FUSE is the best!!!
I was struggling with my furnace for years. At least 4 different companies tried to fix it, always the same, part replacement, 1-2 months and it is broken again;(
Finally I found FUSE. schexiling appointment was struggle free. Tech Gene came next day right on time. He was very knowledgeable. Found root problem with partially broken wire, which nobody was even checking before. Quick fix, fare price and I'm happy. Definitely gonna use FUSE again!!!

We finally upgraded our main panel and had an EV charger installed. FUSE are great from the very beginning till the project was done.
We contacted 5 different contractors to take care of our Zinsco panel that was very dangerous according to the information on PG&E website. Some quotes were lower than Fuse gave me but the presentation of sales persons with other contractors was really poor. They couldn't even answer my questions. Fuse estimator was really professional in covering my questions. I felt his confidence in every word he told.
The final result, timeline, everything was exactly the same as they told me during their first visit for an estimate.
Finally we have a new main panel, sub panel and EV charger installed. It took them only one day to do that. Awesome!
I'm waiting for my HVAC dies so I could have a heat pump installed by Fuse.

4/25 My AC was finally fixed through FUSE, the technician is Chirill Z.
He is honest and very experienced.
My AC has been repaired by another company 3 times since last year until 4/20 can't fix and the other company has been asking me for more money and I am very angry. In addition, the cooling freon has been low again and again it makes me so frustrated so finally I found The FUSE HVAC company, Chirill Z.
Their diagnostic fee was reasonable, Chirill checked the AC unit and went to the attic also to check very detailed. He said my AC wasn't broken, but a part was loose in the attic and he tightened it up right away.
I am very grateful for him, he removed all the mixed Freon and vacuumed to clean up and fill with fresh freon And it is also a type of freon that meets my AC needs. He is a great technician.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Fuse HVAC and I cannot recommend them enough. From start to finish, their team (Frank, Nikita, Michael) was professional, efficient, and went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met.

I can't say enough good things about this company because everything is great. My old water heater started leaking, and I had to go all weekend without hot water. On Monday, I contacted the Fuse company, agreed to repair on Tuesday from 1 to 3 pm. At 2 pm I had a new water heater.

Our outlet was not working in our home and luckily found Fuse HVAC.
They sent Arsen out the next day and he was able to diagnose and fix the outlet quickly. Definitely very knowledgeable and respectful. He took his shoes off in our home which I did not expect. He answered all the questions I had. I definitely will be recommending these guys for electrical projects in the future!
I used FUSE HVAC to install a heat pump in my house. The entire process was so perfect including communication, project plan, execution, billing etc. I am very satisfied with their work.
The only problem I had was they did not close the old AC vents in the wall. They just removed the old vents but left it closed with plastic paper. Later I got to know that closing the vent was not in scope but it wasn't communicated properly during the initial discussion.
Other than that, everything was neat and the installation team did a good job.
David is great technician, he helped us install the AC.
He spent almost 12hrs , thanks for the work.
I needed my hvac system replaced. It turned out more complicated than originally planned and I had some broken wirings, but David work diligently to complete the task. While setting estimates could of been better since the visits took longer than expected, the technician worked tirelessly to get it done. I would recommend David and Fuse!

We had a great experience with him and his crew - David went above and beyond for us to make sure our installation was perfect.
We have a bit of a non-standard setup in our condo so the job was challenging but after 14 hours of hard work the job was done and done very well. David took the time to really explain how our new system works so we feel empowered to operate it efficiently. He was very respectful of us and our home and took great care of things. David is trustworthy, kind, and professional which is exactly what you want in a technician.

David was the lead installer for a new heat pump/fan coil system and what an outstanding job he did. David is both an exceptional person and a truly great installer. One of the nicest and most genuine people I have come across in a long time. He is respectful, professional, knowledgeable and absolutely wants to do the best job possible for his customers. He goes the extra mile to get it done right. He stayed day and night working late hours to ensure that the entire install was not only done right, but in his words ' he wanted to make it look beautiful'. What a tremendous person he is. I would highly recommend Fuse for HVAC installs and David, in my estimation, is simply an awesome person to work with.

I used their services to install the AC at my mom's house in Fremont. I was quoted a reasonable price, and the guy that came to take a look was actually nice and helpful. They were able to squeeze me in for the installation within a week, which I thought it was fantastic. The crew that came for the installation was professional, they came on time, and cleaned up their mess. I liked how they used protective covering for their work boots. That was a nice touch. I got a split air with three heads. Thank you for a job well done.

This review is long overdue. I reached out to Fuse last year in December to get a quote on system installation at my mother house in Milpitas.
Estimator Mike came out and did a 30 min analysis of the existing system and proposed instead of replacing for the single zone to install 2 zones for each level of the house those fixing the different temperature issue that we struggled for a decade.
To be honest the price at first was higher than 2 other companies I invited. And I wasnt sure if paying 2k extra on the 30k system was worth it. After some back and worth we got free thermostat and some manager's $500 discount and them being Mitsubishi Diamond Elite installers (if anyone cares?) sealed the deal.
Then crazy heavy rains started and we had to keep postponing installation till March. Then finally installation started
Installers worked from 9am till 7pm 3 days in a row .
System was installed, they explained how it all worked and such.
Mitsubishi Unit is absolutely extremely quiet, basicaly silent. The installation quality is good. At least the way it looked was good. Overall happy and satisfied. Thank you guys.

