They really know what they are doing. They are so knowledgeable and care for there customers. I had a problem with my water heater and the fixed it then later the electrical in the water got bad and when I called them again. They helped me find an electrician and they told him what was the problem and the electrician fixed it. Thank you guys !!

We developed a plumbing problem at our business at around 9 AM and Diamondback Plumbing showed up in the time frame they promised and fixed for a fair price. I will be calling them back for another job we will be needing.

Had to call Hansen twice recently for different issues.  They responded very promptly and fixed our problems.  We are very happy with their repairs, and will use them again.  Highly recommend them.  Michael was our guy.

I placed a call for service and was given a window beginning about 90 minutes later.  Ten minutes later, Kenneth calls to tell me he can arrive in about 10 minutes.  He arrives, fixes our minor problem (no charge), and gives us an estimate to replace our disposal if/when it begins to fail due to some rust.  I've found my forever plumber.

Had a tankless water heater system along with new water softener and carbon filter system installed. Steven E and Caine were here all day and did an amazing job with the installation, programming, education and clean up! Steven's attention to detail and his high standards when it comes to installation and service are top notch and best I have had the pleasure to witness.

I've used Elite Rooter a couple of times for plumbing issues. They need to cease with the practice of their opening line of we will help you file an insurance claim for any issues they encounter. It seems clear they are using the rooter business as a front to encourage customers to open an insurance claim and balloon the repair costs for their benefit. Why doesn't Elite take time to properly diagnose an issue before pressing a customer to file an insurance claim? This seems to be part of their standard practice based on other posts and is very disingenuous.

Dave did a great job of replacing our old, cracked, leaking disposer. He tested the new system a number of times and discovered a leak, which he repaired. He kept testing and looking to make sure that everything was in perfect condition before he left, even carefully removing overflow putty that I couldn't see until he cleaned it out. I was so pleased with his excellent work and friendly manner, explaining what he was doing at each step. If we have any future plumbing needs, I will gladly call Somers Plumbing to take care of us. I was tired of the recurring issues I'd been having with the builder-installed Bosch tankless system.  I had literally gone through two new Bosch and Eamax systems within the 2 years we'd owned the new home so I contacted Element plumbing to audit my current setup and figure out why it kept failing.  All I wanted was instant hot water from the third floor master bath without the wasteful waiting.  
Making an appointment was easy with Element and Michael offered multiple solution options.  I ultimately decided to update the whole system to a Navien NPE 240A because I'd lost faith in Bosch products.  So far, so good!  Thank you, Element Plumbing and Michael, for fitting me in and cleaning up my builder's mess.

Sound Plumbing did a great job for us today. We had a few items for updates and repair, Brian was very professional and knew his stuff. Definitely will call again for any plumbing needs.

Needed a new water heater yesterday.  Did my homework and decided a Bradford White unit was the best for our situation.  Called Allegiance as they were listed as a suppler for this heater.  Never used them before. Wow!  What a great experience from initial contact to proposal to pricing to same day installation by super tech John!  Very effecient. No bs.  Just good old fashion customer service.

We came home from vacation to a stream of water running through our garage. We called Lawson at 9:50 p.m. and the said they would have someone out Saturday morning between 8 and 11. They called at 7:50 a.m. to say they were on the way and by 8:15 Kevin was at work. He was prompt, friendly and professional and took care of replacing the hot water heater quickly. We were back in business with hot water in less than two hours. He even had a recommendation for help with the water damage repair. Great service. I would definitly use them again.

We contacted and received quotes from 5 different companies due to our hot water heater pilot light repeatedly going out. Option 1 Plumbing was a finalist and who we opted to go with for the service. Robert came out the next day, checked out the situation, offered a competitive quote, asked if there was anything else we may want done, and as a matter of fact we did and it was the only company that asked the question. Robert was completely forthright and even went as far as updating the work order to reflect everything that would be done to install a new hot water heater to give me piece of mind. Robert came back the next morning as promised and completed the installation and extra project within probably 2 Or 3 hours. Robert was great to work with and we will definitely utilize Option 1 Plumbing services for future needs.

Our 13 year A/C stopped working last night, or should say the Blower stopped working.  I can do some A/C stuff, so went up on the roof, but couldn't get it working.  Called Hays at 7 AM, they said someone would be there between 9 and 11 AM.  They called back at 7:30 AM and asked if it would be ok if the guy showed up between 8:15-8:30 AM.  Of course I said no problem.   They were there at 8:25 AM, So time estimates where dead on!

I explained what was going on, we went up to the roof and they did a quick test to bypass the thermostat.   It worked, so I went back down and set the thermostat to on, it worked again.  They also recommended switch the fan motor for LOW to HIGH.  I inherited this A/C when I bought the house 3 years ago.  What great guys to explain how it was hooked up, I said let's do it. What a big difference that made in the house, really blows now, covers the rooms better (1954 house)!  They checked the freon, cap, etc and said it all tested good.  

They also told me, if it happened again most likely it means it's the circuit board, which I believe, he tapped the relay's on it before bypassing the thermostat.  The Circuit board is showing some burnt spots etc.  They did not recommend to replace it at this time, it might last 5 years, it might last 2 days they said.  If the issue occurs again, the board probably needs replaced.

They charged me standard $69 service fee, and 1/2 hour of labor.  Sounded right to me!  I cannot stress how great it was to find honest A/C service techs.  Hay's is my new #1 A/C company!

I needed to have a new cold supply line and shutoff valve replaced on my water heater. I called around and felt comfortable with King's responsiveness.
