The technician showed up and was able to get to work to find the issue in our front yard. Within 1.5 hours he fixed the main water line to the house and he was efficient and professional the entire time explaining what he was doing and how the device would fix the issue.

This company is the best!  They spent some time on the phone to assess my needs and came out quickly. They unclogged our sinks and a toilet and also was able to install a faucet I had as a last-minute addition to the work I originally requested. They did a fantastic job and cleaned up everything.  It's so nice not to have to go in behind a company after they leave to do clean up. They left everything even cleaner than they found it!  It's been several months since I've hired them and the job they did is still great. All unclogged drains are remain  unclogged and free flowing. In addition to the fantastic work they did, the plumber was very professional and friendly. They came when they said they were going to be here without keeping us waiting with a huge window. I can't recommend this company enough. Hire them - you won't be sorry. I wish I found them much sooner! Great, family-owned business!!!

Let  me start by saying that when I called, the receptionist was polite and professional.  She said that a technician would be arriving between 12- 3:00pm. At 12:00 I received a call from Kenneth, he verified my address and told me he was on his way. Kenneth arrived  and was honest and professional of what I needed. Kenneth told me where I could go to by the hardware for the sink. I went to that location  and the salesman asked who was doing the repairs. I told that man it was Larson Family Plumbing. The salesman  said I would get a discount because he was familiar with that company and that they (Larson Family) were very good and reliable. I returned and gave Kenneth the hardware. Kenneth replaced, clean the bathroom, Kenneth  was very professional, friendly and approachable. I found out that Kenneth's father was law enforcement. I have retired after serving almost 33 years with Phoenix.  Kenneth discounted 10% for his service. I'm so thankful I found Lawson Family Plumbing on Yelp.  I will recommend this business to anyone who needs Plumbing. Great job Kenneth, you represented Larson Family Plumbing very well, thanks.

Chris came out as promised and early, already exceeding my expectations.  He then tried saving me money several times and gave me honest opinions as if it were his.  So refreshing.  I ended up picking his brain, I am extremely picky but have a full house of kids, about best possible long-term solution. He gave me his two cents and we rescheduled up for the following week. I need to tell you he just finished his second job for me and it couldn't have been a better experience. I think this is only the second review I've ever written which should tell you how highly I think of Chris.

I used Bumble bee to snake a clogged kitchen drain. They answered the phone promptly and came out same day, on a Saturday, to help me out. This is all good, to be sure. The plumber who came out was very clean and professional, he performed his job and unclogged the kitchen drain. I have no issues with the quality of the work they performed.

I do have an issue with their exorbitant pricing and upselling. My invoice to mechanically snake a single drain was originally $414. Ooph. They applied a $50 yelp coupon to get the price down fifty bucks. They tried to sell me on hydrojetting for nearly $800 instead of the mechanical snaking. They tried to sell me on a plumbing subscription service where, for a price, they will apparently put you to the front of the line or something. I'm unclear on why I would pay to join a plumbing subscription service. They would not quote me over the phone and said they needed to see the sink before quoting me. I almost sent them away when they quoted me the price, but in an effort to just get it done and save the service fee I had them do the work.

Last week I had another drain clog. I called a different company to mechanically snake the drain. It was $200 flat. No upselling, no subscription shenanigans, no hydrojetting selling, just $200 to do the same job Bumble Bee is charging $414 for.

So to sum it up. They did indeed come out quickly on a weekend. They were very clean and respectful and seem to have performed the work in a professional and quality way. I would trust them to work on my house. But it kills me knowing that I could have had it done for half the price by an equally qualified equally professional company.

They came out to do an estimate, and then never provided the estimate.  I contacted them 3 times and each time was promised a response.  Very unreliable.  Waste of my time.

I have used them every time I need service. They are quick to get to my house and they inform me honestly and accurately what the issue is. I will happily be using again if I need help. Thank you very much for having a great team to rely on when I need you.

Eddie was great!  He took the time and care to install a tankless water heater in our home today.  Everything was done to perfection.  This is not the first time we have used 100% Plumbing and they never disappoint from the scheduling process to the tech arriving and completing the job.  It's good to be 100% satisfied.