I used Fuse for 3 projects, upgrading our gas furnace to a heat pump, an electrical service upgrade & solar panels. Overall, they did reasonable work, thus some stars, but they failed to deliver parts of the project and are not returning my calls. Given that all these items are things that require maintenance and they don't even bother returning calls or emails, I can't recommend them.
The heat pump project was actually great. Price was fair, they delivered quickly and the install is very well done.
The electrical service upgrade was painful. They were supposed to install 2 240v outlets at the same time, but this somehow got lost and the installer showed up without the necessary equipment. Since the utility had already cut power to my house, they upgraded the panel and said they would come back the next day. They never did. I called Fuse many times about the issue and they said they would check with the installer and call me right back, which they never did. It's been 5 months now.
They new panel they installed is also not very extensible. The conduit they used is already full, without any new circuits installed, which is really disappointing.
The solar install itself was well done, but the process was painful. Their permit guy is really not on top of things. It took 5 months to get the necessary approval. When they finally got it, they somehow hadn't ordered the panels I asked for. They did give me arguably better ones for the same price, but this was a stressful process. The price for the panels was above other quotes I had, but given they had done a good job with the heat pump, I went with them.
Solar equipment is something that will eventually require maintenance and I unfortunately don't have confidence they'll actually show up to do it.
Our 20 year old rooftop HVAC went out and Fuse came out to replace our unit. They were priced competitively and their assessment of what needed to be replaced to keep the existing unit running if needed was on point, where other companies tried to do add ons that were not needed. Ultimately I decided to replace the entire unit and not replace parts. Because it was a rooftop unit, a crane needed to be used which I had a lot of concern about. They were able to answer all my questions about they length of time the crane would be needed, size, disruption to the neighborhood, etc.
We were able to get the job scheduled in less than a day. The day of, the team arrived on time and were extremely professional. When the crane arrived, they didn't take any additional time, the crew was in place and ready to go. The old unit was taken off and the new unit on, and the crane out of the neighborhood in an hour.
The guys that came to hook everything up were very polite. We have 2 newborns and I appreciate that they used inside voices when the babies were sleeping.
I would 100% use them again based on their professionalism.
After a complicated install of a Mitsubishi ceiling cassette mini-split system in our old plaster-walled home, Fuse sent David to patch and repaint our ceilings. David was incredibly friendly, hardworking, and professional, and he did an excellent job of matching the texture of our old ceilings. He really went above and beyond!

Technician from Fuse appliance just left, they did a great job for me. I had a problem with my furnace it was leaking the technician showed up on the first appointment on time he use the Shoes cover and mask he was very nice and responsible he diagnose the system and he said we have to replace the furnace and the unit outside they were a little bit short on the unit outside he replaced the furnace on the same day and did some small repair. Couple days later they got the outside unit meanwhile I shop around to see if I can get a better deal than what they offer me and they were the Best Price that I Could get on the market I did all my homework about the pricing and it was the best deal that I can get .I would recommend Fuse And definitely use them again.

The heater furnace in my home had a gas leak. I contacted FUSE HVAC. They sent Russel to take a look at it. He showed up on time, worked diligently and detected the exact location of the leak. He went far and beyond to check for the leak, replaced the parts and made sure everything is safe. He came back again to make sure everything is working fine.
I would strongly recommend Russel to take of any plumbing needs.
Mikhail was the electrician from Fuse HVAC who came out to install two Share2-enabled Level 2, hardwired EV chargers by ClipperCreek.
Mikhail did a phenomenal job with running the conduits -- they were very cleanly run, and the chargers and junction boxes were all positioned very thoughtfully. He made sure that I tested everything before leaving, and he reassured me on the remaining steps in dealing with the city permit process. Mikhail absolutely exceeded my expectations, and I am very pleased with the result.

A tech came by on the same day to fix my heater. He was courteous and efficiently did the job quickly.
I am glad I found this company before proceeding with another to fully replace of my AC coil. The Fuse figured out the issues and resolved them promptly without replacing everything (shoutout to the technician Chirill), saving me almost two grands.
The customer service is also very patient to answer any questions regarding to the bill/invoice. This is the company I can trust.

Hired Fuse HVAC to install a mini split system for my garage. First experience with this vendor and I wished I had hired them in the past to install my central AC as well.
They did a great job with installation. Can't stress that enough. They placed dust covers during the drilling, vacuumed up the falling debris, cleaned up the exterior and accommodated my request to have an elevated condenser off ground level (even going so far to build a gutter to drain the excess water from the condenser to the ground). Really a lot of attention to detail.
I will definitely hire this vendor in the future for any AC or electrical needs.
Service is definitely worthy of 5 stars.
They did great job and cleaned my space after the work! They did open the wall to install a new outlet, so I'll have to fix it myself, but that was the plan.
For my mini- split AC installation project, I was talking with 15 companies in Bay Area and got quite several quotes, received more than 5 quotes from these companies.
Fuse was the most detail oriented with very reasonable cost. 3 workers came to work during 2.5 days of actual installation. Again, their works were very detail focused and careful. I am very satisfy for what they have done at my home.

I do want to commend them for reaching out and discussing my issue. We've come to a satisfied resolution and they are an honest company that is striving to provide great customer service. Sometimes mistakes are made and/or overlooked but at least they made an effort to address it. I am changing my review to say these guys are not here to cheat you and will work to get things right.

Unfortunately, despite the technician's earnest attempts and work, I cannot recommend this company after having another company come out and give a second opinion.
Had them come out to check my short-cycling furnace issue and after 2 hours, they said it was a pressure switch issue. The technician even went up to the roof to check the vents and claimed it was not properly installed before saying it was a faulty pressure switch. The diagnostic was $99 and the quote for pressure switch replacement was $300. However, I was just not fully confident in his ability because it seemed like he was just going through the owner's manual checklist. I decided to hold off on authorizing the pressure switch replacement and have a second company come check it out and after they did a flush of the drainage pipes/vent pipes, the furnace was working fine...so definitely not a pressure switch issue.

