Owner Jeff Seale has been in the electrical field since 1989. When he was starting out, he witnessed other electricians who were not focused on customer service. They either didn't complete the work correctly or they charged customers for work that was unnecessary. Jeff believed that customers deserved electrical service that was both dependable and professional. This is how Accurate was born. Since 2005 Accurate has provided exceptional service in the Glendora area; winning over customers who appreciated our dedication to quality. Eventually, by public demand, we added plumbing and HVAC to our services to ensure our neighbors received the same level of professionalism for every home installation and repair need. Hi, I'm Jeff Seale, owner of Accurate. I am blessed to have a beautiful wife and four amazing sons. I started in the home service industry in 1989 so that I could provide for my family as it grew. In 2005, I decided that I wanted to bring integrity to home service contracting, and I founded Accurate on that principle.

Now, over a decade later, I am so proud to say that three of my four sons work alongside me at Accurate. We are not just a business here, we are a family. That is why we strive to be the very best. When you call us, you receive service straight from my family to yours.

I highly recommend Accurate Electric, Plumbing, Heating and Air Services! A few weeks back our furnace stopped working, the thermostat would read that it was connecting and the temp was lower than desired and we could hear the pilot go on in the unit in the attic but it would not start. Needless to say it was concerning as the weather was turning colder and our insulation is not the best. I called an HVAC vendor (not Accurate) that day (Saturday), and they came out about 2 days later (Monday). The tech did an inspection and recommended two parts for the furnace in order to get it working. I agreed to order the parts and have them come back out when the parts arrived. 1 1/2 weeks later the parts came in but 1 of them was not the exact part. The tech was then recommending to replace the furnace with a similar one (high end unit and pricey). I then called Accurate to get a second opinion. Jeff came out that same day and did his inspection, the furnace turned on and stayed on. Apparently the internal unit temp had probably reached its threshold and shut off automatically and wouldn't turn on until it cooled. Jeff found that the air filter was really dirty and needed changing. That, coupled with the low insulation and constant running of the unit lead to the internal temp threshold being reached (and thus unit not working). Jeff advised that the unit did not need the two parts that were ordered and that the unit did not need to be replaced. He recommended changing the air filter and cleaning the air ducts to have unit operate better and more efficiently. I agreed and he and Dante came back out the following day and did an excellent job! Furnace has been running properly since (about a week) and we'll be working on getting our insulation done next. The other vendor did refund me for the parts which was very much appreciated. Just goes to show one should always get a second opinion when dealing with a problem with a major appliance. I am VERY GRATEFUL to Accurate and Jeff for coming out on short notice and diagnosing the issue correctly and recommending the right service. They saved me thousands of dollars by not having to replace the entire unit!!

I'm also very pleased and impressed with the work he and Dante did with the air duct cleaning!! They were both very professional, courteous and helpful!! I highly recommend Accurate and Jeff and Dante for any issues you may have with your furnace or HVAC system!! Thank again Jeff for your expert work and help, we truly appreciate it!!!

Looking to pay too much for too little work? Looking for a salesman and not a service man? If so, Accurate is your place!!! Give them a call. This company is only focused on one thing & it's not service. The business description is almost comical.

Case in point - Had GFCI outlet issues. Tech came out, did a current test on the two outlets. It involved a meter, a probe, and a light. Forest Gump could have done this in 20 minutes. They figured out the bad one (yeah!!) and replaced the GFCI outlet. Cost - $598... but wait, you're awesome, so we'll give you a discount - $493. Keep in mind that a GFCI outlet runs $10 - $20 retail. Should you dare ask for an itemized bill - don't. You'd be stupid to ask. Besides, according to Accurate Itemized bills are so old fashioned. Funny, I bet they don't say that when they go out to eat or pay their electricity bill. :-\

We didn't learn so we called them about a second item. This was plumbing. They charged to come diagnose the issue but put a caveat that the item was going to need to be replaced. They came out, they charge, and yup... You need to replace the item. No explanation, no troubleshooting. Nada. How much... we recommend the $7,000 option. The $6,500 option isn't quite as good ...  not as good for who? The part costs $2,200 for a good model at Home Depot. But we shouldn't ask for an itemized receipt to explain the additional $4,800. Since I'm now properly educated, let me pull out my abacus and do some old fashioned math - let's assume for a moment that it will take you 8 hours to install my equipment, which is hard to say since I don't know your estimated time, and seems ridiculous since all the piping is already ran, and it would merely be disconnect and replace - $4,800 / 8 hours = comes out to $600 per hour. So, this company thinks that you should pay them more than a doctor, a lawyer, an underwater welder, or a pilot. Hmmm. Must be some really, really smart plumbers and electricians.

Guy came out to quote a split A/C. When he came out he stated I should join the membership program cause they normally charge for estimates. First of all- who does that. Second- they never disclosed that before you came out. They didn't charge me- but even stating that pay a bad taste in my mouth. Guy said he would email quote. Quite never was sent. Their office calls me almost 2 weeks later to follow up on quote. I let them know I never got a quote emailed. Confirmed email address with her and it was correct. She swore they sent it, instead of apologizing for us not getting. I let her know we already moved on.

The receptionist, Paula, seems to think that if you have a credit card which expires because of membership fees, it's up to US to know this and  contact them with an updated credit card. Two months went by without my knowledge of the card expiration. Miss Paula had the audacity to ask me to pay $9 for each of the two months. I didn't even know my membership was in arrears. All-in-all, a non-professional receptionist/company without the courtesy to keep us in the loop.
We are the consumers and you're there to serve us, not vice-versa...

Really upset at Accurate today. Called this AM to schedule them to come over and check my AC/HVAC due to this horrendous smell that's coming from the vents. Operator answered and she said sure thing, were available tomorrow morning between 10-12. Great. See you then. Got the text and confirmed that we were good to go. Awesome! All of the sudden...At the end of the day I get a call from an alleged dispatcher saying that they would have to cancel bc they had families with no air needing assistances! I said what..?! Operator explained that there were families in My community that had no AIR during this excessive heat wave and they needed help. That they were making them a priority. I said, Ok fine.. then he said he would reschedule. Great, no big deal. I was thinking following next day or in the afternoon. Wow....Nope! He literally told me I can perhaps maybe, schedule you for the end of the week but next week .. I'm not too sure ..potentially Friday late...!?

The dude had No shame as he fabricated a lie to push me out bc you guys know you can make MORE CASH off other families that have no AC. Can careless about my family or OUR situation! Then they have the audacity to lie to me saying you have no availability when I literally got off the phone with their operator saying there was more availability as I called for a new order!!! Obviously she's not into the bullcrap...

Pushy and expensive. They charge for estimates, and then they repeatedly call to close the deal. I told them we were still deciding and not to call anymore. Guess what? They called again. I blocked their phone number and found someone else to do the job for half the price.

As I stated before, I gave them a 2 star because they kept postponed the quote (3) times with a number of EXCUSES. It only made us very concerned that the job would be delayed because of EXCUSES. Is there only ONE person that can give estimates. If that person is busy, then we have cancellation after cancellation. Very unprofessional and unreliable. It was a Home Depot referral and not the best we have had from them.

Our furnace recently took its last breath and left us stranded in the cold harsh LA winter. We suddenly found ourselves in the market for a new heater and while we were at it, replace all of the ducts. We researched vendors through Yelp and met with a handful of companies. Accurate Electrical came close to some of the others but made us feel assured and taken care of. We had the most confidence in them - from the first touch point to follow up and service calls thereafter, they've always been friendly and responsive. That fifth star can be debatable because of the price, but we'd rather pay a little more and not cut corners and pay even more down the line.

I can not express how much I appreciate this company. Last summer our unit started acting wonky and we called the company who installed it to come check it out. They quoted us at over $2k to fix. We called Accurate for a second opinion. They sent Chad out and after troubleshooting he found the actual issue and saved us nearly $1.5k!!! Chad was professional and knowledgeable and the icing on the cake was the response time!
Fast forward, this week our unit wouldn't turn on. We called them and they worked us in quickly to their busy schedule. Turns out it might be a power issue, after Ricky checked thoroughly. I'm still highly satisfied with their customer service, from the office to the technicians! Thank you Accurate!

