Lou H. from Pink Plumbing repaired my rocking toilet last week. He was clean, well groomed, polite, pleasant, efficient, professional, and knowledgeable - he explained what was needed & why he recommended the parts & methods he used. He also taught me why my toilet was flushing twice and fixed that as well. My toilet is now working great and it cost much less than anticipated!  I am a very pleased & happy customer!

I'd put off calling someone out of dread of the time, trouble, and cost. I'd even studied some YouTube videos to see if I could do it myself. After talking with Lou & another person from Pink Plumbing, I learned some things the YouTubers recommended were not good ideas or best practices. Save yourself some stress and call Pink Plumbers. ANOTHER GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH PINK PLUMBERS!
I used Pink Plumbers again about 10 days ago to investigate why my 3 year old hot water quit heating.  Jason Hill arrived, assessed the issues, educated me, and sought my permission for every decision point throughout his repairs.

I learned that my water pressure was way too high, the pressure regulator was broken, and my water softener was corroding the water heater. All these things combined blew it out. Furthermore, the water softener valves were corroding & were ready to create a major leak at any moment. I had him remove the water softener completely. He told me about one named Hallo5 that does not corrode water heaters but I didn't have the 5K for it.

Interestingly I'd had this same water heater checked this spring by another plumbing repair company, supposedly reputable. They found nothing wrong & simply adjusted my shower valve!

This company's owner and his employees are from Chicago, where they say every plumbing repair is checked by an inspector after completion. Arizona has no such law, which explains a LOT! Additionally, because of Arizona's very hard water, plumbing is inherently much more complicated here compared to places with better water.

I've used many plumbing companies in my 30 years in Arizona, but never any with the standards or trustworthiness of Pink Plumbing. You cannot go wrong! These guys are smart, ethical, hard working, respectful, and trustworthy. Plus NO PLUMBER'S CRACKS - a huge bonus!

I've had a problem with a toilet they installed, with moisture around the base.  However I was unaware of it. I had issue with something else. I called another company experts on drains. That outfit wanted me to spend 3000 for a problem that did not exist.  I called Justin back for a second opinion.
He corrected the moisture issue with the toilet.
It was a great relief. Diamondback is an honest outfit. I'll call them anytime I have a plumbing issue.

My water heater decided to leak, and water was running in the garage.  I called Hansen, and Brittany was sensitive to my concerns, and worries.  She was great, and assured me that someone would come out that day.  Shortly after, Jessica called me back, and said they could send someone out sooner.  Hansen appreciates the customers safety, and sent a bio on the technician, Anthony that would be dispatched to my home.  What great customer service!  Anthony arrived, diagnosed the problem, and answered all of my questions, and presented me with my options.  Anthony replaced the hot water heater promptly, and professionally.  He was personable, reliable, and knowledgeable.  Hot water again!!!  What a great customer experience Hansen Family provided from the office staff to the technician.  Erik even texted me the next day to follow up, and make sure everything was working well, and I was satisfied.  I would highly recommend Hansen Family Plumbing and Air!  Thank you to all for the wonderful customer service!!

Was so impressed with this company for plumbing issue, especially their service tech Kevin, that I had them do my two partial BR remodels. Once again they were fantastic. Kevin was awesome! He was on-time and if running a little late he always communicated with me. He was polite, cleaned up any mess that was created, and very skilled. He worked to save me money where he could. Felt very comfortable leaving him in the house without my being there. Also, no surprises in the end - held to the estimate to the penny. It's hard to find workers today that really care about the quality of their work and doing the best they can for their customers. I wholeheartedly recommend this company and if you can get Kevin you'll have the best.

My hot water heater suddenly broke and I turned to yelp to go find a plumber. I was so pleased with their response time their professionalism and the quality of their work! Thanks for coming to my rescue!

Five years ago my main water valve to the house, a gate valve, broke and you could turn it a hundred times and nothing would happen. I called Bumble Bee Plumbing and they came out the next day and using the parts I had purchased they went ahead and replaced the main water valve, the pressure regulator valve and the hose bib. I asked the plumber a lot of questions and he was more than willing to answer them and explained what I had done wrong when I attempted to do the repair myself. It is now going on 5 years and the new hardware is still working great and no leaks. These guys are great

Cleared clogged kitchen drain.  Fair pricing, honest and efficient.  Found our permanent plumbing company!

I had an issue with one the tech's that came out yesterday and I submitted a less than stellar review. I had used them in the past and they were very professional and got the job completed in a timely manner. Travis immediately called me personally to apologize and come up with a solution to my complaint. Two Tech's arrived today, were very helpful and resolved my issue. I was happy to get everything resolved and appreciate the response from the ownership. Very difficult to find companies now days that strive for great customer service. Proskill is a company that does.

Fast!! Brian was clean and very professional yet personable. Was able to get out tub up and running again.  Would definitely use again. Gives a 90 day guarantee on job. HIGHLY recommend them!

Great experience!  He is hands-on with his own company - he understood and knew what he was getting into before he arrived but still asked questions before he did anything.  Always nice having someone with experience.  Confirmed we didn't have a recirculating pump before cutting off the water, etc.  Dave explained what he was going to do, got us the matching 1/4-turn piece (which others charged more for) and knocked the job out.  He charged what he said he would charge and I am happy (my wife is happy).  Good price and I would rather tip because of a good job then agree to the highest and hope.  
I will use him again for future jobs and recommend to my friends and clients.

The original company that was supposed to follow up at my mom's house once my husband opened up the wall for a leak was unable to come until Tuesday. Being a Friday it was just too long to wait as the leak ended up being active unless the main was off.

