Best Plumbing Services in Arizona

After remodeling our brand new house and moving in we suddenly had a flood in our master shower and master bedroom. After 4 separate companies sent out 4 different plumbers that basically said the exact same thing there's a collapsed line and the only way to fix it is to rip up your brand new tile, open your brand new walls and hope we are in the right spot. We finally gave in and accepted that this was going to happen so we decided to get a leak detection test to make sure we new where the leak was to avoid any unnecessary work. Chris came out and in less than an hour had cleared our drain without having to touch anything besides our shower drain and clean out. He immediately explained that he saw that there was something in the drain and there were no collapsed lines. I will NEVER use another company again!!! He was professional and actually took his time to figure out exactly what was going on before giving a crazy diagnosis. I would 1000% recommend this company to anyone! Thanks Chris!!!

I wish I could comment on the work that Diamondback Plumbing did for me, but I can't because a technician never actually showed up.  I scheduled an appointment, and I received a call from the dispatcher (who was very nice, for the record) at roughly 3pm stating that my technician was planning on getting to me in about half an hour, but that he was coming from a bit of a ways away and might not have accounted for traffic.  I completely understood that, and I'd set aside my entire evening just in case he was running late or had a lengthy job to do.

It's now five hours later, and not only has a technician not come out, but no one called me to let me know that my appointment was being abandoned.  I ended up calling in and speaking with the evening dispatcher (who, again, was incredibly nice), and she told me that I'd be getting a call in the morning to reschedule an appointment.

Frankly, I don't want to use the services that Diamondback has to offer at this point, because I don't feel like potentially wasting another day sitting at home (not to mention cancelling plans that I can't reschedule) because my technician bailed on me.  However, since my property management apparently has some sort of ridiculous arrangement with them, it looks like I'm stuck waiting around for who knows how long until someone actually keeps the appointment.

Just used Hansen's for the first time - a clogged toilet that plunging wouldn't fix. Robert fixed the problem and offered solutions for future reference without a heavy upsell pitch. Bottom line is I will call Hansens again if needed. Thanks, Robert!

We were in the market for a water softener. Had big name company (P&P) give estimate and sales pitch and then had Lawson come out and their estimate was 1/2 of the other! Joe at Lawson was wonderful to work with! Very knowledgeable and took the time time to explain everything to us.Came out the same week to install! Very happy with this experience. Oh yeah really like that they use local company to source the water softener !! I feel Very confident I made the right decision.

Of course the plumbing started to leak  in the middle of the night on a Saturday which means I needed someone on a Sunday which I thought was the start of a nightmare. I was wrong by using Yelp I found Flush King called them up and someone answered yes answered the call said Tom would show up between 12-2 great right well they showed up at 10:45. Tom looked at the job said no problem and 2 hrs later it was completed. I'm not a plumber obviously but I do know a good job when I see it.
If you are reading this you don't have to go anywhere else. Make sure ask for Tom as the Technician you will be satisfied. Don't know the owner but a business like this starts at the top. So don't hesitate everything is getting wet call.

This place is awesome, and Mike was so helpful, professional, and kind. He inspected work and provided a second opinion on plumbing work performed by another company.  I made the mistake of letting my home warrantee company send the plumber they wanted and didn't do my research beforehand (that company only had two stars on yelp). Do yourself a favor and just go straight to Lawson Family Plumbing! I have saved this company in my contacts and will be using them exclusively in the future!

ProSkill Services came today and installed my brand new Trane AC and Furnace.  I cannot say enough good things about this company and especially want to commend Kyle, Lorenzo, Chris and Michael for the great job.  Not only were they professional and courteous, but they demonstrated great customer service skills as well.  Did I mention that after interviewing three other companies, ProSkill's quote was $1000 less than the other companies.  Also, Kyle went above and beyond by painting the trap door to the ceiling in the garage after they were finished installing my new furnace which is located in the attic and tightened my attic ceiling lights.  I cannot say enough about these four gentlemen.

