I am So glad I use pink plumber for all my residential plumbing needs. They are courteous, professional and will go the extra mile for you in emergencies. This past weekend we had a huge sewer backup that flooded my mothers bathroom with sewer water ( she is 91 yrs old) . I called pink plumbing and they came out first thing Monday morning. Brandon was our service tech. He first used the snake but it didn't work. He said that it would have to be jetted out and also a camera was needed to locate the blockage, but could not get to it until Tuesday because all the trucks that had this special equipment were booked. My mother now begins to panic because she has already gone through the weekend with no water usage  for showering and cooking. After explaining this to Brandon, he immediately said let me see if there is something he could do. Out come Chris with the special truck that has the jetting and camera device. Chris was able to fit us in his schedule! It was promptly taken care of! I will never use any other plumber again! I had four plumbing issues at my home I needed fixed. I reached out to a few different companies and Steve at Diamondback Plumbing was the only one that sent me quotes. We talked on the phone and he explained everything to me what to expect. I received a call about a half hour before our technician arrived. Justin was our technician and did a fantastic job fixing all of our issues we were having. He was very friendly and cleaned up after he was done. At the end the cost was exactly what Steve quoted me. Would definitely do business with them again.

I was leery about calling a plumber during this pandemic, but the leak under my sink made it inevitable. I called Hansen Family Plumbing and they sent Danny to my house. I was grateful that he was wearing a mask and was conscientious about our health and safety.

Not only did Danny fix the leak, he replaced my kitchen faucet. This was not as easy as it sounds. The space under the sink is cramped, and the faucet placement butts up against the wall. I am so grateful to Danny for giving me a working sink when other plumbers weren't interested in the business.

This company is great.   I called on a Tuesday and the next day they had someone come out to assess our main valve plumbing issue, free of charge too. The tech Steven was very nice and honest. I had him check out a shower leak and I appreciated  his honest insight on how to best take care of our shower issue. When we are ready to get that done (during our bathroom remodel project), we will definitely give them a call.

Our toilet stopped up and I looked for a plumber to come ASAP.  
Flush King was the only one that could come out within a 2 hour time period.  The rest said it would be a week or more.  Larry came and quickly unstopped it.  He charged the quoted price, cleaned up nicely.

We called Bumble Bee because we thought we had some corrosion on our plumbing pipes, and we were concerned that it might leak. They were prompt and very helpful in pinpointing our problem. Unfortunately, the problem was with our solar hot water system which they don't service, so they could not complete the repair. Their guidance was extremely helpful. We will definitely use them for any plumbing needs.

My husband and I cannot say enough great things about Lawson Family Plumbing. They are professional, have excellent customer service, and are quickly responsive. A while back we had them install two new toilets. We had issues with one of the toilets and they came back several times at no charge to help problem-solve the issues. A couple of days ago we noticed what we thought was a leak in our master bath shower and Lawson Family Plumbing came to diagnose the issue. They diagnosed the issue quickly and provided suggestions to us for how to fix what is going on, even though the solution does not include needing plumbing services. We highly recommend Lawson Family Plumbing!

Ok - so the owner has stepped in and found the part that was needed, so now we'll have hot water tonight. I was impressed that the complaints went up the chain and the owner reacted. Things happen that are out of their control but I believe they went the extra mile to get this taken care of without having make a band aid and then come back in a day or two. Pleased.

Soro took care of us we had a collapsed 70 year old Orangeburg Sewer that ran under an addition. He cut a 2 foot square hole in the back patio and one by the house where the cast iron exited and pulled a new ABS pipe shattering the old collapsed line. He installed clean outs and repaired the patio. It was absolutely an excellent job.

Called Somers Plumbing based on Dave's experience & customer reviews and he lived up to all of it! Quick response, explained the problem & fixed it quickly! A nice guy. You're crazy if you don't call him & support this entrepreneur and his new business!

I had a major drainage  issue. Michael returned my message promptly and was able to quickly come out. He spent almost four hours fixing the issue. He left everything spotless. Highly professional and pleasant to work with.

I had a small leaky pipe in attic and had another company come out for quote (name starts with H ends with A) and they wouldn't just fix the problem without installing all new pipes for over $1400!! Total ripoff. I called Sound Plumbing and Dylan came out a few hours later and finished the job on the same day!! He was nice and informed me of his plan: which was NOT to repipe the attic, but to FIX THE PROBLEM. It was reasonably priced and I was very happy that I made that 2nd call for another opinion.

I needed two toilets replaced and I hired Allegiance Water Services because they had great reviews, and rightfully so. I messaged the company for a quote through yelp and they responded within 20 minutes and were completely transparent with the services they can provide and the cost, and also the toilet options the best suited my needs. Also, they were available to replace the toilets within a few day! I would totally recommend Allegiance for pluming services. Jeff Cook performed the install and was courteous and professional!

Last night my sink got clogged and my wife and I were really worried about both getting it fixed, and the cost of getting it fixed as well. I looked on Google and Yelp and saw how close Rooter Ranger was to us and some of the positive reviews and decided to give them a call in the morning. It's a Sunday on a holiday weekend so I didn't have high hopes, but to my surprise they were able to come in quickly within 4 hours of my call. The plumber who came was friendly and courteous, and told me how much it would likely cost and how much time it would likely take before he started. As the process went on he gave me regular updates until it was complete. He was able to effectively unclog the sink, and gave me some advice for how to keep it from clogging in the future and to regularly maintain the line. Overall, extremely good service, and a very good price for what he did.

Will hopefully not have to use a plumber in the future, but inevitably when I do, I will definitely use Rooter Ranger.

Prompt response, scheduled to arrive at 8:00 the following morning and techs arrived on time.  We were having problems with our water heater, only to learn there had been a fire within the safety valves.  The techs showed us the damage and quoted us to remove the old unit and replace with a higher efficiency model.  Within hours of arrival the old unit was removed and hauled away and the new unit was installed along with a new line to replace the previous flex line that did not meet code requirements.  Excellent customer service, knowledge and response time.
