Brett and his crew show up at the scheduled time, and diligently work on the project.  I find the workers to be professional as well as personable.  The largest project I have given Mil-Spec at my home was to change out my 40-yr old electrical box while the smallest was to change out a faulty light switch.  Oh, the price was right!

The technician who came to my house today was also in my house less than a month ago. My dogs are home today as they were that day. He worked peacefully alongside them that day. Today, he refused to come in because there was a recent news story about dogs mauling someone. He stereotyped my dogs and insisted, repeatedly, that they would eventually maul me or someone else. My dogs have seen numerous repair people, guests, and other pets in my dwellings throughout the years and have never displayed any sign of aggression. I am deeply offended by his accusations. ProTip: Either give customers a heads up that your technicians are afraid of animals or give the customers an option of choosing a technician who is not afraid. This has been a very upsetting visit and I definitely would never intentionally use this company again.

This company is very professional and response time was prompt. I contacted them in regards to a few failed electrical outlets and they came out at my desired appointment time and quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the GFCI in minutes. West End Electric is one of the most reliable, efficient, fair and friendly businesses of any kind I have ever interacted with. From their friendly phone-answerer/owner Wrenn, to Ruben, the electrician who always comes right away to diagnose and fix whatever we need, they are the best. They have crawled all over our circa 1981 home in the west end of Galveston and upgraded almost every electrical part.  Everything works without a problem after they're there.  Their prices are very fair, and transparent, too. I recommend them without any hesitation.

We had 5 recessed lights, a tv wall outlet, and bar lighting.  Very prompt, and professional service from the estimate all the way to the install.  Cleaned up as they continued through the jobs. Technicians were very knowledgeable of what they were doing.  Very happy with the work they did, would definitely use them again.  Very reasonable rates too!!!

A very good friend recommended that I call Preferred Electrical Services to have work done on my inspection report before selling my home. I spoke to the owner Mr. Joe Messina regarding what I needed to have done and he listened to me and was very knowledgable.

This is one of the best companies you will ever find. They are honest and their prices are very fair. They did our entire house rewire and we would use them again in a heartbeat. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly and the owner Dave is among the best in the business. I remodel my house and Empire electric did an excellent job rewiring the house, recommending and installing all my LED lights and getting house back in code after previous owners freelanced multiple additions. Highly recommended for all residential electrical needs.

Glen did a great job for me replacing a GFI and fixing an outlet. He also quoted on replacing some fixtures for future work I have planned. I'll be calling him again!

I was asking my friend if she knew of a good, trusted electrician. Her sister lives next door to a man (Jeremy) I used to work with and she told me he works for Mister Sparky!! How cool is that!!! I called and explained how I know him and asked that he and his supervisor work on my electrical problem. The guys where on time in their really cool truck that I was really proud to have in front of my house. They were professional, curtious, clean, friendly and they fixed my problem that did not require extensive work or price. I felt great that my friend Jeremy works for this company because knowing him, he is intelligent, a good person and would not work for just anyone. So with that said, it was good enough for me. The price was below what I expected and I was able to apply the $25 off coupon for my first visit that I printed out from the email confirmation I received...that was a FANTASTIC surpise! Only being in this area 2 1/2 years I did not know of anyone to call. Now Mister Sparky is a company I will trust and use from now on and I urge you to give them a call and check them out for yourself. They did a great job installing our exhaust fan in the master bath as well as a new light fixture in our pantry.  We were worried that he wiring was bad in the pantry but they were able to save it and did the job flawlessly.

I has service performed on 10/10/14. Required replacing a bad kitchen light switch. The technician (Leonard) was very professional in explaining what was wrong and what was required to rectify the problem.  Fast, professional service!

I called Wired yesterday and they came out today to fix my bathroom outlet.  Anthony was efficient and knowledgeable about everything he was doing.  I highly recommend them.  Thanks Wired for providing excellent service!!
