I called Eddie in the evening about a shower that had a bad valve and could not turn off.  He instructed me to turn off the water to the home and showed up right away the next morning.  He wears shoe protectors and a was very efficient and professional, also calling ahead.  I highly recommend.

Awesome service. Has a major leak and was looking for a well reviewed plumbing company in the east valley. I gave P&L a call and I'm glad I did. An hour later the issue was fixed and work was guaranteed.
Price was about half of what I was expecting to pay.

Not helpful. We booked a time for a rep to come out because we want to replace both our septic tank and our leach field. Instead of coming to our home, the rep called at the appointment time and gave some info, but ultimately wouldn't come to our house or answer any specifics unless we booked a $3500 excavation of our current tank.

Update - adjusting my review - they did call back later and say they would send out a tech to look at our yard. We decided to pass.

Forest was great. Showed up on time, did a good job, and honored his workmanship guarantee when an issue arose. I would definitely recommend them!

I used sewer time for a septic tank install. They came in and took over a job that another contractor had dropped the ball.  Our construction was on hold until the septic tank was installed and sewer time stepped in and saved the day! They were easy to work with and were responsive to questions and worries. Fast, easy and reliable.

AEA responded after normal business hours to a request made on another site. They had someone out early the next morning to assess repairs and gave me a quote to replace my hot water heater. They had it replaced the same day which I am thankful for!
Only drawbacks were:
-They prefer cash or check according to the tech. I wasn't made aware of this previously, but they were able to send me an invoice so I could pay online.
- The invoice lacks some clarity and doesn't show the cost of the hot water heater and the labor cost.  I don't know if they install the cheapest they could find and add extra into labor or not. It is nice to know exactly what you are paying for when spending over $1,000 in my opinion.
That being said, the overall experience was good and seems as if their prices are fair. I'll use AEA again if needed, but will ask for a little more clarity.

Typically, I do not write reviews, but in this case, I feel compelled to do so.

I recently moved into an older home, and with that, the problems that come with it.  So, when I started to notice a problem developing in a back bathroom, I started to get worried.

The thing about plumbers is that you have to be able to trust them.  What do I know about plumber? Despite the amount of time I spend on the toilet, nada.  So when a plumber says that they need to replace a valve or change the carburetor, as a consumer, I typically nod and ask a few questions to convey an air of knowledge, before getting to the real question: How much?

So imagine my anxiety when I was convince that the underlying issues I was confronted with was going to be work into the thousands.

Jim came in, assessed the problem and did the work required.  He adjusted how he approached the problem throughout the appointment to get the job done.  He had a great chance to take advantage of my niavete, but didn't and used it as an opportunity to educate me.  He was professional, courteous and cleaned up after himself.

This company is the best. I've used them three times. They can out same day to take care of a leak. It was a holiday and the owner answered the phone in his way to the airport! Talk about good customer service! We were concerned that the leak was behind the wall but with minimal repairs needed, they saved us from having to have a restoration company come out and that would have been at least $1000 deductible for us. They are always so friendly and follow up to make sure the customer is happy. The job is done clean and well and the prices are very reasonable. They don't try and get you to repairs and fix things that aren't needed. They are honest plumbers.

I work out of state and I just bought a home in Maricopa.  Before moving in we have been doing a few updates to the entire house including adding a fire suppression sprinkler system.

I called 3 companies that didn't travel to Maricopa at all. My wife, who is way smarter than me, opened her yelp app and in 2minutes flat was able give me the number to Plumbers of Maricopa! The name says it all!

I called and spoke to Chris who was very friendly and helpful. Chris was able to send me a quote via email and got me on the schedule for that following Monday!

Brad is my go to plumber and I recommend him to all of my family and friends, even neighbors! He is quick to respond, and very reliable and honest. He recently installed a water softener in our home and we love it! He showed up on time and got it installed very quickly. He has also done work in our bathroom and kitchen sink which was reasonably priced and also done quickly. Brad is friendly, easy to work with and communicate with, trustworthy, and hardworking! Don answered the phone personally, gave me a reasonable quote and offered to do the job very soon. Naturally I accepted. They arrived promptly, were very courteous, worked quickly and competently and left the area perfectly clean. I got a written warranty of 2 years for work performed - I'll certainly use them again.

Ty did a wonderful job doing some electrical work in my home. Very professionally and reasonably priced! I'll definitely use him again for future projects

Jason is GREAT!!!!   Called him when we had foundation leak.  I called him up and he came out and looked at he everything told us what to do and we did.  He found the leak and the got it fixed fast.  He did not charge a bucket load of money.     Then this weekend my son comes back from vacation and there is 2 inches of water in all bedrooms.  the house smelled and everything,  My frist call was to Jason.   After talking with the insurance I called Jason back and he was at my house in less than 30 minutes,  In less than 10 mins he figured out where the leak was and he opened the wall and fixed it,,,,,,,,, Jason is reilable, resaonable and fast.

I highly recommend Jason.

I can't begin to say how grateful I am to have Hansen Family Plumbing as our go to plumbing service!    We dont have many issues but when we need something installed, fixed or repaired, Erik and his team have ALWAYS been OUTSTANDING!   Today we had the pleasure to meet Zack!    Zack and his working partner went above and beyond.   I wasn't home but he communicated very well with me.   I trust not only Zack, but any of Erik's team members to be in my home when i cant be there.

I've used Desert Water for a couple of plumbing issues  this past year and I will say their level of service is amazing. Brad (on both cases) took the time to explain the issue and was very professional. Will call them again for any plumbing issue!

I have a fairly new home, built less than 2 years ago, and my tankless water heater went out a few weeks ago. The company charged me for a part I didn't need that was still under warranty. It took two weeks for them to finally fix it and all it needed was an electronic master reset.

I reached out to ask about why they charged me for a part I didn't need and they said due to all the time they spent here and on the phone with tech support.

Here's the issue I hope you correct going forward so it doesn't impact future customers:

1) Your technician didn't spend more than 5 minutes here the first time. He didn't troubleshoot anything. I told him the code and what I looked up online that led me to calling you. He said yup that's it. Then he left.

2) Had he troubleshot the issue it could've been resolved that day and we wouldn't have been without hot water for two weeks. Also, this would've prevented the ordering of a part that was unnecessary.

3) The second technician said he's not a plumber, rather he's an HVAC guy. I think having the properly trained technician would have sped up the job, reducing time wasted on troubleshooting a master reset.

I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 because  I am thankful the last technician that came out was honest and was able to resolve it and get the water heater working.
