The entire staff at Mister Sparky are helpful, professional and courteous. I am dealing with a difficult situation with an elderly family member from a distance and everyone from dispatch to Glenn Noble, the electrician himself, were beyond helpful. Walked me through the process and kept me up to date on what needed to be done. It was a great deal of work but Glenn and his crew accomplished it in one (very long for them) day. I seriously cannot thank you all enough and would recommend this service to anyone looking for an electrician. I will be calling on you again. This is customer service done right.

Thomson Electric installed a new power drop and two chandeliers on our exposed beams.  The guys were knowledgeable, professional, and explained everything they needed to do to achieve our vision.  We love our new livingroom!

Jimmy has helped us out at our restaurant (Tributary Café) time and time again.  He is always happy to come out day or night and does an awesome job. Gary came out to our house to evaluate 3 problems I was having.  I called him around noon, and he was at my home by 3pm!  Gary quickly found answers to the first 2 problems; the 3rd one was a request for advice (I want to install a whole house electric emergency power generator), and within 10 minutes he researched the options available and discussed what the end cost would be.  I will be calling GD Electric again for my electric servicing needs!

Peter was flexible and great about working with and around all the work we had going on with our remodel. He made sure to come out and work late into the night to make sure he completed the project for us.  I read some of the complaints about scheduling but it's something we've experienced with many others in the trade as well.  These guys are in high demand and some jobs sometimes run a lot longer than they expected, so they cannot always make it to the next site on time, but Peter always communicated.  When he gets there he is fast and thorough.

Streeter is excellent in getting to you as soon as possible and they guarantee their work. Highly recommend.

Tayler made his way out to my house during this past freeze, and redid 10 electrical outlets as well as moving over a breaker that kept flipping off my entire house.

He did great work, and I have him scheduled to come out and upgrade my entire breaker box in the next few weeks.

Josh was our technician and was exceptional. We had a household full of issues stemming from the freeze a couple of years ago and were daunted by pricing and lack of positive experience with vendors. Josh went above and beyond. He answered all of our questions, was very upfront with pricing, and went above and beyond with his time and expertise. I had used Elite Electric NTX back in March of this year to install a ceiling fan and was extremely happy with the service.   On Sunday 12/11/16 I started experiencing problems with lights flashing on an off and the heater and a/c stopped working.
I called Jonathan at Elite Electric NTX and he suggested that I call ONCOR first to make sure they weren't having problems in my area.   ONCOR sent out a truck and could not find any problems on their end so I called Jonathan back and he immediately came out to my house.   After testing all connections Jonathan determined that the electrical panel was the problem and spent most of his Sunday replacing it.  I feel Elite Electric NTX went above and beyond to correct my problem and the labor and cost for the new panel was very reasonable.
Professional, courteous and knowledgeable, I highly recommend this Company for anyone needing electrical services!

Found out our stove was hardwired into the electric box and needed a professional to put in an outlet. Called Cano Electric and was told the earliest they could come out was Friday (it was a Wednesday when I called). To my surprise a short while later the electrician called and said they could squeeze us in that SAME day! Woohoo! Alvin and Blake arrived when they said they would, quoted me an awesome price for what I needed and got straight to work. Alvin was very informative and answered all of my questions. He took me around my home and explained certain issues and possible repairs. No pressure estimate and very kind. Blake did an awesome job on the install and even had to squeeze in behind my stove to finish the job. I'm definitely keeping these guys in mind when I need an electrician, YOU SHOULD TOO!
