I contacted Jimmy to inquire about some electrical work needed at my parents' home. From the getgo, he was professional and kind. Not only did he do quality work, but I was even more impressed by his level of respect and kindness to my parents! They called and continued to brag about what a kind young man he is! It is refreshing to see that there are business owners who still care about their clients before profit!! God Bless Your Business!

Yikes!  Customer beware.

Called them out for a quote on a (relatively) simple repair of a shorted outlet.  The tech, Paul, took a glance at the wall and instantly presented me with an estimate of $625.34 .  With such an oddly specific number, I asked him what the breakdown of labor and parts was.  Oh, we don't break it down like that.

It's not just that the quote was 2-3 times higher than appropriate (which it was actually fixed for by a well-known company), it's that he made no effort to disguise the blatant guesswork/attempt to overcharge.

Apparently Allsource says they were here 40 minutes.... oddly, my home cameras show the technician was in the house less than 10 minutes.

The wires weren't burnt beyond the outlet at all.  I know because the company that actually DID the work looked closely at the damage, provided photos for their estimate... everything you'd want an electrical company to do.  I used John Moore.  Fast, reliable, and obviously, bonded and performed the work to code.  Even better, they never tried to cover bad service with excuses.

Friendly, reliable, professional, and trustworthy... so glad that we have found an electrician for all of our household needs.

The circuit for my air conditioning unit went out the Friday evening before 100 degree heat hit Houston the very next day.  When I called Tyco's phone number Saturday morning the answering machine gave me a number to call in case of emergency.  The owner picked up the emergency line and had a truck to my house in about an hour and a half.  The electrician was very professional, quick and clean.  Considering it was a Saturday morning I believe the price was fair and well within the industry standard.

The condenser in my AC recently went out. After having another AC company come and look at it from my Home Warranty company I wasn't to sure what to do. As time went on the other company really dragged their feet on sending the information to my Home Warranty company to get approved because they were constantly trying to get me to buy a new AC.

I contacted LMH Services because I had heard from a few people that they were honest, reliable and quick. After not having AC for 2 weeks (with no consideration from the other AC company) I decided to buy a new unit from LMH Services because they offered me a price lower than the other for the whole system. Not only that but they scheduled me for the very next day. I now have a system that saves me tons of money, is quiet and after some research is one of the best units on the market. My neighbor has even told me they don't hear my unit like they use to since it's a quieter system.

We were in search of a new electrician as we have several projects we will be needing to update our older home. Our first project was replacement of a ceiling fan on a sloped high ceiling. I expected an estimate that was not doable. Ty is an amazing business owner. His quote met my desired price. Ty wanted to find a suitable and reasonable way to perform the installation without added costs to myself or need of additional equipment.
We agreed upon a price and his team (George and Shari) came out and won us over! They we're professional, personable, and informative. The ceiling fan looks and works great and we will be calling them back very soon to complete more projects. I'm so glad we gave them a chance. Totally satisfied with their service and now my search for electricians is over. Thank you all for being a blessing!

I was going to write a great review for these guys, since generally most people (myself included) post low scoring reviews.  I'm glad to see that these guys are getting great reviews.  Ron came out to our home and really talked to us about what the problem might be, fixed it and left - and didn't leave us a bill. He said it was a quick thing so it wasn't a big deal.  Amazing!!!! I've never experienced service like that. Kudos to Mr. Electric and Ron.
