Great service from my first inquiry to service to job completion.

I always get nervous when I have to hire a new professional service. Finding someone competent, trustworthy, and that just doesn't treat you like an idiot (even though you are in said area) is sometimes hard to come by. I mean, I won't buy anything other than a Honda just because I know I'd have to find a new mechanic and I never want to lose him ... (I know he will never love me the same way though)

Anyway, this is only the second time needing a plumber since I've owned my own home. The first time I ended up doing the repair myself because the professional I called out didn't seem that competent, seemed to overcharge, and I knew I could do it myself... I was just feeling lazy. This time I figured I'd hire a professional and not get overly confident. I was happy to find someone that did a great job and I know I can rely on in the future.
I had a pretty standard repair (replacing the cartridges in my tub faucet) and was happy they could give me a rough estimate over the phone. I contacted another company*cough cough Rainforest* that insisted on coming out to physically look at the problem. Like, it's a leaky tub faucet bro, I just need the cartridges replaced, give me an estimate and requote me when you get here if it's f'd to s*&T.

Shoutout to my plumber Lou, he came out and patiently waited for my HOA plumber(they were not on time even though they knew I was coordinating a repair *cough cough Rainforest) to get here and turn off the water. He was super nice, explained the repair and the difficulties I could've run into (makes me happy I didn't attempt it myself in attempts to be cheap AF.) I had another small issue but he didn't have the part on hand. He told me the repair is pretty simple, what to get, and how to do it myself. THIS RIGHT HERE. This is one of those things that may seem small but makes me trust a company/professional so much. Of course, I know I could have a professional do it, but the honesty of them telling me I could probably do it myself for something simple is something I appreciate 100%.

In conclusion (law school taught me to write like this,) I was impressed with them so much I will not only use them again but took the time to draft one of my epic Yelp reviews so that other people know too. - this is called vouching but whatever we aren't in court.

Thanks Lou! I hope I never see you again because plumbing repairs are expensive and I work for the government. If I do, next time I'm calling Lou. (ha that rhymed)

I can't  say enough amazing things about Diamondback Plumbing, specifically Brian and Barry. Two other companies were out before them to clear a cast iron shower drain in an older home, neither successful and quoted more than 6k to fix. I called for a 3rd opinion, and am I glad I did. They came out the same day, we're professional, polite, and I felt comfortable immediately. They were confident in their ability and reassuring they would do all they could. They were successful in doing what everyone else said couldn't be done, all for under $190. I've already begun recommending them to my family and friends. They've earned a customer for life. In addition, their entire team was fantastic, from the friendly girl who answered the phone, to the scheduler. Bravo Diamondback plumbing! You exceeded my expectations by a mile. A+

Lawson sent Jason out to help me with a potential leak in my wall. Jason was great about explaining the process, giving me my options (and his advice), he even helped me navigate issues around insurance. At the end of everything, the leak was actually from a neighboring unit so Lawson did not charge me for the two visits and exploratory work. Working with Jason and Lawson was great. I highly recommend the company and Jason to anyone who needs a repair or any plumbing related work. I hope I don't have any plumbing issues in the future, but if I do I will be calling Lawson!

Flush king came out to our rental property in Scottsdale within 90 mins of me calling and fixed the toilet that was causing a leak in our unit. Only reason for 4 stars is that $379 to replace a wax ring is highway robbery.

They came out reasonably promptly to do a problem assessment. Said it was a bad gas control valve on the water heater. Then the upsell began. Putting on a new valve would be about $4oo  just for the valve, plus about $400 more for the installation, and it would be cheaper long run to put in a new tank (they had inspected and serviced the tank about a year earlier and it was allegedly in good condition ). Gave me an estimate of some $1800 for new tank installation. I thought it sounded high and thanked them for the assessment. Went up to Home Depot and found their installation price for the same size and warranty unit was about $500 less. Then went to Ferguson Plumbing Supply to check out the $400 gas control valve. Bought it for $165 tax included. Plumber down there at the counter hearing a bit of my experience kind of laughed and related rip-off experiences he'd seen over the course of his 40 years in the business. Said it was a simple screw in installation that fairly might cost a $100 in time. Bumble Bee wanted $400. I then responded to a number of calls from their office as to why I didn't accept one of their proposals, told them I thought they were an upselling rip-off and if they wanted to show otherwise, I'd pay their guy $150 cash to do the installation of the valve. Otherwise I intended to write a review about my experience with them. Whoever called me ended up telling me I was a terrible person. And in my experience with them, I think they are a ripoff operation. I would certainly caution anyone dealing with them to at least get 1 or 2 other bids or closely check the  charges on any bid they make.

