First of all.  I found Hansen Family Plumbing on yelp.  The reviews speak for themselves.  They are by far one of, if not the best, experiences I've had with any contractor I've had in my house.  They are prompt, efficient, and do really high quality work.  I will continue to use them for all of my plumbing needs.  I've worked with a few of the professionals they have and they are all phenomenal.  They answer the phone, and respond quickly and schedule appointments even faster.  They have a text and email based system for reminders and are way more technologically advanced than I've experienced.  Definitely use these guys for everything.

After 2 failed attempts trying to book another local plumber and getting a no show/ no call, it was great to be able to connect with LFP. Harley showed up even ahead of schedule and within an hour he had taken care of all my projects.

With a plugged toilet is was great to have a plumber respond on the weekend. He arrived on time and finished the job in minutes.

Kyle and Travis our install technicians were right on time, walked us through the process, and kept me informed during the whole instillation! Dave did a great job of replacing our old, cracked, leaking disposer. He tested the new system a number of times and discovered a leak, which he repaired. He kept testing and looking to make sure that everything was in perfect condition before he left, even carefully removing overflow putty that I couldn't see until he cleaned it out. I was so pleased with his excellent work and friendly manner, explaining what he was doing at each step. If we have any future plumbing needs, I will gladly call Somers Plumbing to take care of us. Needed to replace a shower cartridge for a rental.  I want to have the place ready before the weekend.  Called around and Michael was fast and efficient.   He was able to address the issue that same day.  It was a little on the higher side, but they are dependable with good ratings.

I just moved in to my new house used Yelp to help find a licensed plumber. I need a new regulator on my built in gas grill. Sound plumbing responded and came to my home for a quote. Brian was on time and came back the next day with the parts and completed the installation. Thanks now I can have a house warming party.

The tech arrived 1 hour beyond the 3 hour window with no phone call.
The estimate to replace two faucets ( I supplied Kohler ) I was told that it is a flat fee for the first and 20% off for the next. Also asked about new shut offs.
That too was a flat fee for the first with the 20% discount for the remaining 3.
After having a minor attack when the numbers were finally given, I said I would need to think on the national debt. He said he would e-mail the estimate. That was 34 days ago and no estimate yet. The faucets are however replaced at 1/3 the cost quoted and in about 3 hours.

I've used Jordan four times now. Always on time and always finishes the job quickly. In my 30 years here in the valley I've run into some pretty shady plumbing companies that come out on time for the estimate and then when  you hire them, they don't show up on the days or even the times they promise. Then they try to up sale you on things that you don't need. I've never had this issue with Rooter Ranger. His guys are clean and courteous and professional and show up when they promise. In my humble opinion Jordan is by far one of the most honest humble men I've ever known. You hire him, and you're treated like one of the family.

I usually don't write reviews on Yelp, but I was so unhappy with the customer service. We were told that someone would come between 11am-1pm to fix our AC unit. My sister had to go to work at 12, so I stayed home to wait for someone over. Then at 9:26, I get a call saying that they were running late and that they were going to come around noon. Then at 2, she calls and says that he was running late and that he was going to get food before coming over. He doesn't get here until 3:13. I have to leave the house by 3:30 to get to work. This whole time I'm waiting in a 93 degree house. I then called my sister who spoke to someone over the phone about the situation because I had to leave in 15 minutes. The woman whom we both spoke on the phone with was completely rude to the both of us. We both felt that she gave us attitude when we did nothing wrong; it was their fault. She told us that we weren't the only ones with a broken AC and they were trying to get to everyone. I do not understand how someone can be so late to an appointment; their company specializes in this type of work. If they knew the technician coming to our house was running late, they should have sent someone else within the time frame they have given us. I then I had to leave for work and the technician said that he could work on the AC unit without me their and I could lock up the house and leave. I did not want to risk coming home after work to a hot house, so my sister had to leave work and come home and make sure everything was fixed okay.

The technician fixed our AC unit and now it works fine. But the customer service was completely awful. Since we rent the home we live in, our landlord was the one who called the company and set everything up. If something were to go wrong with our house again, I would ask our landlord to use different company. I do not want to deal with this again.

King Plumbing provided my family with the absolute BEST plumbing service we have had in our 50+ years.  Not only was the work professional, on time, well organized with no gimmicks, but the technician was polite and efficient.  He was the most on-task person we have ever met.  We will call King Plumbing for all future plumbing needs and encourage others to do teh same.
