Chris came out the same day I called because our main sewage line was backed up. Unfortunately snaking the line wasn't enough so we had to hydrojet. Turns out, our line had disconnected from the main line under the city's streets and roots have gotten in. Nothing else for pink plumbing to do there but Chris was able to at least get the line clean. Even though we got the bad news from Pink Plumbing, Chris was able to get the camera down there and diagnose the real problem.

We had a leak in the front of our house and as a new homeowner I was very nervous. I called DiamondBack Plumbing first thing in the morning and the leak was fixed the same day. Barry did a great job. He was very professional, friendly, and fixed the leak right away. Happy customer!

Had a serious water hammer issue with  pipes in my bathroom. I called them after hours and Chris took a lot of time to walk me through multiple steps to determine what might be the cause. He was able to come first thing in the morning, did the work efficiently and  professionally outside in high humidity and triple digit heat (with his associate) and charged me exactly what he estimated.  When all was said and done I was confident I had made a good choice. After my home warranty company told me it would take at least 4-5 days to fix my hot water heater, I called Bumble Bee and they said they would come out the next day.  Javier came out at 6:30 in the evening and spent the next 2 hours replacing my unit.  He was so helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable and made an unfortunate event as easy as possible.  Even though their day should have been over, Bumble Bee and Javier went the extra mile to help me.  It was worth it to me to go around my warranty folks and pay for getting hot water in a timely manner.  A family owned business, I highly recommend this crew.

I don't even know where to begin to express my thanks to Tony (technician) and Jeff (owner) for what they did for me today.  I had an under warranty issue with my water heater that had been mishandled by many.  From the first phone call I was assured not to worry, we'll take care of you.  That couldn't have been more true.  Jeff understood my frustration and concern and rose to the occasion.  He dispatched Tony who was polite, professional, knowledgeable and very helpful.  Jeff met up with him later to work out the problems with my water heater which turned out to be electrical in nature.  At first I thought I was looking at having to hire an electrician before my hot water problem could be resolved.  Jeff assured me that it was not something they couldn't handle, and did.  They were there when they said they would be, stayed until all the issues were resolved and reassured me the entire way.  When they left it was aft 5 p.m. on a Friday.  Two hours later I still didn't have hot water.  I called their office and my call was ansered by Patty (a real human being, not an answering machine/service!!!).  She immediately told me to not worry, called Jeff, put us both on speaker and was told they would be back as soon as they finished the job they were on.  At 9 p.m. on Friday night, Jeff and Tony returned to my home and replaced the one theremostat and element that was causing the problem.  They couldn't do enough to make sure that I was comfortable, reassured and everything was in working order.  Who does that these days?  Not many!!  Jeff runs an honest business and he obviously cares a great deal about his employees because Tony was by his side the whole time making sure that all was taken care of.  I can't thank them enough for the care and attention they paid to me.  The best part was that he worked with me with my home warranty company so that I wasn't charged.  This is a company you can rely on and trust with any job.  Many thanks guys!

The two AC units on my home were 17 year old basic models installed by the builder and it was only a matter of time before one or both required major service.  Preferring to replace them on my schedule and not at a critical time in the heat of the summer, I invited four companies to provide bids.  While Proskill wasn't the cheapest, they were the most affordable for quality units from a major brand.  Brian K took a considerable amount of time to complete a load calculation, explained the available options and fielded numerous questions in person and afterward via email.  He was patient and immensely helpful in selecting the proper units and ensuring I made my decision with confidence.

Proskill arrived on-time for the installation and the four man crew had both units installed in about four hours.  Everyone was professional and friendly and the quality of the installation is outstanding.  I'm super impressed and can recommend them without reservation.  They're now my go to company for plumbing and AC services.

Had great service from Elite.  Contacted them on a Saturday and they were able to get someone out to me first thing Monday morning (this wasn't an emergency). Tech was super professional and helpful, and took care of my clogged drain on the first visit. Will definitely call again.

I had a major drainage  issue. Michael returned my message promptly and was able to quickly come out. He spent almost four hours fixing the issue. He left everything spotless. Highly professional and pleasant to work with.

