I started Big Ben Mounts, Inc. in 2007 when the only options for audio/video install services were either a big-box store or craigslist. I saw a need there and decided to shift my focus specifically to the home theater field.

Pro tip: does your electrician have a label maker when doing work on your panel? Big Ben Mounts does! They give dollar quotes, ask simple relevant questions. Confirm appointments and show up on time.
Ben has crew! So if you work from home you don't have to yell across your home if power goes on or off or to see what switch connects to what. The crew also work quickly and cleanly - no muss, no fuss. But - also no credit card (a growing trend with contractors), so be ready with Venmo or other pay app.

Fast good communication - the came earlier than they had an opening. Did on the spot troubleshooting to figure out the electrical gremlin. Fixed everything!
Super nice super, Polite and Kind - even to my older dog who wanted to follow them around growling.

I needed a smart doorbell installed. Shalom was patient, supportive, and friendly the entire time. I'm a fairly technical person, but I never sensed a hint of impatience or annoyance or superiority when he would ask me a question and I had no clue.
The morning he arrived was also colder and breezier than expected, and yet he did not rush the project, did not rush me (when I had to set up the base unit upstairs for ~10 minutes), and only made jokes about how cold it was.
It was just a simple smart doorbell installation, and yet:
* he solved every minor problem (e.g., the new doorbell was thinner than the old one)
* he anticipated problems before they happened (e.g., asking for a base plate that I misplaced, reminding me to take a cord with me while syncing the doorbell to its base unit)

Needed some light electrical work done in the garage. Shalom (and Igor) from Big Ben Mounts was amazing, reasonably priced, and worked with my time frame. On site he was able to troubleshoot and was very flexible with solutions. Amazing job and would give 6 stars if I could!
Set up our 77 tv including flush Mount and routing wires through the wall. Super prompt and was able to do next day which was really helpful! Would be a pleasure to deal with them again

These guys are amazing. I needed a ceiling fan replaced and their pricing was fair, sevice was efficient, they were punctual and honest. I could go on and on. Can't recommend them enough.
I was searching for someone to help me install a hardwire Ring doorbell (I was upgrading from my battery powered one), and out of all the electricians I sought quotes and information from, Shalom was the only one who took the time to ask me questions regarding the project. He also gave me a reasonable quote right away versus beating around the bush like others. He was on time, knowledgeable, and I appreciated him not trying to sell me additional products while here. He step by step guided me on how to set up the device on my phone and was patient while the product had a system update. Very happy that I contacted them. Reached out and he was at my house at 7:30 AM the next day to do an evaluation and give me a quote. Two days later he was back to do the work.
We ran into an issue where we found out that my receiver was defective, and he couldn't do what we originally planned. The traditional workaround would have cost a lot more than I wanted to spend, but he came up with another workaround on the spot that took just a few minutes to complete and gave me the exact same result, for literally no cost.
They showed up on time, were professional, and reasonably priced. Will definitely work with him again in the future.
I am so impressed with the quality and speed of this company. Shlomi was so knowledgeable and professional. I had a very complicated project with old outside light fixtures with sensors that I really wanted to repair vs replace (since they match the others in the area). He was able to fix them AND quickly (2 days!!) had them reinstalled. He was also so easy to work with. I am very pleased and grateful.

Wow! They went above and beyond! I started trying to mount my tv myself but the job soon became too complicated because I was mounting over a fireplace. Needed a TV install and Ethernet run. Pricing was competitive. I like to pay for peace of mind. You get what you pay for and I had peace of mind with Big Ben Mounts. They were on time and prepared. They were efficient. They are licensed so they can install actual power outlets behind the tv which is nice. They cleaned up after themselves. They were also helpful with recommending the height for the tv without being too overbearing. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

They were extremely responsive and communicative. Very fast turnaround time too- was able to install just l days later (I was expecting to wait weeks). They arrived promptly and were very knowledgeable. Mounted 2 large TVs for us. Really appreciated their attention detail- making sure both were precisely centered on the wall and at the right height. In and out in under an hour. Highly recommend!
I HIGHLY recommend. Shalom was very responsive and accommodating. He arrived early and not on time. He moved and dusted everything before installing the mount. He installed a plug outlet and a outlet for the hdmi cables/wires that came out very clean. He never tried to raise the quote at all. I shopped around before going with him. Handymen were going to charge me more and other companies came with a lot of if's as far as potentially raising the price once they were here. The only if Shalom had was if I needed a longer hdmi cable and it would be another $25. I will definitely be using Big Ben Mounts for any future tv and audio needs.

Had a fantastic experience! I reached out to have them do a rather complex mount of my Samsung Frame TV and needed them to also re-route some electric and install a box in the wall to house the Samsung One Connect box. This was excellent service by a very knowledgeable and experience team. Their price is very competitive and they are well worth it. They really take the time to mount my 75 inch TV properly. Don't try to install it yourself or hire someone that does not know what they're doing, which is a mistake I nearly made. These are the right guys to call. Don't even think otherwise.

Needed a 77 TV mounted and Shalom did it promptly and at a great price. Came in, wore booties over their shoes, knew exactly how to measure and install the mount. Cleaned up the dust leftover and everything. Very quick, in and out within an hour. Would recommend for any TV mounting needs.

Shlomi is EXCEPTIONAL. He's knowledgable, fast, meticulous and super friendly. He recently hung a 75 TV for me over the fireplace and it looks amazing. Looks like the TV is floating. Zero wires showing, really well done. I highly recommend his service.

We hired BBM to mount two tvs (one 77!), a soundbar, and hide cords. They are extremely professional, friendly and licensed so they actually know what they're doing. They were also the only company of everyone I contacted through yelp messages that asked thorough questions before providing a quote, which I really appreciate. We couldn't be happier with the end result and will be using their services in the future when we move.

I highly recommend using Big Ben Mounts. They were able to identify and fix bad wiring and electric work from the previous owners, and then mount our tv perfectly and safely. They explained everything along the way, and gave great recommendations. We will definitely be using them again in the future.

Dropped by on time (actually showed up early) and did a great job installing my TV. He clearly knows what he is doing and did the work per code. Very happy with the service & highly recommend.
I first messaged them thinking I needed a mount that I ended up not needing, he was awesome and accommodating and actually helped me figure out the right mount and even did some electrical work to make it all work. We will be hiring him again very soon for other projects in our home!!

Shalom and his team were able to accommodate our last minute request for an install this week. Fireplace installs are traditionally complicated, but Shalom and his team had to work around a failed installation by another, less experienced technician that I had hired a few weeks ago.
Their work was of the highest quality, and was completed in a very time efficient manner. Shalom took care to ensure that the job site remained clean throughout the drywall cutting and outlet/wire fishing process. At the end of the job, Shalom was kind enough to patch the holes made in the drywall, and help set-up our new TV.
Overall, I highly recommend this team for any home audio/video project.
I was having issues mounting a TV over the fireplace mantel. Shalom and Igor came out on short notice and did an amazing job mounting my TV over the mantel and routing the wires behind the wall and around all the studs. These guys are total pros, work quickly and produce quality results at a super reasonable cost. I would HIGHLY recommend them for any electrical work around the house.

I needed to have my coaxile cable replaced from the utility closet which is located on the back of a 6 unit townhouse building. The coaxile cable was pulled though my neighbors garage ceilings between the utility closet into my unit and up through the interior ceilings to my main cable junction. The work was professional, clean and done in a time efficient manner. You can't see where the ceiling and walls were cut into and repaired. Sholmi and Miguel did an excellent job!

