Very satisfied! I was referred from a friend in the neighborhood that used a pro master electric for their whole rewire in their home and they were satisfied. I used a pro master electric to install LED lights around my home that lights up my yard at night and later on used them to change my breaker panel! This is my go to electric company !!!

Had issues with about 1/3 of my sockets in my three story  detached townhouse for the past few months. Pete was great, easy to make an appointment, very responsive, arrived on time, very polite. He tested and fixed everything!
Didn't even mind my two dogs following him around. I was very surprised when he only charged us $90. Much appreciated, I would recommend Grounded to friends and family in the Houston area.

Great support to do major overhaul of our new/1988/home. They were responsive and did a great job. Had a recall on them to add a couple more projects and they showed up and we're ready to go and happy with their work. Are standing by to have them install a Home house generator upon delivery. Very happy with them.

Definitely recommend. Had a 240v line run with plug outlet for Tesla charging. Friendly, quick and quality work. Can't ask for more!

They are by far the best experience I've had with electricians. The technicians are very professional. I was impressed with how punctual they were and they do a great job at letting me know when the technician is on his way. The work they do is great and they're very easy to work with. I highly recommend them and plan on using them in the future.

John from Mr Sparky is a kind, diligent and skillful electrician. This is the 3rd time he's been to my home and I won't use anyone else!  We had a difficult issue that 2 other electricians couldn't solve (nuisance arc fault tripping) but John stuck with it until he figured it out. We put up with the problem for almost 3 years and John managed to fix it!  Now we try to think up new electrical projects just to get him back to the house (new chandelier, etc).  Definitely recommend John from Mr Sparky, he's fantastic.  Mr Sparky's pricing is a bit higher than others, but their top tier customer service is worth the extra cost.

We hired David to put a dog door in our metal door. He arrived on time and did a fantastic job on the installation. We will definitely use him for future projects.

Superb!! Just had some electrical work done in our home by Parco Electric, LLC, of Humble. I cannot say enough about how thrilled we were with the work that was done. Aaron and his helper worked diligently to finish the work to our complete satisfaction. Their professionalism and courtesy were top knotch. I would very highly recommend them if any of you are contemplating any electrical work in your homes!

Bert from Mr. Electric was very friendly and professional.  He did several tasks, and he recommended that we not do a couple due to cost.  We really appreciate his advice and workmanship.

Had a couple of electrical issues after lightning struck near the house (ground wire on GFCI was showing open ground) and light issues (flickering). Johnny came out and took care of everything. He even went the extra step and checked everything else was right in the breaker box and took time to explain and show everything he was doing. He was very personable, honest, and helpful. His prices are very fair and when he was running late, he made sure to contact me to let me know beforehand. Very satisfied with his work and would hire again should other issues arise.

I really appreciate that they were able to come out the very next day. The gentleman that showed up was very professional and knowledgeable. Turns out it wasn't an electrical problem however he took the time to show me and explain to me that it was a hot water heater issue. Great customer service. Will be using in the future.
