Brett and his crew show up at the scheduled time, and diligently work on the project.  I find the workers to be professional as well as personable.  The largest project I have given Mil-Spec at my home was to change out my 40-yr old electrical box while the smallest was to change out a faulty light switch.  Oh, the price was right!

This is been one of the best most professional experiences I've ever had the pleasure of endure. He was professional timely clean and went above and beyond the call of duty. we need more businesses like this.

I had a great experience with Ruben who came to repair and replace a light fixture on a high ceiling above a steep stair case. He listened and then did his work quickly and professionally. West End is quite expensive compared to alternate quotes I received for the same work because they charge by the hour rather than for the complexity of the job but in the end you get what you pay for.

We had 5 recessed lights, a tv wall outlet, and bar lighting.  Very prompt, and professional service from the estimate all the way to the install.  Cleaned up as they continued through the jobs. Technicians were very knowledgeable of what they were doing.  Very happy with the work they did, would definitely use them again.  Very reasonable rates too!!!

A very good friend recommended that I call Preferred Electrical Services to have work done on my inspection report before selling my home. I spoke to the owner Mr. Joe Messina regarding what I needed to have done and he listened to me and was very knowledgable.

After reviewing my inspection report he gave me a quote over the phone for completing the items that needed attention. Not only was he on time but he also was courteous and completed the job for a fraction of the cost that other companies quoted me.

They price hourly and it is very expensive. If the job ends at 11:00, writing the bill takes 15 minutes and after 11:15 the calculation switches to 11:30. It is the company policy.
Be careful about taking note about the time when they start.

Affordable Services Houston has been a joy to work with. The skills that the crew we had work on our house were unmatched. I was asking my friend if she knew of a good, trusted electrician. Her sister lives next door to a man (Jeremy) I used to work with and she told me he works for Mister Sparky!! How cool is that!!! I called and explained how I know him and asked that he and his supervisor work on my electrical problem. The guys where on time in their really cool truck that I was really proud to have in front of my house. They were professional, curtious, clean, friendly and they fixed my problem that did not require extensive work or price. I felt great that my friend Jeremy works for this company because knowing him, he is intelligent, a good person and would not work for just anyone. So with that said, it was good enough for me. The price was below what I expected and I was able to apply the $25 off coupon for my first visit that I printed out from the email confirmation I received...that was a FANTASTIC surpise! Only being in this area 2 1/2 years I did not know of anyone to call. Now Mister Sparky is a company I will trust and use from now on and I urge you to give them a call and check them out for yourself. They did a great job installing our exhaust fan in the master bath as well as a new light fixture in our pantry.  We were worried that he wiring was bad in the pantry but they were able to save it and did the job flawlessly.

I was asked to be available on my appointment day from 8 am to early evening. I called the day before to see if they could narrow down the time and was told no. 4:00 pm they let me know they can't make it. That is BS.

Very reliable. They arrived when thay said they would and stayed late to finish a BIG job. I had recessed lighting put in my downstairs and it was a major undertaking. Wired electricians did a great job. I had used them before for a smaller job and was very satisfied. They can handle big and small jobs. If the need arises, I will used Wired again.
