We needed help changing 2 light fixtures. The set up design was quite complicated but they brainstormed and found a way to do it.

Both were very friendly and professional. They were patient when I asked them to put the lights higher, lower, higher, lower.. they wanted to make sure that I am satisfied with the placement and aesthetics :) and I appreciate that.

Before I hired them I messaged several businesses to compare costs. These guys got back to me fast and quoted a reasonable price that was within my budget. Other places asked for 2-3x the price to complete the same job. Great communication too. I highly recommend them!

Affordable Plumbing does great work, has fair prices, and i highly recommend them.  Curtis has been helping me with various things around the house and does a great job and very friendly!

The entire crew from Jared and Cody were polite, profession and extremely neat in there work. They diagnosed the sewer line problem, after a very quick response. They showed the blockage on their camera scope, and, the damage done by roots growing in the line. They gave us two options. We choose to replace the damaged section. After they dug up the damaged section, they re-lined the sewer line and they replaced the landscaping, like they were never here. We would definitely use them again.

Troy was incredibly responsive, answered my post on Yelp immediately, came out early the next day ready to do the job.  He's skilled and efficient, and his work is impecable.  He explained everything, tried to find ways to repair instead of replace (no luck there, unfortunately), and put everything back in its place when he was finished.  Also, he's a really nice hard working guy. Highly recommend Robinson Plumbing.

I called this morning to inquire about installing a water softener.   I am replacing an old water softener with a new one I purchased at Lowes.   I asked the woman who answered the phone the pricing, and she replied that we don't provide pricing over the phone.   I explained that this was a simple job, reconnecting a new water softener.   It felt like I was talking to a used car saleswoman.   She was very ambiguous, wanting to schedule a site visit before scheduling installation.   This is a simple task.   I didn't feel comfortable moving forward with them based on my telephone conversation.

DO NOT SERVICE SCOTTSDALE. Disregard what they show on the map as a service area, it is incorrect.

This was my first time looking for a company to use on Yelp. I saw that they had excellent reviews, and decided to take a chance after reading several. I was extremely satisfied with the response and the results. The company did exactly what they said they would. Brian was both friendly and competent. I would not hesitate to recommend them and will call them the next time I need a repair. This call was for my water softener, but I learned that they also service reverse osmosis systems.

Gary did an awesome job installing a ducted kitchen island stove hood. Very reasonably priced and timely. I am so happy I found a good handyman. Now I can cook bacon inside the house without opening all of the windows!

Today Moon Valley replaced my water main.  Crew was on time and on budget.  No unpleasant surprises.  Ryan and Jason were the technicians, very professional and polite.  Most importantly they were obviously experienced and skilled at their craft.  I am an experienced tradesman and have been on thousands of job sites, Moon Valley Plumbing is a company I highly recommend.

One Shot Installation advertises their company as 'Same Day Service'.  That's exactly what I got and more.  Gabe is genuine, knows his craft, and communicates effectively when he find a problem or is going over what he repaired.  Seldom do you find some who truly wants to be at your home, helping fix the problem.  I have the utmost respect for Gabe and how he does business.  I will never use anyone else as I know he will always do an honest and excellent job on anything at my home.

Gabe is GREAT!!  Always professional, quick and reasonably priced.  Every time I have needed something taken care of he has always been able to get me on his schedule right away and when I had a plumbing emergency and called him at 9:00 p.m. he was still gracious and showed up at my house bright and early the next morning and had everything taken care of in a blink of an eye.  I even got the pleasure of meeting his son who was apprenticing with Gabe.  It's obvious that the great service will continue on with the next generation.
My house is older and the plumbing has always been an issue but now that I found Copperline Plumbing I don't stress about it.  I know that I will get great workmanship at a honest and reasonable price.  I give Copperline plumbing my highest recommendation!

We are remodeling our bathrooms and needed a plumber to run the new shower systems. Our contractor had Wyman come install one. They gave a quote without asking us, the homeowner, what type of system we purchased. Needless to say, they missed installing the handheld shower valve. I am not completely sure how this could happen since the instructions are very clear and specific. They scheduled another day to come back and complete the job. They are charging us by the hour, fine. I was told it should take about a half hour. The plumber they sent did not know where to put it despite pictures that were sent, and notes written on the wall. Thankfully, it was only a half hour charge. I understand they need to make money, however, they should have contacted us prior to giving a quote for a job. My invoice says, install of a shower system provided by the customer. We will not be using them for the other shower system. We have another plumber coming out tomorrow to look at the job and give us a quote, which is what should have happened in the first place. This is not about the money, it's about the principle. As a business you made a mistake that you need to own. Not only am I frustrated, but this also put our remodel behind by two days.

When the OTHER larger plumbing company failed to show up and simply left me a voice mail that I did not get until the end of the day, I was quite annoyed. I waited on them, and they failed to text or email me or even attempt to call me again to let me know that they were NOT coming despite making an appointment to be at my house on said day within a four hour window. When I called them to check on their arrival status, I was told they left me a message....Well I didn't get that message!!! I was waiting on them. Maybe attempt to call me again, text me or email me?? The gal was upset with ME that I was upset with them!! She offer to reschedule and I absolutely declined!!

Instead, I looked at Yelp reviews. I decided that I would not work with a company so large that I didn't matter. They lost not only my current and future business, but my valuable Yelp review. Since I have over 500 reviews, obviously my reviews are real. I am not a friend or family member posting a review to build them up.

I called multiple plumbers. I wanted to get an idea of a price based on a couple maybe standard type repairs. I stated that I wasn't going to hold them to an exact amount, but I wanted an IDEA, a range, even if a larger range about cost. I was told by several that they would not give me a price RANGE as requested, but that they would come out and if I didn't like their price, I would only pay an $85.00 service charge. Ya, right, that is a great way to overprice me. If I don't accept your price I have to pay $85 and get someone else out?? By the time I do that, I might as well overpay YOUR ass for being here or pay the $85 and send you on your way for nothing.

I asked Dignity Plumbing for a range and they happily gave me a basic price quote and they did explain that something could be discovered that might change the cost. VERY FAIR, VERY REASONABLE!! That, my friends, is how a business should respond to a very reasonable question/request!! I was impressed already!!

SO... I then arranged an appointment with Dignity Plumbing. My call was answered swiftly and an appointment was available sooner than I was available! SCORE! We arranged my appointment for between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. We were hoping it would be earlier than later, but more so hoping they would even show up after the last experience!! I got a text about 7:30 a.m. the morning of my appointment advising me that the plumber was on his way! SCORE! He showed up promptly at 8:00! SCORE!

He was professional, polite and took the time to chat for a bit before checking out our situation. He quickly provided a quote, and it was very acceptable to us so we agreed to go forward. The job was done RIGHT and it was not rushed!! We are extremely pleased with the work and I will be having all future plumbing needs taken care of by Dignity Plumbing!!!

I want to send a thank you to Dignity Plumbing for being honest, reliable, fairly priced and for a job (actually two jobs) well done!!!

I've never negatively posted on line before.   In Dec. I hired ROOTER HERO to fix a clogged toilet.  While they were here, I hired them to do some extra work.  My tech said he would replace my bathroom sink drain.  He said he did not have the right part, but would call me within a few hours to install the drain.  5-TIMES he made appointments with me and never showed-up and never called to cancel.  I called the manager and he did not return my calls either.   I would never use or recommend this company.
