This company was amazing. I had a broken garbage disposal. They replied back to my yelp messages within 5 minutes answering all my questions, also had availability that week to get my problem fixed. Lou Hernandez came right on time and worked quickly to fix the disposal and another part of my sink I didn't even know was leaking slowly. Awesome customer service! Would definitely use them again and will be soon for some other leaking faucets!

I can't  say enough amazing things about Diamondback Plumbing, specifically Brian and Barry. Two other companies were out before them to clear a cast iron shower drain in an older home, neither successful and quoted more than 6k to fix. I called for a 3rd opinion, and am I glad I did. They came out the same day, we're professional, polite, and I felt comfortable immediately. They were confident in their ability and reassuring they would do all they could. They were successful in doing what everyone else said couldn't be done, all for under $190. I've already begun recommending them to my family and friends. They've earned a customer for life. In addition, their entire team was fantastic, from the friendly girl who answered the phone, to the scheduler. Bravo Diamondback plumbing! You exceeded my expectations by a mile. A+

I had an issue with a leaking shower and called the Hansen to Plumbing. From the first call to the technician arriving everything was amazing. During the time from our first call to the arrival we also found a leak in a toilet. The technician never hesitated and took care of both issues quickly and he was very courteous. They have a customer for life now, added them into my contacts just in case I need them in the future.

Needed a laundry tub hooked to plumbing behind wall.
Lawson Family plumbing came out  to give  estimate, emailed estimate
and the next week did the work!
Chris did a excellent job putting in plumbing and connecting tub to water supply ,price was very reasonable. when finished cleaned up very well.
Very happy with the work and price and will call Lawson Family plumbing next time I ever need a plumber.

I had a broken gate valve on the water service line entrance to my home. I contacted this company, based on their assurance to provide no surprise pricing..  Their service tech, Mike, arrived on time and was extremely professional. He explained the options and work and gave me a price to replace the entire assembly.  While a bit higher than what I would have paid an independent plumber, the workmanship was excellent.  

The company called me to ask for my feedback on their service, and actually called me a few times to be sure that I responded.  The service manager explained to me the value added from their service.   I don't see that often now, with companies, who follow up and ask for customer feedback. That was much appreciated.

I wish I could say I had such a positive experience as the others who have left reviews. In May 2021, I had their technician come out for a dripping tub faucet, to install a kitchen faucet, and new garbage disposal. He advised me on the faucet and disposal, but said he'd need help on the dripping faucet in the bathroom. He came out again with another technician, and they replaced a part for the tub faucet. He said, this should help... $385 (for the part he said he needed) and still drips the way it did when he walked in the door (twice, I might add).

I called in July letting them know it still dripped. Their scheduler said they'd send out someone more senior. Couple days later, the same technician showed up and wanted another $300 for 2 parts (to hopefully get whatever was causing the drip). He said he had to find the part(s) however, which apparently wasn't easy.

I sent an email through the company's website detailing the entire experience. No call, no email, no text.

To date, I have still never heard anything back. I'm guessing they don't work on mobile homes much, but was a really expensive, negative experience.

It was easy to schedule and they provided good communication throughout. Text alert when tech was on the way + email invoice and photos provided afterwards. The tech was on time, friendly and knowledgeable (Deon E).

The only downside is that it was a real bummer to pay an extra $125 for After Hours Fee, especially since the repair ended up being $500+ alone (3lbs of refrigerant + leak sealant). It seems like a fee like that should be waived at a certain price point and I would urge the owners to reconsider this policy. I scheduled on a Sunday at 7:30am for an 8-10 window and the tech was completely done by 10am, so I do understand if they feel the right to charge extra for that quick of a response time.

This review is for the Elite Rooter in *Tucson* -- I  had a complex kitchen clog that I tried absolutely everything to clear. I called the Elite Rooter in Tucson, and they arrived promptly. The technician (Joel) was polite, respectful, *honest* and determined that the clog was in some marginally accessible part of the drain system. He removed the clog and I have my kitchen back. He was helpful and informative. And, as I say, *honest* which I have found lacking in some Tucson plumbing companies. I would without hesitation call them again. They do a good job, are courteous and are very reasonable. The technician went out of his way for me. They don't try and sell you anything you don't need, nor do they engage in other deceptive practices, which is refreshing. The tech stayed until I had run water, run the dishwasher - whatever it took to be sure the problem was resolved. When I think of the hundreds of dollars I have donated to other companies for far less, I wish I had known about them sooner!

Dave is great! Responsive, reliable, knowledgeable, and nice! Highly recommend! Hire him and support this new small business.

I've used Michael on a number of occasions and he has been nothing but the most professional contractor (not just plumber) that I've ever hired, and I hire contractors for a living. He's exceptionally clean, communicative, and second to none when it comes to customer service.

Anyways..  Brian was great.  Found my water heater leaking and he came out the next morning.  Just quick and easy for me..

The name says it all. Fast, courteous and professional. Had a water pressure reducer installed, the piping was old and constricted and installation by the owners son was meticulous. He explained everything, was very knowledgeable and we couldn't be happier. Definitely recommend

Provided plenty of advance notice prior to arriving, even GPS position and ETA!

Our main line backed up into our kitchen sink at 5:15am (ughhh the smell!!), contacted Rooter Ranger Plumbing at around 6:30am, they got back to me within a short timeframe and set-up for a technician to come out, Gabe, who arrived around 10am.  Upon inspecting the issue and clearing the sink he brought in Mike to run a camera and see exactly what was preventing the snake from moving forward.  35+ years of gunk and never cleaned before mains that run out about 120 feet from the house to the city line, is what was causing the problem.

They let us know our options, we went with the hydro jet option, expensive but Alfredo did a wonderful job in clearing the lines, by 9pm the problem was solved for good.

Mike came back out to video the lines, a world of difference in the two videos letting us know we got our money's worth when all the lines were cleared, except for a portion running from the end of our line to the city line where there was a lip.  Alfredo came back out the next day and cleared that part out also.  Definitely will be using these guys again, thanks so much!

Near me plumbing and drain replaced (Two) Moen Magnetix Shower heads in our new home.  Jordon also installed a salt free water softener system. He not only built an inside loop in the garage wall but he went over and beyond. I got an inside salt free water spigot-faucet, a shutoff water valve behind tanks (Great for washing your car) and a beautiful sleeve for my tanks Inside my garage. I still have my outside spigot and water shutoff vale on the outside. I would recommend Jordan to anyone, he was professional, polite, helpful, did excellent work in a timely manner, and left the place clean. Most important the Water Taste Great!!!

My husband and I cannot say enough great things about Lawson Family Plumbing. They are professional, have excellent customer service, and are quickly responsive. A while back we had them install two new toilets. We had issues with one of the toilets and they came back several times at no charge to help problem-solve the issues. A couple of days ago we noticed what we thought was a leak in our master bath shower and Lawson Family Plumbing came to diagnose the issue. They diagnosed the issue quickly and provided suggestions to us for how to fix what is going on, even though the solution does not include needing plumbing services. We highly recommend Lawson Family Plumbing!