This company is amazing ! We called accurate to see if they can come to  my shop and help us out with our electrical problem , we use a lot of dryers and tools for our business and our electricity kept going out, we couldn't find out what the problem was . They answered and told us a technician will be coming to shop the next morning. Our technician Lance was so helpful. He was quick, reliable , and answered all our questions and made everything really easy for us . He worked with us on our schedule so we didn't have to close business hours. The job was done in less than 10 hrs and everything looks great and works perfect now . We finally can work with no problems . We couldn't thank you enough lance :)

I highly recommend Accurate electric for any of your HVAC, electrical and plumbing needs. They have great service and awesome technicians that actually take the time to explain things to you and also go through what all of your options are whether you need to get something fixed or replaced. I would like to send a special thank you to Jacob Juarez for being super friendly and super helpful! He explained everything he found that needed to be fixed with our air conditioner and heating system, and then gave great recommendations to the options I could choose to go with to resolve the issues he found. My partner and I recently purchased our first home and when we moved in we found that the air was running but was not cool at all. It was about 100 degrees outside that day and I am seven months pregnant. Thank goddess for Accurate they got out as soon as possible and where able to find that our dry wall company had punctured one of our air lines during our bathroom remodel. It took a few visits, a few holes in our walls but they were able to find the tiny hole and the nail and repair it for us. Since the system was so old and out of date we opted to change the whole system and it works amazing. Shout out to Erik, Arnold, Zach and Jacob they went above and beyond for us. Me and my big belly really really appreciate it.

They came on time for the quote but their prices are way out of line.  They said their basic price to add an outlet was like $1000?  They ended up giving me a discount because I was adding 7 but that was still some $2200.  The other quote I got was $1050.  I went with the $1050 which took two of them a few hours to complete.

I've been an accurate member for a few months now and I love the service. I had two ceiling fans installed (shoutout to PAUL) and had some plumbing concerns (ABRAHAM is the best!!). Every single time the office staff has been responsive, quick, and extremely professional. I was blown away by my recent encounter with Abraham. He was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. I didn't feel pressured to move forward with any service and he educated me about when I should call again. I felt empowered about next steps and appreciated the honest feedback. I would not hesitate to call him again or recommend him to others.

I just had my annual HVAC maintenance inspection completed by Jacob.  We purchased and had the HVAC system installed by Accurate back in 2017 and the experience was stellar.  Today's HVAC maintenance by Jacob was no different.  Jacob is a complete professional from his manner of communication with the customer to his technical acumen.  I appreciate his time and patience to answer all my questions as well as his ability to articulate the steps recommended to maintain and preserve top functionality of our HVAC unit.  I look forward to continuing to do business with Accurate and their team of talented specialists.

Asked for a price on a simple light swap out (changing old one for a new one) in my garage. It was a labor only, easy to price job since I had the new fixture already. They wouldn't give me a price over the phone and wanted to charge me $59 for someone to come out just to give me a price. I had no problem getting a price over the phone from other electricians. Not one of them wanted to charge me to come out and give a price since it was such an easy and clear cut job. I also need a new A/C and heating unit soon but I certainly won't be using this company. Just a bad business practice in my opinion.

The owners must treat their employees well.  The techs are always smiling, professional, and sincerely kind overall.  

We first hired this company for a minor electrical problem back in late 2019, then about a year later, for a couple of A/C issues.  Most recently, they replaced our 20+ year-old furnace and A/C unit, quoting a reasonable price that was within our budget.  Now, looking at the other Yelp reviews, I think we'll have to call them back very soon to install recessed lighting in the kitchen.

Was very pleased with their work. They were out last August and handled all the electrical in my kitchen remodel. Great job, very pleased with the results. I had them back recently working on my AC unit. Again great work, great recommendations for upkeep, sold me on maintenance service for my unit. Pricing reasonable and they go over everything with you. Very friendly and outstanding professionalism in their work. Covid conscious and always cleaned up after both the electrical work and AC unit. Disposed of everything. I didn't do anything but pay for their services. I would recommend Accurate gladly! As a matter of fact, I just passed on their contact info to my brother and a good friend. Again, excellent service and fantastic work!! The go-to company for me.

Had an AC issue that had been troubling us during the colder months so we never really addressed it. But then it started getting a little warm and it became urgent very fast. Luckily, Accurate sent out a technician very fast who was able to diagnose and repair our issue on the first trip. Chad was a stand up guy who fixed our AC quickly and provided information on what and why we had the problem in the first place. I now trust this company and would call them the next time we have any issues. But crossing fingers that we don't.

I continue to have wonderful experiences with Accurate Electrical and their team of installers, servicers, supervisors, workers and administration office staff.  They came in after two separate botched installations of my mom's HVAC system and a solar installation and took care of what needed to be taken care of.  I signed up for their yearly maintenance program which covers everything from plumbing, HVAC and Electrical areas and in every service call, they have identified the problem and taken care of it professionally  and swiftly.  Their crew is top notch and they take care of their customers which I find to be of the utmost importance.  I always say that good help is hard to find but these guys (and gals) are simply the best I've dealt with hands down.  If you EVER need electrical, HVAC, and plumbing work done, I would wholeheartedly recommend them!!! I do not usually write reviews but I was really pleased with this company so I took the time to write this.

It was late afternoon on Friday and I needed electric help since my breaker was having fire spark. I talked to Paula and she quickly found Ray to come to my place to make sure things are okay. He explained what the issue was and gave me a price quote. He was not able to start the work at that time since it's a 4 hours work and it was late. He turned off the breakers and made sure I was safe for the night. He came back bright early the next morning and performed excellent work. He was very professional and answered all of my questions. I am very pleased with his work.

There was a miscommunication on the invoice and I talked to Anna. She called back and straighten things up. I really like their customer service.

I also have heater issue and Paula scheduled Eric to come the next day. She also told me ahead of time that she will be off that day and who I will be talking to if I needed to call back. Eric came the next day. He climbed up to the roof and took the unit apart. He also took time to explain to me the quote options.

Overall, this company is very customer centric and very professional. They care about their customers and very knowledgeable. I had an excellent experience with this company. I would definitely recommend them to my friends.

Jody replaced my thermostat, driving to Home Depot to buy one as his truck was out of that particular thermostat.  He also checked my central heater unit filter, determined that it needed to be replaced & gave me the filter ID#.
I ordered it from Amazon and he said he would install the filter when I got it.  Has not done so as yet but hopefully soon.  Kinda pricey but as I am in my
90's and a veteran they worked me on the cost.  Efficient.  Thorough.

My husband and I hired them to clean the AC ducts, we were extremely impressed first with Chad who came out  to inspect the ducts and give us a quote and the next day with Paul, Jose and Jose who came to do the job.
Before they arrived we received text messages with the arrival time as well as pictures and information about the technicians, which was really cool. They all went above and beyond, Chad even inspected the attic for free. They were all extremely professional and informative and took the time to wear protective booties over their shoes before entering the house. Chad and Paul made sure they applied any deals available to get us the best possible price and scheduled everything for us. They all went above and beyond and offered some very helpful information and advice. We definitely recommend this company. We went ahead and scheduled some plumbing work with them as well.

It was our first time using Accurate for an old wall furnace issue!
Chad was the first one I met... an easy fix so we thought, worked for a few weeks, this wall furnace was on its way out.

The second visit was Jacob, It turns out even if we replaced all the parts and install a new wall furnace it would have been pretty penny's so, another idea came up? I've been hearing a lot about these Mini Split AC / Heater systems that do both...   got me thinking here

So, I asked Jacob to set up an appointment with their Sales rep Eric!

He came out went over what options we had, the cost, what would follow including a permit, etc. It was a no-brainer, our small area living room, and kitchen that are next to each other... it gets SUPER hot in the summer unbearably our regular electric fans only blew hot air, didn't serve the purpose.

Eric explained about the brand, model, the warranty, and a nice rebate from Edison, We agreed to it and he scheduled the installation date.

