Michael (our tech) was nothing short of fantastic. I am so pleased that we called Pink Plumbing on our first try. We are new to this neighborhood and didn't know which company to go with and after reading through the reviews I was very hopeful that this would be our new plumber. Sure enough! It is! He was educational without being condescending. He arrived on time. He charged a reasonable price. He communicated all issues and what was done to resolve them. And made recommendations for some areas of opportunity within our plumbing system. I really cannot say enough about how great this experience was and I highly recommend you call these guys for all of your plumbing needs!

On Memorial day I woke up to a flooded kitchen. Jerry showed up on time and was in and out in less than 30 minutes and they didn't charge extra because of the holiday.

The pilot light went out on our water heater and we couldn't get it back on. Called Eric, who answered the phone, and he told me what I needed to do without coming out. That kind of helpfulness and honesty is extremely impressive since he could have come out and charged me -- and I would have been grateful. This is definitely who I'll call if I have future plumbing problems.

We called Lawson up and they were able to come out the very next day to solve our shower problem. They went the extra mile and cleaned out the bathtub drain as well.
Service wasn't cheap, but nothing is these days. Great service in person and on the phone.

Chris the owner responded right away. Called on a Sunday. Didn't charge any more for it being the weekend. Sent Larry out right away, fixed the issue and was super nice and professional. Definitely would recommend!

I called bumblebee with emergency fix at 9 AM within 25 minutes they had a technician on site and within 10 minutes of him being there it was completed and they were on their way. Not only were they extremely efficient but their customer care and professionalism was outstanding.

Not long after I wrote original review had call from owner.  I was impressed.  They are sending someone out right away. I do have to admit I am extremely frustrated that I have called numerous places that say they are 24/7 and had not had anyone answer or call me back- Just at my wits end. Thank you so much!

Original post:Called today to see about having someone look at my kitchen sink. Yes it is Sunday but says they are open 24/7.  First time - disconnected. Not sure if I was hung up on or not- phone didn't say call failed but will give benefit of the doubt as my cell gives me problems in the house.  Called back and phone was promptly answered and asked to hold.  I was on hold for over 5 minutes.  From the reviews I thought this was prompt and courteous service.

It's unfortunate I can't give less than 1 star. My elderly mother and I called out both an AC repair man and a water softener repair man to our home and 2 out of 2 tried to, for lack of better word, scam us out of (between the two services) $10,000 dollars which must say something for Proskills training/sales practices. The AC repair man said everything inside and outside needed to be replaced, although someone else from their company told us only the outside unit needed replacing. The water softener repair man didn't even touch our unit, assumed we couldn't get parts, and quoted $1,900 because he said we would just need a new unit and had too much water pressure. All in all, we got our ORIGINAL AC unit and water softener fixed for $625 instead of the $10,000 Proskills tried to hustle us out of!!! I would choose any other company, truly.

I initially posted a great review b/c the technicians who worked on my house were responsive and did a great job installing a tankless water heater and softener. However, the water heater is no longer working (after only 3 mos) and it has been impossible to get the manager to respond and to come out to fix it or even check it out. Additionally, there was a mistake in the financing and they have not been responsive in following up to get it straightened out. I will be calling the Better Business Bureau on this company.

We needed a new faucet and under-mount sink installed. Somers Plumbers was the only reply that would at least look at installing an under-mount sink and after inspection gave us a very competitive quote. Dave came out the next day and installed the sink and faucet in no time and everything has been working great.

We will definitely use Somers Plumbers again for any of our plumbing needs.

I would give more stars if I could to Michael and his crew. They have helped me replace leaky shower faucets, installed bidets, and replace my old worn out circulating pump and timer. When I have an emergency, a potential leak or the hot water is not working, they make it a a point to come out the same day to help investigate. Their prices are fair and the work is impeccable.

Brian is one of the most honest men I've ever met in the industry. His knowledge goes beyond what I was expecting and his customer service was excellent. I highly recommend using his company.

Eddie came out within a day of the call!  Looked at three concerns.  Unplugged the bathtub and diagnosed a slow leak.  Didn't charge because he was able to do it all in a half hour.  Polite and thorough.This is my 100% plumber from now on!

Highly recommend this company! We had a different company install and do yearly checks but we switched to Allegiance and it was the best decision. Tom came out & not only was extremely professional, personable, and smart but was down to earth and kind. My husband and I don't know much about RO and water softeners (except that they are important haha) and he was incredibly informative and helpful. Explained everything he was doing to help us be well informed. Trust is a big thing with me & this company definitely gained my trust. If you're on the fence or don't know who to call, you will never regret calling this business & gaining a lifetime contact for household needs.

We are new homeowners and Casey came out to help us fix our leaky shower. Not only did he fix it but he walked us through how to maintain our plumbing!

Jordan is a really good guy. Got me pointed in the right direction even thou we didn't end up working together.

My husband and I cannot say enough great things about Lawson Family Plumbing. They are professional, have excellent customer service, and are quickly responsive. A while back we had them install two new toilets. We had issues with one of the toilets and they came back several times at no charge to help problem-solve the issues. A couple of days ago we noticed what we thought was a leak in our master bath shower and Lawson Family Plumbing came to diagnose the issue. They diagnosed the issue quickly and provided suggestions to us for how to fix what is going on, even though the solution does not include needing plumbing services. We highly recommend Lawson Family Plumbing!

The guys at King AC and Plumbing are the best. They saved me thousands of dollars. I first had my AC unit looked at by one of the big AC companies here in the valley because it was vibrating very badly. I wont name names, but let's just say the original owner's last name is the same as a large South American country where the World Cup is taking place right now. After the big guy's service tech failed attempts to convince me that I needed a brand new unit ($5,000), he told me that the blower motor needed to be replaced and would cost $1,300 with some sort of VIP package. A few days later I saw Brendon with King AC in my neighborhood working on my neighbors unit. It was already pretty late in the evening, but after a quick conversation with Brendon, he gladly climbed on to my roof to take a look at my unit. He came down and said there was an issue with the blower motor but it would be nowhere near the $1,300 I was originally quoted. He also informed me that the other guy that came out never even opened a single panel on my unit to come up with his expert diagnosis. The next day I received a call from the owner Terry who told me that the motor was a specialty order part and was quite expensive, but again nowhere near the original amount I was quoted. He also informed me that most likely the motor didn't need to be replaced, but the squirrel cage probably just needed to be cleaned out so it could spin properly. With Terry's advice in hand, I spent a couple of hours that weekend cleaning out the very dirty squirrel cage which was super easy to do and cost me $5 worth of cleaning solution. After I put a couple of panels back on and started up my unit again, the heavy vibration had completely disappeared. Today I had Brendon come out to take a second look over my work and make sure everything else was tip-top. He informed me that my unit needed a couple pounds of Freon and everything else with my dinosaur of a AC unit looked great. Now my unit blows colder than ever and stays on half the time that it used to, which is going to save me a small fortune on my electric bill. I have nothing but compliments for this company and their employees. All around knowledgeable and honest guys. I will never call another company for any of my AC or plumbing needs. I know with King I will receive an truthful recommendation at a good price. No scare tactics, up-selling, or commission based sales. The world needs more genuine people out there who work to help others and not take advantage of them. Thanks King AC!
