I had an appt for Kooline to come out and install 3 toilets. They were supposed to come between 10a-12p. At 11am, I got a text that said they would be coming between 1p-2p because they had another job to head to. I was ok with that as I planned on being home all day. At 12p, I got a text saying they would be there in 10 mins. I thought that was weird but I'm like OK!  Then no one ever showed up. When I called the main number, the girl that answered said Yeah the tech said they went to your house and someone was doing some work and asked them to come back. And we have GPS to say he was there.  When they came back, no one answered.

Both my husband and I had been home all day. We also have a driveway camera and a doorbell camera so there was no way anybody had been to the house let alone rang the doorbell. After I said that, the girl on the phone went back and looked into things and she then said that the tech was actually on the next street over and not my street. She was about to call the tech and call me back but I told her I would be going with another company. The whole thing was very odd and sketchy and I didn't want them to come back to do any work for me.

Had our water heater stop heating and contacted Nathan late afternoon. He came out the very next morning at 7 a.m. before his scheduled stops for the day and was able to locate our problem which required an electrician. He is always friendly, personable, and quick to help. My go to plumber from here on out. Thank you Nathan!

We had to have the drain system in our home replaced due to breakage (it was cast iron). We understood from the onset that it would require ripping out our bathroom. We hired a plumbing company to jackhammer the slab and take care of it. But we still needed to have our bathroom put back. Enter Vlad. From the onset it was not a small job, as you can see from the photos. Vlad was undaunted and let us know exactly what he could do for us. He made suggestions and recommendations that helped us pick out our new materials. Older homes like ours can always pose challenges and that was definitely the case here. But Vlad worked diligently until everything was completed. We couldn't be happier with our new bathroom! We would absolutely hire Vlad again for any of our contractor needs!

My water heater went out around 9 pm. I called Travis &Sons and Matt answered and indicated he could come
the next day which was fine with me. Matt came and gave me a fair price and proceeded to replace the water heater. I could not have been happier with the whole job from start to finish. I will us Matt from now on for all my plumbing needs

My water heater died and I requested a quote through Yelp from a different company and (reluctantly) checked the box that allows Yelp to broadcast the request to every plumbing contractor in the system.  I'm glad I did.  Tom from Wildcat Waterworks contacted me.  He was able get me a very good price, the brand water heater I wanted AND install it on the same day!  If that doesn't deserve 5 stars, what does?

Lorenzo was great. He diagnosed both my problems with the bathtub and toilet. The last plumber that checked out our toilet said it need to be replaced but Lorenzo figured out the problem. He was super cool. We sat and chatted after the job is done. It's really hard to find a good plumber, especially one that is reasonable price and he's definitely both of them. I will save his number in my phone.

Never again. AC went out at around 6pm so I called Precision because their website said they offer 24 hour service right at the top on their main page. I was told someone would be paged and contact me. I waited till 2am then called them and their service tells me they are gone for the night they only work till Midnight. In the morning I complained and pretty much got nothing out of them. And their website still says 24 hours.

Was referred to them from a plumbing company that could not come out to my house for a week. Walker plumbing also said 4/5 days, when I said I just needed faucet handle put on tub, they had someone come out in 2-3 hours. Here's the catch! 495.00, for 40-45 minutes. Then it leaked within 2 days. Unbelievable

We had used Joe Ciotta Plumbing before, and Joe retired - selling the business to Shadrach.
Jason, the owner, came by to give me an estimate for a new water heater. I was shocked by the price and got 2 more estimates. All three estimates were withing 5% of each other.
Seth installed the water heater, re-did all the copper tubing, and corrected all the non-code installation errors from the previous installation. These corrections complicated the installation and required 5 hours of labor to finish the job. Jason stuck to the estimate.
Very professional, courteous, great contact with the office concerning arrival times.  5 stars an easy review.

