Otis and his crew were the only ones out if six local electricians to call me back. They not only were able to get me in the next day, but they arrived ahead of schedule. Otis kept me updated on the price during the process and always thoroughly explained what the issues were. We will 100% call him again and thoroughly recommend him and his crew!

Prompt, professional & reasonably priced. Pedro did a good job explaining what issues I had with my breakers. I most definitely will use his services in the future. Highly recommend.

Eric came out promptly to provide an estimate and determined we can go with a different solution for the problem. He was extremely friendly, prompt and informative. Recommended based on honesty alone. Much appreciated, Eric!

I contacted Aaron's based on the reviews on Yelp and was not disappointed!!  Response to my phone request was met with a professional company representative and a committed time for the technicians arrival.  The technician called me before his arrival (which was right on time) he showed up at my home, got right to work, solved the electrical issue with the dead outlet and advised me on a secondary problem.  I would highly recommend Aaron's.  Thank you to Leo for his professional work ethic and attitude as he worked through my two dogs and my constant phone interruptions!  Great company.

Prior to the day of upgrade the business was 5 stars. Upgrade day they moved to a 3 - lack of communication between their employees and contacting Center Point. - CP came to the home at 3 to turn on the lights but Mr E wasn't done yet. So CP left. Mr E supposedly called CP at 5pm to finish the work, and told us CP could be out by 7pm. Long story short, CP never got the call Mr E left the house at 5pm with a family of 8 sitting outside in 100 temps/humidity and mosquitoes- with 2 family members having special medical conditions. CP stated they could be out by 7am the following day.- not good! Now I got involved and called the Mr Electric company and asked for a hotel compensation for the medical kids, they agreed. 1/2 the family stayed the night in a reasonable hotel of $70+ tax (remember Houston) and followed up by emailing the receipt to their recommended email, and I have yet to receive payment. - so I drop to a 3 star. Now a month later, my electric box is popping breakers. I reached out via the website as calling is a hassle, but I will tomorrow during business hours. Mr. Electric could respond to email inquiries via the internet form on their page. They want to sell their services, but once you use them they could care less about keeping their customers. I am not happy with their business, and I have reached out via website, now I have moved on via Facebook. This matter has become personal to the fact that their work could lead to a home fire and as of now if the investigation proves the fire was electrical this Mr. Electric in Katy will be sued. But that is why they get 1.5 stars, I really should give .5

We have used Chams Electrical Services twice now. The first time was for the Tesla charging outlet and the second time was for a dedicated outlet for a treadmill. Both times it was very easy to schedule an appointment (call/text) and the work was done quickly and efficiently. They also take credit card which is very convenient.

5 stars and 2 thumbs up!!! Very impressed with Madaras Electrical!  Mercedes was professional and accommodating when we spoke on the phone and scheduled my appointment.  She called about 20 minutes prior to my appointment to let me know Kevin was on his way.  I had a 2 hour window and he showed up within 5-10 minutes of that window (that never happens!). Kevin was beyond amazing! He knew exactly how to fix BOTH of the problems I called about, immediately.  I think he was in and out of my house within 30-45 minutes, and fixed TWO problems during that time.  He was extremely knowledgeable, and probably one of the friendliest maintenance people I've ever worked with.  If I EVER need electrician services again, I'm calling Madaras Electrical!!!

Clint from Mr Sparky was excellent.  He gave a thorough assessment of several electrical problems in my house and quickly took care of everything.   It was well worth the cost to have peace of myself mind that a professional like Clint performed the repairs.

We hired David to put a dog door in our metal door. He arrived on time and did a fantastic job on the installation. We will definitely use him for future projects.

Excellent work. Traced a hard to find problem and gave a good price. Easy to communicate with, prompt, takes time to explain. Masks and boot covers. Respectful of property and owner. All in all a terrific service and will be contracting for more overhaul.

Struggling with our treadmill tripping the circuit every time that we used it. Turning off the treadmill, the power in the entire room and TV in the next room-I finally called Parco (based on the reviews that I read online). I'm sure glad that I did! We quickly had a new dedicated plug (for a reasonable price), so glad that I finally made the call.

I had a great experience with Mr. Electric recently. I sent an online request for service one evening and to my surprise, someone called me within an hour.   They were able to come out the very next day.  The service rep (Brandon) was very professional.  After explaining my issue to him, he explained what steps he would be taking to identify the problem.  The problem was resolved quickly.  Due to the age of my home, he also recommended that I have an electrical safety check.   When he finished, he provided some great suggestions to electrical updates that I may want to consider for my home.  Very satisfied with my first experience using Mr Electric.  Will definitely use again, as well as recommend to family and friends.

Came on Saturday after lost power to several areas of the house. Fixed everything at a very good price. Use this electrician, he's great.

Reuben and Atlai and all their workers are extremely professional and courteous. They had a great attitude throughout the job.  We hired them for 2 large jobs and they were a pleasure to work with throughout.  They were very accommodating to our schedule and always got their work done in a timely manner. They never left a task without double checking that it was done right and to code.  -KL
