Very satisfied! I was referred from a friend in the neighborhood that used a pro master electric for their whole rewire in their home and they were satisfied. I used a pro master electric to install LED lights around my home that lights up my yard at night and later on used them to change my breaker panel! This is my go to electric company !!!

This company is awesome.  They installed four recessed lights in my master bedroom.  They are professional and their work ethics are magnificent.  Pete and his wife are indeed the best.

Eric came out promptly to provide an estimate and determined we can go with a different solution for the problem. He was extremely friendly, prompt and informative. Recommended based on honesty alone. Much appreciated, Eric!

The electrician was very knowledgeable. I was happy with his work. He was prompt, came out the same day. Issues all over the house were addressed. Happier now of some safety assurance.

i was in need of an electrician and was so happy to find aaron's. my home is needing some updates and they were happy to come to my rescue. i wasn't sure they could come out to katy from spring, but they were and totally made my day.
Overall, my experience with aaron's was positive and i highly recommend them.

Prior to the day of upgrade the business was 5 stars. Upgrade day they moved to a 3 - lack of communication between their employees and contacting Center Point. - CP came to the home at 3 to turn on the lights but Mr E wasn't done yet. So CP left. Mr E supposedly called CP at 5pm to finish the work, and told us CP could be out by 7pm. Long story short, CP never got the call Mr E left the house at 5pm with a family of 8 sitting outside in 100 temps/humidity and mosquitoes- with 2 family members having special medical conditions. CP stated they could be out by 7am the following day.- not good! Now I got involved and called the Mr Electric company and asked for a hotel compensation for the medical kids, they agreed. 1/2 the family stayed the night in a reasonable hotel of $70+ tax (remember Houston) and followed up by emailing the receipt to their recommended email, and I have yet to receive payment. - so I drop to a 3 star. Now a month later, my electric box is popping breakers. I reached out via the website as calling is a hassle, but I will tomorrow during business hours. Mr. Electric could respond to email inquiries via the internet form on their page. They want to sell their services, but once you use them they could care less about keeping their customers. I am not happy with their business, and I have reached out via website, now I have moved on via Facebook. This matter has become personal to the fact that their work could lead to a home fire and as of now if the investigation proves the fire was electrical this Mr. Electric in Katy will be sued. But that is why they get 1.5 stars, I really should give .5

I hired Cham's to install a NEMA 14-50 power outlet. Cheik and his crew installed the new plug today and it works well.  My breaker box is on the outside near my backyard on the opposite side of the house.  They ran a line down the side of my house, into my garage from the outside and across my garage.  Work looks nice and outside hole is sealed up well.  I recommend them.  Priced Well too

I had a great experience working with Kevin. He gave me a an estimate for the work to be done and was flexible to change the work on the day of installation. HIs price and quality of work are above what you get from other contractors.

I have used Mike G with Mr Sparky for several years now.  He has installed chandeliers, bathroom light/fans that needed venting to the outside, a new micro-hood, a very high ceiling fan, switches, plugs, wiring and bathroom lighting.  He is always prompt, courteous and explains everything in detail. There are never any hidden costs that surprise you at the end.   Cleans everything when he is done.  I had trouble with my micro-hood (a defect from the manufacturer with the suction) and their rep's (through Lowe's) kept re-installing it incorrectly and not on the wall mounts and saying there was nothing wrong (for the Lowe's extended warranty).  He re-checked and wrote a report stating exactly what we found which was it was not sucking hardly anything at all and re-mounted correctly each time.  

I have had consistently good service and I highly recommend them if you want the job done right.

We hired David to put a dog door in our metal door. He arrived on time and did a fantastic job on the installation. We will definitely use him for future projects.

I would give Parco six stars if I could. First of all, because they called me this morning and said words I haven't heard since before Hurricane Harvey: we're ahead of schedule, can we come now?  

Then they got here, four people, and got busy right away doing everything on my list: replacing GFCIs, running new 220 for an oven, replacing exterior outlets.

Wayne had to run to the store to pick up a piece of wire they didn't have (old house with weird wire) and while he was gone, T asked if he could help me replace outlets until Wayne got back.

Now for the true confessions part of the review:  I didn't have flood insurance so I'm doing a lot of things myself. Today that means removing and replacing all of my electrical outlets. Obviously I'm not really good at that so it takes me about an hour per outlet.

During the 15 minutes Wayne was gone, I installed about a half an outlet...T did 4 and had started on a 5th.

Anyway. They finished up in short order and were getting ready to leave when Wayne took pity on this old lady and gave me some invaluable tips and pointers to help speed me up a bit.

I can't say enough nice things about these folks. So hire them: you'll be happy you did!!!

I had a problem with my 220v dryer that wasn't starting.  The electrician was able to find out that there was a grounding problem preventing the dryer from starting.  He seemed very knowledgeable and friendly.  Very satisfied.

Called Johnny earlier in the day and received a text saying he was in a meeting. I replied to the text asking about getting my electrical box grounded for a house I just purchased. Johnny called me back within an hour and came out that afternoon with one of his employees. Upon arrival, Jonny and his employee noticed several other issues with my electrical box that the inspector missed (grrrr).  Jonny quotes me a good price, went to get so materials and within 45 minutes they were done. Fast, courteous and professional! Will use them again for future jobs and will recommend them to friends!

Fast, prompt, and a good price. Needed electrical outlets moved in a new commercial spot and a light switch installed along with adding a neutral wire.

They don't quote over the phone but come out and give a free estimate. They promptly came out and gave me a good estimate. I hired them for the job. The following day they came and knocked it out in under four hours.  They cleaned up well and left no remains.

They returned the following day to pick up a check. I wanted a switch changed out which they did complimentary (very nice of them)

This company is all about customer service and getting the job done right. Price was market and pretty competitive. Will keep them in my Rolodex forever. Very satisfied with their work!
