These guys are top notch, a 5 star company. Service with a smile, experience, explains what he is doing as he diagnosis and explains the fix. Pin pointed the water leak. Had the replacement fitting on his truck so no returns. I highly recommend this company. This was my situation, water dripping from my AC vent in the laundry room, first thought was how the hell will this get repaired if it's between floors. I was thinking My ceiling  drywall was going to be demoed but, he did have to cut and saw to find the leak but it is what it is, he did a great job the leak was at the tee fitting behind the wall. Thanks Carter and thanks Morning, you are now my go to guys.

Had our water heater stop heating and contacted Nathan late afternoon. He came out the very next morning at 7 a.m. before his scheduled stops for the day and was able to locate our problem which required an electrician. He is always friendly, personable, and quick to help. My go to plumber from here on out. Thank you Nathan!

We had to have the drain system in our home replaced due to breakage (it was cast iron). We understood from the onset that it would require ripping out our bathroom. We hired a plumbing company to jackhammer the slab and take care of it. But we still needed to have our bathroom put back. Enter Vlad. From the onset it was not a small job, as you can see from the photos. Vlad was undaunted and let us know exactly what he could do for us. He made suggestions and recommendations that helped us pick out our new materials. Older homes like ours can always pose challenges and that was definitely the case here. But Vlad worked diligently until everything was completed. We couldn't be happier with our new bathroom! We would absolutely hire Vlad again for any of our contractor needs!

Dreadful experience with installation of four faucets!  Initial work was unacceptable -- faucets weren't lined up over the holes in the granite, so there was an opening next to the base and drains leaked.  Plumber returned once but didn't fix the problems and, due to his attitude over the phone when we informed him of the continuing issues, I decided to redo the installation myself following manufacturer instructions.  In doing so, I noted several failures to comply with installation instructions.  Problems now solved.

We had a water leak causing us not to be able to use kitchen sink or dishwasher at all. Tom was recommended to us and is the best recommendation we have ever received. Tom was extremely prompt, efficient, and completed the job with excellence! We will absolutely be using him for any plumbing needs in the future and know for a fact we will have some as our home is aging. Lorenzo was great. He diagnosed both my problems with the bathtub and toilet. The last plumber that checked out our toilet said it need to be replaced but Lorenzo figured out the problem. He was super cool. We sat and chatted after the job is done. It's really hard to find a good plumber, especially one that is reasonable price and he's definitely both of them. I will save his number in my phone.

I never write reviews, but this company is so terrible to deal with. They charge a fortune and they are not reliable. They had to come out 2 times because they didn't know what they were doing. Then they were going to have to come out a third time because they are so inefficient. They charged so much money and were not helpful. They cancel appointments they make and they can't get their techs out on time. Good luck if you try using them. Also, they have staff answering the phones who are clueless.

Walker plumbing was excellent they came out on time. Tech was very thorough and got the job done in the right amount time I felt I was not overcharged and told me everything that he needed to do great company would recommend them for any of my friends thank you for coming

I live in Fountain Hills and was looking for a local business to repair my toiilet.  The toilet's water was running contiuously where i had to shut the water to it.  I have used Shaddrach Plumbing before and was verry pleased with their work!  Jared was on time .He appeared very professional.  He used plastic shoe coverings while in the house. i directed him to tfhe toilet that needed repair and he knew exactly what the problem was.   He proceeded to fix the toulet and was very meticulous. His price was very reasonable. I'll continue to used Shaddrach.

Rude and unprofessional! Scott Senior fixed 2 leaky faucets in late May but said he needed a sleeve to fix a third and would return in 3-4 days.  After a week I called and a woman returned my call, saying Scott hadn't forgotten me, would see me in a few days.  I called three more times and left messages, asking them to let me know if he could not do the job.  I have not heard from them.  One star is a little high, as their failure to return calls is rude and unprofessional.

Kitchen sink was clogged Raymond arrived at the scheduled time.  Found a clean out on exterior of the house,  ran a snake down the clean out.  Great experience and will recommend.

