I had an issue with a string of kitchen outlets not being GFCI complaint right before an appraisal of the house. I called around and was either forwarded to email or told they sent 2 man teams to each job at $75 an hour for each person. I called a local Electrical supply company and asked if they could give me the name of an electrician who was trustworthy and wouldn't charge me 150 an hour. He didn't hesitate and he gave me the name of Mr Armstrong and his number. I called before his business hours and left a voicemail. He called me back right away and asked me if the next day by 10 am was ok. Mr Armstrong arrived 10 minutes early and he was able to quickly convert the outlets over, even though he was limited by the width of the space behind the drywall. He ended up being able to limit the amount of time and materials and delivered exactly what I needed. I will not hesitate to call him for any of my future electrical needs.

We needed our hot water tank repaired as we have a tankless gas hot water heater that no longer produced hot water. This company established the problem the next day. They contacted the manufacturer and got the parts replaced under warranty. Their repairman, Joel, was a very personable and knowledgeable person that repaired our unit and thoroughly explained everything to us. They got everything done within the week. WOW.

We hired a contractor to come help us build a new laundry room addition. Unfortunately, they messed up big time and allowed water to flood into our kitchen below. This caused our entire kitchen ceiling to collapse. Needless to say, they were fired. We hired a second contractor to come in and put up the drywall on the ceiling and in the new laundry room. Said second contractor realized they were in above their head so they called in ToppBuilt. ToppBuilt came into our home and got the job done quickly and efficiently. They were very respectful and we were so thankful for the quick response.

The one thing we really like is the options that they offer us to ensure the end product is something we will love. We installed recessed lighting, ceiling fans, & new outlets. Bill did an amazing job!! Loved how he showed up early and was very polite and professional at all times. He was extremely thorough even though he was only doing a free estimate for a few issues we had. Afterwards, we decided to hire him on the spot because he was so thorough and professional. He completed all jobs very quickly with great quality and also gave us some tips on a few other future projects we have. Thanks and keep up the great work!!! Just wanted to say that I have a regular electrician that I absolutely love but was unable to make it and I couldn't wait 7 weeks to rewire the switch outlets I needed to install some smart switches.  Ronnie showed up and realized that the issue I was having wasn't as clear cut as we thought and definitely needed some electrical expertise.  After rewiring and installing these smart switches, I was able to program them and secure them on my home network and they are functioning as intended.  We are having him back in 3 weeks to finish the rest of the house once the remaining switches arrive.  Ronnie is now my second favorite electrician and will be using him and highly recommending him to everyone in the Charlotte area who needs a dependable, reasonable and properly priced electrician.

Shawn regrouted and resurfaced our shower.  The work was quick and professional and the price was very fair.  Fully recommend

Livewire was quick to communicate and provided a fair quote, including recommending not making one of the changes that I inquired about as it may not be necessary.  Installed a new dedicated 220 for a vehicle charger and everything has worked great.

Gianni Electrical has Excellent service at a very fair price.  Whether it is a large project or something very small, their service and professionalism is always outstanding.   I would recommend them highly.  Whether it is Jose or Jesse himself the quality and professionalism is always there.

Chad did a fantastic job of fixing a patio door that was very difficult to open.   He responded to texts and emails promptly, and showed up on time for the job.  It was a pleasure doing business with him.   Chad will be the first person I call for any future home jobs.

I have called on Dove several times for both my home, daughter's home, and business.  They are just the best.

I will never work with this company again.  They stood me up twice and NEVER called to say they were not coming. I wasted an evening and the next morning waiting on them.  This is rude and unprofessional !

I'm not exactly seeing what extra precautions you put in place during these unprecedented times. Every person we have had come do service for us since COVID19 began has worn a mask. We have had our shower doors replaced, our house cleaners, a plumber, and our carpets cleaned. Your guy mocked wearing a mask and said he refuses to shop at Communist Menards because they make you wear a mask. He was nice, but when you are entering someone's home during a pandemic, you wear a mask.
And $1,021 to fix a ballast and install a fan. I will get a second opinion. Granted the price wasn't his fault....

Don't do business with this company. Once a defective light was installed for $225. They refused to take it down for less than $185. Puts my cost at over $1000 for the light and installation. Do not use this company under any circumstances. If I could give 0 stars I would.  No sir the light was not working well when your technicians were there, and when I needed it taken down you refused to do anything but charge me an additional $185 to have it removed. No offer from you other than full price. No worries though I tripped the breakers and took it down by myself in 5-10 minutes. It was really hard. I can understand the $185 price tag when an unskilled person such as myself can do it in 5-10 minutes. Thank you so much and I will assure no one I know and do business will ever use your service. Your a real gem. Good job.
