Best Plumbing Services in Arizona
Our original water heater was holding up pretty well for 20years, not in a big rush to replace but we figured during this time, we'd give a local company some work . We got a quote from a company we used previously. But since then, the techs we were familiar with, were not there anymore & I researched the quote through Home Depot prices and there was a big upcharge,, that also sent a red flag to me about that company.
Soooo, I Yelped some prospects. After reviewing Pink Plumbing and Sewer, their long-standing Tech and Owner kudos from Yelpers encouraged me to seek a quote. Chris responded within minutes, via text I sent a pic of water heater info & the previous quote.
The quote Chris sent was do-able for us, we scheduled the following Friday.
Lou showed up as expected and was courteous, knowledgeable and quick to work. He had explained everything to me and my husband as we were in & out of the garage that morning.Within the time frame, Lou was done & we had an awesome new water heater. He gave us some good info and some tips, sent pics and receipt via email for our records.
We are pleased with the service so far....and already planning our next plumbing project!
Thank You!

I had a slab leak at the house and called out two companies. One was a popular, well know company in Phoenix and the other Diamondback Plumbing. The popular company came out and provided a quote and scoped the line. Next in was Diamondback and their proposal was three time less. Literally THOUSANDS of dollars less!!!
Please call Diamondback first and don't look back. High quality at a fair price.

I had a broken kitchen faucet that was refusing to be removed within its tightly confined home, even with the use of the specialized tool required to do such task from the manufacturer. Edward was not going to be defeated and eventually he found a way to remove the faucet so the new faucet could be installed. Although it took much longer than normal to remove the old faucet the price for the job did not increase and was very reasonable. I would use E. H. Plumbing and Drain Services again when the need arises.

New to Arizona/Phoenix/Scottsdale. Hot water not working in the house the day we moved in. Found reference to Bumble Bee on the hot water tank. Not sure I have had service like this in any industry, let alone plumbing. I have never met a more humble, conscientious, hard working tradesperson. Javier was a pleasure to have in our home. He quickly provided an array of options for us to fix the problem, and also identified a pressure valve and shutoff valve issue at the same time and got that fixed. The kind of service Javier (as well as the others I interacted with) delivered is cultural in a company, established from the top down. Not just an individual. Am certain there are less expensive service providers, but I won't be calling anyone else in the future. Thx Javier. Thx Bumble Bee.

Jake arrived less than an hour after I called! I was afraid the bathroom would be torn up and out of commission for at least a week to fix our toilet leak, as all the bolts disintegrated when he pulled up the toilet. It was clear it had been leaking for a while. We were ecstatic when Jake told us it was just the seal, and he could take care of it for less $ than we expected! The whole job took less than two hours and the toilet will be ready to use after the silicone caulk sets, about five hours. Thanks Jake, for your professionalism, efficiency, and quality of work!

I hired these guys to replace my water heater. The job was done by Travis, who was very polite and friendly. The truck was clearly marked, it didn't take him much time, and he hauled away the old water heater with no problem. I probably could have found a cheaper place if I shopped around a little more, but overall, I was very satisfied with ProSkill plumbing.

I strongly recommend Ascend Plumbing. They have completed two jobs for me and have been very responsive and completed excellent work. Michael knows what he is doing and answered all of my questions. Im thankful that he was willing to work on a holiday weekend when many other plumbers weren't answering their phones. Thanks to them I didn't have to go without a shower for 3 days!

My family is older and needed a plumber. In past people have taken advantage of them because of their age and all 3 being women. I found 100% Plumbing on Next Door and told my mom to call them. They were quick to send someone out and my mom stated that Eddie was very friendly, professional and honest. We highly recommend them and will use them again when needed! Thank you for taking care of my family today!

6 stars. I hired these guys to install a water softener and replace a water heater. They were prompt, polite, and professional. They worked with me to position the softener in the best spot and honored their estimate even when the job was a little more difficult than they originally anticipated. They stayed on after the job was complete to make sure that everything was working and there were no leaks.

So happy with these guys. Raul was very nice, respectful. They were here within the hour of my calling. Other companies wanted me to wait for an unknown amount of time and one wanted me to wait until tomorrow even with me telling them I have no water until the problem was fixed. Price was right on point with other quotes I received.
I will definitely use them again!

They were quick to respond with out needs for a water softener. I appreciated the details the tech representative had with the materials and he knew his stuff. I asked questions and husband too that made us comfortable to do business with him. I asked him why them and not their competitors and provided a solid statement and his reason why he works for them. I paid a little more more than another company but also felt confident that they work as a team and are happy there to stand by their words. Thanks for your pride in the work you do!

Hello Larry, please look at this invoice.
The technicians name was Jason!! He was fired after this!
I guess you may want to check on things before offering a explanation that's false!!

75 out of 80 reviews for this company are five stars. That's pretty amazing, so I'm about to make it 76 out of 81.
Mike was the name of the technician who came to my home to inspect my HVAC unit on the house I had just purchased. He was the second HVAC guy out because the first guy quoted me an outrageous price to get standard maintenance up-to-date. I was very happy with how thorough Mike was in his inspection. He essentially found four things wrong:
1. Coils needed to be cleaned (part of the visit)
2. Fuses were the wrong size
3. Condensation hose was unhooked (ended up it was also clogged)
4. Thermostat was pretty old.
It should be noted that the previous HVAC guy who was out didn't even catch that the fuses were the wrong size and that the condensation hose was unhooked. The previous HVAC guy tried to tell me that the unit was a 2002 unit, and I verified through Mike and through the guy who did my home inspection prior to me purchasing it that it was, indeed, a 2009 unit.
Now I don't think the thermostat needed to be replaced, but he offered to do all of the above for $383. I agreed, and off to work he went.
I am a due diligence kind of guy, so while Mike was working, I did some research on what all of that actually cost. First of all, I should note that regardless, I was going to pay $85 to have the semi-annual inspection done. So here is an itemized breakdown:
1. New fuses $8 (Lowes)
2. Thermostat: $179 (Amazon)
3. Tax: $16
4. Service visit: $85
Total $288
The way I look at it, I essentially paid him a $95 labor fee to install a thermostat, and I'm completely okay with that. It would probably take me 4-6 hours to do all of the above. His total visit was about two hours.
As a side note, I think it's pretty awesome that I can change my thermostat on my phone from pretty much anywhere in the world.
I should also note that Mike was pretty awesome. He took the time to explain everything to me as well as he could. I think that in his line of work, which is extremely technical in nature, one of the hardest parts is understanding pricing in such a way so that it can be explained fluently to customers, and he excelled at that. He also pointed out a couple of other products that the folks at Hays stand behind without offering any pressure to make a purchase. I'm pretty sure that Mike ended up getting off about 30 minutes after the time his shift was supposed to end, and he had a long drive through traffic to get home. Those kinds of things annoy the crap out of me when I have to deal with them, but he shrugged them off with a just doing my job attitude. I think Mike really likes what he does for a living, and I admire that.
I will also be calling Hays next fall to do my semi-annual inspection. I highly recommend them.

Randy and Marc showed up on time and were friendly, helpful, and very professional. They found simple solutions that 2 other plumbers hadn't found and wanted to charge us a ton of money to fix. One was the recirculating pump, which wasn't working. These guys figured that it wasn't plugged in! (It still needed work, but....) We also had no cold water in the master shower. A previous plumber told us it was a cartridge that was hard to get to, and would cost $1000. Randy handed me a rubber piece and said someone put this rubber piece on backyards and it blocked your cold water intake. I'm 63 years old. This was the best plumbing experience I've ever had!
