We are so happy with the service we received and the work we had done today by Lou and Adam at Pink Plumbing! After receiving quotes from two other plumbing companies that we were unhappy with, we were fortunate enough to come across Pink Plumbing during our search for an honest & fair plumber. We received the best price offer from them (without them even knowing the competitor estimates) which was almost 75% less than one of the other companies. Lou was very knowledgeable, friendly, professional and kind and his apprentice Adam was very nice, sharp and knowledgeable as well! They made a great team and fixed our leaking pipe and flushed our water heater in a very efficient and timely manner and cleaned up afterwards as well. They also tested all our water before leaving to make sure everything was running properly and helped fix an issue on our shower without any charge! We are so blessed to have found a trustworthy, reliable and fair priced plumber which is very rare these days! We will recommend Pink Plumbing & Lou and Adam to everyone and they will be our go to plumbers from now on!! Thank you for the tremendous above and beyond service Lou and Adam!!

Excellent company. I've always used for minor things but they really stepped up with a major slab leak. My home warranty company keeps using other companies that leave a lot to be desired. After dealing with another company that took 2 weeks to even think if repairing a slab leak causing water on my foundation, these guys were out in 2 days (cause I had to work my schedule to be home not because they delayed scheduling). They did a major re routing of my plumbing that other company couldn't even plan for. Way to go diamondback plumbing. Definitely will be on my favorites list.

I can't say enough about how satisfied I was with this company. From the moment I called I was met with courteous and professional attention. They called to confirm the appointment, arrived on time and performed a major repair on a pipe leak in my house's slab. The job was done quickly with minimal disruption. The cost was reasonable and the servicemen were friendly and reliable. I will use them again for any future plumbing work and highly recommend them.

I called Flush King a division of Scottsdale Rooter  plumbers. I had a leak coming from my shower head. I replaced the shower head with a new one but the leak still came through  the new shower head. I called Flush King they responded promptly and came out the same day. It turned out I needed a new valve. The technician Michael was very professional. I now have a new valve and no more leaks. Beautiful job. Highly recommend this company. I can now get a good nights sleep. Thank you Flush King!

Great service!  Called late in the day because my water heater was leaking badly.  Dishawn the technician came out and I decided to change out my 10 year old water heater.  Dishawn was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly.  He did a fantastic job!  He ended being at my house until 9pm to finish the job.  I would highly recommend Lawson Family Plumbing, and Dishawn.

Had a tankless water heater system along with new water softener and carbon filter system installed. Steven E and Caine were here all day and did an amazing job with the installation, programming, education and clean up! Steven's attention to detail and his high standards when it comes to installation and service are top notch and best I have had the pleasure to witness.

Had great service from Elite.  Contacted them on a Saturday and they were able to get someone out to me first thing Monday morning (this wasn't an emergency). Tech was super professional and helpful, and took care of my clogged drain on the first visit. Will definitely call again.

Let me preface this review by stating I am not a plumber, but am probably in the 99th percentile of homeowner's who will tackle projects themselves. I have plumbed a bathroom, replaced every faucet/sink in my house, added a garage sink, repaired my roof, installed new floors, landscaped the yard, installed an irrigation system, etc. etc. We had a clog in our main drain I discovered around midnight last night. I tried to snake it myself for about an hour, but with nothing to show for it with my 15 ft snake. Removed both toilets and tried from our washout, but couldn't get it. Enough about me.

Dave came out in less than an hour from when I first contacted him, charged an incredible price, and fixed the issue in about 45 mins. I won't mention what he was able to pull out of the drain line, but his customer service is excellent and quality of his work was outstanding. I have some scar tissue from getting gouged by plumbers in the past, and feel confident going to Dave for any and all future plumbing needs! He is a one man show, so you don't have to deal with a scheduler or multiple field folks. Save his contact info. 10/10 recommend Dave!

I've used Michael on a number of occasions and he has been nothing but the most professional contractor (not just plumber) that I've ever hired, and I hire contractors for a living. He's exceptionally clean, communicative, and second to none when it comes to customer service.

I can't say enough positive things about our first experience using 100% Plumbing. My wife & I have been wanting to find a new plumbing team for awhile and found ourselves needing to locate where our sewer clean outs got buried during some landscaping several years ago. We used this as an opportunity to vet and price out a new company. We always try to stay local and family owned and 100% Plumbing fit the bill. However they earned our future business by being a model of how a good company should be run. I submitted my inquiry through their website and received a call back from Rebecca in the front office shortly thereafter. She answered my questions and put me in touch with McKinley who helped us sort out the job details and estimate thereof. I even got a follow up email from the owner making sure I had been taken care of and this was all prior to making the decision to hire them. Mike & McKinley both showed up within the window advised and were here for less than an hour, successfully helping to find both of our clean out drains (we thought we only had one). We also got an estimate for a new hot water heater while they were here and they made sure there was nothing else that they couldn't take a look at or help with while they were on site. Not only are 100% Plumbing fair with their pricing but their customer service was a home run from beginning to end. Allegiance Water Services installed a water softener and RO system in our home and we could not be happier with our experience and/or end product!  Eloy was our technician and he was wonderful -- very knowledgeable, skilled, meticulous, professional, and he answered every question we had then some.  The service he provided speaks volumes of the company he represents.  Allegiance Water Services was direct, to the point, and efficient from quote to completion and we will definitely use them again in the future!  11/10 would recommend to anyone in need of the services they provide!

Jordan and team answered my call and got me on the schedule right away! After accessing the problem, Jordan communicated the issue and provided solutions to ensure it would be fixed quickly. He provides quality work at great prices and he cleaned up the area once done. Will absolutely call again in the future!

Prompt response, scheduled to arrive at 8:00 the following morning and techs arrived on time.  We were having problems with our water heater, only to learn there had been a fire within the safety valves.  The techs showed us the damage and quoted us to remove the old unit and replace with a higher efficiency model.  Within hours of arrival the old unit was removed and hauled away and the new unit was installed along with a new line to replace the previous flex line that did not meet code requirements.  Excellent customer service, knowledge and response time.

Somehow managed to jam up our garbage disposal and could fix it ourselves.  Contacted Option One and asked for a tech to come out the next morning.  Appointment was scheduled and confirmed, Fernando also texted  a half hour prior to arrival.  Good fellow that Fernando.  He quickly fixed our disposal, explained what he had done, and helped with a couple of other potential future issues.  Great service, I will certainly call them in the future if needed.

Reached out to this company about a week ago to get a quote on a furnace mounted humidifier. The sales person arrived on time and was friendly. Before he left he said I'd have a quote before COB. That never happened. I called the next day. The person on the phone said they would look into the matter straight away and I would receive a quote shortly. That never happened. I called for the last time the following day. Yet another person said they would elevate and I would without fail receive a quote. That never happened.
Everyone can decide for themselves if they want to do business with these folks. It's clear to me how they value their customer. I'm moving on. Jeez.
