Really fantastic customer service. Had a major issue with one of my day spas on Christmas Eve. Chris responded promptly and dispatched his team quickly. He was the only company willing and able to perform the needed job. His communication was impeccable and his service was fast and efficient.  I'm so grateful for the generosity given to me and my business on a holiday. Thank you so much for everything!! The person that took my call was very nice. She asked if it was an emergency and I confirmed that it was not.  So, we scheduled an appointment for 2 days later at 9am. 9:30 came, and I called to verify that I hadn't written the appointment down wrong. She verified that I had an appointment and said the tech was running late. She said he would be calling me to give me an eta.  When the tech called me he had no idea about the appointment.  He asked if it was an emergency?.... I said no. It's not an emergency, I have an appointment. He said, well my friend, I've got 12 emergencies in front of you. I think he thought it was funny for some reason. I hung up and called another company. There are plenty of plumbers in the Phoenix area. Call one that's dependable. Not these people.

From the first communication until the job was done... service was excellent. Upfront, honest pricing, on time service.

I had a water pipe leak in the wall and they were able to come out the same day to replace the section of copper pipe. The person who came out was very friendly and got the job done quickly. I appreciate the quick turn around. Highly recommend them!

I reached out for a plumbing issue regarding our kitchen sink on a Sunday. Chris was in touch with me within 5 minutes of my inquiry. He was very patient, helpful and diagnosed the problem immediately. I couldn't recommend them more and will absolutely use them again when needed in the future. Would give them 10 starts if I could.

The service that was provided was great. They were quick to respond but amount charge for something simple is plain ridiculous. I'm sure I could have gotten the same service for half the price. They use tactics of having a subscription to give you a lower price. The lower price is still pretty high regardless if you join their subscription.

I had an unsatisfactory experience with another company that my home warranty company sent out..and got on Yelp to find a new company. I was delighted to hear that my warranty company also worked with The Lawson family! They diagnosed my slab leak and had it repaired within 24 hours! That was much appreciated because my house was sitting on a lake of water and in an effort to reduce water flow I had turned off the water into the house for 2 days. The Lawson team made me feel like one of the family, handling my problem quickly, professionally and efficiently. I hope I never need them again but if I need ANY help with plumbing..it will be Lawson's!

I've used Elite Rooter a couple of times for plumbing issues. They need to cease with the practice of their opening line of we will help you file an insurance claim for any issues they encounter. It seems clear they are using the rooter business as a front to encourage customers to open an insurance claim and balloon the repair costs for their benefit. Why doesn't Elite take time to properly diagnose an issue before pressing a customer to file an insurance claim? This seems to be part of their standard practice based on other posts and is very disingenuous.

After our usual plumber let us down several times I took to Yelp and found Somers Plumbers.  Its a huge challenge when you are reaching out trying to find a decent person to work in your home.   Someone that doesn't just pull down the first $ number that comes to their head and someone that you can trust to be there when they say and do what you ask.

I am really happy to have been able to find Dave Somers.  Dave is a truly knowledgeable plumber coming from over 16 years working for someone else, Dave now turned his experience over to becoming an ROC Licensed Plumber and business owner recently

He was quick to respond back to questions and rough pricing through Yelp, his communication skills through text/Yelp & phone are fantastic.  I always knew where I stood with Dave.

I set Dave up with 5 different faucet replacements which included new drain/plugs and a challenging hands free kitchen faucet.  Dave came through perfect on everything.  If I didn't have the right part, he had the parts on hand or knew where to get them.   He went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect.  

I am already figuring out his next project.

Leaks, water softeners, RO, faucets, drains, toilets.  Dave does them all.

They're responsive, great value. Reliable, great work. Both of our toilets are in good working condition, they're quick.

I can't say enough great things about this company. They are fast, reliable, honest and really know their stuff. When my home warranty company couldn't get the job done, I decided to turn to Yelp to find someone who really knows their stuff. I called and they were able to send someone out the next morning, when other companies couldn't help for weeks. In a matter of minutes they were able to properly diagnose our issue and got to work on getting it fixed, and what do you know? Two other companies couldn't get the job done and they did.

Special shout out to Dylan Morris who is an absolute gem. This guy is an expert and is so kind and professional. He really took the time to explain what was going on and laid out several courses of action we could take. He truly went above and beyond to help us out.

Had an excellent experience with 100% plumbing! After calling around the week of Christmas and not having success finding someone who could clear our kitchen drain quickly, I was happy to find them. They were prompt, professional, courteous and took care of the problem exactly as promised. Will definitely use them again in the future.

Our RO system needed maintenance, so I called Tuesday, and they came Friday. It was not an emergency, so I was very impressed on how quickly they came out. Jeff was professional, kind, and efficient. We will definitely call Allegiance again!

My sink was completely backed up, so I called a different Plummer. But he wanted to replace all my lines, which I knew wasn't right. So I called Rooter Ranger and Gus solved the problem right away. Our line was backed up, and it took him more than an hour to clear it, but he did it! He did a great job and provided prompt and courteous service! Definitely recommending to all my friends and family!!

This was my second interaction with Lawson.   The first time was a blind call on my behalf and was in ever lucky.   The insides of my toilet needed to be replaced and they did a great job.   They also advised me that something is was doing wrong in using chlorine tablets contributed to my problem.   I also had them look at a sink that needed attention too.  Well they did an excellent job on that too.   There was also a calcium deposit in the sink that I had no idea how to get rid of and again the technician told me how to get rid of it.  I tried his suggestion and to my delight it totally took care of the problem.   Lawson is the best it is the only plumbing organization i will use.   The second time I called was I saw a post on FB regarding having your hot water heater flushed and they had a coupon on Angies list.   The service is normally  $99 but with the coupon  $59 so called they came out did the work took all of 30 minutes.  One of the most refreshing part of this call was they found no problem and did not try to sell me anything . Sorry for being so long but didn't know I could post here so just giving Lawson their proper due.

Called at 5pm before the July 4th Holiday
Received a call from the Plumber assigned to the job about 5:15pm wanted to make sure he arrived with the correct parts .
By 6:30pm Andrew arrived and by 7:45 the part was replaced and the leak stopped
This was some of the best service I have received in many years .

Had Hayes out after another company told us we needed to replace an entire air-conditioning heat pump system for $11,000.  Hayes fixed what was broken for 1200.  Very knowledgeable and great service.

Today was my second time being thoroughly impressed by this company. They were able to come out to my house within a couple hours of calling, they were highly professional and were able to successfully fix my a/c quickly.

I highly recommend this company!
