My fiance and I have 4 houses, and I have used this company 6 times in the last 3 years. NEVER AGAIN!

The last time they came to my house for a service call, three days later my son was having the same problem.  After talking with them a couple of times, they finally said they would come back and redo it and only charge me about $40.  I was happy.  I gave them my credit card number since I was not at that property and they said they would charge my card.  I thought everything was done.

Several days later, my son called me and said they had charged his card for both services, AND had charged MORE the second time they came out than they had originally charged.  It had overdrawn his bank account.

I called Diamondback and they argued with me about the quote I had been given for the second appointment, and also admitted they had charged the wrong card.  They talked to a supervisor, called me back and said they would fix the charges.  I thought they were going to take the charges off my son's card and charge mine, but I'm not sure what they did.

TWO MONTHS LATER, I get a call from Beth (who is apparently the VP, and owner's wife).  She had first called my fiance and told him she was taking me to court because I owed them money and had I had reversed the charges on my credit card. HUH?  I called her myself and asked what she was talking about, I had never reversed anything.  Her response was Oh, you never reversed your charges?  You never reversed your charges?  Well, I'll see you in court!  Then she HUNG UP ON ME!!!  What?!?!?  My fiance called her back after I talked to him and she said that I had been yelling at her and used the F-bomb!  Then he just wanted to get this whole thing taken care of so he said he would bring them a check.  They said if he came to the office they would call the cops because they felt threatened!  It went on and on...needless to say, it was the craziest phone call either of us had ever received from a company, and I would never do business with them again, and will tell everyone I know the same.  MOST UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS EVER!!!!!!!

If you need plumbing or sewer repair this is the company to use!!!  A plumbing company told me I needed $20,000 worth of repairs.  Contacted Eric and he was amazing.   He recommended I hire an independent Camera Company to check out my pipes and see what was going on.  Basically what showed up from the video was that I didn't need as extensive work done as the first plumbing company that quoted me the huge amount.  Eric was professional very knowledgeable and did the job to fix my sewer line for $4000.  Thank you thank you.

Friday afternoon, hubby found our ancient water heater had bursted on one side and leaked water that covered roughly half of our garage where it was located.  He was able to get the leak to stop but now we were without hot water.  He called our home warranty company for help but being so late in the afternoon, they needed to pick up our case the next morning.

Mid-morning today, Saturday, we received a call from Lawson Family Plumbing wanting to schedule a time to come out.  I had to call back twice but each rep I spoke with were incredibly nice and easy to talk to.  We agreed on a timeframe of 3 to 6pm and our tech, Vic, called within 2 hours of me initially setting the time to ask if he could come sooner.  WELL YES OF COURSE!  He ended up coming over about 90 minutes sooner than scheduled.

During the initial visit, we found out that there was an additional charge we weren't aware of that our home warranty didn't cover, which was the removal and disposal of the old water heater.  Thankfully, it was reasonable and didn't put us in financial hardship.  

As hubby and I expected, our ancient water heater needed to be replaced.  Once that was determined, Vic left to pick up a new water heater and came back to install it.  Total time spent was about 2 and a half hours.  Vic worked quickly and cleaned up really well, like he was never there.  He was also incredibly nice and easy to talk to, much like the reps I spoke with over the phone.

Thank you home warranty company for sending angels from Lawson to help!  Now that this ordeal is resolved, I can proudly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

I am a 35 yr Cave Creek resident that had a plumbing back up issue. I called Flush King and Chris got back to me within 5 minutes and was in my driveway within 30 minutes! His work far surpassed anyone we have ever done business with in the past. He immediately found the problem and fixed it promptly. I highly recommend Chris and will continue to use Flush King in the future for all of our plumbing needs.

