ABOUT BUSINESS OWNER

Sam has been involved with electronics in the 90s, Earned a B.S in Electronic Engineering from Devry. He started in the business repairing VCR's. Since those have since gone the way of 8 track players, that gives you an idea of just how long he's been at this. He has a passion for technology and loves to help people. He founded Hi-Tech AV in 1999 for that purpose. Personally being involved with installs and clients is what Sam loves to do. He is an extremely hands on business owner and wants to ensure that every customer receives the service and honesty they deserve.

I e-mailed Sam at Hi-Tech AV to redo some wiring and correct some blatant mistakes committed by an installer before. Sam showed up the same day evening and gave me a quote in a couple of days. All the other people who gave me a quote either were too high or not a professional and I choose to work with Sam.

On the day of the job Sam showed up on time and did a very professional work. He ran into so many surprises but he struck with it and finished a high quality work.

Sam at Hi-Tech AV is affordable and a real professional, who knows his stuff.

I was very surprised at this business; and sad to say, this is my very first negative review on Yelp.

Sam was nice on the phone and in person.

However, Sam had rescheduled my appointment because he forgot he had another client, took 21 days to send us a quote, and provided us information for a receiver which is available at Best Buy for 1/5th of the price quoted.

Disappointing.

Hi Tech AV did a full home theater system for us including Audio Rack 4k projector. They also ran ethernet cat 6 throughout our whole house and did a fantastic job. Professional and timely. I highly recommend them for any home theater setup.

Sam and his team at Hi-Tech AV did a good job installing a complete home theatre system with 5.1 in ceiling speakers, in ceiling projector mount and an audio rack. I found him knowledgeable as he could provide good guidance on different equipment options along with each of their pros and cons. The price for most of his equipment suggestions were usually high because they were all of high end, high quality grade, but after installation and using system, we're really enjoying it and feel it was really worth it for the home theater experience.

Sam and his team did a nice job for us. They delivered as promised and even stuck with it and fixed a problem with the Comcast box. They installed an affordable and easy to use AV system. I would highly recommend them.
