Had a backup this morning and Diamondback sent out a tech within and hour. Levi was the tech and he was very prompt and professional and fixed our problem fast. Very pleased with the service and price as well. I paid $50 less than when it happened the last time and used a different company, not to mention a much faster response time. Definitely recommended.

Chris is great. Super straightforward and helpful. Prior plumbers we have had out to the house have been too busy to respond quickly and tough to get out to the house. Chris answered his phone right away and came by 3 hours later. He was very knowledgeable and had the tools to assess the problem and fix it quickly. We wouldn't hesitate to call him again.

HORRIBLE, CREATIVE ACCOUNTING,  PREDATORY, HIGH PRESSURE SALES AND PRICE GOUGING IS A SYSTEMIC BUSINESS MODEL PRACTICE, ETHICS AND REPUTATION CONCERNS: Interaction with Bumble Bee Plumbing was a nightmare from not honoring same day service, predatory sales, intentionally lying about receipt of agreed credit, damage to my home.
Bumble Bee Plumbing has developed a very slick, high-pressure sales tactic that starts from the moment of contact with the appointment setter, through to the dispatcher, to the plumbers and their manager/customer service manager. First, I recommend that you utilize the relevant review option and bypass the good rating and seek out the low-rated on all popular publish crowd-sourced reviews about businesses sites to see other customer service reviews that have had very similar customer transaction with Bumble Bee that I am outlining in my experience. I was experiencing the flow value malfunction where it was exceeding water over the fill line resulting in water leaking heavily from the flush handle. I called my plumber but they were booked for 2 days. I utilize Home Advisor to look for a handyman to replace the Fluidmaster kit assembly on two toilets, the only recommendation were plumbers and I did not select any of the choices. But within minutes Bumble Bee calls in response I advise of my situation and they advised they could be out the same day. I agreed. Appointment setting advises they will review the situation and provide the best options. The dispatcher calls to advise they received your appointment and they will have someone out that day, the dispatcher makes it a point to call incessantly to update that they're working on getting a plumber out. Eight hours elapse  a call come late in the afternoon that they are not able to get a plumber out for another two hours, I advised it has been a long day, he extends a $25 credit to reschedule, I agree with the specifics they come early in the morning. He agrees. Adrian arrives late, I advised of what I need, he advises to take a look. He reviews the toilet sees the date mark, then flashes a flashlight into the bowl advising the rim holes are clogged, he never looked, and the date of the toilet tank will crack upon replacement.
Adrian starts his sales high-pressure sales for new toilets. He does not provide any real details, he is vague on pricing, when asked about labor cost he rebuffs the question that a company book is used, never divulges. He steps out, to speak with his manager, this is when the two work in tandem on the scam. Adrian returns advises he spoke to Jesus, manager, that they were giving a great price, this is sweetening the deal with some options, Adrian only has new toilets options and he push on which one is your choice, I was reluctant on making a deal, Adrian asks, What can we do to get you off the fence and close this deal. Adrian starts the removal of the downstairs toilet he intentionally broke the flange. Adrian oddly was able to get the toilet out without it falling apart.  Adrian quietly says uhh ohh, calls me in, Adrian has a tool in his hand right next to the flange and he advise me that the flange broke due to how heavy the toilet was and the number of years it has been in place. He intentionally broke the flange to pad the bill. He then starts into the theatrical performance more like a hissy fit  of how expensive this will be, how hard the job is and really went into great detail on how messy, noisy the job due to a saw, & again that is was hard job.  Adrian steps outside to speak to Jesus, he returns to provide price, Adrian makes a huge point of the normal price  for a flange cost $757 but we will give you a deal of $677. During the installation Adrian does not use floor protection while he throwing his tools around the room which ending up significantly gouging and scuffed my floor. I took pictures and emailed them to the company  immediately for their records and made a call to them as well. I got a call from Jesus to address this issue. When Adrian returned from running an errand, Jesus had filled him in on my complaint of damage and Adrian became very unprofessional, making excuses to why he did not follow policy, something he did throughout his time in my home, he and Bumble Bee were on my last nerve as I realize I had been scammed.
Jesus agree on a credit for the floor damage. When I was able to review the invoice, I see that the full credit was not given. I emailed to complain, Jesus calls me back to say that he indeed gave me a full credit. I pointed out the credits listed but it did equal the price agreed. Jesus points out a membership credit, they never advised of a membership, and that represents the credit being applied to the floor damage. When I did my calculation the member credit was the price difference in the negotiation of toilets and not the flooring, he was trying to pass off a completely complete 1 of 2

Great service!  I was able to schedule an appointment the next day.  Matt was on time, professional, and did a great job.  All of that and reasonably priced as well!

