Rob came out to address a concern with a water drip on my ceiling.  He ran several tests and was very thorough in making sure the problem assessed properly.  This company shows they are willing to go beyond what is needed to be on time at a set schedules and be efficient.

After having years of frustration with our washer drain not working correctly,  the problem was figured out by Drew at Bumble Bee Plumbing.  The company was quick to respond to my call for help and Drew was on time, polite and friendly, and most of all.....very knowledgeable.  He went the extra mile to find the problem and gave me different options to handle my plumbing in the future.  He was also very patient with all my questions and answered truthfully .   I now have complete trust in this company doing the right thing for me as he showed me everything he saw.  I tend to be a bit wary of many companies as it seems they are more interested in the selling part rather than the fixin part but not true with Drew.  He was awesome. I plan on using them for all my plumbing needs in the future as well.  Thanks to Bumble Bee!

Lawson plumbing was great they were very communicative and were able to get out the next day. The plumber was nice and through with the repair. I'll be using then again for my next plumbing need.

We've been dedicated customers of EZ-Flow for years.  Because they're based on Mesa, sometimes it's a few days before they can get out to my area (far north Phoenix) and that's fair.  

As ProSkill is Anthem-based and my neighbors on Next Door seem to love them, we decided to give them a shot.  

Our RO unit was broken and we had two leaks in two different bathrooms.  Our appointment was easy to schedule and our technician was very polite and courteous.  

He replaced the RO unit and it's functioning wonderfully now.  He replaced the innards of two separate toilets (ostensibly to fix the leaks?).  The next day, I noticed water all over the water closet again (which is why what prompted us to call them in the first place).  Upon closer examination, there was a rusted bolt at the bottom of the toilet that was the clear reason for the clear.  We called and the technician came out the same day.  Where things went wrong is when he tried to charge us $60 to fix the issue he was supposed to have the day prior.  

If he didn't fix the issue the day prior, that tells me the toilet innards were fine and probably didn't need replacing so we paid for something that didn't need doing.  And to try to charge us again for failing to do what should have been done the first time?  

Nope.  I'm going back to EZ-Flow.

UPDATE: The owner reached out and demonstrated stellar care and concern for our poor experience.  A portion of what we paid is being refunded and the amount of goodwill shown is enough to change my rating.  I am impressed with the swift action on the part of the owner and his dedication to righting a poor situation.  Thank you Tyler!

Mike showed up on time, after a courtesy phone call as requested. He was personable, knowledgeable, honest about my repairs, and fast-working. Hopefully it won't be needed anytime soon, but would certainly use Elite Rooter again!

After our usual plumber let us down several times I took to Yelp and found Somers Plumbers.  Its a huge challenge when you are reaching out trying to find a decent person to work in your home.   Someone that doesn't just pull down the first $ number that comes to their head and someone that you can trust to be there when they say and do what you ask.

I am really happy to have been able to find Dave Somers.  Dave is a truly knowledgeable plumber coming from over 16 years working for someone else, Dave now turned his experience over to becoming an ROC Licensed Plumber and business owner recently

He was quick to respond back to questions and rough pricing through Yelp, his communication skills through text/Yelp & phone are fantastic.  I always knew where I stood with Dave.

I set Dave up with 5 different faucet replacements which included new drain/plugs and a challenging hands free kitchen faucet.  Dave came through perfect on everything.  If I didn't have the right part, he had the parts on hand or knew where to get them.   He went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect.  

I am already figuring out his next project.

Leaks, water softeners, RO, faucets, drains, toilets.  Dave does them all.

I strongly recommend Ascend Plumbing. They have completed two jobs for me and have been very responsive and completed excellent work. Michael knows what he is doing and answered all of my questions. Im thankful that he was willing to work on a holiday weekend when many other plumbers weren't answering their phones. Thanks to them I didn't have to go without a shower for 3 days!

I cannot say enough thing about this company!!!  I couldn't shut off the water to my house and the valve wasn't working. I found this local company and they came out very quickly, had great communication, professional work and charged me a fair price. He also answered all my questions and was very honest. I feel like he went above and beyond and walked me through the whole thing. I will be using him for all my plumbing needs.

We just had the Rooter Rangers out today and within an hour of my call they were out here fixing my slow draining kitchen sink. Dakota in the office was extremely nice and listened to what I needed. My call was given to an Isaac that was crazy nice to my family as well as empathetic to my issue. Isaac got to work quickly doing the work and even showed me some of the results that he found while snaking my sink. Isaac gave great suggestions and how we can keep from having future issues and said great things about the company you can tell he's proud to work for. As I write this it's 8:15 p.m. and I'm already sending out ranger rooters phone number to friends and family that may need a service later on. As I feel like is fairly common, I was hesitant to call for plumbing services but I'm very grateful that I landed with this company. Great job to the company for hiring an outstanding technician!

They fixed a leak from our toilet this week, and they were quick with a response and and we're able to get it fixed within the same day I called. They are next going to replace my water heater and then hopefully replace my water softener so I will continue to use their services for anything that my house may need.

Great service from Tanner.  He called ahead to let me know he was on his way and arrived on time, wearing a mask.  Our toilet was lose and bolts would not tighten it.   After removing the toilet Tanner found the toilet had been leaking and that caused the metal ring to rust and disintegrate.   He at first though we would have to replace the flange, which was expensive.  However he was able to get the ring off and chip away the concrete that was causing the ring to not sit correctly, which is what caused the leak in the first place.  (It had been like that since house of we built!)  Saved us several hundred dollars by not needing to replace the flange.  Really appreciate the effort and honest work.  He could have just as easily replaced the flange to charge the higher amount.  Installed new toilet correctly.   Did a great job cleaning up before he left.

I had a blocked sewer line/toilet.  Shiloh was able to clear out the blockage within a short time.  He is professional, polite and an all-around nice young man.  Don't hesitate to ask for him if you have a problem.  There was no push to sell other services--the $49.50 price was quoted and lived up to.  Ethical company.

Had Hayes out after another company told us we needed to replace an entire air-conditioning heat pump system for $11,000.  Hayes fixed what was broken for 1200.  Very knowledgeable and great service.

My wife and I just moved to Tempe. There were a few plumbing issues; to say the least. I was refereed to King by my agent. Terry was very pleasant on the phone. He was also able to accommodate me by sending a plumber the next day. The plumber was Randy. He was AWESOME. Very personal and informative. He did not talk down to me or treat me like I was an idiot for not knowing how to fix the problems. It was like he was helping a buddy and not some guy that just called. I would highly recommend them to anyone! Unless we move away we will never use any other plumbing service.
