JASON HILL is the MAN. I had an emergency pick up for my daughter at camp and called at the last minute to change my appointment time. Jason waited for me at the door for 15 minutes till I returned. Not only that but he was very professional fixed my shower drain in 15 minutes! I priced the other plumbers in Phoenix and Pink was $50 less! He not only fixed my shower but also fixed a problem with the bathtub! Then he took the time to explain how to prevent future clogs! Needless to say I was VERY HAPPY, PINK IS THE WAY TO GO! This is a great company to do business with if your looking for a good plumber. My shower in my master bath upstairs was leaking into my dining room. I called 2 plumbers and both quoted me an outrageously high price to replace a shower drain. My HOA referred me to Diamondback. I called and spoke to a supervisor Steve and explained the whole situation to him and how much my budget is for the repair. He told me they would work with me and set up an appointment. The plumber arrived at the planned time and was courteous and professional and the bill came in under budget. He was efficient and finished the task quickly. They did not try to upsell me anything, the biggest issue I have is when I am upselled something I don't need. I paid them off my debit card by mistake. I called them after I realized this and they were more than happy to switch the payment to my credit card. One word Professional. They are my new plumber anytime I need any work done. I highly recommend them to anyone needing a plumber

Found Lawson Family Plumbing after checking out online reviews. They were professional and courteous and showed up on time. Kudos to Chris who came to our home when we thought we needed a new garbage disposal. Chris solved the issue very quickly and looked at a couple of other issues too, explaining ways to prevent further issues. Done in 15 minutes! We are so grateful to Chris and to the company for prompt and thorough service.

Wow. Just wow. Superb level of service from Larry and Chris responded to my request immediately. I had a company come out prior to them and they said they couldn't clear the drain and I'd have to replace all my plumbing. They tried to rush me into committing to financing to get my house completely replumbed. Chris let me know right away that they didn't low ball people and then scam them into large plumbing jobs with big price tags. Larry worked on my drain relentlessly until it was clear and then proceeded to clean my sink, cabinets and floor before leaving. Amazing! I will never call any other plumbing company. This company is saved in my phone as Honest Plumber because they are someone you can trust.

My 90 year old mother-in-law needed a plumber to fix a leaking toilet. She can be very particular and was very concerned about having someone in her home and getting taken advantage of because of her age. We called several big name plumbing companies for quotes based on Yelp reviews. Rob, with Lawson came out on time and gained her confidence immediately with his very friendly, listening and professional style. He addressed all her questions and fixed her toilet within a few minutes. She then asked him to fix her bathroom sink and a second bathroom toilet. His total price quote was less than a third of the next best estimate from the others. She was thrilled. A big, two thumbs up for Rob and Lawson Family Plumbing. Definitely recommend.

It was easy to schedule and they provided good communication throughout. Text alert when tech was on the way + email invoice and photos provided afterwards. The tech was on time, friendly and knowledgeable (Deon E).

The only downside is that it was a real bummer to pay an extra $125 for After Hours Fee, especially since the repair ended up being $500+ alone (3lbs of refrigerant + leak sealant). It seems like a fee like that should be waived at a certain price point and I would urge the owners to reconsider this policy. I scheduled on a Sunday at 7:30am for an 8-10 window and the tech was completely done by 10am, so I do understand if they feel the right to charge extra for that quick of a response time.

I have used Elite Rooter on multiple occasions I find them to be honest reasonably priced. The jobs are always completed quickly my representative Soro always makes sure the job is done right. They are the only only plumbing company I feel comfortable using.

Dave within a couple days and was able to rebuild our custom copper fixture that needed replaced to do a slow leak! Really nice and accommodating as well!

Mont and his team were amazing. They came out on the same day to give us a quote for a huge job and fit us in two days later because we were in a time crunch. He gave us a fair price and worked all day to finish the job in one day. I messaged him on a Sunday evening about a potential follow-up problem, and not only did he respond, but he sent someone the next day to have it fixed. 100% plumbing will definitely be our go-to plumbers from now on.

We were very pleased with Tom and his team! He was very professional and unbelievably experienced in not only the irrigation system but the plant life in this desert area. He spent a lot of time explaining to us different aspects of watering requirements. His prices were extremely reasonable compared to other companies we checked. He did a wonderful job and we will always go back to him for future indoor and outdoor plumbing needs!

Adrian was prompt and fast with my tub drain clogging issue, and got it done at a reasonable price. Got same day service, which was an added bonus!

Had an issue with our water pressure in the house. Did some basic diagnostics and decided I needed professional help. Put out a job needing to be done on Yelp. They came out a couple of days later. Our tech was very thorough and explained everything to me. Job was completed in about 2.5 hours. The only reason they don't get 5 stars is they missed the morning appointment and I had to contact them. After that it was smooth sailing.

Literally fantastic, had a clog in my drain it was an easy fix they didn't even charge me will definitely be using them in the future.

Option one was my go to plumber for every plumbing job i had in the rentals I own. I had been happy with their work. On the last job I used them for they fixed a leak under the floor. Instead of using the correct 90-degree fitting they forced the pex to bend to make a straight fitting 'work' and charged $312. When I went back to the house i could still hear the dripping. I went back under the floor myself to discover the stress put on the line by the wrong fitting. I got the correct 90 degree fitting myself  for about $10 and replaced theirs, relieving the stress on the line and fixing the problem. Very dissapointed, they have lost a repeat customer and I have moved on.

Wonderful company to work with, courteous, on time, helpful, not pushy.
We met with sales person Jeff to discuss replacing our 25 year old Trane AC and were presented with best two options to meet our needs. We had Justin service our unit and he was fabulous. not only did he service our equipment he notified us of spiders in our crawl space. Kudos for bravery as well as service. We will purchase in the Fall, wouldn't do business with anyone else.
