Pink did a fast, tidy, and efficient job at replacing the combiner on my shower faucet. Parts were expensive labor was first rate. Would strongly recommend.

We had a leak in the front of our house and as a new homeowner I was very nervous. I called DiamondBack Plumbing first thing in the morning and the leak was fixed the same day. Barry did a great job. He was very professional, friendly, and fixed the leak right away. Happy customer!

Eric was on time and exceeded all my expectations. After he was able to fix my plumbing problem he thoroughly explained to me what the issue was and offered tips on prevention. Would definitely use for any other plumbing issues.

They were great! I had them go to a property to scope the plumbing for my clients; they were able to get us scheduled quickly, called me to give a verbal recommendation, were flexible on receiving payment as neither I nor the client was on site, and sent the video via email way quicker than we expected! Will definitely be using Lawson Family Plumbing in the future!

Chris responded very quickly to my inquiry  and was able to come out first thing in the morning the next day.

He made sure to explain to us what the issues he found were (clogged and eroded drain) and sent us a video so we could see the issues ourselves inside the drain.

Our house has old pipes so we will definitely have to do a major rehaul of some of our pipes in the future and we know who we will call when we need it done.

Highly recommend great service very professional. Second time I've called for service both times they were prompt, and handle the situation fairly quick.

The owner, Jeff, immediately contacted me after my initial review to see if he could investigate what happened and make it right. There seems to have been some miscommunication, possibly on both sides, since the technician stated he had called me back twice but I never received any message on the voicemail - or from a family member - so I gave benefit of the doubt. He offered to still do the work that they bid.

Their bid was the lowest, and the plumber was very nice and pleasant when he came out to inspect the job. We will be considering them again for future work when needed. I really appreciated the effort Jeff took to try to correct the situation and keep a customer.

ProSkill came out yesterday, just for routine maintenance on our AC/Heater.  I can't say enough good things about this company.  Technician, Gaquar Moore, was right on time, sent text to let us know he was on his way, his picture was included so we would know him when he arrived.  He was friendly and courteous.  Even slipped on booties over his shoes to keep our floors clean.

We had a collapsed sewer line, Elite Rooter was very responsive and had our sewer line replaced quickly.  Julio was great at communicating the process and keeping us updated.

I needed two faucets replaced. Dave was good in communicating price, appointment time, etc. He arrived on time, did a great job. Price was reasonable.

I just met with Garrod and I am incredibly happy with the service provided! I am pretty clueless when it comes to plumbing around the house. Our water softener was giving us an alert so I found this company on Yelp, wanting to make sure that it was not anything that I should be concerned about. The woman that answered the phone was very nice, and was able to get someone to come out the same afternoon for a free inspection. Garrod explained to me what the alert meant, and then went through several things I should keep an eye on around the house. He was not pushy at all- I did not feel at all like he was trying to sell me anything.
This is my first review on here and I felt the need to create an account just to give them a review. I am a true believer in the power of great customer service and would highly recommend them!

I've used Jordan four times now. Always on time and always finishes the job quickly. In my 30 years here in the valley I've run into some pretty shady plumbing companies that come out on time for the estimate and then when  you hire them, they don't show up on the days or even the times they promise. Then they try to up sale you on things that you don't need. I've never had this issue with Rooter Ranger. His guys are clean and courteous and professional and show up when they promise. In my humble opinion Jordan is by far one of the most honest humble men I've ever known. You hire him, and you're treated like one of the family.