As others have said, Shlomi is the absolute best! I first reached out to inquire about his TV mounting service, specifically mounting onto a rock fireplace. What other installers said would be tricky, Shlomi handled with professionalism and ease. The quality of his work is exceptional. From the moment we connected, through consultation and installation, communication was prompt, friendly and always productive. He genuinely cares about his clients and the work speaks for itself, immaculate. We have a few more A/V installation projects on tap that we will be working with Shlomi on in the near future. So impressed and so pleased. We wanted a screen in our high ceiling lobby. They figured out a much better place to mount it and achieved the perfect look and angle. Hid the cords and mount somehow magically as well! They did such a great job that now I'm trying to figure out what else I can hire them to do.
I highly recommend Big Ben! I was originally going with a different company but starting having doubts about whether they were installing the wires legally and safely and of course found out the electrician wasn't verified. Shlomi explained the risks of running a wire inside the wall without an electrician (regardless of whether I used him or not, he wanted to make sure I was doing it safely.) He then ended up squeezing me in last minute on a Saturday, and installed the TV very professionally in 30 minutes or so when other places said it would take hours. He was helpful in giving me advice about different TV brands since I'm thinking about upgrading, and was overall extremely knowledgeable and professional. Will definitely use him next time!
Shlomi is great. I needed my very securely bolted TV mounts taken down and did the typical 5 requests on Yelp. Shlomi got back to me after business hours in less than five minutes with a great price and the added bonus or patching up the holes included in said price.
I scheduled for today after 12 and he was in and out with holes patched in less than 10 minutes. Although this was a quick job, others were charging over $100 and weren't patching holes in this price...considering mounting the TVs was less than other quotes, I was happy for something reasonable.
I would definitely recommend using Big Ben Mounts for your needs! The care taken for taking down tells me there's an abundance of care taken when putting up your TVs as well. Thanks again!

A+ comms and great service. Went above and beyond expectations. Needed to mount my TV above the fireplace and the job was done quickly and cleanly. I highly recommend Big Ben.
We recently reconfigured our house's layout and converted our old formal living room into a family room. The problem was there was really only one good spot to put the tv and that was above the brick fireplace. I had wired and installed the tv where it previously was but that was easy peasy into drywall/studs. I did not have the warm and fuzzies about securing a 65 tv into brick (especially with a little baby crawling around) nor did I have a clue on how to wire it. So I figured, time to call in a professional.
I combed through installers on Yelp for ones that have pictures of work on brick fireplaces and I've got to say, there weren't a whole lot. Big Ben stood out though because they had several on their review page PLUS they had a ton of good reviews.
So I messaged them on Yelp and got a response from Shlomi right away. He came up with Miguel that weekend to check out the job and sent us a quote within a few days. I thought his pricing was very reasonable and he was more than accommodating with all the follow-up questions I had for him.
On the day of the install, it was raining the day of the install so they laid down dropcloths so they wouldn't track mud/dirt all over our family room.
After he was done, he had made just a handful of holes that he patched up very nicely. You also can't tell where he went into the mortar to wire the tv outlet.
My wife and I think Shlomi and Miguel did an excellent job and will definitely reach out to them for future A/V projects.

I requested an 85 TV to be mounted. Shalom was very responsive, proficient and did great work. I provided a mount but he said it was not good quality and recommended one that he had in his truck. It was $100 LESS than the one I bought so I returned mine and agreed to buy his. Saved me money. He also installed a sound bar. Professional and clean work. I highly recommend. Very nice personality and trustworthy.
Moved to a new house and called them to install the same TV in my previous report. Excellent work! Super efficient and cleans after. Will definitely reach out again if I have another TV to hang. Highly recommended.
Shlomi and Miguel are awesome. Shlomi communicated with me all the way up to our appointment.
Upon arriving they immediately got to work. Unfortunately, my TV installations were not the standard installations and provided a bit of difficulty. However, Shlomi and Miguel mitigated the issues and were able to install 2 TV's (75 and 55 inch), and a sound bar in a timely manner.
We have received many compliments on our TV as it is the focal point of our family room. Shlomi is the best in the business and he will have all my business from this point forward.
Follow-up visit from Shalom and Miguel to install TV in master bedroom which has an odd room layout. Shalom had recommended an articulated mount from his previous visit. They both arrived on time and quickly installed everything. Extremely happy with their quality of work! I'll schedule another visit with them in the near future!
I already had a 5.1 setup, but I wanted to add 4 in-ceiling speakers for Dolby Atmos. As it was a completed room with no attic space, I knew I needed a professional to install the speakers. I contacted several companies on Yelp, but ended up going with Big Ben Mounts because they're licensed electricians and their quote was well below everyone else.
Shlomi and Miguel arrived on time, and were wearing masks. After answering a few questions and explaining where I wanted to place the speakers, they were able to finish the installation (including fishing the wires) in about 2 hours. They were extra careful not to make a mess (vacuuming while sawing the drywall) and cleaned up afterwards. I also was impressed that they were able to fish the wires only by making two small additional holes, which they patched well. After testing the speakers, they hooked them up to the receiver, and cleaned up afterwards.
Overall I'm very pleased with the job they did and will definitely keep them in mind if I need to do anything similar in the future.

We had out tv mounted by him and a partner. Not only were they on time, they were early! Very respectful of our space. Quickly got to work and let me know any concerns they came across. We will definitely be recommending this company to any of our family or friends and hope to work with him on some future projects!
After searching on Yelp for a company that could do a more complex tv mount on a brick fireplace I talked with Shalom about what we wanted to do. He was very responsive and knowledgeable, ultimately giving a recommendation to go with a mantle mount. The price seemed fair so we booked the appointment. I was so impressed by the professionalism during installation, they were prepared and clean. We added on 2 electrical outlets, one on the brick fireplace and another in the built in cabinet beside the fireplace. Shalom also ran an HDMI cable from the TV through to the cabinet for use with a gaming consol/computer. The final product/install far exceeded my expectations, I am so happy we went with them. I would definitely recommend them and use them again for future mounting projects.
I put in a request for an estimate and they came out and completed the job the next day. They were very courteous, prompt and finished the job in record time. Also, important to note, I love that their certified electricians, they made sure the job was done correctly and up to code. Not all companies will do that. I'd definitely recommend their tv mounting services.

Fantastic business. From the first call to them leaving after the install there was excellent communication, knowledge, and service through the entire time.
I had my TV moved and mounted to above our fireplace. The install wasn't going to be easy as I needed a power-source for the TV as well as the placement wasn't entirely accessible.
All I can say is Shalom knows what he is doing. He has a tremendous amount of knowledge and when it came time to do the install, he was very quick and professional. He even patched up some extra areas where I recently removed a built-in (prior location of my TV).

Absolutely, positively perfect service! The two gentlemen came in masked and got to work immediately, mapping out where the all the appliances would go to see if it fit our preferences. Then they let us know what they would need (e.g. to plug out the internet since we're WFH) and got to drilling and mounting our 66' paper thin OLED with the utmost care and attention to detail. They kept us in the know and asked the right questions to make sure we'd be happy with the result.
In no time the TV was up and running, perfectly leveled and wired! They even provided us with a cable we needed that they happened to have in their van so it saved us a stressful trip to Best Buy. Incredibly friendly, transparent and quick with top quality technical service! We'd give 6 stars if we could, thank you Big Ben's Mount!!
Wow! We lucked out today!
Sent a message to Shlomi inquiring about having our TV mounted above the fireplace. A few minutes later Shlomi wrote back and long story short was at our home an hour later. Mounted our TV, cleaned up and was on his way in about 45 minutes!
Shlomi was very nice and knowledgeable and we so appreciated him squeezing us into his busy day.
On a side note, not only do they mount TV's but he'll handle any electrical part that may need to be moved or wires/cable cord hidden. They even patch drywall holes afterwards.

Excellent experience with Big Ben Mounts. Professional, friendly and efficient. Great job mounting an 85 inch out of the box and moving a 75 inch to a different room. You could tell by the way they operate they are pros, experienced and detail oriented. They even pointed out some issues with the previous install. Shlomi is also a licensed electrician and installed an outlet behind one TV as you're supposed to per code. Some companies out there (including the previous one I used) will simply run the power cord behind the wall and connect to an extension cord inside the wall - a huge no no. Highly recommend Big Ben.
Big Ben is definitely a good company to use. They are professional, showed up with booties to keep dirty shoes away from our clean floor and they cleaned after themselves. They were incredibly knowledgeable and we were impressed to see the TVs hanging on the wall so fast. I highly recommend them and I also suggest that you just let them supply you with the mount equipment because it's more convenient this way and they have the good stuff anyhow.

Big Ben Mounts was awesome! They told me they would install on a Thursday but called me back to say something happened and could not. They then asked if I was available a day earlier and I said yes. Shalom and Miguel arrived on time and did the removal of my old television and installation of my new one. It was wonderfully done and you could tell they take pride in their work- Shalom asked if I wanted an imperfection in the wall cleaned up and he did so! I'm really happy with them and will use their services in the future.

