These guys are top notch, a 5 star company. Service with a smile, experience, explains what he is doing as he diagnosis and explains the fix. Pin pointed the water leak. Had the replacement fitting on his truck so no returns. I highly recommend this company. This was my situation, water dripping from my AC vent in the laundry room, first thought was how the hell will this get repaired if it's between floors. I was thinking My ceiling  drywall was going to be demoed but, he did have to cut and saw to find the leak but it is what it is, he did a great job the leak was at the tee fitting behind the wall. Thanks Carter and thanks Morning, you are now my go to guys.

Had our water heater stop heating and contacted Nathan late afternoon. He came out the very next morning at 7 a.m. before his scheduled stops for the day and was able to locate our problem which required an electrician. He is always friendly, personable, and quick to help. My go to plumber from here on out. Thank you Nathan!

We had to have the drain system in our home replaced due to breakage (it was cast iron). We understood from the onset that it would require ripping out our bathroom. We hired a plumbing company to jackhammer the slab and take care of it. But we still needed to have our bathroom put back. Enter Vlad. From the onset it was not a small job, as you can see from the photos. Vlad was undaunted and let us know exactly what he could do for us. He made suggestions and recommendations that helped us pick out our new materials. Older homes like ours can always pose challenges and that was definitely the case here. But Vlad worked diligently until everything was completed. We couldn't be happier with our new bathroom! We would absolutely hire Vlad again for any of our contractor needs!

Run from these guys!  Bob no longer owns the company and it is now completely incompetent. Had a horrendous experience with a leak (still not fixed) only to learn it's now an absentee owner and even the plumbers don't know who they are working for and hate it there.

I highly recommend Reni Rooter.  My garbage disposal was broken.  I contacted Lorenzo and he was out the next morning.  Quick, efficient, inexpensive and very pleasant to work with. My issues were resolved quickly.

After speaking to Sandra in the office I would like to give kudos. We talked about my concerns she was very willing to listen and we came to a mutual agreement as to how to move forward. Owner , Dustin, called at 8 am and said he would be out that day to install my new water heater.  I asked him if he would be doing it himself.  He said yes.  I informed him I would like to be here during installation.  Hours went by and I finally got a text at 2pm stating someone is going to my house now.  The tech actually was already at my house my babysitter told me.  I was very upset.  I should have been called BEFORE someone was at my house and a time should have been discussed.   I am not just sitting around my house all day waiting for someone to show up with no notice.   I informed him I was not home and I specifically told him I wanted to be there.  Also, I was upset he sent some other tech after he told me he would be doing it himself.  I agreed to let that technician take out the heater and I would be home by the time the other one went in.  I arrived at home to find nothing had been done.  I had to call him when I got home and asked him why it wasn't removed.  He said he sent the tech to another job.  I asked him again if this is going to be done today.  He said YES!  However, 5:00 comes around with no call from Dustin.  He text me at 5:00 asking if I needed it done tonight or can it wait until tomorrow.  I text him back and said I really need it tonight.  I have been without hot water for 3 days already.  I have 4 kids and we all need a shower.  Five minutes later I got a phone call from someone else in his company , since he didn't want to tell me himself, saying a technician had a death in the family and could not do it tonight.  Really?!  5 minutes late all the sudden their is a death?!  He was just hoping I would let him off the hook and tell him he could come tomorrow morning and when I didn't say that he made his buddy call me with a an excuse. What a horrible excuse.  At least be honest.  I was extremely upset.  I called the next day and Dustin was very rude could clearly care less about customer service.  I ended up having to find another company to do the work.  Luckily the next company was AWESOME!  He could have had a customer for life if he could have just been honest and followed through with what he told me he was doing.  He has now not only lost my business but he has lost my grandma's as well (who was a previous customer).  We will be taking all our business to the new company I found.

We had used Joe Ciotta Plumbing before, and Joe retired - selling the business to Shadrach.
Jason, the owner, came by to give me an estimate for a new water heater. I was shocked by the price and got 2 more estimates. All three estimates were withing 5% of each other.
Seth installed the water heater, re-did all the copper tubing, and corrected all the non-code installation errors from the previous installation. These corrections complicated the installation and required 5 hours of labor to finish the job. Jason stuck to the estimate.
Very professional, courteous, great contact with the office concerning arrival times.  5 stars an easy review.

We have used Kwik As a Wink Plumbing on several occasions over the last 3 years.  Scott Sr. and Scott Jr. are a pleasure to deal with and their service and ethics speak for themselves!

We found ourselves in need of their expertise again last night (Friday, Dec. 4th, 2015) when my husband found we had a leak by our front door.  My husband called at 5:43 pm and left a VM.  By 5:52 pm, Scott Sr. was calling us back - and this is their usual, exceptional service!

He let us know he had an 8:00 am appt. on Saturday, but that he would swing by our house at 7:00 am to see where the leak was, and would be back at 10:00 to start working on it.  One of the things we love about them is that they do what they say they will, when they say they will!  This is a common courtesy lacking in a lot of companies!  