GREAT CREW !!!  THEY WENT RIGHT TO WORK !!!  VERY PROFESSIONAL !!!

Paul, Jose, J. Jay came out just a few days later after Accurate got the permit first which we liked a lot,

Kenny, one of their electricians was great, very friendly, answered our questions,

Eddie, putting the icing on the cake with the final inspection which passed with flying colors, and superb stucco work!

Accurate Customer Service is by far the BEST I've ever come across,

Paula was the first one I spoke with for our original call to get our wall furnace fixed, such a pleasure to speak with you, Accurate doesn't put you on hold for 45 minutes, etc. they actually answer the phone! unbelievable !!!

Cheri was also very friendly, very helpful, professional !!!

Accurate will keep you updated as far as who they're sending,  
approximate arrival time! We like that very much.

I've used Accurate in the past for a tiny job that ended up costing me more than I expected (and thought it should cost). It honestly put a bad taste in my mouth. But I believe in second chances.

I received mail and email about a HVAC maintenance/checkup special and it was time for mine, so I tried them once again.

Jacob came and renewed my impressions on Accurate. He was very professional and easy to speak with. He explained everything he was going to do and even saved me money by suggesting the annual maintenance for A/C, Heat, Plumming, and electric for just a little more than what I was going to pay for just the heat. He even went out of his way to call the office to see if I can change up my service to the plan. He was upfront and honest. I liked that.

As far as safety, he was great. Had his mask on the whole time, gloves and shoe covers too. My whole family was home while he was here and I never questioned our safety.

Hoping that this continues and that Accurate can help us again in the future.

When I called to make and appointment it was confirmed for the next day, between 9am and 12pm. I get up early at 8, prep the area the kitchen sink (a lot of cleaning supplies) and counter top... I get a call from them saying they were not sure when my appointment was and they could be out between 12 and 4 pm. ( I hate fucking Liars! My farmer was an Architect and always said Contractors are Liars... they always promise what they can't deliver because they have other work)
Anyway, they called again and had to cancel. They wanted to re-schedule, they already had waisted my day! If this is how they run their business, they won't work for me!
DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!! Their reputation is terrible!

Extremely impressed with Accurate. Our A/C unit had gone out the night before, and with the weather heating up it was important to get it fixed ASAP. Accurate was the only company that was able to come out same day and have our A/C unit back up and running by early evening.

Jeff was quick to respond to my Yelp message, Stephanie was extremely pleasant and helpful on setting up the appointment (I was also impressed with the follow up phone call a week later and a mailed gift card to use towards a future job), and the technician Chad was thorough, identified the problem quickly, and provided a knowledgeable response to all of my questions.

I will not hesitate to use Accurate again for any future electrical, plumbing, heating, or air issues.

Where should I start?  Rob, Eric, Tyler, Chad, and (Jeff's son); they were all professionals!  Prompt, efficient, courteous, thorough, and most of all, they were honest.  This company has integrity!  Now how often can you say that!  They are making an HONEST living and they will be richly blessed!  The Technicians are meticulous and they go above and beyond.  This says a lot about the owner and I cannot say enough about their work ethics. They installed an Air and Heating System for me.  I have no regrets or complaints!

I highly recommend this company!  In fact, I immediately started soliciting for them.  You will not be disappointed!   Excellent team!!!

I contacted Accurate and Stephanie immediately provided me an assurance that they can help- my aircon stopped working.  That was a relief.

The technician was deployed the same day and lo and behold Rod came- he conducted a survey of the filters (which badly needed change) and recommended that they be changed every three months.  He even helped me replaced the filter on one (yes I have filters just can't do it because of bad shoulders).

Rod did not even wasted time and proceeded to the condenser.  I tell you the sun is scorching hot at that side of my house but that did not deter Rod from his work.  He went on and diagnosed my unit and showed how much it would cost me.  I agreed and he went on with the replacement of some parts.

He even cleaned my condenser and showed me how to thoroughly clean it to avoid disruptions in my condenser's function.  He's so cool.  My mother likes him too as he was very courteous and was willing to help out in every way he can.

Overall very professional and nice. Technicians showed up well equipped with mask and explain regular testing and cleaning to me before entering my house. They offer free check up during COVID-19, which is why I picked them in the first place. They showed up really early in the morning, around 8 o'clock. The technician did the check up and explain some possible problem of the AC unit that is not cooling for us: he even took pictures for me of what goes wrong. The next time we scheduled another free analysis/measurement for potentially a new unit since the current one we have is very old. We then get Tu e price estimate for a new unit after the second visit.

Now to the missing two stars: one of the technicians didn't put back some caps on the fans in the yard after examining it. I don't know what that cap does but someone else we hired later told us about them. I feel like it goes without saying that you need to clean up after your own mess. Both technicians were paying most of the attention to recommending us these expensive new units the whole time: in the end they are trying to make money I guess. The most ridiculous part is the price estimate: we got three units with different price range: from $15000 - $17000. This is just ridiculous for a new AC unit: we eventually pay $4500 to get a brand new AC system with another company. And yes it has the same 10 years warranty and free parts replace for the first few years, and life time free repair. I'm not sure who determines the price, but if I can get the same thing, even maybe not as fancy, for less than a third of the price, then it is not right. They only give you the front payment (no price breakdown), which can be helpful in sometimes, but in general that just mask overpricing charging, especially for the labor.
They have amazing customer service, and almost perfect technician service. You can give them a try if money is not a problem, but unlikely since you are reading this review and tryin to compare prices on Yelp :p.

Accurate is a local (Glendora) family run business. This morning Chad came out to service my HVAC. Polite, clean, professional. I'm very impressed with Acurate and all their bells and whistles that I would expect from a large corporation. However, they definitely give the personal touch. Good call center w knowledgeable, courteous operators. Timely follow ups and no hard sell. No need- their quality work speaks volumes!

We are new home owners, first time home owners and my wife and I needed new recessed lighting in our living room.  It was very dark and my wife hated that.

We shopped around for electricians in the area and stumbled upon these guys.  I am very grateful we did.  They are professional, prompt, courteous, and do a great job. We were quoted very reasonably and was finished the same day, once they came to our home.

This company is by far the best I have ever worked with!!

First off, the office staff are just super nice & wonderful! The guys on the job? I can't say enough! To have seven guys working under one roof for over a week & all you hear is laughter & respect for each other & no profanity what's so ever! They are a true blessing!!

We had a great experience with Accurate Electrical when they came out to inspect our broken central heater. I appreciate their wonderful customer service from the very first phone call, to the text message follow-up from the owner, and the technician Jacob. Jacob was very professional and informative when communicating with my Dad who doesn't speak good English. The most fabulous thing was that this company made safety as the number one priority. The technician came with his mask on and protective covering for his shoes. The reason the review is not a five star is because we are still exploring options before going ahead with the repair.

I was having electrical issues with my bedroom lighting and found this company thru Yelp. They responded quickly and were able to schedule me an appointment that worked with my weird schedule. On the day of the appointment Joe showed up in the stated window and let me know when he was on his way. Joe was very professional throughout the service and did a quick, clean job. Will definitely be utilizing this company again and commend Joe for his friendly service. I also appreciate that he wore a mask throughout the service and wore shoe covers while in the house

Called for asking hang 3 outdoor motion-senser lights on 10/26. They replied they will send a electrician to check and quote, and they can complete the work same day if I approval.

I was very very shocked and surprised !
1, the electrician said he need to open SEVERAL Holes on the wall (inside and outside wall) to find the electric line and set up lights. some holes will be very big, around 30-40cm!!Oh~No, can't believe what I heard!! Hard to image if our new house will have several holes around !!so ugly! I really can't accept!

2, the electrician gave me a quote around $600-$800 per light installation! And there is no any detail for the estimation! I was So surprised about the price because I had another electrician to hang the security sensor light last year and cost me $25 and most important point was the light completed without any damage or open holes on the walls.

