Best Electricians in United States

A Pro Master Electric Electrician
Otis and his crew were the only ones out if six local electricians to call me back. They not only were able to get me in the next day, but they arrived ahead of schedule. Otis kept me updated on the price during the process and always thoroughly explained what the issues were. We will 100% call him again and thoroughly recommend him and his crew!

Grounded Electrician
I was very impressed and satisfied with Grounded's service and expertise. They made themselves available on short notice, showed up when scheduled, did a great job on a couple of electrical projects I had, and cleaned up before being paid. I've already scheduled them for additional work due to their fair pricing and professional.

Excellent Electric Electrician
Eric came out promptly to provide an estimate and determined we can go with a different solution for the problem. He was extremely friendly, prompt and informative. Recommended based on honesty alone. Much appreciated, Eric!

The 3rd electrical contractor Electrician
I was very fortunate to have same day service with Jack.  He had repaired and replaced a lighting fixture in our master bedroom closet.  Prior to coming to the house, he had made a recommendation for the best fixture when he purchased at Lowes.

No job is too big or small for him.  Very personable, showed up promptly within the time window and very efficient in his work.  Well done!  I will be using him for all my future electrical needs.

Aaron's Electrical Service Electrician
Called this morning. They gave me a price to do an inspection of the panel. Said they'd be by tonight.  Good thing I wasted my time waiting for no one to show or call.

Mr. Electric of Katy Electrician
This post was misplaced, as it was posted to the wrong location.

Prior to the day of upgrade the business was 5 stars. Upgrade day they moved to a 3 - lack of communication between their employees and contacting Center Point. - CP came to the home at 3 to turn on the lights but Mr E wasn't done yet. So CP left. Mr E supposedly called CP at 5pm to finish the work, and told us CP could be out by 7pm. Long story short, CP never got the call Mr E left the house at 5pm with a family of 8 sitting outside in 100 temps/humidity and mosquitoes- with 2 family members having special medical conditions. CP stated they could be out by 7am the following day.- not good! Now I got involved and called the Mr Electric company and asked for a hotel compensation for the medical kids, they agreed. 1/2 the family stayed the night in a reasonable hotel of $70+ tax (remember Houston) and followed up by emailing the receipt to their recommended email, and I have yet to receive payment. - so I drop to a 3 star. Now a month later, my electric box is popping breakers. I reached out via the website as calling is a hassle, but I will tomorrow during business hours. Mr. Electric could respond to email inquiries via the internet form on their page. They want to sell their services, but once you use them they could care less about keeping their customers. I am not happy with their business, and I have reached out via website, now I have moved on via Facebook. This matter has become personal to the fact that their work could lead to a home fire and as of now if the investigation proves the fire was electrical this Mr. Electric in Katy will be sued. But that is why they get 1.5 stars, I really should give .5

5/18/2020 - Hi Angela, I had previously responded via direct message, but did not receive an answer. Thank you for taking the time to leave a review - and I am very sorry to hear of your concerns. Houston has several Mr.Electric business units (think of them as individual stores). I am the owner of Houston-West & Sugar Land .... you have left a detailed review on our Yelp page, but it appears that the services were performed by a different Mr.Electric franchise: who have a separate Yelp page of their own. I called the other business unit on your behalf to ensure they received your feedback the same day. It would be very much appreciated by myself and the team however if your review was removed & posted to the correct business unit for their follow up directly. Again - sorry to hear of your concerns and appreciate your leaving a review. Best wishes, Ian (owner, Mr.Electric Houston-West & Sugar Land)

Chams Electrical Services Electrician
Great electrician if you're looking to install a Tesla high power wall connector (HPWC) or a NEMA 14-50 outlet.  Cheikh seems like an honest, hardworking guy, as all his reviews on the Tesla forums also indicate.

My electrical panel is on the outside of my house by the garage.  Cheikh had to make 20 ft run down the side of my house, then install the NEMA 14-50 outlet on the other side of the wall (inside my garage).  The whole job took about 3 hours.  Price was $500 (I live in Fort Bend so he did not have to pull a permit).  He also threw in a J hook to hang the charging cord :)

Tip: he's very busy the last 1-2 weeks of every quarter.  Cheikh said 95% of the work he does is Tesla related.  Tesla is very delivery-heavy at the end of every quarter.  My appt happened to be Mar 27th, and he was not able to get to my house until 6pm and worked until 9pm.  For more timely appointments, try and avoid scheduling any work during the end of quarter rush.