Cant say enough about these guys. I had a few very specific mounting positions I needed and they were total pros and handled everything perfectly. Being pros, they gave us great advice on how and where to position as well. Prices right on par with everyone else and the service is well beyond. Shalom really knows what he is doing, shows up on time, prepared and gets the job done fast. The mounts he uses are top of line and has the equipment for even a 86 full swivel mount like mine! He is also great with hiding wires and electrical needs. I wouldn't waste your time looking any further. He's usually booked up (for a reason) and I highly suggest waiting for him to come out and get the job done right. A+

I would give 10 stars if I could. I sent a message thru Yelp at 10pm one night, not expecting anyone to respond. I got a response within min and Shlomi was at my house the following day at 8:00am to give us a quote (and I love about an hour+ away). We have been dealing with a never ending remodel and Big Ben/Shlomi made a not so easy process, smooth and seamless for us.

Exceptional service. We set up an appointment and they needed to move it once or twice. No issues though as they communicated through. They came prepared and on time. I had a long list of things that needed to be installed or set up in a new house. Several security cams, TVs to mount, and setting up internet through Ethernet ports. They did a perfect job! There were of course issues and Shalom made sure to get it just right each time even when I was ready to give up. I would highly recommend them. Very professional and cleaned up all of the dust and debris.

Outstanding customer service!!! I had a different company bail on me, so I called the owner of Big Ben, and he set me up with same day service to get a TV mounted and wired through the wall. I sent a request for a swivel tv mount and Shalom was the first to respond. His quote was informative on what would be included and pricing was given, which was lacking from the other vendors here on yelp.

Extremely glad and satisfied with having Big Ben Mounts mount my TV and hide cables. From the start, even before arriving, he has been great at communication. I wanted to be sure I was prepared for his arrival but he assured me that all will be fine and I did not have to worry.
As soon as he and his colleague arrived they got right to it. They grabbed the mount and starting putting things together without even thinking.
They measured, measured, & measured.
Very precise in making sure mount and TV was exactly where I wanted it and it should be.
I was looking at an alternative way to get power to my TV but he is a licensed electrician and was able to get a power outlet for the TV behind the TV and run cables through quick.
They made sure to bring a vacuum to clean up as they were cutting/drilling.
In and out with this and a second TV mounted in less than an hour!
So glad I didn't take on this project on my own it would've taken me a whole day and many holes in the wall!
I would/will definitely use them again for projects like this and recommend them.
Not only did they do a great job but they were also very respectful and easy going fellas.

These guys were amazing!! We have a stone fireplace and they mounted the TV and sound bar beautifully. They also mounted another TV in our bedroom. Highly recommend them! They are very knowledgeable and great at what they do.
I moved from Encino to Valencia last week and needed one tv unmounted from Encino and remounted in Valencia. Shlomi and his colleague were an absolute delight to work with. They offered free transportation which was very helpful. They were fast, professional, knowledgeable, helpful and nice! They did such a wonderful job we had them mount a second tv in another room right then and there. They accommodated with ease and speed. I will DEFINITELY seek their services in the near future. A great experience during my hectic move.

I can't recommend this place highly enough! Big Ben Mounts is awesome. Shlomi is knowledgable, professional, fast, efficient, and very capable when it comes to his work. Big Ben Mounts has installed three TVs for me so far and each time it has been so easy to work with them. Their pricing is very good for the quality of their work and professionalism. Two of the TVs they installed for me were on old plaster walls that were very hard to work with and they handled it with ease. Will definitely hire them again in the future.

This is the first time I needed mounting services. I was completely foreign to the idea of what needed to be done and as simple as it sounds, there is a lot that goes into mounting then the average consumer would know about. I messaged several, several companies and individuals on Yelp and Shalom was the only person to educate me on how wires were supposed to be hidden behind walls and up to code. I followed with asking other services as well if they knew about this and they did not. Shalom and his team were very nice. They arrived on time and did a phenomenal job. I highly recommend Shalom and his team if you're to do mounting services. I even inquired into Best Buy and their price actually doubles for what I wanted to do, and they would not tell you upfront until after where they would make you buy everything separately. Shalom and his team had all the materials and tools and came very prepared. I had a 75inch tv and soundbar mounted onto the wall. 10/10 recommend.

I had a dilemma as my AV receiver did not fit in my console cabinet. I looked on Yelp to find a company with great reviews to hang my 65 Samsung. I contacted couple companies and others told me they would call me back but they never did.
When I contacted Big Ben Mounts, I spoke to Shlomi and he was very respectful and courteous. Shlomi was able to squeeze me in his busy schedule. He and his crew were on time on the day of appointment and they work very efficiently and effectively.
I also asked Shlomi to mount my rear surround speakers and I am very happy with the work Shlomi done in my house. He is very knowledgeable of home theater as well, if you have any questions on what type of system to get he is the man.

Okay, this review is about a month late. I am purposely late in posting it. I've never had a TV hung on my wall before and didn't really know what to expect. Would the TV be crooked? Would it be placed too high or too low? Would the thing fall off the wall after a few weeks? So, I adopted a wait and see attitude before I left my review.
Well, they did a great job! Plus, they were able to fit me in at the last minute. They were knowledgeable, thorough and neat. They worked diligently and even helped me get my FireTV and TiVO hooked up. The only way they could've been better is if the installation were free. Which it was not. But, that's okay too, because it was a fair price for an awesome job.
We're looking to move soon. When we do, we will be calling them to hang all of our TV's at the new place.
Shalom was amazing and very professional. I've had a very pleasant experience with the business. He was quick to response and informational about the service and provided accurate quote. They helped me install my 65 inch TV on top of the fireplace, and I went with a high end mount (Mantel Mount 700Pro). As the fireplace is a tricky spot, so I ended up going with them for professional service. The installation took about an hour and they did an excellent job, sturdy and clean look! Would definitely recommend them to anybody who is looking to mount their tv and not comfortable doing themself.

When I started reading these reviews I was suspicious. Are these all his friends? But now that Shlomi has mounted my TV, I understand. He's the man. He knows what he's doing. He's the type of guy you can just let him work without worrying. He and his assistant are friendly, clean, efficient and thorough. Mounting a TV over a fireplace is tricky. They did have to poke a couple of holes in the wall to go over some studs, but they patched them real nice, and I'm gonna re-texture and paint it myself. The TV looks nice and clean, and the apple TV and router are tucked behind it. I recommend Big Ben mounts 100%.

Very fortunate to have Shlomi wire our townhome. Our TV surround sound in the family room and new speakers for music throughout the place has transformed the space. I had issues setting up my home network. I was unable to get wifi from my switch to my access points. Inreached out to Schlomi over the Yelp messaging app and he responded very quickly and was nkt only able too fix my issue but explain to me why I was having the issue. We moved into a new place that had a 1980's mirror over our fireplace that spanned 6 feet by 9 feet. Very Miami Vice!!! But we hated it and couldn't get our surround set up with 55 TV/Marantz/B&W setup, over the fireplace without this monstracity being removed first. Shlomi (AKA: The God, AKA: Shlo(HD)mi) came in, gave us an amazing price to remove the mirror, AND install the living room with ridiculous surround AND provided an awesome subwoofer AND flat speakers that fit flush on the wall surrounding the TV, AND mount my TV in the kitchen AND install my other surround in my media room/office!!! Who the hell does that??? That mirror was scary to watch being demo-ed but Shlomi came in, with his partner in crime, Miguel AKA: Micky/MiMi, and knocked it out in no time! Faster than I even Imagined! Their work was BEYOND clean, meticulous and extremely professional. Everything was done in less than 48 hours! FAST AF! And so damn clean! I feel like i'm living in an episode of MTV CRIBS (minus the millions of dollars and i'm old) everyday now!
Also, as Shlomi/Miguel was installing my TV in the kitchen, he discovered a potential fire hazard (done by previous lazy electricians). Taking care of that ASAP!!! I will forever have Big Ben Mounts deal with my Video/Audio needs for years/properties to come. Hire these guys!!!!!

Big Ben Mounts did not disappoint! I brought a chimney mount for a 65 TV to be installed with the wiring concealed, for a clean look. I spoke with Shlomi who quoted me a fair price and was able to schedule me in right after Christmas. Although Shlomi and his partner were not fond of my choice in mount, they were able to install everything in a timely fashion. Their install job was clean and they patched up the drywall after running the cabling. I recommend Big Ben Mounts for any audio/visual needs! Great job guys!!

