This family business has been our go to company for many years. First they don't charge for estimates. Their prices are fair. They come when they say they are going to. And lastly, They are honest. Example: we had several plugs that stopped working after one of the storms last week. They suggested on the telephone that I look in the breaker box for a tripped breaker...no. Then told me to see if there was one of those plugs that have the little button, in the garage ...yes. I pushed it, problem solved. No charge. They have done everything from installing attic fans to complete new breaker boxes. They do it all.

Quick reply for the requested service and quote was on par with others. They were on time and did a great job on my project.  Highly recommend.

The Arc Angel Team did a great job installing our new battery home backup system. From initial quote to install and follow-up after the job, they  were incredibly professional , working through issues with a product that was new on the market and somewhat complex, and seeing the job through to a successful completion. This company is now on my speed dial for any future electrical needs.

They've helped my mom on two occasions and myself multiple times and they always come through. Plumbing leak, drainage on two properties for her and for me they've built a gate, repainted my bathroom, serviced my interior A/C on a hot summer day, changed out my thermostat to a new Nest and moved my outside A/C unit around the side of the house out of my earshot and view. I'll keep using them for all my projects.

They called me back right away and fixed my problem within an hour of arrival. Fast and efficient.

We had a breaker that kept popping.  Ken came out quickly and diagnosed the issue (which was not easy to do).  Ken explained everything extremely well, corrected the problem, and charged us a very fair price.  I couldn't be happier with the service we received and I will recommend Ken to my friends and neighbors.

We needed some electrical work done at the office:

Some new wiring done in order for a power supply to be provided to said outlet.

Eli came by and made this experience a breeze! He was SO friendly, and so knowledgeable! He knew exactly what needed to be done in order to get an outlet exactly where one was needed, and was well-versed enough to do so on the fly (there was an unexpected re-wiring that had to be done in order to supply power to the new spot).

A few days ago I had Keiser Electric come to my house and install a new interior receptacle and two new outdoor receptacles.  I also had a new porch light with a switch installed.  My house was missing all of these items so it was long overdue!  The two electricians that came to my house were great!  We discussed several options and when a decision was made, they knocked it out and it turned out perfectly.  We are more than pleased with the outcome and we will surely not hesitate to use them in the future!

I came across DLI Electric in my search for an electrician to install an electrical outlet in the garage ceiling, an exhaust fan in each bathroom, and a vent hood. David gave me a fair price and scheduled me for the installs. Jonathan came out and did an awesome job completing the work. He took the time to answer any questions I had. I was very impressed that he took the time to clean up everything when he was done. I would not hesitate to hire again.

We the service tech showed up to my home as scheduled. He troubleshot my tanlkess water heater and said it was shot. It would have to be replaced. The cost was $8400 for your unit. The warranty company was not going to pay for it. The tech did say they had financing if I wanted to get it fixed. So I waited and called another company the tech came out and said their unit was 1200.00! But he troubleshot and found two valves leaking. He replaced them in an hour and we havent had any issues. The problem that I have now with your company is that your business practices are unethical and suspect! During these times you decided to price gouge at this opportunity to help the community. I don't understand why it was such a huge difference in the work being done! I will be reporting you to the BBB and the state attorneys office. Thank you and have a great day!!

Rebecca was EXTREMELY short and RUDE to me! Cut me off on the phone and didn't even allow me to talk really. NO WONDER YOU ALL ONLY HAVE 1 1/2 stars. Get a clue people. Hire quality people.