Gene, was fantastic, thank you! He was professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable.
I normally do not like to provide reviews but for this time with my HVAC system insulation, I do want to say something since they did an excellent job. We need to replace our existing heat only system to add A/C support. We contacted several companies and finally landed with Fuse Service. Roby came on site first, explained all different options for the project and gave us honest estimates. Roby answered every single question we asked, even when he was in a long haul driving he answered (texted me) my question as soon as he could, even it was a really late of the day.
When project started, Garry, installation expert, came in on time and started working as schedule. Garry then examined our house and decided we might not need the return vent, which further saved us the cost. Garry and his assistant worked very hard in the 3 days installation, and get the project done on time. My house now has the A/C (project completed last Saturday June 25) which works as expected. We will wait till it cools down to test the heat function.
Fuse also participating the BayRen program, and they are now helping to apply the rebate from Bay Ren, which not every HAVC company can do.
All in all, very pleasant experience to work with these guys. The most important thing I want to mention is that they are every honest and provide the best options for your needs. I am considering to upgrade my water heater with them next.
I reviewed this business before - and this is an update. Slavic came w an assistant after shuffling the jobs he was scheduled after he learned the miscommunication about the date for working on my job.
He showed up within an hour after I spoke with Jane. He and his assistant worked from 10 am to 4 pm and got the lines in from the panel to the back shed for my washer / dryer, including light switch and light.
Unfortunately, after I'd moved the washer and dryer I found I couldn't connect the dryer as the outlet was not the same as before. I called and left messages w Fuse.
As I was about to leave at 4 pm, I got a text from Jane who said Slavic could stop by at 5 pm. Since I didn't need to be there that worked. I have not been back to plug in the dryer yet so am not sure if it works.
When the commercial refrigerator at the non-profit organization I work for went on the fritz, I contacted Fuse because of their great ratings on Yelp and Google. Within a few days, they had a technician out to diagnose the problem and fix it. The issue turned out to be more complicated than it initially seemed and took several visits to completely fix.
Unfortunately, there were some communication difficulties early on, with a couple of the Fuse team members, which had me doubting my choice. But I've got to say, once I let them know I had concerns, Fuse went above and beyond to ensure our fridge was working properly and we were satisfied.
They take their reputation and ratings very seriously; if something's not right and you let them know, they work very hard to make sure you're satisfied. And our refrigerator is running great!

Couldn't be happier with the process, the service, the result: a repaired dryer. They had a repairman come out the same day I called, during the 2-hour time slot they gave me. And he gave me a 20-minute on my way text. I thought it was a blown motor ($$$) but after 20 minutes he had diagnosed a much simpler problem, gave me a price, explained why the price was the price - it was fair and reasonable. 30 minutes later the work was done. Easy process, great service, I couldn't be happier. Man I like it when a pro acts like a pro and does a great job at a fair price. If only every business was like this one.

News flash for EV owners, especially those who bought that T**** brand vehicle that brings $$$ signs into the service providers all over, you should always look for quotes from electricians all around.
I sought many quotes for installing a dedicated EV charger. I already managed to get level 2 charging using an old laundry NEMA 10-30 with an extension cable. I am a mostly DIYer, but suffice to say, I am not a professional electrician and didn't want to risk overloading my electrical circuit. I sought several quotes, including one from the Tesla-approved installer in my location (Bay Area Peninsula area). The quotes were $3700 from the Tesla-approved company (which I immediately dismissed as ridiculous), $1250 just to move my laundry NEMA 10-30 socket 15 ft (from a so-called EV charger specialist), and several other more than $1000 quotes for similar stuff.
Fuse quoted me less than $1000 for a proper install of either a NEMA14-50 or a Tesla wall charger (which I can either buy myself or they will get it for me at the same price of $500+taxes). The electrician came on time and advised me throughout the whole process and the options. Initially, he said that he might need to make holes in the wall and that they will not fix the drywall but can give me contacts to fix the dry wall afterward (or I can do it myself). I requested that he try to do the installation with the existing panel without making new holes in the wall if possible. He took his time to test all the systems and figured out a way to do so. He was always friendly and answered all my questions, even giving me advice on how to do some stuff in future myself! Also, I should add that the Tesla wall charger is sold out on Tesla's website but Fuse have stock in hand.
TL;DR My experience with Fuse was great and I am considering using them for my other HVAC and electrical needs. Whether you choose to use Fuse or not, you should always seek multiple quotes for EV charger installs. There is nothing special about a Tesla or any other EV wall charger that requires you to pay close to 10% of your Tesla purchase price for a Tesla-approved electrician.
Fuse did an amazing job replacing our HVAC at our condo. We called a couple of places before and they wouldn't work on it due to the model. Also, the other bids were much higher.
They were very prompt in coming out to inspect and they answered all of our questions. The job took a whole day to complete. They ran and tested it before they left and sent me the final invoice.
I am super happy with their service and already have recommended it to my condo complex.

Thorough, professional, competent
I contacted Fuse to diagnose/repair my HVAC by Yelp. Their response was very rapid and clear even on. sunday afternoon and through imessaging, they kept me in touch so I could plan for the servicing on. Monday afternoon. Sergui was able to let me know when he was headed to me, and his front door arrival was as expected.
The serviceman was extremely methodical in troubleshooting the AC unit, patiently and thoroughly investigating components to eliminate variables and hone in on the problem components. Once diagnosed, he was careful and methodical to inspect, measure, and check the performance of the AC unit. He was clear in his estimates of cost so there were no surprises and i was so appreciative of his methodical and careful quality of work. I especially appreciate his honest recommendations on what to expect as we go forward, and doing yearly inspections/maintenance seem like a great proactive measure.
I give Fuse my highest possible recommendation and intend to personally use them for any future HVAC work I may need.

I called and explained my concern to the woman who answered the phone - we have particles that seemed to have come out of the floor vents of my central heating and cooling system in several rooms. She asked my zip code but then told me they don't service floor vents. I asked her to explain why she needed my zip code if she knew they didn't service floor vents, and she had no answer.
I then commented that the issue is clearly not the vents themselves but the ducts (it's a central air system)... She said that she could schedule me for Friday. I asked if I could talk to someone who understands HVAC systems to see if they could actually assist - because if they service ducts but not the vents themselves, it's not clear how they can help. She said no and then I asked that doesn't make sense to you then, does it? Why would I have someone come out who can't actually service our HVAC system if they won't touch the floor vents? She literally then just said yup... And that was the end of the conversation.
What full service HVAC company doesn't service a full central air system? Needless to say, I called other local HVAC companies and was able to get information over the phone as to what the diagnostic process and cost would look like.. and reliably know that my ducts can be serviced elsewhere.
Update: after writing this review, I received 4 phone calls from the company. In the first, they hung up before I picked up. They immediately called me back and then told me they had the wrong number after we spoke. Then, they left a voicemail the next morning and when I didn't return it, they called me again 3 hours later. I picked up again on that fourth call and this time, they told me I needed to replace my system (despite not doing ANY troubleshooting over the phone or asking me any follow up questions) and they could send a technician out for a free estimate. ABSOLUTELY NOT. And I already had a better, more caring company inspect the HVAC system - it doesn't need any replacing. A company that cares about its' customers asks questions for understanding and doesn't just push the most expensive option.
Persistent and prompt !
They came several times to complete a job which is quite hard to find the real problem. They did it !

