Eddie answered my first call and was able to come out that afternoon (despite my repairs not being urgent).  He was very professional and did excellent work.  His pricing was lower than a few other quotes that I received and he was able to complete the work that same day.  He even charged less than originally quoted because one of the items ended up being an easier fix than he anticipated.  In a time that is hard to find quality, responsive, honest, reliable trades, Eddie was all of that and at a great price.  I will not hesitate to use him again.  Highly recommended.

We had Kevin and Kyle come to our house and finish fixing our bathroom. They said it'd take 3 to 5 days to complete the job however it was done in 2 days! That was impressive! As always, they were very good at communicating with us about any weird thing they found along the way.
Thanks again Kevin and Kyle for everything! Hopefully we won't need to call you again but if we need help with our plumbing, we'll definitely call you!

Technician was right on time. Was respectful and did a great job. Very informative too. Prices are fantastic at least for drain clearing. I would use them again.

I had my older septic system inspected by a different company. They messed up the inspection report, first saying I needed a complete new system, then said I needed a new rear baffle. Waited almost two weeks for an appt with them, they had to find a crew that would actually go into the tank for repairs. I called several times and they said they'd call me back that day.  After the run around and waiting for what I thought was a dangerous repair, I called Sewer Time and spoke to I believe, John. Within the first two minutes of speaking with him, he put me at ease, his knowledge of systems and explaining no one has to go into the tank and no, I do not need a new system and his crew could come out and look the next day.
I called the first company to cancel any further search for a crew, they sent a proposal and said oops, we have you scheduled for the next week. John sent a proposal which was below the first company and for better work.
Sewer Time came out the next day, prepared to work. looked at my system, found an access door where the repair needed to be done, fixed the issue and upgraded my lids/risers all the while,  explaining to me what was going on.
Excellent work and communication by the crew. The only minor issue I had is that when digging with the excavator they hit a waterline, fixed one part of it, discovered after they left that there was another part broke.  plus they did not spread out the dirt left from digging.  Those are not big issues.
I highly recommend this company for their communication, letting you know upfront every step of the way, the pricing is great and work wonderful.  Wish I found them first instead of going with a bigger, well known name company.

They come highly recommended by a friend that has used them on past projects but I sense a lack of professionalism.  First off, I got the flat rate quote immediately but I was charged more than the quote. The job was to replace a wax ring under the toilet but they were done in 15 minutes and all I see is caulking around the toilet. Seems like it should have taken longer to totally remove the toilet and add a wax ring. I paid cash for more than the flat fee I was quoted and it took me three days of back and forth initiated by me. One more thing, the technician was 3 hours late. He did call and say he would be a little late but after a couple hours I was told by Aaron he is there and he wasn't. I have to review the security footage I recorded to see exactly was took place but I'll post what I find. I would recommend them for your plumbing needs but watch the bill!

What a nice experience! Truly, nothing but enjoyable from the call for an appt to Jim crawling in my attic on this hot June a.m.  He just couldn't have been nicer and helped with a few other small things which is totally worth it as I get older, lol. It's not very often that things that are concerning, turn out ending this well and the customer feeling it was worth it.  Very reasonable.

I would highly recommend this company! We had Lou Hernandez and another gentleman come out and they were so polite and professional and very knowledgeable! They took their time making sure the work was done correctly and informed me every step of the way what they were doing. I will most definitely be using them in the future

Plumbers of Maricopa is an honest hard working business who understands all things plumbing. They corrected an issue in our home in a solid week's time (big project) and were priced reasonably. We had to get many quotes since the issue was truly unknown and some businesses came back with insanely high quotes making us feel like we were about to get ripped off. They were respectful of our property and fixed our issue. The job required more tools and labor then our usual plumber could easily manage alone and we are certainly glad we used them. Would recommend.

A service oriented business that certainly delivers on service. I had to call for a water leak and while they were not able to come on the same day (not a big deal, it had obviously been leaking for a while), they did come the next day. I was given a window of time to expect them AND got a call when they were on their way- without having to ask. The water leak was repaired and another issue that I had quite forgotten about was brought to my attention and fixed as well. No fuss, no muss. The repair costs seemed fair and reasonable. I will definitely keep Bird Dog on file for future calls.

We've used Jason a couple of times, always on time, affordable, and does quality work. Much like another reviewer he helped us with a toy flushed down a toilet by a child. He even took care of a couple of minor things while he was here at no extra charge.

From major underground pipe repair thanks to tree roots, to your more basic faucet issues, I've called them for various needs and have always received excellent customer service and prompt appointments. I called Desert Water to fix some plumbing issues today.    Nick responded to my request for an estimate quickly and knew exactly what needed to be fixed.  I recommend this company and I feel they provided a fair estimate and they fixed the issues with my plumbing!

I was having a tough time finding someone to fix my Midea Air-handler, as it is not a common brand of A/C.  When I called 1800Plumber+Air, Ben answered the phone and listened to exactly what the issue was- he took down the model of my unit and actually talked through the repairs with his tech before sending him out.  The other companies I called (Goettl and George Brazil)just have an answering service and they do not relay any important info to their techs, thus having them show up only to say they could not fix it or find parts.  
Ben listened to my issues and the awful experiences i had at the other places and said he would take care of it for me and that the tech he was sending, Travis - was the best.  Travis showed up and quickly fixed my A/C (needed a new control board) and only charged me half of what the others said a new board would cost if they could find one to fit my unit.  I will never call anyone else again but these guys for plumbing and A/C!!!