I requested a quote late Friday night about a clogged bathtub, and they were able to send someone out the next morning. Stephen was able to very quickly unclog the bathtub (due to the kitchen sink water backing up into it). Bonus points for wearing a mask and shoe covers. He even did an assessment of my plumping pipes. All this for $77 WITH a 30-day warranty. 100% recommend for fast and affordable service.

Let me preface this review by stating I am not a plumber, but am probably in the 99th percentile of homeowner's who will tackle projects themselves. I have plumbed a bathroom, replaced every faucet/sink in my house, added a garage sink, repaired my roof, installed new floors, landscaped the yard, installed an irrigation system, etc. etc. We had a clog in our main drain I discovered around midnight last night. I tried to snake it myself for about an hour, but with nothing to show for it with my 15 ft snake. Removed both toilets and tried from our washout, but couldn't get it. Enough about me.

Dave came out in less than an hour from when I first contacted him, charged an incredible price, and fixed the issue in about 45 mins. I won't mention what he was able to pull out of the drain line, but his customer service is excellent and quality of his work was outstanding. I have some scar tissue from getting gouged by plumbers in the past, and feel confident going to Dave for any and all future plumbing needs! He is a one man show, so you don't have to deal with a scheduler or multiple field folks. Save his contact info. 10/10 recommend Dave!

Thes guys are the best!  They came out today on short notice to repair a leaky water line in our crawl space.  They not only repaired the known leak, but also discovered another one in the hot water line and repaired that as well at no extra charge!  They also rebuilt a leaky hose bib on the way out. I would highly recommend hiring these guys for any plumbing needs. Thanks Michael!

I just moved in to my new house used Yelp to help find a licensed plumber. I need a new regulator on my built in gas grill. Sound plumbing responded and came to my home for a quote. Brian was on time and came back the next day with the parts and completed the installation. Thanks now I can have a house warming party.

The name says it all. Fast, courteous and professional. Had a water pressure reducer installed, the piping was old and constricted and installation by the owners son was meticulous. He explained everything, was very knowledgeable and we couldn't be happier. Definitely recommend

What a helpful company! I was in escrow on a new home coming from out of state. Found Allegiance on yelp because my plumbing needed to be completely replaced which I thought would be so stressful. I first spoke with David who got back to me immediately with info and pricing. He also remembered me and my situation every time we spoke. Great customer service! Garrod was our serviceman and was so helpful! Again, while living out of state, they both made the process incredibly easy and seamless. I would work with them again and recommend them to anyone. We called on a Sunday, and they came quickly and did not charge a weekend extra fee. They fixed the problem and suggested how to keep it from happening again. We just had them out again and they assesses our entire system and gave us several options to fix it for good. THANK-YOU!!!

I asked questions and husband too that made us comfortable to do business with him. I asked him why them and not their competitors and provided a solid statement and his reason why he works for them. I contacted Lawson Family Plumbing about replacing all of my under-sink shut off valves. They were kind and courteous when I called to schedule and they showed up on time and even offered to wear booties when they came to the door. I really appreciated that. I thought the price was fair. Highly recommend.

Underwhelmed. Can't comment on the quality of their work or the actual price charged because they didn't show up. After an hour and 50 minutes into the two hour service window they provided I called in to see if there was a problem. I was assured I was next on my list and someone would be right over and call to let me know they were on their way. Another hour passed without a phone call. Pretty poor customer service in my opinion. I feel I was OPTION ONE-HUNDRED for their schedule.

On time, knowledgeable, and good communication make these guys the best I've seen. They take the time to explain the situation face to face in layman's terms and make recommendations. Unlike the other guys who mumble technical jargon while they're on the run and hand me a big bill. Hayes techs are invested in the work and seem happy to help. They also have expertise, and even corrected some issues created by previous companies.

King Plumbing is awesome!! Terry is great about answering phone calls and he is so honest. Brendan is the best plumber ever. He always comes out right away, within a few hours which is very impressive. He is professional and kind and a pleasure to work with. 5 stars!!!!!!!!!!
