Very kind and respectful.  They came to give me an estimate and willing to work with the price.  I decided to have them do the job and they started right away.  Had the job done within an hour.  They did a great job.

Great communication and service. The tech they sent out was knowledgeable always took our budget into consideration when making recommendations. Fixed our leaks timely and kept labor costs down.

We had an issue last night with our plumbing - toilets wouldn't flush, sinks and tubs backing up, etc. I've never had an issue with this before. I called Eric this morning, and it worked out where he was able to come out right away. For someone that has his knowledge, it was a pretty quick and easy fix, and literally within minutes we were back in business. Very nice, helpful, and most importantly, I wouldn't hesitate to call again for any issue.

This man, Chris,  was so kind! Took time to respond to my texts quickly, gave me great advice on my water heater and I will absolutely go to him in the future !

Unfortunately, we have had 5 major plumbing issues the last couple of months.  Bumble Bee was very responsive, did an excellent job, and their techs were very curteous with their interactions with us.

They do try to do some upselling and my sense is they are probably on the higher price for plumbing work.  Having said that however, you get what you pay for and the techs they have sent out all knew exactly what they are doing.

My only complaint is that when clearing a clog, they charge an extra couple hundred bucks to sent a camera down the line.  That seems to be a bit excessive for a piece of equipment sitting in their truck which is probsbly already paid for.  I get it though, they have the equipment and I don't

Recently had an estimate from these guys. Super high Yelp AND BBB ratings. Tech showed up: no mask no gloves no social distancing. I was very disappointed AND unpleasantly surprised. I did not allow him inside. He was here about 5 mins and did email me a quote but I would not be comfortable having them back. Clearly they are not concerned with others health.

I needed to have 6 new faucets in 3 bathrooms, I am updating a new home built in 2018, I asked for an estimate, but was quickly booked for a plumber to come out to give an estimate between 9-11am the next morning.  I waited till 12:30 no call from anyone, then called the company to check on it, I was told the plumber was behind, however, she told me the day before to expect an ETA by the plumber, which never happened, I called back when this time he didn't call nor show up so she said once again he is behind, well if he's not going to call the next customer, and I have other appointments to go to, but waited again anyway, I decided to cancel it completely.

In my experience and opinion this is an unreliable company they said anything to get business.   Maybe it's because they are located in Tempe I had not noticed it was that faraway until I looked up the call number again, I am in northwest Phoenix, honestly, she should have informed me on that particular issue the day before, so I could make a qualified decision.  If they are short handed be honest and tell a potential customer what the real scoop is.  Next time I will read a website more carefully for company servicing locations and ask better questions.

After our usual plumber let us down several times I took to Yelp and found Somers Plumbers.  Its a huge challenge when you are reaching out trying to find a decent person to work in your home.   Someone that doesn't just pull down the first $ number that comes to their head and someone that you can trust to be there when they say and do what you ask.

I am really happy to have been able to find Dave Somers.  Dave is a truly knowledgeable plumber coming from over 16 years working for someone else, Dave now turned his experience over to becoming an ROC Licensed Plumber and business owner recently

He was quick to respond back to questions and rough pricing through Yelp, his communication skills through text/Yelp & phone are fantastic.  I always knew where I stood with Dave.

I set Dave up with 5 different faucet replacements which included new drain/plugs and a challenging hands free kitchen faucet.  Dave came through perfect on everything.  If I didn't have the right part, he had the parts on hand or knew where to get them.   He went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect.  

I am already figuring out his next project.

Leaks, water softeners, RO, faucets, drains, toilets.  Dave does them all.

I don't usually write reviews but I had such a great experience with Element Plumbing that I had to write a rave review.  Our water heater was spewing water all over our ceiling and I was in a panic, I was sure it was going to cost a small fortune.  A friend recommended Element Plumbing so I called and Mike was able to come over within a couple of hours.  He was very professional and friendly.  He knew what the problem was right away, explained it all to me thoroughly, had all the parts he needed with him and fixed it quickly and he was very reasonably priced!  I would highly recommend him to anyone and will be using him for all of our plumbing needs.  He was awesome!

The original company that was supposed to follow up at my mom's house once my husband opened up the wall for a leak was unable to come until Tuesday. Being a Friday it was just too long to wait as the leak ended up being active unless the main was off.

I hit Yelp again and Sound Plumbing was thr first company that I called that could make it before then. Dylan showed up the same day, but didn't have the parts to fix until Tuesday as thr parts stores would be closed for the holiday weekend and he was booked for Monday, He was able to stop the water from leaking where the main could be on which bought us some time. He was professional, super polite. Great guy. I would recommend!

I can't say enough positive things about our first experience using 100% Plumbing. My wife & I have been wanting to find a new plumbing team for awhile and found ourselves needing to locate where our sewer clean outs got buried during some landscaping several years ago. We used this as an opportunity to vet and price out a new company. We always try to stay local and family owned and 100% Plumbing fit the bill. However they earned our future business by being a model of how a good company should be run. I submitted my inquiry through their website and received a call back from Rebecca in the front office shortly thereafter. She answered my questions and put me in touch with McKinley who helped us sort out the job details and estimate thereof. I even got a follow up email from the owner making sure I had been taken care of and this was all prior to making the decision to hire them. Mike & McKinley both showed up within the window advised and were here for less than an hour, successfully helping to find both of our clean out drains (we thought we only had one). We also got an estimate for a new hot water heater while they were here and they made sure there was nothing else that they couldn't take a look at or help with while they were on site. Not only are 100% Plumbing fair with their pricing but their customer service was a home run from beginning to end. I would not hesitate to use or recommend this company for any future plumbing needs. Thanks so much!!

We have had Alliance help us on three or four occasions- on irrigation issues and on indoor plumbing problems.  
John Gonzales replaced a toilet for us today and did a spectacular job!  He was super polite, professional, left everything very neat and clean and even took toilet with him!  I keep being impressed by the work that they do.

They responded very quickly to my response. The ignitor on my gas water heater needed to be replaced. Very friendly, professional and honest. It is nice to see trustworthy tradesmen who are prompt and make sure all of their customer's needs are met before departing. Thank you for the great work! I have found my new plumber!

Great service from Tanner.  He called ahead to let me know he was on his way and arrived on time, wearing a mask.  Our toilet was lose and bolts would not tighten it.   After removing the toilet Tanner found the toilet had been leaking and that caused the metal ring to rust and disintegrate.   He at first though we would have to replace the flange, which was expensive.  However he was able to get the ring off and chip away the concrete that was causing the ring to not sit correctly, which is what caused the leak in the first place.  (It had been like that since house of we built!)  Saved us several hundred dollars by not needing to replace the flange.  Really appreciate the effort and honest work.  He could have just as easily replaced the flange to charge the higher amount.  Installed new toilet correctly.   Did a great job cleaning up before he left.

Top Notch!!!! We had an emergency with a leak in our water main line 15 days before we are suppose to move across country. Brian was polite, empathetic and AWESOME. Came out within 2 hrs of phone call, isolated problem quickly and gave a fair quote. Stayed on site and completed job same day. Just impeccable from start to finish. Highly recommend!!!!

We had a very positive experience.  They were professional , helpful and knowledgeable. They were very prompt in getting someone to our house, they wore masks, and diagnosed and resolved our issues.  We will definitely call them again when we have any problems.
