I have needed to use Pink Plumbing a few times over the past couple of years. I highly recommend their services - excellent work, fair prices, and fantastic customer service. Ask for Lou and Adam (both highly skilled and great guys) and you will not regret it!

We have a Whirlpool Hot Water Heater that was installed with a 10 year warranty in 2017.   In fairness this company did not install this equipment in 2017.  

This past weekend 9/24/22, the water heater quit.  After determining that we did not have hot water due to a fuse issue, we called Whirlpool for Warranty coverage.  WHIRLPOOL REFERRED us to Diamondback Plumbing and issued an authorization number.  

My husband called the Diamondback on call technician.  He stated we do not have Whirlpool parts.  Therefore, we will call you back on Monday to have a Tech come out, diagnose the problem then order the parts.

Monday came and went, NO RETURN CALL!

REALLY!!!  The least this company could have done was to call us back and
state they were not interested in doing the repair!

Great, fast service! Erik came out and solved my problem in 30 minutes. Great customer service, on time, couldn't ask for a better company. Love supporting local family owned businesses.

I was having toilet problems. I knew that a piece of plastic from my bidet had come loose and went down The drain. Based on reviews I called Lawson the first guy that came out was a problem. He didn't listen to me, didn't fix it, said it's the worse job and came into the house smelling like smoke.  Of course the problem wasn't fixed. So they sent me someone new on a Sunday. David Campos was the plumber today. Wonderful experience. He listened to me. He had to take apart my toilet which was cemented to my tile. He warned me the tile and toilet could both be damaged. Neither happened. after 5 hours the plastic piece is out. The toilet works. Nothing is damaged and I couldn't be more pleased. Now I haven't seen the new bill yet but I'm so thankful for the great experience with David that whatever happens happens. I will use them again and next time ask for David. Oh and my dog loved him !!!

Great company. Chris sent Larry who was correctly dressed in PPE and took care of my issue at a very reasonable price. Thanks guys!

I woke up this morning to a funny noise coming from the garage. Not knowing what it was, I walked in to find water gushing everywhere from the water heater. I was able to turn off the main water value to stop the water but now I had to replace the unit. A neighbor gave me a recommendation of a plumber he used  and said he would do it for $850. I thought it sounded fair. We have the same heater. After looking online, I found ProSkill Plumbing advertising the same unit installed for $599. I figured there was a catch but they confirmed on the phone that I could get the same unit for $599. They also were able to come out same day and arrived right on time. Travis was very friendly and knowledgeable. He used an app on his phone to check if my unit was still under warranty but the 6 year warranty expired 2 months ago.
I hope you don't have to replace your water heater anytime soon but if it is over 6 to 8 years old, you might want to have them check it out or replace it. I would also suggest the tray under the unit. They run PVC pipe to control water run off in case of a leak. I was so happy, I actually started looking around the house for any plumbing projects that I might need.

BEWARE!!! Do NOT hire this company. They came to our home for a routine procedure to clear out a drain line and they cracked our pipes! Hired them without checking reviews. My bad. These pipes were perfectly fine three weeks before, had ZERO cracks.

Uncommonly good experience.  Solid work too.  Very reasonable pricing.  So glad I hired Sound Plumbing to install the water softener I bought at HD.  They also had to install the Plumb lines as the house wasn't built to accommodate a water softener.

Not having hot water in your morning shower is not the way to start your day, finding your garage flooded doesn't make it any better. Thank goodness I found 100% Plumbing.  Mont told me how to turn the water off and Eddie & Evan (I'm horrible with names so I hope this is correct) came a couple hours later and changed our hot water tank and patiently answered all my questions!

I am sad that they only allow 5 stars. Price, efficiency, courtesy, etc., etc. I bought the unit at Home Depot for $609, they installed it with extras for another $550. A leading competitor in the area quoted me $1300 plus the cost of the unit. The technician could not have been more qualified or friendly. The phone rep was wonderful in working with me to meet my needs. Thank you Allegiance

I wouldn't expect to feel good about a plumbing emergency and I've experienced plenty of them, but Frank and Armando just left our house after diagnosing and fixing a tricky problem that left us without hot water in our kitchen and I'm actually cheerful. They got here fast, were super friendly and reassuring, and quickly and methodically ruled out possibilities before pinpointing the malfunction. I know there were a couple of points where less-scrupulous professionals could have easily capitalized on my lack of expertise and charged a lot more, but these guys were openly happy for us that our repairs would not cost more than they did. I have full confidence that these are the guys to call when something worse goes wrong.

5 star rating is not enough! After replacing the fill and flush valve in my toilet myself, (I think I'm Miss DIY) water was spraying from the supply line and I couldn't figure out what was wrong. Jordan came out and found that it was missing a gasket that was stuck in the old part. He took it out and screwed the water line in, made sure that the toilet was flushing the way it should. I was surprised that it was such an easy fix and felt like an idiot. Another company told me I might have to replace the entire water supply line, but what surprised me even more, was that Jordan refused to charge me saying, I didn't do anything, even after removing a hose that was stuck in my backyard and checking my shower head. I was floored and asked him multiple times to charge me for his time, and gas but he refused. Such an amazing experience.  Most companies would have never taken a simple job like mine or would have charged a service call. I will be calling again and referring him to everyone I know. It is so hard to find honest, reliable, kind people. Thank you so much Jordan, you are amazing!

Option One is my go to plumbing company. They always are on time, friendly, reasonably priced and they always check in with a follow up phone call.

As a follow on to Stepheni M.'s review, I wish I could give Hays 6 stars.  From design, estimation, through installation, setup and finally follow-up, everyone and everything exceeded expectations.  We were treated beyond what they said in the video advertisement.  We replaced 2 almost 20 year old 10 SEER mixed parts (mostly Trane, some Payne) systems with 2, 16 SEER Trane systems and then had them blow in more attic insulation, put some transom vents for air return in rooms where the doors are almost always closed, and add a supply register in a room that needed one.  When I say replace, I mean replace; they also said our plenums were way undersized so they replaced those too and what they said they were so spot on.  These units blow so much more cool air all through out the whole house so much better - they don't short cycle like our old system did, which was leaving hot spots (and probably higher electric bills).  So it was much more than just replacing old with new, they made sure that our system as a whole was operating better.  I'm convinced now that while some companies may be able to install new A/C and furnace units, but can they make sure everything is working well together like Hays did, that to me is a huge differentiator.  We found Hays based completely on web reviews and am so glad we did.  BTW, our OCD dog AJ already misses the guys!!!!

Terry and Brandon came out to address a problem today that was left by a previous company (they refused to come back out). They were completely professional, kind and took our concerns very seriously. King fixed the problem and made sure we were satisfied, telling us they would come back out if we had any further concerns. I look forward to using them again.