Will definitely use him again for any electrical work that needs to be done in the future.  Highly recommended!

I cannot say enough good things about Kevin (and Mercedes). The cost and quality of the work is just outstanding. I would have given 6 stars if possible. I have used Kevin numerous times and the experience is just the same. If you need electrician work done just give them a call. You'll not be disappointed.

Mister Sparky Electrical Cypress Electrician
Had a small job to install two light fixtures in my bathroom and asked them to come out to the house and give me a price and install.  They gave me a 4 hour window from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and you guessed it . . . . they missed their window.  Called back numerous times and got nothing but the run around.  They wanted to move the install to later in the afternoon. Not reliable and not customer focused.  There are other Electricians out there.

Excellent work. Traced a hard to find problem and gave a good price. Easy to communicate with, prompt, takes time to explain. Masks and boot covers. Respectful of property and owner. All in all a terrific service and will be contracting for more overhaul.

Parco Electric Electrician
Outstanding product and service!

We called Parco to install exterior lights in an otherwise dark and dreary entryway.  Aaron and Wayne arrived on time and worked hard all day to install two lanterns and six can lights. To install the lanterns, they had to cut through drywall and brick to run electrical cable from the attic. Despite all the work to install the lights (on a hot November afternoon, none the less!), they left without a mess, and even swept and mopped the area they were working.

Aaron and Wayne were courteous and professional all day - I truly enjoyed them working in the house!

We most certainly will have them back out!  In fact, we've already booked them for another project!

Thank you, Aaron and Wayne!

Mr. Electric of Northwest Houston Electrician
The only positive is that they have decent prices but apparently you get what you pay for. They dropped workers at my house who supposedly didn't speak English to dog with zero supervision. The told these people to dig before the utility guy came out to mark the lines. I went out and asked them did they cut my ATT line and they all said no. I didn't believe them so I started walking the Trevino and of course one of them said maybe over there. Of course that's where it was very clear that they had cut a line. They bold faced lied bc the one who said over there wasn't the one digging in that area so they all knew. At the same time I'm out here looking at this cut like the utilities guy comes up to me and says he was here to mark the lines and they weren't supposed to start digging until he marked them. He also stated that I was lucky that they didn't hit the gas line. So not only were they negligent but lied and would have covered it up if I hadn't checked behind them. I feel that Mr. Electric should have supervised these people who weren't even their employees instead of dropping them at my home and leaving it for me to supervise. Considering these people weren't employees I doubt they even ran background checks or knew their full names since they were just there to dig. Also Mr. Electric left them to start digging knowing the lines weren't marked which was beyond negligence and dangerous. All the guy from Mr. Electric said was well they don't know English. A lie considering they understood enough to lie and then tell me the truth when they knew the damage would be discovered. He didn't apologize or give an explanation of why he left them to dig without the lines being marked. Lastly there were about five workers and they all camped out on my neighbor's lawn. I don't believe anyone should camp out on another's lawn without permission however they could of at least stayed on the property they were servicing. If they aren't going to teach these people how to conduct themselves then they surely shouldn't leave them unsupervised at a clients house. This company was negligent and didn't take enough responsibility to give me a simple apology.

Lighthouse Electric Texas Contractors Electrician
J.R. Gibbs and his crew just finished a big job at our place. Excellent work. Did it faster than we expected and at a very nice price. We have been using Lighthouse Electric as our go-to electrician for almost 10 years.

Smart Choice Electrical Services Electrician
Unfortunately cannot recommend Smart Choice. They came to our home to install two ceiling fans contracted through our home warranty company. We were working from home inside the house and gave instructions to let him get to work and then went back to our business and said just holler if he needed anything.

Both fans were installed fine however when he finished and was heading out the door we noticed they drilled remote holders for the fan into the wall, which we were not asked if we wanted them or where they would even go. We did not plan to mount the remote, and you would think you would be asked in your own home before someone mounts something on the wall for you without even inquiring about it. To make matters worse both remotes were installed completely off centered/random and one you can clearly see another hole that was drilled and not even attempted to cover.

When I called about this all I got was a oh he tried to center them, sorry... and now we get to spend more time and money to remove, cover, and repaint the holes. You shouldn't have to watch your service provides like a hawk while they work nor should they do anything they weren't asked or instructed to do without checking.
