Best Plumbing Services in Arizona

I have in the past 15 years used several different plumbers here in Maricopa and am 100% sure that the plumber that anyone should use is Kooline Plumbing.  They are trustworthy, honest professionals and quite fair on their pricing.

Had our water heater stop heating and contacted Nathan late afternoon. He came out the very next morning at 7 a.m. before his scheduled stops for the day and was able to locate our problem which required an electrician. He is always friendly, personable, and quick to help. My go to plumber from here on out. Thank you Nathan!

We had to have the drain system in our home replaced due to breakage (it was cast iron). We understood from the onset that it would require ripping out our bathroom. We hired a plumbing company to jackhammer the slab and take care of it. But we still needed to have our bathroom put back. Enter Vlad. From the onset it was not a small job, as you can see from the photos. Vlad was undaunted and let us know exactly what he could do for us. He made suggestions and recommendations that helped us pick out our new materials. Older homes like ours can always pose challenges and that was definitely the case here. But Vlad worked diligently until everything was completed. We couldn't be happier with our new bathroom! We would absolutely hire Vlad again for any of our contractor needs!

My water heater went out around 9 pm. I called Travis &Sons and Matt answered and indicated he could come
the next day which was fine with me. Matt came and gave me a fair price and proceeded to replace the water heater. I could not have been happier with the whole job from start to finish. I will us Matt from now on for all my plumbing needs

They got back me in a timely manner but unfortunately they were over booked.  Oh well, we tried.

Lorenzo was great. He diagnosed both my problems with the bathtub and toilet. The last plumber that checked out our toilet said it need to be replaced but Lorenzo figured out the problem. He was super cool. We sat and chatted after the job is done. It's really hard to find a good plumber, especially one that is reasonable price and he's definitely both of them. I will save his number in my phone.

Had a bad experience and posted a negative review.  Sandra, on yelp,  asked me to call and talk to her about my experience.  I tried twice to talk to her with no luck.  On the third try, she answered the phone.  She did not have my correct phone number to return my calls.  Really.  Company is very un- professional in my opinion.

My review is not necessarily due to workmanship, as we were happy with the final outcome.  My negative review is due to the fact that the company is very quick to call you when you need service, but will not return a phone call when you are unhappy with the original work.  
We had risers added to our existing septic  system last year and the work was done by Walker Plumbing. Last month during a major rain storm the ground around both risers washed away and created a sink hole that caused a landscape rock to slide in to the hole, knock the riser off and fill the  septic full of water and mud.  Walker plumbing came back out to repair, but charged the full amount of the repair without assuming any responsibility for not compacting the dirt enough last year.  
All I really expected them to do was call me back, but after two weeks and three phone calls, I still have not received a phone call. Companies need to acknowledge that custom service goes beyond the completion of a job.

We had used Joe Ciotta Plumbing before, and Joe retired - selling the business to Shadrach.
Jason, the owner, came by to give me an estimate for a new water heater. I was shocked by the price and got 2 more estimates. All three estimates were withing 5% of each other.
Seth installed the water heater, re-did all the copper tubing, and corrected all the non-code installation errors from the previous installation. These corrections complicated the installation and required 5 hours of labor to finish the job. Jason stuck to the estimate.
Very professional, courteous, great contact with the office concerning arrival times.  5 stars an easy review.

Scott Wink is a honest straight talker.  He knows his stuff.  I had a recurring problem with a clogged pipe near the clean out.  A reputable plumbing company wanted $4500 to fix the problem.  I called Kwik As A Wink for a second opinion.  After about 5 mintues of analyzing the sitution, Scott came up with a solution which cost me nothing more than the $70 service call!  It's comforting to know that people are still around who put integrity and honesty above the almighty dollar!  Thank you Scott Wink for solving my problem.

Back in March I called Drain Squad to replace a faucet that was a little dated. In one week Lisa and Ray came with their professionalism  and superb knowledge on installing a beautiful classy faucet. The installation was flawless. My husband and I are very happy with their services. We will recommend Drain Squad to anyone looking for excellent service and good people. Gwen H.

Apes was quick to respond to my request for service and answered all my questions.  They were able to give me an estimate of the cost of the repairs prior to the work being done.  Much appreciated

Bob is an awesome plumber, has a fantastic attitude, is extremely well-priced, paid close attention to detail, and went above and beyond what was asked of him.  He came to my home this morning, joked with my children, did a fantastic job with the plumbing job, and even checked an additional leak in my upstairs bathroom.  I'm so happy I found him, I can't recommend him highly enough, and he will be my first choice in plumber moving forward!