We wanted to install mini split units for our 2nd floor. Made an appointment and the estimated showed up on time and provided a great estimate. Over email I asked to change the estimate and within an hour got updated estimate
Approved it and made an appointment for today
Installers showed up with everything to go. Covered all surfaces and finished within a day. See pictures
When they were done they explained the system and remote operation and left

Our experience with Fuse fixing our AC just now was A+.
During the scheduling call, they set clear expectations about both price and arrival time window. Both expectations were met. Once our repair person Damon arrived, he both fixed the problem and answered all our questions about his diagnosis and repair process to give us confidence in the repair and insight to avoid the problem in the future.
In our case, a clogged condensate pipe triggered a float switch safety mechanism that cuts off power to prevent water overflow. Damon lugged a heavy pressurized nitrogen tank into the attic where our furnace was to unclog the pipe. Even after that successfully cleared the clog, he also took the nitrogen to the other end of the pipe on the exterior of the house to clear the pipes even further. Quite a bit of water was released after that so I'm happy he took the extra step of clearing the other side.
My air conditioner was on the fritz in my condo for over a year,
I tried to have it fixed but had no luck, then finally decided to replace it a couple of months ago.
The tear out and installation took about 10 hours, this included replacing the unit in the master closet and the unit on the roof.
The Fuse workers(2) were clean and courteous.
They covered a path from the front door to the closet with moving blankets so that no damage would be done to the floors .
If you are interested in getting your air conditioner fixed or replaced, I would recommend giving them a call.
You can set up your appointment by txt or phone. I appreciated the options since i'm on the phone all day for work. Being able to communicate through txt let me multi-task
I just needed a replacement part to be ordered and installed for my washing machine. They charged me for the first visit (where it simply took 5 minutes to determine the part number) as well as the second visit and the part itself. There was no diagnostic work necessary as I knew the problem and knew the part that needed replacing. They were nice, professional and efficient, but very expensive for a simple task.
Edit: after posting my review I was contacted by FUSE and refunded a major portion of the first visit charge. If I had this to do over again I would skip the first visit, send them the part number so they could order it and then pay them for the part and installation. Again, their service technician was nice, professional and efficient.
David and team did a great job installing new furnace and AC condenser at our place. They were thorough with their job not taking shortcuts or making unnecessary holes in our walls.
They finished the job to our liking leaving the place spotless and clean. I would recommend them in a heart beat.

The best experience I have ever had with appliance repair. Prompt, reliable, and clean. They even wore floor protecting slip cover on shoes before entering the apartment.
My rental unit fridge broke and Fuse replaced the compressor. While doing so they found a leak in the radiator as well. And fixed it without any extra charge!
And they attached detailed images of the repair work in the invoice for records.
I highly recommend them.
Excellent service. We needed our heater replaced, and the Fuse reps and technicians were all professional and responsive. They did an outstanding job communicating in person and via email/phone about our needs, their service, the installed heater, and our contract.
My house did not have AC and a very old and loud furnace, so it was time to upgrade to a new system. I had five local contractors in total come in for an estimate over a period of several weeks. Fuse was the last one to come, and let's just say, I'm glad I waited till the end to make my decision! The salesperson, Mike, really took the time to explain all the options to me and answer all my questions, and later worked with me offline to come up with estimates for the different options. Through this process, I was able to pick the best option that suited what I was looking for in an HVAC system. I appreciated the very detailed descriptions for the cost of each item on the estimate, which makes me feel that this company is very detail oriented in their work and also a lot more transparent than most other contractors. Furthermore, the prices were very reasonable, so it was a no brainer.
Fast forward to the installation, Nikita and Max removed my old ducts and furnace, installed new ductwork and brand new furnace in the attic, and installed a new AC system, over a period of four days. They were the most professional and courteous, and worked extremely hard. Anytime they needed to work inside the house, they covered all the walkways with cloth, and made sure to put on shoe covers and masks. My wife and I were working at home during that time, and never at any point did I feel bothered by their presence. I anticipated a lot more issues while extending the gas and electric lines, or finding the right place in the attic to install the furnace, etc, but they took care of everything quickly and efficiently. During testing, they even found two places in the gas line that had leaks and fixed them. Little did I know I've been living with gas leaks this whole time! Another example of the level of detail they took their work was the crawlspace attic cover, which Max took the time to paint with the same consistency as the ceiling, which is greatly appreciated. Finally, at the end of the installation, Nikita walked us through the entire system and how to operate it, before accepting payment. Thanks to Fuse, I now have HVAC that is so quiet that I can't even tell when it's turned on, and efficient enough to save us hundreds per year. Would highly recommend this company to anyone needing to install a new HVAC system!

Fuse technicians provides the most pragmatic solution for my AC repair - didn't try to upsell by recommending straight to replace the units; able to diagnose accurately and offer good solutions that doesn't break a bank. This shows well their experience, skills and integrity. In addition, the technicians are courteous, patient and prompt. Billing is clear and easy; service is responsive. All around very professional. Highly recommend!
Needed a furnace replacement and decided to go with an AC unit for the first time. Fuse gave us the best price for both units and was quick to come out for an estimate. The two men gave us all new wiring since ours was outdated and installed both units very quickly. However, there was a problem when they went to test the new units. They replaced a blown fuse and got us up and running in no time.
Overall, really nice and we're enjoying our new furnace and AC. Best company around.

I don't know if they are reasonable priced cause I didn't compare. When they always charge too come out, you tend to use that money to apply for the repair. Cost about $1300 to replace the external fan.
Our range hood was not working, they came out even at dark to check it, gave me an estimate. About a week later, came out to fix it. Smooth operation.
The only problem was the communication. They called twice the same day by two different person mentioning that they have to change the appt because defective parts received then the next day they said they can still come on scheduled date. When I called back they said it was cancelled then they called me back said it was ok to be done on scheduled date. It was confusing but when they came out, they got the job done.
Talk about fast and friendly service. Mike, or as I know him the electrical wizard was in and out when it came to fixing our old electrical system. Thanks for being a quality problem solver!

