Great experience with Robins Plumbing from start to finish! An unexpected leak right before going out of town lead me to talk with Brian a field supervisor who sent me an insurance quote after a free estimate. Steve, the plumber that did the extensive reroute work was knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend this service to anyone with a serious plumbing job.

They are incredibly easy to schedule with any anyone I've spoken to or has come to the house has been professional and friendly. We needed a new RO system and their team quickly got out here and installed the new system without any issues. They are transparent with their pricing and deliver quality work.

I had both of my water heaters go within a week of each other, and found Kevin and KW Plumbing via YELP. I can't say enough good things about him. He was timely and polite, squeezed us in during a busy week so we would have hot water, explained our replacement and warranty options, skillfully troubleshooted a couple of job issues, and the final bill matched his estimate exactly. Honest, fair price compared to others we researched, and did a great job with install. Highly recommended and he earned any future business we need completed.

They completed a difficult underground plumbing problem and identified and repaired everything.  They were able to explain every step of the way so that we understood exactly why the issue was happening.  They included several jobs that were going to be add ons with another company's quote and their bid was much more reasonable for a complete job.  They also completed in 1 day what was estimated as 2 days with the other company. They were professional, hard working and Kyle did an excellent job at every step.  We called for a second opinion and they gave us a free estimate and we went with them immediately and we are so glad we did.  Highly recommend

Nick was on time and professional. He fixed a leaky kitchen and bathroom faucet. He seated a seal to stop a running toilet and placed a pressure relief valve outside outside of the house to regulate water pressure coming to prevent further faulty faucets. Melanie was very responsive and courteous. The price was reasonable and Nick was kind enough to show me what he was doing as he was working. Highly recommended. Just good and honest people. Integrity on steroids!  Matt promptly returned my call.  I explained my problem. He gave me a troubleshooting idea to solve my issue without having to pay him to come to my house.  I literally had to pause for a bit.  I was so taken aback that a plumber would try to save me money and teach me how to fix my something over the phone.  I think I even said, something to the effect of did you really just help me and don't want to take my money?  I've never heard of that!  

Anyway, enough gushing....  the idea he gave me was actually the perfect solution.  Matt saved me $150 plus.

I loved the ease of which this all got handled! I received text messages reminding me of the time of the tech's arrival. I received a text that provided the name, picture and details of the tech who was coming to save me from cold showers. Ian was fabulous! He figured out the problem, showed me the damage that the hard water had done to the water heater innards (prior to me buying the house and installing a water softener!) and promptly replaced the rotten parts. I was up and running in no time! Thank you, Ian! Thank you EZ Flow Plumbing for an easy and tech savvy way to manage this! I even love my emailed summary of the water tests! Who knew this was part of it!?

They claim they answer their phones 24/7/365, but I haven't been able to reach anyone on any of their posted numbers online.  Boo!

The vendor came to our home on Super Bowl Sunday and was so kind to take care of some persistent issues with our toilets. The value was great and they even did a follow up call the next day to fix an issue.

Had my hot water heater maintenance done by XCompany which caused a leak on the pressure valve. I was told it would have to be replaced at a cost of 1,800.00 - I got a few more quotes until the price went down to a couple around 1K, including Safe Dry Out.
Safe Dry Out is the only one who bothered to ask what was wrong with the water heater and suggested it could be fixed instead. I went from having to fork out 1,800.00 to only spending 150.00
Mike could have easily gone with the rest and said the only solution was to replace it. This to me shows integrity and honesty. The quality of work was excellent and, to top it off, he was extremely patient with my 80 year old father hanging around. Thank you Mike!
Will definitely call Safe Dry Out for any future plumbing needs.

Kevin installed a Water Softener and undersink RO System for me this summer.
His work was efficient, high quality and his service was very friendly.

I don't anticipate having any plumbing problems, but if I do my first call will be to Kevin.

I had been remodeling my house and was down to the final step of having my dishwasher and sink connected in the kitchen to outgoing piping. Most of the pipe was already present. I was told a $45 service charge will be deducted from the price if I decide to go ahead with the job. Well the plumber said he didn't have some of the pipe he needed so he had to go buy the pipe that connects the dishwasher to the out going pipe and connector. He came back quickly not to far away. When he was done I noticed the connector between the pipes was screwed on crooked on an angle. When I mentioned it to Mike the plumber he said the pipe was crooked and it would not leak. The pipe did not look crooked to me. So the job was $229. When I asked about deducting the service fee he said it is already deducted and he had to go get a part. Well my husband saw it and he is not happy with the crooked fitting. So he will be contacting the company. Honestly I think plumbers pull charges out of the air. You never know the real price that should be charged.  

Disappointed to say the least.

I spoke with Joe last week about getting my hot water heater re-plumbed as a result of some corrosion that had appeared around most of the fittings. I sent him some pictures of the pipes/fittings and he got back to me right away with a quote which was considerably less then another one I had received. Joe set a date to do the work, had one of his crew show up right on time, and the work was done in about three hours and very cleanly. I would highly recommend Joe and his company to anyone looking for a reliable & high quality plumbing service. Thanks Joe for everything!!!

We called our home warranty company they sent out steller home services 2 so-called technician came out and said we did not have a backed up Sewer line  and we did they just take your money and do the job. Ended up calling another company the technician came out and cleaned the drains for half the price. We will never use them again. And also canceled our home warranty with On Guard bunch of crooks

If I could give a minus 10 I would. ABSOLUTELY terrible service, terrible work, terrible staff. I had a leak under my foundation. I called my normal plumber and he told me I needed to get someone with a locator so I called my home warranty company and they sent out this joke of a company. Three different plumbers later after 4 days with no running water in my house because it was over 45,000 gallons of water and still not fixed. The last jerk told me he didn't have the correct tools to complete the job and would have to come back on Monday 2 full days later.  After, multiple phone calls an screaming that jerk returned and fixed the wrong line, and I believe it was on purpose so he could turn around and tell me I had to pay more money to have it fixed. $2400 to start and then another $850 for the second line because according to him it happens sometimes. BS you didn't know what you were doing NONE of the staff did. So  I was not waiting any longer nor would I allow these incompetent people back in my house, I had to call my original plumber to come out and two of them fixed my problem and the additional LEAKS the plumber from Pruitt's created!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!
