Dukes of Air is a great company.  I knew John when he worked for another company and were completely impressed with him.  When we found out he had gone out on his own, we immediately called and have been using him now for a couple years.  I just had Tristan out for my bi-annual check, and as usual, everyone who works for this company are incredibly polite, and competent.  Tristan told me I have a leak at the bearing seals, but at this point is no problem.  James had told me this six months ago when he was here, No pressure to need 'repairs' or scare over having to buy a new one-even though I had received an email from them regarding 0% interest for five years on a new unit-there was NO pressure to replace it, which I truly appreciate!  I purchased about a year ago a service contract for $12.99/mo and it guarantees me rapid service if I have a problem during the hot season, and it also covers bi-annual a/c checkups-which can run anywhere from $39 (if SRP is subsidizing) to $129. Dukes of Air is a great company to work with, from Tonya in the office to all the techs I've had out to date.  Highly recommend!  You never have to wonder if you are getting the straight story.  If/when I have to replace this unit, I'll know it's because it truly does need replacing, and not that they just want to sell another unit.

This company I would honestly say he's the best in this business. He answers his phone promptly, you can tell him what you need and gives you a quote of a price and he keeps his word on it. He will tell you up front if you pay in cash or check it's the price he quotes but if you use a credit card you will pay a little more. He will shows up on time and he's ready to work. After he's done the area where he did the job is left very clean and orderly. You don't even know work was done there. As long as he's in business he has a permanent client with us! If you need a great plumber look no further and use this company. You won't go wrong!

Dave, the owner, is really awesome. I called him for a consultation on a water heater, & while he was there, he helped me locate a slab water leak, & had it fixed the very next day. A pleasure to do business with. Super understanding, & accepts PayPal payments. I've tried half a dozen other plumbers in the area, & am glad to have found one I can stick with.

I want to share a big THANK YOU to Jeff for fixing my sliding door! Since I moved in a few months ago, it continued to get worse to the point it wouldn't lock or even close all the way. He was very responsive, came out ASAP, and finished very timely. I have plenty of other house projects on my list for 2022 and will definitely be calling Jeff to help.

Best plumber experience - ever! Chris is knowledgable, reliable, dependable, experienced and what is most important reasonably priced. We only use Renew since we met them 3 years ago.

We recently moved into a flipped house and had issues with our plumbing shower/toilet that cause some frustrating clogs. I gave Matt a call in the morning and provided him the problem, and a little more than an hour he arrived.

Matt did a thorough job on the mainline and was able to resolve the clogs for both bathrooms. I would highly recommend Matt to anyone given his excellent response time and fair price on the work.

This is going to be an odd review.  We ended up having a misunderstanding and things didn't end on a friendly note, unfortunately.  But as you can see by the star rating I was satisfied with the work done.

We had need of a plumber after our water heater failed.  OMW was recommended by a contractor I trust.  They helped me secure a good water heater, and also installed a pan with drain line so hopefully any future episodes with the heater will direct all the water outside.  OMW was responsive, and we were scheduled reasonably quickly once the water damage in the area had been addressed.  No complaints about the work, nor the serviceman (Richard) who came out.  Richard worked well past quitting time until the primary job was done.

A follow-up call was needed because we wanted a drain for the second water heater, and it was so late after he had installed the unit that I told him to just go home and come back some time in the future.  When he did come back to install the drain he left an invoice.  I was confused because I thought it was part of the original agreement, but I did not have it in writing (searched my emails extensively).  Given this fact I called to give my credit card number but was told to forget it.

What really sucks here is that I think I found a reasonably-priced and responsive plumber who probably won't want to deal with me now!!  But I can't take that out on them, so I have to give them four stars.  I can recommend them based on work and pricing.

Called Dave to have my new water softener installed and couldn't be happier with it. He showed up right no time and in a couple of hours everything was installed. Dave is a great person and a great professional who stands behind his work. I can't recommend him enough!

I had them come out to install toilets and faucets in a house we just bought. I also had them come out to fix a leak with my jacuzzi tub. There was a two week period before we actually moved into the house. I realized my master bath faucets have hot water on the opposite side they normally are on.  I left three messages for Steve before I actually reached him again on October 5th. I needed them to come on a Saturday as both my husband and I had recently started new jobs. He told me he would check with his tech or maybe he would come and handle.  I still have yet to hear back from him.  Too bad. They lost a customer that would have been loyal. We have another leak on a water bib, but we'll get someone else who wants to have a customer.  If I have to pay someone to fix the master bath faucets, I'll be sending him the bill.

The guy that helped me with my sink faucet was so incredibly helpful! I did not buy and parts or have any contracted service through Scottsdale Plumbing, but he went out of his way for 30+mins to help me figure out my problem. Why can't other places have customer service this fantastic! I HIGHLY recommend Scottsdale Plumbing Company!

I had Plumbsmart install a new A/C for me, and it was a difficult fit for the airhandler to go back in the closet. Robert is amazing, figured things out and made it work perfectly.
I can't say enough great stuff about this company, their employees, and how they treat customers.
You will not only get the best price, but they listen to you and answer truthfully. I would give Plumbsmart top rating.
