Best Plumbing Services in Arizona

We had used Pink Plumbing to repair a number of fixtures in our home.  When we had a problem with our hot water recirculating pump not working, Pink Plumbing sent Lou and Adam out to take a look.  They found a corroded and clogged pipe that had blown the recirculating pump.  The repaired the pipe and gave us several options on replacing the recirculated pump vs replacing our very old water heater with a tankless system.  They were very honest about our options and we will be going with the tankless system.  We very much look forward to having them finish the work.  This is our second wonderful experience with Pink Plumbing and we highly recommend them for any plumbing need you may have.  They are wonderful.

Excellent company. I've always used for minor things but they really stepped up with a major slab leak. My home warranty company keeps using other companies that leave a lot to be desired. After dealing with another company that took 2 weeks to even think if repairing a slab leak causing water on my foundation, these guys were out in 2 days (cause I had to work my schedule to be home not because they delayed scheduling). They did a major re routing of my plumbing that other company couldn't even plan for. Way to go diamondback plumbing. Definitely will be on my favorites list.

Poor office communication.  I booked an appointment for one week out.  Waited with a broken shower for the highly rated Hansen plumbers.  Sent pictures and discussed solutions.  They stood me up.  Called and they had every excuse in the book.  In the end, they told me that they probably dropped the ball because i was outside of their service area.  However, I am well within the service area which they drew on the yelp map.  I think that they just have so much work due to their high reviews and likely strong field work that they are losing some customer service on the scheduling side.

Manager who responded does not understand his service area map on yelp or what actually happened with the schedule.  Nor did they follow up after the appointment was set.

Great experience with this company. Provided service quickly with good communication.   Would definitely recommend.

I received a response through Yelp from Chris late Thursday night as I needed to schedule a plumber to check out an emergency situation early Friday - great communication.  
On Friday morning, I received a call and a text from  Rich to say he was on his way - courtesy that I really appreciated! He arrived at my property and quickly diagnosed the issues.  He then clearly provided work options for my consideration, solved the plumbing issues and referred me for restoration services . The whole time I felt like he was advocating for me, and taking care of a tough situation.  Rich was looking out for my best interest, and before leaving, he took a look around and spotted several connections and potential issues that could be my next emergency. He  provided me with great advice  and what to expect, and estimates for the work.  He didn't push anything on me,  but instead explained it to me like he was my older brother and wanted to help me look out for issues.  Really made me feel comfortable and confident in how to proceed.  Very responsive, provided great information,  skilled plumbing service and made me feel comfortable to move forward.  Loved that!  When was the last time you could say that about a plumber?

bumblebee plumbing come out and do some plumbing work. we will never use this company again. for one thing they did not finish the job that was done, even though they gave us coupons, we were cheated and overcharged, It does not usually costs 474 dollars for a shut off valve they were suppose to adjust the handles in the sink it did not happen like I wanted them too. Coty adjusted the handles in the showers only. we got charged 534.00, even though he did not charge us for the adjustment on the handles in the shower. I want to cancel my membership for 9 dollars a month and get a credit on my visa for 200 dollars.

As if they need another 5 stars!!  But we are still compelled to review. From the phone call to reserve , to the technician (Dylan) performing the work, these folks are old school--meaning old school quality, courteous service.

This makes the third time of using them and all experiences come out the same--very satisfied!!

So, stop looking for your plumber right now--THIS IS YOUR PLUMBER!!  I know they are ours from now on!!  Thanks Lawson for providing service the way you do.

