We needed a plumber to make a repair that showed up on a home inspection during the sale of our home. We called Robbins Plumbing and they sent out a knowledgeable gentleman that took care of our repair. He was quick and thorough. A couple days afterward we received a hand written thank you note. Thank you Robbins Plumbing!

Easy to set up an appointment and they answered the phone super fast on a weekend when I had questions. The plumber that came out was professional, polite and efficient. Two issues that had been causing me stress were solved for what I think was an very fair price, I should have called these guys weeks ago.

These guys are great we thought we were going to have to replace the pump came out and took a look at our pump did some service on it and got it running.  I recommend them great service.

We called KW Plumbing and got a recording.  The recording said the office was closed for one week in July and that no plumbing services were available then.  Never mind that we are almost done with the month of August!  We were not impressed.

Very prompt service at a fair price.  Rare to find a plumber that can respond so quickly.  They quickly identified the issue and got it fixed.

The hot water at my house would run out and go cold in about 3 minutes, which definitely made showers go faster, however cold showers in February are not high on my to do list.

Alas I reach out to a few plumbers to diagnose what I'm assuming is a faulty water heater. 1st plumber comes out, looks at it real quick, tells me the quick fix and is on his way. Nick from Norfleet comes out, spends a good amount of time testing and then explaining why he believes we have a slab leak.

So I shop around for a leak detection company and sure enough, slab leak. Leak detection company's work was a little sloppy, so Nick took the time to reach out to them and see exactly where the manifolds are so he can steer me in the right direction.

Again, I shop around and I was pretty pumped Nick at Norfleet came out with the best price. Nick came out to my house all day and did a fantastic job rerouting my pipes and for the first time I took a warm shower this morning, my god it felt good.

So to recap, in my experience Norfleet is honest, knowledgeable, and is super communicative while also coming in at the best price in my situation.

Had a pretty small routine job to get done but unfortunately, my landlord made it incredibly difficult to get done efficiently.  Matt and TJ were extremely professional and patient despite me having to reschedule multiple times.  Could not recommend these guys more highly, great plumbers providing very professional service!

I had Scott out to look at a water hammer issue I was having at the house with some older fixtures.

He was on time, very respectful (booties before entering the house, I don't think I've ever seen that from a tradesman before), and rather than trying to sell me a lot of things I didn't need was very pragmatic about what steps could be taken.

I'm new to the area, but glad to know I don't have to worry when it comes time to call a plumber again!

This company is FABULOUS!  and Trevor E was efficient and as nice as they come.  He explained to us what he was doing and how to have our water heater and timer work most efficiently for us.

We arrived in Peoria AZ where we have our 2nd home late in the evening Thursday and noticed their was a small amount of water on the garage floor.  Of course by the next morning, Friday, after showering we noticed more water, made the necessary call to our Homeowners Insurance on a Friday who got us hooked up with Water Heaters Only and within hours on 5/22/19 had Trevor from Water Heaters Only at our door.

I would highly recommend this company.  My husband and I were so impressed that we received such fast service on a Saturday after just calling the evening before at about 9pm with the make and size of our water heater so Trevor could bring the best replacement.  He brought what he needed replaced the water heater and did a fantastic job.  Thanks, we are happy customers!

Very honest, fast, and reliable. Found my go to  plumber in the valley after a lot of suboptimal experiences. Fixed a difficult shower leak over the weekend and respected our home in the process. Just a really good guy.

Had my hot water heater maintenance done by XCompany which caused a leak on the pressure valve. I was told it would have to be replaced at a cost of 1,800.00 - I got a few more quotes until the price went down to a couple around 1K, including Safe Dry Out.
Safe Dry Out is the only one who bothered to ask what was wrong with the water heater and suggested it could be fixed instead. I went from having to fork out 1,800.00 to only spending 150.00
Mike could have easily gone with the rest and said the only solution was to replace it. This to me shows integrity and honesty. The quality of work was excellent and, to top it off, he was extremely patient with my 80 year old father hanging around. Thank you Mike!
Will definitely call Safe Dry Out for any future plumbing needs.

First off I want to say Thanks Kevin!  He worked me in today because I had a sewer line back up.  He gave me  a quote with all of the hypothetical scenarios.  As he started the work he would check back with me to make sure I knew what the progress was and if we needed to add one of the scenario charges.  He was very professional and true to his quote.  If you need a plumber he is definitely your guy.

After dealing with another company for 16 hours and was told again and again they were on their way, I tried Sunstate.  From the minute I called and spoke to Bonnie, I knew that this business was all about customer service. She was personable, informative and helpful. Ron came out less than an hour after I called and helped us out with an obstruction in our line. He explained what was going on, and even showed us pictures and videos of what was happening with our pipes. He fixed all of it, of course. I'll be using them going forward!

Called two good plumbers about 7:20 in the morning and they said they could get someone out between 1pm and 3pm and quoted me a good price to snake out my main line. Called me back a little later saying he could have someone out between 8am and 9am. They arrived about 8:20am and were done in about 30 minutes snaking the main line. The price remained the same as the quote over the phone and they followed up with a text later in the day to make sure things were fine. I'll definitely call them again.

Andrew came out to diagnose a plumbing leak. He was polite and assessed the root cause fast. I was impressed with his thought leadership, and input for a resolution. Keep up the great work Andrew!! Highly recommend Stellar Home Services.

Pruitts plumbing was sent to our house under home warranty for the bathroom issue. Upon their evaluation they determine we need to have a smoke test that they do not offer. After having this done at another cost with the company they recommended we contacted Pruitts back to fix the issue. Despite me telling them what the the problem was they need to be fixed as per the smoke test, they stated they need to come out and do an additional evaluation at cost of $125 that would not go towards the repair with no Guarantee they will be able to fix it on a date as well. Trying to discuss with the person on the phone what exactly needed to be fixed he again stated it would be another $125 for additional evaluation prior to any repairs being done. I found this to be unreasonable and he suggested I contact another plumber if I was not happy with this which I took advice I'm glad I did I would never use Pruitt's plumbing again
