Very satisfied! I was referred from a friend in the neighborhood that used a pro master electric for their whole rewire in their home and they were satisfied. I used a pro master electric to install LED lights around my home that lights up my yard at night and later on used them to change my breaker panel! This is my go to electric company !!!

Ok YELPERS......LOOK NO FURTHER!!! What GREAT service!!! Half of my house was without electricity. I called early this morning and Wes (the owner) arrived shortly thereafter. He was very pleasant, explained the problem, and fixed the problem. BAM, just like that! I must say, I was very impressed, and grateful. AND, at a very reasonable, fair price! No price gouging with this company. I have him on my speed dial from now on. The only FAULT I could find, is that he said he fell asleep before the end of the game of our World Series ASTROS last night. But, I'll try to over look that. Also, double those 5 Stars to 10!

Great support to do major overhaul of our new/1988/home. They were responsive and did a great job. Had a recall on them to add a couple more projects and they showed up and we're ready to go and happy with their work. Are standing by to have them install a Home house generator upon delivery. Very happy with them.

I had them install a NEMA 14-50 power outlet for my Tesla and the process was extremely smooth and fast. I emailed to inquire the installation process and received a call within a day to go over the details. Soon after, I got a call from Cheikh to schedule the installation and was able to get it done the next day. Overall the whole process took less than 48 hrs from the email to the job completion and at a very reasonable price!

Cheikh is so nice and helpful. I didn't have too many questions but I really appreciated how he made sure to explain what he's doing and asked if I had any questions. The actual job took about 30 minutes and he made sure that no mess was left after the installation.

Overall, I highly recommend this company! If I ever need  electrical services done, I'm definitely calling Chams. They came highly recommended from forums and on Tesla's website.

I had a great experience working with Kevin. He gave me a an estimate for the work to be done and was flexible to change the work on the day of installation. HIs price and quality of work are above what you get from other contractors.

I was overcharged by your employee for our services. We trusted your employee to give us a good price where the average cost of services to upgrade a a 40 amp breaker to a 50 amp (and a cable ran 10 -6) with a surge protector ended up costing well into $1500. With our estimations and other companies suggestions the work should have only cost a maximum of $600. So unfortunately We are going to have to give your company a poor review after having multiple electricians (In our family) and two independent quotes reveal to us the overcharge. Thank you Mr. Electric for sending out people who take advantage of urgency.

Called Johnny earlier in the day and received a text saying he was in a meeting. I replied to the text asking about getting my electrical box grounded for a house I just purchased. Johnny called me back within an hour and came out that afternoon with one of his employees. Upon arrival, Jonny and his employee noticed several other issues with my electrical box that the inspector missed (grrrr).  Jonny quotes me a good price, went to get so materials and within 45 minutes they were done. Fast, courteous and professional! Will use them again for future jobs and will recommend them to friends!

I requested a quote and got a response within 2 hours. First one back.  Cool. Never did get the service charge amount, so I replied requesting that and a service time.
Waited 3 hours and finally called Ruben's cell.  He got me confused with another customer and said I didn't have enough info for a quote. Finally was able to remind him what I needed and set up a service call the next morning at 8 am.  But he was a no-show as of 8:45am.  So when I called, he said he was in traffic.  I said thanks, but no.  If he doesn't respect my time, I'll give it to someone more professional.
