Attentive, knowledgable, and easy to work with. They do excellent, detailed work and seem honest & straightforward. I appreciate their responsiveness, attention to detail, that they clean up after jobs, and ease in scheduling. Definitely recommend. Will work with them again.

Art recently installed a ceiling fan for me at my home. I was very pleased with the level of professionalism shown and the quick, clean install. We would definitely recommend his services and will call him again when the need arises.

We had a big project that needed to have electricity wired. Digging, drilling, climbing in the attic etc...they guys did a wonderful & professional job. If you need it done and enjoy excellent customer service ( which these days is hard to find ) use them! Highly recommend! Thanks again

We just moved into our new house and found that one of our light switches was wiggly and we had an issue with our ceiling fan. I called GB Electrical and Jay came out soon afterwards. He replaced my wonky light switch and fixed my fan problem without issue. Such a nice guy and such a great job.

Buyer Beware - This is the most unprofessional electrical providers period.  Josh installed two Ethernet lines at my property along with multiple other electrical services. One of my Ethernet lines are no longer working after about a month. I contacted them to repair the lines. Josh stated he would come on two different occasions.  He failed to show up both times without calling. I then talked to Jeff, I believe the Owner of the Company, he apologized for Josh and stated he would come out the next day himself to fix the issue. Guess what he doesn't show up or call either! I called back yesterday and spoke to Josh and he stated he would call me back but as you guessed failed to call back again.  Now they won't answer the phone. I felt compelled to leave this review because I only contacted this Company after reading the reviews on here. Buyer Beware they do not stand by the work.

Updated my original 1 Star review. Owner sent over a low voltage electrician to fix the issues. It has now been resolved. Thank you.

We've received service from Putnam within hours every time we needed them. Service providers are professional and efficient. Putnam's service prices are reasonable. We get maintenance twice a year on a system they installed. Overall, we have been very pleased with our Putnam experiences and recommend them.

I couldn't have had a better experience than I did with this company. They did extensive work on a new dock. They encountered almost every roadblock imaginable and powered through them without hesitation. They are very busy and I know why -- they are that good!

Great guys to deal with. Honest, reliable, and professional.  Had trouble with a couple outlets not working in the house. They fixed them very quickly. Highly recommended.

This is the worst company I've ever had the displeasure of working with. They had to come back so many times to fix the same issues. Didn't have the parts needed for simple repairs. Cutting plastic pipes and gluing them together instead of getting the right ones,  and chipping a $500 dollar vanity. They left the biggest mess I've ever seen.  Id never use them again. They left me without hot water all weekend, simply because they forgot to relight my pilot light.  I called on Saturday and Darrel said he'd have someone stop by but nobody ever showed up. This after I paid them for 3,000 dollars worth of work.  Never ever again.

When I called initially, I told the receptionist that our sewer pump was not working because there was something wrong with the control panel.  I told them that we were able to push a button on the control panel, which would pump sewage to the street, but that the control panel was no longer automatically doing this. When the guy came out he said they don't work on the control panels, stayed about 5 minutes and left. He told me all they could do was to verify the control panel was getting electricity. I told them that I was able to manually push the sewage to the street, so we already knew it was getting electricity. He stayed around five minutes and charged me the trip fee. When I called the office, they told me they would try to find someone to do the work, but never called me back.

Biggs Electrical has done numerous jobs for us and we highly recommend their services. This company goes above and beyond and the owner, Cory, goes out of his way to ensure excellent customer service. One of the most professional and courteous companies I have ever dealt with.

Since this review Polk electric has fixed all issues and made this right for me and my family.

I'd be careful pulling out in front of a car for no reason whatsoever in your big bad boy disgusting diesel with your business name all over it. Says what kind of disrespectful man owns it.

I called for a quote to replace a flood light and to individually ground my circuit breaker box.
They had to schedule a visit in order to give me a quote.

When they arrived, they gave me an extremely high quote for both tasks.

Very disappointed.
