I had Kyle come over 2 more times to help me with a shower and install a main valve at the front of my house.  Then I had him come back over again to help me with getting water softner and carbon tank combo and install a kitchen faucet that was very poorly installed by a unknown company. I didn't even bother with another company to get another quote because I know they can't be beat and the quality is far superb with Kyle.

I used the Yelp project search and had more than 7 responding companies in a matter of minutes. After receiving quotes, I selected Phend Plumbing as they were the only ones who noticed on the photo I included that the water heater was more than likely still under warranty. I paid the labor and parts part of this installation which included them exchanging the unit to Home Depot, new lines and drip pan. The labor price was comparable to any others who offered the installation only part.

The installer, Jordan ( I hope I got his name right) was amazing and incredibly professional and knowledgeable. He also answered extra questions I had about another water related issue. If I have a need for plumbing service, this locally owned and operated company will be the first people I call. Also noted, I was able to get a quote, exchange, and install in one day, which was the first day I started. Thank you, Phend for your professional service with a smile. Easy five star rating.

Justin at Just Plumbing is a unicorn.  Fast, super-high-quality work, HONEST, and prices that are more than reasonable. Our whole outdoor water shut-off valve unit needed to be replaced. Justin came on a Sunday for no extra charge and did the work. The next day, we had a plumber from a different company do some inside work for us. He looked at Justin's work and asked what he charged. I told him, and he said any other plumber would have charged double. Also, he used higher-quality parts than he needed to, wider pipe, and even used the modern ProPress fitting system which is safer, faster, and better. I didn't know any of this.  Instead of charging me more for less, Justin charged me less for more, and was in and out in under 30 minutes. I never would have known how awesome he was if a different professional didn't take a look at his work the next day.  Just Plumbing will be our one and only call for any service they provide.

Freddy quoted us $2000 for the exact same work that a plumber recommended by a colleague ended up doing for less than $400.

Made a friend out of Bob.  He was the lead contractor.  We opened up our kitchen to the living area.  We did it right by getting an engineer to verify the load bearing beam.  We redid all of our bathrooms.  He finished all of the items up until the end.  Love working with VETS!  Hope he posts pictures of our renovation.

Every once in awhile you find a business that does EVERYTHING right. And it's usually when you least expect it. I had a leak in my home sprinkler system and needed it taken care of ASAP. So I called the FEC and I was greeted with an incredibly friendly and knowledgeable person on the other end of my call. She was so nice. She was honest and up front about pricing. Skip ahead to the service and Scott shows up. To say that he was both friendly and professional is a gross understatement. Scott told me what needed to be done and he did it. His son ended up coming by to help finish the project. From beginning to end, this company could not have been better. I'm remarkably impressed with everyone involved. Thank you to your entire staff. What a team you have!!

Our main sewer line backed up into our backyard. I called MasterRooter and James came in less than an hour. He was fast, professional, and answered all my questions with honesty and patience. He even set us up for a follow up service to help find out why we are having issues. Their prices were much more fair than the competition. I highly recommend using them for your plumbing issues. Had a water heater pilot light the wouldn't stay lit. Called Al's Plumbing in the morning, around 7AM. Luckily a technician was available same day at 2PM. Nate showed up on time. He was very friendly and professional and represented the company well. He got the job done efficiently (replaced the thermocouple) for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend.

I called them at 6:30 this morning since my water heater was leaking all over the garage,  the technician was over to  my house by 8, new water installed by 10 am!  Made it so I can fly out on my business trip as planned today, albeit a bit later than originally planned.

We used Danny Boyd on a recommendation from another contractor. We were not disappointed! Boyco was prompt and incredibly knowledgable about what the best way to accomplish our needs for the least amount of money. They even worked us back into their schedule when my DIY project didn't work out!  I cannot recommend Danny and Rhonda highly enough!

Darryl and Joe responded to my voice mail message by stopping by the house on a Thursday afternoon.  They reviewed the work that I wanted done, which was to replace all of the old crank water valves under the sinks and behind the tolilets, 16 in total, and gave me a price for the job, which included providing all the new valves and hoses.  I agreed to the price and they said they would be out the following Monday at 9:30 to do the job.

So Monday rolls around and no Darryl, no Joe.  I reached out to Darryl at around 1:00 via his cell phone.  Darryl said he was tied up on a job and that he'd be at my house the following day at 10:00 to do the job.

So Tuesday rolls around and no Darryl, no Joe.  I reached out to Darryl at around 1:30 via his cell phone.  Darryl answers the phone greeting me by my first name.  I asked him if he was going to do the job and he responded by saying that I've dialed the wrong number.  That's pretty messed up.
