After experiencing a sewer backup this morning, I called P&L Plumbing.  They responded immediately and were able to fix our problem.  They were very courteous and professional.  Both Kevin and Kyle were helpful in answering questions and were honest about possible future solutions to a root problem.  I will definitely be calling them again for any future plumbing issues!

Called this company the day after we noticed our water heater leaking. They were at my house within an hour, the rep was very professional pointed out that we would definitely need the water damage taken care of and called QuickRestore to also come out same day to get everything dried. Pink Plumbing came to our rescue recently when our hot water heater failed and started to leak water into our garage and home. Chris, the owner arrived at our home almost immediately after I called him and he assessed the problems we were having with the leaking water heater and the water damage that was spreading into our master bedroom closet. His restoration team began immediate efforts to stop any further damage and they initiated steps to start the restoration within 30 minutes after arrival. They called my insurance company to report the situation and garnered approval to begin repair and restoration services immediately. Our new hot water heater was hooked up (temporarily) within 2 hours and it will be permanently installed immediately after the restoration work is complete. Plumbers of Maricopa is an honest hard working business who understands all things plumbing. They corrected an issue in our home in a solid week's time (big project) and were priced reasonably. We had to get many quotes since the issue was truly unknown and some businesses came back with insanely high quotes making us feel like we were about to get ripped off. They were respectful of our property and fixed our issue. The job required more tools and labor then our usual plumber could easily manage alone and we are certainly glad we used them. Would recommend.

I was referred to Bradley plumbing by my brother who knows how skeptical I am about trying know businesses for home repair.  I'm glad I trusted my brother on this one! Bradley plumbing returned my call right away and came out on a weekend to address my first world emergency.  He gave me a quote on a new hose bib installation and new garage dispose-all, I mean insinkerator (sorry Bradley).  I asked myself,  why my hose would need a bib?? Anyway I approved the estimate and he got right to work and was done in no-time!! He swiftly sent me and invoice and even let me pay with VENMO!! Love it!! Being in automotive / powersports for 23 years, I learned a LONG TIME AGO that some things you don't take the cheap route on! Quality parts and quality labor, and EXPERIENCE!!! I probably could have saved a couple of bucks buy getting cheap made in China parts of of Amazon and hiring some young turd with little experience  but I don't want to have to do this again in a few months when the the part fails and the young turd is no longer in business!  I typically am not willing to pay full rip for much of anything! I will however pay top dollar for a fine 45 day aged tomahawk steak , quality craft beer and my plumber!! Bradley, THANK YOU,  SIR!! You have restored my faith in American made customer service and a quality job that you obviously take pride in!!

We recently moved to Phoenix from the mid-west and bought an older home in central Phoenix that needed, what I thought was minimal plumbing work; new kitchen faucet, disposal (there wasn't one) and a gas line so that we could replace the electric range with gas.  I found Don on Yelp and called him.  Don returned my call the same day and did the kitchen work within a day leaving everything clean.  He even cleaned the hard water stains from the counter-top where the old faucet had been.  
Some days later, while we were installing our washer and dryer (with much difficulty) the water turn-on valve snapped off and resulted in dripping water in the laundry room.  I called Don, on a Saturday, he came over within 30 minutes, and had the leak stopped...he later reworked the plumbing in the laundry room and installed sinks in both the laundry room and garage.  Don is great to work with, knowledgeable and professional.  I'm so pleased to have found a great plumber and will definitely call him again.

I had Ty hang a fan for me earlier this week and install a new light fixture today. Very professional/friendly, reasonably priced, quick to respond and schedule  I will definitely use again in the future. I highly recommend!

Hansen Family Plumbing has been our go-to for our plumbing needs for many years. From major underground pipe repair thanks to tree roots, to your more basic faucet issues, I've called them for various needs and have always received excellent customer service and prompt appointments. I always highly recommend them to anyone who asks.

I can't say enough good things about Desert Water. When my shower wouldn't shut off they came very quickly and replaced an almost 40 year old valve and canister. They were responsive, communicative, on time, efficient, competent, professional, and even personable. I highly recommend their services.

I have a fairly new home, built less than 2 years ago, and my tankless water heater went out a few weeks ago. The company charged me for a part I didn't need that was still under warranty. It took two weeks for them to finally fix it and all it needed was an electronic master reset.

I reached out to ask about why they charged me for a part I didn't need and they said due to all the time they spent here and on the phone with tech support.

Here's the issue I hope you correct going forward so it doesn't impact future customers:

1) Your technician didn't spend more than 5 minutes here the first time. He didn't troubleshoot anything. I told him the code and what I looked up online that led me to calling you. He said yup that's it. Then he left.

2) Had he troubleshot the issue it could've been resolved that day and we wouldn't have been without hot water for two weeks. Also, this would've prevented the ordering of a part that was unnecessary.

3) The second technician said he's not a plumber, rather he's an HVAC guy. I think having the properly trained technician would have sped up the job, reducing time wasted on troubleshooting a master reset.

I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 because  I am thankful the last technician that came out was honest and was able to resolve it and get the water heater working.
