Called them early in the morning and they answered.  Received a follow up call from them to book appointment.  They were able to get me in within 24hrs.  Lou was the Plummer that came on site and he was great.  Very nice, personable and able to diagnose what was going on.

Booked this company straight off reviews and they lived up to their 5 stars!

Had a line leak under the driveway from the meter to the house. Instead of trying to find the leak and digging up the whole driveway, we decided to call Diamondback & save a lot of time and labor to locate where the pipe was leaking. The plumber came out fairly quickly. He pulled out what looked like a toilet plunger with some headphones attached. He put the 'plunger' on different spots on the driveway and told  us the leak is here... however he didn't seem really sure. So I paid him and while I was writing the check he stated that he didn't really bring the proper equipment to do a good leak location.
We quickly hammered through the driveway pavement where he had marked the spot... no pipe. We dug some more... still no pipe. 15 feet from the spot we ended up finding the leaking pipe. Lots of time and a driveway now almost completely ruined, I called Diamondback to let them know they did not locate the leak withing 3 feet as the invoice stated.
They would not refund my money.
This is no way to do business.

I had them out to install a shower set. The night before they were going to be here, our newly installed toilet started leaking. (Installed by someone else) Perfect timing really. It ended up he couldn't install the shower set (I bought the wrong one), but he gave me his honest opinion about the toilet.

He took a look, told me what the issue was and told me to call the old company to save me money. He was very honest about how he could charge me to do it, but wanted me to save money if I could. He didn't even charge me for the trip since they couldn't do what I had originally called for.

I'm writing this review because I appreciate their honesty and punctuality. I'll definitely be using them in the future!

Craig from Lawson Family Plumbing is AWESOME,  we were doing a DIY project and ran into a piping alignment issue, he came in and assessed the situation and had us back up and running in no time. His knowledge and professionalism is top notch. I highly recommend this company. And the price was just right.

I called for help with a backed up kitchen sink/disposal.  Chris responded and came over in an hour.  Before I knew it, Chris was done and the sink was clear.  Thank you for the quick response and quick service.  I will definitely call them first if I ever need a plumber.

3rd time using Lawson Family Plumbing (this time at my new house). Our technician, Terry was amazing! I had a corroded pipe break loose from the main valve in my backyard. Water was gushing everywhere so we had to cut off the water to the whole house.

Called Lawson Family Plumbing and they showed up right away. Even though it was late at night Terry had such a great attitude. Had me back up and running within an hour. I have found all the technicians to be very diligent and they always thoroughly pressure test their work once completed to ensure there are no leaks.

Easy to see why they maintain a 5-star rating on Yelp. Highly recommend this company for anyone with plumbing needs!

I was very pleased and impressed with my AC installation.  From the time of the quote, to completion of the job, it was a great and painless experience handled in the most professional manner.  

Hector came over to review my situation (16 year old unit that was on its last leg) and then quickly provided a quote.  From there, he coordinated the efforts of scheduling and explained the process.  We scheduled our install a few weeks out, and unfortunately it just happened to fall in mid-June with the major heat wave.  Despite the ridiculous heat, Jake and Ethan handled it like pros!  They worked so so hard and never once complained or looked defeated.  They even took the time to explain the new system and help set up the new thermostat.  I was very pleased with how courteous and professional they were, top notch.

Called for help in dealing with a backed-up kitchen sink, and once the Elite guy (Joseph) arrived, he immediately called for a clean-up guy, which was curious since we didn't have anything to clean-up!  He snaked our pipe, used a camera and said he saw evidence of roots in the line, and that we needed to do a massive project that would involve tearing up floors throughout the house, forcing us to go live in a hotel for 4 days, and assured us that we would have no out of pocket expense but that our insurer would be dealing with a claim of $12,000 to $18,000.  The mitigation guy (CopperStateHome Builders) arrived, immediately started chanting no out of pocket for you guys and then proceeded to bring in large commercial de-humidifiers (again, curious since there was no excess water damage at that point,..Long story shortened...we were close to being scammed by some pros...fortunately, we consulted with a genuinelyt reputable local plumber (Babcock) and were able to stop the nonsense before it got worse.

Fast, honest, and reliable. This is the second time we've used Sound Plumbing, and they do not disappoint. The first time was to have a sink and faucet installed in the laundry room. Everything was great there. This time, an issue with the hot water flowing lukewarmly. Brian showed up, on time, and within the hour we had hot water again. We will definitely call them anytime we need a plumber.

We had a leak appear from our upstairs shower onto our downstairs ceiling. I called 100% plumbing and they got Angel out there within an hour. Angel opened up my ceiling and found that the issue was not related to a plumbing issue. He then put me in contact with a tile guy and he got a restoration company out to my house for me. There was no charge for his time and the company did not try to gouge me for something they couldn't fix. Very honest and helpful during a very stressful situation. Definitely recommend this company and Angel.

These guys are awesome!  I was referred to them for a Fire Sprinkler repair which turned out not something they could work on BUT, they called me back with two other companies that could!  They did the research and found two options from Yelp, called them to make sure they could do it before sending me their contact info.

WOW!  Above and beyond!  I will be calling these guys from now on for any plumbing issues!

They fixed a leak from our toilet this week, and they were quick with a response and and we're able to get it fixed within the same day I called. They are next going to replace my water heater and then hopefully replace my water softener so I will continue to use their services for anything that my house may need.

Mike was very knowledgeable and polite. He installed our RO system and fixed a leaky faucet in our master bath. The installation went great. He gave us great recommendations on how to move forward with a new water softener. I will use him again.

Tim came out and did a great job at diagnosing my problem. Within 30 minutes he knew what was going on. Grade A service!

Are you looking for a reputable, honest AC company?  Look no further than Hays.  Excellent service, honest technicians and an owner who cares about his customers.  

When we realized it was time to replace our unit we got 4 quotes.  Hays quote was competitive and their labor and parts backed up by a warranty.  Chris (the owner) took his time measuring our home and answering our many questions.  Install was quick, painless and on time.  Not only did Chris follow up, but we received a thank you card a few days later.

I've recommended Hays to many friends and family without hesitation.  More companies should conduct business like Hays does.

I have never interacted with an AC company that was so knowledgeable and informative, taking the time to address customer questions and concerns in order for consumer to make best purchase decisions.  Luis was the tech, and I'm impressed with how much he cares that one doesn't purchase some product and then later regret it.   I have had this challenge before when the timing, or the order of getting certain services such as Duct cleaning, re-sealing ducts, buying Air Scrubber, and or new HVAC, counter acted other purchase if not done in certain sequence.
