Lou installed a new water heater for us and service was exceptional.  He also gave us some tips on a few other issues we were having.  Friendly, professional, and on time!  Will be recommending them.

We used DiamondBack two years ago and were extremely pleased, so when we had another backup of our system we reached out to DiamondBack to do another jet cleaning.  They sent Chris and he was running late, he spent half hour, while my husband was home.  By the time I got home 2 hours later we had backup again.  I called the next day and they tried to send him again, but his truck broke down, so they sent Dane.  He was wonderful but did not have the jet system.  8 days later the back up was back.  They sent Chris again all at no charge except this time we wanted it camera, we paid for the camera.  Chris only did the main pipe that went north and south, but not the pipe that went east and west.  DiamondBack was very responsive, Dane was great, but I would ask for someone other than Chris to do your service.

I have had two drain pipes break over the past three years and called Eric to fix them based on the yelp reviews. He was able to get to it quickly and charges a fair price. I would highly recommend him. He also recommended a drywall person after my first pipe broke, who was also great and affordable.

Made an appointment yesterday. Randall, with mask,  showed up on time today and 3 hours later we had a new water heater installed. Lawson Family Plumbing is awesome and will be our family plumber from now on.

I can't begin to describe how happy I was with the service provided by Chris and Larry of Flush Kings.  They literally replaced my hot water heater for half the price quoted to me by Parker and Sons and Larry even cleaned my floors after the install!  I would highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs!  They even have senior pricing!  I will most definitely be calling them again for any of my plumbing needs!

Talked with Bumble Bee Plumbing on September 16th and scheduled for Monday September 27th. When I asked them what time I should expect them, they say, we'll call and text on day of service to let you know when we're on the way. Interesting, no scheduled time, but ok lets see how this goes.
Monday morning September 27 I receive a call and text at 8 AM telling me today is the day and they will inform me when the technician is on the way. Ok. Sounds good!
At noon I get a call, I'm thinking they're on the way. Silly me, they just want to make sure I'm still available today. Uh, we have an appointment, of course I'm available. They say to me, ok, just making sure we'll let you know when someone is on the way.  Again, Weird, but ok.  
3 PM, no word from them. I text and say yeah today wont work. They reply to me no problem, let us know when you know your availability. Um, how about an apology?? You know my availability, it was today. You didn't show up.

Update: I'm changing my review to 4 stars. After my original review, the owner, Jeff called me to apologize that the water heater wasn't replaced yet, offered to make it right, explained what was going on with the home warranty company, and dispatched an employee to come tonight to do the work. That is excellent customer service. I wish it had been taken care of earlier, but am glad it has been resolved now. Thank you Jeff & Jason!

[Long story short, after not having hot water for a couple days, the first tech who came out wouldn't start work to replace our water heater (covered under home warranty) because he said the water softener was in the way, and he didn't want to be liable if something happened when he moved it. I got home and moved it without issue in less than 10 minutes. They are busy and weren't going to be able to come again for another couple days. I left my review, then the owner calls me and sends someone to go get the new water heater and come install it the same night. The owner comes over as well to see how things are going. Jason got it done so we don't have to wait any longer to have hot water again.]

I am so impressed with the professionalism of this company. I could not be happier. I am a person that goes with my gut when it comes to decision's that need to be made. I am so happy I chose Proskill to install my new HVAC system. From the initial contact with Hector who came out and explained everything to me, the scheduling of the actual work, and Jose and Terrence who came out and did an amazing job. Everyone was so nice, and explained everything each step of the way. I absolutely without hesitation would recommend Proskill!!

Let me tell you, I wasn't looking forward to having to call a plumber for what I thought was only a plugged drain.  But lucky I did because within an hour, the plumbing under the floor literally exploded and Waste came up every drain in the house. It came up the tub, the shower, and laundry room drain ugh and ugh.  Luckily, Elite Rooter was already on their way and they took over like the PROs they are.  They helped me get my insurance started and really guided me to do all the right things, because,... I have my dad in home hospice,... he just couldn't be left living in that mess and I didn't know what to do. But they did and I am one happy camper now.  
They are such good guys - everyone of them!  I hope it never happens again, but if it does, I won't hesitate calling or telling all my friends to call them.

After our usual plumber let us down several times I took to Yelp and found Somers Plumbers.  Its a huge challenge when you are reaching out trying to find a decent person to work in your home.   Someone that doesn't just pull down the first $ number that comes to their head and someone that you can trust to be there when they say and do what you ask.

