I rarely provide Yelp feedback but was so impressed with the level of honest service and professionalism that I had too.  We had a basic clogged bathtub and some issues with a kitchen faucet.  I believed that if I had the right tools I could have fixed the problems and didn't want to get a big up sell.  I couldn't have been more pleased with Pink Plumbing.  Mike & Lou showed up right on time and took a look at the problems and gave me a fair estimate and completed the job quickly with not additional tactics.  They were both extremely friendly and professional.  I will definitely use Pink Plumbing again and would refer them to anyone that asks.

1-24-16 I had back out issue from a toilet from my complex. And Steve the manager on call told me they would come within 2 hours. They show up in 4 hours. Problem did not solve and they left. We have to get the technician back to do the work.

We had major work for repair the pipe for the clear out. The clear out is on the major drive way. After the pipe fixed under the ground, they had the clear out about 3 inches above the ground. Everyday cars pass by hit the clear out. We followed up with the company about 3 weeks. Many calls. They went back Fixed it. Now it is half inch above the ground. Cars still hit the clear out everyday.

1-26 -16 Heather called me that if I do not use their service later on. They would not research the case.  Manager Keith called back correct wrong charge for half hour work charge 2 hours and apologized for wrong doing for not check out work before leaving.  And offer fix the high clear out the next day.   -   I was impressed.

1-28-16. Credit card still with higher charge. and have not heard anyone came to fix the high clear out on drive way. - will keep everyone update.

I had a main water line leak back in 2012, and the company that did the line replacement left the city sometime since then. Unfortunately, for whatever reason, instead of installing a single line from the meter to the home, they put a coupling towards the end, and that section was the weak spot. It started leaking in December 2023. Hansen provided me with an estimate and then diagnosed the plumbing situation. The original installers had done some very non-standard installation practices, and Hansen's team had to figure out not only what they did, but also find an even better solution to do the repair. They worked on coming up with a solution for several hours and even brought in a seasoned expert to examine the previous job that was done. I really admired that about the company because their concern was doing a professional repair job and making sure I was satisfied. In the end, they came up with a solution I was happy with and confident would last. They didn't just come in and say, This is what we're doing, take it or leave it. Instead, they worked with me and were very accommodating. In the end, I couldn't be happier. I wanted a family-owned business, which is why I picked them over companies that charged less, but I'm positive I made the right decision because I got good value for my money. Side note: They even restored my landscaping and left the place as they found it.

Larry saved us a huge headache and a lot of money. We had a clogged drain that another plumber wanted to tear up our floors and replace our pipes. It would've cost us thousands of dollars. We called Scottsdale Rooter for a second opinion. Larry was able to identify the issue and fix it for a fraction of the cost of the other bid. They will be our first call next time.

11 year old hot water heater started leaking. Adrian and Joel came out the very next day, determined it needed replacement, and presented our options.  We decided to upgrade to a tankless water heater.  Yes, it was the more expensive option up front....but much more efficient to run long term and should have a longer life too (with less maintenance).  That same day they went and got the unit, came back and installed it, and some sort of a pump to help move water through the lines to the furthest faucets away from the water heater.  When they were done every faucet was tested.  I'm now getting hot water in less than a minute at every faucet in the house!!!  I never expected that side benefit. And my jacuzzi garden tub on the opposite end of the house fills to the brim with hot water...and hubby can take a shower afterwards and he had hot water too!!  We are a tankless water heater fan now, and so glad we made that decision.  Adrian and Joel were efficient, professional, courteous, and left zero mess.  Makayla and the others in customer service were so nice too.  This is the type of business that make a large expenditure feel like it was worth it from conversation one to the end....and even the follow up phone call later to make sure everything met our expectations.  I'm pleased to say our expectations were exceeded!  Thank you Bumblebee Plumbing!!!

If you live in North Phoenix or Anthem, these guys are the real deal. Recently purchased a no hassle / no haggle hot water heater with install from them. They cared more about me as a customer and getting it right rather than focusing on a sale, which they ended up getting anyways! Great job and will keep coming back.

We had a clogged toilet after a house guest accidentally dropped something in it. Soro the technician called before arriving and was on-time. He was professional, clean, and friendly. Toilet was un-clogged in a matter of minutes. The price quoted on Yelp and on the phone was the price we paid. We would definitely hire Elite again.

I needed two faucets replaced. Dave was good in communicating price, appointment time, etc. He arrived on time, did a great job. Price was reasonable.

Really wonderful. Not only was Ascend fair and competitive with pricing, an installation of three new toilets was clean and neat. The project was done at a home where my elderly parents live and they told me how kind and professional Michael was during the job.

My family is older and needed a plumber.  In past people have taken advantage of them because of their age and all 3 being women.  I found 100% Plumbing on Next Door and told my mom to call them.  They were quick to send someone out and my mom stated that Eddie was very friendly, professional and honest.  We highly recommend them and will use them again when needed!  Thank you for taking care of my family today!

I had purchased a new toilet and needed it installed as well as the old one disposed of.  It arrived a day before expected.  I had scheduled Allegiance for the following day.  Then my husband decided he should install it....a nail biting moment for me.  Fortunately, the old toilet had been cemented in and he told me to go ahead and use them.  I called and they were able to provide service me same day and only a couple of hours after I called.  Eloy was kind, skilled, expedient and communicative.  He took care of everything and my husband sent me pictures!  I breathed a sigh of relief as my family was coming in from out of state and would be there this evening!  I would definitely recommend them.  They charged exactly what they quoted and although I could have found cheaper, those prices did not include disposing of the old toilet.

