Had a very bad experience with this company.  We had used them in the past with no problems.  Called yesterday AM & asked for help with a clogged kitchen sink.  They said someone would be the late afternoon.  Checked again late afternoon & they said we were still on the schedule & someone would be there by 7:30.  Called again at 8P & the night tech said someone would be there in 2 hrs.  I gave up.  We never heard back today from them.  We would never use the again

Came out to look at faucets that seemed to have hot/cold reversed. Wasn't told up front what their would be a 99 fee simply for coming out to look at it. Did a half-hearted job at explaining what would be the possible problem.

We just moved into a new house, and needed three or four different repairs done all at once. Lawson Family Plumbing was responsive, sending out a tech within a single day every time I called to schedule something. The technician I worked with each time was extremely friendly, kept me in the loop with exactly what was going on and where he was at in the process, and every time something on the invoice needed to be adjusted he ran me through the totals again so there wouldn't be any surprises on the bill. Everything about this process was easy and pleasant.

We had a major plumbing back up early on Sunday morning and I called Scottsdale Rooter plumbing. Chris, answered quickly, gave me a possible diagnosis over the phone and quote and said he could be there to help in an hour to an hour and a half. He updated me by text with an arrival time, arrived promptly, was polite and professional did a great job taking care Of the issue by noon time Sunday. I would recommend his services to anyone.

Needed a leak in sink fixed, charged $600 for garbage disposal install and tried selling me a toilet for $1,000!!!! Someone else came to look and toilet only needed $35 worth of parts. I originally called because Google rating was good. What a scam!

Pleasure working with this company! They did a great job replacing our corroded shut-off valves. One of the techs even pointed out a minor leak from our hot water tank that we did not notice. Quality service all the way through!

Pro Skill- Scott- came to home and did a lengthy review of our HVAC system and needs.   He came up with a plan and explained it, and then followed up with a quote for the work that was more detailed than any other bid I received.  I was given options as to SEER and quality ratings i wanted in selection of the units.    We decided to replace 2 electric cooling units and 2 gas furnace heating units.
The crew came to the house on time, were pleasant, task oriented and answered all our questions with patience.  They cleaned up the work site well.   2 weeks after the job, the quality control person -Keith- came out and spent almost 2 hours going over all the work that was done, adjusted one blower speed, and again, answered all our questions.   For a final wrap-up, Scott came out again, delivered paperwork that had been requested and the completed rebate forms for the energy savings allowed.   Im happy with the work, the price was competitive, and their concern about doing it right was evident.

I've used Elite Rooter a couple of times for plumbing issues. They need to cease with the practice of their opening line of we will help you file an insurance claim for any issues they encounter. It seems clear they are using the rooter business as a front to encourage customers to open an insurance claim and balloon the repair costs for their benefit. Why doesn't Elite take time to properly diagnose an issue before pressing a customer to file an insurance claim? This seems to be part of their standard practice based on other posts and is very disingenuous.

Dave came in and fixed the broken valves for our washing machine and on top of that fixed our leaky shower. Dave went above and beyond as he was only going to change the trim kit for the shower but he ended replacing the shower valve due to a leak. He stuck around and finished the job and then cleaned everything up. I would not hesitate to use Somers Plumbers again.

Completely agree with Scott P's review. Unlike other plumbing companies that provide ranges that seem extremely high, I sent a picture of my current setup and was clear about the work that I wanted done, and the quote I received was very reasonable and exactly what was charged.  They were professional, placed a tarp down which kept the work area clean when they left, and the end result was exactly what I needed.  Now I have a go-to plumbing company that I have confidence in.

I had a small leaky pipe in attic and had another company come out for quote (name starts with H ends with A) and they wouldn't just fix the problem without installing all new pipes for over $1400!! Total ripoff. I called Sound Plumbing and Dylan came out a few hours later and finished the job on the same day!! He was nice and informed me of his plan: which was NOT to repipe the attic, but to FIX THE PROBLEM. It was reasonably priced and I was very happy that I made that 2nd call for another opinion.

Amazing same day service! Mont was great on the phone, then Eddie showed up and completed the toilet replacement. Very nice and professional. Excellent job excellent price! Would use them again & HIGHLY recommended.

I needed my reverse osmosis updated. Rommel V. Was great about explaining everything. He was tidy and removed all the trash. I highly recommend this company for water related needs.

Jesus and Jesse where awesome, professional, neat and fast at declogging our guest toilet, would recommend to anyone needing plumbing services. Best price in town as well. 5 stars!!!

Although oddly, my first review seems to have disappeared from the list, I am upgrading to 4 stars.

The owner, Jeff, immediately contacted me after my initial review to see if he could investigate what happened and make it right. There seems to have been some miscommunication, possibly on both sides, since the technician stated he had called me back twice but I never received any message on the voicemail - or from a family member - so I gave benefit of the doubt. He offered to still do the work that they bid.

Their bid was the lowest, and the plumber was very nice and pleasant when he came out to inspect the job. We will be considering them again for future work when needed. I really appreciated the effort Jeff took to try to correct the situation and keep a customer.

So my first call to option one they forgot to add me on the schedule which I was fine with but the plumber they sent literally told us he didn't know how to work on our heater. I requested a new plumber and they sent the same exact guy who once again did not know what to do but told us an electrician was needed. Electrician came out and said the breaker was fine and that it's a water heater problem. So not only did these guys take $200 on service calls they never actually found the problem. Thanks

Reached out to this company about a week ago to get a quote on a furnace mounted humidifier. The sales person arrived on time and was friendly. Before he left he said I'd have a quote before COB. That never happened. I called the next day. The person on the phone said they would look into the matter straight away and I would receive a quote shortly. That never happened. I called for the last time the following day. Yet another person said they would elevate and I would without fail receive a quote. That never happened.
Everyone can decide for themselves if they want to do business with these folks. It's clear to me how they value their customer. I'm moving on. Jeez.

Didn't use them only talked to them on yelp. Very nice, didn't string me along or ignore me. Told me upfront they didn't do what I needed and recommended me to another plumber
