Definitely recommend Mike Murray!  Excellent response time - I needed an electrician fast after the one I'd been calling for a week on a recommendation never responded.  From the time I called Mike (and HE answered the phone) to the time he walked into my office was less than 90 minutes.  And I already had his Certificate of Insurance in my inbox before he arrived - talk about on the ball!  We are having a powered cubicle installed in our office next week and I had no idea what was involved when my furniture company said they needed power moved to another wall. Mike was professional and easy to talk to helped me figure out what was needed - - and he didn't make me feel stupid, even though I felt pretty silly after I realized I may not have needed him at all!  But he offered to come back and help if I needed when the furniture gets here.  Thanks for coming to my rescue Mike Murray Electric!!

This company is awesome! They are very responsive and do incredible work! Came out to my house and looked at my light switches I was having fun issues with, changed out my fans and other electrical fixtures quickly and took away my old ones! They installed everything correctly and did not damage anything to my house. Very respectful and would 100% recommend them to anyone!

I needed to replace a fire hazard of a breaker panel.  Bobby contacted me quickly, came right out to examine what needed to be done and had an estimate for me same day.  His prices were great, he's friendly and knowledgeable and now that the job is done, he did fantastic work!!! I am extremely disappointed in this company.  I had a consultation for a generac. After going through the whole process and getting a loan for 18k and confirming multiple times it was infact a generac and the sales man clarifying they showed up with a knock off 3000$ generator off brand. After having a fit they infact changed it to a generac.  Moving forward they damaged wallpaper while installing the electric portion which would have been fine  if they handled it correctly.  They never mentioned it and when I brought it up they wanted to glue it back together. U told them that was not acceptable and finally got their Insurance info. The generac also came with no key which I also wasn't told, and a broken wifi module which the tech assured me would be ordered and installed as soon as I received it. Upon receiving the wifi part months and months later I called Mr. Sparkys  to let them know it finally arrived and was ready for install and that I also had never recieved a key. They scheduled an appointment and then ten minutes later I recieve an email not a phone call, that  I would need to call generac who had nothing to do with the install of this iteam. I called back and they basically told me to kick rocks and pay another place to install the wifi module that they promised would be taken care of to recieve payment.  My opinion is that things happen and if a company makes it right that is perfectly acceptable but in this case they skeemed and lied and treated me like garbage instead of taking accountability and treating their customer with care and being apologetic after spending 18,000$ .

These guys are prompt. Good communicators. Honest service and billing.  I had another electrician look at my sauna and he couldn't figure out why it was not working. He spent an hour. Escarate came and in less than 15 min figured out the problem. They honored their quote.  Super nice guys and knowledgeable. Don't waste time with anyone else.

Service was terrible!! Rep came to my house on 11-15, for a power issue in the master bedroom. The rep checked the breaker box, and the load on the line going to the room. He said the load is correct everything looks good, and was told the breaker was bad! The rep then said he was switching the circuit to another circuit, and doing it that way wouldn't cause any issues and wouldn't trip again. The rep said the breaker would need to be changed, and that he didn't have any on the truck. He left, and the breaker tripped the same night. Went to the breaker box, and the same breaker tripped. Reschedule another visit for 11-17, and the same rep. He says it tripped again and I said yes! He then ask to come in the house to check the room! He check one outlet, and says this wouldn't pass code! Then goes and check 3 outlet in the room, and there are a total of 6. He then tells me Choice Home warranty would be getting back to me, because the electrical line coming from the breaker box going to the room is bad, yet 2 days earlier it was fine! I then ask the so-called 10 year pro, how did he come to the conclusion it was the wire coming from the breaker box? I get the dumbest unprofessional response, that he know because he had been doing electrical work for 10 years!! Yes, that may be the case, but I was a technician for 8, and troubleshooting different equipment for 12, and would never have that suspect explanation to explain MY troubleshooting steps! I then tells him that was an unprofessional response, and instead of him backing off he tells me that was a professional response! I then tells him to leave, he then mouths off like a kid, and not a professional! I then tells him if he doesn't leave quick he would have some problems!! He then says you think you big and bad?!! He then goes to his van, and say what you going to do then?! A couple hours later he send a text to my wife saying he hopes the issue gets fixed!! What a joke!! Very unprofessional, and suspect diagnosis!! He second visit was free so I believe he wanted to make some bull up to tell Choice Home warranty. Also, he was complaining about how Choice Home warranty pays him!
