Made appointment for same day between 2:00 to 3:00.  I received a call at 3:30 stating driver was in an accident and he would call me the next morning to come out for repair. No call the next morning!  What a waste of my time!

In the owners defense, he called me on Sunday after I posted this review and tried to make up for my experience but I had already finished the repair.  He also explained the situation and I believe him.  I have to give him credit for trying to correct the error.

I used Diamondback Plumbing for a slab leak repair a few years ago and they were awesome. So we called them again a few weeks ago for a leak at the kitchen sink and again this morning for a massive leak in our front yard. For the kitchen sink leak, a technician was out in a couple hours on a Saturday, and it was within an hour or so for this emergency with the main line leak. These guys are reasonably priced - even for an emergency call - and they do really good work. I will continue to call and use them when in need of a plumber. Reliable, quick, and affordable companies are hard to come by!

Lawson plumbing to the rescue! My bathtub rusted out and had a hole in it. I had a terrible time finding someone who would replace the whole tub. Most company's wanted to do a whole bathroom remodel for 15-25k or they just wanted to repair the hole and only provide a 60 day warranty. Lawson came out and said no problem to replace it, gave me a quote before he even pulled away from my driveway. The technician arrived on time, and completed the work rather quickly as it involved quite a bit of demo. He was sure to clean everything up as well. I'm so glad to have found this company! Thank you!!

Rooter Plumbers was very quick to respond on a Sunday! Came out to repair 2 toilets within hours. Was very professional and explained what the issues were and how they were going to fix. Had an exterior leak in the wall of my garden hose bib. BBPluming was there fast, explained the problem, gave me an estimate, completed the work, no up charges.  Will definitely use again.

A perfect experience in every way!!! I purchased a new water heater on my own and was looking for a quality plumbing company to install it and wow did I find one. The owner, Jeffrey, of Lawson Plumbing made himself available numerous times for all of my questions and I did have numerous questions. Just ask him. Haha!! From there he sent out Vic (spelling?) to give me a quote. After being completely impressed by not only Vic's plumbing IQ but his personality as well I was scheduled for the job 2 days later. Vic called the day of, one hour before the scheduled arrival and guess what, he showed up on time. This company is awesome and they had not even started the job yet. Vic completed the replacement in a few hours  given it was a more complex water heater project. He answered all my questions and as Jeff, the owner knows, I can have questions. Thanks Jeffrey and Vic for the great service and I now have a plumber to refer to friends.

We've hired these guys for 3 different jobs over the last 2 years. They are always professional and have the best customer service of anyone we've encountered. They've installed a water softener, hot water heater and replaced our main water line to our house. These guys are the best... very responsive, communicative and respectful. We will always call them first!

I contacted Elite Rooter as we had a constant clog in our pipes that kept causing our kitchen sink to back up. Soro came out and was very professional and knowledgeable about the pipes and the time frame the home was built. He was efficient and finished quickly. Thank you so much!!

I thought about taking on this project myself, but I'm glad I called them. Some extra effort was needed, and they worked through it and did a great job.

I just moved in to my new house used Yelp to help find a licensed plumber. I need a new regulator on my built in gas grill. Sound plumbing responded and came to my home for a quote. Brian was on time and came back the next day with the parts and completed the installation. Thanks now I can have a house warming party.

The tech arrived 1 hour beyond the 3 hour window with no phone call.
The estimate to replace two faucets ( I supplied Kohler ) I was told that it is a flat fee for the first and 20% off for the next. Also asked about new shut offs.
That too was a flat fee for the first with the 20% discount for the remaining 3.
After having a minor attack when the numbers were finally given, I said I would need to think on the national debt. He said he would e-mail the estimate. That was 34 days ago and no estimate yet. The faucets are however replaced at 1/3 the cost quoted and in about 3 hours.

Eloy went above and beyond to get our water heater back up and running.   I was given an hour time frame for arrival. Each time, Eloy arrived at the beginning of the time frame.  Definitely a scenario of under promise, over deliver!  Eloy also took the time to make sure I understood what was needed.  He never made me feel like he was in a rush to leave.   There was a part that had to be ordered, and Eloy made sure to call me.   It arrived earlier than promised, and he came out as soon as possible to install.   Every expectation he set,he delivered on.  I was kept informed, and felt valued as a customer.     I have used this company before (they did my water softener almost two years ago I think) and happy to see they still have the same high standards of customer service.

Overall:  good but not great.

Cons: showed up late or didn't show up until I texted them.  Very bad at communicating

I had a slab leak in March of 2020.  Rooter Ranger was fast to respond and inspected my house.   They recommended a leak detection company.  Rooter Ranger later provided me an estimate to fix the problem and I agreed.  A few days later, Rooter Rangar said a technician would come at 10am.  I waited and no one showed up.  Someone eventually called and said they would be late. They showed up at 1230am.  The tech cut into some drywall and said he needed to wait for his supervisor to approve the work. A short time later, he says the supervisor cannot come. The technician says they will be back the following day at 8am to finish the job.   I wait. No one.  Around 1pm, I text a supervisor and he says they come in an hour or so.   Overall, I paid $6200.  They did the job and I was satisfied.  However, I waited around hours for them to come and great businesses don't do that to customers.

Excellent service! Came out to give me an estimate to flush our water heater and did the work the same day. Very competitive pricing! We were very happy

A representative came to my house to give me a free quote for replacing a 1970s shower insert with a bathtub. The guy was very professional and efficient. He also asked about a water softener, which we don't currently have, but it was plumbed for one a long time ago (and we removed a very old non-functional water softener when I bought the house last year). He got all the information he needed and sent me a quote from his van immediately after the appointment.
The quote was $3000 to remove the insert & install a bathtub & move the drain (labor only, no tub or fixtures included, no drywall repair or anything).
The quote for the water softener was also $3000, which I believe included the water softener & labor to to replace the existing drain and old plumbing. These quotes seemed high so I am still shopping around. However, I have no doubt that this is a great company that does quality work.

Devin did an amazing Job! We had a completely rusted an unusable backyard water bib/spigot so we couldn't water any of our plants or flowers. That was until Devin came to the rescue. A quick call to Option One Plumbing and Devin came out and replaced out spigot... the original owners had welded the old piping to the old spigot so after some clean cutting Devin replaced some the old piping and new spigot. He even educated us on the types of piping that was in the original foundation and made some awesome suggestions. The spigot he added he even explained how the pressure and water quality can wear down pipes. Very friendly, very quick, very knowledgable and effective. If I could drop another tip here I would. Devin and Option One we've got you guys on speed dial now. Thank you Devin and Option One Plumbing soo much!!!

My AC went out at midnight on Tuesday. Wednesday morning I got a referral from a friend who advised me to call Hays. They were called at 9 a.m. in the morning and at 4 p.m. that same day, a tech arrived. The tech name is Karl he was very courteous, prompt, informative and knowledgeable. I wouldn't hesitate to refer them. Several other companies were called and they stated they could not arrive until Friday mid-morning. Thank you to the management at Hays for running an efficient company.

Remarkably good service! Contacted on Fri. Afternoon, they got me scheduled for the following Sun @ 8:00a for a non-emergency service. I mean, nobody does that anymore. The tech, Brandon, arrives exactly on time and is just terrific. Everything done to perfection. Pricing was a good 20-25% less than prior estimates. Will be my plumber for any future needs. 5+ stars.
