I'm absolutely thrilled with Pink Plumbing and Sewer. The price, service, and efficiency all exceeded my expectations.

We have a pretty new house with a really nice master shower...but the construction crew installed the drain poorly; it was grouted to the floor. About two months ago, when the shower stopped working from a bad clog, I contacted the highest-rated plumbing service near me and they came out to look at my shower. When the plumber got there, he said he couldn't do the job because of the way the drain was installed.

This left me flummoxed, trying to work through the builders to get things resolved. That didn't work, so we haven't been able to use the shower at all.

I finally tried again on a hope and a prayer, and boy am I glad I picked Pink Plumbing! Not only did Chris, the owner, fix the problem within ten minutes, he also gave great explanations on the issue and advice to avoid future problems.

To make matters even better, he was running a special, which meant the service was much less expensive than I would have imagined.

I'll be going to Pink Plumbing for all my future plumbing needs, and I highly recommend you do the same.

This was the only plumbing company that came out on a Saturday to fix a leaking and broken garbage disposal which was great. The plumber did a great job and was very fast.

The price was a little high, I've used plumbers in the past and almost $300 for 45 mins worth of work seemed very high, I understand that it would be expensive on a Saturday, but it wasn't high due to a weekend fee or anything, I was just charged about $5 - $15 for every piece of pipe used (things you can get at home depot for about a fourth of that price.) So i recommend them if you're in a bind and need a plumber right away, but if they charge the same during normal business hours on a weekday, I would use a cheaper plumber.

New kitchen faucet install was somewhat positive as we now have running water, however, the new faucet had a different sized fitting for the R/O hose.  I was hopeful the plumber would resolve this issue as we no longer have a connection nor source of R/O water at the sink or fridge.  We were told to obtain the parts and frankly we are  not clear on the size or make of parts required.

We are now paying for another third party to come out and complete the job.

This was our first job with Hansen's and will likely look elsewhere for plumbing needs in the future.

Called them in the morning; they came out late afternoon.  Replaced our leaking water heater for a fair price (with Vet's discount!) with a comparable water heater.  They wore masks and were good about social distancing.  I certainly would use them again.

I had an emergency when my water pressure reducing valve died on me...and without it I had 100psi water pressure shooting into my house. I needed to replace it ASAP or risk all sorts of water lines popping in the house. This company at arrived within two hours and replaced the failed unit in the dark. Great response at a fair price - many thanks to Larry Morgan for fast and efficient work!

This company is top notch on customer service!! I am compromised and had a lot of anxiety about letting anyone in.  They also care about there employees calling before saying they tested his temperature and they also ask how the health of anyone in our home. Accommodated my request to make sure we were safe on both side.  They replaced a toilet and near the end as we were inspecting , We thought we had a leak at wall.   Richard made sure no leak and tested everything again.  They really take pride on 5 star service! I work with GC's at work all day long and I would consider them at the top of my list!  You run a great company! Thank you so much!

After calling multiple plumbers Lawson was the only one that was able to come to our home in less than 30 mins to help us.  Nicholas Santee was professional and very helpful.  Definitely recommend this company!

Our A/C went out when it was in the 100's, I called George Brazil to come out figuring they are larger and have less overhead. Their service was horrible, he kept telling me he had 5 more appts. that day and I needed to hurry and make some decisions on the new unit to purchase.... The service with them was sub par.