3, I didn't approve his quote and said i will make decision later, cos I will have other electrician company will come later. The electrician just quickly ask for $59 for service dispatch fee!!! Well, I will not say anything and pay if they told me in advance. But NO, they didn't tell me when I called, just said I pay the fee if I agree they take the work. Honestly, feel like ripoff whether I approve it or not!

I will NOT recommend to anyone! I even doubt the rank or review on its yelp! I will definitely NOT have business with it, because I can not accept the holes on my house!!! Who can!???

Wait!  This company will not give you a breakdown of your bill (service call, parts, labor and tax}.  I called four times with this request and the only answer I got was that a single line billing is their policy  
I was charged $511.50 to replace one breaker switch!!!  Took about 30-45 minutes. I expect to pay a service charge, labor and material but this bill was exorbitant and they refused to explain it.
The service was okay but the excessive charge could not or would not be explained.

Not very impressed.  I set up an appointment with Accurate for some electrical work.  The technician they sent into our house walked in, laughed and said, this is gonna be expensive and a lot of work, this is the hardest house to work on, before I even told him what we wanted done.  I get it, yes, our house is old and hard to work on, but he was pushing a total house rewire when we only wanted a couple of outlets updated.  He seemed really focused on us dropping $20-$30K to do that instead, and I kept explaining that we can't afford that but he wanted us to do financing even when I said that was a no-go at this time.

After I finally explained that we only wanted to update 2 outlets and add a new one in the room that is being updated, he finally started to figure out how we could do that.  He also made a comment about our house not having any grounding... when I knew that several outlets are grounded (we had this house inspected prior to purchasing, and I had to point out that there was a grounding rod right below our fuse box and had him check the outlets that I knew where grounded).  I don't know if he thought I was gullible, or didn't know anything, but at this point I thought I'd just play dumb and see what price he wanted for this job.  He kept saying that the conduits where going to show and be ugly.  His quote for this job was 3x that of another electrician (who we ended up going with, and.... this electrician did a cleaner job hiding the conduits than Accurate's tech was suggesting to do).

I'm giving three stars because we didn't go with them so I cannot comment on the work.  But I'm not very impressed with communication, especially on his entry to our house.  I'm a little bit irked to have had to pay to have him come out...but I guess that's just the way it is, live and learn!

We had issues with our heating and a/c unit. Eric came out to our residence. He was detail oriented on his explanation of what the issue was and resolved it.
He was wearing a safety mask and shoe covers. He was very professional and provided excellent customer service.

Tyler and Jacob came to re-do our ducts.  Both of the guys came early and worked a day and a half.  They addressed my concerns about not having enough heat in the downstairs rooms perhaps due to vaulted ceilings.  Tyler addressed our concerns and proceeded to resolve them. Accurate installed a new HVAC in the summer of 2021 which is updated which is more efficient/sensitive to avoid overheating.  It seemed the need was to have better air distribution/circulation and replacement of the ducts.  Hopefully it will resolve my problem for the winter.  Tyler mentioned that he would return to make sure the duct replacement helped our issue.  He will also return before summer to check air flow with the a/c.  It is definitely worth enrolling in Accurate Advantage since I've had 4 visits from their technicians without a service charge.  I'm very happy with their speed of addressing my problems within a day or two.  Amazing.  They all respected our home and although being in the dirty attic all day Tyler and Jacob remained pleasant and professional.  I would recommend them to friends and family.  Service from a family owned business is the best.  Thank you all:  Tyler, Jacob, Eric, Rod, Jasmine and Paula.

Accurate is the company you need to call for any electric problem you have.  We had a problem with two outlets not working while everything else was. We were sent the most amazing, professional and polite technician Josimar Lopez.  He would not give up until he located our problem. So thorough and so focused on making things right again. We had some electrical work done by Accurate. Our Landlord hired them. Very nice people. We had Josi and I believe Jose? Not sure of the 2nd guy's name since he joined later in the day. Anyways, we had a couple outlets that were not working in our office. After a few holes in the wall they found out why and had to run a new line from the main power box on the other side of the house. It took them all day, and it was hot out! They did a very good job and even changed out the face plates on the working outlets in our office so they all matched. Josi is an outstanding employee, keep that one! I would highly recommend.

The reason I deducted a Star was because he pulled an outlet out of the wall in the attached bathroom and did not put it back. It's just hanging out of my wall still. Really not worth a call to have them come back, as we can put it back. Just something we shouldn't have to do after they leave.

But I still recommend. Thank you!

Accurate is excellent!  The employees were very courteous, professional and the work done on our home was done in a timely manner! We are extremely pleased especially that we are headed into triple digits! Our ac is running excellent! This havac company was the right choice!   First they waived the dispatch fee due to the covid 19 , really showed they care. Josie came out and diagnosed my unit , very professional. He was able to find 1 issue but didn't stop there. He recommended his senior technician ERIC that was extremely knowledgeable and detail with my unit problem. Provided me with a quote. I had the pleasure of having Jacob come out today to install a new updated thermostat and fix the horrific wiring job done previously. He was friendly, knowledgeable and thorough while doing his job.  I received a text when he was on the way, he was on-time for the provided time frame given and clean. He also inspected my a/c unit. What I appreciated the most is his honesty.  He explained any issues and location of the unit.  He told me a cleaning of the unit wasn't necessary at this time. He wasn't trying to push unnecessary maintenance and repairs down my throat. I would highly recommend Accurate for any of your heating, A/C, electrical or plumbing needs.

Contacted them for a service. The original scheduling went great. Then, apparently, the technician was late. They called me after the scheduled appointment time to tell me that the tech was running late (because I couldn't figure that out on my own). So my involvement with this company didn't really get past their first commitment, which reads What to Expect From Your Licensed Technician: 1. He will be on time or you will be notified well in advance. After that, the lateness turned into unavailable. and then it was another day where they said they would call and didn't. I contacted them and they blamed me. I cannot comment on quality or pricing, but I would not contact Paula to schedule an appointment.

It's been over a month since my home did not have light in our guest bathroom. It was very frustrating, but thanks to COVID we had zero guests to even use our guest restroom. After making several phone calls with different companies and dealing with no shows, my husband and I  came across Accurate. We had to reschedule one time since the electrician was caught up doing another job before our appointment. Kenny gave me a call stating he was about 20 min away, I   also received a text message stating my electrician was on his way over. Kenny was very professional, he worse a mask, answered all my questions, talked to me about my electrical panel and what upgrades I   needed, however, due to financial issues we cannot get the work we need done right away. He helped me apply for financing, which was very easy. Kenny was straightforward and never sugarcoated anything. I   would defiantly use this company again in the near future.

I was looking for new HVAC replacing my 20+ year old unit, l found Accurate Which is Pro contractor online. First I met Eric B. for quote on Tuesday and he thoroughly, knowledgeable, explained things well and friendly. Second all six technicians (two electric & four HVAC) came on Thursday start the job finished one and half day, they were courteous, professional and friendly, we are very impressed they done  a great job. I very satisfied and happy with this fantastic new system. I definitely recommend Accurate highly!

I recently had a large project going on at my house that started with us replacing the flat roof. At same time the plan was to have Accurate do some re-wiring. It was a big project but the way we planned it out it was very seamless. Unfortunately it didn't work out that way. Anyone that's ever done a remodeling project knows that there's always things hidden and unexpected that pop up when you least expect it. So we went from Accurate doing the electrical work to having to do work on the water and gas lines so we need a plumber. Then we need air the condition line altered and the entire air duct system on the roof needed to be replaced by hvac techs. I've been contracting Accurate since 2017 for my home and my business. They truly are a company of excellence. They worked with my roofer in scheduling all the work that needed to be done simultaneously. Over the course of a few weeks which includes working with the city for permits, the inspection stages of roof removal and replacement everything is completed and we are please. Accurate is timely, accommodating when working with other vendors, great customer service (in the office & in the field). They are awesome knowledgeable, friendly technicians and very tidy when cleaning up after themselves. I would recommend them to anyone! They are definitely at the top of my list when it comes to the services they provide.  ~GM

Very quick response to my initial call.  Great communication and the crew of two were friendly and professional.  Our job was installing a new GFCI breaker and hooking up our new spa. We have more electrical work in the future and will certainly contact them.  They may not be the cheapest but do trust CHEAP when it comes to the safety of your home?

