Best Plumbing Services in Arizona

On June 27th I had another plumbing company come out to hydro-jet our sewer line, a service for which I paid $900.  My main line backup problems persisted which led me to Pink.  I met with Keith who camera'd the line and showed me exactly where the backup was located.  He came back a couple days later to repair what we thought was going to be 6' of sewer pipe.  Once his guys got started, he discovered we had a major leak and corroded orangeburg clay pipe requiring the entire line to be replaced.  Here are the pros and cons of my experience:

Pros:
1. Good guys from Chicago with decades of complex plumbing and sewer line experience.  They're honest and do good work.
2. I can now do a load of laundry and take a shower at the same time. (knock on wood)
3. They are assisting in disputing the charges from the other plumbing company to help recoup the $900 spent on June 27th.

Cons:
1. I had a $10,000 improvement/repair on my hands (a fair cost for the work done, but a hit to the wallet for sure)
2. The guys hit a gas line setting us back a few hours (two things I must add - it was the fault of the utility locating company, NOT Pink; Chris the owner took off $500 for the project delay).

This company is amazing! They are reliable, honest and have the best prices in town.
I had Parker & Sons come out and look at my plumbing. They did a terrible job and they also quoted me a ridiculous amount for a broker sewer line.
DiamondBack came out and did a terrific job for half the cost.
I highly recommend this company.

Our main sewer line was clogged and I called about 10 different companies to get someone out same day. Most companies were helpful but couldn't give a specific date or time they would be out. I called Lawson around 9AM and they were able to help me, same day. They were able to come over and fix the problem within 30 minutes. The plumber, Matt, explained to me what happen in a way that's easy to understand and and gave me advise on another general plumbing question that I had. I would definitely use this company again will recommend them the others.

I will never use them again.  The owner Chris is very unprofessional.  When all you care about is money in service industry it is so transparent.  Over communication is better than under.  I will never deal with this level of unprofessionalism again.  Prefer Pink Plumbing!!  Oh and after a $2200 job they still have poor service.  The tech leaves and says put an asterk by her name to never do work again.  Horrible!  The guy does not know how to communicate to run a business.  Text is not the way to run a business.  I never asked for a service call and the guy cant pick up the phone.  The gas company was on their way to test a gas leak after water heater install... i did not need them but still want charge when I didn't request service.  That is bad business

They did a great job of replacing my toilet and keeping the area clean.  The technician was very professional and worked hard to get the new toilet installed properly.

I just had Michael come over to my house and fix a plumbing leak that was driving us crazy. This company Lawson did very very well, from scheduling the appointment to on-time arrival to skillful and efficient repair, I could not be happier.
I just found my favorite plumbing company!

This was my first experience with Proskill. I really liked the notification that they were on their way and that it had the technicians photo so I know exactly who to expect. Jake arrived on time, was friendly and knowledgeable. He even had the courtesy to wear booties upon entering my home. He diagnosed my air condition issue within minutes. I'm really happy with the exceptional service provided by Jake and Proskill. I will definitely be calling them for any future plumbing/ac needs. Thank you Jake!

(Did not caulk toilet to floor, installed no drain stop in the tub, installed drain control lever in tub that was connected to nothing, and did nothing)
Communication 2 stars.  I never knew what was going on, they did not communicate with me once they were hired.  They did respond when I complained about the work quality.
Price 3 stars.  Were very expensive, but I assume consistent with other plumbers.  I did not get multiple estimates for $2k work - should have.
Local presence 2 stars, I paid someone in California.

Needed to replace a shower cartridge for a rental.  I want to have the place ready before the weekend.  Called around and Michael was fast and efficient.   He was able to address the issue that same day.  It was a little on the higher side, but they are dependable with good ratings.

Fast, honest, and reliable. This is the second time we've used Sound Plumbing, and they do not disappoint. The first time was to have a sink and faucet installed in the laundry room. Everything was great there. This time, an issue with the hot water flowing lukewarmly. Brian showed up, on time, and within the hour we had hot water again. We will definitely call them anytime we need a plumber.

They didn't want to to give me a bid price. I was surprised because they had good reviews. I understand when diagnosing a problem, a plumber has to be on site to give a price quote. But I called it to try and get a basic price for what it would cost to remove an old toilet and install a new toilet. That should be a simple price quote, and able to be completed by any field tech over a phone call. Or at least it was for the other companies I called to get comparison price quotes. I don't want to have someone come into my home to give me a price quote on something that can be done over the phone. So, unfortunately I won't be able to use this company... Since they didn't want to even offer a price for a simple procedure like replacing a toilet over the phone. :(

It was a pleasure working with Justin. My water heater stop working in October. Was interested in the Hybrid water hater. After getting several quotes. I decided to go with Allegiance. Price was reasonable. They gave me the option of supplying my own or what their supplier had in stock. I decided on the AO Smith Hybrid. On the day of installation, Justin arrive 30 mins before the appointment time. They were done with the installation in 3 hours. So far the water heater has been running great for 6 months. Very satisfied with Allegiance.

Cody was great! He showed up with a friendly smile and was to help fix my tub quickly! I've called these guys before and I will every time, they are friendly, fast and efficient at getting the job done!

They were quick to respond with out needs for a water softener. I appreciated the details the tech representative had with the materials and he knew his stuff. I asked questions and husband too that made us comfortable to do business with him. I asked him why them and not their competitors and provided a solid statement and his reason why he works for them. I paid a little more more than another company but also felt confident that they work as a team and are happy there to stand by their words. Thanks for your pride in the work you do!

Had JT come for a few plumbing repairs. He got the jobs done well & additionally assessed what could be wrong with our RO system, too!

Option One Plumbing was at my home within 24 hours of my (non-emergent) request.  Tim was personable and professional.  He provided both a flash drive video of my plumbing issue and a written estimate.  
Very happy with the service.

Now here is a company that truly cares about there customers. Had to call about the initial visit from Hays because I was not fully explained the charges prior to the work. John was wonderful and sent Mike out to double check the previous work done. He was prompt, listened to my concerns and diagnosed my ac unit. He  fully explained to me the condition of the AC unit that I was having problems with and offered a credit on the previous work for my inconvenience. I will absolutely use Hays again and refer them to anyone needed there service. I will personally ask for Mike when I decide to upgrade my units next year. Thank you John and Mike for your attention and detail to customer service!

Randy and Marc showed up on time and were friendly, helpful, and very professional. They found simple solutions that 2 other plumbers hadn't found and wanted to charge us a ton of money to fix. One was the recirculating pump, which wasn't working. These guys figured that it wasn't plugged in! (It still needed work, but....) We also had no cold water in the master shower. A previous plumber told us it was a cartridge that was hard to get to, and would cost $1000. Randy handed me a rubber piece and said someone put this rubber piece on backyards and it blocked your cold water intake. I'm 63 years old. This was the best plumbing experience I've ever had!
