I would definitely call this company next time I have any plumbing issues. My tech Zach was knowledgeable and friendly and was able to fix my broken kitchen sink pipe. I called Pink Plumbing to get a second opinion after another company had told me they needed to rip out my entire cabinet area and pay $1k in order to fix the broken pipe. Zach was able to fix it without needing to remove any cabinets, and it was much much less expensive. Would call again!

Despite the owner dismissing this to be an attack from a competitor (clever), this is not. I called and left a message on Sunday, 08/06 @ 7:28pm @ 602.674.3255.  I received a call back from someone on call @ 7:41pm from 602.819.6705.  He acted like he could come, but his guy is already somewhere and wouldn't be done for an hour, but he would come if I really needed him to.   I said that I did need him to be over as soon as he was available.  He agreed , but still dragged on his answer by saying that it could be longer than 2 hours, it could be midnight, he wasn't sure.  I then pressed him by asking he isn't coming at all, is he... .  His answer was   there is a good chance that he won't.   So.. how is this a 24 hour service?   I appreciate that the serviceman was overworked, so it's not his fault that the company isn't staffing correctly to fulfill the 24/7 service promise.  Just take the feedback and improve your service.

Had a leak from my master bathroom into my kitchen. I had Hansen come out and reseal my tub. They came out promptly. Gave me a quote, and then began work. The gentlemen, Jordan Seely, who came by was extremely polite, kept the space clean, and did an amazing job going above and beyond what I would have deemed as an acceptable job.

Thank you and will absolutely be contacting and using this local company from here on out when I have plumber needs in Chandler.

This company is great.   I called on a Tuesday and the next day they had someone come out to assess our main valve plumbing issue, free of charge too. The tech Steven was very nice and honest. I had him check out a shower leak and I appreciated  his honest insight on how to best take care of our shower issue. When we are ready to get that done (during our bathroom remodel project), we will definitely give them a call.

on-time and friendly. Did a nice job and fixed our problem. Setting up the appointment was easy. Overall cost of the job was quite expensive though.

After living in my house for only about 15 days i had a pretty severe plumbing issue,  my master bathroom, washing machine, kitchen sink and dishwasher were all flooding out of the bathroom when i would use them. I have a warranty service, they came out twice and quickly deemed it roots and went on their way because it is not covered. I started to research high rated plumbers on yelp and came across Lawson. I called quickly and got a technician to come out in a few days, the estimate proved that Lawsons prices were going to be higher than what the warranty company said they would charge BUT from the get go, the customer service, communication and skill were unparalleled by Lawson. My technician was David, and let me tell you, this guy was AWESOME! He was more than willing to explain everything to me as well as show me what was going on and answer any and all questions. He located a collapsed pipe and executed the excavation with amazing precision! He went above and beyond and took so much pride in his work! With the pipe repaired, my drain pipe was still backing up and David was able to clear it even when my warranty company was not! I will need a repipe in the future due to some old orangeberg pipes and you can bet i will be calling Lawson and specifically requesting David when the time comes! I was very pleased and impressed with my AC installation.  From the time of the quote, to completion of the job, it was a great and painless experience handled in the most professional manner.  

Hector came over to review my situation (16 year old unit that was on its last leg) and then quickly provided a quote.  From there, he coordinated the efforts of scheduling and explained the process.  We scheduled our install a few weeks out, and unfortunately it just happened to fall in mid-June with the major heat wave.  Despite the ridiculous heat, Jake and Ethan handled it like pros!  They worked so so hard and never once complained or looked defeated.  They even took the time to explain the new system and help set up the new thermostat.  I was very pleased with how courteous and professional they were, top notch.

Wish we never called this company to come in our home! Our master bathtub wouldn't drain so they sent someone out and he snaked the pipe and cracked it. This caused water to come out of our ceiling and then they tried hard to push their restoration company on us.

We ended up calling a different plumbing company who really educated us and said that pipe should not have been snaked and we did not need a restoration company involved.