We blew one of the fuses on Christmas due to all the cooking and what not. After several attempts I could not get it to reset.
I called Accurate the next day and someone came round that afternoon. Joe did a great job and was very polite and respectful. He did not have the part so left to get it.

It's been cold in the night recently and the AC in our unit doesn't work, so I came across Accurate on yelp and called them. The lady who answered my phone is very friendly, she asked me several questions about the situation and help me make an appointment with the HVAC technician Chad. Before Chad came, they sent me text messege telling me the technician will arrive soon and sent me his bio, couple of minutes later, Chad showed up with masks and shoe covers, checked the system very professionally and patiently explain what the issue is to us and gave us a quote. We accepted the quote and he brought the tool next day and fixed the problem. I really appreciate their hard work and wonderful customer service. Chad is polite and knowledgeable thoughout the service and we are very satisfied with the experience overall. Thank you! We will definitely recommend Accurate to our friend in the neighborhood.

Hello,

My grandmother needed an electrician due to her electricity going out a few weeks ago. Called and found out it was two of her breakers that had blown out. She was given Accurate's information from Home Depot and decided to give them a call. After reviewing the job that needed to be done, it ended up being two replaced receptacles and was charged $554.50 for used parts! Not even brand new!. After talking to a good friend who is an electrician himself, but unfortunately was out of town when her electricity initially went out he found out what was done and said she was way overcharged. He said the two receptacles should not have been that much. The cost should've only been about $60.00 each which means labor/installation was $434.00?! Not only that, she needs to replace her whole power box and Accurate estimated her a range between $4,000-$7,000 when the electrician she just talked to told her he is going to change her only $1,200.00. This seems pretty outrageous if you ask me. A rip-off indeed!! But then again she should've known when Home Depots review list only has 5 reviews from accurate verses the 14/ 15 for the other companies that were recommended and listed. Lesson learned.

Picking an Electrician is difficult.  Yelp helped a lot.  I researched then called for a quote.  They made an appointment for Saturday early morning.  Who does that anymore?  They emailed me a picture of the young man who would be out to give us the quote.  

Erick gave us a quote to rewire our home last Saturday.  He was very honest and went over every detail.  He spoke to us not down to us.  Their quote was very detailed and I love that they gave us options.  They begin after the new year, our choice. We are very excited and confident in our choice to perform the work.

The next Thursday I discover I needed work at my Mother's home, it is in the middle of an FHA escrow.  I was told I needed 3 GFI outlets and the air conditioner wasn't working.  FHA would be inspecting the house in a few days and I was very upset. I needed the work done immediately and it's almost Christmas.

I called Accurate Electric. The office is so friendly and helpful.  The promised I would get a call.  A few hours later who did I get to speak to, Superman Eric.  Eric put me at ease, understood my problem and told me he would take care of it the next day.  True to his word the work was done perfectly.

Erick installed the required 4 GFI outlets, not 3, and replaced a bad breaker for the air conditioner.  If Erick hadn't installed that 4th breaker I would not have passed and I would need more work. Air conditioning works, everything is great.  

No fanfare, but I swear I looked up in the sky, it's a bird, it's a plane, it's SUPERMAN Erick!

I cannot thank them enough for taking care of this so quickly.   They treated me like family and I love that they know who I am when I called.  

Wish I could give 6 stars.   Sorry this is long but this situation is complicated with my Moms house.

In a nutshell, they decided not to show up twice and either of those two times I had to call them to check in on them to see what's going on. I can understand being late or moving appointment out but looks like a very unprofessionally kept place. Had an appointment Monday afternoon between 4:30 and 6:30. Called them around noon to reconfirm that all is set. By 5:30 no one showed up and when called, I was told that the technician was running late and they have reschedule. Was pretty bummed out as had cancelled my other commitments during this time. Was told that they can setup something Tue morning between 10-2 as morning appointmens are on time, since there is no backlog. Cometh the Tuesday morning and no one showed up and called them 1 pm to check in on what's happening. Was told that someone will call me. Got a call at 2:30 that the technician can't make it today and they can reschedule me for Thursday or Saturday. This is when I told them to cancel the appointment.

This is a total rip off company. To check one circuit breaker ,only one ,estimated diagnosis charges $550. Actually the problem was a shorted outlet . Replaced outlet and given an invoice for $420.16!!. Family owned or nor not , they are waiting for your call to rip you off.
Answer to Mr Jeff below; My wife was not at all happy but we want to get it done because you will charge $100 for shaking hand ..Even if you charge $300 an hour it was a half an hour job ,maximum $200 for a certified electrician. Be fair and stop ripping off , that's my advise to you. Thanks.

The first appointment I had scheduled with Accurate had to be rebooked because the appointment before mine ran long.  The office kept me posted with updates on my tech until it was clear we had to make a different appointment.  The second appointment went as planned and tech repaired a loose wire and replaced a motor on the exhaust fan at a reasonable cost in a very short time.  These are honest techs and I recommend them far all your plumbing, heating and cooling repairs.  Good job Joe

I called Accurate Electrical Services after botching my shop light install in the garage.  I reached out on Saturday and got an appointment Monday evening, which means I didn't have to take time off work.  

Mike arrived on schedule, quickly assessed the electrical situation and corrected my errors.  I chatted with him as he was working and observed a skilled professional.  He was detailed and double checked each step to ensure that the outlet and all switches were functioning.  

Finally, the cost was very fair.  More than happy to pay for such professional and courteous service.  If I have further electrical needs, I would not hesitate to contact this business again, highly recommended.

I had a problem with a circuit breaker in the house. Mike should up at the promised time window, looked at my electric panel reset the fuse, gave me some good advice, and even did not charge me for his trip.
Like them and will use them to rewire the whole house.

Business model is solid. Great communication and fast acting. I got 4 quotes for the job, 3 from other companies. The first three were between $700 - $1100. Their quote made my jaw drop. It was more than $5000. I don't seen how running a line 50 feet can differ that much. Like I said great business model but if they are looking for business they should work on better estimates.

This review is long overdue and I need to express how much I truly appreciate this family owned business.  I have been experiencing issues with my AC electrical issue since I had the AC unit replaced. With each use, the fuse for the AC kept shortening out.  I called Accurate Electrical plumbing and they were so welcoming and friendly on the phone. I made an appointment and was met with (I believe is Rick- sorry if i got it wrong- it's been quite a while) Rick came and was friendly and informative.  He educated and provided options to repair my AC unit.  I felt very confident with the work he provided and sure enough the AC wasn't tripping. Cold air came and everything felt good. I felt assured by the workmanship and experience of Alex.  I would definitely recommend Accurate Plumbing Electrical to family and friends.

Today May 7, 2020 Accra electric plumbing set Joe and Mike electricians to install two quad outlets a duel outlet and added one other one. Great job great insight to where they should be located at properly installed outlets with wire safely and clean the area they worked out definitely a five-star treatment. Very bad experience. I book an appointment to have them come. and they said they will come between 8-12 AM. (Such a big window of wait time) So we were waiting and then at 11:10AM  I called and they said that technician is running late. So we were still waiting.
Then I missed a call at 1PM. I called back at 1:15 PM and they said the technician already went to next job without even going to my house because i did not pick up the phone. I would need to reschedule.
(I lose my appointment because of a missed call and even if i return the call 15 mins later)
They also said I didnt pick up a call at 10:50 AM but I never got that call but i DID call at 11:10AM, and they said they dont have record of my 11AM call even though i talked to someone.
I just wasted my time waiting, and the guy might not even come anymore since we need to reschedule. So, wasted a whole day. (Really... How would one feel..??)

Theyre saying their doing this policy of breaking scheduled agreement becuase some people are inconsiderate. But they are the one who are being INCONSIDERATE of others time.
There might be some people who are inconsiderate, but majority are not. An appointment is like an agreement. If you said you will come, then we will wait no matter what. You cannot just break an agreement just because we didnt answer a phone call. What if someone was in the bathroom or doing something for long time. You should at least still make effort to come. We did the effort of waiting that long and you cannot do your part.

