Diamondback Plumbing, again, came to my rescue.  I had 4 issues in my house and spoke directly with Steve Herzog who took care of me that day.  One of his excellent technicians, Joe, lived nearby, so he came at the end of the day, as planned.  Just because it was his final trip, by no means did he zip through my problems.  He gave me all the time that was necessary to complete the work order.  I highly recommend Diamondback Plumbing for all your needs.

Responsive and timely. I had initially contacted another plumbing company who indicated they could not help me and recommended Hansen as better equipped to handle it. If another plumber is referring me to who they consider superior, well heck I'm gonna call. I'm glad I did. They were responsive and understanding. Service was sent within an hour. True they did have to come back as the problem persisted and Richard is great to work with, was honest about the problem, and didn't gouge me for services I didn't need even though he totally could have...I have no clue how plumbing repairs work. I appreciate that. Did I mention the price was also reasonable and fair? I will be using them to install my new water softener and water heater. Well worth it for this level of professionalism. Chris owns the company and is the type of guy that will crawl into any hole to fix a pipe or problem. He's from Illinois originally and is very kind. I tended to ask him a lot of questions as he isn't an over talker which I appreciate.

Had a mainline sewer replaced by him. He quoted me three days, but he had it done in two. It was a large job altogether. Chris has the proper cameras and tools for medium to larger jobs.

Overall, my wife and I were satisfied. He always answers his phone or texts, even late at night. He is a rare find.

We were referred to Mike at Bumblebee Plumbing by a mutual friend. He was extremely prompt in coming out to give us an estimate (free of charge), and submitting his bid to us for review, despite it being a few days before Christmas.  His costs were far lower than 2 of the other bids we received, so it's clear he runs a very honest business.  He was extremely knowledgeable in explaining everything about the extensive plumbing project we were having done (we had just purchased a new home that had polybutelene piping, and were having the whole home repiped). After accepting his bid, he was quick to complete the work, and even worked on New Year's Eve. His work is flawless, and he went above and beyond for us. We can't thank him enough, and are very happy in our new home. :)

Fast and friendly service. Very knowledgeable technician. I had previously had another plumbing company show up and give me a completely different story that did not solve the problem. Would definetly use again.

I called them at nine in the morning needing a toilet snaked. They were able to come out at noon, which I really appreciated.

The plumber was polite and courteous. The snaking took less then ten minutes. I thought the price was high for the job and time it took. I did call a competitor for a price comparison and ProSkill was $15 cheaper.

The reason I deducted one star is because the plumber's shoes were filthy and he left dirty footprints from the door to the bathroom, he made three trips total, on my clean tile floor. Other plumbers I've used in the past have always wore booties when they came in the house. After he took off his gloves to do the electronic signatures his hands & nails were filthy too. I get that they do dirty work but it was gross to look at and I didn't appreciate him getting my floor dirty.

These guys were prompt and professional.  Upon arrival they took the time to diagnose the issue and DID NOT try to sell me new faucet; first looking to see if they could correct the issue.

If your looking for a team that will assess before pricing (which was fair by the way) then they are the way to go.

Dave did a great job of replacing our old, cracked, leaking disposer. He tested the new system a number of times and discovered a leak, which he repaired. He kept testing and looking to make sure that everything was in perfect condition before he left, even carefully removing overflow putty that I couldn't see until he cleaned it out. I was so pleased with his excellent work and friendly manner, explaining what he was doing at each step. If we have any future plumbing needs, I will gladly call Somers Plumbing to take care of us. Thank you, Dave!!

Go no further - you have just found a plumbing company that is meticulous, on time, professional and efficient. In 2 days they replaced 2 toilets (1st plumber did not show up). It started with call to the office where Ana was helpful and so nice.  The installation done by Mike and Matt was on time and looks better than any plumbing I have ever seen. Could not be happier with this well organized and well run company. Our highest recommendation and we are picky.

Serivice guy was very good and polite explaining everything very good wife was sleeping at 8 so he came back at 10  no extra charge very pleased with service

The tech arrived 1 hour beyond the 3 hour window with no phone call.
The estimate to replace two faucets ( I supplied Kohler ) I was told that it is a flat fee for the first and 20% off for the next. Also asked about new shut offs.
That too was a flat fee for the first with the 20% discount for the remaining 3.
After having a minor attack when the numbers were finally given, I said I would need to think on the national debt. He said he would e-mail the estimate. That was 34 days ago and no estimate yet. The faucets are however replaced at 1/3 the cost quoted and in about 3 hours.

I was in the market for installing misters around my patio. After talking to several companies I opted to go with Allegiance Water Services and was not disappointed.  They installed the system using my soft water system and housed the motor in the garage.  Mike the Project Manager and Jake the technician were a pleasure to work with. The overall system was very competitively priced.  I'll use them for my other water needs that arise in the future.

I had a really bad experience with another big plumbing company that left me putting off a non-emergency repair for most of this year. I called rooter Ranger this morning after hearing an advertisement on the radio. Within about an hour from my first call the plumber was at my house and my toilet was fixed for the $47 drain clear special. The plumber was honest, friendly and quick. Next time I won't take so long to call because these guys are awesome!

Jordan and team answered my call and got me on the schedule right away! After accessing the problem, Jordan communicated the issue and provided solutions to ensure it would be fixed quickly. He provides quality work at great prices and he cleaned up the area once done. Will absolutely call again in the future!

Kevin came outdoor how to diagnose a possible leak underneath our concrete slab.  Investigate the situation, and determined there was no leak. He did not charge to diagnose the problem,  and he was very nice. They seem like a great company, and I will definitely use them again in the future.

I had a clog in my bathroom sink that I was unable to clog after hours of trying.  I called another plumber - they wanted to tear out my wall to get to it and charge me an arm and a leg.  I called Option One for a second opinion.  Option One's technicians were able to make it out to my house about an hour after I called and unclog the drain within 30 minutes for only 49.50!  I was so impressed!  The techs, Tim & Vince, were great - both very personable & funny.  Next time I need a plumber, I will definitely call Option One first!!

Good technicians, recently had some rewiring done as well as getting 2 new WiFi thermostats installed and they did a great job. Pricing is resonabale, would use again.

These guys are truly great. Real professionals not fly by night guys. Brendan provided prompt, courteous and exceptionally knowledgeable service. He was able to quickly assess the scope of our leak and get it fixed right away. They came out within minutes of our call and did really fine work. I'd call them first for any plumbing or hvac needs.
