Best Plumbing Services in Arizona

Pink adds another satisfied customer to their reviews.  
Kitchen sink had been backing up a bit whenever the washer would drain.  
Had another company come out to unclog it and after an hour or so of them futzing with it, I was told that I needed hydro jetting.  The guy went out to his truck and after what seemed like forever, finally came back in with a price for the service.  When he presented it, I literally could not stifle the laugh that landed right in his face.  He informed me that this was the friends and family discount (Though why I was given such a courtesy, I have no idea.  We certainly were not family and the absurd estimate showed that we were not friends either).  
I went back to Yelp and decided to give Pink a call.  Chris showed up promptly and quickly ascertained that hydro jetting was not going to be needed.  I was charged a very reasonable rate for a thorough cleaning and advised on some diligence needed on my part.  In return for their honesty, I've already referred them to 2 other people, who have expressed similar appreciations for Pink's services now.

Not so impressed. They were very fast to come out to my home, especially after I'm sure they were inundated with calls related to the freezing overnight temperatures. The plumber who came out was nice enough and he opted to put a shark bite (permanent fitting) on the pipe that was leaking. I had mixed feelings about this but I figured he was the expert, so I asked a few questions and then let him continue. I was also assured that there was a 1-year warranty on the labor/parts.

Less than 24 hours later, the shark bite fitting had completely popped off and water was gushing out of the pipe. The problem was undoubtedly WAY worse than when I called in initially and it was just a small leak. I called Diamonback and they sent someone out immediately to fix it. After the second visit, I was then told that there would be no further warranty on labor or parts. So basically, if anything breaks again, tough luck. Not exactly the peace of mind I wanted when I decided to call in a professional. I'm hoping that the work that was done today doesn't break again overnight but if it does, I guess I'm on my own.

New house, more plumbing issues. I knew who to call from the exemplary service I received last time. I was so glad to see a familiar face in Robert after stressing all night about flooding in the bathroom. He was able to quickly diagnose, explain easily and give me multiple options that set my wife and I at ease. Thank you Hansen Family Plumbing!

We just moved into a new house, and needed three or four different repairs done all at once. Lawson Family Plumbing was responsive, sending out a tech within a single day every time I called to schedule something. The technician I worked with each time was extremely friendly, kept me in the loop with exactly what was going on and where he was at in the process, and every time something on the invoice needed to be adjusted he ran me through the totals again so there wouldn't be any surprises on the bill. Everything about this process was easy and pleasant.

Not all plumbing companies can deal with natural gas issues, but this company was able to replace a broken gas shut off valve for a gas dryer I had. They  were quick to respond and quick to fix the issue at a very reasonable price.  I would highly recommend this company for anyone facing issues with gas or water plumbing.

Our expectations were exceeded by Tom who was skilled, polite, explained every step & kept us informed.

I'm updating my review based on the standard of customer service Jason provided.  My negative review sparked a phone call from him.  He listened to my description of the events in an open-minded way, not defensively.  He was respectful of my comments and I believe genuinely wanted feedback in order to improve his organization's customer service.  His personal attention and care about my satisfaction and the reputation of Lawson Family Plumbing was really excellent and won me over.  I think my experience was a one-off, and I would not judge the entire organization by it.

I had an issue with one the tech's that came out yesterday and I submitted a less than stellar review. I had used them in the past and they were very professional and got the job completed in a timely manner. Travis immediately called me personally to apologize and come up with a solution to my complaint. Two Tech's arrived today, were very helpful and resolved my issue. I was happy to get everything resolved and appreciate the response from the ownership. Very difficult to find companies now days that strive for great customer service. Proskill is a company that does.

These guys were prompt and professional.  Upon arrival they took the time to diagnose the issue and DID NOT try to sell me new faucet; first looking to see if they could correct the issue.

After assessing corrected faulty handle at a fraction of what others were quoting.

If your looking for a team that will assess before pricing (which was fair by the way) then they are the way to go.  

We will use them again.

Dave came out to repair my clogged toilet in our guest bathroom this morning. He was on time and very responsive and very reasonably priced.

Had an issue with the Main water line to the house.  I did my review on yelp and saw that there were some customers that had a similar issue as me.  They had positive reviews which led me to a selection of this company.  No disappointments.  Ascend called me within 15 minutes to set up a free inspection which led to setting up the repair the next day.  Mike arrived on time and kept in contact with me as to his arrival time.  Work took about an hour and issue was resolved.   No complaints.

I just moved in to my new house used Yelp to help find a licensed plumber. I need a new regulator on my built in gas grill. Sound plumbing responded and came to my home for a quote. Brian was on time and came back the next day with the parts and completed the installation. Thanks now I can have a house warming party.

We have a basement with sump pump. Ours broke and they installed a new one, great work and great price. Highly recommend!

My 10 year old water softener started leaking so I called around to get a few quotes and these guys had the best price for similar systems.  They replaced it with a new system and it works so much better. The plumbing used hook up the new system to the loop looks so much better than my first softener system, and Ramesh was very pleasant to talk to.

Adrian and Jordan were awesome. Great service and they took the time and care to explain to me exactly what was happening and why i needed the services i contracted them for. Even went as far as to meet me after the job was done, go up on the roof and show me with the camera exactly what they did. Honest, reliable and caring. Couldn't ask anything more from a local plumbing service.

They were quick to respond with out needs for a water softener. I appreciated the details the tech representative had with the materials and he knew his stuff. I asked questions and husband too that made us comfortable to do business with him. I asked him why them and not their competitors and provided a solid statement and his reason why he works for them. I paid a little more more than another company but also felt confident that they work as a team and are happy there to stand by their words. Thanks for your pride in the work you do!

The water suddenly opened like a cloud burst from the ceiling. Luckily, I had called Option One who showed up to help. We had a drain clog a few months ago with Matt coming to save the day, so I knew to call Option One again! Matt is so calm and helpful- explaining what's going on and needs to be fixed. Matt and Robert just turned the water back on, and we're good to go! Matt with Option One is the best!
