Best Plumbing Services in Arizona

I live out of state but was in Arizona visiting my stepmother and realized that she needed some plumbing work to replace an outside water shut valve to the house and another water shut off valve inside the house.  I called a couple different plumbers but had such great phone exchange with Chris (the owner) and decided to give PINK Plumbing a shot.

His quoted price for work (over the phone) was very reasonable and prompt.  I also appreciated Chris providing for a senior citizen discount and military discount!!  His employee, Jason, arrived on time and was very professional throughout the time he was there.  

Upon completion of the job.  Chris called to make sure that everything was good to go AND that I was satisfied!!  I truly appreciated the concern.

I wholeheartedly would use PINK Plumbing & Sewer again and absolutely would recommend them to ANYONE for their plumbing needs.  You can't beat these guys!!

I would 100% use this business again or recommend them to a family manner. I've been burned by a plumber before so naturally I wasn't thrilled about another. My kitchen sink clogged and after 3 attempts at draino and cleaning the trap I was out of ideas.

I called Saturday around noon and a couple hours later a plumber showed up as promised. A couple hours after that my sink was fixed. He gave me an estimate within the first few min and even though the job took longer than he expected the price didn't change.

My house is over 50 years old.  The pipes are not in good shape, plus there's been several patch jobs over the years by previous owner. Long story short he could've found a reason or two for an update. But he didn't. But he did take the time to check out the pipe work on my new sprinklers and let me know it was done right.

I'm really happy with the service and price and would certainly use them again.

I'm a bit disappointed with Hansen Family Plumbing as they don't seem to stand by their work. I previously had a great experience with them until this week. The company has a different feel; I'm wondering if they're under new management.

In any case my issue is that they installed an Insinkerator hot water for me that is leaking. Actually it's leaking in a few places, at the water dispenser (faucet), at the tank, and at one of the fittings. Hansen's response was basically - too bad, your warranty period is over.

They literally installed this unit last year. They instructed me to contact the manufacturer 'so at least I can get a new tank'. This is even though they bought this unit for me, and I paid them for both the part and the labor.  At the very least, they should be doing this work for me. They have all the info a manufacturer would want - such as place of purchase, proof of purchase, etc.

When I contacted Insinkerator, they asked for a copy of my receipt as well as the model number and serial number of the unit.  The receipt I have from Hansen is very generic and doesn't specify model number or serial number; in fact, it doesn't specify the manufacturer.  

Because of that, Insinkerator told me that the receipt I provided to them is not valid.   Furthermore, based on the model number and serial number on the unit in my kitchen, it looks like Hansen installed a unit that was actually manufactured in 2007.

Let me repeat, Hansen installed a really old (13 year old) unit in my kitchen last year.  Insinkerator's warranty is only good for 3 years.  Insinkerator further informed me that they stopped manufacturing this model of insta hot heaters back in 2011!

Waste of $770. Don't bother with this company. And don't believe the 5 star reviews, based on Fakespot it looks like a lot of these reviews are fake.

This plumbing company advertises itself as a 24 hour plumbing service company, so when I had a plumbing emergency involving a water leak at 11:30pm on Sunday, I called them.   Their after hours emergency answering service held on to me for 20 minutes on the phone taking down all my information and said someone will get back to me tonight.  After THREE DAYS on Wednesday someone by the name of Gabriel called me back from this company and wanted to speak with me about putting me on their schedule for a visit!  Needles to say my plumbing emergency had already been resolved by then by a different company.  If you're looking for prompt plumbing service with an organized plumbing company who's got its $hit together, then avoid these people.  My experience with them was simply a waste of time.

Appreciate Chris being able to come out same day. Work was done quickly and professionally.

They put in a snake- not an auger - through the drain and it fixed the problem.  A little steep at $400. But they also wanted $11k to reroute a pipe. Jackhammer concrete, tear up pavers and dig 4 feet. - sure there is a broken pipe somewhere that eventually will need to be fixed. . But not sure how they came up with $11k when it should have cost less than $200 to fix.

Buyer beware. SCAM!!!!

So I gotta tell you. I'm all about making a living and a profit. However lawson family plumbing came out to my sisters house and did a water leak repair. It was on the exterior of the house and it was a minor repair approximately $24 and parts and I'm sure some of it was left over Scrap. They charged her $850 with the service call and dialogue. To no avail it leaked in three weeks! Please see the photo of the very cheap PVC parts that were used. I would understand if it was $300 but this is completely unacceptable. 100% buyer beware these guys must be on commission!. I would recommend you search for a Different plumbing company and by no means trustthese guys. Please see the photo. She has a single woman and I feel that she was taking advantage of 100%. I have been in the construction and remodeling industry for over 22 years and this is completely unacceptable!

Greg showed up earlier than expected (awesome) to address the septic smell we had emanating from the master bath shower. The septic was cleaned out a couple of weeks prior and the home had sat unoccupied for almost 9 months. The traps had all dried out. Greg took the time to educated us on the septic system and our water treatment system. Very nice guy... and we appreciate the extra effort.  I wouldn't hesitate to recommend ProSkill plumbing for your plumbing needs. Great job all around! Thank you!

