Very satisfied! I was referred from a friend in the neighborhood that used a pro master electric for their whole rewire in their home and they were satisfied. I used a pro master electric to install LED lights around my home that lights up my yard at night and later on used them to change my breaker panel! This is my go to electric company !!!

I was very fortunate to have same day service with Jack.  He had repaired and replaced a lighting fixture in our master bedroom closet.  Prior to coming to the house, he had made a recommendation for the best fixture when he purchased at Lowes.

No job is too big or small for him.  Very personable, showed up promptly within the time window and very efficient in his work.  Well done!  I will be using him for all my future electrical needs.

Job well done.   Had partial electric outage on home.  Electrician showed within an hour.   Was very prudent to define issue without question of which in turn was a Centerpoint issue.   Professional and price was fair.   Definitely recommend and will call again if need be.

Prior to the day of upgrade the business was 5 stars. Upgrade day they moved to a 3 - lack of communication between their employees and contacting Center Point. - CP came to the home at 3 to turn on the lights but Mr E wasn't done yet. So CP left. Mr E supposedly called CP at 5pm to finish the work, and told us CP could be out by 7pm. Long story short, CP never got the call Mr E left the house at 5pm with a family of 8 sitting outside in 100 temps/humidity and mosquitoes- with 2 family members having special medical conditions. CP stated they could be out by 7am the following day.- not good! Now I got involved and called the Mr Electric company and asked for a hotel compensation for the medical kids, they agreed. 1/2 the family stayed the night in a reasonable hotel of $70+ tax (remember Houston) and followed up by emailing the receipt to their recommended email, and I have yet to receive payment. - so I drop to a 3 star. Now a month later, my electric box is popping breakers. I reached out via the website as calling is a hassle, but I will tomorrow during business hours. Mr. Electric could respond to email inquiries via the internet form on their page. They want to sell their services, but once you use them they could care less about keeping their customers. I am not happy with their business, and I have reached out via website, now I have moved on via Facebook. This matter has become personal to the fact that their work could lead to a home fire and as of now if the investigation proves the fire was electrical this Mr. Electric in Katy will be sued. But that is why they get 1.5 stars, I really should give .5

The most unprofessional electrician I have ever dealt with. I got referred to Chams by one of my friends who had a good experience with him. As many reviewers have said he does charge less than other competitors. I had a Nema 1450 outlet installed in May 2022. In August of 2022 I had an error message pop up on my Tesla saying that the wall temperature was too high and the wall outlet and wiring needed to be inspected. I texted him to let him know of the error message and he blew me off saying it happens to other people too and it's an issue with the mobile connector and to contact Tesla. So much for the guaranteed one year warranty by him. I then took it to Tesla and they said the mobile adaptor is fine and advised me to have the outlet inspected. Texted him again but this time with no response. The outlet is not in direct sunlight. I've attached the error message on my car, photo of the outlet, text messages with him and the message from Tesla.
Classic lesson on you get what you pay for. I wish I went to a more established business and paid a bit more so I didn't have to waste so much time trying to contact him and having to schedule a visit to Tesla. Those of you that had a good experience are fortunate. But warranty and guarantee of your work is more important than price since now I'm going to have to spend even more time and money to get someone else to check this outlet since he won't respond to my texts

Kevin is efficient, knowledgeable, and goes out of his way to make sure you are happy. He replaced an ugly ceiling fan with a small chandelier & rewired an outlet for me at a very reasonable price. I would not hesitate to use Madaras for any future electrical projects I may have & I highly recommend them. :)

We had Mister Sparky Come our to take care of a few issues that were needed to be fixed in order to pass the county's inspection. But when the inspector came back out he found that 3 of the outlets were still not grounded probably. When I called them to come back out to make the repair they couldn't do so for several days. They also gave me a 5 hours window to come back. I ended up having to have someone else make the necessary repairs. So that they were completed in time for the inspectors return. I feel that we are owed some compensation for the added expense of having the repairs completed by someone else.

We hired David to put a dog door in our metal door. He arrived on time and did a fantastic job on the installation. We will definitely use him for future projects.

Excellent work. Traced a hard to find problem and gave a good price. Easy to communicate with, prompt, takes time to explain. Masks and boot covers. Respectful of property and owner. All in all a terrific service and will be contracting for more overhaul.

This is the first time I've needed to hire an electrician. When it comes to
Contractors, you never know who you're going to have show up at your door.  All I have to say is that I had a GREAT experience. They were professional, punctual, quick and efficient. I had two dead plugs and needed a new one dropped.... They had it all done and cleaned up within an hour.... Their prices were more than reasonable for what I needed done... I will definitely call them again for any future work and I highly recommend them to people looking for quality electricians.

I had a problem with my 220v dryer that wasn't starting.  The electrician was able to find out that there was a grounding problem preventing the dryer from starting.  He seemed very knowledgeable and friendly.  Very satisfied.

Johnny sent his electrician to my house to reconnect my generator at the transfer switch the day before the rain (Harvey) to fix what another electrician had left disconnected. Johnny showed up himself to check in on the job being done and assured me that the generator was again wired correctly.
We had 3 outages during Harvey, but had power since Johnny took care of us. I can't sing his praises enough for what he did.

Very professional and reasonably priced. Arrived at scheduled time. It was great working with this company and I will continue to use them for all of my electrical needs. Im amazed at how smoothly this service call went.