Justin, our technician is knowledgeable, friendly, and professional.  Justin gave us a quote for a new unit and a quote for rebuilding the control panel of our current unit.  He wasn't pushy about trying to make the sale.  Merely gave us the information and left, allowing us to think it over.
I have never heard of this water softener, but on the other hand, I couldn't find any negative reviews either.  The unit has an excellent warranty in my opinion.  I checked with the BBB online and they have a rating of A+.  I would certainly recommend this company.  Dave makes appointments, communicates with the customer and handles the follow-up.  He is also very accommodating.

Update: While it took a VERY long time to get a response back from the company, they did finally reach out and were able to provide a large portion of the money back. Which I do feel like was an appropriate amount for the work that was done. Once I was able to get in contact with someone, it was clear customer experience was and is a top priority priority for the company. I still do not recommend the third party company Quick Restore for repairs, as they wanted to slap some flooring over water damaged subfloor on my second story bathroom. But, I would think about using this plumbing company again, as the work was great. Just be mindful only insurance can tell you what you will and will not be reimbursed for.

Near me plumbing and drain replaced (Two) Moen Magnetix Shower heads in our new home.  Jordon also installed a salt free water softener system. He not only built an inside loop in the garage wall but he went over and beyond. I got an inside salt free water spigot-faucet, a shutoff water valve behind tanks (Great for washing your car) and a beautiful sleeve for my tanks Inside my garage. I still have my outside spigot and water shutoff vale on the outside. I would recommend Jordan to anyone, he was professional, polite, helpful, did excellent work in a timely manner, and left the place clean. Most important the Water Taste Great!!!

I just hate hiring professionals to do a job because I just feel like I'm going to get a high bill for POOR labor ... HOWEVER, the Lawson Family Plumbing was a welcome change for me ... the plumber, Paul, listened to me and explained in detail what would need done and what didn't need to be done ... then he told me exactly what the cost would be to the penny ... Paul completed each task and I inspected his work and it was done perfectly ... Everything was done completely and thoroughly with no exceptions ... the price was more than fair (Thank You) and the work Paul did was Grade A First Class all the way, Paul was great, Thank you Sir ... To be honest the Lawson Family Plumbing is my go to plumbing company now ... their pricing is extremely fair and the quality of work is above reproach ... They treated me like, well - family and that felt good - Thank you LFP ... I'll be back for sure ... JOB WELL DONE!

Wow!!!! I just had an install today of two new units. I can't say enough about the quality of salesmanship and installation we received. I would highly suggest Hays for any services that they offer. Their team is knowledgeable and cordial. They also came way under a price quote from a competitor and doubled the warranty. We also got a wifi thermostat was the hi-light of my husbands day!!!  Thanks Hays we are customers for life.

I can't say enough about the customer service from King Plumbing & AC.  Just as luck would have it the AC in my home stopped cooling on a weekend in July, it was just running constantly.  I posted a message on Yelp that following Monday morning. King Plumbing was THE ONLY company who could come out that morning.  Luis and James arrived right on time. Both were very polite, professional and honest. They noticed the unit was low on coolant, recharged it and cool air had returned.  Next step was to reach out to Old Republic, the home warranty company, to get the AC repaired or replaced.  They sent out some shotty company who charged me 75.00 just to tell me nothing was wrong, didn't even check anything except to tell me the unit had plenty of coolant. No duh  since King had just been out a day prior.  This company then closed out the service ticket with no problem found. I called Old Republic back and stated there was a reason why the unit was so low on coolant and insisted either they repair or replace the unit.  Since King Plumbing & AC is also a contractor for Old Republic, I demanded that they open a new ticket to King.  Luis and James came out again, went up in the attic and found multiple leaks in the coil. Luis worked with the manufacturer to locate a replacement part which was so nice of him. A part was found and the insurance company approved the repair with no cost to me.  Luis and James came back out once the part arrived, replaced it and now the AC works great.  I even signed up for the maintenance plan offered by King so now twice a year the unit can be inspected so no more summer without AC.  There are so many AC companies in Maricopa County but if you are looking for a company with honesty, integrity, that goes above and beyond, by all means, look no further than King Plumbing & AC.