These guys are great. They're honest, reasonably priced, and they know what they're doing. Can't really ask for much more. I hired them to mount a 65 TV above my fireplace and run all the cables behind the wall, around the corner, and come out from the adjacent wall. Miguel did the job by himself, and it took him about 2.5 hours. He cleaned up, patched up the wall, and helped my hook up the TV and test the HDMI cables and make sure the internet was back up and running, and everything.
Super efficient and thorough!

Wonderful experience with Big Ben Mounts. They mounted our 65 inch tv with sound bar quickly and without any issues. They were incredibly easy to deal with and charged exactly as quoted. I have a small child and having the tv mounted and out of reach gives a ton of relief. I wish I had reached out to do it sooner.
These guys did a great job on mounting our TV over the fireplace. They had to go through some drywall, some plywood, and then some brick. But it's mounted perfectly and solidly, and the job was done quickly and cleanly, and at a fair price. We couldn't be happier.
Then, amazingly, they also installed our Alexa-enabled light dimmer switch that we were told would be difficult because the electrical box in the wall was pretty stuffed with old wiring. Definitely would use these guys again.
Shalomi was amazing, came within 45 min of texting him thru yelp, he did an amazing job of mounting a 75 inch tv above a fireplace, so so impressed and was very professional. He brought a helper named Miguel
And so my husband didn't have to help him lift anything, we were able to just watch.

I'm renting a home in topanga that came with some preexisting theater setup. I called Shlomi not sure of what I needed to get it up and running and he called me back immediately and was at my home within 24hrs. He went over and beyond to get my system functioning to my satisfaction. He even helped my take down a tv that was hardwired into the wall. He's my go to AV guy now!
Contacted Big Ben Mounts for a dismount and a re-install at a new residence for my flatscreen TV. Outstanding service, arrived on time, professional and courteous. These guys know exactly what their doing, they work fast and efficient. End result beautiful flatscreen and sound bar on the wall no wires showing nice.
Shalom was early and in and out in approximately 15-20 minutes to mount my TV. It definitely wasn't a rushed job, but a well practiced installation. Very friendly. When we had previously talked the price, he apparently quoted me for an advanced mount installation and when he saw I had a basic one, he charged me the lower price. I recently hired Big Ben Mounts to handle the transfer and remounting of two big screen TVs for a friend of mine who was moving from Thousand Oaks to Ventura. This was her second move in little over a year and she had a lot of anxiety about all the things that needed to be done for her belongings to get over to her new apartment safely.
Big Ben Mounts had handled my friend's earlier move in 2017 when we had some difficulty finding the company which could take on the task of dismounting, transferring and remounting big screens, and they did such a fine job that I immediately thought of them for this latest move, with my only concern being whether the move would stay within their available service area.
I was so glad that this was the case. The dismounting and transfer was handled with a wonderful combination of efficiency and good old TLC, with the installer carefully checking with my friend to make sure of the positioning and height of each TV before doing the mount. Thank you, Shlomi.
I highly recommend Big Ben Mounts for LA and Ventura County installations and transfers. Don't cut corners, stick with the ones who know how to do it and do it right.

I bought a new 65 TV to replace an existing 55 I had mounted myself. However, once it arrived I realised it was too big for me by myself and I probably should get a new wall mount. I called them at 6pm and they were at my house the next morning by 9:15am. By 9:40 they were done and it looks and functions perfectly. And all for a very reasonable price. Couldn't recommend them more.
Professional, efficient and friendly -- would highly recommend these services. Shalom provided valuable insight on the type of mount I was considering, and went out of his way to accommodate my schedule. He was gracious through it all. Also encountered an unforeseen issue during the mounting, which he handled without missing a beat. His experience being a former contractor and licensed electrician shows. I am very satisfied with the work.

Requested a quote for hiding some wires in our TV area and got a prompt response. The quote was a good value and setting up a time to come out was quick and the company is super accommodating. I had an appointment for a Saturday early afternoon, and they called me around 8 am with a cancellation and said they could be there at 9 am if I wanted. Luckily I was already awake or I would not have been to happy to receive that call! But it actually worked out great because they were out of there by 10 am and I had my whole Saturday ahead of me.
The guys that came were super professional, nice and helped me to decide the best height for my TV. They were impressively fast, making me wonder why it was costing $350 ha. Just kidding, they did a great job. They did charge me $100 extra for the TV being 65 not 60 which was a bit more than I was expecting, but what can you do. It's a bigger TV. I also think the TV is just a smidge crooked, but not enough that anyone would notice, I'm just super anal.
$350 included: The mounting bracket, addition of an electric outlet behind the TV, feeding two cables down to a new opening about 10 from the floor.

Shlomi is a total pro--you can tell that he knows his stuff inside out and is very proud of his work (and rightfully so!). He gave excellent recommendations for the right type of mounting hardware and the speed at which he and his colleague completed the installation was incredible--especially given the work involved. No detail is overlooked, including patching up the wall from the previous mount. I will definitely be coming back to him next time I need a flatscreen mounted.

I had an excellent experience with Big Ben Mounts! I reached Shlomi on the phone who was personable, flexible and reasonable. He and Miguel showed up the next day --fitting me into a clearly busy schedule but with zero complaints-- to give a free assessment of the project I wanted to do (install a projector for a home theatre.) Before I found them I spoke to handful of businesses including one company that charged, I kid you not, $390 just to show up and see your location. When they arrived for the consultation, the Big Ben men discussed options with me, were honest and kind, fit me in for the next day and charged a reasonable amount and finished fast and with great skill. To say I am stoked would be an understatement! I will definitely be calling them again if I need more work done like this in the future. Thank you so much!

Fantastic service!
I looked all over the Internet for someone to install my home theater system and mount my TV. Most of the reviews were less than stellar. Big Ben's was rated highly and now I understand why.
1. The technicians were really helpful and friendly and nice. They don't just get in get out and leave you stranded.
2. The service was meticulous. All wires hidden. All holes spackled over. End result is a gorgeous job.
3. The price was very fair. You get what you pay for in these situations.

Shalom just installed a TV on my wall. I previously had it installed, but it was too low and I wanted it higher. Other companies were quoting more, and one company wanted $79 just to remove it from where it was plus the full price for a new mounting. Me: What you just got here.
Don't get me wrong, install was for 39 smart TV with just the power cord, so I knew it would be done fairly quick since these guys are pros. I love that their prices are listed on the webpage and they honor them, so I knew exactly what I was going to pay.
Let me start from the beginning:
I called Shlomi, got vm and didn't leave a message because I knew I would be out and about so I would just call him when I got back. To my surprise, there was a message from him on my answering machine. Okay this guy takes pride in his business. Called him back and I had an appt for the next day between 12 - 2pm. He arrived at 1:09pm as promised.
Shlomi and Miguel are two of the nicest gentlemen. Welcomed them into my home. They did the job and left my home in the same condition as when they walked in, but now my TV is mounted on the wall. Job well done!
This is a very well managed company. Schlomi and Miguel were extremely professional and efficient as they were prompt and did an excellent job installing 65 inch oled tv and sonos playbar. It is always a good feeling to watch guys at work and to feel confident they are doing everything right and correct.
I definitely recommend this company to anyone needing A/V services.
My husband and I are VERY pleased with the service we received. We needed to replace the damaged HDMI cable that runs behind our wall from our TV to the receiver. We have a custom tile wall that the previous owners installed so it would have cost a lot of $$$ but Shlomi was able to find a hidden Cat6 converter which saved us! He is honest and did a great job. We will be using him again for future projects.
We recently bought a place and, due to the way the living room was configured, pretty much only had the wall above the fireplace as an option for where to mount a 60 inch TV. We had a couple of people out to give quotes, some of which were nearly $1,000, some of which wouldn't mount over a fireplace.
Big Ben quoted somewhere in the $300 range, and the reviews seemed good, so we ran with them.
Despite a layout that created a lot of difficulty running wiring through very small spaces, the finished job is absolutely perfect. No visible wires at all, HDMI exits on one side of the fireplace right by the video/audio cabinet where the receiver/HDMI switch is, and they set up a new outlet behind where the TV is mounted for power.
The price went up $75 because our wall is plaster, not drywall, but even with that I'm thrilled with the job they did for the price. It looks like the TV was meant to be in that spot, and the wires are so well hidden that my wife is happy.
Top notch work, can't recommend them enough.
Aside: As far as service area, we're in Rancho Park, near Century City, so that at least is within their service area.