Because of Elite Rooter we had to pay for dry wall, fix the crack pipe, and that didn't even cover the root cause of what was causing the clog in the first place. This company costed us close to a thousand with damages and didn't even fix the issue.

Dave came in and fixed the broken valves for our washing machine and on top of that fixed our leaky shower. Dave went above and beyond as he was only going to change the trim kit for the shower but he ended replacing the shower valve due to a leak. He stuck around and finished the job and then cleaned everything up. I would not hesitate to use Somers Plumbers again.

We just moved to the area from out of state and I called around to several local plumbing companies that got top marks here on Yelp and Google for a quote to fix our toilet that wouldn't stop running. Element Plumbing was by far the best to work with in terms of professionalism, expertise, price, and friendliness. Greatly appreciate Michael's communication, care, flexibility (when we changed last minute from swapping out an entire toilet to just fixing the current one) and expertise. Highly recommend and will definitely call again if we're in need of a plumber --- tho fingers crossed not anytime soon! ;)

This is a wonderful company! We recently moved to Phoenix and having an irrigation system to maintain was new to us. In the little research I had done, I could tell we had an old system that was not meeting the needs of our yard and garden. Tom came out and spent time explaining our system to us and helped us understand how to best provide water for the plants in our yard. We ended up replacing our system and I couldn't be happier! Our lawn and garden are thriving now! Everyone we interacted through the process was so kind, helpful, and professional- probably the best customer service I have ever experienced!

We just had the Rooter Rangers out today and within an hour of my call they were out here fixing my slow draining kitchen sink. Dakota in the office was extremely nice and listened to what I needed. My call was given to an Isaac that was crazy nice to my family as well as empathetic to my issue. Isaac got to work quickly doing the work and even showed me some of the results that he found while snaking my sink. Isaac gave great suggestions and how we can keep from having future issues and said great things about the company you can tell he's proud to work for. As I write this it's 8:15 p.m. and I'm already sending out ranger rooters phone number to friends and family that may need a service later on. As I feel like is fairly common, I was hesitant to call for plumbing services but I'm very grateful that I landed with this company. Great job to the company for hiring an outstanding technician!

My overall interaction with this company was pretty good.  My hot water heater was leaking and I called Lawson Family Plumbing out to assess the issue.  They sent Tony out who assessed my issue and said that I needed a new hot water heater.  I got a price from him.

He also showed me that there was water damage underneath my hot water heater and that probably needed to be taken care of.  I believe he drained the tank, shut off the hot water heater, and I thought him do everything, but there was one thing I did not see him do, which was flip a metal thing at the top of my hot water heater.

He also turned off the water to my hot water heater, which I knew he did, but I didn't know doing so would not allow me to get any water whatsoever to my bathrooms.  I couldn't have that.  So I turned back on the water to the hot water heater and him flipping the metal switch at the top caused the water to come out of the side of the house.

We ended up in a short amount of time getting a lot of water to the side of our house so I turned off the water to the hot water heater again and called Lawson Plumbing, actually called and texted Tony.  The office called me back to schedule for Tony to come back out.

I think it was maybe a couple hours later, Tony walked me on the phone to flip that metal thing back up, turn back on the water so I could have water to my bathrooms.  He never came back out.  He told me that the water would no longer drain out to my side yard, but it my hot water heater would still be leaking.

It's not a huge deal that he didn't tell me that he flipped that metal thing, but not having any water to my bathrooms wasn't good, so that's why a 4 star instead of 5 star.

Unfortunately, I learned that my home warranty used another plumbing company instead, so I did not use Lawson Family Plumbing.  But if I had to, I would probably go with these guys.

There was not cost to give me a quote on the work that needed to be done.

Option One was nothing short of professional and our go to for our plumbing needs. They were running very behind with their appointments and I got two calls letting me know if the severe delay. They ensured my appointment would still be kept even on a Friday night. Matt our technician was professional, and knowledgeable. Our issue was resolved within 20 minutes.

Today was my second time being thoroughly impressed by this company. They were able to come out to my house within a couple hours of calling, they were highly professional and were able to successfully fix my a/c quickly.
