He and his crew did exactly what we asked for, showed up exactly when he said he would, and while the job ran a few hours past the original estimate, his invoices stayed exactly as quoted. On top of all that, he's a delightful young man and we truly enjoyed meeting him. An outstanding experience!

Definitely recommend Mike Murray!  Excellent response time - I needed an electrician fast after the one I'd been calling for a week on a recommendation never responded.  From the time I called Mike (and HE answered the phone) to the time he walked into my office was less than 90 minutes.  And I already had his Certificate of Insurance in my inbox before he arrived - talk about on the ball!  We are having a powered cubicle installed in our office next week and I had no idea what was involved when my furniture company said they needed power moved to another wall. Mike was professional and easy to talk to helped me figure out what was needed - - and he didn't make me feel stupid, even though I felt pretty silly after I realized I may not have needed him at all!  But he offered to come back and help if I needed when the furniture gets here.  Thanks for coming to my rescue Mike Murray Electric!!

This company is awesome! They are very responsive and do incredible work! Came out to my house and looked at my light switches I was having fun issues with, changed out my fans and other electrical fixtures quickly and took away my old ones! They installed everything correctly and did not damage anything to my house. Very respectful and would 100% recommend them to anyone!

James did a great job. His replied with quote quickly with a fair price and communicated with me along the way.  Arrived to the job on time.  Did a great job fixing my clothing rack.  I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for fixing jobs around the house.

my husband worked for DAYS trying to install a timer for our hall lights.  Bob Gibson, Black Lab Electric, took care of the task quickly and efficiently.  
We had another project that had languished for months... We scheduled a follow up appointment.  I'm very pleased!  In addition to the great work, Bob communicated any change in his schedule, so we knew exactly when to expect him.  Will be recommending him to our friends and family.  Sandra T.

I needed an electrician fast...so I called based on an ad I had seen. The call center tried to sell me on a service agreement right from the start...really?! I told them I was not interested but they had a script to read and by golly he was going to read it.

The tech arrived and was nice...they told me I would need to replace my entire panel for $8,000. They wanted me to authorize them on the spot...at 6:00 PM.

I told them I would need to reschedule....they then gave me a form saying they did a complete safety check of my house (they asked me questions) and that this added service was done for free but was worth over $500...hmmm.

I had another electrician come out the next day and found that a lug was lose...5 minutes...DONE.

The only reason I have 2 stars and Not 1  is because they did get someone out the same day ($199 cost). Otherwise if felt bait and switch.

Be very careful.

I reached to them for an estimate and they never responded.  I had two simple job to add a couple of outlets.

Service was terrible!! Rep came to my house on 11-15, for a power issue in the master bedroom. The rep checked the breaker box, and the load on the line going to the room. He said the load is correct everything looks good, and was told the breaker was bad! The rep then said he was switching the circuit to another circuit, and doing it that way wouldn't cause any issues and wouldn't trip again. The rep said the breaker would need to be changed, and that he didn't have any on the truck. He left, and the breaker tripped the same night. Went to the breaker box, and the same breaker tripped. Reschedule another visit for 11-17, and the same rep. He says it tripped again and I said yes! He then ask to come in the house to check the room! He check one outlet, and says this wouldn't pass code! Then goes and check 3 outlet in the room, and there are a total of 6. He then tells me Choice Home warranty would be getting back to me, because the electrical line coming from the breaker box going to the room is bad, yet 2 days earlier it was fine! I then ask the so-called 10 year pro, how did he come to the conclusion it was the wire coming from the breaker box? I get the dumbest unprofessional response, that he know because he had been doing electrical work for 10 years!! Yes, that may be the case, but I was a technician for 8, and troubleshooting different equipment for 12, and would never have that suspect explanation to explain MY troubleshooting steps! I then tells him that was an unprofessional response, and instead of him backing off he tells me that was a professional response! I then tells him to leave, he then mouths off like a kid, and not a professional! I then tells him if he doesn't leave quick he would have some problems!! He then says you think you big and bad?!! He then goes to his van, and say what you going to do then?! A couple hours later he send a text to my wife saying he hopes the issue gets fixed!! What a joke!! Very unprofessional, and suspect diagnosis!! He second visit was free so I believe he wanted to make some bull up to tell Choice Home warranty. Also, he was complaining about how Choice Home warranty pays him!