This company is really very inconsiderate. Not valuing people's time.

After getting stood up for an entire Saturday afternoon by another unnamed highly Yelp rated electrician located in Glendora, I decided to give this company a whirl. Not only was my initial issue resolved the same day that I called, they were able to squeeze me in for the following morning for some other electrical work that I needed for my house. Tony and Josi (the electricians who came to my house) we both extremely friendly and professional. This is the first time I ever needed a professional electrician, and this is also the last time I'll ever look for one again. I'm a life customer. This company was simply amazing and I'll be recommending them glowingly.

My favorite new go to plumbing/heating/air/electric Company. They are courteous, on  time   and honest. I had a clogged kitchen drain and the company sent over Chad. He was the nicest and most efficient plumber i have ever met. Handled the problem quick and was pleasant to talk to.
I am glad there are still nice honest people who care enough about a plumbing situation to  make you feel like your not just another customer.

Accurate Electrical Service are an A-1organization. From my 1st call through the repair & paperwork they are an company. The tech, Mike, was on time, courteous, knowledgeable and very professional. The dispatcher, Cheri, was so helpful. She understood how desperate I was and made it all come together, following up before and after the service call. This is the first time I've used Accurate and Ray was amazing! I needed to get a dedicated circuit put in my 89 yr old mother's house ASAP due to this heat! He reviewed her home carefully and was able to get it installed that day! I am so pleased with his excellent service and knowledge! My electricity went out in my kitchen and I called accurate electricity they came out the same day but didn't fix the problem and charged me 125 dollars  mike wanted to charge 511 dollars to do wire tracing but said it could be more. I signed a paper but was given a paperless invoice the next day which outlined work that was not done. When I called to question this they said they made a mistake and they were going to charge only for a service call and refund the rest of the money it is over a week and the money has not been refunded as sherry the office manager said she would do so I placed a Dispute with my credit card company and will report them to the better business bureau. Do not use this company. They cannot be trusted and we need to be able to trust professionals like electricians

Recently we had a welder installing some iron work in our 1940's office building. He connected his welding machine in one of our outlets; but he kept tripping the breaker with the power he was drawing. It was very frustrating and inconvenient so we decided to call Accurate Electrical Services to see if they could help.

From the first phone call we knew this place was top notch! First of all: THEY ANSWER THEIR PHONE! In addition, the girl on the phone was very friendly and eager to help. Mike the electrician showed up that same afternoon to diagnose the problem.

Mike's clear & concise communication with us sealed the deal. He explained thoroughly our different options and we scheduled him to come out a few days later to do the job.

Yesterday he came to replace our old out of date & dangerous electrical panel with a brand new electrical panel. The job ended up being much more time consuming & involved than anticipated; however we are certain and have peace of mind knowing the job got done right by Mike. In addition to doing a great job, Mike has superb people skills and it's very clear that customer satisfaction is his top priority.

We already have another electrical job we'd like done at our office & we're grateful knowing that we can count on Mike to get it done right. We would like to thank everyone at Accurate Electrical Services for caring about their customers, but especially we would like to thank Mike for being such a class act!

I choose them because they had a 5 star yelp review. I paid to have an electrical problem fixed and a week later the problem came back.   They did return and wanted to charge me $500 to diagnose. They also told me after diagnosing the problem, they will tell me how much it will cost to repair. So the amount of $500 is just the beginning. They charged me $125 to change a GFI wall switch. I asked the company if they would apply the amount of $125 that I already paid  since the GFI did not fix the problem. They said no.

Up Date:  I received a call from them and they claimed they misunderstood about the amount  of my prior bill being applied towards the diagnosing.  They were happy to do that for me.

I had requested quotes through Yelp from several electrical companies to have four exterior lights changed (just an upgrade to nicer fixtures) and troubleshoot an electrical problem that wasn't allowing two of them to turn on.
The quotes I was getting from other companies were reasonable, but they were unavailable until the end of the week.
Then Accurate responded with their quote. We'll have to send someone out to your house to see the job, then we can give you an accurate quote. I figured since they could come out before the other companies could,this shouldn't be a problem.
My mistake. I knew of their $59 fee, but I really wanted to get the work done AND I had a ball park idea of what it should cost.
So, the troubleshooting took all of 5 minutes to get the two lights to work. Great! Off to a fabulous start! Then I asked what it was going to cost to replace my fixtures. The technician went to his iPad and selected a few options and ta da....$156 per light!
I was floored! It was going to cost me over $600 to do this simple job! This was not anywhere close to the other quotes. I obviously said nope'to having him install.
Paid the $59 to have him push a button and get my lights working. Here's the part that gets me upset. They easily know what it's going to cost for their repairs before they come out. If the tech could select a few buttons to replace my lights, so could the dispatch who take the calls or reply on Yelp. They have a system of categories that they select based on your needs. It didn't take a licensed electrician to do it. I would have been told ahead of time that each light was $156 and there would be a fee to troubleshoot as well.
I would have said no thanks and moved on. I don't appreciate the way this company does business as there are far too many companies to select from that are upfront with their pricing.
Here's the lesson I learned and what you should take away from this post. If you can't get a quote without paying a fee to come to your house, don't bother with that company. Call another because there are many who will come to give an estimate without charge. This company is FAR too overpriced to do any work.
So disappointed at their ridiculous pricing.

I was very pleased with the service I received from Accurate Electrical.  They arrived on time and kept in contact as far as arrival time.  I needed an electrical outlet upgraded from a two prong to a three prong.  They gave me options and did what I asked.  They even went to the circuit breaker box to show me what outlets were on that circuit. I would recommend them or any electrical work.

Just wanted wiring in the ceiling for a ceiling fan to be installed.  Holes were punched on both sides of the sheet rock where the switch was installed on.  The wiring itself was fine, but the damage to the wall was excessive IMO.

In the process of selling our home, we had to do some repairs to the electrical that were requested by the buyers. My husband shopped around and a few places were so unprofessional in their responses. Accurate Electrical was very professional, gave us a fair quote and even gave us a reference code for some work the Home Inspector marked as needed and told us that those outlets were already up to code and didn't need to spend money on something that didn't need correcting. Yey!!! We scheduled to get the work done and Tony & Mike E. showed up on time and did a great job with the repairs. They were very courteous and professional and answered all my questions before getting started on the job. Over all we will definitely will keep them on speed dial  for future reference when we move into our new home and will definitely be recommending them to our family and friends.

Recently had Accurate come out and service my AC.  They responded to me quickly and were able to set up an appointment that was convenient.  The service wasn't inexpensive, but the Tech, Rick I believe, explained everything very clearly, gave me options on how to best fix the problem, and they were able to complete the job the same day.  I felt very comfortable with the Tech, like he was honest about what he was telling me needed to be done and the AC is working better than ever.

Awesome company!!! They keep trying to trouble shoot it all day to save me money. I had my father in law do the trouble shooting because I was at work. When I got home I went to where I thought the problem was and pushed the reset button right in front of the technician. I apologized and he said no problem. I felt horrible. He told me not to worry about the $59 fee and then told me about their up front pricing and told me that in the future I might need to upgrade the outlets. I will definitely be using Accurate Electrical systems in the future!!! Thanks again! Everyone I dealt with was very nice. Mike the technician was awesome. Totally recommend them to anyone, totally honest and a great company!!!

60 bucks for an estimate? I'm sure they're competent electricians based on the reviews but from a 15k+ bath remodel to a $60 screen door repair, I've never had a contractor ask me for money just to tell much how much more money I'll need to give them after they actually do something.

When I hire someone to do work on my house, the selection process doesn't end with the person taking my information - meeting and gauging the tech's abilities in person is vital to hiring the right person for the job, and being charged for an estimate puts more pressure on me to hire that person whether I want them to do the work or not as I'm already in it 60 bucks.

Estimates are a cost of doing business, and there are plenty of equally good or better electricians who don't try and shift the business cost to the customer. Imagine if stores charged a viewing price or Amazon had a browsing fee. Ridiculous.

