The workmanship, the new shower was $2500 less than they other 3 quote. I also got tile work, top of the line shower door on his price. Fair family man running a great business. Once you meet him you will have a great new friend. And have no fear of plumbing repairs.

We've used Mark for several issues now; sewer/root backup, new RO water system, and water hammer. He is so awesome to work with. Mark is knowledgeable, professional, and he's trustworthy. Thank God for our go-to plumber!

Aquapro is our preferred plumbing provider for the past 10 years. Referred to us by a neighbor, Chris is always professional and educates you on what you need and why you need it. He has worked on our Reverse Osmosis system, Fixtures, Refrigerator Water Dispenser and most recently replaced our Water Softener system. They are neither the most expensive or inexpensive provider, but the service we receive is always the highest quality. You get more than you pay for with Aquapro. I am confident that the service I receive is top notch, and Chris will stand by the work he does, and he will be around to back it up. His wife Vicky does the scheduling and billing, and keeps things running smoothly and efficiently. Chris shows up when she schedules him without a large window of time to be waiting for his arrival, and billing is always easy to deal with. I don't often recommend service providers, because one person's experience doesn't always reflect what another will perceive, but I know with Aquapro, you will get what you pay for from someone who takes pride in their work and their business. I actually only called Arizona's Dukes of Air to make sure that the estimate I got from another A/C company was reasonable and the very friendly woman who answered the phone was able to confirm that it was. She didn't have to do that and I really appreciate it.

Since I already had the other guys out, I am going to stick with them, but based on this customer service, I may consider switching to Arizona's Dukes of Air in the future.

This company I would honestly say he's the best in this business. He answers his phone promptly, you can tell him what you need and gives you a quote of a price and he keeps his word on it. He will tell you up front if you pay in cash or check it's the price he quotes but if you use a credit card you will pay a little more. He will shows up on time and he's ready to work. After he's done the area where he did the job is left very clean and orderly. You don't even know work was done there. As long as he's in business he has a permanent client with us! If you need a great plumber look no further and use this company. You won't go wrong!

i left this co my number on a est for retainer wall. They never contact at all. I wouldn't recommend them now..How disappointed

First experience 3 years ago was great, so decided to give it a go again. Had them come out and paid to have the issue fixed. After discovering the next day the issue wasn't fixed I attempted to contact Dave several times and got the run around. Finally gave up and indicated I would find another option and haven't heard form him since. Unfortunate as I had a lot of upcoming business between a bathroom remodel and a salt water replacement.

I want to share a big THANK YOU to Jeff for fixing my sliding door! Since I moved in a few months ago, it continued to get worse to the point it wouldn't lock or even close all the way. He was very responsive, came out ASAP, and finished very timely. I have plenty of other house projects on my list for 2022 and will definitely be calling Jeff to help.

This is going to be an odd review.  We ended up having a misunderstanding and things didn't end on a friendly note, unfortunately.  But as you can see by the star rating I was satisfied with the work done.

We had need of a plumber after our water heater failed.  OMW was recommended by a contractor I trust.  They helped me secure a good water heater, and also installed a pan with drain line so hopefully any future episodes with the heater will direct all the water outside.  OMW was responsive, and we were scheduled reasonably quickly once the water damage in the area had been addressed.  No complaints about the work, nor the serviceman (Richard) who came out.  Richard worked well past quitting time until the primary job was done.

A follow-up call was needed because we wanted a drain for the second water heater, and it was so late after he had installed the unit that I told him to just go home and come back some time in the future.  When he did come back to install the drain he left an invoice.  I was confused because I thought it was part of the original agreement, but I did not have it in writing (searched my emails extensively).  Given this fact I called to give my credit card number but was told to forget it.

What really sucks here is that I think I found a reasonably-priced and responsive plumber who probably won't want to deal with me now!!  But I can't take that out on them, so I have to give them four stars.  I can recommend them based on work and pricing.

Garett's was not only quick and efficient at fixing an outdoor leak at my house but they were also over $100 less expensive than the next quote we got. I'm very happy with their service and plan to use them again.

Ross was great. These guys came in through the home warranty company for a leak in the pipes for the water heater. They responded the same day as I put in the service request. Eventhough I paid only the call fees their rates seemed reasonable. They had the whole thing fixed in an hour and left. Will definitely call them again for any plumbing issues.

Scottsdale Plumbing is by far the best plumbing business in the valley. I have had various convoluted and pressing plumbing issues with different lines in my condo for twelve years and this company has been the only one able to solve them. My latest plumbing nightmare was due to my washing machine causing a rancid odor in my condo every time I ran it. Darren, the plumber who came out to fix the issue, worked really hard to fix the problem and I no longer have any issues. He is very knowledgeable and professional. Come here and request him or you will be disappointed with your results!!

Plumb smart set up our new salon location in Peoria. They did the underground pipes for the three shampoo bowls  and also two esthetician's rooms. They did a beautiful job. Installed a large commercial tankless water heater that we love so much. Takes up no space at all in our closet. They have also worked on minor things in our other two locations in Mesa and Peoria. We highly recommend plumb smart. Friendly staff and always willing to go the extra mile.
