When presented with plumbing obstacles that any other technician would've shied away from, these two rose to the occasion, made no excuses, and got the job done. Contacted them to have an AO Smith water heater repaired. They are even on the AO Smith directory for authorized repair centers. They sent a tech out and the tech said he needed to get in touch with AO's tech support for assistance to help diagnose the problem. However the tech support was closed. So the technician said their is nothing he can until Monday when tech support opens. I was told to call the office to make another appointment for Monday for the tech to return.  The operators answered (btw their operators are all very polite and kind) and they transferred to the supervisor on duty, Joe. I asked Joe if I was going to be charged for today visit. Joe replied yes and people don't work for free and did he not come out their to fix your water heater?  The tech only made a call. Did not even try to diagnose the problem because he did not have the knowledge to do so without tech support. I would assume a company that repairs AO water heater would also know that the tech support is closed on the weekends if that is how they normally operate.  They could have saved themselves a trip if they knew their technician would need tech support. I called up a different plumber on the AO list and he knew exactly what was needed to be done and had it repaired the same day. I do not recommend Diamondback Plumbing

Great service! Very prompt and courteous. Had 2 toilets replaced and called them back to have a 3rd done. I just wish they did more like services tankless heaters and water purification systems.

Our technician, Mike was awesome! I got stuck half way through replacing a bathroom faucet the day before putting my house on the market. Called Lawson Family Plumbing and they scheduled someone to come over same-day. Scheduling the appointment was very easy and they showed up within the time window they promised.

Mike was amazing. Even with the faucet rusted into the sink, he was able to remove it and replaced it with the new hardware relatively quickly. Kept the place spotless once he was done working. Really friendly guy, clearly very knowledgeable and knows his craft well. Very pleased with the price and service. Based on my experience today, I would highly recommend Lawson Family Plumbing!

Chis showed up promptly. He was friendly and seemed very knowledgeable.  He worked quickly and got me exactly what I needed. The prices quoted were better than his competitors.  I would definitely consider calling Scottsdale Rooter Plumbers again if I have plumbing issues in the future.

The estimate for the repairs was definitely the least expensive and so much better than a competitor. The work was completed satisfactorily and the technician explained everything thoroughly. The only complaint I had was they failed to communicate with me when the technician was going to be late, I had to contact them after 4 hours to determine when repairs would be started. He didn't show up during the 2 hour window given to me, and had to be rescheduled for the next day. I did receive a minimal discount for the inconvenience. I would recommend Bumble bee plumbing to others.

Very helpful.  On-time, professional, explained the situation when it turned out what we thought was a simple clog turned out to be a sewer collapse.  After hearing our story about previous collapses, he looked at the work another plumbing company had performed and discovered that the other company was at fault for not fully repairing our sewer line.  He thoroughly documented the issue, including giving us a copy of the camera footage.

ProSkill Services is the GO TO company for home and service repair. I have used them countless times and they are by far, the cost friendly company in the Valley. Their experience is unparalleled to others and provide an resource we hope to never need. Thankfully, their technicians are intelligent and will do their best to repair what is broken rather than total it and refer you to someone else. They have said me thousands of dollars and I wish I could give a better review.

I had a plumbing issue that needed to be addressed immediately and submitted the project to 5 plumbers on Yelp. Elite Rooter was able to provide the soonest availability and I had a plumber at my home that same morning. Alex was courteous and extremely helpful. He was able to quickly determine the issue, obtain the parts that were needed, and fix the problem efficiently and at a fair price. Any time you have a sudden unexpected home repair issue, you want someone who has expertise, professionalism, the ability to walk you through every part of the project, and to treat you fairly. Alex easily delivered on all fronts and I would highly recommend him and Elite Rooter to anyone who encounters a plumbing issue.

Great experience!  He is hands-on with his own company - he understood and knew what he was getting into before he arrived but still asked questions before he did anything.  Always nice having someone with experience.  Confirmed we didn't have a recirculating pump before cutting off the water, etc.  Dave explained what he was going to do, got us the matching 1/4-turn piece (which others charged more for) and knocked the job out.  He charged what he said he would charge and I am happy (my wife is happy).  Good price and I would rather tip because of a good job then agree to the highest and hope.  
I will use him again for future jobs and recommend to my friends and clients.

Absolutely the best! Got right down to the problem and fixed plugged kitchen sink. Fast, efficient and reasonable. Couldn't ask more than that!

I hired Brian to come replace an under-counter sink the kitchen after several other plumbers declined to do the work or gave me a ludicrous estimate. Brian showed up and talked me through all of the different options. Once we decided on a path he was extremely helpful not only arranging his schedule to align with mine but also went to the hardware store with me to select a sink and other parts.

