My husband and I deleted the initial review (below) and change our entire opinion of the company. Nick made us feel important and not just another number. He called the the minute the review posted (no exaggeration) and turned our initial experience completely around. They have proved customer satisfaction is there #1 PRIORITY.

Nick continually communicated with us throughout the entire process. Located the leak and rerouted the pipe within 2 days!!

Stephan was punctual and polite.  His work was very neat and clean!

We will definitely recommend and use them again in the future!!

Jason came by to inspect our leak and it's been 2 days with no response regarding a quote.  We called his number twice, left a message and the phone number provided on Yelp.  As first time home owners, my husband and I had high expectations and were looking forward to working with ASAP Plumbing, based on the reviews we read. However,  they have proved unreliable and unable to keep their word.

I have used Luker plumbing 3 or 4 times since we moved into our new house five years ago. original plumber was terrible. Luker Plumbing came in and fixed everything the first time, fixed it perfectly, showed up on time, and for a very reasonable price. He has replaced water heaters, fixed clogs, and rerouted hose bibs as needed. Great to work with, I only wish he was also an electrician!

Great to do business with Doug from Waterex Plumbing. Very professional. Prices are very reasonable too.. Took care of my garbage disposal installation in less than 30 minutes!! Exceptional Job done as promised. I highly recommend him if you ever need a plumbing service!

I had an ongoing water leak that I was unable to locate. I contacted My Maricopa Plumber and they came by almost immediately to assess the extent of my problem. They located the leak, provided me a great estimate on the spot, cleared their calendar and fit me in quickly, which saved me a lot of money. They were on time, very efficient and completed extensive work in quickly!  They left my yard in good order. Thank you so much to the entire team at My Maricopa Plumber!

I had a great experience all around, Doug was easy to get a hold of, scheduled an estimate and then scheduled repair within the week due to my scheduling needs, was flexible in scheduling and on time. Got everything done so fast and all the repairs look great! Reasonable pricing. Will be using Doug again moving forward.  So nice to work with contractors with integrity.

I reached out to this vendor about a clogged disposal, and they answered on a weekend - within 30 minutes I had an appointment setup for Monday. The tech arrived on time, was very nice, and seemed to be very knowledgeable. Because he couldn't find an issue, he gave me an option to have the drain cleaned for a very reasonable price or I could call him back out if I continued to have problems - no charge for the trip. I thought this was so great! I'll be using them in the future for any drain or plumbing needs I have!

I contacted Plumbing 2.0 through the local Home Depot service desk, where they were listed as a certified plumbing company for homeowners searching for professional services.

I had two bathroom sinks that were not draining, and a previous plumber was unable to fix the problem. Chad arrived on time, assessed the situation and cleared the line so the sinks would drain. He was on time, professional and courteous ... and he cleaned up the work area quite well. I'd definitely recommend Plumbing 2.0 to anyone looking for a reliable plumber at a fair price.

Great service. VERY knowledgeable (especially for outdoor plumbing issues in the PHX area). Would recommend.

Jim came on a timely basis and did the work we needed.  We thought the charge for services was a little high but really can't be sure since we haven't had plumbing work done in some time.

This company was just superb. The service from the moment the plumber arrived to fix our plumbing issues to leaving, we have better indoor plumbing now.

They earned my business for good with this. Did I mention that I called on a Saturday morning and got service within a couple hours.

Repipe specialists are a good value. The cost was half of what I was quoted from two other plumbing companies. It's a definitely a relief to know we can no longer have un-findable slab leaks!

There were a couple issues that caused me to provide a 3-star review. First, the house was a mess afterwards. There was drywall dust everywhere. I spent 6 hours the following weekend deep cleaning everything (and I am not a neat freak). Second, some recessed lighting will not go back in place. We called the company after we noticed it the first time and they sent someone out promptly to fix it, which was great. However, he did a shoddy job putting them back in place. A few days after he left they're hanging out of the ceiling again. I didn't bother asking them to come back again since I figure the same thing will happen.

Overall, a great value for the money but they could benefit from some job refinement. I've attached some pictures of the recessed lighting. I'll have a handyman come take care of it at some point in the future.

This company is not timely and over priced.

The first time they came out they were extremely late without letting me know they were running behind. I had to constantly follow up with them. They did good work once they actually completed the job but may have been over priced for what was done.

The second time they came out they weren't on time either despite me letting them know I would be making my work schedule around the time they gave me. However, they again did good work but probably over charged me as well. Again, very tardy.

The third time I decided to deal with them was my last. They originally didn't get back to my request of needing work done. So, I had to follow up with them? Then they came out and didn't have the tools needed on the day of the initial appointment. They then made me wait another two weeks to reschedule due to the holidays, and then didn't show up despite telling me all day they were on the way. When I got in touch with them, they had me confused with another customer who in turn they were deciding not to do the work for (they fired the customer lol- not me, he had the wrong person, but ironically they were turning away the other person they thought I was after he paid them a large deposit). Then I was told I was on the schedule for the following week despite the fact I stayed home from work that day so they could be there. Zero remorse. Never one apology or rush to get out to me.

Ultimately the work was good but there is a lot of run around and lack of communication. Also, I got the work done for 1/4 of the price from a contractor I found on thumbtack. Same work. Beware, the pricing is high and they don't honor the time block that they give you.

I received quotes from 5 other companies and Phillips came in at the best price (other companies wanted 4x as much). He showed up on time, did a quality job, and answered all my questions. I'll absolutely be coming back to him for future projects and recommending him to anyone else.

George was extremely helpful in trouble shooting on a problem that I was having. He was quick in getting the job completed and I have never had a plumber be as neat and clean on the job. He is fabulous. As I am new to the area, he also gave me referrals on other craftsman in the area. I HIGHLY recommend him. 5 stars for Blues Plumbing!  Excellent job.

Ray, Dennis and the crew have been helping my clients and I work through all kinds of challenges, beginning with the 1st project way back in 2004.   And several of these buildings we've resurrected over the years have had plenty of challenges, lol.

No bs, dependable, straight-shooting, honest work.  Keeps me coming back.

They are very responsive and do great work. Hired them to fix my water heater, definitely will go back to them in the future!
