Highly recommend. Called for help with a clogged sewer drain and Brandon picked up right away while on another job. Said he would call me back in 20 and called back in 19 mins. Very professional and not rude. Told me when he was available and took down my info. Gave me a courtesy call 20 mins prior to arrival. Not only on time but several minutes early which is huge in my book! After introducing himself (friendly) he asked what needed to be done and got right to work. Did a great job. Had a very clean and professional van and equipment. Knowledgeable, fast and efficient work at a fair price. All you can ask for and more. Would highly recommend and would use again.

Great plumber! We had an issue with a remodel and needed a plumber on very short notice by 6 am but gone by the time the contractor was there by 8. No problem with these guys. They were prompt and done and gone 10 minutes before my other guy showed up. Extremely friendly and easy to work. I also thought they were very reasonably priced. Call them. You won't be sorry.

I called Just Plumbing after getting an alarming quote from a big plumbing outfit, and Justin came out to my place in Florence and gave me a quote that was 90 percent less than the other guys. He walked me through what my actual needs were and helped me get my water turned on.    

The salt free softener works great, and even after they were done with the job I noticed a few leaks( the water hasn't  been on in five years) then they checked their truck, and replaced the valves. I don't think they even charged for the extras) all within the quoted price.

I highly recommend these guys and hope to work with them in the future.

Called Freddy Fox Plumbing Monday April 6 around noon because one of my tenants had a leaky toilet.  I put him in touch with my tenant and he actually made time to go out later that evening.  He actually met my tenant around 7:00PM and worked until 9 PM to fix not only the leaky toilet, but also had to replace the fill valve, fix the shower head and the kitchen sink faucet.  I use Freddy Fox Plumbing for all my rentals and he does a great job. I would highly recommend him.

We had some contracting being done and found out that we had issues with several hose bibs and a valve.  We needed these replaced really quickly and I didn't think this was going to happen today, but Rocco responded right away and I was in luck.  He got the job done at a reasonable price and so fast there was no delay to the other work being done.  All I can say is damn!

I had given VETSBuilt a one star review previously for not contacting me when I ask for a quote. I am retracting that review and apologizing to VETSBuilt for not seeing their response via email through Yelp. They also tried calling me and I did not answer because I didn't recognize the phone number with an out of area Area Code. They also left me a voice mail that I did not see till later.

So since they have contacted me with an explanation and it was within 24 hours so I am giving them 4 stars. We worked things out and DJ was very courteous on the phone. They are now coming out tomorrow to give us our quote and we are happy.

Wonderful company. Super nice people, and outstanding customer service. Zach and Sheldon did outstanding work. Jackie in the office was great. On time, smart, friendly and very clean. Cannot recommend highly enough!

It was time for my annual residential fire sprinkler inspection. I had used their services before to replace a stuck sprinkler control valve so I decided to give them a call to see how long it would take them to come out and do an inspection. WOW! Even though it was a Friday late afternoon, they had a technician team in the area and sent him straight away. The team came out, checked everything out, showed me around the fire sprinkler since I wasn't too familiar with it, and then wrapped things up. Great service. And great pricing too! Thank you.

I would HIGHLY recommend this company and specifically Ryan. I called early Sunday morning with a clogged sink, they got me scheduled for between 9-11am same day. Ryan called and ended coming a little early, into a very stressful family situation. He was very professional and fixed the clogged sink very quickly. I can't say enough good things about Ryan and Master Rooter!

Our hot water heater went out Saturday morning so naturally just called Al.. We had a new and better with extended warranty 50 gal tank in and hot by 5 pm. Thank you so much for you response. This is the second time we have called them and both times they have responded professionally as it gets. People do appreciate the extra effort you and your staff go through each time. So kind and so quick to respond - I would not trust anyone else to do the job right.  Have used others but no one else compares!!!

We used Danny Boyd on a recommendation from another contractor. We were not disappointed! Boyco was prompt and incredibly knowledgable about what the best way to accomplish our needs for the least amount of money. They even worked us back into their schedule when my DIY project didn't work out!  I cannot recommend Danny and Rhonda highly enough!

We have recommended Boydco to two additional jobs and will continue to do so. We have found our plumber for life!

Fantastic customer service! Knockout Plumbing fixed a problem 2 weeks ago and I called them back today, left a message and the owner Dan called me right away to handle my concerns. Dan could hear the concern and worry in my voice, so he wanted to follow up personally early the next morning. After Dan and I spoke my needs became immediate. The office dispatched Michael G. and he was at my home within 15 minutes! Michael was so professional and patient and showed me that all was well and provided me with his contact information so he can come by quickly when the issue arises again. If every company elevated customer service like Knockout Plumbing, then this world would be a better place.

Andy Hobaica is the man! A honest and hard working AZ native company! These guys do great  (as in nobody does it better) work and saved me money as well.

Jorge did a Great job!  He was on-time, worked professionally and proficiently.  Kept us informed as he worked through the installation, and walked us through how often to change the filters and membrane in our new RO system.  He made sure we were pleased with his performance.  Will definitely use them again!  Pricing was much more reasonable than 4 other quotes I received from larger companies.  Saved over $350 by using Go Direct!