I must stress that this job was highly nonstandard and extremely difficult. It involved carpentry, plumbing and craftsmanship. Brian worked all day, approximately 12 hours so I wouldn't have to go without a kitchen sink for more than just one day. The end result was outstanding. He found a way to remove my 20 year old sink and install a modern beautiful single basin stainless sink in its place. I could not be more thrilled or more impressed with Brian's professionalism, skill and just being a generally great guy. He left the worksite extremely clean and followed up to ensure all went well.

I highly recommend Brian and Sound Plumbing. I wouldn't hesitate for second to hire them again.

I had a water leak in my house that I wasn't able to find, as well as an RO system that needed the filters replaced.  Justin (the owner) and Michael came out as scheduled, and both were especially polite and professional.  The price for the RO replacement was VERY reasonable, and Michael was able to handle it quickly und Justin's watchful eye.  

Justin then investigated the water leak, isolated it to the pool.  However, he didn't have the part with him (they do pool service too! they'll be my pool company).  He showed me the part that needs to be fixed, and I said that I could do that with a part from Leslies, and he agreed.  No charge at all for that!

First service was great, lowest price and quick service. So good of service that I called them back again thinking it'd be another good deal. Nope.
I called them, they told me several leaks were in the water system and that I'd be cheaper to just get the whole house repiped for 10k. I come to learn later, through someone else who went under the house to see the water damage under there, that it was 3 small leaks that could have easily been fixed for a small fraction of that cost. Then the water damage. They called a company to come take care of the water damage. Never showed me any of the extensive water damage that was under the house. On top of that, to fix the water damage in the kitchen, they ripped out half of the kitchen, its currently unusable. Its been over a month since this started and I still don't have a usable kitchen, all thanks to the company they brought in to take care of the extensive water damage that barely did any damage at all, you don't have to be trained to see how little damage there was from the water. The repairs for water damage are nearly another 4700. The warning signs were clear too, I should have called BS and stopped them immediately upon them calling a company to take care of the damage on my behalf. Guess I know now, just because I had one good service with a company, it doesn't mean I should trust them with another service. Great first service, completely scammed by both them and the company they called to take care of the extensive water damage.

I cannot recommend Jordan enough. He is timely/professional/ and most importantly keeps his word. He fixed some loose handles in my guest shower and warranted his work. Unfortunately there was a faulty washer that allowed the shower to drip. Jordan was back out immediately to fix this issue along with a leak in my other shower and honored his warranty. He is great and I will continue to use him as my plumber for as long as I am in Arizona. He is a plumber you can trust!

timely, friendly, good work. Had an pipe broke outside of my rental today. They we're fast and did excellent work. Would recommend them to anyone.

5-star service and price. -1 star for scheduling / not being on time.

Part of the main sewer line in my home clogged on a Thursday night-- half the house backed up. Called Option One on Friday morning at 9am; I was told they could be there between 11am-1pm, which is fine. At 12:45pm I get a call from dispatch that they are still on another job and asking if I can wait a little longer; that's okay, and I appreciate that they are keeping in contact. So I wait, and wait some more. Then it's 4pm and I still haven't heard anything. At this point I have other plans for the evening so I have to call back and reschedule for Saturday morning.

BUT, when Jesse showed up on Saturday (on time), he was professional, cleared the clog, and gave me some invaluable tips on drain maintenance for my particular problem. And the total was only $49.50, as advertised-- the cheapest drain cleaning service I've ever had, by far.

I was bothered by the scheduling issue, but for the great service and price I'd definitely call them again to clear a drain.

I would agree with many other reviewers that this is the company you want to be dealing with. Our sales rep, Bill, actually called to see if he could come out early because he promised to be at our house at a different time and he wanted to see if that was ok. Certainly different from other companies. I quoted. He was quick and efficient and made sure that we had plenty of time to ask as many questions as we wanted. At no point during the initial sales process did we feel rushed or more importantly pressured. Bill's professionalism and outstanding reviews led us to select Hays to replace both our A/C units (despite the fact that they were not the cheapest company to quote).

We called Bill on Monday and the crew showed up on schedule 3 days later Our install team was led by Jack who displayed the same professionalism that Bill did and had a great sense of humor (promised to make sure that anyone who fell off the roof would be dragged into the street so it wouldn't impact my homeowners insurance. Pleased to note that no tech's were harmed in this install). The crew replaced both units and removed an old Swamp Cooler in less than 4 hours. I was home working and barely heard them. The team even took time to talk a little Mario talk with my 4 year old son. When Jack wrapped everything up he mentioned that they noticed that some of my vents were blocked so his team went and fixed them for us.

I was very apprehensive about making such a big purchase and switching out A/C units just prior to summer here in Arizona but Hays made the process painless and easy. I will be using them for all maintenance and service issues for anything HVAC or Water heater related for as long as I live in Arizona. This company truly believes that the customer is the priority and everyone we dealt with lived that belief. If you want great service and peace of mind, call Hays.

Chino came out to my townhouse to diagnose a low pressure shower. Had the problem solved & fixed in 5 minutes. Was knowledgeable & nice. Definitely will call back for any future issues. Thanks