Proskill just happened to be tuning up my next door neighbors A/C on the same day and I went over to see if they could come look and give me a price for a new unit. My neighbor highly recommended them as he knew them personally. G.Brazil gave me a price for a 16 seer York for almost $10,000, the same seer unit except a Trane brand was thousands cheaper. Proskill came out the same day to look it all over and had it replaced within the next couple days. They did a beautiful job, they had to rebuild our attic access, it looks better than it did to start with, had to pour a larger slab and they went the extra mile on everything they touched. They kept my home super clean despite all the insulation up in the attic and the A/C is awesome!! These are my go-to guys from now on!! Highly recommended, so lucky I found them. :)

I wanted to thank Elite Rooter for their excellent service. Especially Soro who helped explain in an honest and detailed manner what was needed and what was not. As well as what to expect in the future as I have an older home with cast iron and clay sewer pipes. Kudos to this company for being honest and fair which is sometimes hard to find these days. Very professional and just great people to know. Five stars all day long. And no, I did not know this company or any of its employees prior to meeting them at my home for the first time. But I will refer them to all my neighbors. Great job guys!!!

Mike and team did a wonderful job. Had a stack of plumbing issues (repair frozen pipe damage from this past winter, replacement of a porcelain sink I managed to bust out and installation of a new water filtration system) that required attention. Element Plumbing was able to get to the work quickly and the quality of the repairs/installation was outstanding. Pricing was reasonable and couldn't be more pleased with the result.

Best of the best! We needed to get our water softener removed and pipe bounding done. Very quickly I heard back from Dianna, who scheduled an appointment for the following day to get a quote. Brian came out on time, even sent a message notifying us that he was en route. He evaluated the work needed to be done, provided us a quote and was back few days later to get is all done. Hands one one of the most professional, friendly and honest services around!

Technicians  were on time. Excellent communication, personable ! Explained operation of water softener.  Our existing system didn't remove calcium, now the water softener will remove it. They coordinated the timing of each system to work for optimal performance. They explained how often to add salt pellets, & depending on water usage such as having guests. The placement of the new system was compact, neatly placed next to the old & how we appreciated that with a garage full of items & tools to store. Best work we have done after so many projects and disappointing experience Can't thank them enough!

5 star rating is not enough! After replacing the fill and flush valve in my toilet myself, (I think I'm Miss DIY) water was spraying from the supply line and I couldn't figure out what was wrong. Jordan came out and found that it was missing a gasket that was stuck in the old part. He took it out and screwed the water line in, made sure that the toilet was flushing the way it should. I was surprised that it was such an easy fix and felt like an idiot. Another company told me I might have to replace the entire water supply line, but what surprised me even more, was that Jordan refused to charge me saying, I didn't do anything, even after removing a hose that was stuck in my backyard and checking my shower head. I was floored and asked him multiple times to charge me for his time, and gas but he refused. Such an amazing experience.  Most companies would have never taken a simple job like mine or would have charged a service call. I will be calling again and referring him to everyone I know. It is so hard to find honest, reliable, kind people. Thank you so much Jordan, you are amazing!

I have been using Option One Plumbing for several years personally and professionally as a real estate agent. This builds confidence in me that the job is being done right the first time. Robert brings a level of knowledge, skill and direction to the jobs. He is great at overcoming challenges and his communication with the client is honest and transparent. Honest, Fast, Professional, and Reliable. After firing a previous plumbing company for a sewer line inspection, I hired Hays. I was on a very short inspection timeline so I needed them ASAP. I called on a Sunday morning and a tech was out the next day. The previous company tried to tell me I needed a complete sewer repipe in the house and Hays showed me and explained to me everything I was seeing, with their cameras, that the lines were fine.

There was a complete difference to the pictures the previous company showed and what I was actually seeing with Hays' sewer line cameras.

This company saved me a lot of stress and money!

Randy and Marc showed up on time and were friendly, helpful, and very professional. They found simple solutions that 2 other plumbers hadn't found and wanted to charge us a ton of money to fix. One was the recirculating pump, which wasn't working. These guys figured that it wasn't plugged in! (It still needed work, but....) We also had no cold water in the master shower. A previous plumber told us it was a cartridge that was hard to get to, and would cost $1000. Randy handed me a rubber piece and said someone put this rubber piece on backyards and it blocked your cold water intake. I'm 63 years old. This was the best plumbing experience I've ever had!
