I had a chandelier installed, and they arrived on time, got the job done quickly, and were very affordable compared to other quotes I got. I will absolutely use them again in the future.

Do not use this company. They are gouging prices. I found a plumber who would just repair my water heater.

They tried to charge $3000 dollars and came with a water heater thinking I would finance it. Absolutely not!

Josh was an amazing electrician. He was punctual and worked all day to complete the work for us. He was friendly and courteous and very knowledgeable. He listened to the problems we were having and then addressed all of our issues.
Everyone who I spoke to on the phone was also friendly and courteous.
I highly recommend Mr. Sparky based on our experience.

Purchased a new house in historic Grapevine and house needed loads of lighting help.  Contacted Dennis Electric, Front desk person was polite and considerate, listened to my needs.  David scheduled a quote the next day, when asked, David made awesome recommendations, he always made time for panicking phone calls, terrifying text and always made me feel as though I was his number one client.  Jeremiah was our electrician, professional, polite, cleaned up the mess before he left the residence each day, said yes to everything that I asked him to tweak during his repairs and never complained.  He was in our residence for 3 days and when Jeremiah said he would arrive at 8:00a, he not only arrived on time but 5 minutes early, never late. The prices were extremely reasonable.
I will recommend Dennis Electric to all of my clients and many, many kudos to David and Jeremiah along with his team.

I have been very happy with Arrow Electric Service.  He has fixed many electrical problems I've had and has done a great job.  The last job he completed was replacing the LED lights in my house.  I could not be any happier.  I have referred him to a friend and my sister.  I know my sister was very happy with the service.  His prices are very reasonable.  I will use his services again!

We have used them several times in the last year. We purchased an older house that needed a lot of updating. They are always polite and professional. The electricians show up when they promise and willing to explain what work needs to be done and what can wait.  An excellent company from the person who answers the phone to the apprentice.

Update: The owner called to discuss my reasons for a previously low  rating. He agreed to waive the Service Call fee since I am willing to have my AC equipment at my properties serviced by his company. This reflects the willingness to talk with customers about their grievances and the company's integrity and its service commitment.

Previously: Unfortunately I didn't have a good experience with this company. After reading the good reviews on Google, I was hoping that this company would be my go-to company; however it didn't turn out that way. My AC wasn't working so I called and they were very reasonable with their service call price and response; however, the technician didn't know how to fix the issue so he said he would send more experience tech out. In the mean time, I found out through my family that the EcoBee has a software glitch that was the  cause of my problem. I was able to fix the AC on my own so I called Enoch back the same day to tell them and left a message since no one answered the phone. Ten days later, I received a bill for the service call. I asked them to waive the service call fee since I was the one who fixed the AC and that they never even sent another tech out. Their reply was NO, I may pay the service call fee. I have to pay for the service call even though they didn't even know what the problem was nor knew how to fix it. Let me see, I have 4 properties that they could provide yearly maintenance on (and I told them this) but they chose to charge me $65 and forgo all future work on my 4 properties. Kevin was very knowledgeable, friendly and honest. Other AC techs told us we'd need a new unit, but Kevin said as long as we don't have to put coolant in it every few mo ths, we're good. He was on time and quick. We'll be using him going forward for our HVAC needs.

I've used Arlington Electrical Services for years and I've always been happy with their work. I always get excellent customer service and a fair price. I definitely recommend using them when in need of an electrician.

The owner through yelp asked me for a brief description of what I needed which was adding a few outdoor patio outlets. He asked for pictures for which I provided. Then he replied.

What the hell. Are they looking for easy repairs or jobs that any lay person can do?

If you are an electrician, you ought to be competent enough to do this type of job and if not, least you can do it give me an outlandish quote.

Thats like if I asked for a landscaping company to do my front lawn and they said, I have no interest in it.

Excellent service & honest practices! They helped us navigate through the arduous process of replacing our entire electrical panel & our GFCI outlet. I plan to use them in the future for sure!

As a first time home buyer, the thought of having a lot of electrical work done was overwhelming, but Mike and his team put my mind at ease and did a great job!  He walked me through everything that needed to be done and came up with multiple solutions for certain areas to ensure it could work with my budget.  Very friendly, prompt, and responsive! Mark and Colton were the electricians that came out. They were prompt, professional and knowledgeable!

I hired Light it Up to do two ceiling fans for me and I didn't even need to have one replaced they quickly figured out that the handyman I previously used had just wired it incorrectly. It took them less than 5 minutes to figure that out!

They are so responsive and easy to get in touch with as well. Would definitely recommend.

I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. The price was competitive, the work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! He cleaned up all the mess (some that wasn't even his!) and left my kitchen looking great. Our kitchen plugs are tripping frequently and I looked up for Electricians nearby. I found these guys  had excellent history and reviews. Scheduled appointment with them and they found issue with outdated model in circuit breaker for Kitchen area and replaced with new one. They are very professional and I recommend this team highly.
