I recently found out that the pipe inside the wall of my master bathroom shower had sprung a leak.   Mark and Collin from Top Notch Plumbing came out and immediately identified and started the procedures to demo and repair the bathroom.   Top Notch has helped me in the past and I knew they were the right company to get me through this.   Thank you for your help.   We still have more to do but I'm sure they will take good care of me

Aquapro is our preferred plumbing provider for the past 10 years. Referred to us by a neighbor, Chris is always professional and educates you on what you need and why you need it. He has worked on our Reverse Osmosis system, Fixtures, Refrigerator Water Dispenser and most recently replaced our Water Softener system. They are neither the most expensive or inexpensive provider, but the service we receive is always the highest quality. You get more than you pay for with Aquapro. I am confident that the service I receive is top notch, and Chris will stand by the work he does, and he will be around to back it up. His wife Vicky does the scheduling and billing, and keeps things running smoothly and efficiently. Chris shows up when she schedules him without a large window of time to be waiting for his arrival, and billing is always easy to deal with. I don't often recommend service providers, because one person's experience doesn't always reflect what another will perceive, but I know with Aquapro, you will get what you pay for from someone who takes pride in their work and their business. Steve did an excellent job with a frustrating new-stove situation. Our new stove was almost 4 inches from the wall since the gas pipe in the back was getting in the way. Steve was efficient in responding to our messages, came at first availability, quoted us a fair price and got the job done professionally. Our kitchen looks great and we couldn't have asked for anything more!

I want to share a big THANK YOU to Jeff for fixing my sliding door! Since I moved in a few months ago, it continued to get worse to the point it wouldn't lock or even close all the way. He was very responsive, came out ASAP, and finished very timely. I have plenty of other house projects on my list for 2022 and will definitely be calling Jeff to help.

I had a plumbing problem and was given an estimate by one plumber who told me extensive work was required along with a price tag to match. Chris looked at my problem and explained what was necessary as well as what wasn't necessary. He literally saved me hundreds of dollars. He is a true professional: communicates, cordial, on time, knowledgeable, quality work, cleans up when finished, and most of all, HONEST. I highly recommend his service and at the very least, would suggest you get an estimate from Chris before starting any plumbing work.

We recently moved into a flipped house and had issues with our plumbing shower/toilet that cause some frustrating clogs. I gave Matt a call in the morning and provided him the problem, and a little more than an hour he arrived.

Matt did a thorough job on the mainline and was able to resolve the clogs for both bathrooms. I would highly recommend Matt to anyone given his excellent response time and fair price on the work.

My toilet overflowed on the second floor and water went everywhere (down to my first floor). Although I didn't need a plumber at the moment, she made some calls for me and set me up with a restoration company that came out that night. She was soo helpful and really made this disaster manageable! Thanks!

Dave and Bob came on time and fixed my gas line and installed the new water filter. They were quick and honest guys. Definitely recommend them!

I use this Company for my two rental properties and my personal residence for all handyman needs. The most important quality of this business is they are reliable, show up when they say, get the job done right. This seems to be harder and harder to find now but Crew of Two is just that!

Hummel Plumbing was referred by the home warranty company, and should not have been.  There was just a small leak on the floor between the toilet and vanity. Instead of going for the easiest of solutions the plumber called a mitigating company. The company disassembled our vanity turned of the water and found no mold. The cost of mitigation is $1200 without going through insurance.  Now we have no sink, but for the deductible of $75 (warranty deductible) we have a new wax ring under the toilet.  That was the only issue. Bone dry under the sink. I tried to get monetary assistance from the plumbing company to pay that. The owner said that he would not, and he hung up on me when I suggested that they should not be on the home warranty's list for plumbing companies.  Tomorrow we we contractors putting the bathroom vanity back together at our expense.

We called to have a leaking hose bib repaired as well as a toilet in the barn that was broken.  The technician fixed neither and we were billed for $120.00.  I called and talked to Peg explaining that I was not going to pay a bill when nothing was repaired.  She argued that their technician drove a long distance to get to our home in Cave Creek.  I pointed out that I did not call them to drive to my home, but instead to fix a couple of plumbing issues.  Ultimately, I fixed these things myself and I am no plumber by any stretch of the imagination.  We have always had good results from Scottsdale Plumbing and feel that we have always been treated fairly in the past.  Her reluctance to issue the credit and attitude has seriously damaged what I thought was a good relationship.  It seems to me unlikely that I will call them again.

Okay, so we have beenn having issues with  our hot water heater for quite some time, and every time our landlord is sending oAut the same guy who clearly doesn't know what he is doing, so I had to call some professionals, I called Plumbsmart, and told them what was going on, they got someone to come out to do an estimate within 1 hour!! Shawn did the estimate (AMAZING JOB) and within a couple hours had Charles  (AMAZING JOB) there with him to complete the work, then this morning I get  a call from Matthew (AMAZING JOB) to set up another appointment to finish up some concrete that waS completely torn up by the last  guy who never  came back to fix. This company is AMAZING AND FANTASTIC, they tell you what needs to be done, how they are going to do it, what they need to complete the job and how long it willl take, all the tiie keeping you updated. They are truly professionals who know what they are doing and can really fix ANYTHING plumbing  wise...they know their stuff!!!! USE  THEM!!!! I would tell anybody and everybody who is in need of a plumber for any reason, don't hesitate  to call them!!! THANK YOU PLUMBSMART!!!
