Very satisfied! I was referred from a friend in the neighborhood that used a pro master electric for their whole rewire in their home and they were satisfied. I used a pro master electric to install LED lights around my home that lights up my yard at night and later on used them to change my breaker panel! This is my go to electric company !!!

Great support to do major overhaul of our new/1988/home. They were responsive and did a great job. Had a recall on them to add a couple more projects and they showed up and we're ready to go and happy with their work. Are standing by to have them install a Home house generator upon delivery. Very happy with them.

Tesla Charger install - had a difficult install since my breaker wasn't in my garage. They ran the cable from the breaker on the side of my house through the attic. The install was clean and professional. Didn't take as long as I thought it would either. They were well versed in the best practices for charge my Tesla. Been just under a month now and everything is working perfectly.

Kevin and Mercedes have both been to our home on two occasions to install a slew of lighting around our home. After Harvey came through and left a little over two and a half feet of water in our home, almost no part of our home was left untouched when it had to be redone and we also had a chance to do some upgrades as well and they were very helpful with both.

Before they came in, they had also done some great work for us 3 years. They had installed some recessed lighting in our kitchen and living room, and we had never had problem with the work.

Before starting the job, we had researched the look and items we wanted installed, but as we walked the job with Kevin on the initial consultation, we were grateful to have his honest opinions and considerations when it came to styles and price that would work best in that room, whether it was more or less expensive than what we were asking for.

So in the first trip out they did lighting above and below our cabinets, recessed lighting in our closets, bathrooms, secondary bedrooms, and hallways. Installed pendants over the kitchen bar and 3 sconces in the master bath. They also switched out all our switches for more updated ones and put dimmers in some rooms. In my laundry room, Kevin had to move the electrical in one wall to make room for a pocket door an install a new lighting switch on another wall.

The next time, unfortunately one of our upper cabinet lights was not working anymore, as well as a recessed light in the bathroom, so Kevin took care of it no problem.

The rest of the job entailed us changing our mind on the lights over the bar, and so Kevin had to switch them out with another set. Also, hang the pendant over the breakfast room table, the recessed lights in our master bedroom, and install a bluetooth component to a bathroom fan and new switch for the fan.

We still have more work for him to do, but you know how construction goes. But if you need a team for electrical that is reliable and does excellent work, and you can trust what they suggest, this is your team.

We used Mr Sparky to do several jobs at our house. They changed out one chandelier and replaced it with a can light, replaced another chandelier with a new fixture, installed timer on exterior lights, new exhaust fan in master bath, etc. The guys were professional, on time, clean and did the work in a timely manner. I will definitely use them for any future jobs.

These guys were great!  The scheduler was extremely nice and got us in right away. Four very skilled technicians came to hang a chandelier in our dining room. I'm so glad we had professionals come as it was kind of tricky. They were extremely professional and courteous and did a phenomenal job. I definitely recommend these guys and I am making another appointment today.

Today I have called Mr Electric 7 times.     Endless recordings and menu he'll over and over .     I left a message where they said you would get a callback.    The call came....again endless recordings.    I own several apartment complexes and am changing from gas to electric.    Need help for water heaters and stoves and requiring.    Huge jobs.     But they obviously could not care less.    They have done very good work several times for me but it is impossible to get help or talk with a live person.    I am now calling where a live person eventually picks up the phone.     Do they even care at all?

I just used Pearland-based LIGHTHOUSE ELECTRIC for electric service panel  replacement and a couple of smaller jobs. I found owner, Master Electrician Johnny Gibbs, to be knowledgable, prompt, efficient and very thorough, and his price was quite reasonable. Highly recommend.

I am giving a proper 5 stars to Smart Choice electric. They were very good on coming to my home to develop a quote and they were able to amend that quote even after they sent it to me because I had to change a few things after I considered the cost. They were terrific at explaining the work and helping me prioritize which work would be of the most value to my needs. They showed up promptly on time for all quotes and service jobs, they asked lots of questions during execution to ensure that they were delivering what I wanted, the quality and finish of the work is terrific. They even helped me out with a few other things as well. Very good, very reasonable prices, excellent on time service, excellent quality and finish, and excellent pre and post sale service. I am personally thrilled with every aspect of the job. I hired them to replace a Pacific Electric breaker, install a whole house surge protector, add a few circuits, add a few outlets, and run some data wires.