I needed an 80 inch TV mounted and for the cables to be hidden behind the wall.
They showed up on time. They left my place spotless, using a vacuum cleaner at the same time as they drilled into my walls and passed cables, making sure to suck up any mess, dust or debris before it even hit the ground.
Within 90 minutes they were gone and the only evidence they were here is my TV is perfectly positioned, my cables hidden, components all connected and mounted exactly as I had hoped.

Big Ben Mounts just mounted my tv and ran HDMI wiring from one tv to another in order have dual views. The job was complicated and tedious which caused these guys to break a sweat but they finished the job cleanly and professionally. I am totally satisfied with the outcome and will be using this company again for future projects.
I just had a 55 TV mounted in my living room in my brand new home and am so happy with the work that they did!! The wall I wanted the TV mounted presented a couple of challenges; but Shlomi and his counterpart were able to problem solve the challenges quickly and come up with practical solutions on the spot! Although there was some drilling and wall plate installation done, there was no trace of anything left behind, which I really appreciate. At every juncture of this process, Shlomi made sure I was comfortable with the next step and was very patient with me and my lack of expertise on this type of job. Even after the TV was mounted, they made sure my TV set up with the sound bar was functioning to my preference! An extra perk that really makes a difference. I've hired Shlomi twice now, and both times, I was very happy with his consistency, knowledge, cleanliness of work area, and overall job well done.
The first project was to wire outdoor speakers to my receiver. I have vaulted ceilings so he had to fish through studs the entire way. He taped a cardboard box underneath where he was working and paid a lot of attention to keeping everything clean. When completed, he repaired the drywall seamlessly.
Then a couple years later, I remodeled the room with the receiver, and added in wall surround speakers. Again, his work was perfect and exactly how he described in his original quote. He even suggested a better way to wire my powered towers to clean up wiring and keep my electrical to code.
He is also a licensed electrician, so he can perform many other tasks related to designing and executing a great home theater.
I needed 2 TVs mounted 2 remotes programmed the sound set up cable boxes Apple TV etc. Schlomi and Miguel were on time and professional. Schlomi was honest from estimate to completion of the job. I had a discrepancy with channel numbers programmed and was missing a speaker during initial install. They came back installed the second speaker and reprogrammed remotes no problem. The attention to detail included cleaning up everything as they worked. I highly recommend them.

Excellent quality of work, very clean in and out of my home with booties on their shoes. I was amazed how quickly they completed the job (6 cat6 lines through my attic, 3 TVs mounted with power and cat6 behind them) and how they left almost no visible blemishes on my walls. Any holes that needed to be cut were done as out of sight as possible and were nicely patched after. Very competitive price for the services provided. My wifi mesh network wasn't cutting it and now I'm getting full gigabit ethernet throughout my house. I highly recommend this company.

I looked around for a decent installer to mount our new 65 TV and soundbar to the wall, concealing all the cables and wires. My neighbor used Big Ben Mounts and raved about their service, so I went with them and wasn't disappointed. They were a much better bargain than others including Spectrum Home Theatre and Geek Squad. They told me exactly what to expect, so I set up the appointment. Shlomi and his assistant showed up on time. They came in and completed everything in slightly over 2 hours. They cleaned and vacuumed up and patched the holes in the wall. They were honest good people. Attention to detail and the drive to get it right matter most. Shlomi really delivered. We had some unexpected challenges getting my new TV wired to the internet. Shlomi didn't give up - instead he got onto the roof, found a creative solution, and soon had us up and running. TV is mounted beautifully, with nothing exposed. Highly recommend these guys.
After making the appointment, he called the day before to confirm, which I appreciated. He and his co-installer showed up on time and with a smile on their faces. Shlomi and Miguel did an incredible job. They hung a 77 TV for me in a corner across two walls along with the largest sound bar in the market. They had to make many modifications due to their sizes and took the time to ensure it was all mounted in the best possible way. We needed our tv mounted over our fireplace for the superbowl so we wouldn't be scrutinized by our family and friends, Big Ben mounts quoted us and made an appointment right away and gave us exactly what we asked for. And also gave us suggestions when we weren't sure what to do . Highly recommend.
I started researching different companies to mount and install a couple of TV's. I chose Big Ben Mounts. It wasn't the company name (which provided social media dialogue), it was that there weren't any negative reviews in addition to being a licensed electrician. I must say they were the best. Clean. Professional and knowledgeable. They new exactly the right strategy for a difficult installation. I was amazed that based on pictures provided he knew the neighborhood without me providing an address. Shlomi was great.
I hired Big Ben Mounts to Install a 40 LCD TV to a Living room wall, including mount installation, cable running, and electrical socket installation in-wall.
Working with them was an incredible experience - not only were they able to accommodate me on a very small window, they arrived EARLY (calling first to make sure it was OK - and it was!) were polite, even asking if they can come in.The entire job took less than an hour, they explained everything they were doing for me, allowed me to check and re-check the height of the TV and would not leave until everything was level, EVERYTHING was cleaned up, and the tiny holes they did have to make, were ready to be painted. Though I should point out they only made holes where absolutely needed and with my explicit permission to do so.I could not be more pleased and will aboslutely work with them again.

I needed my new TV mounted and my old TV removed and hauled away. Big Ben Mounts made the process so easy. They replied within minutes of me contacting them and I was able to set an appointment a few days later. They showed up when they said they would, were quick and professional and reasonably priced. We will definitely use them again in the future.
Shlomi and team came in and mounted TVs over fire place in our living room and on our wall in our master bedroom. They were efficient, clean, and very personable. I am sure they could have charged us more for drilling through the tile over our fire place but were committed to a quote given over the phone before even seeing the tile. These guys were fast, clean and courteous! They clearly explained how it would be mounted and discussed viewing heights etc. They even offered to set up the TV or hook up components, but I'm comfortable doing that myself. Afterwards they cleaned and vacuumed the area. The whole job only took about 30 mins.
Schlomi replaced our TV and set up or home theater. He and his team managed the procurement and installation quickly, professionally and at a very reasonable cost. We had a small issue with the internet and he came by on a Sunday to fix it. Who does that? He's extremely responsive, competent and very polite, a joy to work with. He explains everything clearly and takes calls and text messages to explain and help. We've used him twice over the last seven years and I wouldn't call anyone else.

Shlomi is a great professional. He is a reliable, punctual, fair priced and does excellent clean work. I hired him to mount some large computer screens in my office and he did a perfect job. This company is awesome. They just finished mounting my flat screen over my fireplace, and everything works, it's perfectly level, there's not a cord to be seen, and the space was left immaculate. Big Ben Mounts has been an excellent company to work with. Shalom has wired and mounted several TVs for us, and everything always looks great when he's done. These guys are great! After having called a few places, Shlomi was not only the most responsive but his pricing was fair and he and another installer were able to come by on a Saturday. Initially I was only going to mount one new TV but I ended having him install 2 additional TVs. Shlomi and Miguel installed new brackets and got all 3 TVs mounted with new outlets installed to conceal electrical wires in under 90 minutes. They left everything super clean, explained all options in detail and were very attentive. I am so lucky we found them!!!

Shlomi is just wonderful. We had them wall mount our TV many years ago, and then had him back recently to instal surround sound that we purchased through Big Ben Mounts, exterior speakers, and our new TV. Both times he's been fantastic.
Not only does he do a quality job, he's also a genuinely nice guy. We had an issue with our TV (purchased from another retailer, not Shlomi, although I would have purchased from him if I were able to do it over again), and I ended up having to exchange it, but it was too large to fit in my car with all my kids carseats in it. He went above and beyond and loaded up the TV in his truck and followed me to the store with it so I could exchange it and he could install the new one.
He's knowledgable, responsive, and takes pride in his quality work - what more could you ask for!

