Thank you to Chris for being very prompt in his response.  Chris put our mind at ease knowing that someone would be out in the morning and fix the problem.  Chris gave us an estimate and was able to explain our problem. Lou showed up with a smile, professional demeanor and caring attitude.  Lou got right to work and changed out our sump pump in no time flat. I felt from beginning to end that we were dealing with honest professionals. We will not hesitate to utilize them again if the situation ever arises. Power to the Pink Plumbers!!!

We were very disappointed. We had a pipe break on a Friday night. I called Diamondback's emergency number. The girl who answered sounded annoyed, but told me Ozzy would call me right back. Never heard a word from Ozzy or anyone else at the company. Found another plumber who actually HAD emergency service and he came and fixed the leak within an hour.

Called Hansen up for a backed up kitchen drain. They came out in no time and cleared the line with no trouble at all. Their plumber was very friendly! Definitely someone I would sit down and have a beer with!

I was needing to replace and old cast iron sink and have a RO installed. An appointment was scheduled promptly and Shawn was incredibly helpful in making sure I had secured the correct materials. Work was completed as stated including a great cleanup. Will be using again for any plumbing needs!

Being in the construction business, I truly appreciate integrity and professionalism when it comes to the building trades. Chris went above and beyond for us when we discovered a leak in our master bath ceiling, that we thought might be from the air handler in our attic, only turned out to be the plumbing. I called him at 4:30 pm and he was able to respond within 10 minutes. Thanks to photos that our HVAC guy gave us of the situation, he diagnosed the part and arrived at 7 pm to make the repair. I'm so happy to have found a reliable and trustworthy plumber in Cave Creek!

I've been very pleased with bumble bee plumbing service. From start to finish; extremely professional, fast, courteous and reliable! Jesus and Mike came out to give a quote and were able to complete the work right away. They went above and beyond! I'll definitely use them again if needed!

We've used Lawson Family Plumbing twice now - first for a shower cartridge repair, and most recently, for a replacement of our tankless hot water heater.  Both times, we had knowledgeable, courteous plumbers that explained what they were doing and why.   For the tankless heater, Nick provided an estimate for repair option and the replace option and explained both options well. He didn't pressure towards the replace option.   We ended up going with the replace. The new Rinnai system is extremely quiet and we're looking forward to years of seamless and on-demand hot water.   With both visits, our plumbers left the site spotless. They called 20 min before arriving, and the front office was courteous and helpful. I will be going back to Lawson in the future.

Have 3 toilets, all of them having issues. We had Decio Arnot at the house. He was quick, professional, courteous, and got the job done.

I am an agent and investor, I've worked with Elite for three years. They excel in sewer replacement services including, trenching, lining and pipe bursting. Soro is the lead plumber and really knows what he's doing.

Great experience!  He is hands-on with his own company - he understood and knew what he was getting into before he arrived but still asked questions before he did anything.  Always nice having someone with experience.  Confirmed we didn't have a recirculating pump before cutting off the water, etc.  Dave explained what he was going to do, got us the matching 1/4-turn piece (which others charged more for) and knocked the job out.  He charged what he said he would charge and I am happy (my wife is happy).  Good price and I would rather tip because of a good job then agree to the highest and hope.  
I will use him again for future jobs and recommend to my friends and clients.

Completely agree with Scott P's review. Unlike other plumbing companies that provide ranges that seem extremely high, I sent a picture of my current setup and was clear about the work that I wanted done, and the quote I received was very reasonable and exactly what was charged.  They were professional, placed a tarp down which kept the work area clean when they left, and the end result was exactly what I needed.  Now I have a go-to plumbing company that I have confidence in.

I had a small leaky pipe in attic and had another company come out for quote (name starts with H ends with A) and they wouldn't just fix the problem without installing all new pipes for over $1400!! Total ripoff. I called Sound Plumbing and Dylan came out a few hours later and finished the job on the same day!! He was nice and informed me of his plan: which was NOT to repipe the attic, but to FIX THE PROBLEM. It was reasonably priced and I was very happy that I made that 2nd call for another opinion.

This is my TRUE story.

I was in a bind because my water heater started leaking this past Saturday evening and I have an Old Republic Home Warranty and didn't think I would have an issue. I called them and placed a claim around 4:45pm and then told the rep that it's leaking bad onto my garage floor'. She said she would place an emergency Work Order and the service provider would respond quickly.

(Side Note) The previous plumber who replaced the water heater only 3 years, 11 months and 27 days before never reinstalled the drip pan or the gas line sediment trap when they replaced the previous water heater (AAA Precision Plumbing...THEY SUCK-DON'T USE THEM, and refused to return to install these parts)

Well, after 3 hours, I didn't get any call, so I had to shut off the water and gas because I had to go to work. I waited all day Sunday and never received any calls even though Old Republic said I would when I called them back a few times on Sunday.

Finally, on Monday the Service Provider called me at 7am and said they would be out between 10am-2pm. Then within 1 hour they rang my bell. (guess I can't really complain at that point). They said because the water heater was under a parts warranty, I would have to pay for the removal and reinstallation AND a processing fee for their workers to fill out the warranty paperwork to get my new water heater. And they would be happy to install the drip pan and gas line sediment trap but nothing else for the price of $875.00. Remember, the water heater itself was NO CHARGE!

