Great experience! Lou was on time, friendly, and offered some great advice. He completed the work within the time he said and the final cost was no different than the original quote.

Called tonight at 10:00 P.M. due to an emergency plumbing situation where brown water was coming up into our kitchen sink and not draining. Laundry room drain was also pooling. Smell was unbearable. Spoke to an operator who said a tech would call me back within 5 minutes. After 30 minutes, and no call, I called the main number again. The operator apologized and said he would re-page the on-call tech. at 11pm a tech by the name of Brian called. He sounded half asleep. When I explained my issue, Brain said that I needed to call the main number again to schedule an appointment for the following day. Said that he didn't have the ability to make appointments. Wait..what? Are you kidding me? So whats the point in paging a 24 hour tech? Are you a 24 hour company or not? This guy was worthless, and a complete waste of my family's time. If this is the type of service they give (or dont give) before the tech even comes over, then I'll be damned if I use or suggest them EVER again.

I've had three plumbers visit my homes in the past, from the guaranteed $X amount for any rooting/plumbing service to the expensive 2-4 person man jobs to clear any issue.

The issue this time was that my laundry room was flooding whenever the washer machine would drain and empty into its respective drainage pipe. He originally diagnosed the issue as a bowed/curved pipe underneath my bedroom which was causing a sludge of backup to not flow into the main sewage line outside. After clearing it out, I hoped for a resolution to the issue, but unfortunately the laundry room still flooded. Without any hesitation, I contacted Chris and he immediately booked me for his next appointment the next morning for no extra cost.

The actual issue in this case was a backup of grease, food, and debris that has been accumulating inside the pipes around my kitchen sink. As such, this was stopping the water to flow correctly from the laundry room into the main sewage line. After clearing this out, he recommended me some preventative measures and now my washer is no longer flooding the room.

I filled out several requests for quotes online and Chris was definitely the best price for the service and with the end result and knowledge I now know, I am definitely going to be calling him and recommending him for future jobs !!

I'm extremely pleased with bumblebee plumbing! I had my water heater break and leek everywhere on my second floor. I called and they came out super fast. Cody curry showed up first and was super professional and got right to business. He gave me options and also was looking out for the good of my home as far as hooking me up with another company to confirm I didn't get mold damage. Then he had a second worker come Joel peralta who was also very courteous. They put buckets out for me and helped with the mess from the water. My huge mess was fixed with in a couple hours. So grateful for this recommendation. I highly recommend them!

I have used Lawson's for my primary residence (water heater installation, Faucet installation) and my rental (faucet installation, valve replacement, and drain stop replacement) .Always punctual, professional , leaves my place clean and debris free. They do things right and the prices aren't cheap, but they are honest.

Update 02/08/2021: Greg and the GM reached out over the weekend and had Greg come out in the morning today to take a courtesy look at my work (I installed a sink over the weekend myself). They helped fix a tiny barely dripping nuisance cold valve supply line and ensured everything was done properly as spoiler alert: I am not a plumber. They also made things right with the sink. I will chalk this up to a very green technician needing some coaching rather than an overall bad business.

Still taking a star off for the initial encounter but the response warrants a 4 star rating. We could potentially do business in the future as long as experienced, seasoned techs come and do work here based on the service after the first experience.

Requested pricing on the install of a pressure reducing valve ($100 part & half hour to install) on an easily accessible 1 water main and received a quote just shy of $1200. Little did the salesman know that I worked for a large mechanical contractor for 10years and currently work for a large mechanical engineering company and that the total labor, parts, and van cost shouldn't have exceeded $300. These guys are clearly trying to take advantage of customers. Only reason they get two stars is because they responded under 12 hours.

I cannot say enough thing about this company!!!  I couldn't shut off the water to my house and the valve wasn't working. I found this local company and they came out very quickly, had great communication, professional work and charged me a fair price. He also answered all my questions and was very honest. I feel like he went above and beyond and walked me through the whole thing. I will be using him for all my plumbing needs.

Great guys, we had a mess on our hands with an inside leak under our slab and also an issue with main line to house. 30,000 gallons of water in less than a month. We were freaking out. But they were very professional and gave us a little break because of the multiple problems we had.

Had an issue with our water pressure in the house. Did some basic diagnostics and decided I needed professional help. Put out a job needing to be done on Yelp. They came out a couple of days later. Our tech was very thorough and explained everything to me. Job was completed in about 2.5 hours. The only reason they don't get 5 stars is they missed the morning appointment and I had to contact them. After that it was smooth sailing.

Super friendly and helpful. I like how my technician suggested other options to try first before going the most expensive route with my problem. Will definitely use them again for any future plumbing issues.

Terrible service or should I say no service.  I was told the plumber would be at my place between 0800-1000 and guess what?  No one showed up nor was there a phone call.  I called 30min after to find out what happened. The lady (I believe they are out of state because she ask me what city I live in) told me he was on the way and he would call me.  No phone call or a plumber.  I called back again to cancel.  I called for another plumber who arrived in 15 min and more affordable.  I highly don't recommend this place unless you want to wait all day long not knowing whats going on then this is your place.  Terrible.

Very professional, courteous and on-time. Reviewed both my gas units, performed yearly maintenance and gave recommendations for me to review at a later date.  Not a problem, I would absolutely use them again.

This isn't about their work . I posted that review months ago .This is regarding their honesty, i e Zack. I was called the other day , which is always annoying since I'm busy . I assumed it was a solicitation.  Instead he informed me of an overcharge from their last visit . I would not have caught this until 04/21 at the earliest . I am always impressed when someone is honest . Yes, it should go without saying but I have learned from experience it does not .