We purchased a new furnace for our home. Kostas gave good sound advice and was very punctual and professional. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because the company has a system that over communicates. I received 10 emails and 12 texts for this one job. Kostas originally scheduled an 8 AM installation. A few days later, one of the texts I received confirmed that the installation will be at 2pm, thus having to rearrange my day since the job takes about 5 to 6 hours to install. On the day of the installation, Kostas sent a text saying that he was on route for the 8 AM appointment. Clearly the system didn't jive with the service workers. I couldn't do much because we needed a heater. Overall, Kostas is a true proffered.

I noticed my Samsung refrigerator wasn't cold Saturday morning. I looked on Yelp for fridge repair. One vendor posted they do not fix Samsung or LG. I called another vendor on Yelp and they did not either. A third vendor was not open on weekends. I called Fuse and they said they had someone but he wasn't available until Sunday morning, $90 fee for estimate. Georgy arrived at 8:30. Omg, he removed everything from the fridge, shelves etc. opened the panel and it was frozen over. 90 percent of the time for Samsung's, Georgy said if he removes the ice, checks this one piece, it will restart in 10 minutes, total $450. If not, it's this other panel and will cost $200 more. 2 hours later Georgy was done and 24 hours later temperature was 34 degrees. It cost $450. Georgy wore his mask correctly and wore booties over his shoes. I have to write this review just in case my fridge breaks again or a friend needs a referral.
We had an issue with a short-cycling heater. We had another company have a look at it before, but they couldn't figure out the problem ...
So, we called Fuse. Sergey was not only able to find the issue, but also to fix it right away. We are very happy with their service and quality of work.
I would hire them again and can only recommend Fuse.

Completely replaced all tubing and rewired (critter damage), resuscitating the water and ice on my 5-yr-old Frigidaire. Kostas was timely, tidy, efficient, respectful (shoe covers, mask, gloves), and friendly. About 1.5 hrs of labor and parts, $300 total.

We contacted Fuse shortly after we moved into our new house and found that the AC was out of service. The technician showed up promptly during the scheduled window and checked out the issue. We received a clear diagnosis and estimate (as well as helpful tips on how to order replacement furnace filters ... which wasn't part of the service call but very useful for us as new home owners). Later, we booked service. Communication was clear and polite. The same technician promptly communicated his arrival time (a slight delay from his previous job, but still well within the quoted time window). The repairs were done within the estimated time, and for the quoted rate. While inside, the technician kept his mask up and booties on. Although we haven't hit the hot season yet, I am glad we got Fuse to repair the AC when we did and would not hesitate to recommend them.
I have a 25 year old dual Carrier HVAC system that was installed as a new build in my house. Although fairly old, it probably is not as worn as the years would suggest as I've avoided using the AC most summers as Fremont is generally not super hot and cools down in the afternoons. Now with climate change and the fact that I work from home, i'm using the units more often and longer. My downstairs unit simply did not provide cool air at all and the upstairs unit was working but the air working but seemed to struggle to keep up with the afternoon heating in the house.
I sent a Yelp request to local HVAC service & repair with a description of the problems and John W. of Fuse was the first to reply within an hour or so. I went ahead and make an appointment for 5 days later which was the earliest they could accomodate. This was during the bay area heat and wild fire spell during August. I did get a few other replies to my Yelp request, but they could not do a service appointment any earlier, so I kept the appointment with Fuse.
Oleg was the technician from Fuse that came out. First of all, they did initially explain that the service diagnostic visit would cost $110, which would be deducted from any actual service fee if I had them do any actual repair/maintenance work. This fee seemed reasonable. Other companies charge less or more, but to me the most important issue is getting someone who is both experienced and honest. I have dealt with less experienced technicians in the past and it's not worth the time or hassle to save a few bucks and get a bad or less than honest diagnosis.
Oleg arrived right within the scheduled time window and went right to work. I described the issue and he hooked up his diagnostic pressure setup to check the refrigerant levels in my ground floor system. Sure enough, it was empty. He recharged the system and patiently answered all of my questions. Once done, he told me the temp differential specs of what my system should provide and we went into the house to measure the temp of the air coming from the system. Using his laser temp probe, he showed me that the system was now providing a 20 degreeF temp difference between inlet and outlet air. Oleg also did a diagnostic on my 2nd floor unit and after some work, it was also providing a 20 degreeF difference, much better than previously.
I can't really say if the actual fees charged by Fuse are more or less than their competitors in the area, but I can say that I am happy to have my old system brought back to life and performing well. The whole service visit took about 3 hours and Oleg also answered all my technical questions and gave me advice if I decide to replace/upgrade the system in the future.
I will definitely contact Fuse in the future for HVAC maintenance and repair quotes.
A few weeks ago, we finally decided to replace our old AC, furnace and water heater and started to collect estimates. After contacting different companies we decided to go with Fuse HVAC and we have been very happy with our decision.
Unlike others that wanted to force me on a particular product, Stan listened to our needs and tailored a solution that worked for us.
I appreciated receiving multiple options at different prices and the availability to answer all my questions in the process. Also, I appreciated that all items were priced individually as opposed to receiving only the total, so I could see exactly what I was paying for parts and installation.
Installation of all the parts was done in a single day, to minimize disruptions. It was really smooth and the technicians were wearing masks at all times. I appreciated also the visit a couple of days later to make sure everything was working and for a couple minor tweaks.
I'll definitely continue to work with Fuse HVAC for future maintenance and recommend them to others.

Fast response. Fit me in very quickly. Reasonably priced. Tech was on time and knowledgeable.
I called FUSE to come and fix my dishwasher and sink. They came out that evening and quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Felix was great!
I enjoyed working with them so I called them again--initially to request a quote to instal a ductless split system. Stan, came out- he patiently walked me through the process, took pictures of the property, showed me different options, ensured me that everything will be up to code. They gave me a quote later that day. Within 3 days, I decided to move forward with the investment. Called to schedule an installation and they were ready to install 2 days later. It took a little longer than estimated, but that was totally fine. Nikita and his partner- did a great job, kept the place clean, professional and easy to work with.
The only little bump was they were scheduled to come at 4pm. A woman called me to reschedule for 6pm because the staff was at a different job and it took longer than expected. I called at 7pm to ask if they were still coming and a woman said she never rescheduled the appointment and does not see my appointment on the schedule- that was a little frustrating but as she was trying to figure it out- they had arrived. No issues- I know these jobs don't always go as plan so I wasn't upset at all. Nikita was apologetic and worked in the evening to get the project done. He was absolutely great.
I would definitely use this team again for future installations and fixes around the property.