I scheduled an appointment and made sure I was available for the day and even got a text the day prior confirming the arrival. When the day came nobody arrived to check my water heater and wiring, instead they gave me a call to tell me it would be $450 to have someone come out and would require a longer appointment for a different date and gave me bogus quotes over the phone without even coming to see what the issue is. This is unprofessional and laziness. I told the rep there are plenty of other companies out there. I can't believe Home Depot has them as a contractor.

Just had Mike from Accurate come over this morning.  We had a problem where the local breaker and the main breaker kept tripping.  The problem turned out to be a high amperage microwave/hood installed during a kitchen remodel that was connected to a lower amperage circuit from the adjacent den.  He identified several solutions from the simple to the hardest (i.e., expensive) and I picked a solution that worked for my family.  

Mike is very knowledgeable, courteous and professional.  He was on time and took the time to explain the issue and the solutions thoroughly.  I highly recommend Accurate Electrical Services and especially Mike.

I selected Accurate based on the excellent reviews here.  I had a fairly large project, replacing my panels and upgrading service from Edison.  I scheduled an appointment for an estimate.  Mike arrived on time and we walked through the job.  He explained my options and what the pricing would be.  I decided to go ahead with the job.  Accurate took care of everything, including contacting the city, Edison, and the Gas company (to mark where underground pipes are).  Everything went exactly as promised, and the quality of the work was excellent.  They even recommended someone to patch the stucco, where there was some impact from the new panels (and the stucco work was truly excellent).  Accurate will be my first (and only) call for electrical work from now on.  It is a real pleasure doing business these people.

Most electricians don't charge for estimate. And then to do the job, your technician gave a price of $345 and that was on top of the 65 for estimate. The estimate was to take off unscrew 16 bulbs from a 8 foot high ceiling and adjust the contact pins for a better contact with the bulbs so they stopped going off or flickering. Accurate is the BEST, MOST PROFESSIONAL, DILIGENT and COMPETENT contracting service for air conditioning and electrical that I have ever used in the 40 years that I have owned a house.
They recently (Aug. '18) installed a new 200 amp service panel and two new air conditioners and furnace units.  Additionally all new supply and return air ducting was installed.  One of these units was a new installation in the attic so it meant power and gas had to be run.  All in all a major job.
The whole experience was reassuring and I am extremely satisfied.
Before I agreed to this job, at least 6 hours was pent by 2 different Accurate personnel assessing the situation and what had to be accomplished.  Pictures were taken of return air ducting in the crawlspace as well as  the attic.  When I asked what the charge was for this thorough review, they said that there is no additional charge.
Also, when I requested them to change out a electrical plug or something minor, they did not nickel and dime me with every little thing--they just did it.
Now for their cleanliness: 1) they put down runners everywhere they walked and took them away daily, 2) at day's end all trash was removed from the premises, 3) any dust and dirt was vacuumed up almost immediately-not just at the day's end.
Level of detail: I am a retired engineer who wants and expects things done right.  I was impressed with the work in all respects-- electrical and refrigerant lines were run straight, panels were mounted level and sealants were applied neatly.
Personnel involved: Eric was great and kept me informed regularly.  His crew of Rick, Paul, Raymond, Mike, Joe and Dan were courteous and always asked before cutting power, etc. so as to not inconvenience us anymore than necessary.  Perhaps most importantly I gained a healthy respect for them professionally and personally.  No swear words or f bombs when obstacles were presented--they just worked through them.
Sheri in the office always let me know their schedules and when we should expect them.  Never any surprises.
As you can tell from the length of this review I am exceedingly happy with Accurate as a company and with their personnel.  Top notch.  You should feel reassured if you select them for your AC, electrical or plumbing needs.

First impressions are everything... Talked to Sherri and I instantly felt that I had called the right place. She was awesome.. I wish more businesses had someone like her answering the phone. I explained the problem to the electrician and he gave me 3 pricing option that ranged from $232.51 to $797.90.    I have a sense the problem was simple and declined the service and paid the $59 service call.  I then called another electrician and described to
problem to him on the phone,  he was pretty confident it was a simple problem, and estimated that it would be less than $100.  He came, sure enough it was a simple circuit trip, - Ooh, I did not realized I have a second circuit breaker outside my house that I just moved not long ago,  he showed me the problem and charged me $60.  

I expect the electrician to have the skills to also realized it was a simple problem after I showed and explained the problem rather than gave me these 3 Grand options that
seemed only to take advantage of me.

Our problem was a wall outlet that was not working. The first electrician we called wanted $845 to find and fix the problem. We called Accurate for a second opinion, and they determined it was just a wall switch that had been turned off.  (I know, it sounds stupid, now!)  While they were here they did some servicing on the wiring in the electrical box which needed attention, for no charge beyond the $59 service call fee.  Highly recommend.  (Plus, I found out the owner goes to our church, and I didn't even know it.)   :)

I needed some electrical work done so I looked on YELP for someone in my area. I saw Accurate Electrical had good reviews so I called them. From the first phone call I knew that this was a professional company. They sent out a electrician (Eric) to give me a estimate. Eric was on time and answered all questions that I had and he also gave me some good advice on my electrical issues. He presented me the estimate and I told them to do the work. On the day scheduled for my work the company calls the night before to verify the appointment. Eric and his sidekick Raymond showed up on time and completed their work in a timely manner. They cleaned up whatever mess they made and were on their way. During the time they were at my house if I had any questions and I did, they both were very friendly in answering me. Will I use Accurate again? Yes I would.

I've never written a Yelp review before, but this company have compelled me to write one.  Finding a trustworthy electrician company is very hard to find nowadays.  Accurate Electrical Services (AES) company is honest and super professional.  I can't speak highly enough about Accurate Electrical Services from Cheri, office manager, and Mike, the electrician.  I called AES because I was having some issues with my outside plugs and kitchen plugs. Right away when I tried to make an appointment, Cheri walked me through some common fixes over the phone. Who does that nowadays? After trying all the suggestions that Cheri recommended, I was still having issues. I made the call for appointment on Friday for next Friday because that was the only day I was available. Cheri said that she will contact me if anything opens up on that weekend.  Saturday Cheri called that there was an opening and Mike showed up. Mike was a life saver. I didn't have any power from my kitchen close to a week and my outdoor plugs for a month. Not only he fixed my issues with my plugs, but he also explained to me why certain things happen. He was super knowledgeable. Next time, if ever I need an electrician, I won't hesitate to call them again. I can't thank you guys enough. You guys are the best!!!

I woke up with no power on a workday.  Light & Power came out and said it was my master breaker and I was responsible to fix.  I had no internet, electricity, heat...nothing.  I called Accurate and Cheri was able to squeeze me in that day, even though they were booked solid (2 weeks before Christmas).  My tech guy was clean (wore scuffies in the house), knowledgable, friendly and efficient.  If you need electrical...this is the place to go.  Such nice people and excellent service.  Kudos!

I found Accurate Electrical Services on the internet when my smoke detectors were going off and I couldn't get them to stop even after changing all the batteries. Of course it was after hours and the beeping was driving me crazy. They were wonderful to work with and sent out Eric Smith who was prompt, courteous and did a great job very quickly. He cleaned up after himself and although he needed to come back, he came back when he said he would and was on time and just as quick and thourough. Eric is very good at what he does and is very friendly and I would recommend him if you need an electrician. The office staff is also great at Accurate, especially Cheri.

I scheduled an appointment and when they called back in the morning they said that they were completely booked and that they could not send anyone out.  They just ended pointing fingers at each other, one blamed the call center and vice versa. This is the second time we've used Accurate Electrical.  I don't think they are the least expensive electricians out there, but they are honest, reliable and dependable.  They show up when scheduled, have extreme respect for your home and do a very professional job.  They wear booties to protect your flooring and the clean up after the job was great.  I had no mess what so ever when they left. They guarantee your satisfaction and will come out if needed.  On our first job I did need them to come out after several weeks and they came promptly.  It turned out to not be their issue but something I had done.  A quick fix and everything was back to normal.  Our first job was outside, laying new electrical for additional outlets.  The most recent job was new recessed lighting in our kitchen. After both jobs I received a call within a few days making sure I was completely satisfied.  This was followed up by a handwritten thank you note. I will definitely use them again.

