Michael (our tech) was nothing short of fantastic. I am so pleased that we called Pink Plumbing on our first try. We are new to this neighborhood and didn't know which company to go with and after reading through the reviews I was very hopeful that this would be our new plumber. Sure enough! It is! He was educational without being condescending. He arrived on time. He charged a reasonable price. He communicated all issues and what was done to resolve them. And made recommendations for some areas of opportunity within our plumbing system. I really cannot say enough about how great this experience was and I highly recommend you call these guys for all of your plumbing needs!

Not so impressed. They were very fast to come out to my home, especially after I'm sure they were inundated with calls related to the freezing overnight temperatures. The plumber who came out was nice enough and he opted to put a shark bite (permanent fitting) on the pipe that was leaking. I had mixed feelings about this but I figured he was the expert, so I asked a few questions and then let him continue. I was also assured that there was a 1-year warranty on the labor/parts.

Less than 24 hours later, the shark bite fitting had completely popped off and water was gushing out of the pipe. The problem was undoubtedly WAY worse than when I called in initially and it was just a small leak. I called Diamonback and they sent someone out immediately to fix it. After the second visit, I was then told that there would be no further warranty on labor or parts. So basically, if anything breaks again, tough luck. Not exactly the peace of mind I wanted when I decided to call in a professional. I'm hoping that the work that was done today doesn't break again overnight but if it does, I guess I'm on my own.

When I talked with Eric yesterday, he seemed extremely knowledgeable and I appreciated him fitting me into the schedule today. Expecting Eric today, Robert showed up.  While my bathroom clog was a little more complicated, a $135 rooting job turned into a $200 job. Understanding that complication costs money, I needed my drains fixed. I appreciated that Robert called me twice to try to explain what he was doing, but it seems the job could have been completed in less than the 2.5 hours it took since Robert was on the phone most of the time he was here. He would come in for a few minutes then head outside for a call for a few minutes, then come inside, then go outside for a few more minutes (as per my mother in law). Either he was taking personal calls, or he didn't know what he was doing and was asking someone else for advice. Either way, if you hire a plumber, you expect someone competent.

Another gripe I have is we discussed a price of $200 when he called me at work after he started working and found a solution. I come home to find out that he tried to swindle my mother in law for an extra $25 which she refused. He also attempted at cleaning up the mess. There was sewage water all over the bottom of the cabinet, on my walls, even on my toothbrush. Seriously, that's gross.

Sean did a great job mending our shower and came up with good ideas to make it work better.  He came within a couple of hours of calling the company.

I've been a home owner for 12 years and had my share of repair needs in all areas. Plumbing is one of the scariest, most annoying, and costly processes within this realm. I had a leak under the slab and several other minor issues. The guys at Flush King made it painless and smooth while offering excellent quality service and charging a more than competitive price. I'll only use and recommend them in the future!

I called Bumble Bee Plumbing this morning to get a bidet spray installed. I thought that the work involved would be as easy as installing the bidet that I had purchased which in itself wasn't very hard but Jesus and Greg found issues with the main valve, suggested that the plastic pipe which was worn out needed to be replaced. True, I wasn't expecting any of that work so wasn't prepared for the cost of the repairs but I still chose to go ahead. When they finally did install the bidet we realized that it was a faulty one (had a manufacturing defect). What a bummer!
But they were nice enough to not charge me for the work done since the bidet wasn't working. I really appreciate the gesture and will be calling you guys back for the other bathrooms

Robert from Lawson Family Plumbing came out today in scorching heat to check for a main line water leak. He shut off main and showed that the meter read zero flow and also checked house and irrigation system flows  so he didn't believe there were any leaks. He said he thought that any incidental surface dampness were flows were from condensation or pressure valve backflow. He recommended against digging down to pipes to physically check unless there was significant puddling and he'd come back to do so if indicated.

We really appreciated his professionalIism instead of just automatically doing the unneeded work for hundreds of dollars. He also gave me guidance on how to flush the hot water heater myself and again saved me a bunch of dollars.

Robert was competent, trustworthy and honest and we'd defintely use him and Lawson Family Plumbing again in the future.