They did a full overhaul of our HVAC system, Tesla Charger install, and super smooth throughout the whole process. They will figure out the best optimal and energy saving solutions.
My dryer kept tripping the breaker. As I kept putting the breaker back and it killed dryer heating. Then breaker was ok but no heat. So I replaced dryer fuse by myself and heat back but it started tripping the breaker again. All voltage and stuff looks fine at dryer connector, power plug holes and breaker. I ran out of option and called Fuse as they seem to be expert on both electric and appliances. They immediately responded, gave us diagnosis quote, scheduled, arrived on time, diagnosed and even fixed it. I will come back to Fuse for any house problems going forward.

Bob arrived on time. Spent time to do the check instead of just asking us to get a new one. At the end, he proposed an improvement.
The FUSE crew did excellent, clean and meticulous work over 2 days to install new AC and to replace the furnace upstairs. They also covered the carpeted stairs with a drop cloth and wore shoe covers and masks the entire time. I felt safe being home with my 2 small children while the work was being done. I would definitely refer them to friends and family.
Alex came out to fix a problem we had with our Samsung refrigerator where ice formation on the pipes would cause a lot of noise from the circulation fan. He diagnosed and fixed the issue and did a really clean job. I have to commend his efforts to take all covid safety precautions and he left my place in clean shape after the job. Will definitely be reaching out to Fuse again for future jobs.

Contacted Fuse to do a refrigerator diagnostic + repair. Sergey came out and was able to diagnose the issue quickly and the new parts were ordered and installed within a matter of days and at a reasonable price. The invoice included several pictures of the work done which is nice. Excellent service, would definitely use them again for any alliance repairs.
I called a few different places for an estimate on a ceiling fan installation and these guys were the most responsive and had the best follow through. The cost was half of what almost all other electricians had quoted me, which I felt was quite fair at $150 for an hour of time and labor. I would definitely use them again and I the technician that came out was polite, left the room clean and worked efficiently. Highly recommended.
We are so thankful to Fuse for coming out quickly to diagnose our broken refrigerator and freezer. They were able to get it colder for a few days while they waited for parts to come in, which happened quicker than I was expecting.
Very professional service, and great communication. They send a confirmation of when the technician will arrive, and a clear estimate of the job. I would definitely use them again!

Overall I am very happy with my HVAC replace system with Fuse so I am still giving 5 star despite a minor cleaning issue:
Pros:
1. Fast response and scheduling. Whenever I make a call, they will pick up immediately without any waiting. And they have generally very good schedule flexibility.
2. Replacement service has 3 year warranty of labor, which covers everything. And the parts have 10 to 20 years warranty.
3. Technicians are very nice. I didn't reproduce the fan issue when the technician came for the first time, so he just came back after I encounter the issue again and found the issue. I was given multiple options to solve the issue and each option was explained in very detail.
4. During the replacement service, the 2 technicians are working very hard (from 8 am to 11 pm). And they are trying their best to keep our house clean and less noisy, to avoid disturbing us.
5. Technicians keep wearing masks during the service, despite the fact that it was extremely hot.
Cons:
There was a minor cleaning issue that left our wall dirty. We spent around 2 hours to clean up the dirt (as shown in the last photo).
We recently installed the air conditioner with furnace and air purifier with Fuse HVAC. It was a 3 days project. We are very impressed and happy with their service. The sales contact Mike is very responsive and detailed to our questions. The customer service desk always sent the text reminded the up coming appointments and text again once the cruise is en route. The installing team were excellent, Niki and his partner Max worked very hard and long hours on our site. Very detailed and patient with our inquiries and cleaned well after the daily service. We have various projects done in our house with many different contract company the past couple years, Fuse HVAC has impressed us from the first contact to the completion of installation. Highly recommended! Now hope the machine works well down the road.
Fuse responded to my AC installation free estimate request quickly. The estimator is detail-oriented, flexible, creative, proficient. He instantly saw through the difficult point, immediately came up with a solution, double verified it with his deep subject matter expertise. He put on his shoe cover and asked for my permission when checking anything. He finished the on-site estimate nimble, gathered my needs, provided many options with combinations of different BTU and ton, He emailed the quote on the same day Friday. He cared about my concern, responded to my inquiry on Saturday, was willing to help to adjust the quote. Their business processes software enabled rapid efficient delegation and seamless user experience. I clicked on the button to approve the quote, the scheduler called me 10 minutes later, and their lead time is only 1 day Sunday. On Monday morning, I got several texts shown who and when would arrive. One person came first on time, started removing my old furnace. When he almost finished, the leader and another helper arrived. We hired Fuse HVAC repair to repair our dryer and fix our stovetop. They responded and scheduled their visit promptly. The dryer is stacked so they had to send two technicians. Both Leo and Alex came on time. They were very professional. They were able to identify and solve both issues. I highly recommend working with this company. They first came to fix the dryer and while they were fixing it we scheduled to fix the stovetop. Leo came and took the time to identify and fix the issue with the lighter. Very professional and very good people to work with.
Contacted them on Yelp, scheduled an appointment, came on the day schedule (without me needing to call them), they proactively called when their technician was delayed from earlier job, completed the task and automatically sent me the invoice. Would use their services again in the future.
So far, I've had a great experience with Fuse. I have a hydronic heater, and they were able to service it. Jane is a good and communicative coordinator. Kostas, the guy who came to repair my maintenance, was great. He was on time, and I greatly appreciated his honesty. He worked quickly and was respectful. Thank you!

