Made appointment for same day between 2:00 to 3:00.  I received a call at 3:30 stating driver was in an accident and he would call me the next morning to come out for repair. No call the next morning!  What a waste of my time!

In the owners defense, he called me on Sunday after I posted this review and tried to make up for my experience but I had already finished the repair.  He also explained the situation and I believe him.  I have to give him credit for trying to correct the error.

Happy Thanksgiving!!  If I didn't love these guys before, they seriously walk on water after tonight!  I noticed around 7:00 p.m. water coming out from under my sink.  When I opened the cabinet, it was pooled on the bottom and dripping down the edges.  I couldn't see a leak when the water was off but every time I turned on the water, it would start up again.  Cooking Thanksgiving dinner without being able to use my sink had me feeling pretty disheartened.  On the off chance that someone was working, I decided to call Diamondback (they've always been great before).  The person who answered the phone couldn't have been nicer and said their on-call person would call me back shortly.....  Wow!  Now, admittedly, I am not mechanically inclined, but he listened to what was happening and literally walked me through how to fix it on the phone.  Service call fee saved, Thanksgiving cooking fest saved, Diamondback to the rescue again.  These guys are AWESOME.  And a very special thank you (thank God) to Brian - Happy Thanksgiving :-)

Toto toilet installation fast and very professional by Jason. Then I wanted another toilet replaced because it was too low and he went back , picked it up and did it  the same day in the afternoon. Prices are probably high and I had found a less expensive option on Amazon , but then they did not offer warranty for labor , so I decided for peace of mind to go with the more expensive option they offered. All in all , I would call this company again if need would be

This was the second time we have called Bumble Bee and they continue to provide great, professional service. Richard was prompt to respond to our call and spent enough time to figure out our issue. He provided a few options for a solution and then quickly performed his work. He cleaned everything up when he finished and the price seemed fair. I would not hesitate to call Richard again if we have any issues.

Great service!  I was able to schedule an appointment the next day.  Matt was on time, professional, and did a great job.  All of that and reasonably priced as well!

New to area.  Found their ad in 85086 magazine.  Picked them over other ads because it was family owned, in Anthem AZ, offered no service charge to diagnose the problem (that was huge to me), they will tell me what price is upfront (again-huge), etc.  I called them because AC unit wasn't working when I came home from work.  It was a Friday night.  The owner Tyler called me back within 30 minutes of my voicemail and scheduled an appointment for Saturday between 8-10am with Joseph.  Joseph arrived within that window.  Joseph was clean and respectful and put on foot booties when entering house.  Diagnosed problem and told me up front what charges would be.  Prices were fair.   Helped answer questions about being new to the area and helped me with questions about water softener and whole house filtration system.  This was NOTHING we have experienced before.  It was the FIRST time I have used a Heating/Cooling company in my life that I didn't feel violated!

Elite Rooter was able to come out quickly and was very reasonably priced and quick to diagnose the plumbing back up problem.

Completely agree with Scott P's review. Unlike other plumbing companies that provide ranges that seem extremely high, I sent a picture of my current setup and was clear about the work that I wanted done, and the quote I received was very reasonable and exactly what was charged.  They were professional, placed a tarp down which kept the work area clean when they left, and the end result was exactly what I needed.  Now I have a go-to plumbing company that I have confidence in.

Serivice guy was very good and polite explaining everything very good wife was sleeping at 8 so he came back at 10  no extra charge very pleased with service

My whole house water filtration cartridge was first installed about 10 years ago.  But a few weeks ago I began noticing that the housing had started to leak.  Luckily, this thing had been located on the outside of our house - so the leak was more of a nuisance than a big mess.

But it was time to replace the copper pipes and shutoff valves, and the old filter housing as well.  So I got three prices from three different plumbers.  Although the price I got from 100% Plumbing wasn't the lowest, I found 100% Plumbing and the many 5 Star ratings on Yelp from their former customers to be the deciding factor.

Jason showed up on the day and time we had agreed on, and he worked for a couple of hours.  When he finished, I found his work to be first class.  Everything he said he would do had been done perfectly.  All the new copper pipes and shutoff valves were placed exactly as they needed to be.  And the new pipes and cartridge housing had no runs, drips, or errors.

I am very happy that I chose 100% Plumbing to do the work I needed to have done.  Their price was fair and there were no problems from start to finish.  If you need a good, honest plumber  I highly recommend these guys!

REVIEW UPDATE
My original request was to have my clean out pipe checked for blockages. In the past I've had oleander roots in the pipe. Previous plumbers had used a auger on the end of the cable to scrape out roots.
I called Rooter Ranger and they came out quickly. They ran their cable thru my clean out pipe without finding any blockages. I didn't specifically ask for a rooter with an auger, I just assumed that all rooter jobs used them. When Rooter Ranger found out that I wasn't happy about the job, they got in touch with me right away to see if they could fix things to my satisfaction.In retrospect, I think most of the problems were due to poor communication between the company and myself. I would use them again, but try to be more clear on what I wanted.

