I discovered my garbage disposal was broken around 8am so I called Pink Plumbing.  They came, fixed it and my disposal was working again by 10:00am - within 2 hours!  
Mike and Daniel were knowledgeable, efficient and even took time for explanations and pointers.   Highly recommend Pink Plumbing!

We used DiamondBack two years ago and were extremely pleased, so when we had another backup of our system we reached out to DiamondBack to do another jet cleaning.  They sent Chris and he was running late, he spent half hour, while my husband was home.  By the time I got home 2 hours later we had backup again.  I called the next day and they tried to send him again, but his truck broke down, so they sent Dane.  He was wonderful but did not have the jet system.  8 days later the back up was back.  They sent Chris again all at no charge except this time we wanted it camera, we paid for the camera.  Chris only did the main pipe that went north and south, but not the pipe that went east and west.  DiamondBack was very responsive, Dane was great, but I would ask for someone other than Chris to do your service.

I have used Erik from EH Plumbing as my go to guy for over 5 years. He's who I call for my personal residence and for my rental property.
They are knowledgeable, professional, and honest. If anyone ever asks me about a plumber- I always say - I've got a guy!!  I never hesitate to give out Erik's info -

We had a leaky shower mainly from the overflow area but had to figure it out with Terry, Lawson's plumber. Terry worked as quick as he could and fixed the issue as well as other issues he found. He even had a flat tire (picked up a nail prior to my job site) and remained calm throughout the entire shower repair and issue with the truck. Thank you for coming out and sending Terry.

With a plugged toilet is was great to have a plumber respond on the weekend. He arrived on time and finished the job in minutes.

I would definitely recommend this company. Jesus was awesome! He explained everything including options and fixed the problem. He went above and beyond and I felt comfortable with him in my home.

Update: Wow! What can I say? This company goes over and beyond to make the customer experience as pleasurable as possible.  Soon after posting my 4-star review, Jason reached out and apologized for not having offered a partial credit from the first repair towards the second (the unit replacement).  He has since issued a partial credit back to my card. I didn't expect that whatsoever, but that said (given this level of customer service and company integrity) I will definitely be reaching out to LFP in the event I have any future plumbing needs (which I sincerely hope I don't).  : )  In any case, I'll also make sure to recommend them to anyone I know that has plumbing needs.  Thank you LFP!

My family and I moved into our home in mid-2017.  The water heater was newly installed upon purchase by the prior owner; however in October/November of last year a problem surfaced where the W/H began tripping our breaker, suddenly leaving us without hot water.  I knew I'd soon have to look into the root cause to have it resolved, as resetting the breaker only worked to keep the water hot for a week or two before tripping it again.  On December 14th (based on all the positive yelp reviews) I decided to give Lawson Family Plumbing (LFP) a call.  Justin came out and diagnosed the problem as a faulty bottom element, we opted to replace the part.  Justin was very professional and knowledgeable and did a great job making the repair.  

Fast forward to the morning of January 28th and I as I step into our garage, I'm welcomed to the smell of something burning - smoke was coming from the bottom element which had just been replaced 45 days prior.  I quickly shut the power off to the W/H and called LFP.  Within a few hours they sent out a tech (Joe) to take a look.  He wasn't definitive, however in his opinion he was pretty positive the bottom thermostat was causing the element to overheat - upon removing the bottom plate where the thermostat and element are housed, the plastic cover (which lays against the thermostat and element) was burnt up/melted and the surrounding insulation charred. Replacing the element would have been covered as it was still within the warranty period, however the labor was outside the 30-day coverage and I'd now have to replace the thermostat and pay the labor for that as well.  At this point, I inquired about the cost of replacing the unit altogether - since this repair in addition to the first from mid-December was pushing the cost of a full unit replacement.  Although the unit was fairly new (Feb. 2017), I didn't want to take any more chances as it was already proving to be a money pit.  The replacement was a smooth process and overall I'm satisfied with the workmanship and professionalism of LFP.  If I could have only known that the first repair was going to be all for naught, I wish I would have replaced the unit at that point. Oh well... it is what it is - my family and I have hot water now (and nothing burning up in our garage), so that's good.  Thank you LFP.

Just had service done for toilet supply line. I scoured the internet as I am new to the area. And ProSkill kept coming up. I looked at many, but hard to find anything negative about this one. I see why! Was easy to make appointment, they came prepared with everything (even Covid precautions), my service tech knew his s*#+! Did the job quickly and precisely! Pricing was right on track (bounced it off a plumber friend what I should expect) - they were spot on! Gave some recommendations without being pushy, did a test for me on our water softener and water, stated the facts and such. No pressure to sign up today. Was really happy to see they also to HVAC & such too! I like having one place!! I am a loyal customer to companies who do it right. I have no need to shop around from now on! I have an amazing plumber in our primary home and now an amazing one at our new hideaway. The service tech was awesome! I hope he is the one who shows up every time! I'm sure they are all good, but sometimes you just get comfortable. He was professional, friendly and informative! From a career of customer service oriented business, this company sets a bar to follow! Even during these crazy times!!! Our house is in a small enclave of homes, in a community surrounded by many giant homes, their trucks seem to be the most I see. If those folks trust them... I should too... Yes, that fits!

