Putnam Mechanical

This past weekend I noticed my AC was not cooling the place completely. Sunday night when I got home and it still wasn't working, I did a quick google search and Putnam showed up. I had the ability to send a message via Google and within 15 mins I received a call being told they could have a technician out within the hour (at 6:30pm on a Sunday night!). They do charge an off-hours rate if $159 for the visit, but their fee during regular hours was $129 so it was definitely worth the $30 to not have to take time off work.

The technician showed up a little before 7:30pm. He quickly identified the issue, a bad compressor, and had it replaced and the AC back to normal within an hour.

I was super impressed by the availability and quick turnaround of the service!

Recently relocated from out of state. We bought our house and it needed 2 new HVAC systems. After getting multiple quotes on a new system, we finally found Putnam Mechanical. Tim Riemer came out to give us a reasonable quote. He was very professional from start to finish. Any questions or concerns we had he was very involved and made sure we got all of our questions answered. The day of installation went very smoothly. All of the installers were very professional. To name a few Cedric and Matt were fantastic. Will highly recommend this company to any family or friends needing HVAC services. Thank you to the Putnam team for the wonderful service and new HVAC system!

Professional company.  Matthew came out to the house on time to do the troubleshooting for my upstairs central AC unit.  Gave me some options.  Tim from sales called me and priced out the different routes I could take and made some recomendations.  He followed up and worked with me for a couple days so I could get my finances in order (unexpected expense).  Kevin and crew came out to install the new unit as promised and on time.  They did a great job and cleaned up after themselves.  Everyone was professional and courteous. I'd call them again.

We've received service from Putnam within hours every time we needed them. Service providers are professional and efficient. Putnam's service prices are reasonable. We get maintenance twice a year on a system they installed. Overall, we have been very pleased with our Putnam experiences and recommend them.

Would definitely not recommend.  Costly in more ways than one.  Paid to have a new motor installed.  Found out it was installed backwards.  They came, fixed it but now it is out of balance and leaking oil and has to be replaced after less than 2 years.  Will not be using Putnam!

I've used Putnam for probably 10 years now and they have always done a great job. Always professional, do quality work and pricing is fair. The few times that the problem wasn't handled on the first visit they came back when I called and took care of any remaining issues. A real person answers the phone 24/7 and they have service techs on call over the weekend. Bottom line.....great company. I tell everyone to call them when they need HVAC work done.

This place has the best customer service out there.  Call them anytime (really-anytime) and a real person will answer the phone.  They have service techs available on the weekends which is when my hvac always breaks down.  All of the employees that I have dealt with from the people answering the phone to the guys doing the work are all very professional and courteous.  I recommend them to everyone for hvac repair work.

I've used Putnam Mechanical for over a decade. Years ago, as a single mom and first-time homeowner, I appreciated their prompt, honest service and never once felt ripped off or taken advantage of because of my serious lack of HVAC knowledge. Most times it was the same technician (Nick) who came to my house for twice-yearly preventative maintenance service; he was always on time & professional - and very patient with my many questions. I've continued to use Putnam in more recent years at my new, blended family's home. Last week (late June) our AC conked out while my husband and I were out west on vacation with our 18-year-old looking after the house. All it took to fix it was one call to Putnam & a technician out to fix the issue within a few hours. The woman I chatted with on the phone was understanding, kind, and reassuring. I'm a loyal Putnam Mechanical customer and recommend them very highly.

Can't say enough about Putnam Mechanical. The technicians that worked at my house were the most professional I've experienced. Chris Lail and his team worked diligently to assess my problems and even worked with my HOA to resolve the situation. They are the only people I will trust in the future for repairs or replacements.