Had an issue with our water pressure in the house. Did some basic diagnostics and decided I needed professional help. Put out a job needing to be done on Yelp. They came out a couple of days later. Our tech was very thorough and explained everything to me. Job was completed in about 2.5 hours. The only reason they don't get 5 stars is they missed the morning appointment and I had to contact them. After that it was smooth sailing.

This was my second interaction with Lawson.   The first time was a blind call on my behalf and was in ever lucky.   The insides of my toilet needed to be replaced and they did a great job.   They also advised me that something is was doing wrong in using chlorine tablets contributed to my problem.   I also had them look at a sink that needed attention too.  Well they did an excellent job on that too.   There was also a calcium deposit in the sink that I had no idea how to get rid of and again the technician told me how to get rid of it.  I tried his suggestion and to my delight it totally took care of the problem.   Lawson is the best it is the only plumbing organization i will use.   The second time I called was I saw a post on FB regarding having your hot water heater flushed and they had a coupon on Angies list.   The service is normally  $99 but with the coupon  $59 so called they came out did the work took all of 30 minutes.  One of the most refreshing part of this call was they found no problem and did not try to sell me anything . Sorry for being so long but didn't know I could post here so just giving Lawson their proper due.

A man named Devin came to my house today to unclog a toilet for me. He was great - professional and friendly - I couldn't have asked for better. He got the job done quickly - no mess, no fuss, for a really great price. It doesn't get any better than this. If I ever need a plumber again, Option One is already saved to my contacts. Great experience.

UPDATE: Received an e-mail from Steve Kenyon last night and a call from Chris Hays this morning. Both apologized and conceded that they made substantial pricing error. To be 100% fair, I want to point out that the $300 repair I had done would be equivalent to what Hays would consider a Rescue motor that they feel would be inadequate, but I want to make sure we are apples to apples with what I had done, and they would have been $700ish for the rescue motor, which is in line with what others quoted for an OEM Motor replacement. They also revised their estimate for the OEM motor install (That they feel is necessary and I don't disagree) to $950ish (Still substantially higher than others).
I do appreciate their followup very much and their handling of this has been very professional polite, and they offered to refund my service charge which I appreciate but wasn't expecting, so I'm updating my review from a 1 Star to a 2 Stars

SHAME ON YOU!!!! The AC died at our business today and what do I do.... I go you Yelp Call the highest rated company and scheduled a service call. Guy shows up early PERFECT Relief soon!
After 30min or so the tech come in and tells me The fan is dead and your unit will need an OEM fan because the Rescue fans we keep in our vans wont work with your unit. On top of that, the compressor overheated and we wont know if it will reset until it cools, so it could need more than just a fan.
I say okay, what are we looking at? He said Our Rescue fans run $700-$750 but since yours needs an OEM fan your probably over $1,000 shocked I ask for a quote so we can talk to our building owner and make a decision. He says sure, no problem. He goes to his van and come back a few minutes later and e-mails me an invoice for the $79 service call and a $1,250 Estimate to JUST swap the fan... If the compressor was bad then that would be a whole other thing. We happily paid him for the $79 service call and told him we will let him know what we want to do about the fan once we speak to the building owner.
After the Hays tech leaves, I call the building owner and she referred me to the guy that has worked on the unit in the past. I call him and let him know what Hays said and he choked at the $1250 and said I'll be out in a little bit, but I suspect I can replace it for you for $400-$500 Tops. He said if you can go up and get me the the fan motor HP Rating, RPM and Shaft size I can grab the correct motor on my way and get you up and running. He did agree that we are still hoping that the compressor survived but that's just the chance we have to take.
I'm a fabricator and a mechanic and a general smart guy so I climb up and get all the info off the motor including the Model and part number. I call the guy that the building owner referred me to give him the info and after getting off the phone I decide out of curiosity to google the Model & Part number...... and holy crap!

I can buy it all day long for under $88. I own an auto parts business and by no means am I expecting to pay internet price to have some one come and replace a fan, but lets be real here.... I would expect to pay $250'ish for the fan motor and $250 TOPS for 30min in labor it will take to swap that fan. This sort of predatory business practice is shameful. I have a call into them about this and before she told me she would have a manager call me she said We guarantee our work WOW that must be some guarantee.

Terry and Brandon came out to address a problem today that was left by a previous company (they refused to come back out). They were completely professional, kind and took our concerns very seriously. King fixed the problem and made sure we were satisfied, telling us they would come back out if we had any further concerns. I look forward to using them again.
