Best Plumbing Services in Arizona

A clogged kitchen sink sent us searching through the Yelpisphere for a highly rated service. This company hit all the right notes from their Yelp reviews to their website. Of note was their attention to the Covid-19 concerns and the safety procedures that would be adhered to.

I called the day after Memorial Day, and got an appointment for the next day between 12-2. Lou called earlier and said they had finished their previous appointment early and asked if I would like them to come earlier. (Yes please!) Lou and Jay showed up with masks (as requested ), gloves, and even shoe covers.

They were friendly, professional and clearly knew what they were doing. They had the sink up and running in short order.  We now have adopted this company into our go-to toolbox.  If you're a good person, you deserve to have this kind of service too!  (If you're not, you'll be lucky to have found me them. Maybe it'll help you be a better person. It will certainly brighten your day to experience this company's service, either way!)

Called tonight at 10:00 P.M. due to an emergency plumbing situation where brown water was coming up into our kitchen sink and not draining. Laundry room drain was also pooling. Smell was unbearable. Spoke to an operator who said a tech would call me back within 5 minutes. After 30 minutes, and no call, I called the main number again. The operator apologized and said he would re-page the on-call tech. at 11pm a tech by the name of Brian called. He sounded half asleep. When I explained my issue, Brain said that I needed to call the main number again to schedule an appointment for the following day. Said that he didn't have the ability to make appointments. Wait..what? Are you kidding me? So whats the point in paging a 24 hour tech? Are you a 24 hour company or not? This guy was worthless, and a complete waste of my family's time. If this is the type of service they give (or dont give) before the tech even comes over, then I'll be damned if I use or suggest them EVER again.

Hansen Family Plumbing is a great company and I've been nothing but impressed with their work and professionalism after two jobs.  They are straightforward and talk to you about what they are seeing and doing and are honest with their estimates.  I thought we were going to have to jackhammer our some concrete but found myself pleasantly surprised by what a professional plumber can do.

Jason showed up early and immediately identified the issue under my sink. Was a simple fix for which he graciously didn't charge me for his time. Great way to build up trust! I hope I won't be needing them for anything soon but they have certainly created a loyal customer moving forward!

Chris is the man. This is the second time he's come out to service my house. First time was a few weeks ago when he installed 3 new toilets and fixed some old plumbing issues we had. He then just came out today to give my water heater and water softener a new flush. He's super professional, let's you know when he's arriving through an automated texting feature and most importantly, does quality work. Thanks again Chris. I'm sure I'll be seeing you down the road.

Michael K. did a fantastic job rebuilding where our irrigation tied into the main water line. Over the years it had eventually rusted out and needed replacing. Scheduling was easy and they were at the house quickly for a non emergency call. Pricing was on average of what you would expect to pay for a full service plumber.

We came home from work to find a leak in our bathroom wall. I called Lawson Family Plumbing based off of their Yelp reviews. A gentleman named Tanner took my call and was very empathetic and nice. He dispatched a gentleman named Kevin to our house, and he was here in less than an hour an a half. Kevin evaluated the issue, gave us a reasonable quote, and fixed our leak quickly. He was very considerate of our flooring and wore booties on his boots. He even kindly tolerated my little dog occasionally barking at him. He cleaned up after himself and left our home clean. Kevin was kind, efficient and very professional. We highly recommend this plumbing company! Thank you!

Honestly, I'd give Greg six stars! He was professional, knowledgeable, understanding and went beyond his call of duty to help me with the insurance company, a septic company and told me to call him if I need him to help with either of these companies once they start their thing. Not only will I recommend this company to anyone who asks I am calling them for some little plumbing projects I've been putting off due to being nervous about professionals. GREAT JOB !

We had a collapsed sewer line, Elite Rooter was very responsive and had our sewer line replaced quickly.  Julio was great at communicating the process and keeping us updated.

Dave came in and fixed the broken valves for our washing machine and on top of that fixed our leaky shower. Dave went above and beyond as he was only going to change the trim kit for the shower but he ended replacing the shower valve due to a leak. He stuck around and finished the job and then cleaned everything up. I would not hesitate to use Somers Plumbers again.

Mike and team did a wonderful job. Had a stack of plumbing issues (repair frozen pipe damage from this past winter, replacement of a porcelain sink I managed to bust out and installation of a new water filtration system) that required attention. Element Plumbing was able to get to the work quickly and the quality of the repairs/installation was outstanding. Pricing was reasonable and couldn't be more pleased with the result.

Brian is one of the most honest men I've ever met in the industry. His knowledge goes beyond what I was expecting and his customer service was excellent. I highly recommend using his company.

This company has a better than average communication with their client.
Justin, our technician is knowledgeable, friendly, and professional.  Justin gave us a quote for a new unit and a quote for rebuilding the control panel of our current unit.  He wasn't pushy about trying to make the sale.  Merely gave us the information and left, allowing us to think it over.
I have never heard of this water softener, but on the other hand, I couldn't find any negative reviews either.  The unit has an excellent warranty in my opinion.  I checked with the BBB online and they have a rating of A+.  I would certainly recommend this company.  Dave makes appointments, communicates with the customer and handles the follow-up.  He is also very accommodating.

Jarod is awesome! Best plumbing experience in ages! He told me when he'd arrive, was on time, and did very efficient, outstanding work in unclogging a shower drain. Very quick service -- he was available the same day I called. Very experienced and personable, patient, and willing to answer questions and make recommendations. Absolutely no issues or problems. Price was fair and very reasonable. Jarod also promptly returned my call with a follow-up question, what more could a customer want or ask for? :) Outstanding service and he's now my plumber for life! Two thumbs way, way up! I virtually never write reviews for anyone, but Jarod went the extra mile and deserves it.

We were so glad to find someone so responsive and easy to work with especially when dealing from another state.

Making the call to Lawson was the single best decision I have ever made - beside asking my wife to marry me, I suppose.

Nick was extremely knowledgeable, punctual and personable. He had my whole home water filtration and softening system up and running in no time.

They were responsive and everyone I talked to on the phone was polite but they kept rescheduling my appointment. First appointment was on Tuesday from 11 to 1. Called at 11:15 to see about a more accurate time and got called back at 12:15 saying they need to reschedule and would make me priority for the next day at the same time. Wednesday comes and they call at 11:50 saying they need to push my appointment back to 1-3 which I agreed to. They called me about 30 minutes after that wanting to reschedule again for the next day. I ended up canceling with them and going with another company. Not the best experience when it came to scheduling an appointment and sticking to it.

Kevin is awesome!! He was extremely friendly, honest, and genuine. He stayed until the job was complete and gave us great information on how to use our AC more efficiently. We highly recommend this company to anyone that needs help. We have used so many other AC companies before but thanks to Kevin we will be using Hays in the future.

We had a very positive experience.  They were professional , helpful and knowledgeable. They were very prompt in getting someone to our house, they wore masks, and diagnosed and resolved our issues.  We will definitely call them again when we have any problems.