Our heat was not working properly, so I found a Fuse HVAC as a referral on Nextdoor.com with good reviews from my fellow neighbors. I called to make an appt & spoke to Jane who was very helpful. I later found out that appts can be booked directly online via their website! We just had our appt this morning & our technician, Chirill showed up on time & was extremely professional & courteous. Due to COVID, he came with his mask & also wore shoe coverings over his shoes. He was able to diagnose the issue & we found out that our igniter needed to be replaced. We also had another issue regarding the airflow in one of the rooms, which he was able to evaluate and remedy.
Chirill was even nice & patient enough to show me how to properly replace our air filter, if needed.
Overall, I am highly satisfied with the service. Chirill was professional, friendly & efficient. Everything got resolved so quickly. Prices also affordable. I highly recommend Fuse HVAC & would definitely use them again if needed
The service itself was ok - done on time and functionally. They installed a thermostat to replace an old one that broke. The new one works, but there's an ugly spot of bare drywall with some holes in it on the wall next to the new thermostat (where the old one was). Guess the way the wiring worked it was too hard to cover the old spot, so ok. The work was done on a Saturday. Then, on Monday (a holiday), they started calling, texting and emailing for payment - about four times Monday, then again Tuesday morning. The email (with the invoice in it) was in my email inbox, which I paid (and would have, without badgering) on Tuesday when I got back to processing my email. Wouldn't use them again as I have enough to worry about without a vendor hammering my phone during my day off.
Need to replace my 33-year old furnace and add a new AC unit at the same time. I came to know FUSE as one of my neighbors used their service early this year. After I requested the quote, Stan visited my home twice to make sure that the installation is feasible because a shade structure in my backyard makes it a bit difficult to complete the job. With their 15% seasonal discount on labor cost, the price is unbeatable. So I decided to go with them.
FUSE secures all required permits before job starts. On the service day, Ilyas and his coworker did an excellent job. As expected, tubing routing is indeed a difficult job. I am very happy that they are able to use the subfloor and get the tubes out in the tiny space right below the top of shade structure without any damages. Everything is done exactly as described in their proposal. It takes ~10 hours to complete all the job. I am very satisfied with the installation and also impressed by the attention they paid to details. They provide equipment support (a base for the outside condensing unit). They patch holes/cracks on the broken siding. I think they happened to fix some electrical supply problem in my backyard. They installed a new Google Nest thermostat. They remove trash and old equipment. They had to cut the drywall in my bathroom to route tubing. They promised that they will send someone to repair the drywall soon. They are very patient to answer all my questions. As for payment schedule, 90% is collected on the service day. The last 10% is due after inspection and other repairs are done.
To summarize, I am very happy with FUSE's HVAC installation so far. I will definitely recommend FUSE to all my neighbors and friends.
I can't comment on their products or services since they passed on our project. But I now receive tons and tons of junk email from them. This is abusing the information shared with them for legitimate purposes.

Fuse texted me before they showed up each day, cleaned up after themselves and finished in 2 days instead of 3. The guys were really nice and answered all my questions I was pestering them with. They carefully moved garage items around, even 2 cat boxes, and moved everything back when done. I'm super excited for hot days so I can use my new AC but my attic fan works great in the meantime! I've already recommended them to a friend. Oh and they support energy efficient heat pump technology which is what I had installed
Update: I am updating my review from my last post because Jeff (owner) called and apologize for the quote that was given. He told me that his goal is to make sure customers are 100%satisfued. He offered me a full refund or to have his technician come and install the thermostats for free. It showed me that he deeply cared about his customers, so I had a technician (Alex) come and install the thermostat. Alex is very professional. He wears a mask and boot covers. Very respectful of the property. He called before coming over. He figured out the problem and suggested getting the newer version of the thermostat. He installed one that he has in stock and showed that it was the right thermostat. We ended up ordering two other thermostats and Alex came and installed them. He patched the holes from the previous thermostats and cleaned up after. I am HIGHLY impressed with their customer service and their professionalism. I will recommend them to friends and family.
I was very impressed with the service I got from Stan, Nick, and Tony who installed my new furnace and centralized AC. They were very professional, cleaned up after themselves, and explained each stage of the process thoroughly. These guys work really hard every day they were here. They are very knowledgable and took care of everything we needed during the installation. All was at a very reasonable price. This company will go very very far. I highly recommend them to install AC, furnace, and all appliance repairs. I trust this company more than any other because of the price transparency.
Fuse is a great company and I really enjoyed working with them to replace our antiquated HVAC system. Originally, only the AC broke and given that it is almost summer, we needed to get the job done soon. However, after working with Peter, he gave me a great deal to replace my 40+ year furnace and the whole HVAC system. Now, we have a brand new AC and heater, along with Nest so the whole system can be controlled remotely. The whole process, from working with Peter to decide on what is best for this project to replacing the whole system to the payment was super easy and smooth. I really appreciate all of the hard work done by Fuse. Now, I am no longer worried about going through another hot summer or a winter day where I have to worry that my furnace may break any day. Our AC stopped working the first day of a heat wave. I emailed out for help at 10PM. Fuse was able to send somebody out first thing in the morning. He quickly diagnosed the problem, had all the parts and fixed our AC within 2 hours. Thank you Fuse!!!

My experience with fuse started with an emergency ac repair call. They were the only service accepting call late night. The work was thorough and detail oriented. The technician were highly skilled and knowledgeable. They did the job well and communicated well, taking pictures Where I couldn't access to show me the diagnosis process and gave me estimates on several options with facts to back up.
I called back later for Installation of an super high throughout commercial grade range hood at home. They brought me the parts needed to re-duct my kitchen, carefully planed for the route for efficiency, make sure the work was done according to building code. They communicated With me frequently during the process to make sure it was done as I planned. The work was complicated and time consuming but the result was stunning.
They are not the cheapest on the market but very reliable. They are honest and honor estimates even the work exceeds original estimates. I had minor issues with ac and warranty service was prompt and well done.