On 1/2016 my electrician recommended: Scott at his company, Kwik as a Wink plumbing to help me finish a sewer ejection pump problem that another plumber was incompetent in completing. I needed a new lid for the container that the new ejector pump sits in so that all the sewer water now sitting in my big cement hole could be pumped out and all the water and sewage could again be contained in a container sitting in this large cement hole.  Scott said he could see me next week and finish and for me to send him a photo of the lid needed...I did and he said he received and it would not be a problem.  Advance to 1/26/16 and a follow up call to find out when he could be here.....
Eventually, almost a week later, a women called from his office and said Scott is too busy for this job so he's cancelling seeing me leaving my almost a week later to start over trying to find someone who will handle this job.  They didn't even offer me a recommendation for another plumber when I asked.  Scott just abandoned me and this job!  NOT a fair and good thing to do.....unacceptable way to do business!

This is the best  plumbing service in the Phoenix area! I have had both Ray and Paul  come on service calls. They take the time to explain what they are doing  and use great parts! So much better than what I can get at Home Depot! What a great family business!

Barrett was on time, very courteous & professional. He explained what was wrong in a very easy to understand way & fixed my issues in a very timely matter.

Bob is an awesome plumber, has a fantastic attitude, is extremely well-priced, paid close attention to detail, and went above and beyond what was asked of him.  He came to my home this morning, joked with my children, did a fantastic job with the plumbing job, and even checked an additional leak in my upstairs bathroom.  I'm so happy I found him, I can't recommend him highly enough, and he will be my first choice in plumber moving forward!

Had a tub/shower with a slow drain. Contacted several companies. Water Heroes was the first to respond. Water Heroes came out the next day and had the drain flowing freely in under 30 minutes! The final cost was less than most wanted to charge me just to come and 'look' at the drain!
Definitely recommend! Always want to support local small businesses!!!

Les is great!   We renovated all three of our bathrooms, and he was so knowledgeable and courteous.   If I ever need any plumbing done again, he is the guy for us!

I only signed up for this so I can blast this company.  I told them what had to be done but they were insistent that they came out to look at the problem.  They then went to tell me a ridiculous amount of money he would not leave unless I paid him his fee for coming out and telling me exactly  what I told him I needed done.  The jackass had the audacity to raise his voice at me in my own home.  I had to bite my lip and resist the urge to push him out of my house.  Then he would not leave in front of my house with out calling his boss.  Seriously WTF is wrong this a company that will not give a quote over the phone and make you pay a fee although I told him what needed to be done?  I think the main point of this is I think i am the most pissed that he raised his voice at me in my own home and would not leave when requested.  I will not recommend this business to anyone.
They quoted over $800 and another plumber came in and snaked my line for 50.  The owner is a tool who will not reason also.

Greg was so helpful! My experience was nothing like the ones noted below, we had called Greg after we had Bumble bee plumbing out here to fix our running toilet. Of course we were over charged and the work was not completed by the plumbing company and we were exhausted running out of resources and had no time to fix the problem. We called up Greg and he walked us through every step to get the toilet fixed, he did offer to come help us but fortunately my boyfriend was able to fix the job with Greg's help. I will defiantly consider using Greg for future iniquities and plumbing jobs. No issues so far!

After my husband tried tirelessly to fix a leaky valve outside, we just couldn't get the line sweated to get the valve soldered on. I called 24/7 first thing this morning, at they were out within 30 minutes. The quote was a little more than I was expecting, but with the Yelp coupon it made it a more tolerable. They didn't try to sell me any other services, or say that the previous work we did was shoddy, they just replaced what we needed replaced. We will definitely recommend using them again.

Our air conditioning unit was installed by a different co; but they no longer had the contract to repair the unit. Yavapai Heating & Plumbing went ahead and fixed the problem and we're absolutely fantastic from management (Tanya) as well as the technicians.(Jose, Jeremy & Chris). I would highly recommend them. Fantastic customer service !! Great job guys!!
