I had a plumbing issue on a Sunday afternoon.  I was afraid that I had a leak in the pipes in the slab, but Chris from Pink Plumbing was able to determine that the water was coming from the line to the ice maker of my refrigerator.  He fixed the problem and contacted a restoration company to take care of the water damage.  He even cleaned the floor under the refrigerator!  (We all know how grungy that can get after a while.)  Pink will be my plumbers from now on.

This company is very professional and will go out of their way to accommodate you.  We had tried two other plumbing companies and they couldn't schedule is for about 5 days out.  We really needed someone to come soon as we had a faucet that wouldn't shut off.  Diamondback was very accommodating and could schedule us in 3 days.  Our tech was Cabe and he was on time, very courteous.  He got right to work and installed two new faucets in the bathroom and replaced our garbage disposal.  We were very happy with the way things turned out and would highly recommended this company and we would use in the future!

Our shower wasn't draining and I had called around to get quotes. One of the companies said they could come 4 days later. Since this plumber had good reviews I decided to give them call. I called them today at 9 am. They told me a price and that they could come at between 12 and 2. They were able to come earlier and they were here by 10:30 and the problem was fixed 20 minutes later. I would highly recommend them.

Called Lawson Plumbing to set up an appointment to have an outside Fountain water line snaked. After planning my Saturday around the appointment scheduled, they showed up and said we don't do fountains. I asked why when I called they would set up an appointment for a fountain when they don't do fountains, no real response. I've been using them for many years and they have snaked the fountain in the past. Very poor communication and even poorer customer service.

Had my Garbage Disposal rust out and start leaking water out the bottom while washing dishes from breakfast. Sent out a request for quotes through yelp and Flush King got back to me in 5 minuets and offered a competitve quote and siad a te3chnician could be at my hosue in 60 min. We eneded up waiting about an hour and a half but Larry arrived ready to help. He diagnosed the issue and the likely cause of it and offered us an upgrade to a stainless steel disposal so we wouldnt have to deal with rust again. I agreed to the upgrade form their stnadard unit and he went to work. About 30 min later Larry was done and he hauled away all the garbage. Very polite and courtious.

Needed a leak in sink fixed, charged $600 for garbage disposal install and tried selling me a toilet for $1,000!!!! Someone else came to look and toilet only needed $35 worth of parts. I originally called because Google rating was good. What a scam!

Repeated customer of Proskill last 8+ years, they have done every job we've request perfect! No issues, no matter who we speak too, or provides the repair service in need, all are courteous, professional, very knowledgeable. The response is so quick,  we had a leak in the wall behind our refrigerator, started last evening, we had to turned off main water to house, called this morning,  BAM! Cody F. from Proskill (plumbing) got the pipe fixed, and restored our weekend. Proskill is our team of professionals we call every time we need help, they always deliver. Mike is amazing! He helped us out of a bind big time! From the time I called to the on-time arrival was less than two hours. He had our problem fixed quickly and his rate was very fair and reasonable. Plus, he is a neighbor so this couldn't be any better for plumbing work.

Not having hot water in your morning shower is not the way to start your day, finding your garage flooded doesn't make it any better. Thank goodness I found 100% Plumbing.  Mont told me how to turn the water off and Eddie & Evan (I'm horrible with names so I hope this is correct) came a couple hours later and changed our hot water tank and patiently answered all my questions!

Every aspect of our interaction with Allegiance Water Services has been exceptional.

We contacted them for a consult regarding our irrigation system that had been giving us problems on and off over the past year.  The existing (builder-grade) tubing was simply deteriorating after 7 years in the Arizona sun.   We did several basic repairs ourselves, but came to realize that we were over our heads. Tom and Thomas came out for the (free) initial consultation.  There was no sales pitch to speak of;  they just explained their product to us and we were sold but not only the durability of the product, but also by their well-thought-out installation method and practices.  

We experienced excellent customer service at every step of the process;  from finalizing the purchase to scheduling the installation to the actual install.  The people we dealt with were not only knowledgeable of the mechanics of irrigation itself (which I would expect), but also displayed a good understanding of the unique requirements of maintaining an Arizona yard or garden.  When all of the work (and cleanup) was completed, they conducted an informative walkthrough of the irrigation system, pointing out and explaining the location of all the emitters.  They further elaborated on the differing watering requirements for different kinds of plants, and showed how those requirements had been met.  And finally, they reviewed the settings and operation of our irrigation timer.  All of this was most helpful and made us feel even more comfortable with the setup and operation of our irrigation system.

Office support was easy to work with, both over the phone and by email.  Everything was explained clearly and our questions were always answered promptly.  The work was completed in the promised timeframe.  The installation crew was knowledgeable, respectful, and friendly.  They did the work with a minimum amount of disruption to our yard, and cleaned everything up afterwards.        

In this age where companies so often seem to value profits over true customer service, Allegiance Water Services stands out as an example of what customer service SHOULD BE.

Our main line backed up into our kitchen sink at 5:15am (ughhh the smell!!), contacted Rooter Ranger Plumbing at around 6:30am, they got back to me within a short timeframe and set-up for a technician to come out, Gabe, who arrived around 10am.  Upon inspecting the issue and clearing the sink he brought in Mike to run a camera and see exactly what was preventing the snake from moving forward.  35+ years of gunk and never cleaned before mains that run out about 120 feet from the house to the city line, is what was causing the problem.

They let us know our options, we went with the hydro jet option, expensive but Alfredo did a wonderful job in clearing the lines, by 9pm the problem was solved for good.

Mike came back out to video the lines, a world of difference in the two videos letting us know we got our money's worth when all the lines were cleared, except for a portion running from the end of our line to the city line where there was a lip.  Alfredo came back out the next day and cleared that part out also.  Definitely will be using these guys again, thanks so much!

Thought I had an issue with the water heater, so I decided to give Lawson a call. Ken came over to the house to check the system and found it to be functioning ok and even educated me in some of the things in regards to water heaters and the associated plumbing. I never realized that our system had a tempering valve, which is apparently a requirement since about 2016 for new installations. It requires the temp setting on the water heater to be dialed up more than what I was used to, and it then regulates the temperature output into the hot water line. It basically allows the 50 gallon tank to act like an 80 gallon tank...learned something new! After throughly checking out our perceived issue, I was all prepared to pay up for his time, but I was told that there was to be no charge for this visit. Wow!! That's good value and then some! If you're looking for friendly, courteous service from the office to the techs, please give them a call. They just added another loyal customer to their list.

Option One was nothing short of professional and our go to for our plumbing needs. They were running very behind with their appointments and I got two calls letting me know if the severe delay. They ensured my appointment would still be kept even on a Friday night. Matt our technician was professional, and knowledgeable. Our issue was resolved within 20 minutes.

Part 2...Hays Cooling & Heating came out after I booted out the first company I called (search my name for my part 1 review). Mike came out and quickly realized that the ONLY thing that was needed to be changed was the capacitor. THE CAPACITOR, that's it. Oh and he also realized that some wires were fused together (fixed) when the capacitor burned out. I was so impressed with Mike's honesty that I signed up for their maintenance contract for 1yr on the spot. Even Mike said that he joined Hays because they are above board and do not expect the techs to sell but to fix (what a great concept)! Hays, you have a customer for life and with my big mouth, I will be extolling your virtues for many years to come. Thank you for cooling us off!!!

Highly recommend King Plumbing!  Extremely fast to respond for service.  Very prompt,  extremely efficient and very knowledgeable in their field.  Everyone I spoke with and worked with was very polite as well.  In the future if I need service they will be number 1 on my list to call!
