Great service from my first inquiry to service to job completion.

I always get nervous when I have to hire a new professional service. Finding someone competent, trustworthy, and that just doesn't treat you like an idiot (even though you are in said area) is sometimes hard to come by. I mean, I won't buy anything other than a Honda just because I know I'd have to find a new mechanic and I never want to lose him ... (I know he will never love me the same way though)

Anyway, this is only the second time needing a plumber since I've owned my own home. The first time I ended up doing the repair myself because the professional I called out didn't seem that competent, seemed to overcharge, and I knew I could do it myself... I was just feeling lazy. This time I figured I'd hire a professional and not get overly confident. I was happy to find someone that did a great job and I know I can rely on in the future.
I had a pretty standard repair (replacing the cartridges in my tub faucet) and was happy they could give me a rough estimate over the phone. I contacted another company*cough cough Rainforest* that insisted on coming out to physically look at the problem. Like, it's a leaky tub faucet bro, I just need the cartridges replaced, give me an estimate and requote me when you get here if it's f'd to s*&T.

Shoutout to my plumber Lou, he came out and patiently waited for my HOA plumber(they were not on time even though they knew I was coordinating a repair *cough cough Rainforest) to get here and turn off the water. He was super nice, explained the repair and the difficulties I could've run into (makes me happy I didn't attempt it myself in attempts to be cheap AF.) I had another small issue but he didn't have the part on hand. He told me the repair is pretty simple, what to get, and how to do it myself. THIS RIGHT HERE. This is one of those things that may seem small but makes me trust a company/professional so much. Of course, I know I could have a professional do it, but the honesty of them telling me I could probably do it myself for something simple is something I appreciate 100%.

In conclusion (law school taught me to write like this,) I was impressed with them so much I will not only use them again but took the time to draft one of my epic Yelp reviews so that other people know too. - this is called vouching but whatever we aren't in court.

Thanks Lou! I hope I never see you again because plumbing repairs are expensive and I work for the government. If I do, next time I'm calling Lou. (ha that rhymed)

Diamondback Plumbing, again, came to my rescue.  I had 4 issues in my house and spoke directly with Steve Herzog who took care of me that day.  One of his excellent technicians, Joe, lived nearby, so he came at the end of the day, as planned.  Just because it was his final trip, by no means did he zip through my problems.  He gave me all the time that was necessary to complete the work order.  I highly recommend Diamondback Plumbing for all your needs.

Had a plumbing problem, called Hansen, and they scheduled for the next day.  Their plumber discovered that our drain was plugged some due to rust from cast iron pipes.  He could not take off the drain pipe because it was rusted in so he went through the roof pipe with a snake to clean the pipes.  In 90 minutes, water was running great.  He was also very friendly and explained everything he was doing.  I would definitely call Hansen again.

I've been a home owner for 30 plus years and as most homeowners know you occasionally need a bit of outside help, plumbing electrical and others. Today I experienced something I had no idea existed. While I was away out of town our hot water heater quit working, rather than call someone my wife elected to wait for me to come home and have a look. 9 days later I returned home and realized I couldn't fix the problem. I found Lawson Family Plumbing and gave them a call, Jason came to the rescue. He fixed the problem in less than 1 minute and was so incredibly professional about it. The Bill reflected the time he had invested in the repair and wouldn't allow any big service charge for the easy fix. What a great way to treat your fellow American! I will never use or recommend any other company other than Lawson Family Plumbing! They are the best!!!!

Quick response after hours and a fox the next afternoon.   Not surprised and the price is fair.

Called Proskill hoping for a water softener repair but unfortunately it was not repairable.  Chance and Harlin were extremely professional, respectful and courteous.  They explained everything including showing us what was wrong with our old unit.  We are more than comfortable referring them into your home as well.  I know that is who we will call when the next thing needs repair or replacement.

Big disappointment.  Fast response time but then i was quoted $650 to fix a pinhole leak in an exposed above ground copper line .  When i told the plumber that price is ridiculous they dropped the price by $200 3 minutes later.  Feels like they are trying to scam people.  Another plumber charged me under $200.

Dave came in and fixed the broken valves for our washing machine and on top of that fixed our leaky shower. Dave went above and beyond as he was only going to change the trim kit for the shower but he ended replacing the shower valve due to a leak. He stuck around and finished the job and then cleaned everything up. I would not hesitate to use Somers Plumbers again.

A+++! We just moved to the area from out of state and I called around to several local plumbing companies that got top marks here on Yelp and Google for a quote to fix our toilet that wouldn't stop running. Element Plumbing was by far the best to work with in terms of professionalism, expertise, price, and friendliness. Greatly appreciate Michael's communication, care, flexibility (when we changed last minute from swapping out an entire toilet to just fixing the current one) and expertise. Highly recommend and will definitely call again if we're in need of a plumber --- tho fingers crossed not anytime soon! ;)

We called because we had a lot of water leaking in the garage and they scheduled us for 3pm then called and they came sooner which was awesome. We had to shut of our water so I was very excited they could make it out sooner. Did a good job explained everything !

John did a fantastic job on a new irrigation system for my back yard.  It was a lot of work but he showed up on time and clearly explained everything. Highly recommend Allegiance.

Rooter Ranger was so professional.  They came out immediately, assessed the issue and promptly and professionally cured my plumbing problem.  Everyone was kind and they did a really good job. I am very pleased with the service.

Had an issue with our water pressure in the house. Did some basic diagnostics and decided I needed professional help. Put out a job needing to be done on Yelp. They came out a couple of days later. Our tech was very thorough and explained everything to me. Job was completed in about 2.5 hours. The only reason they don't get 5 stars is they missed the morning appointment and I had to contact them. After that it was smooth sailing.

My husband and I cannot say enough great things about Lawson Family Plumbing. They are professional, have excellent customer service, and are quickly responsive. A while back we had them install two new toilets. We had issues with one of the toilets and they came back several times at no charge to help problem-solve the issues. A couple of days ago we noticed what we thought was a leak in our master bath shower and Lawson Family Plumbing came to diagnose the issue. They diagnosed the issue quickly and provided suggestions to us for how to fix what is going on, even though the solution does not include needing plumbing services. We highly recommend Lawson Family Plumbing!

Hays was quick to set an appointment for my yearly AC check up and was great with communication. The tech was running a little behind the morning of my appointment but Hays was very proactive in contacting and updating me. To clarify, I was not bothered by the tech running behind--I have no doubt they are swamped with AC needs in the AZ heat! My tech, Sam, arrived and was super friendly then got right to work. He did a very thorough job, explained everything to me clearly and didn't pressure me at all. They honored the online coupon/discount and Sam told me about the yearly preventative maintenance plan they have but did not try to pressure or up sell me at all. I will for sure be contacting Hays in the future for my AC needs.

I had a toilet leakage in my rental property. The staff was very responsive, and the fix has been done quick with a reasonable price.
