I attempted to repair a leaky garden hose faucet (there is a name for it but it shows my knowledge).  So after working on it from 1 in the afternoon,  200.00 dollars and 4 trips to Home Depot I decided to call it quits at 11 pm.  I yelped Emergency plumbers and Found Robins Plumbing and Thank God that I did.  Steve answered and was very helpful and got to my house quickly (mind you I live in far West Glendale and he was coming from Gilbert at 11 pm on a Saturday night). He also gave me some pointers as he fixed the issue; even though my plumbing days are behind me cause I am definitely calling Steve again when i have a plumbing.

Easy to set up an appointment and they answered the phone super fast on a weekend when I had questions. The plumber that came out was professional, polite and efficient. Two issues that had been causing me stress were solved for what I think was an very fair price, I should have called these guys weeks ago.

I developed water leaking in multiple sinks, toilets and tub/showers due to extremely high water pressure in my home.  Because of the scope of this problem, I didn't want to trust this repair to a  general handyman, so I asked my friends and family if they knew a good plumber.  Brian Shaffer of Shaffer Plumbing was recommended highly, so I gave him a call.

It was after 5pm, so I expected to get voice mail, but Brian answered the phone.  I explained my problem, and he said he could come right then to take a look, then do the repair the next day.  He was at my house within 30 minutes, tested the pressure, took notes on parts/supplies he'd need, and said he would call me back with a quote, which he did.  While he was there, I asked him if he wanted to take a look at the other fixtures in the home, to see what he'd need to fix them.  He then surprised me and said, Let's fix the water pressure first.  I think that will fix all your other problems. What?!  How honest is that!  He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need, and he was right... once the pressure was fixed, the leaking in the other places stopped!

I would HIGHLY recommend anyone with a plumbing problem to use Shaffer Plumbing... he will fix it quickly, correctly, and fairly! Tell him you saw the review on Yelp, and that Cindy sent you!

P.S... one of the people who told me about this company had them put in a water softening system in their home.  Again, professional service, job done right, and great price!

We had several issues related to a house recently purchased.  The problems were all fixed and in some cases we were advised to wait until we remodel the bathrooms in order to save money. The technician was very knowledgeable.  The technician was on time and very efficient.  I am really glad we used this company.  It came highly recommended.

Nick was on time and professional. He fixed a leaky kitchen and bathroom faucet. He seated a seal to stop a running toilet and placed a pressure relief valve outside outside of the house to regulate water pressure coming to prevent further faulty faucets. Melanie was very responsive and courteous. The price was reasonable and Nick was kind enough to show me what he was doing as he was working. Highly recommended. Just good and honest people. Mountain Park Plumbing is awesome.  Richard helped me when I was getting ready to purchase a property.  There were some plumbing concerns noted by the property inspector.   Richard looked at the pictures from the inspection and told us what needed to be done, what was cosmetic and optional and gave us a price.  His guys were on time, which is great when you are trying to co-ordinate different people coming to a new house.  They replaced valves and piping, cleaned up the area under the kitchen sink and made it look better than we found it.  They even disposed of the old water softener that was left in the garage that had been previously disconnected.

Scott and Wyatt replaced several valves and repaired a leaky faucet handle for my parents' new home. Scott's communication and customer service skills are exceptional. He was running quite early (but I wasn't able to), so he moved some work around in order to arrive at the exact time we'd previously agreed on. The team is very professional, including wearing booties to protect the home's flooring. EZ Flow is up to date technologically, sending texts and e-mails when they are en route (and e-mailed invoices), in addition to personally calling the customer.

EZ Flow's pricing is about 20% higher than a competitor who is also well reviewed on Yelp, but Scott came across as more knowledgeable in his diagnoses and was easier to communicate with than the competitor. And, Scott and Wyatt were able to complete the repairs during the same visit as their price quote, unlike the competitor who needed to come back a few days later.

Don arrived within the 4 hour window promised. He called ahead 30 minutes as requested. His quote was exactly as promised and his work was EXCELLENT !!

A very nice guy came out to give us a quote on replacing an electric water heater but admitted that he's not installed a residential heater only commercial. I already had 2 quotes from other companies who gave me a written invoice noting certain things would need to be replaced. Those items identified were not identified by this gentleman and I did not feel that confident in hiring him. He advised she was license but not bonded. But the company was extremely receptive in coming out timely so I must give them kudos for that

Mark did an amazing job on the installation of my garbage disposal.  Also reasonably priced.  Will definitely call him for my Plumbing needs.  Recommended.

Kevin is a lifesaver!  He is super smart, strong work ethic, and reasonably priced. We have a few rentals over in the Scottsdale area and when our tenants have an issue- we have them call Kevin (he goes to the rescue!). Kevin is always quick to reply and he cares about our tenants and units as though it's his own home. I mean, come on- who does that anymore!

I am so glad we found him on yelp and I highly recommend his services!

Best customer service ever! They called 15 minutes prior to arrival so I had time to put my pups up. The technician was here on time and very polite and friendly. The work was done quickly and professionally. We couldn't be happier and will use Stellar again in the future!

OneGuard Warranty sent pruitts for a leaking refrigerator. The problem was the plastic tube that is connected to the ice maker had sprung a leak. John cut off the portion that had burst and reconnected the same brittle plastic hose with a metal clamp. A few weeks later the hose burst again, causing many thousands of dollars in damages. Another plumber reviewed the hose and said it should have been replaced. When we spoke with John to ask him why he didn't just replace the 25 cent hose, he claimed I was sent to fix a leak and I did.
If I could give negative stars, I would.
