They did a great job with fixing my toilet. Very transparent and honest with the cost of everything. Mike was my plumber, and he did a phenomenal job. I would highly recommend Pink Plumbing & Sewer to anybody!

Called at least 6 other companies before Diamondback said they would come on Easter Sunday for a drainage problem.  Listened, identified the problem, fixed it. Kudos to Jason and Jerry.

We had 2 sink drains replaced and 6 new drop lines installed. Unfortunately, the job was really sloppy and below my expectations. Dave left with 3 leaks (3!!!!) on 2 separate occasions, and left a lot of dirt and trash at the site. I wasn't home to supervise the issue but it really shouldn't need me to do quality check on each part! Ultimately, Hansen plumbing came back and did all of the job and they were willing to work to my satisfaction, but this was below average.

Lawson family plumbing was referred to us by our home warranty carrier when our water heater broke suddenly. We put in a request in the morning and within 2 hours a very kind woman called to schedule a repair. The technician arrived right on time (early even, considering he had a four hour window) and got to work. He quickly checked the tank and damage and because of the info I provided to the woman earlier, he had all the parts to fix it. He even called a sister company to come out and check for water damage. Austin was very professional and took care of everything. He was very clear about the problem and the fix and I appreciated that he kept me in the loop.

The owner got back to me super quick when I sent in a request for an estimate after 7 PM. This company was the first to respond and actually give me a quote without wanting to set up a phone cal. He had his guy out the next day (today) for me. The tech arrived and was super nice, Wore a mask the whole time, and got the job done quickly. Everything looks great.

We had a great experience with Bumble Bee plumbing! David was very professional and personable, and did a great job repairing an old supply line that we broke while attempting to replace a faucet on our own. He was thorough in his work and patient when our crazed dog tried to frisk him for treats. We signed up for a membership and are happy to be in good hands!

I've used Lawson for the past 3 years while moving, maintaining our current home and with a rental and have never been disappointed. From hot water heater repair or replacement to toilets and faucets, they've been awesome. I saw their work truck working on my neighbor's house, so I walked across the street and asked them to come work on sink and master bath tub once they completed the current job.
They quickly diagnosed the problems and gave fair price. Their whole presentation to the way they work was very impressive.

Brian came over to fix a clogged disposal. He was extremely personable, professional and thorough. He was eager to help us and explained everything that was going on. He also came to our home to fix a leak and again was very thorough. I could tell it was a challenging leak and he was determined to fix it working extremely hard late into the evening. We will recommend Brian to anyone who is ever in need of this service. Brian also spoke very highly of his company which I thought was nice to hear.

Dave is great! Responsive, reliable, knowledgeable, and nice! Highly recommend! Hire him and support this new small business.

Completely agree with Scott P's review. Unlike other plumbing companies that provide ranges that seem extremely high, I sent a picture of my current setup and was clear about the work that I wanted done, and the quote I received was very reasonable and exactly what was charged.  They were professional, placed a tarp down which kept the work area clean when they left, and the end result was exactly what I needed.  Now I have a go-to plumbing company that I have confidence in.

Sound Plumbing did a great job for us today. We had a few items for updates and repair, Brian was very professional and knew his stuff. Definitely will call again for any plumbing needs.

My whole house water filtration cartridge was first installed about 10 years ago.  But a few weeks ago I began noticing that the housing had started to leak.  Luckily, this thing had been located on the outside of our house - so the leak was more of a nuisance than a big mess.

But it was time to replace the copper pipes and shutoff valves, and the old filter housing as well.  So I got three prices from three different plumbers.  Although the price I got from 100% Plumbing wasn't the lowest, I found 100% Plumbing and the many 5 Star ratings on Yelp from their former customers to be the deciding factor.

Jason showed up on the day and time we had agreed on, and he worked for a couple of hours.  When he finished, I found his work to be first class.  Everything he said he would do had been done perfectly.  All the new copper pipes and shutoff valves were placed exactly as they needed to be.  And the new pipes and cartridge housing had no runs, drips, or errors.

