Best Electricians in United States

Otis and his crew were the only ones out if six local electricians to call me back. They not only were able to get me in the next day, but they arrived ahead of schedule. Otis kept me updated on the price during the process and always thoroughly explained what the issues were. We will 100% call him again and thoroughly recommend him and his crew!

Had issues with about 1/3 of my sockets in my three story  detached townhouse for the past few months. Pete was great, easy to make an appointment, very responsive, arrived on time, very polite. He tested and fixed everything!
Didn't even mind my two dogs following him around. I was very surprised when he only charged us $90. Much appreciated, I would recommend Grounded to friends and family in the Houston area.

Eric came out promptly to provide an estimate and determined we can go with a different solution for the problem. He was extremely friendly, prompt and informative. Recommended based on honesty alone. Much appreciated, Eric!

Jacque was so awesome! He was communicative, on time and did a great job. So kind. Will definitely call again!

Job well done.   Had partial electric outage on home.  Electrician showed within an hour.   Was very prudent to define issue without question of which in turn was a Centerpoint issue.   Professional and price was fair.   Definitely recommend and will call again if need be.

Prior to the day of upgrade the business was 5 stars. Upgrade day they moved to a 3 - lack of communication between their employees and contacting Center Point. - CP came to the home at 3 to turn on the lights but Mr E wasn't done yet. So CP left. Mr E supposedly called CP at 5pm to finish the work, and told us CP could be out by 7pm. Long story short, CP never got the call Mr E left the house at 5pm with a family of 8 sitting outside in 100 temps/humidity and mosquitoes- with 2 family members having special medical conditions. CP stated they could be out by 7am the following day.- not good! Now I got involved and called the Mr Electric company and asked for a hotel compensation for the medical kids, they agreed. 1/2 the family stayed the night in a reasonable hotel of $70+ tax (remember Houston) and followed up by emailing the receipt to their recommended email, and I have yet to receive payment. - so I drop to a 3 star. Now a month later, my electric box is popping breakers. I reached out via the website as calling is a hassle, but I will tomorrow during business hours. Mr. Electric could respond to email inquiries via the internet form on their page. They want to sell their services, but once you use them they could care less about keeping their customers. I am not happy with their business, and I have reached out via website, now I have moved on via Facebook. This matter has become personal to the fact that their work could lead to a home fire and as of now if the investigation proves the fire was electrical this Mr. Electric in Katy will be sued. But that is why they get 1.5 stars, I really should give .5

The most unprofessional electrician I have ever dealt with. I got referred to Chams by one of my friends who had a good experience with him. As many reviewers have said he does charge less than other competitors. I had a Nema 1450 outlet installed in May 2022. In August of 2022 I had an error message pop up on my Tesla saying that the wall temperature was too high and the wall outlet and wiring needed to be inspected. I texted him to let him know of the error message and he blew me off saying it happens to other people too and it's an issue with the mobile connector and to contact Tesla. So much for the guaranteed one year warranty by him. I then took it to Tesla and they said the mobile adaptor is fine and advised me to have the outlet inspected. Texted him again but this time with no response. The outlet is not in direct sunlight. I've attached the error message on my car, photo of the outlet, text messages with him and the message from Tesla.
Classic lesson on you get what you pay for. I wish I went to a more established business and paid a bit more so I didn't have to waste so much time trying to contact him and having to schedule a visit to Tesla. Those of you that had a good experience are fortunate. But warranty and guarantee of your work is more important than price since now I'm going to have to spend even more time and money to get someone else to check this outlet since he won't respond to my texts

The owner made it over in a really timely manner and was able to identify and remedied the problem very quickly. Definitely would recommend/call again.

Clint from Mr Sparky was excellent.  He gave a thorough assessment of several electrical problems in my house and quickly took care of everything.   It was well worth the cost to have peace of myself mind that a professional like Clint performed the repairs.

I would recommend David for any household handyman need. He is extremely professional and very punctual. His rates are very reasonable and he is very upfront with any issues with the work needed to be completed. He is very knowledgeable about various household issues experienced by homeowners daily. He has all the tools needed to complete plumbing, electrical, painting, metal or wooden door installation, floors, tile, etc. He is just a call away and its NEW YEARS EVE... NO EXTRA COST FOR HOLIDAY!

Parco Electric replaced a light fixture above our bed (in our master bedroom) and when I woke up the next morning, I noticed there were dried bug and roach parts/guts under a pillow on our bed! I realized the bug parts must have fallen from the old fixture (just above this spot). Instead of the non-English speaking workers alerting us to the mess, they covered it up with a pillow. I did not notice it before we slept on it. We will not be back to use their services. They came recommended but they were also not well equipped with basic supplies. They had me run to the hardware store 3 times because they didn't tell me everything they needed the first time. When I returned, they were standing around and not working...even though I had already gone over everything for them to do and there were still jobs where they didn't need the parts I went to purchase. They had an attitude about doing some extra work and they promised to come back to do other work (as soon as they had the right parts). They never returned or called back about the parts we thought they were going to order...in spite of me calling to inquire about them. I feel they might not have wanted to do this added work...maybe preferring to stick with the easy stuff. They did several jobs for us and it took a bit over 5 hours. They charged for 6 hours. Due to the time they stood around, while I was out buying supplies that they did not tell me about (prior to their visit or at the time we went over the jobs), I feel we should have only been changed for 5 hours. But this is a minor thing...though it added to the disappointment in their ethical and professional performance.

Very professional and informational! They made sure to explain everything and explain the prices before trying to charge us for something! The technicians were very courteous of our home. They left the job clean and made sure we were 100 % satisfied before they left. We signed up for the membership to get the extra 15% off services, we will be using them more in the future. We also used their financing department and they were having a special with no interest, it worked out great for us! We highly recommend them!

I needed an electrician ASAP when my house lost almost all power. My initial call was to centerpoint and 16hrs later when they still had not shown up I called this company. I spoke with Johnny and within less than an hour he was at my house assessing the situation. He quickly diagnosed what was wrong and soon after began working to fix the problem. The entire electrical panel and meter box were changed out ( big wiring mess ). A few hours later I was up and running.
I definitely feel lucky to have found this company and I couldn't have found a nicer guy than Johnny. He kept me updated as he worked and explained everything. The price for the job was reasonable and did not take advantage of the fact that at that moment I was desperate to have my electricity back. I will definitely be calling them back for any electrical problems and will recommend them to anyone.
