For the electrical work, we transformed our outdated incandescent lighting to efficient LED can lights, installed new fans, repaired outlets, fixed loose and dangerous wires, mounted new exhaust fans, and lodged a new chandelier--again all at an affordable price. Owner Ron Larosa and his team provide amazing customer service.  They have fixed major electrical issues in our vintage home as well as installation of current technology.  He is responsive and his team are professionals who truly listen to their customers.

I have been a client of Patrick's since 2009.  He has done work for me on my house for both plumbing and electrical work.  I also refer him to my elderly clients who need help in their homes.  Patrick is clean, courteous of walking in the home wearing booties, and explains what he does to his clients.  All the elderly clients of mine that have used him were extremely happy with him and I've been happy with the work he had done on my house.  We built an addition to my house and he installed all the plumbing work recently in my master bathroom.  He is definitely a Class A kind of guy.

This company was recommended through our Condo Association after I experienced electrical flickering issues for several days.  ComEd found no issues w/ outside wiring leading up to our 12 unit building...Contacted Village Square Electric, had owner Steve Holdefer check out circuit breaker box (indoor) and then main breaker (outside).  Outside breaker found to be faulty and was replaced.  No issues...problem resolved.  Steve was courteous, took time to explain every procedure he took in layman's language...Price was fair (I researched other electrical companies before calling Village)...Would definitely use this vendor again without hesitation.

Above and beyond customer service.  We called him at the last minute and he came to our rescue and delayed the start of his own vacation.  He did a wonderful job, very professional -- we will definitely call them again.

They are my first choice if I need an electrician. They helped me with 2 projects. I am very satisfied with their work and the price they asked. Highly recommended.

Mr. Paxson did an excellent job!  We had three receptacles, two fans, and three switches installed.  Mr. Paxson gave us a very good estimate, and stayed in contact with us as we decided what to have done.  
On the day the work was completed he showed up on time.  
All of the work is top notch!
As the work was completed he kept the area very clean.
Everything was done within three hours.

Had an urgent issue where half of our breakers were out on a hot Saturday. After to talking through the problem as much as possible via phone, owner arrived 30 minutes later. Fixed the problem and informed of us next steps to prevent further issues. Honest, reliable, quick.

This company is the best. We had an urgent matter earlier this week and Eddie came the same day and fixed the issue quickly. He was very thorough and explained what he was doing. We won't use anyone else.

Lexis Property Services rocks!!  Best company around !!! Kudos to them. We couldn't be happier with the work Phillip and krystle do. Communication was top notch, they were great listeners. They kept things very clean inside and out. They were on time and treated me like I was the only job they was working on that week, which could be a problem with other contractors. Phillip is very knowledgeable about many different types of construction projects and look at the details of what is needed. These people work as a team!!! If you want phenomenal work done Phillip and krystle are the people for the job. I actually recommend them to everyone I know when it come to any project.

Terrible experience as well.  While a service call on New Year's Day was appreciated, I was totally overcharged for a job that wasn't completely finished.  More importantly, not once was I given an explanation of the work that was done and what the charges were for.  Instead, he tried to convince me that a $7,000 re-working of all of my wiring was needed.  No thanks.  Talk about customer manipulation.

After consulting with 2 other PROFESSIONAL electricians regarding my experience, they felt uncomfortable that someone that claimed to be licensed, bonded, and insured would do such a thing.  Even more entertaining, was a follow up phone call wanting my credit card information after writing him a perfectly funded check.  Really disappointed.  Lesson learned.
