Having found a water leak seeping water under my floorboards, I called Robins plumbing and spoke with Stephanie. She was very knowledgeable, kind and helpful and sent Damon out that day. Extremely quick response for which I am very grateful. Damon gave me several options to repair the leak. Long story short, they referred me to National First Response to tear out the drywall and pull up the damaged flooring and they came out the next day. The leak was found immediately and I was informed that the repair was much less serious than was originally thought to be. They were honest with me and I was saved the cost of a pipe reroute. Because of their honesty, I contracted Damon to do several plumbing jobs that I had been putting off. Damon was honest, informative and professional on every level and Robins Plumbing will be my go to plumbers from now on.

Needed cheap, deteriorating,  builder grade internal toilet bowl  components replaced.  After researching numerous plumbing companies on line, I decided to have Trident come out and replace ALL internal components in a toilet.  They were extremely responsive, professional, communicative, and the customer service was excellent.  Best plumbing experience I have ever had.  Great company, will use again.

I was struggling with my pool this spring, could not get the green yuck out, no matter what I did. Thankfully E&J was able to come out and take a look, within a day the green was nearly gone, within a week my pool was sparkling again. The service is great, very affordable and knowledgeable. I developed water leaking in multiple sinks, toilets and tub/showers due to extremely high water pressure in my home.  Because of the scope of this problem, I didn't want to trust this repair to a  general handyman, so I asked my friends and family if they knew a good plumber.  Brian Shaffer of Shaffer Plumbing was recommended highly, so I gave him a call.

It was after 5pm, so I expected to get voice mail, but Brian answered the phone.  I explained my problem, and he said he could come right then to take a look, then do the repair the next day.  He was at my house within 30 minutes, tested the pressure, took notes on parts/supplies he'd need, and said he would call me back with a quote, which he did.  While he was there, I asked him if he wanted to take a look at the other fixtures in the home, to see what he'd need to fix them.  He then surprised me and said, Let's fix the water pressure first.  I think that will fix all your other problems. What?!  How honest is that!  He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need, and he was right... once the pressure was fixed, the leaking in the other places stopped!

I would HIGHLY recommend anyone with a plumbing problem to use Shaffer Plumbing... he will fix it quickly, correctly, and fairly! Tell him you saw the review on Yelp, and that Cindy sent you!

P.S... one of the people who told me about this company had them put in a water softening system in their home.  Again, professional service, job done right, and great price!

I found Kevin through a friend at work. He knows his stuff and he is HONEST! He gets there faster than the speed of sound, explains everything, and he is HONEST!

We had several issues related to a house recently purchased.  The problems were all fixed and in some cases we were advised to wait until we remodel the bathrooms in order to save money. The technician was very knowledgeable.  The technician was on time and very efficient.  I am really glad we used this company.  It came highly recommended.

Matt came out same day to give me a quote, which was WAY more reasonable than any others.  He was on site 2 days later to do the work. He and crew were done before noon. Highly recommend!!!

I had EZ Flow Plumbing out to my house to fix some known issues on my house that I was selling. Greg was the individual that came out and listen to what I wanted fixed and asked if I had the fix list by the inspector. I did not have this list yet but wanted to be proactive. Greg then explained that there were other things that he saw that would be flagged and needed to be fixed. I appreciated that help and not having the need to schedule another appointment to fix other items.

Greg then wrote an invoice for what I called to be fixed and what he recommended and the needed fixes. The price difference was negligible, so I decided to do most of the other things on the list. Greg never pressured me to anything that I did not need to do.

Once we settled on what needed to be done, Greg got to work. He systematically went through the house fixing all the needed items including a bathtub that we thought was going to be difficult to find parts for, but thankfully it was an easy fix. Greg also listened to my questions and showed the parts that I had questions on.

While it is never a nice thing to have to call a plumber, I would not hesitate to call EZ Flow Plumbing.

Our home warranty company recommended Water Heaters Only when our water heater broke.  They were on time and professional.  Upon determining that we needed a new water heater they got approval from our warranty company and began work right away.  We had a new heater and hot water within hours of his arrival and it looks great.  We are very pleased with the experience.

Gold star review alert!!! As you may/may not know, it's an honor to be a Yelp Elite reviewer. I get to help others, looking for services or restaurants or experiences, find a good one through my experiences. It's such a thrill (and relief) to find the perfect business.
I will admit that my eye tends to drift toward those businesses that have been around a long time and have lots of reviews. That's great and they've earned it. This time I added one that does not have a lot of reviews. Most of these businesses, are usually new, such as in this case.
We noticed a leak was coming out of the front lawn onto the driveway. While it looked small, it turned out to be a 1/4 gallon per minute leak (confirmed by Epcor). So, onto Yelp to find a plumber. I chose about 5. While many contacted us pretty quickly, others did not. Our first plumber came out and immediately quoted a replacement of the entire water main from meter to house. This would involve: busting up driveway, lots of backhoe work and then, new driveway section. How much? About $9000. Ouch.
Taylor came out afterwards and immediately offered a suggestion. For a nominal price, he could dig down to actually see the problem and offer a resolution. Brilliant!
We have the go ahead and he and his helper, found the leak. A small break in the pvc. He fixed it and it costs a fraction of what someone quoted without knowing what the problem was. Taylor is an honest, hardworking guy with an awesome assistant. It's hard enough to find competent plumbers out there. Even harder to find hardworking and honest ones.
I'm going overboard on this review because this was the difference between a huge quote, problem unseen, to something that requires some work to see the problem, diagnose and then fix it.
Give this guy a chance and you will also sing praises for his work. I found our plumber for life!!!

Mark did an excellent job replacing our 40 gallon  water heater. He came on time and completed the job in no time. Mark is very pleasant and I highly recommend his company

Kevin is a lifesaver!  He is super smart, strong work ethic, and reasonably priced. We have a few rentals over in the Scottsdale area and when our tenants have an issue- we have them call Kevin (he goes to the rescue!). Kevin is always quick to reply and he cares about our tenants and units as though it's his own home. I mean, come on- who does that anymore!

I am so glad we found him on yelp and I highly recommend his services!

I called Joe about my water heater leaking.  He promptly got back to me, asked excellent questions and after looking over images I sent, was able to quote me a price range, and timeline over the phone.  He communicated well, and showed up on time and the team was professional.  They did an excellent job and will absolutely utilize them moving forward

Paul is simply the best. He could of installed a new water heater but instead, he figured out that the old one was not broken- and told me! I have rentals and sell real estate, Paul gets the plumbing referral!

If no stars was an option I would select it.
Pruitt's has been working on the repair of my water heater for over 2 1/2  months.  They have visited the property over 12 times.
It is incomprehensible that it takes this long to diagnose and address a problem with a water heater.
Shame on you Pruitt's!