After 3 attempts to validate the surprising amount of positive reviews, I am having a hard time even giving them a single star. If you have unlimited disposable income, and enjoy wasting money, call these guys. We haven't even seen any work they've completed recently, because their bids have been anywhere from 20% to 10x more than their competitors, not an exaggeration. They just tried charging us more to vacuum a coolant line on a mini split, than the unit is worth, brand new. This was the third and final strike against them on us. We will not consider them at all in future, as the company that used to operate successfully in this area under that name, apparently no longer exists. Do yourself a favor, if it's an AC issue, call Desert Chill, great quality work, fair prices, no shenanigans. If you have a plumbing problem, there are literally a dozen local options, that won't case your place upon arrival and adjust their price on the fly...

This is the second time I called on this company because my first experience was great. They are very fair and reasonable with their estimates. Both guys during those two different service dates were professional, very polite and took time to explain what's going on. Fernando was the last guy who we worked with and he was very responsive to my calls and scheduling needs. He accomplished the job efficiently and he cleaned up his work area. He was definitely very helpful. I just hope this company continues what they are doing to keep these well trained and professional techs with them. I am glad to have found my go to plumbing company.

Best of the best! We needed to get our water softener removed and pipe bounding done. Very quickly I heard back from Dianna, who scheduled an appointment for the following day to get a quote. Brian came out on time, even sent a message notifying us that he was en route. He evaluated the work needed to be done, provided us a quote and was back few days later to get is all done. Hands one one of the most professional, friendly and honest services around!

We called because we had a lot of water leaking in the garage and they scheduled us for 3pm then called and they came sooner which was awesome. We had to shut of our water so I was very excited they could make it out sooner. Did a good job explained everything !

Rooter Ranger failed to unclog my clogged kitchen sink, despite attempting it four times with a snake. However, after giving up on the clog, three staff members then put considerable effort into touring my home, producing an estimate for $6,300 (discounted!) for other work - all while the drain was still clogged. Luckily, I contacted another plumber for a second opinion, who came to my house within an hour and unclogged the sink as requested in 20 minutes, with a snake, for $175. I felt pressured by Rooter Ranger to pay for extensive plumbing work when all I wanted and required was an unclogged sink.
Rooter Ranger contacted me after I posted this review and reimbursed me the $175 I paid the other plumber who resolved my issue, as well as asking me to taken down this review

Gotta tell you, I have found success in using YELP reviews to help with how/who to call on home services.  I have a basement (yes in AZ) and my sewage ejection pump alarm went off...I shut down all bathroom use in basement and called Lawson.  

They said, we can send someone out, with NO SERVICE CALL FEE! Not only did they send someone out the next morning, Joe, their supervisor came out, as he is very versed with sewage ejectors.  

Joe was patient and focused with his questions.  In the end, Joe simply said, it's running fine.  Alarm may had gone off due to the float getting stuck...

Most importantly, Joe provided advice that I wouldn't of thought about (home warranty, Joe, home warranty, do you remember?!!)

I had a warranty company come out for a leak in my wall and they were out here for an hour and 15 minutes and never called or came back for the job .
I went on Yelp and chose Option One Plumbing for their 4 1/2 star rating.
They got right back to me and set up an appointment the same day .
Their Tech Tim was courteous and gave me three options to best fit my financial situation. I should have called then first.

Chas was Great...Water heater finally gave in; he was professional quickly assessed what needed to get done and very patient with all my questions.

We've used KING Plumbing Heating & AC (KING) in the past for a plumbing problem. My late Father's Day gift late last night was our AC unit stopped cooling. I sent a text to KING that I would contact them in the morning (Monday). As in our previous experience, the response was quick and by 10:45 our unit was up and running. Fast response, taking care of customers and personable guys who treat people with respect and understanding... yeh, I'll be calling on KING every time.