Had a tub/shower with a slow drain. Contacted several companies. Water Heroes was the first to respond. Water Heroes came out the next day and had the drain flowing freely in under 30 minutes! The final cost was less than most wanted to charge me just to come and 'look' at the drain!
Definitely recommend! Always want to support local small businesses!!!

Unfortunately, I was not here when Wolf of Smiley Plumbing came in yesterday to repair a standard toilet & to drain a 5 year old hot water heater.  He replaced most of the internal flushing equipment (about $50 worth at Home Depot) & charged us $400 & gave us a $20 discount because of a coupon.  He also charged $200 to hook the hose up to the hot water heater for 1/2 an hour, & gave us a $50 discount on that.  He quoted $1,000 for a hot water circulating system for a 2000 sq. ft. home, which we did not have done.
Needless to say, when I found out about the exorbitant price we paid, I contacted Wolf & asked for a partial refund.  He denied that since he had already honored a $20 discount coupon, & insisted that this $400 price was within industry standards.
I will do everything in my power to spread my total dis-satisfaction with the advantage he took of a senior citizen in a retirement community.

Greg was so helpful! My experience was nothing like the ones noted below, we had called Greg after we had Bumble bee plumbing out here to fix our running toilet. Of course we were over charged and the work was not completed by the plumbing company and we were exhausted running out of resources and had no time to fix the problem. We called up Greg and he walked us through every step to get the toilet fixed, he did offer to come help us but fortunately my boyfriend was able to fix the job with Greg's help. I will defiantly consider using Greg for future iniquities and plumbing jobs. No issues so far!

LONG STORY SHORT - Hired plumber and paid plumber -yes! Ridiculous
upcharges-yes! NO SHOW-TWICE! (24/7 is a joke!)
Agreed upon services provided-no! Quality -no!
DETAILS - Had issues with kitchen sink draining. Purchased Angie's
List deal for kitchen sink drainage.  Plumber came and said the deal I
purchased does not include my particular kitchen sink thus an upcharge
of $179. Then, plumber said I needed to replace a part and it will
cost me an additional $120. I found the part at Home Depot for $15. I
called the plumber back when I noticed that even with the new part, it
was still not draining properly. The customer service started off
great but then it went south fast!
I spoke with Jan (customer service manager) on 12/24 around 10am and
he said he will see if he can find someone and get back to me. I went
to lunch at noon only to receive a call from Dan (another plumber)
saying that he's at my house. I told him that I wasn't expecting him
as Jan did not tell me a time but said he will call me back.  I asked
Dan if we could reschedule to 2pm when I'll get back home.  He said
he'll see me at 2pm. Then, Jan called me around 1pm to let me know
that Dan will not be available at 2pm and we rescheduled between
7am-8am on Mon, 12/28.  At 8:10am, no one showed up so I called Jan.
Mark jumped on the called and let me know that they'll have to call me
back. I said that I had class at 9:30, which I didn't make btw due to
this fiasco. At this point, I was livid, two NO SHOWS and sink still
not draining properly.  The irony is that the name of this plumbing
business is 24/7 Plumbing.  I wouldn't have had a problem with paying
the $179 if I actually got results!  Mark called me back and said they
don't have anyone available to send over this morning so I ask him for
a refund so that I can find someone else to get the job done. At that
point, he told me that I should find someone else and hung up on me!
I called back and Jan said the earliest they can do is the next day.
I told him that was unacceptable and for him to tell Mark that I would
like a refund if no one is available to come out this morning. Jan
said he will call me back.  I told him to let Mark (the owner) know
that I will be disputing the credit charge for non-delivery of
services paid and will be writing this review online.  Haven't heard
back.
ATTENTION WOMEN CUSTOMERS: You know how it feels when you walk into a
car dealership and they try to rip you off because they don't think
you know anything about cars.  I GET THE SAME FEELING FROM THESE
PEOPLE! BUYERS BEWARE!

Yavapai Plumbing and Heating installed an electric water heater for me.  Mine had worn out and I was without hot water.  I called them and they came out within a very short period of time and I had a new working water heater.  There was a slight communication problem and when I spoke with them and explained the situation, they handled it with complete professionalism and the problem was solved to both of our satisfaction.  Great company to work with and if you need someone who is professional and stands behind their work this is the company for you.  Thank you for everything
