Very satisfied! I was referred from a friend in the neighborhood that used a pro master electric for their whole rewire in their home and they were satisfied. I used a pro master electric to install LED lights around my home that lights up my yard at night and later on used them to change my breaker panel! This is my go to electric company !!!

I was having some issues with some electrical outlets & switches.  As a new homeowner with no prior history of hiring an electrician decided to reach out to Grounded to see if they would be able to help fix my electrical issues.  Pete and his partner Nick weren't just on time for my scheduled appointment, they were 15 min. EARLY!  Both were extremely professional and knowledgeable.  They diagnosed my problems rather quickly and remedied the situation just as fast.  However the most impactful thing their service provided to me was not the 5 out of 5 star job they provided to me on this day but for the stress I will no longer have for any future electrical issues because now I know exactly who to call, Grounded!

I was very fortunate to have same day service with Jack.  He had repaired and replaced a lighting fixture in our master bedroom closet.  Prior to coming to the house, he had made a recommendation for the best fixture when he purchased at Lowes.

No job is too big or small for him.  Very personable, showed up promptly within the time window and very efficient in his work.  Well done!  I will be using him for all my future electrical needs.

These folks are great! Very responsive, friendly, reasonable, and timely. I'd called 2 other electricians before calling Aaron's -- the 1st never returned my phone call or email (via the contact page on their website), and the 2nd replied to my voicemail message VIA TEXT (Don't have anyone available for 4 days. Do you want to schedule then? Ya, no.). When I called Aaron's, on the other hand, not only did I get a live person on the phone, but they were available to come out the same day. Plus, they were friendly and professional. I highly recommend Aaron's and will definitely call 'em again when we need an electrician.

Prior to the day of upgrade the business was 5 stars. Upgrade day they moved to a 3 - lack of communication between their employees and contacting Center Point. - CP came to the home at 3 to turn on the lights but Mr E wasn't done yet. So CP left. Mr E supposedly called CP at 5pm to finish the work, and told us CP could be out by 7pm. Long story short, CP never got the call Mr E left the house at 5pm with a family of 8 sitting outside in 100 temps/humidity and mosquitoes- with 2 family members having special medical conditions. CP stated they could be out by 7am the following day.- not good! Now I got involved and called the Mr Electric company and asked for a hotel compensation for the medical kids, they agreed. 1/2 the family stayed the night in a reasonable hotel of $70+ tax (remember Houston) and followed up by emailing the receipt to their recommended email, and I have yet to receive payment. - so I drop to a 3 star. Now a month later, my electric box is popping breakers. I reached out via the website as calling is a hassle, but I will tomorrow during business hours. Mr. Electric could respond to email inquiries via the internet form on their page. They want to sell their services, but once you use them they could care less about keeping their customers. I am not happy with their business, and I have reached out via website, now I have moved on via Facebook. This matter has become personal to the fact that their work could lead to a home fire and as of now if the investigation proves the fire was electrical this Mr. Electric in Katy will be sued. But that is why they get 1.5 stars, I really should give .5

Shack called and showed up for a job scheduled a few days down the road. He was engaging and knew his stuff. My power juicer went up smoothly. Shared a bottle of Vita mult

We have been using Madaras since he first started this business.   His prices are fair, he is always on time, and he does excellent work.  Plus he is really nice!!
We have used him to install ceiling fans, outdoor lights, and even hang a chandelier.  
If you want someone who does a great job at a good price, this is your guy!
Also, you will be supporting a family business.

Service was great. From the initial online request for an appointment which was answered immediately to the actual service call.  I was called promptly 20 minutes before the allotted time frame. Technicians Ron and Bishop arrived early. They explained the whole process and all services throughly. The service was done in the amount of time they told me it would take. Very friendly and respectful. I would recommend them to friends and family.

We hired David to put a dog door in our metal door. He arrived on time and did a fantastic job on the installation. We will definitely use him for future projects.

Excellent work. Traced a hard to find problem and gave a good price. Easy to communicate with, prompt, takes time to explain. Masks and boot covers. Respectful of property and owner. All in all a terrific service and will be contracting for more overhaul.

I had an electrical outlet installed outside in my patio on 3/19/2015.  The crew called to let me know they could be at my house earlier than my scheduled appointment and were about 10-15 minutes away.  They arrived early and were very friendly and professional.

They introduced themselves and confirmed the project to be completed.  They removed their shoes upon entry.  I showed them the project area and they explained the process before they started working.  

It took them approximately 45 minutes to complete the installation.  The outlet was installed in the ceiling of the patio and looks great.  It functions as it should.  Everything was picked up and throw away.  The cost of the job was very reasonable.  

I would highly recommend using Parco electric for any electrical projects you have.

Quick response on Yelp Platform. The Master Electrician addressed both concerns in my kitchen and garage, and executed what was agreed upon within a reasonable amount of time. Price was worth it for me.
No complaints. Respectful and courteous service.

I called about a breaker issue, an hour later he showed up, less than an hour and I had power to the house again. Very helpful and very fast

We have used Ruben on several electrical projects. He does very good work, is very reliable and has fair pricing. We will be calling him again for all future electrical needs.