Shlomi just completed my dream 7.1 + 2 outdoor speaker home theater set-up. If you want a clean home theater installation call Shlomi and his team to get it done! Cable runs were done without much fuss, unobtrusive, and dry wall repairs weren't required at all. I have a loft upstairs that can use another set of 5.1 speakers, I'll be calling him again for that install in the near future. I meant to write this ages ago. Schlomi is amazing. He came the first time and installed a big plasma TV in my livingroom it wasn't an easy job. And then I had him come back to move it! And it was even harder the second time. My house is very old, the electrical had some issues. But it's installed, its beautiful, he did a perfect job. Left everything absolutely pristine. Schlomi is a person who is meticulous, and I wouldn't hire anyone else to put up a tv. You can be sure he'll do it right.

These guys just mounted my 60 inch TV in my new home. I could not be any happier with their work! They were on time, very nice people, did excellent work, and their price was very reasonable. I bought a TV from Amazon and Big Ben Mounts was listed for an install. I have a lot of faith in Amazon's customer service, so I bought the service without reading any reviews, figuring they would take care of me if I had any problem. It was only after I had purchased that I went to Yelp to see what people were saying about Big Ben and I instantly felt at ease. After a couple of calls and emails to answer some questions I had and to schedule my appointment, I knew I had made a solid choice - Shlomi is very courteous and responsive.
And today was the day. The TV is up, mounted though some very heavy-duty metal studs. It's perfectly level and was done quickly and cleanly. I couldn't be happier!

Bing Bong! Big Ben is the best. He installed my surround sound speakers through my walls and ceiling. Not only was his estimate 1/2 -2/3 lower than anyone else, he was the only one who also patched any holes he makes in your ceiling and walls. I made the mistake of buying thick gage wire which made his job harder, but he didn't complain. And when I ran out of wire and he had to use some of his own - he didn't raise the price. Also, he is a licensed electrician. Not just low voltage. Forget the rest, Ben is the best!

You must use these guys!! Found on Yelp due to great reviews from others. Reviews=TRUE These guys are awesome!!! Showed up on time! I was supposed to have a mount. I failed to buy one (forgot). They had one with them. Perfect. High Quality. Instead of standard wood studs building has aluminum framing. They quickly pivoted and 26 minutes later had a 65 flat screen hung!!! Would have taken me two (2) days and who knows how many trips to store!!!! Courteous, thorough. Then they tell me they are an authorized reseller! What could I have saved by calling them first??? Won't make that mistake again. Calling them Pros is not sufficient. These guys are the real deal and awesome. Why can't the rest of the world be like this?

I used big ben mounts about a year ago, and they did a very difficult installation for my business at mall. They finished in a good amount of time and even cleaned up the mess they made.
Fast forward 9 months later, I was having some issues with my warranty for my system and big ben mounts really went out of their way to assist me even though they didn't really need to.
You can really tell Shlomi is just a really good guy deep down and genuinely loves helping his customers out. Really grateful that I used him. Hope you guys do too!

I wish I could give 6 stars! We wanted to have our tv mounted and knew the pricing from Best Buy but fortunately we found Scholmi based on the other great reviews. For a very fair price we got the ideal set up for our tv and surround sound, with flush speakers in the ceiling, tv perfectly and securely placed on the wall, and all the components moved to a nearby closet so no wires or messy stuff showing in the family room. Schlomi knows everything and can do anything. Very thorough, very fair-- told us about various options but let us make an informed choice. Super great to work with; he and his team did amazing work.
We made an appointment for 10am today that we made 3 weeks ago and put down a deposit to confirm the appointment. They no showed and when we called at 10:30a to see where they were they told us that they were no longer coming and were unable to come. They even called at 6pm the night before leaving a message confirming the appointment. Horrible horrible business practice! They have our money and decided not to show up! The man then tried to argue with my husband and I blaming us for their no show.

Shlomi does a TERRIFIC job. He (and a coworker) did everything from buying to installing two very large and complicated TV's (70 inches and 75 inches) for us. As part of our installation, he handled a mirror frame (which goes over the TV), an Apple TV, an Xbox One, PS4, multiple cable boxes, and multiple speaker systems. I really can't say enough about how great he is at communicating and talking through all the potential issues and options.

Shlomi and his coworker transformed my den and bedroom by mounting, to perfection, two very large TV's. He exceeded our expectations!! Not only that, but he asked if we would be using DVD's and suggested adding the cable needed, behind the wall, so we would be ready after purchasing the DVD players! Most technicians wouldn't ask because they would want you to call them back out for another service call.
Also worth mentioning is, unbeknownst to me, the wall in my den was part of an addition (just moved in). So essentially it was formerly an outside wall and it was very difficult for Shlomi to drill through this. It definitely complicated the job but he could not have been lovelier about this snag and the job was done perfectly.
Don't look anywhere else. Shlomi is your guy and his prices are very reasonable.
Shlomi and Miguel have installed all of my TVs and a couple ceiling fans as well as some other electrical work. They are extremely professional and do a great job. They go above and beyond expectations to make sure everything gets done. I have referred them to multiple people and everyone is always impressed with their service. If you need TV or audio services Big Ben Mounts is the best, I would give them 10 stars if possible.
Starting looking on Yelp for someone to mount a flat screen to my living room wall at 9 a.m., and it was done by 2 the same afternoon. On time, friendly, polite, efficient, quick (around 30-35 minutes), clean. Shalom B., the owner, had no problem with cement and stucco wall, he programmed the TV-internet connection, and hooked up the soundbar, made sure everything worked before he and his assistant left. His price was slightly higher than other quotes but it is worth it for a thoroughly professional job, and included the mounting kit/hardware. Highly recommend you call Big Ben first.
I had Big Ben Mounts out for a TV mounting, installation of a new electrical outlet behind the TV with wires run through wall (concealed), and set-up of TV & Wii.
They had actually called and moved my appointment up from Monday (7/23) to Friday (7/20), which was great because I wanted the job done ASAP. I wanted a TV mounted in my guest room and bought an Angie's list Big Deal when I saw it a few weeks ago. Big Ben Mounts was also recommended by a close friend, so I already knew the quality of work that was done at her place. They were in and out in less than an hour. Schlomi asked me a few questions and got to work. I also got a rough estimate to do surround sound in the game room and outside patio, and of an HD antenna for the TV that I had mounted. I will definitely have them back for another job. The work completed was excellent and they were very easy to work with.

I have multiple homes and rentals, and I have worked with all kinds and types of companies. Shlomi was a true professional - got to my location on time, listened to what I needed, and installed everything quickly and perfectly. They cleaned up after they were done, leaving no dust and taking all the packaging with them. They even made time to install an additional tv for me that I had not originally told him about. Bought 2 mounts from a different source and tried to install myself. Over the course of 6 hours, I found each to be defective. Ordered a new one and called Big Ben to install the mount and the 60 inch TV I just bought. I couldn't be more pleased with their fast response time and catering to my needs. They got the mount up within 48 hours of me calling, and spent less than an hour at my place (despite never seeing my specific mount before) because they were pros. Would recommend to anyone who doesn't want to screw it up on their own like I would have (as it turns out, the studs in my walls were throwing off my stud detector).
Shlomi did a great job purchasing and mounting my 65 inch tv. He had to run a few HDMI cables about 25 feet through the wall and did a great job. He mounted a few shelves for me inside the closet which are sturdy and fit well. I am very pleased and happy to have found Big Ben Mounts.
After our new 55 inch OLED TV was delivered, we realized we weren't comfortable trying to mount it ourselves without breaking it in the process. Based on the positive Yelp reviews, we called Big Ben Mounts and they were here within the hour to assist. Shlomi and Miquel were able to use our existing mount from the old TV, saving us the cost of a new mount. The whole process was very quick and efficient, and very reasonably priced (all prices are listed on their website). Shlomi also provided an assessment and advice about our existing home theater set-up so we can get the maximum benefit from the new TV, and we've scheduled to have them back to complete that work soon. We're so glad we found such a knowledgeable professional for our home entertainment system needs!

