Great job, very impressed! I'm a contractor so I know how much work it takes behind the scenes to provide your level of service. From how quickly you got back to me, the email reminders, being on time, fair prices, easy process, all around 5 stars! Clayton was great as well. He was professional, knowledgeable, and made us want to keep Second Opinion as our permanent go-to. He even tested out water pressure as a courtesy and found the builder broke an important valve and our water pressure was to high. Thanks Clayton!

Matthew was running late, but kept us apprised of his timeline, which I really appreciated.  He did a great job and I apparently don't need a new dryer. Yay!

Can't say enough good things about Gino!! He was on time , savvy, a real professional and a absolute expert!! , Gino was able to diagnose the issue in no time and was able to complete all repairs in a timely manner! I was so happy we did not have to reschedule to get the repairs done and I was super impressed for his willingness to work with me to get all the repairs done TODAY! He understood I did not want to have a disabled toilet/ tub for several days.  I would recommend Gino without hesitation!

This post is overdue, but well deserved. I have a home in Maricopa. Several months ago, I was on my way out of town for a family emergency when I noticed water flowing down the driveway, I popped the garage door and was shocked to see the water heater acting like a lawn sprinkler, spritzing water across the garage.

I shut off the water line, contained the mess, and contemplated leaving my elderly house guest without hot water for a week (it was still cold in the morning at that time). She has several medical issues and I was concerned about adding stress by disrupting her daily routines.

Frantically calling local providers, only Just Plumbing Casa Grande assured me they could respond quickly and get it done. They arrived as promised and the professional-quality repair was made quickly and at a fair and reasonable cost (around $100). Worth every cent for the relief it provided.
   
I can't promise this perfection in every case, But my experience certainly says give them a try.

Freddy came on a Sunday to unclog a drain. We called 3 other plumbers and he was the only one to answer the phone at 10am on a Sunday morning. Two hours later he was at our house. He was prompt, efficient, and extremely reasonably-priced. He cleared a tough clog, answered all questions posed by my wife and me, and educated us about what to flush, and what not to flush. I have never had such a positive experience with a plumber before.

I'm updating the review, to reflect Freddy's continued efforts to make our home free of plumbing issues. So, when our problem began to recur within a couple of days, Freddy came back out with the big snake. He snaked the main line to the sewer and temporarily cleared the clog, but, when the snake came out full of roots, he warned me that the problem would keep returning until we took care of our root problem. Our landlord agreed to have Freddy dig up the main line and repair or replace as necessary, so Freddy started working on that job at about noon on a Friday.

He dug, and dug, and finally got the drain line fully exposed by about 12:30 am Saturday, after finding earlier in the day that the previous plumbers had completed the connection between ABS plastic vents and clay sewer drain with duct tape. Ha. Freddy finally lifted the first bit of clay pipe out and lo and behold...

He was right. The poor plumbing work previously done had allowed the pipes to become completely invaded by roots. Craziest thing you'll ever see. After Freddy and I pondered how anything could have flowed through those pipes (you know what I'm talking about), he commenced removing the rest of the stuff. Freddy went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure we had functional plumbing on Saturday morning. he worked until after 3 am, then came back on Saturday to fill in the trench he'd dug. Then he and his helper even replaced all the brickwork they'd had to remove. He even crushed up the old clay pipe and used it as a bed for the new ABS sewer drain, to further protect against root intrusion.

He was very honest, hard working and very knowledgeable. He did a great job and we highly recommend him! In summary, Freddy is the best.

Prime time! These folks are on time I am ready to assist with all your needs. Not overprice like the majority of other companies that I might know and yes they are here to serve!

DJ is awesome! They did a lot of miscellaneous work including drywall, tile backsplash, pantry construction, and painting. Highly recommended.

Babcock Plumbing was wonderful to deal with.  I thought I had a slab leak but turned out it was probably a water heater leak.  They came out the same day and installed a new unit.  The company is family owned and were very nice people.  I highly recommend!

It was time for my annual residential fire sprinkler inspection. I had used their services before to replace a stuck sprinkler control valve so I decided to give them a call to see how long it would take them to come out and do an inspection. WOW! Even though it was a Friday late afternoon, they had a technician team in the area and sent him straight away. The team came out, checked everything out, showed me around the fire sprinkler since I wasn't too familiar with it, and then wrapped things up. Great service. And great pricing too! Thank you.

Nicholas took care of us! He assessed the situation we had with our slow drains and worked to get us taken care of in the most cost-effective way. Nicholas went above and beyond what I expected! Highly recommended!

Looking for a local Plumber and checked out some reviews on Al's and it was a GREAT choice.  I had some major plumbing issues both inside and outside my Goodyear, AZ home.  Spoke with Al at 0700 and he had Samuel at my home at 0900.  Al gave me a ballpark quote over the phone and he was right on the mark.  Samuel who arrived at my home was very knowledgeable and professional.  Dressed with Company identification was a plus knowing who was showing up at my door.  A few large pieces of equipment needed to brought into my home and Samuel was careful not to scratch any walls or floors.  I felt Samuel treated my home as if it were his own. He gave me an honest and professional opinion on a failing kitchen faucet and didn't try to fix something that needed to be replaced.  The wife and I will select a new one and have Samuel return for an install and couple more nice to haves.  I truly believe in supporting local small business.  Yup, I found my local plumber.

Excellent and prompt service!  A reasonable $125 charge to install under-sink filtration, install new faucet, and flush water heater. They are now our go-to plumber.

We used Danny Boyd on a recommendation from another contractor. We were not disappointed! Boyco was prompt and incredibly knowledgable about what the best way to accomplish our needs for the least amount of money. They even worked us back into their schedule when my DIY project didn't work out!  I cannot recommend Danny and Rhonda highly enough!

We have recommended Boydco to two additional jobs and will continue to do so. We have found our plumber for life!

Came out and took care of our broken water softener and replaced filters on the RO system.

Andy Hobaica is the man! A honest and hard working AZ native company! These guys do great  (as in nobody does it better) work and saved me money as well.

Jorge did a Great job!  He was on-time, worked professionally and proficiently.  Kept us informed as he worked through the installation, and walked us through how often to change the filters and membrane in our new RO system.  He made sure we were pleased with his performance.  Will definitely use them again!  Pricing was much more reasonable than 4 other quotes I received from larger companies.  Saved over $350 by using Go Direct!

After I screwed up a plumbing repair on a Saturday afternoon, I called Darryl and he was at my house within an hour, with part in hand, a cheerful attitude and a confidence borne of many years in the trade.  He had us fixed up within an hour, cleaned up and charged a lot less than I expected for weekend service on a moment's notice.  I'll call him again if I need a plumber.
