We're extremely pleased with the work and advice Greg (GDM Electric) provided.  I called him to ask for an estimate based on the excellent reviews of him here on Yelp.

He was much more informative and specific with his estimate than the other electricians I contacted, and he struck me and my brother as very honest and competent.  

He did not let us down.  He worked on the days we asked him to, and we were very happy with his work and his pricing.  He did a number of things at a very old house, including adding new circuits to various rooms, fixing sockets and switches, and setting up a generator system that can be easily switched on if there is a power outage.

I would trust Greg to do the best job possible with the least amount of fuss or expense.

My review is based off of my experience interacting with Vince from Veteran Electric, and while I did not end up using them I would strongly recommend giving them a shot. Vince was very upfront and honest with me about the job I was requesting, and even gave me some tips and a heads up on things to watch out for. In the end I decided to take a completely different route for my EV needs. It sounds like everyone who has used Veteran Electric has had a good experience.

Paul fixed a circuit and replaced an outlet in my house. He was on time and friendly. Even through there was some additional troubleshooting work, he charged me the initial quoted rate. He's fair and straightforward.

Called first thing in the morning and had a tech within 2 hours. Cody was very informative and explained everything to me even though I really had no clue what he was talking about...LOL. Needless to say I am very pleased with the overall service provided by Mr. Electric and will for sure use them again when and if the need arises. Thank you.

Yovani was the most professional and organized electrician that responded to my request for a quote. He did everything he said he would and left nothing for us to question. He arrived when he promised he would and clearly communicated with us along the way as the job progressed. He was respectful to our home and time. He gave us some tips as well on how to save some money on various inquiries that we really APPRECIATED! He completed the work he came for today in about two hours and we scheduled him to come back and install recessed lighting throughout our entire home next week. We have been doing major renovations to our home since closing escrow and he has over delivered on all of his promises thus far!

Will recommend to all our friends and family for all their electrical needs!

We like this company, even though they did not show up or call on the day of our appointment.  I started to panic.  They did come the next day and did a phenomenal job.  They had to work in the attic to string the electrical cords to the electrical outlets they were installing.  I would recommend them.  The young men were polite and efficient.

Needed a power outlet installed outside on a brick wall. They arrived on time, completed the job in just over an hour, and left no mess. The job looks very professional and now I am ready to watch the Astros on the patio!

I had an issue that was not an emergency but did need a response so I would know how to handle. I called three separate electricians in the area. Harmony was the first to respond, letting me know that they could not attend to it same day, but at a time in the near future. We scheduled, he came as promised, let me know what the problem was (it actually could have been more of an emergency than I imagined), told me what he needed to do to fix it and also made some recommendations for my home.  He completed without fanfare, left as small as best as I am used to electricians leaving, and the bill was not surprisingly large. You know that that can be the experience sometimes, so that was refreshing. I did hear from one of the other companies, a day or so later. The third never returned the phone call.

WoW I got a prompt response from T&Z All Services! They were very
flexible even on a Sunday to do some electrical job! I was having some
electrical situation and was worried at first as no one might be
available. But I was wrong, this service is absolutely 24/7. I am
extremely pleased with the job done. These guys are the BEST!

One year ago I would have never left this review BUT my goodness has this company changed. They installed a water heater for me in early 2020, before the world shut down. Perfect customer service. On 4/6/21, I called because I had an issue with the water heater. I called after 5pm CT because that's when I got home from work  and noticed the issue. Not one person answered. After 4 minutes each time on hold, the recording sends you to a voicemail. After the 3rd time, I left a voicemail. As of 4/7 at 5pm, no one has returned that voicemail. I called separately on the morning of 4/7/21 and was able to get an appointment but no time or time frame. Finally at 4:40pm CT on 4/7 they call to say they can be on their way and to call back. 11 phone calls and 3 text later to Abacus- NOTHING!!!! Straight voicemail and silence. When I finally got thru to a human, it was an answering service that just passed my call to dispatch. Unbelievable!!! Do. Not. Waste. Your. Time.
