Messaged Erik this morning about a shower faucet with a stuck Moen cartridge. Within seconds he replied and we had a technician on the way. Our technician, Michael, arrived early, finished the job very quickly and efficiently and we are back in business less than 3 hours after making initial contact. Michael was professional and polite and offered a few tips for future repairs of this kind.  Highly recommend!

We scheduled with them and they were able to come out next day. So far so good. They came early, also good. Problem was that they never followed up with any calls or communication even after I called twice to have someone call me back over a three day period. I'm sure they are busy and I've already given this feedback to them when I called in the second time.

I received a response through Yelp from Chris late Thursday night as I needed to schedule a plumber to check out an emergency situation early Friday - great communication.  
On Friday morning, I received a call and a text from  Rich to say he was on his way - courtesy that I really appreciated! He arrived at my property and quickly diagnosed the issues.  He then clearly provided work options for my consideration, solved the plumbing issues and referred me for restoration services . The whole time I felt like he was advocating for me, and taking care of a tough situation.  Rich was looking out for my best interest, and before leaving, he took a look around and spotted several connections and potential issues that could be my next emergency. He  provided me with great advice  and what to expect, and estimates for the work.  He didn't push anything on me,  but instead explained it to me like he was my older brother and wanted to help me look out for issues.  Really made me feel comfortable and confident in how to proceed.  Very responsive, provided great information,  skilled plumbing service and made me feel comfortable to move forward.  Loved that!  When was the last time you could say that about a plumber?

Horrible service and lairs very unprofessional... lack of communication across the whole company thiefs of time and money they dont even need a gun their weapon is a drain snake... if i could i would remove the 1 star and just give them the finger

Kenneth came to my apartment on time and very professional. His quote to replace my garburator was great AND he had the part in his truck. Within an hour he had it replaced. This company has great service from booking the appointment to having the service done. Total recommended this business.

I wanted to thank Elite Rooter for coming out today and clearing out our drains. Keith came out within an hour and a half and checked out our pipes with the camera and found that they were extremely clogged. And then he sent Brian out with their high powered washer and cleared the out the drains in the entire house. Best of all, they got it all done in one day. They gave me a good price for doing the whole house, gave me a 5 year guarantee, and they even waved the initial fee to make things easier for us. Everything was confirmed with a camera search throughout the entire pipe system at the end of the job. Really wonderful. Not only was Ascend fair and competitive with pricing, an installation of three new toilets was clean and neat. The project was done at a home where my elderly parents live and they told me how kind and professional Michael was during the job.

Oh my gosh we are so thrilled with our experience. My husband called when he got home from work because our tub had a leak that was leaking into the wall. Even though they were closing for the day the scheduler/dispatch turned her computer back on and routed someone to us after their last job for the day since we had to turn the water off. Eddie texted when he was on his way. Way very friendly and efficient (wore a mask the whole time) and fixed our problem with minimal work. So, so thankful for this company for going above and beyond at the last minute.

I have had a consistently outstanding customer experience with Allegiance Water on a series of service visits. I have had a new whole-house water softener and RO system installed as well as new bath faucets, toilet tank updates, and a water heater health check. All services were performed expertly and efficiently; all my questions were addressed and they were careful to ensure that all areas were pristine prior to leaving the site. Highly recommended.

5 star rating is not enough! After replacing the fill and flush valve in my toilet myself, (I think I'm Miss DIY) water was spraying from the supply line and I couldn't figure out what was wrong. Jordan came out and found that it was missing a gasket that was stuck in the old part. He took it out and screwed the water line in, made sure that the toilet was flushing the way it should. I was surprised that it was such an easy fix and felt like an idiot. Another company told me I might have to replace the entire water supply line, but what surprised me even more, was that Jordan refused to charge me saying, I didn't do anything, even after removing a hose that was stuck in my backyard and checking my shower head. I was floored and asked him multiple times to charge me for his time, and gas but he refused. Such an amazing experience.  Most companies would have never taken a simple job like mine or would have charged a service call. I will be calling again and referring him to everyone I know. It is so hard to find honest, reliable, kind people. Thank you so much Jordan, you are amazing!

Jake Morris is an outstanding plumber and very knowledgeable. He doesn't try to convince you to pay for unnecessary repairs. I highly recommend asking for him personally.

Man trying to find the right company to come to your house for a repair, can be a nail-biting experience. There are so many to choose from. The 1st one I called was recommended by my neighbor and he never showed up. See what I mean?
Well I got lucky this time around. From the pleasant receptionist who at 0900 said they could be at my home today. To the professional repairman who called my wife to say he was on his way. Job done right! Thanks Hays! Now when it comes to HVAC issues, my nail biting days are over!