I am really happy to have been able to find Dave Somers.  Dave is a truly knowledgeable plumber coming from over 16 years working for someone else, Dave now turned his experience over to becoming an ROC Licensed Plumber and business owner recently

He was quick to respond back to questions and rough pricing through Yelp, his communication skills through text/Yelp & phone are fantastic.  I always knew where I stood with Dave.

I set Dave up with 5 different faucet replacements which included new drain/plugs and a challenging hands free kitchen faucet.  Dave came through perfect on everything.  If I didn't have the right part, he had the parts on hand or knew where to get them.   He went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect.  

I am already figuring out his next project.

Leaks, water softeners, RO, faucets, drains, toilets.  Dave does them all.

WOW! I called these guys to audit some work, and Mike did everything for free over the phone. I took pictures, provided a description, and he shared his professional opinion. I was blown away that someone would go out of their way on a Saturday!

I can't say enough great things about this company. They are fast, reliable, honest and really know their stuff. When my home warranty company couldn't get the job done, I decided to turn to Yelp to find someone who really knows their stuff. I called and they were able to send someone out the next morning, when other companies couldn't help for weeks. In a matter of minutes they were able to properly diagnose our issue and got to work on getting it fixed, and what do you know? Two other companies couldn't get the job done and they did.

Special shout out to Dylan Morris who is an absolute gem. This guy is an expert and is so kind and professional. He really took the time to explain what was going on and laid out several courses of action we could take. He truly went above and beyond to help us out.

This is my go-to plumbing company moving forward. Highly recommend!

A truly great experience. We had a gas leak in our outdoor BBQ and Firepit/Firepots. We asked for recommendations and several neighbors suggested 100%. Jason explained what he was going to do and why it was the best course of action. A couple of hours later it was all finished and working. The cost was very reasonable. Thank you!

We had someone come out but he could not get his snake in our drain. Was very friendly and did not charge as he could not snake. He then had his supervisor come out with camera but could not camera drain where clog was. They then used camera on roof vent which did not address clog. They then snaked inside (supervisor) and he said he got the snake in but it got stuck. They then told me that it would be over 10 grand to repair. When wife got home we used our snake and got it draining again. I am now being asked to pay for camera even know they never got camera in our drain under sink. I was originally told that if Di not fix clog then there would not be a charge.

I searched Yelp for a plumber to replace all 14 of my bound to fail FloTite water shutoff valves. Not only were they the lowest price quoted, I picked Near Me Plumbing & Drains because of their quick response, and their kind words telling me how smart I was to replace those crappy valves! Jared and Landon completed the work quickly, even arriving early due to their previous job not taking as long as scheduled. They were polite and respectful of our property. I will definitely call Near Me Plumbing & Drains if I ever need any other plumbing work done!

We had a leaking sink as well as a bad garbage disposal, Joe showed up early and took the time to explain and show me exactly what the problem was . He was friendly, professional and finished the job quickly .

When you are scared to flush your toilet, there's only one place to call - Option One Plumbing. This is my second time contacting Option One for a different problem.

Derrick came out and was super friendly and accommodating. He noticed the problems I was having and understood that I had already taken a day off from work just to resolve this issue. He knew I needed someone to check the line, so he called Timothy to come out and run the camera through the pipes. That's when we found a massive pipe that was catching the debris and blocking the pipes.  It actually looked like someone had stuck a toilet augur in the line and it was stuck. Unfortunately, they had to dig it up and get it out in order to allow for the water to flow. Timothy used the camera and detected the additional problems that the line was having. He was able to locate the major concerns and problems that I need to repair.

Unfortunately, due to deferred maintenance, I will have to make additional repairs to the pipes, but I was thankful for the thorough investigation. It also helped that Option One had resolved a previous problem and kept records of the work that was already done.

Derrick turned the backyard into a massive dig! When I came home from work, I couldn't believe what happened. Luckily, we were flushing and flowing in no time!

We love Hays! Nick Pratt was just here to service our tankless hot water heater. He was very professional, very knowledgeable, very pleasant to deal with and was able to take care of the issues we were having. The entire office staff is professional and pleasant to work with! The window of time they give you isn't half a day so you aren't stuck waiting, they call when they're on the way or if they're running a little late (which rarely happens). I wouldn't call anyone else for our heating, A/C and plumbing needs!

I have never interacted with an AC company that was so knowledgeable and informative, taking the time to address customer questions and concerns in order for consumer to make best purchase decisions.  Luis was the tech, and I'm impressed with how much he cares that one doesn't purchase some product and then later regret it.   I have had this challenge before when the timing, or the order of getting certain services such as Duct cleaning, re-sealing ducts, buying Air Scrubber, and or new HVAC, counter acted other purchase if not done in certain sequence.
