The Customer Service we experienced at this level is unheard of these days. We had a leak at the coupling where the city water connects to our house. Water was coming out with a vengeance. I managed to get the water shut off and dig down 2 feet and discovered a connector that I had never dealt with before. Mike from Pink Plumbing lives across the street so I texted him to see if he could tell me what I was up against. Keep in mind this was in the evening. He came right over and calmy said No big deal he noted, a crack in the brass coupling on the house side of the equation. He said he could help out the next afternoon to which we were so grateful albeit we had no water till then. Less than an hour later we heard water filling the pipes and I was sure we had a tragedy on our hands. Our door bell rang, it was Mike, he brought over his tools had already fixed it!!! This is next level and you just don't see this type of service.  Use these guys, you'll be glad you did.

I had a bathtub faucet that suddenly would not shut off any more.  I called Diamondback Plumbing after reading reviews on Yelp and they sent someone within a few hours - no emergency fees or anything like that.  It turned out that the Moen cartridge went bad.  Plumber was here for about 10 minutes total.  He charged me $89 for labor cost and $90.48 for the cartridge cost.  I can get the exact same cartridge from Home Depot for $39.00.  I am very happy about the service but the markup on parts is a bit on the crazy side.  The service person (Bryan G) was awesome and very friendly and completely professional.

Had to call Hansen twice recently for different issues.  They responded very promptly and fixed our problems.  We are very happy with their repairs, and will use them again.  Highly recommend them.  Michael was our guy.

I'm so glad that I called Lawson Family Plumbing to replace my water heater. Our plumber, Kevin, was on time, worked quickly and efficiently, and answered all my questions. The price was very reasonable too! Next day, their customer service manager called me to ask if everything was working well. Call them when you need any plumbing service.

Chris is the best plumber we have ever had..he diagnosed in 5 minutes what our (now) former plumber could not figure out...the source of our mystery water leak in our kitchen.....then fixed the issue and stopped the leaking....installed a new garbage disposal...the old unit had a clogged drainage pipe and was not functioning anyway...worked quickly and very cleanly...and was very knowledgeable and professional...and put us in touch with Adams D&R..to get us dried out here as we had water under our cabinets and floor..so mold will not start and we will not get sick..We will be using Chris and Scottsdale Rooters Plumbers for all of our plumbing needs going forward !!!!!

We are SO happy and impressed with these guys! We have a home warranty and they had sent out 5 different local plumbing companies to diagnose an issue we were having with a terrible knocking in the pipes for the last 6 months.  I was so frustrated I decided to call a couple on my own to include these guys.  I chose them because of their high ratings.  We spent nearly $600 on diagnosis and parts we didn't need (and our warranty didn't cover) an by the time Kevin showed up he was number seven.  He and Jeff (who he quickly got on the phone) were very understanding and patient with my frustration and reassured me they were not going to leave until they figured out the problem and would work with the warranty company.  A few hours later to include a trip for parts, they not only figured it out, but fixed it!  It has been over a week now and for the first time since we moved in to our home there has been NO daily knocking!! I definitely recommend these guys and will use them again for any future plumbing needs.

Our old air conditioning units were failing, ProSkill came out, and diagnosed the problem and cost to repair them.  They provided the work estimate and I asked them to price out replacing the units.  They worked up the options while the technician gave our unit what he needed to keep the units functioning for the few days until they could install new units.  The new units were very neatly installed and the technicians were very respectful of my house.  The pricing was competitive and the work done was expert.  I will always use ProSkill for any hvac work, I trust them and they always go out of the way to make sure the customer is satisfied.  Recently one of the new coils failed (manufacturer flaw), the owner came out to install the new coil on the same day!  True craftsmen who care about their customers.

Called out this company for a main line backup. After another company came and they wouldn't even bother unclogging it.... Anyway elite rooter sent Will  and he was able to unclog our main line due to roots within minutes. He gave us a few suggestions, was very helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend.