Simply OUTSTANDING!! Nick just left.  My family expected the worst case scenario when we lost water pressure.  He was extremely knowledgeable and shared every step.  Eventually, he diagnosed what was a very, for him, simple fix. He checked the quality of my water and found lots of calcium build up.  He made sure there was none before leaving.  He did these for no charge.not many companies still care about this standard of service.  Lawson has my family's business forever. Matt arrived on time and was courteous. He listened to me when I said to start camera-ing the sewer pipe at the toilet where another plumber pulled tree/shrub roots from my toilet.  Matt removed the toilet and camera-ed the pipe starting at the toilet. It turns out the roots entered the toilet from a gap between the slab and toilet flange, which was visible in the camera monitor, and Matt pulled out a root that had ringed itself around the lip of the flange. He then replaced/reinstalled the toilet, complete with a new wax ring and caulking around the base of the toilet. Matt also cleaned everything up when he was done.  My task is to completely remove the offending tree and shrubs. I'm very grateful that It wasn't necessary to jack-hammer my post-tension foundation slab, and that my sewer pipes are intact. Additionally, Option One comes to Casa Grande, AZ. I have two AC units and have to get them checked annually to maintain a Trane manufacturer extended warranty.  I had been using a company called Bob Brown Service Experts, but I got tired of the no-call no-shows and poor customer service (See my 2-Star review of them on YELP as well.)  I decided to pick another company and selected Hays based upon the number of excellent reviews.

I called and scheduled an appointment.  A pleasant young woman took my info and said that I would be getting an email with picture of the tech the day of the service.  I never received the email, but did get a phone call about 45 minutes prior to arrival.  (4/8/16 Update: the email with technician picture was found in my junk mail.) Jerry was the tech.  I found him  to be pleasant and professional.  He took pride in his work and spoke highly of his company.  He went into the attic and checked the air handlers.  This took around 20 minutes per side.  Then he went outside and checked the ground units.  Freon and capacitors checked out to be fine.  Jerry had to use new screws to attach covers, as the previous screws were a little stripped.  Total time spent at my house was around 1.5-2 hours.  The cost $79 per unit.

Constructive criticism:  My previous company charged around $100-$120 to check both units and to me seemed to do a little more.  My previous company would blow out the condensate lines then pour water down the lines to ensure that they are open.  This company did not do that.  This company's website also says that a tune-up includes oiling the blower and outdoor fan motors.  I watched closely and did not see this done.  The site also says the indoor coils would be checked for buildup.  This also was not done.  I was never asked about my indoor filters or if I would like them to be changed.  The site says a 33 point inspection...I don't think so...maybe next time.  I should have asked up-front for what my $80 service per unit included.  I feel that the price is a little too high for what I received.  If I am going to spend that much, a company had better do what is says it will do.  It would also be nice to get a discount for a second unit as the tech is already on-site.  I asked the technician about a discount for a second unit, and he commented that the service fee was already discounted.  I knew the price going in so I did not make it an issue.

A second issue I had was the arrangement for payment.  The technician was required to manually punch in my credit card number into a tablet-type device, including my 3 digit security code.  In no way do I think Jerry would try to do anything illegal, such as stealing credit card information.  I have had other companies do service at my house and like it when the technician simply swipes my card, bills wirelessly, and never sees my full credit card number long enough to write it down.  Only the last four digits of my credit card appear on the receipt visible to the technician.  (4/8/16 Update:  I am watching my credit card statement, and still have not seen the transaction appear.  I do not like this.  The transaction supposedly took place a few days ago.  Why no record?  I'm feeling a little uncomfortable.4/8/16 Update:  I called to inquire and was informed that Jerry's machine/swiper was broken and that my credit card will be billed manually next week when Jerry comes into the office. Little awkward.  I guess I will be watching next week for the transaction.)

Over-all, I generously rated this company 4 out of 5 stars, as I saw definite room for improvement.  Based on the service and price, I guess I am a little hesitant about whether on not to use them next year for tune-ups.  My units were already in top-notch condition and needed no repairs.

I used this company for a plumbing issue with my kitchen sink. I actually found them here on Yelp and decided to give them a try. I was so happy with my service! I called in the morning, received a response within 30 minutes, and was able to get same day service within a few hours. Excellent service by a friendly and knowledgable worker! I would definitely use this company again and recommend to anyone who needs it. Being reasonably priced was a bonus :-)
