We contacted Pink Plumbing for a service call. Our appointment was scheduled for Tuesday but instead Zach called us on Saturday and said he could fit us in. What we thought was just a little leak under our kitchen sink, turned into a job that lasted over 6 hours! Throughout all of this Zach surprisingly remained positive, cheerful and respectful. He even commented on how much he loves his job and this was at the tail end of such a long work day. We would definitely recommend Zach and Pink Plumbing for their great customer service, flexibility and staying until the job gets done. They also stuck to their original estimate, which is something you don't see much these days.

Happy Thanksgiving!!  If I didn't love these guys before, they seriously walk on water after tonight!  I noticed around 7:00 p.m. water coming out from under my sink.  When I opened the cabinet, it was pooled on the bottom and dripping down the edges.  I couldn't see a leak when the water was off but every time I turned on the water, it would start up again.  Cooking Thanksgiving dinner without being able to use my sink had me feeling pretty disheartened.  On the off chance that someone was working, I decided to call Diamondback (they've always been great before).  The person who answered the phone couldn't have been nicer and said their on-call person would call me back shortly.....  Wow!  Now, admittedly, I am not mechanically inclined, but he listened to what was happening and literally walked me through how to fix it on the phone.  Service call fee saved, Thanksgiving cooking fest saved, Diamondback to the rescue again.  These guys are AWESOME.  And a very special thank you (thank God) to Brian - Happy Thanksgiving :-)

I lost power to my electric water heater and Jason came out and said my control board was fried. My heater is 13 years old so I am due for a new one but I just got a new AC and solar panels installed so I didn't want that expense. Jason said I could try ordering a new control panel if the manufacturer still carried them (it would be cheaper than if he ordered it for me and I might get it free if I'm the original owner) and then he'd install it for $150 but no guarantee how long that would hold since it's an old unit. I had checked with another plumbing/water heater company that also had great reviews and they said they don't work on units over 10 years old. So I'm so grateful that Lawson Family Plumbing was able to help me out. When I need a new electric water heater, I'll be sure to call them again.

What a great company! Rich was fantastic, efficient and upfront about what we needed. They were very accommodating when our kitchen remodel caused us to push our appointment multiple times, couldn't recommend a better service!

After another plumbing company did not show I turned to Bumble Bee! Michael C. came out first thing in the morning. He was very polite and professional. He explained the issue, the options to fix it and walked us through everything. His customer service was awesome. Once we picked a solution he got right to work and felt like he was done in no time. The work was great and everything works amazing. I would recommend Bumble Bee to anyone and wish I had gone with them first!

Chase T. with proskill services was great! On time, friendly, knowledgeable, and took covid precautions. I had an issue with my smart thermostat, he fixed it no problem, even took care of some preventative maintenance measures on my AC unit. I mentioned my guest bathroom was having issues draining and he checked it out and was able to fix it. Highly recommend!

Needed to replace a shower cartridge for a rental.  I want to have the place ready before the weekend.  Called around and Michael was fast and efficient.   He was able to address the issue that same day.  It was a little on the higher side, but they are dependable with good ratings.

Best of the best! We needed to get our water softener removed and pipe bounding done. Very quickly I heard back from Dianna, who scheduled an appointment for the following day to get a quote. Brian came out on time, even sent a message notifying us that he was en route. He evaluated the work needed to be done, provided us a quote and was back few days later to get is all done. I can't say enough positive things about our first experience using 100% Plumbing. My wife & I have been wanting to find a new plumbing team for awhile and found ourselves needing to locate where our sewer clean outs got buried during some landscaping several years ago. We used this as an opportunity to vet and price out a new company. We always try to stay local and family owned and 100% Plumbing fit the bill. However they earned our future business by being a model of how a good company should be run. I submitted my inquiry through their website and received a call back from Rebecca in the front office shortly thereafter. She answered my questions and put me in touch with McKinley who helped us sort out the job details and estimate thereof. I even got a follow up email from the owner making sure I had been taken care of and this was all prior to making the decision to hire them. Mike & McKinley both showed up within the window advised and were here for less than an hour, successfully helping to find both of our clean out drains (we thought we only had one). We also got an estimate for a new hot water heater while they were here and they made sure there was nothing else that they couldn't take a look at or help with while they were on site. Not only are 100% Plumbing fair with their pricing but their customer service was a home run from beginning to end. I would not hesitate to use or recommend this company for any future plumbing needs. Thanks so much!!

Jeff was friendly, got the job done quickly, and did great work. Took all precautions including mask and shoe coverings. We just needed a hole drilled for our RO system being installed later this week but we really appreciated the communication and professionalism from Allegiance.

These guys were great! Carlos, Mark and the camera tech were prompt, courteous, went beyond to try and fix my plumbing issue. Carlos offered to go and get ME a drink from the store or asked if I needed anything. He kept me in the loop during the WHOLE process. He didn't just go from one end of the house to the next without letting me know what he was doing. I HIGHLY recommend this company. I will never go to Bill Howe again. I only wish they had Venmo so I could send them a tip! Thanks again, guys!  :)

We had a leaking sink as well as a bad garbage disposal, Joe showed up early and took the time to explain and show me exactly what the problem was . He was friendly, professional and finished the job quickly .

Growing up in an older neighborhood and then moving into one myself I had an idea the older plumbing might be an issue and from day one both bathroom showers wouldn't drain well. After about 4 months of dealing with a slow drain I started looking for a plumber that works the Arcadia neighborhood and found these guys from a Nextdoor.com recommendation. For $50 a drain they do fast work. So fast it almost seems unbelievable that they did anything but the last 3 weeks the drains have worked as though they were brand new.

The tech said he almost exclusively works our neighborhood and even was able to come out within 2 hours of my call (though he did say it's slow in the summer time, probably why). He even took the time to tell me what I can do to keep the drains running great and where I can go buy this enzyme stuff.

I hope I don't need to call them again anytime soon but I know for an easy $50 they will be back out quickly to fix it again.

As a manager of a window and door company, I have been in the sales and customer service business for most of my work life. When I was in need of a new AC, after my 20 year old unit finally failed. I proceeded to get estimates from a few different companies. This gave me an experience being on the consumer side rather than the business side of things. I let all the visiting  AC company representatives know that I was in sales, and that I only plan on living in the home for a couple of years, and that I needed a good AC at a reasonable price and didn't need anything fancy just the bare minimum.  This pretty much fell on deaf ears. They have a saying Never sale a salesman every up sale and pitch you could ever hear of from most of the appointments. Until Bill from Hays cooling and heating came through my door. Very punctual, professional, listened to my needs. Very soft approach.  Ultimately didn't try to sell me. Was very reasonably priced and was so impressed with the experience I moved forward with the purchase right away. They were very quick on installing the new AC a few days later just in time for the 115 degree weather. Workman where clean courteous and professional. Very pleased with the whole experience.  The Icing on the cake was a few weeks later my small rental property I owned unfortunately the AC  failed also, I didn't hesitate to call Hays again. It was nice to see Bill again, and as before listened to my needs and Hays hit a second home run with me. I highly recommend Hays cooling and heating,  and will not hesitate to refer to friends or family , and or call them for all my future AC needs. Very highly recommended.

Called this morning and Brendan was at our house in less than an hour. He was very nice and explained what he found and what he did. Hopefully I will not need a plumber for a long time but if I do, I will be calling King again!