Element Plumbing is a great company. Mike is honest, dependable and trustworthy. We will definitely call Mike again if needed down the road. We strongly recommend him to our friends, family and anyone asking for a plumbing service referral because we had an absolutely wonderful experience.

I had a small leaky pipe in attic and had another company come out for quote (name starts with H ends with A) and they wouldn't just fix the problem without installing all new pipes for over $1400!! Total ripoff. I called Sound Plumbing and Dylan came out a few hours later and finished the job on the same day!! He was nice and informed me of his plan: which was NOT to repipe the attic, but to FIX THE PROBLEM. It was reasonably priced and I was very happy that I made that 2nd call for another opinion.

We have been having the same problem over and over - not their fault - McKinley came - fixed and was awesome !  Vert reasonable priced and fast. He arrived earlier than expect but I appreciated the text message updates .  Plus work is guaranteed for 2 years - great benefit ! Will use again - thank you again!

The team from Allegiance was fantastic. All very professional and polite. Their communication leading up to the service (they super-sized our patio Mister system) was great and they showed up when they said they would. Highly recommend them for any water related project you have.

First off I would like to say that 5 stars is not even close to the rating I would give this company! This company deserves a much higher rating to match their work! We had a house full of people the day before thanksgiving when the toilets backed up! We called them that afternoon and they had someone out within the hour. With the stress of the holidays and then the plumbing issues the owner took his time and helped us with some options on getting the work done. He stayed with us and was very patient while we made our decision. I can honestly say they made a stressful situation a lot easier to handle! I would like to thank the owner, Adrian and Daniel for all their hard work! I would definitely recommend this company and will be sure to use them with any plumbing needs we may have in the future!!

Jordan was amazing. He came out one day to fix a leaky hose fixture and he got me on the schedule the next business day to fix my sinks (I needed to buy new faucets before he could help me out with those). All around great service, fast response time, and very nice!

***Update***

The owner, Jeff, contacted me almost immediately after I submitted my review and was extremely apologetic. He explained that he was investigating what had happened and was going to work with Old Republic and me to fix the situation. He had a team out by 10 and we now have a working water heater! The team was super nice and did great work. Jeff was great to work with and I can now see why his company gets good reviews. Thank you for the great communication and responsibility!

We were assigned this company by Old Republic Home Warranty because we had a water heater that wasn't working. They had a technician come out the following day. He took one look at the water heater and said it needed to be replaced. He followed that up by saying that he wouldn't be able to do it and it would take two people to remove it and another company would need to be assigned by Old Republic. He was literally in my house for less than five minutes and it was obvious from his demeanor that he didn't want to be there. When I followed up with Old Republic, they told me that he had reported that our water heater was 75 gallons (it was only 50) and used that as his justification for why he couldn't take the job.

Grandkids stopped up the toilet with baby wipes, toilet paper and a brush!  Devin came right away and did a terrific job...and only $49.50  Couldn't be happier.

I am happy to say I had a very good experience with Hay's. One of my units wasn't blowing cold, so I called around a few of the higher rated places on yelp. I made the mistake of going with someone last year who wasn't on yelp, and I totally regretted it--the guy totally reamed me. Hay's was different-honest about their pricing and went above and beyond, even fixing a leak in one of my units the guy last year said he couldn't fix without being there while it was leaking (WTH?). So they fixed my unit, fixed the leak, tuned them both up, and because I signed up for their service plan, waived the trip fee. It's hard for me to know what is fair pricing as I don't have a lot of experience with HVAC repairs, but I feel like a I got a fair deal for all that they did while they were here.

I had them move my washer and dryer hookups from the kitchen pantry to the garage. Their rates were fantastic, I did get multiple quotes, and the tech was very knowledgeable. They were able to schedule quickly and paying the invoice via apple pay was very convenient. I am very pleased with their service and quality of work. They'll definitely be the first call for future plumbing issues.