In the last two years we've had ProSkill replace our HVAC system, water heater, add an electrical outlet and install a water bypass valve to isolate our irrigation drip system.  Today we had the water heater replaced by Decio.  He was on-time, honest and did a great job.

I was referred to Elite Rooters by our realtors and couldn't be happier. Although it's never fun to have to tackle sewer repairs, Alex & Soro did an amazing job, were extremely responsive, quick & easy to work with. They were minimally invasive, kept me up to speed with everything, patient with all my questions & provide a great warranty. They also provided video to show me what needed to be done as well as seeing the work after it was finished. I will definitely use them for anything I need in the future.

Great experience!  He is hands-on with his own company - he understood and knew what he was getting into before he arrived but still asked questions before he did anything.  Always nice having someone with experience.  Confirmed we didn't have a recirculating pump before cutting off the water, etc.  Dave explained what he was going to do, got us the matching 1/4-turn piece (which others charged more for) and knocked the job out.  He charged what he said he would charge and I am happy (my wife is happy).  Good price and I would rather tip because of a good job then agree to the highest and hope.  
I will use him again for future jobs and recommend to my friends and clients.

Michael was very quick to answer my phone message.  He was booked solid but scheduled a day to come and fix my problem.  Unfortunately I had to get it done sooner.  HOWEVER, because of his professionalism and kindness I recommend him, and would definitely hire him in the future.  I wish all contractors were as responsive as he is. I am giving him 5 stars based on his responsiveness and professionalism.

Fast, honest, and reliable. This is the second time we've used Sound Plumbing, and they do not disappoint. The first time was to have a sink and faucet installed in the laundry room. Everything was great there. This time, an issue with the hot water flowing lukewarmly. Brian showed up, on time, and within the hour we had hot water again. We will definitely call them anytime we need a plumber.

I recently had 100% Plumbing out to take care of some shower valves that needed replace.......the replacement cartridges were difficult to find according to a previous plumber.   100% came out , verified the necessary parts, got them ordered and stayed in contact with me while the parts were ordered......... communication is a rarity in business today but these guys did it very well.  They got the parts and the plumber Eddie came out, masked and went right about his business and took care of the replacements.   Very impressed from start to finish with this company,  thanks for taking care of my plumbing issue........you will be hearing from me in the future on any plumbing issues I have.

Allegiance has now been my water company for years.  They have been dependable with excellent service each time.  My house is 50 years old now, so I'm glad I have them to call if I have a problem.

Rommel Valenzuela came today to service my filtration system.  He was nice, professional and did a great job.

Barney and Calvin were very professional and courteous. I am very very happy with the service. They came a bit early wish I liked and were very efficient and unclogged my toilet within minutes.

Tanner with Lawson Family Plumbing was totally awesome. He wore his mask at all times and booties when he first got here.!! After that, he just work his mask but his shoes were clean so I did not press it.  He was very professional and accommodating. He even let me watch what he was doing to clean the drains out.  Very interesting afternoon.  Thanks Lawson, I'll be back in touch with you.

Very professional and nice. They were able to not only unclog the main line to the house but also locate the problem that the city now has to fix. Saving me thousands of dollars. I would highly recommend them.

Hays is the best. They are always on time, they keep in close touch by phone. Their techs are top notch and their work above par. As a longtime desert dweller with two AC units, I'll never go with anyone else.

King plumbing gets a very good review from me.  Although I did not hire them for plumbing because I am a very good plumber myself but rather I hired them for air conditioner service.  This technical kind of job out classes my skill set and tools so I needed  some help.  So I Yelped out.  A few out other companies were not willing to service my unit (because it was a Mexican market unit I bought for cheap).  Some other companies were willing but they Didn't have any reviews yet but I wasn't willing to be the first one.  So I called King plumbing because they had very good reviews already.  What can I say the reviews don't lie.  The first company I hired last year to do the install messed up the install.  It was a simple mistake but there was a tiny leak and so the machine ran out of Freon in the winter when I need it to make heat which makes it kind of difficult to service.  King Plumbing Took care of it easily, and they came through right away and fixed it very reasonably.  Their master journey man level technician was very professional and respectful.  I was happy and proud to leave him his first tip.