This place is awesome, and Mike was so helpful, professional, and kind. He inspected work and provided a second opinion on plumbing work performed by another company.  I made the mistake of letting my home warrantee company send the plumber they wanted and didn't do my research beforehand (that company only had two stars on yelp). Do yourself a favor and just go straight to Lawson Family Plumbing! I have saved this company in my contacts and will be using them exclusively in the future!

Jared was early - called to verify - was friendly, professional, efficient and knew how to evaluate our water pressure problem and how to fix it, unlike the last plumber we called. Thank you for such great service!

A big shout out to Brian and Junior for taking care of our plumbing emergency.  They worked long hours into the night to complete our pipe replacement.  They were courteous and polite at all times during their time at our residence.  These guys definitely had plenty of experience and displayed expertise in their trade.  Thanks Elite plumbing!

Great experience!  He is hands-on with his own company - he understood and knew what he was getting into before he arrived but still asked questions before he did anything.  Always nice having someone with experience.  Confirmed we didn't have a recirculating pump before cutting off the water, etc.  Dave explained what he was going to do, got us the matching 1/4-turn piece (which others charged more for) and knocked the job out.  He charged what he said he would charge and I am happy (my wife is happy).  Good price and I would rather tip because of a good job then agree to the highest and hope.  
I will use him again for future jobs and recommend to my friends and clients.

My septic tank alarm started going off a few months after moving into my new house. My wife called me panicking not knowing what was going on so we called Element plumbing to come to our rescue. Michael figured out the problem very quickly. He said our septic pump had stopped working and was no longer pumping everything out into the drainfield. It most likely stopped working when a different company came out before we bought the house and inspected the pump but did not replace one of the seals causing the pump to burn out. Michael very quickly fixed the problem by replacing the pump and the seal. He was so professional and efficient that I called him again to come out and fix both my leaking garden hose faucets. If you're in need of a great plumber call element plumbing.

Brian was extremely professional and a pleasure to deal with. He patiently answered all of my questions before I hired him. When all my questions were answered he offered to get the job done that same day! The job was well done and I couldn't be happier with Sound Plumbing.

A truly great experience. We had a gas leak in our outdoor BBQ and Firepit/Firepots. We asked for recommendations and several neighbors suggested 100%. Jason explained what he was going to do and why it was the best course of action. A couple of hours later it was all finished and working. The cost was very reasonable. Thank you!

I have used Allegiance Water Services multiple times now for my home and business. They are reliable, trustworthy and won't sell you services you don't need. If you are looking for a dependable company that won't bill you thru the roof this is it. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Background:
       The repair required removal of black mold damage, resulting in our  having to remove several cabinets and ultimately remodel the kitchen.  While I dealt with my insurance, the technician, Alex D., called me several times with tips on dealing with insurance as he had extensive experience to share about.  

       He referred us to Dry Down, to do the black mold removal.  When completed, Dry Down sent our contact information to a dry wall repair person or company; but we were never contacted.  Maybe it is a Covid 19 problem, but we finally got a dry wall professional, Dan The Dry Wall Man, to do the work.

Alex performed an extensive plumbing repair under the kitchen sink to clear up a blockage.  He removed a steel pipe that had been left in the wall after a previous repair.  It looks clean and professional.  Alex was always very respectful on the phone.   The one hiccup was he left the sink and dishwasher disconnected because he thought we were tearing it out immediately for the kitchen remodel.  However, we did not.

After a family emergency due to the Covid 19 crisis, he returned a couple weeks later to connect the sink and dishwasher as requested.  In this challenging time that our nation and the world is dealing with, I appreciated his attention to detail, walking me through the process of the black mold clean up and the repair that would follow, and also his extensive knowledge in dealing with the insurance adjustor.

Jordan was amazing. He came out one day to fix a leaky hose fixture and he got me on the schedule the next business day to fix my sinks (I needed to buy new faucets before he could help me out with those). All around great service, fast response time, and very nice!

Somehow managed to jam up our garbage disposal and could fix it ourselves.  Contacted Option One and asked for a tech to come out the next morning.  Appointment was scheduled and confirmed, Fernando also texted  a half hour prior to arrival.  Good fellow that Fernando.  He quickly fixed our disposal, explained what he had done, and helped with a couple of other potential future issues.  Great service, I will certainly call them in the future if needed.

We needed Hays in a pinch when our AC went out during the AZ summer, they made time for us the same day. Great guys, great communication, affordable pricing & integrity!