Good job Stephen and Jr. They unclogged my backed up bathroom sink drain. They continued different methods until we had success. I appreciate their customer service and honoring the quoted price of $77.  Along with a 30 day guarantee,  this was a good deal. I will use this company for future needs.

I needed two faucets replaced. Dave was good in communicating price, appointment time, etc. He arrived on time, did a great job. Price was reasonable.

They helped with our basement reno. Have been amazing and did everything so well. We really appreciated the work they did and how timely they were.

Serivice guy was very good and polite explaining everything very good wife was sleeping at 8 so he came back at 10  no extra charge very pleased with service

100% Plumbing has been a life saver!!!

Where do I even begin?! I've gone through 4 plumbers in the past 8 months and all were quick to take my money, but failed to do the job right or correct their mistakes.  

Thankfully I was referred to 100% Plumbing And moving forward I will only use 100% plumbing.   Soro the plumber was a rockstar! I will refer him to all my friends, family, and even strangers.  Soro and Jose did not miss a beat doing the job..  They showed up on time each day putting in all new plumbing inside and outside of my old home.  These guys are some of the hardest working men I've met.  A job that usually takes a week or more was done in 4 days and done right!!! Soro even answered my calls, text, and communicated with my home warranty company on his Birthday (Talk about amazing customer service).  Thank you guys for putting a stressed home owner at ease.  My family can now enjoy our home with our new plumbing because of you.

John did a fantastic job on a new irrigation system for my back yard.  It was a lot of work but he showed up on time and clearly explained everything. Highly recommend Allegiance.

They will take advantage of you and try to scam you by creating problems that do not exist. do not waste your time or money on this company. we contacted them to clear a clogged kitchen drain, after mgr came out, they insisted it was a major issue with mud & roots in our pipes and would cost $2500-2800 to jet the pipes. then stated it would cost $10k-15k when they start jackhammering into the bathroom floors. We only hired them because they offered a special to clear the drain for less than $50.. it ended up costing $270 by the time they left, and I still had a clogged drain. we called our normal plumber at Deer Valley Plumbing and they confirmed NO mud or roots in our pipes, it was simple grease clogged in the peatrap. but they stated, even if it was bad & needed a jet, it would only cost $800. definitely would not need any jackhammering into floors. the tech ANDRE and his manager totally took advantage of a woman home alone, offered several hugs, complimented all our hobbies, and played on my stressed emotions. they didn't even bother checking the peatrap or anything under the sink. they immediately went to mud & roots and even claimed to see them on the camera scope. LIARS and SCAMMERS!! I posted this review on their Facebook and they blocked my account within an hour. They are hiding bad reviews!! Do not use this shady company!!!!!

Jordan is a really good guy. Got me pointed in the right direction even thou we didn't end up working together.

We had a tub spout and the stem was damaged.  Larson came out and did a great job fixing the spout connection.  

Later not related to the spout that fixed, we experience a water leak.  We called them out to trouble shoot.  They did and they corrected a shower stem and installed a new one - $199.  They did a great job on the shower stem.  

They warned at the time that there could be additional issues and recommended accessing the back through the drywall in the adjacent bedroom - $300 more for a total of $499.  

My issue is the plumber appeared to be very impatient and rushed and didn't even bother to test out the first fix.  

Bottom line - I replaced the bathtub drain and installed a new cartridge - I tested and no more leaking.

I will not be calling Larson for any plumbing services ever again.  In my opinion their pricing is outrageous.

An Option One technician came out last week to look at my tankless hot water heater because it wasn't making hot water. When I called to make the appointment, I assumed that someone would actually look at the unit. The technician, I believe his name is Sammy (?), asked me a few questions about the age of the unit, the last time I had it serviced, and which error codes were coming up. After getting the answers to these questions, he informed me that I would need a new unit.
I would need an entirely new tankless water heater ($4,700+ according the him) because this one was all done. He told me that the inside of it was full of sediment and wouldn't function anymore....he never pulled out a screwdriver or anything - he never took the front cover off of the unit or looked inside!! I even asked him if he was going to look inside the water heater, but he said he didn't need to. He just knew it was done. He spent more time writing up estimates for new units and warranties than he did looking at my water heater.
After he left me with some options  for new water heaters, all about 25% more than others charge, I called another plumber (Service Plumbing Co.) who came over a few days later, spent about 20-30 minutes actually looking at the unit, cleaned one of the sensors, and got it working again. Hot water!

If service technicians aren't even going to take the time to service then what is the point of sending them out?
Option One should be option one hundred.
What a waste of time.

Just had a new HVAC system installed last week.  Bill, the sales person was nothing but professional.  The installation went very smoothly with both Dan and Jacob on time, detailed and clean.  I will see how the new system works over time, but so far would highly recommend!

Chino came out to my townhouse to diagnose a low pressure shower. Had the problem solved & fixed in 5 minutes. Was knowledgeable & nice. Definitely will call back for any future issues. Thanks
