Very professional, timely, and helpful! Jesse really knows his stuff and gave us a lot of great advice on things we can do to maintain our plumbing system specifically for our new house with a septic. They were able to schedule the appointment within 24 hours after I called, even for a non-emergency, and were right on time. Second Opinion will definitely be my first choice for any plumbing service in the future!

Jason responded right here in Yelp - I had never used the messages platform - so I was the slow guy.  Anyway, I do love when companies are this responsive.  Certainly helps get the job done faster.

I woke up to discover a backed up sewer line in my house with the most disgusting water coming from my drain.  This was the first issue I've had with my house that needed a plumber, so I turned to Yelp for help.  Through the request a quote feature I was able to ping a few companies at once.  Phend was super prompt in getting back to me to find out my location and schedule someone to come over and check out the issue.  The owner, Pete, came out and was even earlier than was quoted in the email.  He was really nice and professional.  He assessed the problem and had it fixed before I knew it.  Luckily it just needed to be professionally snaked so the service wasn't even as expensive as I was afraid it would be.  He was able to recommend a company assess for cleaning up the mess afterward.  I will definitely keep their business card on my fridge for the next plumbing nightmare that springs up.  Thanks Pete!!

We receive GREAT service from Just Plumbing.  Very fair prices, prompt service, and friendly staff.  Their warranty is strong!  We highly recommend Justin and his company if you need any plumbing help or especially to install new RO systems, etc.

We had a clogged drain that needed immediate assistance. Within minutes of leaving a message we received a text message from the company. They were at our house within the hour on a Saturday night. They were professional, courteous and took care of the problem immediately. We are very grateful to have found them and would highly recommend this company to anyone to use anytime.

Rocco was prompt and reliable.  After Rocco installed a new garbage disposal my husband asked him to look at a few other  plumbing issues that we had. He was helpful and informative. He even put caulk around a faucet, that was leaking, at no charge. He will be our go-to plumber for any issues that come up.

I would have written this review sooner, but we've been too busy enjoying our new bathrooms!

My wife and I bought a home back in Feb.'17 and wanted a remodel to both bathrooms that included an expansion to the main bathroom by moving some walls and plumbing in an oversized laundry room.

It was our first remodel, and all we knew of remodels was that there are a million shows on television about them, and there's always a problem.  With that in mind, we were very open to the following:

1) things will probably cost more as the project goes on

2) it may not be done on time

3) our living situation will not be ideal for a few weeks

And those things happened. All of them. All we could do was manage our expectations. DJ, who was our point of contact for the remodel, managed everything else.

He was great at communicating our options. He returned a call within hours of us leaving a message. Every time. When we had an issue with something, he reacted.

That last paragraph is important.

Almost as important as the finished product.

I kid you not, I was taking 2 showers a day in that first month, just because I loved being in that bathroom.

Should we ever need another remodel to our home, I've got DJ's number in my phone.

Every once in awhile you find a business that does EVERYTHING right. And it's usually when you least expect it. I had a leak in my home sprinkler system and needed it taken care of ASAP. So I called the FEC and I was greeted with an incredibly friendly and knowledgeable person on the other end of my call. She was so nice. She was honest and up front about pricing. Skip ahead to the service and Scott shows up. To say that he was both friendly and professional is a gross understatement. Scott told me what needed to be done and he did it. His son ended up coming by to help finish the project. From beginning to end, this company could not have been better. I'm remarkably impressed with everyone involved. Thank you to your entire staff. What a team you have!!

I typically do not write reviews online, however this company's level of customer service made me take the time to rate Master Rooter with a 5 star rating.  I had what I thought was a simple sink blockage. I looked online and found a local company that states they will clear most common blockages for $39.00.  I thought that was really cheap but gave them a call.  They also stated same day service.  I called on a Sunday, the phone was answered by an employee, not an answering service.  John was very nice and said they were busy but could be out early evening to get the drain cleared.  I opted for Monday.  My plumber James showed  up on time, he was very clean and professional.   Cleared my drain for $39.00 total.  No up sell or pricing games. These guys are my new plumbers.

The Aussie Plumber replaced two toilets and a sink for us. Franz was professional and efficient. We're extremely happy with the service, price, and quality. Definitely would recommend them.

We had a main sewer line backup, caused by a builder error when our home was built 27 years ago (a test plug left in the sewer line).  We cannot recommend Al's Plumbing highly enough!  They have been responsive, professional, efficient, and caring.  They completed this big job for considerably less than competitors we contacted.  We WILL be using Al's Plumbing for our future plumbing jobs!

We use Tutko Plumbling today on  shower arm which snapped off  in a slate tiled shower.  With persistence and inginuity, AJ was able to remove the portion of the threading in the wall without the need to revove slate to make a hole large enough to gain access to make the repair.

Absolutely the Best ! I had a problem with gas lines from my fire pit and pool heater another company came in and tried to charge me several thousands of dollars and tell me how complicated my gas situation was

Dan came out today to look at a clog we had in our sink.  He quickly located the issue and resolved it.  Very fast, efficient work, good value and he's just a genuinely nice guy.

Jorge at Go Direct Plumbing was awesome! He responded immediately, quick to fit us in, friendly, knowledgeable and respectful. He had all of the parts with him that he needed to rebuild one of our toilets and the cable that regulates the water to the toilet. Their prices were very reasonable. He was able to understand everything needed without looking at it first after our phone consultation. We will definitely call him for any future plumbing needs we ever have. Darryl and Joe responded to my voice mail message by stopping by the house on a Thursday afternoon.  They reviewed the work that I wanted done, which was to replace all of the old crank water valves under the sinks and behind the tolilets, 16 in total, and gave me a price for the job, which included providing all the new valves and hoses.  I agreed to the price and they said they would be out the following Monday at 9:30 to do the job.

So Monday rolls around and no Darryl, no Joe.  I reached out to Darryl at around 1:00 via his cell phone.  Darryl said he was tied up on a job and that he'd be at my house the following day at 10:00 to do the job.

So Tuesday rolls around and no Darryl, no Joe.  I reached out to Darryl at around 1:30 via his cell phone.  Darryl answers the phone greeting me by my first name.  I asked him if he was going to do the job and he responded by saying that I've dialed the wrong number.  That's pretty messed up.
