What a blessing!We had three quotes and all came in comparable to one another but we had the best feeling with Pink Plumbing. Our waterline in garage had been causing us issues for years and we were no longer able to keep repairing and wanted copper pipe. On top of that, our drain plug had come out of our sons bathroom and we were losing bath toys down our older pipes. We were a hot mess.
LOU saved our situation today. He was on time, professional, very clean and conscientious of our space and made sure we had the complete picture of his work and the warranties associated.
He did all of this with a smile. We loved seeing the breast cancer awareness van roll up as our own dear friend is fighting the battle and we are making a care package for her today.
I could not recommend them enough. We are very relieved to find such a thoughtful and trustworthy tradesman.

We contracted this company to install a new Trane a/c system. We should have known there would be a problem when their office gave the wrong address to their installer. The new units arrived, luckily we noticed they sent a less expensive outdoor unit and their tech SUPPOSEDLY didn't notice it. Mistake Hmm???. They finally installed the right unit and could not get it to work properly for THREE WEEKS, during 112+ weather. The owner made excuses and promises that were never kept. Finally the Trane rep came and fixed the problem. The installer for Diamondback broke a UV bulb ($35) and didn't tell me about it and hid it in our attic insulation. The owner refused to pay for the bulb unless I dropped all complaints against them which I wouldn't do. Not only did it take them 3 weeks to get our $7000 unit working properly but also did more damage to our house. They are totally incompetent from the owner down.

Friendly staff and quick response time and fairly priced. Needed to have two leaks repaired and they were able to get it done the same day

If you don't hire Lawson Family Plumbing you are making a huge mistake they are fantastic! The woman I spoke to in office on Friday around noon was a delight and very informative. We were fortunate that they had a same day opening! The Plumber came out at 2:30 the same day.

The plumber who had 2 ideas of our issue. He however couldn't access where he believed the problem was coming from. water was appearing in out spare bedroom behind where our master bathroom shower is located. So he recommended Bingham Restoration; to come out and gain access.

They had guys in the area and were at my house within an hour! They gained accessed to the problem area quickly and then cut away the damaged area, cleaned everything up well and left dryers and de-humidifiers for the weekend. Then helped me file my insurance claim the same day!

Nick from Lawson came back out on Monday and saw where the problem was and unfortunately had to have our entire custom cultured marble shower taken out to access the leaking pipe.  

So the next day Bingham was out to remove the shower and the next day Nick was back to fix the pipe. Bingham suggested a general contractor to restore the drywall, carpet, baseboard and wall texturing and paint to the spare bedroom and then replace the shower.

This has been a super smooth process and I am very impressed will refer Lawson and Bingham to everyone. I cannot recall the name of the Contractor. I am meeting with them today to choose my new marble and carpet!

I own a rental condo in Tempe and got the Saturday evening phone call from my renters that the upstairs sink was overflowing. Scottsdale Rooter Plumbers apologized that they wouldn't be able to get there that night but could at 8 am the next morning. This suited me perfectly. My renters and I were both thrilled with the service, the patience of the plumber in answering our questions, and the cleanup done after the totally nasty plugged drain was opened up. They will be my go to plumbers from now on!

Where is the 10th star???  Your guys, Bill and Alex, came out this morning to fix our troubled severely leaking bathtub faucet.  They figured out a way to save us from having our wall torn down to fix it as it was stripped.  They were like surgeons with the drills and other instruments to fix it....and....done!  These two men were amazing and kept me informed on everything that was being done.  We are jumping with joy!  We saved a lot of money, too, because we have your service plan!  Thank you to Bill and Alex, and the Bumble Bee Plumbing Company for hiring skilled professionals to do the work!    L Barlow, Peoria, AZ

All I can say is what a surprise. There was water leaking from behind my washer. I was sure they were going to have to break a hole in the wall. The woman on the phone when I called was really nice, and said they would have someone out that afternoon. Not only did they arrive on time, but called to ask if 30 minutes early was OK. The guy that came (whose name I forgot to get) was super nice, looked at everything, and knew what was wrong right away. He thinks it will clear itself up, but if not, then he told me how to fix it myself, or said I could give them a call. This was great for two reasons. One, last time I had a leak, the plumbers I called (from a big chain) tore out my wall and charged a fortune for work that wasn't necessary (I had to get their work repaired). Lawson didn't do that at all, even though I was prepared for that to be the case. And better than that, they didn't charge me anything for the Saturday service call to come out and look at it. Nothing. Even though they say up front its a $55 service fee to come out and evaluate (waived if they do work). Its great to find an honest company whose employees are friendly and helpful.

Another happy service today.  We had ProSkill install our water heater last year and I was VERY pleased with the technician and his work.  Today I signed up for their AC maintenance plan.  Hunter was my technician and he was wonderful.  He was thorough and honest.  He did not try to sell me a bunch of stuff I did not need which other companies I have dealt with in the past have done.
Both visits the technician showed up on time.  Communication has been great from the start to finish.  
I do a lot of research before I chose a company to hire for anything.  I also chose companies that pay their employees hourly.  I have found that most companies in trades, such as AC/plumbing, pay their technicians commission for any service they can sell the homeowner.   I have always felt this compromises a company/technicians integrity.  
Proskills pays their employees hourly (not on commission).  It is such a different experience when you take commission out of the equation.  Both experiences with Proskills has been extremely positive.  I am so happy to have found them.  I plan to use them for all my plumbing and AC needs.  I also have referred them to family member who have been very happy.  
Their very detailed report they give you is also worth mentioning .  I was very impressed with my 11 page report, for my two ac units, which included pictures of all their readings.  This company is A+ in my book.