Fast appointment. Personable, on time and got the venting done in spite of obstacles in the crawl space due to construction!

Bob is an awesome plumber, has a fantastic attitude, is extremely well-priced, paid close attention to detail, and went above and beyond what was asked of him.  He came to my home this morning, joked with my children, did a fantastic job with the plumbing job, and even checked an additional leak in my upstairs bathroom.  I'm so happy I found him, I can't recommend him highly enough, and he will be my first choice in plumber moving forward!

Had a tub/shower with a slow drain. Contacted several companies. Water Heroes was the first to respond. Water Heroes came out the next day and had the drain flowing freely in under 30 minutes! The final cost was less than most wanted to charge me just to come and 'look' at the drain!
Definitely recommend! Always want to support local small businesses!!!

smiley plumbing Phoenix az.Ripped Off And Scammed My Mother of 86 years old for a toilet ... that cost $1159.00 and it only needed a chain replaced. Walt took advantage of my Mother of 86 years.

Greg the owner is great. We woke up to a leaky water softening system which was old and needed replacement. He called back was able to arrive to uninstall it and remedy the leak. He arrived in less than 30 min to do so. T Very professional. Prompt and fast. Pricing was reasonable for the fix.

LONG STORY SHORT - Hired plumber and paid plumber -yes! Ridiculous
upcharges-yes! NO SHOW-TWICE! (24/7 is a joke!)
Agreed upon services provided-no! Quality -no!
DETAILS - Had issues with kitchen sink draining. Purchased Angie's
List deal for kitchen sink drainage.  Plumber came and said the deal I
purchased does not include my particular kitchen sink thus an upcharge
of $179. Then, plumber said I needed to replace a part and it will
cost me an additional $120. I found the part at Home Depot for $15. I
called the plumber back when I noticed that even with the new part, it
was still not draining properly. The customer service started off
great but then it went south fast!
I spoke with Jan (customer service manager) on 12/24 around 10am and
he said he will see if he can find someone and get back to me. I went
to lunch at noon only to receive a call from Dan (another plumber)
saying that he's at my house. I told him that I wasn't expecting him
as Jan did not tell me a time but said he will call me back.  I asked
Dan if we could reschedule to 2pm when I'll get back home.  He said
he'll see me at 2pm. Then, Jan called me around 1pm to let me know
that Dan will not be available at 2pm and we rescheduled between
7am-8am on Mon, 12/28.  At 8:10am, no one showed up so I called Jan.
Mark jumped on the called and let me know that they'll have to call me
back. I said that I had class at 9:30, which I didn't make btw due to
this fiasco. At this point, I was livid, two NO SHOWS and sink still
not draining properly.  The irony is that the name of this plumbing
business is 24/7 Plumbing.  I wouldn't have had a problem with paying
the $179 if I actually got results!  Mark called me back and said they
don't have anyone available to send over this morning so I ask him for
a refund so that I can find someone else to get the job done. At that
point, he told me that I should find someone else and hung up on me!
I called back and Jan said the earliest they can do is the next day.
I told him that was unacceptable and for him to tell Mark that I would
like a refund if no one is available to come out this morning. Jan
said he will call me back.  I told him to let Mark (the owner) know
that I will be disputing the credit charge for non-delivery of
services paid and will be writing this review online.  Haven't heard
back.
ATTENTION WOMEN CUSTOMERS: You know how it feels when you walk into a
car dealership and they try to rip you off because they don't think
you know anything about cars.  I GET THE SAME FEELING FROM THESE
PEOPLE! BUYERS BEWARE!

Cannot say enough about the communication, work performed and technician that came out to clean our air conditioning units. We won a free cleaning from a home show we had attended. We were not expecting the spectacular service we received. From the very start our appointment was confirmed and the technician, Trevor Lay, was prompt and courteous. There is no doubt that if and when we have a service issue in the future who we will call to complete the service request :)