I hit Yelp again and Sound Plumbing was thr first company that I called that could make it before then. Dylan showed up the same day, but didn't have the parts to fix until Tuesday as thr parts stores would be closed for the holiday weekend and he was booked for Monday, He was able to stop the water from leaking where the main could be on which bought us some time. He was professional, super polite. Great guy. I would recommend!

The tech arrived 1 hour beyond the 3 hour window with no phone call.
The estimate to replace two faucets ( I supplied Kohler ) I was told that it is a flat fee for the first and 20% off for the next. Also asked about new shut offs.
That too was a flat fee for the first with the 20% discount for the remaining 3.
After having a minor attack when the numbers were finally given, I said I would need to think on the national debt. He said he would e-mail the estimate. That was 34 days ago and no estimate yet. The faucets are however replaced at 1/3 the cost quoted and in about 3 hours.

Recently I have had a lot of work done on my property requiring plumbing expertise and wanted to share those experiences.

Reverse Osmosis System: Amazing industrial grade, 6 stage system with PH balancing filter (this is super important!). Filters only need to be changed annually in most systems (this really appeals to me because I like to minimize maintenance). I really appreciate the added touch of the water leak alarm underneath the sink should anything go wrong. Jeff did a great job of installing this gem and our water tastes so much cleaner.

Water Softener: Met with Tom, who presented me with two amazing water softener packages perfect for the needs of our house. I ended up going with the Green Softener as I felt the lifetime warranty on parts/tank and body of the valve really spoke volumes of the quality of the product. I love that they installed a soft water hose bib next to the hard water one by the garage (so you can choose based on your needs). Jeff did an amazing welding job of the pipes, super professional looking.

Irrigation System: I've always dreamed of having a real irrigation system, not those throw togethers that you can DIY or hire anyone off the street to do. I'm talking a real irrigation system with real PVC piping, and actual thought and planning put into it. A system that is completely expandable as your needs grow over the years. Tom spent a lot of time talking to me about my plant needs, and took NO shortcuts what so ever to deliver the irrigation system of my dreams. Tom even anticipated needs I didn't even know I had, like extra hose bibs to make life easier. I've learned you can never have too many hose bibs..

Both Tom and Bryan spent numerous hours and days (and yes, even on weekends) delivering a fully functional state of the art irrigation complete with a wifi capable Rainbird controller. I cannot possibly express my praise and respect for Tom and Bryan on all their hard work to make this project happen.

Technician, Devin, did a great job. Cleaned out the main line to the street. Fast, good price and explained things as he was going. Highly recommend.

We had a service appointment for 5-7pm last Friday June 6th.  (our upstairs AC vents were not blowing properly in our multi zone house).

A lady from the office called us around 6pm to say that our service person was running a bit late as he had to pick up some parts.
**After that phone call...nothing.  
**No service person, no other phone call to let us know what happened.  It's tough being stood up :)

We called the on call number the next day (Saturday) to ask what happened and to get a message to the company.  The on call person was very nice and apologetic and promised to get the message passed on right away.
**Again...no phone call, no communication.  We received no call back.
**We awaited a call from the office on Monday.  
**Again....nothing, no communication from Hay's.

So, yet again, we called.  They didn't apologize nor acknowledge the missed appointment, but they did schedule a service person (who showed up!).

Michael was very polite and courteous.  And- BONUS- he put booties on over his shoes while he was in our house (love that).  
**He said our AC unit was way undersized (it was 4 tons, and we absolutely needed 5 tons) for our house.   This is not the case at all and would not logically explain our issue.  This would not explain why only one zone was not cooling. The other two zones cooled like champs!

This technician then said a comfort specialist would be in touch with us with to discuss remedies.

Out of the blue, another person from Haye's called us, saying he'd read the notes and he wanted to send out someone who specialized in multi zone systems.  The notes did not seem correct to him.
**Why was this not done in the first place?  Our notes from our initial call were very clear that we had a 3 zone house.
**Had this person not happened to read our notes, this would've gone undetected and we'd have gone down a road of repairs that would perhaps not fix our issue.

The zone specialist -Mike-came out today.   He was phenomenal.  (kind and courteous as was the prior technician)
As we initially expected, the problem is with the damper not closing / opening properly.
He was great and we already have the quote and are awaiting scheduling.

Overall, we are disappointed in this experience.  We understand things happen and appointments cannot be kept.  But, this must be communicated.
At the very least, please acknowledge the inconvenience and the issue.  We waited 3 + hours on a Friday night.

Secondly, I'd expect our notes to be read thoroughly and a qualified, multi zone technician be sent out.

*EDIT to respond to the owner's message*
There were zero missed calls from Hay's to us.  I have the call logs.
Last communication from Hay's to us was Friday evening around 6pm or so- as i mentioned letting us know the driver had to make a stop for items.
There is no way 6 calls were missed, as they stated.  It's absurd.  
Additionally, why was there no follow up after we phoned the on call service on Saturday?
The fact that we had to keep chasing you down- making yet another call on Monday to find out what's going on is unacceptable.
A no show is acceptable as long as there is sufficient communication.
Please don't state 6 calls were made to us that were unanswered as that's demonstrably false.
Let's pretend that IS true.  Why were there no voice messages left?

I had them move my washer and dryer hookups from the kitchen pantry to the garage. Their rates were fantastic, I did get multiple quotes, and the tech was very knowledgeable. They were able to schedule quickly and paying the invoice via apple pay was very convenient. I am very pleased with their service and quality of work. They'll definitely be the first call for future plumbing issues.