I just moved in to my new house used Yelp to help find a licensed plumber. I need a new regulator on my built in gas grill. Sound plumbing responded and came to my home for a quote. Brian was on time and came back the next day with the parts and completed the installation. Thanks now I can have a house warming party.

I recently had 100% Plumbing out to take care of some shower valves that needed replace.......the replacement cartridges were difficult to find according to a previous plumber.   100% came out , verified the necessary parts, got them ordered and stayed in contact with me while the parts were ordered......... communication is a rarity in business today but these guys did it very well.  They got the parts and the plumber Eddie came out, masked and went right about his business and took care of the replacements.   Very impressed from start to finish with this company,  thanks for taking care of my plumbing issue........you will be hearing from me in the future on any plumbing issues I have.

We contacted them for a consult regarding our irrigation system that had been giving us problems on and off over the past year.  The existing (builder-grade) tubing was simply deteriorating after 7 years in the Arizona sun.   We did several basic repairs ourselves, but came to realize that we were over our heads. Tom and Thomas came out for the (free) initial consultation.  There was no sales pitch to speak of;  they just explained their product to us and we were sold but not only the durability of the product, but also by their well-thought-out installation method and practices.  

We experienced excellent customer service at every step of the process;  from finalizing the purchase to scheduling the installation to the actual install.  The people we dealt with were not only knowledgeable of the mechanics of irrigation itself (which I would expect), but also displayed a good understanding of the unique requirements of maintaining an Arizona yard or garden.  When all of the work (and cleanup) was completed, they conducted an informative walkthrough of the irrigation system, pointing out and explaining the location of all the emitters.  They further elaborated on the differing watering requirements for different kinds of plants, and showed how those requirements had been met.  And finally, they reviewed the settings and operation of our irrigation timer.  All of this was most helpful and made us feel even more comfortable with the setup and operation of our irrigation system.

Office support was easy to work with, both over the phone and by email.  Everything was explained clearly and our questions were always answered promptly.  The work was completed in the promised timeframe.  The installation crew was knowledgeable, respectful, and friendly.  They did the work with a minimum amount of disruption to our yard, and cleaned everything up afterwards.        

In this age where companies so often seem to value profits over true customer service, Allegiance Water Services stands out as an example of what customer service SHOULD BE.

We called at 5:30 pm and they said they had a driver in N. Phoenix and we live at 75th Ave and Camelback and the service man was at our house at 6:45 pm.  We paid $47 and couldn't be happier.  Great job Rooter Ranger. WOULD recommend this company.

5 star rating is not enough! After replacing the fill and flush valve in my toilet myself, (I think I'm Miss DIY) water was spraying from the supply line and I couldn't figure out what was wrong. Jordan came out and found that it was missing a gasket that was stuck in the old part. He took it out and screwed the water line in, made sure that the toilet was flushing the way it should. I was surprised that it was such an easy fix and felt like an idiot. Another company told me I might have to replace the entire water supply line, but what surprised me even more, was that Jordan refused to charge me saying, I didn't do anything, even after removing a hose that was stuck in my backyard and checking my shower head. I was floored and asked him multiple times to charge me for his time, and gas but he refused. Such an amazing experience.  Most companies would have never taken a simple job like mine or would have charged a service call. I will be calling again and referring him to everyone I know. It is so hard to find honest, reliable, kind people. Thank you so much Jordan, you are amazing!

Great job replacing a bathroom handle that had been leaking for a day. They came to my house gasta en replaced it immediately.

On a Sunday Afternoon our house started creeping up into the 80s, and we called Hays - Travis came out reasonably quickly as their on-call person for Sunday. Turns out we had rodent damage, and the compressor wasn't turning on. Travis had it all in order in about an hour, and was a great tech to have. Thanks, Travis!

I had Brandon from King come out to give an estimate for a waterline to the refrigerator and for my dishwasher. He was completely progressional in appearance (that matters to me) and manner. So impressed I called them back the next day to the job. The day before he showed up we had our AC quit working, he was nice enough to take a look at it and even figured out the problem right away, so my wife and newborn could get some cold AC. I am very impressed and will call them anytime I have any issues.