Mike, is very polite on the phone.  He was also very helpful on explaining.  However, he was not a good listener, he had stated that once we do the job, the problem will go away.  He is a greasy salesperson that didn't fully disclose everything.  He said he will be adding two additional circuits for each panel, there were 2 panels that were changed and replaced.  The whole entire job cost me $6,500.00 AND he didn't add the 2 additional circuits.  On top of that, they got the panels mixed up with the units.  So Unit B was paying electricity for Unit C and vice versa.  I understand they are a family owned business and I appreciate that.  But their communication within the whole company is plain horrible.  Mike continues to say, that he never promised anything, and wanted us to change out the entire wiring and that would be a $10,000 project.  I had an initial bid that was $1,000 cheaper, but Mike sounded very professional and very polite, but don't be fooled by him.  He is a scam, scumbag, that will not honor his words.  Make sure you get everything in writing of what he says he will be doing.  NEVER AGAIN WITH THIS COMPANY.

I was very impressed by Eric and Accurate Electrical Services.  He was very prompt and courteous, and cleaned up after his work.  This was true all three times he was at our house.  First, to give an estimate.  Second, to install some of the lights that were available at the time of his appointment.  Third, to install the remaining lights that were not available at the time of his initial appointment to replace the lights.  He patiently answered all of the questions that I had each time.

I would highly recommend both Eric and Accurate Electrical.

I was very impressed with the professionalism, thoroughness and follow up of staff.  Cheri F. was courteous and professional in setting up the appointment.  She informed me of additional background information about the company.  She was able to accommodate my schedule with a next day appointment.  Cheri F. called me the following morning to provide an ETA and also ask if Mike P. could arrive earlier.  Mike P. was thorough in his assessment and evaluation.  Measures were taken to respect and care for my property such as wearing shoe covers.  Mike P. provided a thorough explanation of work options.  I observed the specific work done (I.e., replacement of GFCI)  and received a step by step explanation.  Work was efficiently done.  I appreciated the follow up call from Cheri F. to check on status and make sure that I was satisfied.

I'm in agreement with the 5 star reviews. From the first phone call customer service was excellent. Cheri was polite, professional easy-going, phone calls are answered. Mike was also professional and has great people skills, he determined the best course of action, went back to his truck to  write up a quote - a very fair price - and the job was completed; an exterior electrical box on a two foot pole had to be removed. I will use this company again. Thank you Mike and Cheri

Accurate recently did a total rewire of our home and did a wonderful job. They were flexible with our requests, mitigated problems that arose along the way, and finished early. I highly recommend this company.

We are very happy with the service provided by Accurate Electrical Services thus far. Sara  responded to our initial call & was polite and professional. She set up our appt for a couple days later for a consultation & quote. She emailed us photos of the person we should expect, nice. She texted us 30 minutes prior to let us know he was on his way.  We were impressed with Mike. We were told to expect him within a 2-hour window and he showed up just 15 mins into the window. He patiently listened to our concerns and questions, helped us assess our needs, made great suggestions and took time to explain the answers to our satisfaction. He provided a quote for work we wanted done immediately, and a separate quote for some  work we want to do a few months from now. Quotes were fair. It was still early so Mike fixed one immediate issue (replace bad circuit breaker) before he left! It was quick and reasonable. Before leaving, Mike called & set up our appointment for the following Monday for the additional work we wanted done before a party.  Ray and Kurt showed promptly on Monday . They listened confirmed what we were expecting to have done and got to work. They replaced a chandelier, replaced a backyard security light fixture installed new wiring for a new motion-sensor light over our garage. They did a real nice job and were very neat, and cleaned up afterwards. All three young men were courteous, professional, knowledgeable and just a pleasure to work with. We were impressed by the service we received and will recommend Accurate Electrical to family and friends. We will definitely call on you again for our future electrical needs. Great experience!

This is only my second Yelp review, but I felt the need to write a letter on behalf of Accurate Electrical Services (particularly of Mike).   My electrical problem was that some of my lights would intermittently off when I was using too much electricity and I would always have to mess with the fuse box.  I could never find the fuse that went out, so I had to turn off every single fuse each time.  Thus, I called Accurate Electrical Services, and Mike came out to evaluate the situation.  I thought that I would need a new fuse box which was going to run an enormous $3000-$4000 to replace it.  However, to my great surprise, Mike made my day when he informed me that I would not absolutely need a new fuse box (although mine was an older model and could use an upgrade).  He was not pushy, but instead told me the name of the manufacturer of my box, and told me to look them up on the internet to get a second opinion on the quality of the box that I was using.  Then, he recommended that we could run a new electrical line from the area using the most power, to the old fuse box, to split the power consumption to another fuse.  This was going to be a task within itself, too.  But in addition to that, he told me to first change all my light bulbs to LED and that may fix the problem, as it will decrease the consumption overall.  Needless to say, in retrospect, what a simple great idea that Mike suggested.  It worked.  But my letter is not to necessarily commend his recommendation, but it was the honesty that Mike spoke with that needs to be commended.  Instead of running me up hundreds (if not thousands of dollars) in electrical expenses, he was kind enough to offer the simplest, cheapest solution (even though it made him minimal money).  What an honest guy!!!  There are few and far people out their that act so honestly.  Mike is one of them.  I would recommend very strongly going with Accurate Electrical Services so that you get the security that their recommendation for the work that needs to be done is honest and accurate, and NOT inflating your bill just to make a quick buck!

Just wanted to make sure I leave a review for all of these pages. This company has a bunch of different pages so you cant see all the bad reviews! This Company is all show. My grand Mother is 91 and called this company for a free estimate. They tried to up-sale her for things she didn't need. Shameful!! We found another electrical contractor on google and went with them. We are glad we did....Watch out!

I highly recommend Accurate Electrical.  Mike came to my house in the middle of the night to fix an electrical problem.  He was prompt and honest.  You will feel very secure to have him come into your house at any hour.  He also explained my electrical issues and didn't try to confuse me with jargon.  This is an extremely honest company.

Sitting at home on a Sunday afternoon, I heard a popping/crinkling/sizzling sound coming from my bathroom.  When I went to see what it was, there were sparks inside my outlet.  I immediately turned off the power and got out the Yellow Pages.  After 5 calls to five different companies (with the biggest ads in the book) and 5 disconnected phone numbers or answering machines, I finally got someone to answer the phone and that was at Accurate.  I knew it wasn't going to be cheap. It was a Sunday after all. There was a $149 dispatch fee and they had to take my CC # for that on the phone.  I really had no choice but to pay since I wasn't going to turn the electricity back on and risk a fire.  The dispatcher said she would contact the on-call technician and he would call me back.  It was only a few minutes and Mike called me.  He said it would be about an hour since he was in Lakewood and I was in South Orange County.  I'm not sure if it was an hour but it didn't seem that it was more.  He arrived and was very professional.  He gave me his pledge card and put on his booties and took a look at my outlet.  He immediately knew what the problem was and explained it to me.  He went out and took a look at my electric panel and then went out to his van and wrote up the quote.  It wasn't cheap.  He talked me into a yearly service/check up that made it even more expensive but hey I got a discount too! :-)  My house is old and the electrical is always on my mind so it was really just for my own peace of mind.  Mike was very nice.  I didn't feel pressured into buying the contract.  As I said, it was just a little peace of mind to know they will come out every year and look over all my outlets and electrical panel and catch any problems *hopefully* before they become an issue.  He fixed my outlet in about 20 minutes and tightened everything up on my panel and was on his way.  For me they were lifesavers because I wasn't having luck finding anyone else on a Sunday afternoon.  Mike was very pleasant.  I would definitely have them back if another problem arises.

Mike came out to install a special type of plug for our electric car. He was very good about explaining the process to me and he was very thorough. He did a great job . I was impressed with everyone I interacted with from start to finish. Thank You! I will definitely hire them again!