Had an issue with our company kitchen sink, called Rooter Ranger.
They came out the following day. All the technicians that were on site were so professional & knowledgeable.

The supervisor came out to give us an update on everything.

Jordan was amazing. He came out one day to fix a leaky hose fixture and he got me on the schedule the next business day to fix my sinks (I needed to buy new faucets before he could help me out with those). All around great service, fast response time, and very nice!

Joe was great.  Came out, gave me a quote on an outdoor plumbing issue, and fixed everything up quickly.  And did I mention it was 110 degrees out?  What more do u want from your plumber? Thanx Joe!

This five-star review is specifically for Adam, who removed the water softener and R/O system from the home I was moving out of. The landlords were being complete jerks and Adam was very knowledgeable and patient in making sure that everything worked as expected so I could get my security deposit back. #Kudos Adam!!!

However, the following Monday the company sent a different technician to install my R/O at my new home and it was a COMPLETELY HORRIBLE experience!! The guy showed up THREE HOURS AFTER he texted me and said he would arrive in 20 minutes. When he came he smelled of marijuana and was very antsy and jumpy. One of the hoses was left in the car when we removed it from the previous home but instead of waiting patiently for me to get it, he got agitated with me and raised his voice to say that all of the parts wasn't there and he couldn't do the work. Ultimately he left without installing my system. #Unprofessional #Disappointed

I have two AC units and have to get them checked annually to maintain a Trane manufacturer extended warranty.  I had been using a company called Bob Brown Service Experts, but I got tired of the no-call no-shows and poor customer service (See my 2-Star review of them on YELP as well.)  I decided to pick another company and selected Hays based upon the number of excellent reviews.

I called and scheduled an appointment.  A pleasant young woman took my info and said that I would be getting an email with picture of the tech the day of the service.  I never received the email, but did get a phone call about 45 minutes prior to arrival.  (4/8/16 Update: the email with technician picture was found in my junk mail.) Jerry was the tech.  I found him  to be pleasant and professional.  He took pride in his work and spoke highly of his company.  He went into the attic and checked the air handlers.  This took around 20 minutes per side.  Then he went outside and checked the ground units.  Freon and capacitors checked out to be fine.  Jerry had to use new screws to attach covers, as the previous screws were a little stripped.  Total time spent at my house was around 1.5-2 hours.  The cost $79 per unit.

Constructive criticism:  My previous company charged around $100-$120 to check both units and to me seemed to do a little more.  My previous company would blow out the condensate lines then pour water down the lines to ensure that they are open.  This company did not do that.  This company's website also says that a tune-up includes oiling the blower and outdoor fan motors.  I watched closely and did not see this done.  The site also says the indoor coils would be checked for buildup.  This also was not done.  I was never asked about my indoor filters or if I would like them to be changed.  The site says a 33 point inspection...I don't think so...maybe next time.  I should have asked up-front for what my $80 service per unit included.  I feel that the price is a little too high for what I received.  If I am going to spend that much, a company had better do what is says it will do.  It would also be nice to get a discount for a second unit as the tech is already on-site.  I asked the technician about a discount for a second unit, and he commented that the service fee was already discounted.  I knew the price going in so I did not make it an issue.

A second issue I had was the arrangement for payment.  The technician was required to manually punch in my credit card number into a tablet-type device, including my 3 digit security code.  In no way do I think Jerry would try to do anything illegal, such as stealing credit card information.  I have had other companies do service at my house and like it when the technician simply swipes my card, bills wirelessly, and never sees my full credit card number long enough to write it down.  Only the last four digits of my credit card appear on the receipt visible to the technician.  (4/8/16 Update:  I am watching my credit card statement, and still have not seen the transaction appear.  I do not like this.  The transaction supposedly took place a few days ago.  Why no record?  I'm feeling a little uncomfortable.4/8/16 Update:  I called to inquire and was informed that Jerry's machine/swiper was broken and that my credit card will be billed manually next week when Jerry comes into the office. Little awkward.  I guess I will be watching next week for the transaction.)

Over-all, I generously rated this company 4 out of 5 stars, as I saw definite room for improvement.  Based on the service and price, I guess I am a little hesitant about whether on not to use them next year for tune-ups.  My units were already in top-notch condition and needed no repairs.

King plumbing gets a very good review from me.  Although I did not hire them for plumbing because I am a very good plumber myself but rather I hired them for air conditioner service.  This technical kind of job out classes my skill set and tools so I needed  some help.  So I Yelped out.  A few out other companies were not willing to service my unit (because it was a Mexican market unit I bought for cheap).  Some other companies were willing but they Didn't have any reviews yet but I wasn't willing to be the first one.  So I called King plumbing because they had very good reviews already.  What can I say the reviews don't lie.  The first company I hired last year to do the install messed up the install.  It was a simple mistake but there was a tiny leak and so the machine ran out of Freon in the winter when I need it to make heat which makes it kind of difficult to service.  King Plumbing Took care of it easily, and they came through right away and fixed it very reasonably.  Their master journey man level technician was very professional and respectful.  I was happy and proud to leave him his first tip.
