I had a leak in my kitchen sink that spread onto the floor. The owner, Chris, left dinner with his wife on Valentine's Day to come fix my leak and install a new faucet. He arrived within the hour. I can't say enough about how friendly and helpful he was. He took the time to explain all of the details to me about what went wrong and what he was doing. He even went with me to the store to help pick out a reliable faucet!!! I wasn't treated like just another job. It almost felt as if it was a family friend coming over and making sure I received the best service I could get.

Furthermore, Chris went on to refer me to another company to help me with the water damage. I would most definitely recommend Pink Plumbing over any company I have ever used. The service was impeccable! All in all, for having such a bad day and a bad experience with the leak, Chris was able to make the situation the best it could be.

I called Diamondback plumbing today to replace a water heater.  I called them around 9am and since this wasn't an emergency I said the next available plumber would be great.  Around noon I received a call that the plumber was on his way. By the time he showed up I had already emptied the water heater and cleared space for him to work.  I asked if I should run to home depot and purchase the replacement water heater or if he was going to sell me one.  In the end I went to home depot and picked up a water heater and the other parts he recommended.  2 x 18in copper flex lines and a water heater pan.  When I return the old water heater is removed and he has installed some steel flex lines instead of the copper ones I bought.  We roll the water heater in and he gets everything installed.

The only things that bothered me was the fact that he kept the copper flex lines in lieu of charging me for the steel ones he found in his truck and that he parked in my driveway and left an oil spot.

Other than that I'm happy with the response time and how quickly things were fixed.

It's hard to find a good plumbing company but I took a chance on Lawson Family Plumbing. They were able to come that day and fix a pipe that was leaking in my wall. Ken was awesome very respectful and knew exactly what needed to be done. He did a beautiful job and the price was very reasonable.

I've been a home owner for 12 years and had my share of repair needs in all areas. Plumbing is one of the scariest, most annoying, and costly processes within this realm. I had a leak under the slab and several other minor issues. The guys at Flush King made it painless and smooth while offering excellent quality service and charging a more than competitive price. I'll only use and recommend them in the future!

First they are ridiculously expensive and I don't mean just a little.  
Labor to install 2 kitchen faucets I bought plus 4 shut off valves that run about 10 bucks each at Home Depot.  $1,723.00. I hired another company that sent two guys and they spent about 2.5 hours replacing the two faucets.

From the moment I called the number for Lawson Family Plumbing, it was obvious why they were rated so well! The dispatch agent was so pleasant to speak with and was very customer service oriented! Then we met our plumber Mike! He was so amazingly helpful! He answered all of our questions, and you could tell that he did not mind taking his time with us! I will never call another pluming company!

My baby pulled our thermostat off the wall, and disconnected the power to the AC. I wasn't able to connect it, so I called ProSkill services and the receptionist calmed me down right away and had someone at my door in 10 minutes! David came and fixed the issue ASAP. Amazing service. So happy!

Absolutely not Elite!!  No one at this company really knows very much about plumbing.  Is why their very far from standing true the name Elite.  Lol PLEASE!!

Dave came in and fixed the broken valves for our washing machine and on top of that fixed our leaky shower. Dave went above and beyond as he was only going to change the trim kit for the shower but he ended replacing the shower valve due to a leak. He stuck around and finished the job and then cleaned everything up. I would not hesitate to use Somers Plumbers again.

I was tired of the recurring issues I'd been having with the builder-installed Bosch tankless system.  I had literally gone through two new Bosch and Eamax systems within the 2 years we'd owned the new home so I contacted Element plumbing to audit my current setup and figure out why it kept failing.  All I wanted was instant hot water from the third floor master bath without the wasteful waiting.  
Making an appointment was easy with Element and Michael offered multiple solution options.  I ultimately decided to update the whole system to a Navien NPE 240A because I'd lost faith in Bosch products.  So far, so good!  Thank you, Element Plumbing and Michael, for fitting me in and cleaning up my builder's mess.

Our backyard spigot had sprung a leak.  Every attempt to loosen the existing hose connection resulted in potentially blinding the entire spigot as it was frozen.  100% Plumbing's operator Rebecca immediately scheduled us and technician Tim came out within 3 hours.   Price and solution were both extremely reasonable.   Highly recommend these guys.

Able to schedule over the weekend. Estimate was 700 less than another company.  Very reliable and professional. Great job.  Romel did a great job. He came to do one thing and then I asked for several other things and he fit it in and for a much better price.

Jordan was amazing. He came out one day to fix a leaky hose fixture and he got me on the schedule the next business day to fix my sinks (I needed to buy new faucets before he could help me out with those). All around great service, fast response time, and very nice!

I was having a tree removed from my front yard on a Saturday morning and the tree crew mistakenly broke the MAIN water line with their tractor. We were able to shut the water off at the meter. Hence, my family no longer had running water.
Lawson Family Plumbing was at my house within 20 minutes of my call and provided immediate temporary repairs to get my water back on for my children.
Lawson knew they had me over a barrel yet provided the repairs at a very reasonable price.

Update: The plumber from Lawson (Logan) is a true professional. The temporary repairs Logan provided was to hook-up a heavy duty line into my house to cover me for the weekend. Logan just dropped by today (Thursday) to check on the repairs. I had money-in-hand to pay for the temporary weekend repairs he provided. Logan refused to take my money. His primary concern was that my water was up and running with a new hard line. CLASS ACT!!

Look no further. These guys are honest, sincere, and trustworthy. They have my business for life!

Sammy saved our New Year's Eve! I am

We love Hays! Nick Pratt was just here to service our tankless hot water heater. He was very professional, very knowledgeable, very pleasant to deal with and was able to take care of the issues we were having. The entire office staff is professional and pleasant to work with! The window of time they give you isn't half a day so you aren't stuck waiting, they call when they're on the way or if they're running a little late (which rarely happens). I wouldn't call anyone else for our heating, A/C and plumbing needs!