Well, I lost my S*#t and told them forget it.

It was already 11:47am and I had previously used 100% Plumbing before for my irrigation system and for a water pressure issue and was very impressed by Mont and his crew. So I called Mont and the FIRST THING he said was, I'm Sorry you're having this problem. I told Mont what I needed and that the heater was under warranty and I needed the drip pan and gas line sediment trap added. He said he could do it for $675.00 Complete! I asked him how soon could he do it, and he apologized and said he was busy and couldn't get out to my house till 3:00pm later TODAY.

YES, less than 4 hours later, his crew was in my garage pulling the water heater out and by 5:45pm, not only did they have the water heater installed and heating up water, but they also put the new drip pan in and the gas line sediment trap in,

But the crew ALSO installed 2 Brand New flex water lines, new copper feed lines, and a drain pipe to direct the water properly to not cause damage when this water heater inevitably leaks in the future. They even polished the copper lines to look shiny! I SWEAR they did! They even worked to make the solder spots look smooth! CRAZY!

Then when they were done, they cleaned up the area and even swept the garage where they worked.

SO, No I am NOT a friend or relative or a fake review for 100% Plumbing! But I would be PROUD to be any of those!

Mont and his crew are The Best. Forget those big companies and use these guys!

So, come on and let's hear the nasty comments. You're just jealous because your plumber isn't as great as 100% Plumbing! THANKS MONT!

We were very happy with the service, professionalism, and quality of work they've provided.  He did a fantastic job finding the root of the issue and fixing it quickly and giving us helpful tips.  My husband is very handy guy but some jobs should be left for the professionals and we were glad to get Allegiance.  Their price were fair and affordable.  We'll definitely use them again if we need to and recommend anyone who needs a plumber.

UPDATE 6/11/14:
We decided to use Allegiance's services again.  We've been getting several quotes from different plumbing companies to install a loop for a water softener for awhile now but just haven't made the decision until we met Ramesh from Allegiance.  We were amazed at the quote he gave us just for the install.  It was 3 times less than what other plumbers were charging.  They also have a water softener that cost much less than the ones the other companies were trying to sell.  Justin and Ramesh installed the loop and the water softener and they did an AMAZING job.  We are extremely happy with their work.  They are very detailed on their work and it truly shows.  They clean up and put everything back to where it is.  My husband did notice they forgot to connect a minor part back that day after they finished so he was going to fix it himself.  He checked it the next day but Allegiance had already came back to fix it on their own.  How AWESOME is that?!  Our water softener is working great and we could not be happier.  If you guys need a plumber that will get the job done right and have affordable rates, call Allegiance!  You won't be disappointed.

Frank came out and was able to get the job done. Initially Whitney came out, but we were still having issues. Frank took his time and ensured the job was completed. He was friendly, patient and knew what he was talking about. Also, made sure he really got into the pipe. We recommend everyone to call Frank!

Jordan was super responsive and communicative. Did a great job and will definitely utilize them again jn the future.

I wound up changing out my sink, faucet and garbage disposal.  I got everything installed myself but wanted a plumber to come out and change out my old corrugated supply lines to quarter turn ball valves.  Also since I was going from a two drain to a single drain sink with an off center drain, the waste line needed to be redone.

The repairman arrived right on time, was friendly, and was done pretty quickly.  Everything worked great right away and the price was less than I was bracing myself for which is always a good thing.  I would definitely recommend this company.

Update 9-2018 I needed my washer water lines fixed up.  The shut off valves that were installed when the house was built back in '96 were a joke.  I called on a Thursday night, and I was their first appointment at 8 on Friday.  Sean came out and had to cut into the dry wall to get access to the pipes.  He did the work quickly and he did a really good job patching up the hole.  I was worried what it would look like, but it's perfectly fine.  He installed modern valves that you can actually turn with your hand.  The old valves had a metal flag with two legs connecting them to the valve.  I had to use pliers to open and close the valves and they were never perfectly shut off.  Will definitely call them future work.  They are great!

Our garbage disposal was leaking thought it would be a good idea to get someone out to check it. Sure enough it needed to be replaced. Fernando was knowledgeable and quick at giving us options and replacing the unit. I would definitely recommend Option One...

Couldn't be happier with Hay's. Frank and Mike are excellent, very knowledgeable HVAC gurus and we're grateful for them. The supporting staff is also wonderful to work with. They ALL get the job done!! We made a switch from using a big well known company in the Valley, for many reasons, and Hays checked out. I was upfront about expectations and type of service my clients expect and they always make me proud. I'm a property manager and Hays makes my job easier. They deliver timely service, decent prices, and professionalism.  This is going to sound cheesy, but it it pays to call Hays.

I don't recommend their plumbing department. They couldn't figure out the most basic toilet issue. I ended up fixed my toilet myself by watching a YouTube video AND was still out $100+ for their fee.

Lane from Kings Plumbing was so great to work with.  He was knowledgeable and very easy to get along with. He gave me straight answers and some helpful tips on preventative maintenance. Awesome guy and hard worker. Thanks KIngs Plumbing!
