I guess I sound like a broken record because every experience I've had with Pink Plumbing has been great. I needed an under-the-sink R/O system installed and also needed some work on a valve feeding the washing machine. I called Pink, and Lou came out the next day, took a look at what I needed to be done, and gave me a good quote for the work before he started. Work was done quickly and VERY efficiently and at the quoted price. I can't recommend Pink Plumbing enough.

Very happy with the service provided by the technician Scott. It was after normal business hours. The service he provided was fast, reasonably priced, efficient and he cleaned up after himself. Highly recommend.

Have used EH Plumbing twice for two different toilets. Both times the service was prompt, professional and the rates were very reasonable. I will definitely use them again and recommend them highly.

Chris owns the company and is the type of guy that will crawl into any hole to fix a pipe or problem. He's from Illinois originally and is very kind. I tended to ask him a lot of questions as he isn't an over talker which I appreciate.

Had a mainline sewer replaced by him. He quoted me three days, but he had it done in two. It was a large job altogether. Chris has the proper cameras and tools for medium to larger jobs.

Overall, my wife and I were satisfied. He always answers his phone or texts, even late at night. He is a rare find.

You can tell a lot about a company by the way their employees conduct themselves. Here's a tip, if you're going to drive a fully branded vehicle to market your company tone down the road rage. Nothing says find a different company to do business with than having an employee of that company give you the double bird on the road. My apologies if you're having a bad day but how is it my fault you swerved into my lane? I hope you have a merry Christmas but I can honesty say I would never hire you to do a job based on how your people behave.

Extremely committed to doing great work and making sure the customer is satisfied.  You cannot find better in the business, 10/10.  I will recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work.

I probably had the most thorough annual AC inspection, tune-up and cleaning today than I have ever had.
Karl arrived on time per scheduled appointment  and did a complete inside and outside exam of both my Trane AC units.  He answered all questions that I had and addressed all of my concerns.
Upon finishing, he showed me pictures of every piece of equipment with recommendations if needed for any follow up.
He was pleasant, professional, attentive and highly thorough in his assessment.

Dave came out to the house within 10-15 minutes after I called him on Saturday after seeing water in my garage. He quickly figured out it was a drain pipe in my upstairs bathroom. He had to come back another day for fix it after flood company dried everything and removed vanity. Everything was fixed and his prices were more than reasonable. Also, great communication

Michael was very quick to answer my phone message.  He was booked solid but scheduled a day to come and fix my problem.  Unfortunately I had to get it done sooner.  HOWEVER, because of his professionalism and kindness I recommend him, and would definitely hire him in the future.  I wish all contractors were as responsive as he is. I am giving him 5 stars based on his responsiveness and professionalism.

I hired Brian to come replace an under-counter sink the kitchen after several other plumbers declined to do the work or gave me a ludicrous estimate. Brian showed up and talked me through all of the different options. Once we decided on a path he was extremely helpful not only arranging his schedule to align with mine but also went to the hardware store with me to select a sink and other parts.

I must stress that this job was highly nonstandard and extremely difficult. It involved carpentry, plumbing and craftsmanship. Brian worked all day, approximately 12 hours so I wouldn't have to go without a kitchen sink for more than just one day. The end result was outstanding. He found a way to remove my 20 year old sink and install a modern beautiful single basin stainless sink in its place. I could not be more thrilled or more impressed with Brian's professionalism, skill and just being a generally great guy. He left the worksite extremely clean and followed up to ensure all went well.

I highly recommend Brian and Sound Plumbing. I wouldn't hesitate for second to hire them again.

A truly great experience. We had a gas leak in our outdoor BBQ and Firepit/Firepots. We asked for recommendations and several neighbors suggested 100%. This company is LEGIT!!! My drain clogged Christmas morning and I called another company. The guy was sweet enough to come out Christmas Day, but that was a disaster. He was going to charge me $300 (fine, it's Christmas I get it) but all I got was broken roof tiles, destroyed Christmas lights and a drain that wasn't unclogged. Which meant no Christmas dinner for my family. Sad face. This morning I called Rooter Ranger and Dan called me back within 5 minutes. He was here an hour later. And it's a Boxing Day miracle, my drain was unclogged 20 minutes later!! And the price was wayyyyyyyy better than the other guy. Dan, you are my holiday hero. Excellent work, very polite, cleaned up his mess and didn't try to up sell me in any way. This is my new go to plumbing company!! Thank you!!

Near me plumbing and drain replaced (Two) Moen Magnetix Shower heads in our new home.  Jordon also installed a salt free water softener system. He not only built an inside loop in the garage wall but he went over and beyond. I got an inside salt free water spigot-faucet, a shutoff water valve behind tanks (Great for washing your car) and a beautiful sleeve for my tanks Inside my garage. I still have my outside spigot and water shutoff vale on the outside. I would recommend Jordan to anyone, he was professional, polite, helpful, did excellent work in a timely manner, and left the place clean. Most important the Water Taste Great!!!

I am a handy woman and manage 60 apartments. Robert has been a life save on every occasion I have called him. Unfortunately, these are older apartments so I see Robert more then I'd like but, when I do have to make that call I know my problem will be fixed correctly and at the best price! Just called to schedule an appointment for service on our home air conditioning unit. The gal that answered the phone told my husband that they weren't accepting any new customers. What's with that?! Must be like a doctor's office.
Anyway, if you haven't used them in the past don't bother taking the time to call them.

Randy and Marc showed up on time and were friendly, helpful, and very professional. They found simple solutions that 2 other plumbers hadn't found and wanted to charge us a ton of money to fix. One was the recirculating pump, which wasn't working. These guys figured that it wasn't plugged in! (It still needed work, but....) We also had no cold water in the master shower. A previous plumber told us it was a cartridge that was hard to get to, and would cost $1000. Randy handed me a rubber piece and said someone put this rubber piece on backyards and it blocked your cold water intake. I'm 63 years old. This was the best plumbing experience I've ever had!