Last year the air conditioning stopped working and as it happens my wife was going for surgery on that day and to return the next day. I was in an emergency situation and my home warranty company was no help. I had seen all the great experiences others have had with the people at ProSkill so I called to see if they could help. They came out the same day and unfortunately there was nothing that could be done to resurrect air conditioner. Needed to get it replaced. Tyler came out to inspect my house to properly quote replacing system for me. At the time my emotions were everywhere but there as I was supposed to be at the hospital with my wife during surgery and stay overnight for recovery but knew when I was quoted price that I could not afford to purchase system at that time. Meanwhile Tyler has someone come out to put a temporary unit in to at least get house cooled down to make it able for whole family to stay in the house instead of with neighboring family and friends. After much budget crunching still had no way to afford to replace system. I informed Tyler of the situation and told him to remove temporary unit and I'd try to get home warranty company to help me which by the way didn't happen. Tyler's reply was keep temporary unit free of charge until you can afford to buy a new one and all he asked was that I at least give him a chance to price replacement again when ready. I've never been so blessed to find a company that will bend over backwards to try and earn your business. Needless to say I did shop price I was quoted originally and found it to be very reasonable. After all of this drama when I was able to purchase new system I only called ProSkill to just do the installation. The installation went smoothly and have had nothing but great service from the people at ProSkill. I highly recommend them for anything you may need done that they work with.

Elite Rooter came out when our shower had a leak. They found the issue and fixed everything. Great service.

Dave did a great job of replacing our old, cracked, leaking disposer. He tested the new system a number of times and discovered a leak, which he repaired. He kept testing and looking to make sure that everything was in perfect condition before he left, even carefully removing overflow putty that I couldn't see until he cleaned it out. I was so pleased with his excellent work and friendly manner, explaining what he was doing at each step. If we have any future plumbing needs, I will gladly call Somers Plumbing to take care of us. Michael just left my house after completing two tasks for two separate issues. He was responsive when I began my search for a plumber and was timely and efficient while completing the jobs. He was also very reasonably priced. It was evident that he was well versed in the plumbing realm and was honest with the issues and not trying to rip me off. I just moved in to my new house used Yelp to help find a licensed plumber. I need a new regulator on my built in gas grill. Sound plumbing responded and came to my home for a quote. Brian was on time and came back the next day with the parts and completed the installation. Thanks now I can have a house warming party.

The name says it all. Fast, courteous and professional. Had a water pressure reducer installed, the piping was old and constricted and installation by the owners son was meticulous. He explained everything, was very knowledgeable and we couldn't be happier. Definitely recommend

Lawson Family Plumbing is an awesome company - and in particular, Jason.

We cannot say enough about Jason's skill and integrity, he is truly a master at his craft.

We had them come out to clear a drainage problem we had in both our bathrooms. Because our home is almost 60 years old, it has no clean-outs, and none were ever installed. Therefore, Jason had to run his auger down the vent from the rooftop.

With the help of a drain-camera, Jason found that many pieces of PVC pipe had been cut off (at some time before we bought the house), and carelessly/wrecklessly/maliciously dropped down the rooftop sewer vent. We had no idea that PVC was sitting at the bottom of our drain line. With Jason's masterful insight, wizardry and tenacity he made it possible to fish-out the offending PVC. One piece of PVC was around 8' long and another was 2' long. For the life of me I do not understand why 'anyone' would throw PVC pipe down their rooftop-sewer-vent, but some simpleton did.

Anyway, long story short....
We will unhesitatingly refer anyone who asks us, Hire Lawson Family Plumbing and have your plumbing problems resolved now!

So my first call to option one they forgot to add me on the schedule which I was fine with but the plumber they sent literally told us he didn't know how to work on our heater. I requested a new plumber and they sent the same exact guy who once again did not know what to do but told us an electrician was needed. Electrician came out and said the breaker was fine and that it's a water heater problem. So not only did these guys take $200 on service calls they never actually found the problem. Thanks

There seem to be some pretty scathing reviews on this company but my experience was excellent.  Brandon explained the condition of my system and said there were a couple of parts that should be replaced in the next couple of years.  No pressure to sell me more parts or service.  He spend quite a bit of time with me on the phone.  This guy seems like someone you can really trust to give you good advice.  Not wanting a breakdown in the middle of a heat wave, I opted to replace the parts now.  Brandon was great!  I did not have any scheduling problems and will be using this company again.