Bumbl bee stafff was very prompt & professional.  They got out to property right away which was awesome as it was late on Sat. A pipe in front yard was leaking by water meter. The plumber recomended either to spot fix the pipe estimated at $1400 or better yet, he would strongly reccomend replacing the pipe going from main to meter which is very likely the concrete walkway for $5800.  
The plumber was a bit taken back as we wanted a 2nd opinion. At $1k or less to fix a small leak lets do it please but those prices tearing up yard, concrete, and you think after all that we have a 70% chance of fixing the problem? That is not much of a plan & secondary estimate is neccessary.
A different company recomended get leak locator service out first to find out where the leak or leaks are then repair.  They estimated the cost might $600 to fix plus $200 leak detector service.  This seemed much more reasonable and a better plan.  I decided dig small hole by water meter where the ground was wet and found pin hole leak in pipe. Cancelled leak detection service.  Called the 2nd plumber to fix copper pipe and $280 total cost. I am very satisfied with repair but feel we were dangerously close to incurring a huge unnecessary expense. Bumble Bee has a very good reputation and from what I hear does excellent work, but I would not reccomend them after this experience.

It is hard to find great trades people but Lawson Family Plumbing was awesome.  They came when they said they would, did excellent work and left everything looking like they were never here.  Great work and Jason was knowledgeable, very nice and super professional.  Use them you won't be disappointed.

Proskill installed our new A/C Units last week and they were outstanding as they always are. We use them for everything HVAC and plumbing for good reason: there is not a company out there that is as skilled, efficient, extremely detail oriented, courteous and always goes the extra yard. We want to personally thank Daryl Johnson, Terrence Snapp, Alex Dillion and Tom Brown for the awesome job they did. Not only installing everything both inside and out, but also for the smaller things like automatically changing our air filters and getting us setup with the new smart thermostats they installed. I could go on and on about this company but highly recommend just trying them and you'll see what we rave about. None better!!

All was going pretty good until they decided we needed a new pressure gage( or whatever)additional 800.00
They did not have the part and said they would be back in am. And would rake and clean up area . They installed the 800.00 additional item. And said they did not put back hose and large potted plant because they did not move it, and they most certainly did.I contacted them 3 times and no response. Would never use again.

Dave is timely, efficient and skilled and responsive to text messages and very timely. He communicated when he would be arriving and to explained everything that needs to be done and very fair pricing the repairs were done. We highly recommend Somers plumbing and will be using them for future needs!

Really wonderful. Not only was Ascend fair and competitive with pricing, an installation of three new toilets was clean and neat. The project was done at a home where my elderly parents live and they told me how kind and professional Michael was during the job.

I cannot say enough thing about this company!!!  I couldn't shut off the water to my house and the valve wasn't working. I found this local company and they came out very quickly, had great communication, professional work and charged me a fair price. He also answered all my questions and was very honest. I feel like he went above and beyond and walked me through the whole thing. I will be using him for all my plumbing needs.

They didn't want to to give me a bid price. I was surprised because they had good reviews. I understand when diagnosing a problem, a plumber has to be on site to give a price quote. But I called it to try and get a basic price for what it would cost to remove an old toilet and install a new toilet. That should be a simple price quote, and able to be completed by any field tech over a phone call. Or at least it was for the other companies I called to get comparison price quotes. I don't want to have someone come into my home to give me a price quote on something that can be done over the phone. So, unfortunately I won't be able to use this company... Since they didn't want to even offer a price for a simple procedure like replacing a toilet over the phone. :(

I needed my water filtration system cleaned out. When I opened the salt tank, it was full of bugs and saw dust from the recent construction being done on my home. I was utterly grossed out.
I sent for a quote, and within an hour, someone was in my home, cleaning out the tank. The gentleman who arrived was knowledgeable, professional and polite. I would definitely call them again.  Thank you!!

I called today for a toilet emergency, Brett responded and gave me an estimate and eta. He showed up on time and performed the job quickly and professionally.

After this, I will use Brett and Rooter Ranger for my plumbing needs.

Jordan was super responsive and communicative. Did a great job and will definitely utilize them again jn the future.

Kevin came outdoor how to diagnose a possible leak underneath our concrete slab.  Investigate the situation, and determined there was no leak. He did not charge to diagnose the problem,  and he was very nice. They seem like a great company, and I will definitely use them again in the future.

Terry R arrived right on time and got the work all done. He is very experienced and I trusted his recommendations. Overall a great experience.

Every time we have an issue I call Hays! Almost 100% of the time they can make it out same day and if not, it's the next day. All of their employees I've met so far have been professional and friendly.

Had a new AC installed w King Plumbing. Great price, service and transaction. I would recommend.