We had an emergency on a Saturday night and Elite Rooter responded quickly to our call. We had the pleasure working with Joel who was very professional and went above and beyond and stayed until the job was done. Two days later Soro came to do a checkup to make sure that everything was working great. In the ten years that we lived in the house we had have many different Rooter company's that comes out but none have never found our clean out . Soro found it within half an hour. we are so please on professional and knowledgeable team is we will continue to use Elite rooter in the future and also recommend to are friends and family

Dave did a great job of replacing our old, cracked, leaking disposer. He tested the new system a number of times and discovered a leak, which he repaired. He kept testing and looking to make sure that everything was in perfect condition before he left, even carefully removing overflow putty that I couldn't see until he cleaned it out. I was so pleased with his excellent work and friendly manner, explaining what he was doing at each step. If we have any future plumbing needs, I will gladly call Somers Plumbing to take care of us. I had a gas leak in my outdoor grill. I called them this morning and they scheduled someone to come out the same afternoon to look at it. Gave me a quote when they arrived on site and got the repair done the same day. Brian was very professional and courteous and did a great job with the new gas pipe.

The tech arrived 1 hour beyond the 3 hour window with no phone call.
The estimate to replace two faucets ( I supplied Kohler ) I was told that it is a flat fee for the first and 20% off for the next. Also asked about new shut offs.
That too was a flat fee for the first with the 20% discount for the remaining 3.
After having a minor attack when the numbers were finally given, I said I would need to think on the national debt. He said he would e-mail the estimate. That was 34 days ago and no estimate yet. The faucets are however replaced at 1/3 the cost quoted and in about 3 hours.

I had purchased a new toilet and needed it installed as well as the old one disposed of.  It arrived a day before expected.  I had scheduled Allegiance for the following day.  Then my husband decided he should install it....a nail biting moment for me.  Fortunately, the old toilet had been cemented in and he told me to go ahead and use them.  I called and they were able to provide service me same day and only a couple of hours after I called.  Eloy was kind, skilled, expedient and communicative.  He took care of everything and my husband sent me pictures!  I breathed a sigh of relief as my family was coming in from out of state and would be there this evening!  I would definitely recommend them.  They charged exactly what they quoted and although I could have found cheaper, those prices did not include disposing of the old toilet.

I needed a plumber within a day for our office, and Frank showed up the next morning. Very professional, quickly took care of the problem, went to get supplies and back quick and fixed my leaking pipe!

They fixed a leak from our toilet this week, and they were quick with a response and and we're able to get it fixed within the same day I called. They are next going to replace my water heater and then hopefully replace my water softener so I will continue to use their services for anything that my house may need.

My overall interaction with this company was pretty good.  My hot water heater was leaking and I called Lawson Family Plumbing out to assess the issue.  They sent Tony out who assessed my issue and said that I needed a new hot water heater.  I got a price from him.

He also showed me that there was water damage underneath my hot water heater and that probably needed to be taken care of.  I believe he drained the tank, shut off the hot water heater, and I thought him do everything, but there was one thing I did not see him do, which was flip a metal thing at the top of my hot water heater.

He also turned off the water to my hot water heater, which I knew he did, but I didn't know doing so would not allow me to get any water whatsoever to my bathrooms.  I couldn't have that.  So I turned back on the water to the hot water heater and him flipping the metal switch at the top caused the water to come out of the side of the house.

We ended up in a short amount of time getting a lot of water to the side of our house so I turned off the water to the hot water heater again and called Lawson Plumbing, actually called and texted Tony.  The office called me back to schedule for Tony to come back out.

I think it was maybe a couple hours later, Tony walked me on the phone to flip that metal thing back up, turn back on the water so I could have water to my bathrooms.  He never came back out.  He told me that the water would no longer drain out to my side yard, but it my hot water heater would still be leaking.

It's not a huge deal that he didn't tell me that he flipped that metal thing, but not having any water to my bathrooms wasn't good, so that's why a 4 star instead of 5 star.

Unfortunately, I learned that my home warranty used another plumbing company instead, so I did not use Lawson Family Plumbing.  But if I had to, I would probably go with these guys.

There was not cost to give me a quote on the work that needed to be done.

They did a great job! Quick, easy, no BS. I will use them again if I have plumbing issues.

Loved that they showed up with in a mask, as safety is number one right now. We had new AC's back in April, and since then, they have come back 2X already to check to see everything works. The staff is super friendly and easy to work with. They do work with another party, if they need to put a hole in your wall to change the thermostat.

Service was very good. They let me know Chino was running late and he arrived promptly at the new time. He was friendly and respectful and did a nice neat job installing a new shower faucet valve.
