I was very pleased with the service that was provided. I gave 4 stars because I was not contacted when the technician did not arrive at my appointment time; I had to call them to find out what was going on. The tech arrived a couple of hours after my scheduled appointment. He was very polite and professional. My fixtures look great.

Scheduled 2 electricians about 10 days in advance to do some renovation work. They showed up when they were scheduled to and completed my list. The bill was accurate based in their quoted rate.

Gus Ballas (Wolf Electric) will be our go-to fellow when it comes to our electrical needs.  Not only was he prompt and professional, he kept his word about keeping his appointment to come to our place when other electricians either failed to call us back or, worse, scheduled, then cancelled, then couldn't be reached.

I'm almost hesitant to give Gus of Wolf Electric such high marks because I may not be able to get him out here again because he will be so busy.!   Just kidding.  Please call Gus - you will be really happy you did.  

He is knowledgeable, personable, thorough and reasonably priced.  He won't quit until the work is done to his absolute perfection!

Yesterday ENECO  came from Hickory to tweak my HVAC, which he did a fantastic job on.  I really didn't expect them to come out on a Saturday and figured they would wait till Monday, but I got a call back quickly and he said he could be here shortly. The young fellow was named Adam and had been with the company for 9 years. To get to my attic access we had to walk around bins and big bags of decorations from Christmas.  I apologized for the mess and said it just needed to go in the attic when I got help.
He was so kind and gracious and offered to put all that stuff in the attic for me!  And it was a lot!   Then he gave me a few tips to make extra storage space with some of the plywood boards I had stacked up there. Adam was quite the professional during all this and I thanked him.  What an asset he is to his company,  and a blessing to me, to go above and beyond!

I've used these folks several times over the years. Professional, reasonable pricing and good work.

I'm new to the area and needed an electrician to add some new wall outlets and change some light fixtures.  Mr. 900 Electric was responsive and very honest.  After having 2 other quotes I chose Joe and couldn't be happier. Everything works perfect and it didn't cost a fortune plus I didn't have to wait weeks to get an appointment. I'd highly recommend Mr. 900 Electric.

Awesome family owned company. They were very responsive, helpful and did exactly what I had envisioned. They also give military discount :) I would definitely recommend!

No waiting.  Called for an estimate and  hank came and fixed the major problem within one hour and followed up with other issues we needed fixed,  worked around our schedule and was pleasant. Very thankful because we had tried other local electricians previously with negative results...

Moshe did a fantastic job replacing three ceiling fans at our new house. He was prompt with communication and arrived on time. One of the fans I'd ordered from Lowe's was defective, but we didn't find out until after Moshe had it installed. He removed it, boxed it all up to return, and didn't charge me anything, even though he still had to do all the work. He'll be coming back out once I get a replacement from Lowe's, and he's earned our business for life! He was also very friendly. I can't recommend him enough!

Honest, professional, timely service rendered in a personable fashion.  No shortcuts which may compromise the safety of your home. A post service cleanup as if they were never there. Reasonably priced.

Great service, arrived early and got the job done quickly. Good customer service. Chad was our electrician. Very thorough. Highly recommend.

Cornerstone is the only company that we've consistently used for over a year for multiple projects. We always have other workers that don't show or aren't professional. ALWAYS impressed with Bobby's work, punctuality and effort. Over the year, he's installed ceiling fans, light switches, outlets and light fixtures inside and outside!

Very happy with the service provided. My apartment complex hired this company to come out and rewire for cable/internet. The crew was knowledgeable and professional. They worked out all the issues I had with bad wiring. They also set up my AT&T service and vacuumed! I felt like the crew went above and beyond.

Needed an electrician to install a dining room chandelier and a dimmer swich for same.

Found Curt Johnston and Canaan Electric in the Yellow Pages (yes, they still publish the Yellow Pages).  Curt provides free estimates for your project before he starts any work.  He showed up when he said he would to provide the estimate.  His basic hourly rate is $55 which seemed standard for this area.

He showed up the next day to complete the work.  He was here on time, he was efficient about his work, he was as neat as possible while working and cleaned up before he left.  The final bill was exactly what he'd quoted the day before, not one penny more.

BTW, he's licensed in both NC and SC and insured.

I'd use Curt again and I'd recommend him to others.

Completed online form for a quote, no response. Tried calling, no answer. Left a message and was texted back for information and picture of the space where I wanted the tv mounted. Answered all questions that were texted to me and they just stopped responding. Waste of my time and awful customer service experience.

My update is immediate because as I was looking at them on Yelp & it looked like, in fact, they do residential!  I called the company to confirm & yes, they do.  I will update again after I experience their work.

They were pleasant in telling me they don't do residential work & gave me the names of Roger & Dan at Simpson Electric.

If I could give zero stars I would.

Things started off great with Tom at Providence Electric.  We e-mailed back and forth to try to get things nailed down for a project (recessed lights and pendant lights in the kitchen) that was supposed to be a birthday present for my wife.  Got the price and appointment all set up and 15 minutes after Tom was supposed to be at my house he calls saying he didn't put the appointment down and was at another project and couldn't do my job that day.  Then when I tried to reschedule for the next day he completely went back on his original price and tried to increase the price by 25%.

I can't believe this is how someone does business.  I couldn't believe it.  Then he declined to do the job at all because he didn't want to do it considering I was frustrated with the situation.

Thanks for ruining my wife's birthday present because now I have to go find another electrician and schedule some other time around the holidays to get this done after we all took time out of our day to get this set up.  Unbelievable...

Beware a co. called Parts Charlotte (electricians) aka TNMS.
They were referred by my Home Warranty co. and have no showed 4 times! Yes, 4 times. They finally called today saying they were on their way, be here in 30 minutes, that was 4 hours ago. They do not return phone calls, texts, voicemails, or emails. They have an excuse every time, broken computer, broken truck, bad brakes, ....The Worst service  I have EVER experienced!
