Declan was kind enough to not charge me the full two hours, just one, however he fixed nothing and just left me with a hole in the wall.  From my personal experience, if you have a job that is substantial, you may want to call someone else, or see if he will give an estimate before committing any money in case he doesn't feel like taking the job.  I see he has a couple good reviews here, so for simpler jobs perhaps he is a good choice, I wouldn't know.  Summary:
The good:
Came out short notice, was here over an hour but charged for 1 hour, did diagnose the bad neutral correctly.
The bad:
Fixed nothing, left a hole in the wall, was unwilling to propose a solution or bid on the project, made me feel like my house was garbage, and still charged me.

Had some work done on my lights. Austin was quick to respond and gave me a great quote. Would recommend to anyone who needs residential electrical

Reuben and his dad did an excellent job. They were on time and also had such competitive pricing. They installed it very quick and was responsive. They were professional and knew exactly what they were doing. I did multiple quotes area the area and by far they had the best deal. Will be going back for future electrical inquiries!

Cosmin  has has provided us excellent service on two occasions. He is highly professional and personable  We were able to get an estimate using photos via text and we found his rates most affordable. We will be calling him with all of our future electrical needs.

I had Rod add a new circuit, and outlets along the back and side wall of our backyard. They showed up on schedule, and did a great job.

I'm a retired construction superintendent and was an electrician for many years. I met Chris on a job site several years ago when he was a foreman on a large commercial project. After some health issues I needed to hire an electrician and I was delighted to hear that Chris started his own electrical company and hired him for our home remodel.

I called Chris and asked for a bid on my electrical scope and immediately hired him for the job. We could not have been happier with his knowledge and enthusiam for the project. My wife and I would highly recommended Lange Electric for your home or commerical needs.

One thing about Chris, he not only did what he said he was going to do but did it when he said he would .... He completed the project on schedule....We are big fans~

Great service

My boyfriend found this business from a $25 off coupon. He called about a few outlets that weren't working and a lady told him over the phone that the minimum service fee is $200.

2 guys came and found the breaker switch appeared off but was not fully switched off, and nothing needed replacing. The work done was equivalent to a free estimate. The technician mentioned an hourly rate of less than $200 per hour, but did not know what to charge me. The technician contacted his supervisor and came back with a quote of $300. I told him the lady said $200 on the phone and he made a call to try to lower the price because even he admitted it was pricy for such a short time. He said he could only get it down to $250 and that I could call the owner to sort out the payment.

The lady who told my boyfriend $200 calls me to collect the $250. First she denies that she ever said $200 and that it was always a $300 minimum. Then when I mention the $25 off coupon for the first time, she says they don't do coupons! When I tell her I'm staring right at it, she asks where I found it. I tell her it's in this month's local newsletter. She has a side conversation and then says the $250 was including the coupon...she didn't even know it existed until I told her!

I ended up paying $250 to end the senseless conversation and get them off my back. I filed a complaint with Better Business Bureau. Hard to find a company that cares less about its customers. The fact that they couldn't even hold true to a $25 coupon says it all.