Amazing service. High quality, professional and personal. Fair prices and extremely honest assessments and advice. They configured our audio/visual equipment, installed new and updated components, and did so in a reasonable amount of time. They did not leave until they were positive that I could manage the entire system in my own.
They say everything happens for a reason. I believe it, I contacted numerous companies to try and get some CAT6 lines run in my townhouse. I got everything from no response, flakes, empty promises you name it. I contacted Big Ben Mounts and not only did Schlomi (not sure how to spell name) get back to me quickly on Yelp he came out to do the free estimate, told me what we're looking at cost wise and booked a date. I was impressed as it's like pulling teeth to get anyone to work in this area.
Day of install the guys showed up promptly, had everything they needed and ran the lines in the wall like I wanted. The work is impeccable! Even made a suggestion on some of the wiring which actually made more sense than my original plan. I also had them move coaxial cable which TWC tacked around the door frame. Now it can't even be seen and it's terminated in a wall plate. They also mounted 2 TV's for me and explained how they move the electrical behind the TV, something other places seem to cut corners on.
Here is what separates Big Ben Mounts from the other contractors I reached out to: these guys are licensed electricians! Had we hit a wire drilling holes for wall fishing we'd be in a lot of trouble with someone who didn't know what they're doing. These guys are professional the whole way through. Even down to the patching of the holes when they left. I was able to take a piece of the wall they left for me and match the color. It's been several weeks now since they were here and the work is so clean I forgot to write this review. That's how quality the work is.
Don't waste time with flakes, if you need lines run and TV mounting give these guys a call. It's worth the wait!

He delivered with great pricing and an excellent install that upgraded our family to home theater and simultaneous music inside and outside the house - this system is a dream. We were so impressed, we invited him back to outfit the house with seamless, enterprise strong WiFi. His upgrades gave our house a perfect entertainer's system. I only chose Big Ben Mounts because the prices were lower than all the other mount companies whose websites I checked, but it turned out to be the right decision. Some businesses really have it together.
These guys installed our TV and did a beautiful job. All the cables are hidden in the wall and they did a great job installing a new outlet and making clean wall ports for all the cables. Rarely am I ever so happy dealing with a business. The installer was really friendly and helped explain everything and work with what we wanted done.
My only issue would be to advise people that if you get the wires put through the wall, that it will be difficult to put more in yourself later. So you should either be willing to hire someone to come out again when you need something else put in, or put in every cable you can imagine when you get it done.
If you need your TV mounted or any other electronic needs, big ben mounts is the place to go. Shlomi is such a nice guy and very professional. He explained everything he was doing and walked me through the tv set up. They were efficient and reasonably priced. My television looks amazing mounted on my wall. I well definitely call them again and refer them to anyone who needs their tv mounted. I'm a very satisfied customer. Call ahead because these guys are very busy but they will do everything possible to accommodate your schedule.

I got a new 55 TV for Christmas, and Shlomi came to install it yesterday. The guy's a total pro... he did an excellent job, and I think that his prices were extremely reasonable. He corrected some of the crappy work that was done by the guys I had hired when I initially installed a home theatre system, and he patched a hole in the wall that they had left there.... free of charge! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him, he's great.
Service provided: Mounted flat screen TV, sound bar, blue ray and cable box over fireplace.
I submitted a request for service on line. They contacted me the same day to schedule and confirm the price. They set a date about a week later. The service person arrived on time.He was courteous and professional. He explained a number of difficulties and challenges he faced in my particular situation. He overcame these challenges willingly and with diligence. He had to do a fair amount of drywall cutting and repair. By the end the items were mounted perfectly, centered and the correct height. They worked properly. No wires were visible and the dry wall had been patched. Although the work was a little more extensive than they had originally envisioned they honored their original price. I plan to use them in the near future for other work we need done. I recommend them to others unconditionally.

I do not understand how this business got 5 stars as they do not even pick up their telephones when you call. I called on 2 separate occasions and the call always goes to a prerecorded voice mail system. I clearly enunciated my name and number twice, and never did I receive a call to setup an appointment. I called several days later to try to get ahold of someone again to let them know I have not heard from anyone, and sure enough the same recording comes on to leave information. Unbelievable, in todays day and age of customer service driven businesses competing, how this small business can be so arrogant to think people have to keep calling them back to pay them money to do a basic service. To top all of this, I was a past client of theirs many years ago. I guess they have too much business that they don't care to even hire someone to return calls. Or either that, they are too cheap to pay someone a minimal hourly rate to answer their telephone calls. Needless to say I went with another tv installer and they received our business. Good luck getting ahold of them.

After surveying the situation, he was able to make suggestions that were a major improvement over our original plans. He and his crew then did a masterful job installing 3 TVs for us. Schlomi did a GREAT job changing out our Denon receiver for a Yamaha and reconfiguring all our other devices. Set up and programmed the universal remote control quickly and professionally. I'm surprised that I am the first to review Big Ben Mounts. The short and sweet of it is that Big Ben himself installed my two flat screens - one over the fireplace with cords hidden, one on the bedroom wall with cords hidden. Ben was professional and on time. He said that he used to own a successful construction business back east, and has been installing televisions for over a decade. I think his experience showed and I felt confident in the quality of his workmanship from the start. I had done some comparison shopping, and I think that the price he and I negotiated was more than fair. I'll definitely keep him in mind for future services.
I would highly recommend Big Ben Mounts. They mounted a TV on the wall in a difficult room -- inconvenient power locations, no existing cable TV wiring, etc. This involved putting in two new electrical outlets (one under the TV and one near the ground for the cable box to plug into), a new coaxial mount, and an HDMI connection in the wall running from the box up to the TV -- and of course making all the cords invisible. Finally, they ran a the coaxial under the house out to the cable box on the side of the house. (They couldn't open the cable box to connect it, but when the cable company came, it took the cable guy less than 5 minutes to complete the job, and he said it had been wired perfectly. The cable guy even waived the charge, because he said Big Ben Mounts had done all the hard work already and it wasn't fair to charge me for a 2 minute service call. By the way, the cable company's charge for the same cable wiring that Big Ben did for me was nearly 2x what Big Ben charged me.)
All in all it was quick, friendly, courteous service. They were early for the job and worked quickly and efficiently. They made sure to clean up after themselves (floors were cleaner after they left than when they arrived), there were no complaints or hidden upcharges despite the difficult job, and they even thought to keep the drywall cutouts for the new outlets in case I needed them to do paint matching later. I'd definitely use Big Ben Mounts again.

Schlomi was awesome. Made an appointment online for TV mount for Saturday and he was already booked, but he manage to have time to squeeze me in and did a wonderful job. The TV mount was perfect level and very clean. I would totally recommend him to my friends and when I need anymore work done in the future, I would call him again.

Big Ben Mounts (BBM) did an amazing installation today for my backyard poolhouse. The work required mounting of a 65 inch flat panel TV, removal of four old external ceiling mounted speakers and wires (installed by the previous owner of the house), and replacement with 5 NX-Pro in-wall and in-ceiling speakers I purchased directly from BBM. Their work was top-notch and customer friendly.
Shlomi was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was incredibly knowledgable/helpful (and just a good guy all-around) and did a free in-home estimate spending an hour with me a couple weeks prior to the job. He gave me a lot of good advice as to what types of speakers (external vs in-celing/wall type), receivers, and components to use for my home theater system within my budget. After our meeting, I emailed a few more questions to him and he was always quick to respond. He gave me an estimate the next day after our initial meeting (very reasonable price) and then we set up installation a couple weeks later...which he completed today.
He estimated the job would take 7-8 hours, but completed it in half the time! I came home to find my poolhouse theater set-up better than I could have expected. The job was done clean and with precision. There was patchwork done on the walls and ceilings for speaker and wire installation, but Shlomi had warned me about this ahead of time and so was not a surprise to me. Nothing a little touch-up from our painter won't fix. He also set up my Apple TV and Blu-ray player. I also discovered that the previous owner had installed two external zone 2 speakers outside of the poolhouse. At the last minute, I had asked Shlomi to test these speakers and connect if working. Of course he did without any hesitation (and at no extra charge) and now we have music to add a more festive environment for the backyard.
Because I was away at work and Shlomi's crew finished ahead of schedule, I couldn't get back home in time before he finished. So Shlomi left after completing the job and then came back an hour later after I got home to spend time reviewing with me what he had done and to give careful instruction on how to work the remote, receiver, etc. My family was blown away during the demonstration at the amazing sound and picture quality. We will be spending alot more time in this room!
BBM exceeded my expectations in every way. There are few businesses I've worked with where the workmanship and customer service are so high quality. I would recommend without hesitation to anyone else who might be interested in setting up a home theater system.
Of note, I did get a price quote from another company (which I won't name). The gentleman I met was also very knowledgable and pleasant. But the prices he quoted me were absolutely outrageous. In addition to the installation charge for speakers and TV mounting, he wanted to charge me an extra $200 for things like hooking up my DVD player/Apple TV (a job I can do in 2 minutes), $200 for calibration of my speakers (a job that is automatically done by my receiver), and a few other charges I've blocked from my mind I was so irritated by what he was trying to pull. I suppose this arrangement is to seriously dupe people who know absolutely nothing about basic home theater set-up, but even still...this is plain wrong! BBM did these things for me without even me asking to have it done because it's basic stuff that should be part of the job (at no extra charge).
But enough about that other guy. BBM is great. Loved working with them and would hire again for another job in a heartbeat!

