Unfortunately I had another plumbing issue, but like I expected Pink Plumbing solved all my issues like a pro.  Lou initially came over and did an assesment of our sump pump.  Thank god he was from the midwest.  He knew exactly what the problem was and made sure we had the proper equipment to do the job as well as make sure the noise of the pump was no longer an issue.  They had to order the part, but that was less than a few days.  Lou and Adam returned and did a great job with the installation and provided some additional insight on what they did.  The work was top notch and the place was spotless after they left.  I sure hope I don't have more plumbing problems in the future but I confident that I have the best plumbing company in Gilbert/Chandler area.

Excellent company. I've always used for minor things but they really stepped up with a major slab leak. My home warranty company keeps using other companies that leave a lot to be desired. After dealing with another company that took 2 weeks to even think if repairing a slab leak causing water on my foundation, these guys were out in 2 days (cause I had to work my schedule to be home not because they delayed scheduling). They did a major re routing of my plumbing that other company couldn't even plan for. Way to go diamondback plumbing. Definitely will be on my favorites list.

Wanted quote over the phone for a 3/4 horsepower garbage disposal and installation, would not quote over the phone, wanted to send plumber (waste of time and don't want to be pressured) and instead hung up on me. This WILL be indicative of the poor service you will get --- WATCH OUT!!

Hired these guys to come do some plumbing and job was quick and decently priced. About a month later there was some leaking. Their master plumber Mike was there at 8 am next morning to address the issue. He was professional and friendly. Job went smoothly and I am still very happy with this company.  My overall experience has been very positive. Would definitely recommend.

Soro took care of us we had a collapsed 70 year old Orangeburg Sewer that ran under an addition. He cut a 2 foot square hole in the back patio and one by the house where the cast iron exited and pulled a new ABS pipe shattering the old collapsed line. He installed clean outs and repaired the patio. It was absolutely an excellent job.

Needed to replace a shower cartridge for a rental.  I want to have the place ready before the weekend.  Called around and Michael was fast and efficient.   He was able to address the issue that same day.  It was a little on the higher side, but they are dependable with good ratings.

Fast, honest, and reliable. This is the second time we've used Sound Plumbing, and they do not disappoint. The first time was to have a sink and faucet installed in the laundry room. Everything was great there. This time, an issue with the hot water flowing lukewarmly. Brian showed up, on time, and within the hour we had hot water again. We will definitely call them anytime we need a plumber.

We moved here from California and were struggling with how the drip system worked, when and how the sprinklers worked, were scratching our heads on where the sprinkler timers were and when the heck was the best time to water! Holy heck!!! Not only did we call over the memorial weekend, but they actually came out within a day of our distress call! Mr Cook was patient with us. Walked our entire with us in this crazy heat 106 degrees. Took us step-by-step on EVERYTHING!!!! Even showed us how to turn the house water off when we take vacay. He went above and beyond! He was personable, professional, knowledgeable, and just an all around great guy! THANK YOU SO MUCH! Really...our fruit trees will survive, our veggies garden will produce, our plants are happy and the little birds are singing with joy! Everything will be watered regularly and our days of losing plants is over! Finally! 5  s !!!!

Yes, I did have issues with Rooter Ranger Plumbing. Several people reached out to understand the issues and to make things right. I was assured that all the issues were addressed with the technicians that were involved. I sincerely believe the service call and subsequent issues were an anomaly and don't reflect their normal business practices.

Jordan is really friendly and did a fantastic job replacing my whole water manifold. It was  bad and right away can tell the water pressure is now better in my house after he replaced everything. My water pressure was really high, I had a constant leak and everything was corroded. He came during the time he promised and left the work area clean. He was upfront with me about everything when setting it up and his pricing is really great. He gave me the best quote and also has warranty on his work! I cannot say enough about how wonderful this company is.  They just do it right, they don't charge you if they don't have to.  They take their time.  Overall incredible experience and I would highly recommend.

This company is UNPROFESSIONAL, UNRELIABLE and HORRIBLE to deal with.  I contracted Option One Plumbing to install 6 bathroom faucets.  Some of the hardware  was defective and the Technician took it with him to try to find a replacement.  The technician was not able to find it.   I understand they can't find the part and that is not their fault.  However they refuse to give it back to me despite 8 phonecalls over 6 weeks.  I spoke to the Manager three times and she never follows through.  As a result of not getting the part back,  I have paid for two sinks and the work is useless.  I will have to buy two new faucets and pay someone else to install them.  All I want is my part back and it is like pulling teeth with no anesthesia.   In addition I agreed to pay them cash plus check.  I asked for an invoice and it took 5 weeks for them to actually cash my check.  I had to call three times to get a paid invoice.  Each time they had my name spelled wrong.  This company is very sketchy and unprofessional.   STAY FAR, FAR AWAY!

The company did a great job. The process starts with a quote, and I think this process was fair. Instead of just recommending the highest cost unit, they listened to how we will use the unit, and recommended one that will be cheaper to run and eventually fix. Ultimately they weren't the cheapest prices, but it was reasonable for the work they did.

Then install day arrived and I think they did a great job and it was a quality installation. Chris the owner also visited to check how things were going.

One negative is that after the unit was installed, they just closed the door and turned it on to measure the temperature. They were never in the attic after it was powered, nor did they check the outside unit.  Yes eventually they will come back a few months later to check it more, but I would have preferred more operational checks before they left. I've had my share of AC companies that said it was all fixed and left, only to find out it really wasn't really fixed. Only time will tell if everything is working perfectly, and I have no indication it isn't. If things should turn out differently I will update my review. But to date, all looks good.

We had a leak from the condensate drain clog in the attic. Terry from King Plumbing was great, professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. He did a great job. I am extremely satisfied with his work.