I am very happy that I chose 100% Plumbing to do the work I needed to have done.  Their price was fair and there were no problems from start to finish.  If you need a good, honest plumber  I highly recommend these guys!

I was convinced by the tech to pay an extra $150 to replace a working pipe because copper is better than pvc they said. After paying $500+ for the job, the value connected to pipe he replaced is now leaking. I called thinking this was a obvious cause of the work they had done. Instead I was told it would be another $400 to replace the value. I called to complain and was told the owner would call me, instead he called the tech and had him offer me $100 off something I should not be paying for in the first place. I will be finding someone else to fix what they broke. I will not give them anymore money. Do not trust this company.  
*To add to your response. You are trying to blame it on me for your work breaking it. You say it was not leaking when you left but there would not have been enough time to even tell. You can lie all you want. Everyone should know they will not stand by their work!!!!
** I hired a new company ( the most reputable in town), they confirmed it was the torque used to break the seal on the replaced pipe that created the leak.

5 star rating is not enough! After replacing the fill and flush valve in my toilet myself, (I think I'm Miss DIY) water was spraying from the supply line and I couldn't figure out what was wrong. Jordan came out and found that it was missing a gasket that was stuck in the old part. He took it out and screwed the water line in, made sure that the toilet was flushing the way it should. I was surprised that it was such an easy fix and felt like an idiot. Another company told me I might have to replace the entire water supply line, but what surprised me even more, was that Jordan refused to charge me saying, I didn't do anything, even after removing a hose that was stuck in my backyard and checking my shower head. I was floored and asked him multiple times to charge me for his time, and gas but he refused. Such an amazing experience.  Most companies would have never taken a simple job like mine or would have charged a service call. I will be calling again and referring him to everyone I know. It is so hard to find honest, reliable, kind people. Thank you so much Jordan, you are amazing!

I am very impressed with Lawson Family Plumbing.  We discovered a leak in our dining room ceiling and wall, below our master bathroom.  Kenneth came right out and found the problem and fixed it quickly.  He was polite, professional, and showed up on time.  The leak was not easy to locate due to the location within the wall and ceiling, below and behind our upstairs bathroom sink.  Kenneth even went up into the second floor attic to inspect the vent pipe and ensure the leak was not in the roof.   He spent over an hour finding the problem and did not charge us anything for his time.  He communicated clearly what the problem was, gave us a very fair estimate and fixed the leak on the spot.  It appeared to a challenging repair due to the limited work space and multiple structural obstacles he had to work around.  Despite that, Kenneth solved the problem quickly and efficiently.  I would recommend Lawson to anyone needing plumbing work.

Absolutely HORRIBLE phone/customer service!!! Our septic tank was backing up and we were told to call Option One because they would snake our clean out line for $50. I called them at Noon gave all my information to a receptionist and was told I would get a call back. At 1:37pm still no call so I called them and was told I would get a call back. By 2:15pm still no call back so I called again and was finally able to schedule someone to come out between 5-7pm and that the technician would call when he was on his way. By 7:12pm no call from the technician and I couldn't reach anyone in the office, I left a voicemail that was never returned either. By 8:12pm I tried calling again and finally got an answer, the receptionist said I was the next call. Finally at 9:13pm the technician called saying he was on his way. By 9:47pm he finally showed up and was able to unclog our clean out line to our septic tank. If I could give separate ratings I would give the technician, Israel, 5 stars for being polite, professional, and helpful. I would give the office workers (ie receptionist or scheduling person) 0 stars!! All that was needed was a call back the first 2 tines I called and a call saying your technician is running behind he should be there between xx-xx, really really poor phone service. ~ 2/18/2013 ~

They did a great job installing our new HVAC system. Very professional and their prices could not be beat. They also assisted us with getting a nice size rebate.

I had a toilet leakage in my rental property. The staff was very responsive, and the fix has been done quick with a reasonable price.