True to his word, Scott Sr. was back at the house at 10:00 am and started working on the leak. When he had to leave to get parts, but had the leak down to a seep, he left the water on for me so I could flush toilets, fill the dog's water bowl, water my plants, wash my hands, etc.  I appreciated this since we hadn't had water in over 16 hours!!  He came back, fixed the problem, and was on his way.

They are so fairly and reasonably priced, do great work, and are so trustworthy!  Personally, my husband and I would not even consider using any other plumber for our FH home!

Great experience. Set an appointment up for a leaking shower head and a leaking hose. Guy showed up on time and was very friendly. He was professional in how he explained everything. I did think the price was a little high but they were quick and efficient. I would pay it again for their professionalism.

Bob is an awesome plumber, has a fantastic attitude, is extremely well-priced, paid close attention to detail, and went above and beyond what was asked of him.  He came to my home this morning, joked with my children, did a fantastic job with the plumbing job, and even checked an additional leak in my upstairs bathroom.  I'm so happy I found him, I can't recommend him highly enough, and he will be my first choice in plumber moving forward!

Had a tub/shower with a slow drain. Contacted several companies. Water Heroes was the first to respond. Water Heroes came out the next day and had the drain flowing freely in under 30 minutes! The final cost was less than most wanted to charge me just to come and 'look' at the drain!

I damaged the hose bib on the side of my home and needed a plumber to have it replaced.  As a resident of MMR, I had come across mention and reviews of Les and MMR Plumbing - All Great!  (He works throughout the valley!)

I called and spoke with Les.  After explaining the situation, he told me he was able to come out the same day.  The repair works and looks great!  

Les is the type of business owner you want to do business with.  He said what he meant and meant what he said.  His work was excellent and the area left spotless.  I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Les.  He will be the person I call and recommend for any plumbing need!

Walt was quick to get to Mom's house when she had a sewer back up in her home. He was thorough and professional in addressing her terrible event. When I had a leak in my own home that three prior plumbers could not find, I called him and he found it, repaired it and cleaned up after himself. Walt is the best plumber I've ever had the pleasure to have work on any of my homes. I'll never call any other plumber but Walt.

Greg the owner is great. We woke up to a leaky water softening system which was old and needed replacement. He called back was able to arrive to uninstall it and remedy the leak. He arrived in less than 30 min to do so. T Very professional. Prompt and fast. Pricing was reasonable for the fix.

I called this outfit to take care of a problem with a shower drain backup after doing a load of wash.  Tallson showed up and after checking around said that he would have to snake from the roof as we did not have cleanouts.  This would cost $750. but he would discount it to $669. and there would be a charge of $350. if a camera was needed.  I stupidly agreed to this without getting other estimates.  Tallson snaked the drain and said they was a blockage.  He said that we should put in the cleanouts which was about $2600.  So they dug a 6ft hole, snaked the sewer line and said that there were bulges and holes and the line needed to be replaced which would bring the total to $8500., which we stupidly paid. We did not see any pictures of this problem. The line was installed and my husband took a shower after the work was completed on Sunday.  The shower did not drain.  I called 24/7 3 times the next day and left 2 messages stating that I had not received a copy of the invoice or the pictures that had been taken and that we had a problem with shower draining..  Later that afternoon I did receive a copy of the invoice but did realize until days later that the pictures were continued after the invoice but there were no pictures of the 'sewer damage'. Did not receive a callback from them about the shower problem.  The next day we went to the office and I spoke with Jan who apologized for them not getting back to us as they were having 'trouble with their voice mail' but remember I did receive the invoice.  Jan said that he would have someone be at our house shortly.  After we got home a plumber from 24/7 showed up.  He looked at the shower, ran some water and then told me that I had broken pipes. Just by looking around the bathroom He made this decision. They would replace the pipes under the house (Tallson had told me over a week ago that the pipes into the house were clear) for $8000. which was less than normally charged but they would give us a break because of the other work they had done.  He never attempted to clear the drain.  He left after I told him I needed to check with my husband, sat in his truck for a while and then sent me an estimate detailing the work they would do.  Later that day I received a second estimate from the company looking for an agreement to do the work.  I called Sunland Plumbing who quickly cleared the drain of a small amount of hair and sludge for a cost of $145. Coby also explained how his company would have charged us considerably less for the sewer line replacement which of course at this point we do not believe we even needed.  This is a very unscrupulous company and I would give them much less than 1 star if it were possible.

A year ago Yavapai Plumbing and Heating came out and re-connected my main water line from my street service to my house (between my inside valve and the main).  I was please with their work.  Then one year later I saw a healthy leak right at the inside valve they had connected their pex piping to.  After digging it up they determined that they had connected the new pex piping to four inches of the old rubber connection and then into the existing valve.  That four inch piece of old rubber pipe had split between their pex connection and the valve...
They agreed that they should have replaced the inside valve (and connected it properly with the pex) when the first job was done, and after speaking with their other plumber, decided not to charge for this repair.  I appreciated that.  Thanks for being fair guys!