We had our 42 TV installed back in January and were very pleased with the service we received from Shlomi (I'm pretty sure I misspelled his name).
Our TV looks great, and all cables were hidden properly. I was so worried about making holes in the wall, but he was great at answering all of our questions, he even wore shoe protectors when he came inside out apartment - lol!
When I spoke to him on the phone to set up the appointment, he mentioned that if we liked them on FB, we would get a 5% discount, which he applied when we paid.
Give them a try, you won't regret it!

Big Ben Mounts was recommended to me by a good friend who is an audiophile and a technophile. At his suggestion I contacted Big Ben Mounts to create a surround sound cinema type room in my family room with all of the equipment located in a cabinet in another room.
I am very pleased with the result. The sound is amazing, there is no evidence of wires anywhere and the tech showed me how to use the remote. I can even control the TV from my iphone for music.
The tech was very professional, neat and organized. He was respectful and very patient with someone (me) who does not grasp a/v and tech stuff quickly. I plan on hiring Big Ben Mounts again to do more a/v and wireless internet projects in the near future.
Professional, timely, and the work is high quality. They've mounted two TVs for us and the results are fantastic. We would use them again and recommend them to anyone.

I decided to use Big Ben Mounts because of the good reviews and I wasn't disappointed!! Shlomi was awesome!! He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy! He was on time, he was professional, he cleaned up after himself and he gave me the best deal in town!! I've never reviewed anything online before but feel compelled to share my great experience with Big Ben Mounts. From the time I called them to make an appointment until the job was finished, they were very attentive, thorough, and professional. There were a few problems with the job I needed done but they had an answer at every step along the way. Schlomi knew his stuff and even though they had to come back a few times because of various issues that all had to do with my TV and my space, they followed up quickly and made sure it got done properly and safely. They even called me twice to say they could get me in earlier than I had expected. It doesn't hurt that their prices are reasonable too. Schlomi and his team will always be the ones that I call. They make this kind of thing very simple.
Some day I will stop buying electronics, but not today. As a result, I frequently have a need for installation and, as a result, have used many different installers. Big Ben is the first one I've reviewed because they are superior to all the others I tried. They are confident, knowledgeable and pleasant to be around. The two jobs they did for me were perfect. Big Ben Mounts is awesome. They called ahead in route and arrived on time even after having to drive a long distance/in traffic. They made really good recommendations for the placement height/position of the tv, mounted the tv and were cleaned up and done in less than 20 mins. Good quality service and the best prices. Will definitely use them again, no question!
I hired Big Ben Mounts to mount a flat screen TV for me and they did an outstanding job. They showed up on time, worked very quickly and precisely, and cleaned up afterwards. They installed an electrical outlet, ran the HDMI cable in-wall and supplied the mount. Everything looks good and works. Their pricing was the lowest of the 3 quotes that I got.

They arrived early. Mounted a 60 inch television, stayed to make sure that all the components worked properly before they left. The place was a clean and orderly when they left as when they arrived. A great job at a fair price. Well done.
Great professional service at a great price. I got my 55 LED screen wall mounted in about 15 mins. They provided the brackets and the mount as well as an HDMI cable. Forget BestBuy's ripoff pricing. These guys did an expert job for less than half the price. Highly recommended.
Quick response and able to mount our flat screen in a tricky spot. Same day service for a steal of a price. Next day, the TV started to tilt a little bit, so I called them back. Shlomi wanted to walk me through an adjustment but I wasn't at home so he said I could call him back later. When I did call, I left a message. A few days later, he called my husband back and said that we could go to Home Depot and buy some washers to prevent the tilting, but I felt that it should have been their responsibility to readjust it. I understand that they are really busy, but it took almost 2 weeks from the time of initial install for them to come back and readjust it. After the adjustment, the TV still hangs perfectly and looks great.

We used this excellent service today install a new Samsung TV, Apple TV, Blue-ray player and make them compatible with everything else! They even were able to use our old wall mount and didn't have us go buy a new one! On time, good clean up, personable and efficient service. Plus, they knew what they were doing...which in today's world is not always the case. Thanks guys....great job! Certainly a lot less expensive than other services and probably better work.
I had Shlomi at Big Ben Mounts come over for a site review in late 2011 to see what can be done in my living room. In Jan 2012, he came over to install a 59 plasma along with (4) in-ceiling Klipsch surround speakers for my 7.1 sound system. In addition, i had him fish Cat 6 ethernet cable between my computer room and my home theater room. I provided them with my own customizeable Keystone wall plates with banana plug jacks, ethernet jack, and coaxial jack for a very tidy wallplate install. Install went perfect and they patched the walls very nicely so i can easily paint them myself. I bought my 4 Klipsch surround speakers directly from Big Ben since they offered very competitive prices for these speakers. Also had them wall mount an older Samsung 32 plasma in the kitchen. Loved the fact they wore covers over their shoes so they don't dirty my floor and used tarps and vaccums to minimize debris on the floors.I would highly recommend these folks for any small or big installs!

We have used their services twice, initially to mount a 46 led tv in our bedroom. The second time, they sold us a 60 led tv and an awesome sound system for our living room, and mounted everything as well. We love how everything turned out. It all looks and sounds amazing! We had Big Ben Mounts install a TV in a spare bedroom yesterday. Schlomi telephoned before arriving to make sure we were home and ready for his arrival. He arrived on time, helped us move furniture, even wore shoe protectors. He was pleasant, professional, and very friendly. The work he performed was professional, too. He was quick, clean, and efficient. We have another television to be installed, and you can bet we'll call Big Ben Mounts to install it. I recommend them without hesitation.

They'll install it right the first time, or as was the case with me, they'll fix someone elses shoddy work for a fair fee. They do both the electrical work and the component set up so you'll have a seamless installation. Can't say enough about Schlomi: he's competant, polite (introducing his assistant), tidy and well organized. I think he's present at all the installs so it's alway done right the first time. Utilized BBM based on the quality of their website, and a clean license as an electrical contractor. The Technician helped me move furniture, did an outstanding job on the mount, and then hid my cords in a track without additional charge. Best thing: I had failed to provide an HDMI cable for my DVD player. So there I was, in a situation where he could've charged just about any price for one, and yet he gave me a very low price, less than most popular stores cheapest cable. Installer Schlomi came right on schedule, not a minute later. He respected our house by putting covers on his shoes. As he was working on mounting our T.V. he noticed questionable wiring done in the wall and fixed it free of charge. He was very professional and is cheaper than Geek Squad. Will definitely use him again.

We recently had Big Ben Mounts in our home to move one wall mounted tv, install another, and add a wall plug and conceal speaker wiring to a third. Schlomi and his assistant were incredibly professional, as were all the individuals I spoke with over the phone and by email to get a quote (which they kept to) and schedule the service. Not only did Schlomi do the work requested, but he also corrected some problems created by the company who originally mounted two of the televisions four years ago. He seemed honestly concerned about the quality of our installation (can you believe the previous installers never used the screws to make the mounts earthquake safe?!?! Scary!) and minimized any impact to our home. They both wore booties to keep our floors clean, cleaned up their mess, patched and prepped the TINY holes they made, and left our home in far better condition than they found it. In fact, they even reworked some of the sloppy wiring/holes created by the original installers for no extra charge. I couldn't be happier with the work they did and if we have any other opportunity to use or recommend this company we certainly will! I can't believe the superior quality work they did for such reasonable prices - very happy customer! :-)