I requested a quote late Friday night about a clogged bathtub, and they were able to send someone out the next morning. Stephen was able to very quickly unclog the bathtub (due to the kitchen sink water backing up into it). Bonus points for wearing a mask and shoe covers. He even did an assessment of my plumping pipes. All this for $77 WITH a 30-day warranty. 100% recommend for fast and affordable service.

After our usual plumber let us down several times I took to Yelp and found Somers Plumbers.  Its a huge challenge when you are reaching out trying to find a decent person to work in your home.   Someone that doesn't just pull down the first $ number that comes to their head and someone that you can trust to be there when they say and do what you ask.

I am really happy to have been able to find Dave Somers.  Dave is a truly knowledgeable plumber coming from over 16 years working for someone else, Dave now turned his experience over to becoming an ROC Licensed Plumber and business owner recently

He was quick to respond back to questions and rough pricing through Yelp, his communication skills through text/Yelp & phone are fantastic.  I always knew where I stood with Dave.

I set Dave up with 5 different faucet replacements which included new drain/plugs and a challenging hands free kitchen faucet.  Dave came through perfect on everything.  If I didn't have the right part, he had the parts on hand or knew where to get them.   He went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect.  

I am already figuring out his next project.

Leaks, water softeners, RO, faucets, drains, toilets.  Dave does them all.

Absolutely the best! Got right down to the problem and fixed plugged kitchen sink. Fast, efficient and reasonable. Couldn't ask more than that!

Best of the best! We needed to get our water softener removed and pipe bounding done. Very quickly I heard back from Dianna, who scheduled an appointment for the following day to get a quote. Brian came out on time, even sent a message notifying us that he was en route. He evaluated the work needed to be done, provided us a quote and was back few days later to get is all done. Hands one one of the most professional, friendly and honest services around!

Not having hot water in your morning shower is not the way to start your day, finding your garage flooded doesn't make it any better. Thank goodness I found 100% Plumbing.  Mont told me how to turn the water off and Eddie & Evan (I'm horrible with names so I hope this is correct) came a couple hours later and changed our hot water tank and patiently answered all my questions!

Fixed my drip system and did a complete professional job. Would highly  recommend their services.

I called up Rooter Ranger Plumbing for a drain cleaning service as my kitchen drain had clogged up ; Mario came over promptly within 90 minutes with his colleague Alfredo  came and cleared up my drain within 20 minutes. They were articulate in explaining the cause, steps to control grease buildup and the services one could use to prevent such issues in the future. I will recommend them for this service and will call them for any future plumbing requirements that I have.

Jordan is a really good guy. Got me pointed in the right direction even thou we didn't end up working together.

Lawson Family Plumbing is an awesome company - and in particular, Jason.

We cannot say enough about Jason's skill and integrity, he is truly a master at his craft.

We had them come out to clear a drainage problem we had in both our bathrooms. Because our home is almost 60 years old, it has no clean-outs, and none were ever installed. Therefore, Jason had to run his auger down the vent from the rooftop.

With the help of a drain-camera, Jason found that many pieces of PVC pipe had been cut off (at some time before we bought the house), and carelessly/wrecklessly/maliciously dropped down the rooftop sewer vent. We had no idea that PVC was sitting at the bottom of our drain line. With Jason's masterful insight, wizardry and tenacity he made it possible to fish-out the offending PVC. One piece of PVC was around 8' long and another was 2' long. For the life of me I do not understand why 'anyone' would throw PVC pipe down their rooftop-sewer-vent, but some simpleton did.

Anyway, long story short....
We will unhesitatingly refer anyone who asks us, Hire Lawson Family Plumbing and have your plumbing problems resolved now!

Richard was punctual, he diagnosed the leak quickly and correctly, beat the best competitors quote and the work he performed left the area cleaner than when he arrived.

Very professional and quick. I called first thing in the morning and was able to get an appointment that day. Also they were an hour earlier then originally planned but called to make sure it was okay first. Which was awesome when your ac unit is not working in the summer in Phoenix the earlier the better. And our technician was great! Frank was polite and got the job done fast. He was excellent at explaining to me what the problem was and gave me a few options for repairs. He went above and beyond getting our two units working perfectly and the expensive was less then expected. I also found it very useful that he gave me some tips on monthly maintenance I can be doing to keep my units running more efficiently. Being a first time home owner I really appreciated this. I will be using Hays for any of my future ac/heater needs.

This isn't about their work . I posted that review months ago .This is regarding their honesty, i e Zack. I was called the other day , which is always annoying since I'm busy . I assumed it was a solicitation.  Instead he informed me of an overcharge from their last visit . I would not have caught this until 04/21 at the earliest . I am always impressed when someone is honest . Yes, it should go without saying but I have learned from experience it does not .
