I've had a problem with a toilet they installed, with moisture around the base.  However I was unaware of it. I had issue with something else. I called another company experts on drains. That outfit wanted me to spend 3000 for a problem that did not exist.  I called Justin back for a second opinion.
He corrected the moisture issue with the toilet.
It was a great relief. Diamondback is an honest outfit. I'll call them anytime I have a plumbing issue.

I contacted Hansen Family Plumbing yesterday and was able to get the service I needed today.  Dishawn replaced an outdoor spigot that was corroded / leaking (literally installed since 1972)  and fix a toilet - the reason why the visit was urgent!  He and his team member arrived a few minutes early and were very polite. He did an awesome job with explaining the issues that I might have with the hose (corroded to the spigot). They finished it, cleaned up and left in about 30 minutes.  All for a reasonable price!  Awesome job - Hansen Family will be my go-to plumber going forward!

Great service, reasonable prices and they don't charge for estimates if they can't get it done immediately. Very impressed with the professionalism.

My water heater decided to crash on Christmas Day with 5 holiday guests and 10 coming for dinner. Larry seemed to show up instantly to ensure we could all take showers before the other guests arrived. He removed and replaced the water heater quickly but after a couple of hours we still had no hot water. He came back to the house at 3pm to asses the problem and ended up having to fix my electrical box which was clearly not in his job description. His family had to enjoy their Christmas plans without him. He was kind and never once complained about missing the festivities. Larry, you are amazing!!!

Had a very small leak on the hot water heater. The repairman thought replacing the gaskets at the heater elements would fix the issues, at least for now.  They quoted a high price to install new elements and re-gasket , over $700 but it was still much better than a new hot water heater. Unfortunately after installing the elements and gaskets, the leak continued and we were then forced to put in a new hot water heater. Bumble Bee reduced the repair price in half to $350 which on one hand seemed pretty fair but on the other was not as the elements and work was misdiagnosed in the first place.

I will never call another plumbing company other than Lawson!

Outstanding and professional service. 2nd time I've used them. Their employees and repair people are all courteous and professional, from the person who answers the phone to the follow up calls.

They are substantially less expensive than other plumbing companies. They showed up on time, charged me exactly what they said they would on the phone, and the repairman actually did more work than the original estimate.

I recently had them install a water heater I purchased from them. On top of the fact it's a much higher quality heater than those sold in box stores, and that it cost the same, Lawson provides a 6 year warranty with 2 years in - home service - perhaps 3. The manufacturer only provides a 2 year warranty, and 1 year in-home service.

Don't call anyone else! These people want to make sure their customers are happy and keep coming back. They've got a permanent customer in me and, no, I was not paid to review them!

My toilets and showers were backed up on a Sunday evening and Soro came out first thing the next morning and fixed everything. I had a company come out and misdiagnose the issue before Soro and Elite Rooter were able to solve the issues. Not only did he save me time, but he also saved me a lot of money. Trustworthy and knowledgeable.

Dave within a couple days and was able to rebuild our custom copper fixture that needed replaced to do a slow leak! Really nice and accommodating as well!

Michael has done 2 repairs for us now and is always early to the appointment and most of all professional and very clean.   Excellent service!

I hired Brian to come replace an under-counter sink the kitchen after several other plumbers declined to do the work or gave me a ludicrous estimate. Brian showed up and talked me through all of the different options. Once we decided on a path he was extremely helpful not only arranging his schedule to align with mine but also went to the hardware store with me to select a sink and other parts.

I must stress that this job was highly nonstandard and extremely difficult. It involved carpentry, plumbing and craftsmanship. Brian worked all day, approximately 12 hours so I wouldn't have to go without a kitchen sink for more than just one day. The end result was outstanding. He found a way to remove my 20 year old sink and install a modern beautiful single basin stainless sink in its place. I could not be more thrilled or more impressed with Brian's professionalism, skill and just being a generally great guy. He left the worksite extremely clean and followed up to ensure all went well.

I highly recommend Brian and Sound Plumbing. I wouldn't hesitate for second to hire them again.

Once 100% Plumbing earned my business, they showed me that their top priority was to keep my business going forward.  Mont and Eddie went above and beyond to ensure that I was completely satisfied with the purchase and installation of a new toilet.  Eddie performed the work neatly and efficiently, and the appointment scheduling was super-convenient too as they even let you know by text message when the service tech is en route.  That level of care certainly will have them keeping me as a customer for all of my future plumbing needs.

I was looking for some serious help because my water bill was so high and I had no idea why. The irrigation was leaking in the valves and I had called them to come out and help me do a walk through to figure out everything that was wrong. Michael was the one that came out and man how mannered and professional he was . He walked through everything and even found the smallest leaks that could save me the most money. Not only did he do an amazing job at replacing the system but he even showed me what to do if a simple sprinkler pops out. If you call this company I would ask for Michael . Thank you Allegiance water company . You guys are very lucky to have Michael.

I had them come clean a drain 1 month ago, it clogged, no warranty on service. they sold me on getting a camera to look at drain line and recommended a 1200 dollar power wash. Tody my regular plumber came out and we saw they missed a clump of root right near the clean out.  This company is a scam. My plumber of 16 years says the power wash is a scam. Beware

They fixed a leak from our toilet this week, and they were quick with a response and and we're able to get it fixed within the same day I called. They are next going to replace my water heater and then hopefully replace my water softener so I will continue to use their services for anything that my house may need.

I had a GREAT experience with this company.  I called them this morning about a leaky sink.   They said someone would be out between 1-4.   Dishaun was here at 1:15....  he was well-mannered and efficient and a delight to work with.   I would highly recommend Lawson Family Plumbing and Dishaun.

Contacted Option One with some issues I was having with my toilets. They sent me Fernando, and I must say, the service was A-1!! He was very thorough with his service and took care of the issue with great ease. Would definitely recommend them again and would definitely request Fernando as well!!

I usually don't write reviews on Yelp, but I was so unhappy with the customer service. We were told that someone would come between 11am-1pm to fix our AC unit. My sister had to go to work at 12, so I stayed home to wait for someone over. Then at 9:26, I get a call saying that they were running late and that they were going to come around noon. Then at 2, she calls and says that he was running late and that he was going to get food before coming over. He doesn't get here until 3:13. I have to leave the house by 3:30 to get to work. This whole time I'm waiting in a 93 degree house. I then called my sister who spoke to someone over the phone about the situation because I had to leave in 15 minutes. The woman whom we both spoke on the phone with was completely rude to the both of us. We both felt that she gave us attitude when we did nothing wrong; it was their fault. She told us that we weren't the only ones with a broken AC and they were trying to get to everyone. I do not understand how someone can be so late to an appointment; their company specializes in this type of work. If they knew the technician coming to our house was running late, they should have sent someone else within the time frame they have given us. I then I had to leave for work and the technician said that he could work on the AC unit without me their and I could lock up the house and leave. I did not want to risk coming home after work to a hot house, so my sister had to leave work and come home and make sure everything was fixed okay.

The technician fixed our AC unit and now it works fine. But the customer service was completely awful. Since we rent the home we live in, our landlord was the one who called the company and set everything up. If something were to go wrong with our house again, I would ask our landlord to use different company. I do not want to deal with this again.

I had a toilet leakage in my rental property. The staff was very responsive, and the fix has been done quick with a reasonable price.