We had Fuse install a new AC to our home last year. Every one of their employees were always prompt to respond and timely in they're scheduled appointments. Very pleasant to deal with, knowledgeable and competitive pricing. We just signed up for their annual maintenance program to be sure our new investment lasts us many years to come. Alex S. was amazing!!! He arrived ahead of time and presented a very professional image. Most importantly Alex took the time to diagnose an intermittent electrical problem with our oven that only appeared at certain times with heat reaching a certain temperature. He was very diligent and systematic in going over all possible causes of the problem, finally concluding to replace the malfunctioning GFCI outlet. The problem was fixed to my greatest satisfaction. Our washer broke and we needed help urgently. Fuse sent someone the same afternoon and diagnosed the problem. They then ordered the parts and repaired the washer. The service and work was excellent. Our washer and dryer are in a very cramped location but the service was performed without any issues. I also highly appreciated that they always picked up the phone when I called. This company is prompt, competent and takes customer service in this business to the next level. Highly recommended.

Fuse did a good job installing our a/c unit. They had the best price quote, very polite technicians who were great about being Covid-safe. Wore shoe covers into house and even lay down a cloth runner between outside to the furnace inside my daughter's closet so that t hey never stepped directly on our floors. It ended up taking two 10 hour days to get everything done and they had some challenges getting everything to work. However, they were persistent and did not leave until they got it all figured out. They were responsive even after we thought we had another issue. Very much recommend. Good competitive price, professional and responsive!

I made an appointment with Fuse HVAC & Appliance Repair to repair my washing machine. Valentin arrived on time. He was friendly and professional and did a great job. I would not hesitate to call Fuse in the future.
Hate to do posting but in this situation no choice. I called this company to fix my 3 month old /3 door freezer .The problem was that the temperature was going up...To diagnose they charge $150.Looking at the profile picture thought it is a professional company but instead a guy came in the car with a tool bag barely speak English and I told him that temperature is going up because the ice is not defrosting..he said let me diagnose and see what's wrong......he took out the panel checked the Freon and called someone on the phone speaking in Russian and told me it's the leak inside some in the pipeline and will cost you around $2000-$3000.He told me if you wanna do the job then we will not charge $150 for diagnose . He couldn't figure out what the problem was told that it would cost $2k-$3k
I called Singh's Refridgeration right away after he left and they showed up in an hour found out the defrost heater was not working.Nextday it was fixed and running.

My furnace failed a few days prior to Christmas. We tried calling several appliance repair companies, but all of them were unavailable for several days due to the holiday. Fuse said that they could send out a technician - on Christmas eve afternoon! Sergey arrived on time, was professional and courteous - and quickly diagnosed and fixed the furnace (it was a failed blower motor capacitor). Excellent service.
These guys are hard working and nice to work with. I had gotten a couple of estimates and Fuse gave a good estimate. I saw other reviews for them and so I went with them to have them replace my AC and furnace.
They did the job promptly, Vlad was in charge and he did a good job. After he left, I noticed the furnace was a model that was 66K BTU and not the 88K BTU that was supposed to be installed.
I called the office and told them this and they said they would replace the unit asap or I could try the smaller unit over the winter and see how that goes (if not good enough, they would replace at that time). I requested them to replace with the proper size unit and Vlad came back out a few days later with the 88K BTU unit.
The service is prompt and professional. They answer the phone timely and so I didn't have to worry. I will go with them for any future appliance or HVAC repair needs.

Fuse was great to work with, it was very easy to book an appointment and our technician, Leo, was excellent. I really appreciated the way he explained everything that he was doing. Fuse is awesome. I have used them twice. They are amazing. Excellent service, they take the time to explain and also make recommendations with the customer in mind. For example, I had an issue w the stove and the technician recommended that I just buy a new one because it would cost a lot to fix it. Just good honest folks! Highly recommend them and they are pretty much on my call list.
Reliable, Accurate, Dependable, Professional. Called the company that I had purchased my AC from when my AC went done and was told it takes them two weeks to send some one out! Was told- to them my situation AC not working in 100+ degree is not emergency. Called Fuse on the same day and had some one here in about two days. Once the appointment was made with Fuse I received a text and follow up message on the location of my technician and his arrival time on the day that of service.
We have had many repairs with Fuse for home appliances. Today, like every experience with them, they offered early availability for our service. A technician came and instructed me to record the sounds generated by the refrigerator and call him again. Then the diagnostics will become much easier. Our mini-split heater stopped working, and Fuse came out quickly. They told me the whole system needed replacing. I was skeptical, but a second opinion confirmed that not only was Fuse being honest, but that the second team could not beat the quote to replace it that Fuse had given us. We subsequently hired Fuse to replace the whole system. They came out quickly, did the job incredibly well, including identifying and fixing issues with the previous installation, and we are now very happy with our newer and much more efficient mini-split heating and cooling systems. Thanks, Fuse! We will be using them again in the future.

My AC was broken for a couple of days in August. I Contacted Fuse HVAC and Appliance Repair. They were able to send Vital same day. He was very professional, patient, and tolerated my inquisitive curiosity. He diagnosed and fixed the problem in under two hours. It ended up being a fuse in the disconnect box! It was one of those AHA moments.... Simple but a pain to diagnose especially if you are focused on the AC unit itself and didn't know that there are two fuses in the disconnect unit under the flimsy plastic cover. And one of them was busted so the control unit would engage in response to the thermostat but then kick right back out because it wasn't detecting the second 120 volt! The pricing seemed reasonable especially for this area. Good job Vital! And Fuse HVAC and Appliance Repair for a quick and effective resolution.

I am updating my review, which was negative, as I have had a very pleasant experience with the company following my initial bad experience. They acknowledged their mistake and went above and beyond to take care of the issue. I did NOT ask for a refund. However, they offered to refund the diagnostic fee and, also pay the third-party contractor who fixed the problem.

Our outdoor Viking under-counter refrigerator wasn't cooling. I called a few repair services, Fuse appliance repair is the only one who could send the technician on the same day. Although the first technician were not able to locate the problem, he did a good job helping clean the surrounding area and put the refrigerator back to its original location. (It was not easy to pull the build-in refrigerator out, and even harder to put it back.) Then Adam, the best technician, came. He is very knowledgeable and skillful. He identified problem and tried to solve it without changing parts even though it didn't work. Finally they ordered the parts and fix the problem. Very satisfied! The only pity is that they didn't put the refrigerator back into the original position leaving a gap between the top and the counter. But I'm not a picky customer, still very happy to have the refrigerator fixed.
