I had an extremely positive experience with Robins Plumbing. I found them here on yelp and happy to have found them. I called in and was able to get an appointment right away. The technician was actually early, courteous and knowledgeable. He even wore covers on his shoes to not track in dirt. I've never seen that the level of respectfulness before. He immediately fixed my clogged kitchen sink. He walked me through the issue and what he was doing. Gave tips if I have issues in the future. He gave recommendations for the house and quotes. There was never any pressure to do anything more than what I called them for. I'd gladly use them again

Easy to set up an appointment and they answered the phone super fast on a weekend when I had questions. The plumber that came out was professional, polite and efficient. Two issues that had been causing me stress were solved for what I think was an very fair price, I should have called these guys weeks ago.

Brian helped us sort out our water softener issues quickly and professionally. From the time of our first call, to him showing up to diagnose the problem, was under an hour. He came highly recommended by the homebuilder who we bought our house from, and now I know why. He's a super honest and above-board individual, and didn't upsell us on anything. Very prompt service at a fair price.  Rare to find a plumber that can respond so quickly.  They quickly identified the issue and got it fixed.

After our home builder's construction team drilled a hole for our RO system of almost two inches into our brand new kitchen counter top and then denied that they messed up the job I felt stranded finding a faucet large enough to cover that size of a hole. After calling many companies that were not able to find me a faucet that size I called Noorfleet  Family Plumbing. I was talking with Nick the owner who assured me that he will find a solution for me and he was able to find a company that manufactures larger custom faucets within a short time. Nick went the extra miles to help me find the perfect faucet for our reverse osmosis system while other companies just dismissed my problem. Five stars are not enough to rate his great effort and professionalism. He deserves ten stars!

I had Mountain Park Plumbing out today to fix a broken valve under the kitchen sink and the main valve that supplies the house.  Both valves were broken and not working.  They showed up on time, were courteous, finished quickly, and charged a fair amount.  I would certainly use them again.

Great service! Called in the morning and they were out that afternoon. Terry called when he was 30 minutes out and was right on time. Clear our slow flushing toilet and explained everything that was going on.  He also inspected the water and the pressure and made some recommendations. The price was reasonable and what I expected. I definitely recommend them!

Could not get ahold of them at all. Had an emergency with out water heater and the line just rang and rang.

Very honest, fast, and reliable. Found my go to  plumber in the valley after a lot of suboptimal experiences. Fixed a difficult shower leak over the weekend and respected our home in the process. Just a really good guy.

We found mold under some crumbling paint while prepping to paint a bedroom. Wanted to have someone come out and fix as we know how dangerous mold can be. Kyle came out, was extremely informative and alleviated our worries in terms of what needed to be done. Did not try to oversell or do unnecessary work. I would definitely use this company in the future and recommend to others.

Kevin came round to fix a leaking bath faucet. He was very prompt on replying to texts to schedule the service (could have done it the day after i texted him but opted for a week later) and he was punctual, friendly and fixed my tap no issues. also had a look at another leak and made a quick adjustment with his wrench which saved me a lot of hassle or another call out. i took his card and will use him again. 3% credit card charge which isnt an issue

Sunstate Plumbing will move heaven and earth for there clients. I strongly would recommend anyone to them who need plumbing work. Tom and Dave know there stuff, and the years of combined experience show it.

This was the first plumber that we were actually able to get ahold of when we came downstairs on a Saturday morning and our carpet was soaked because the washer was leaking. Everywhere else we had to leave messages or couldn't reach anyone. These guys actually answered the phone! Did a diagnosis over the phone and came out and fixed our issue the following Monday.

Unethical company!  Brandon and Paul are pushing their own remediation company instead of providing plumbing services. We had the exact same experience as Lisa B. See her review. It could be insurance fraud scam.
We submitted a service order with One Guard Home Warranty for a leaky 13 years old water heater.  They sent out Stellar Home Services. Brandon said that he can send his water remediation company right away to pull out the drywall. He said there is water everywhere, in the other room, in the bathroom. The drywall needs to be pulled put immediately.  We could have the home insurance pay for the remediation.
We advised him that we will do our own remediation, he should just remove the water heater first. He said OK. 1 hour later, Medina from One Guard Home Warranty called and said that she is not approving the water heater replacement. She says, it is not normal wear and tear on the 13 year old water heater, it is the high water pressure in the house. The pressure she says is 80 psi. We take a different plumber to the house 1 hour later. The pressure is 70 psi, according to the other plumber.

COMPLETELY TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF BY THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY. We were referred to then by our home warranty company - sent out a tech to replace hose bib even though that wasn't what was leaking. The tech took advantage of me being the only person home and fixed the completely wrong pipe. Our front pipes are still leaking. Called Pruitts and bob (the supervisor- if you can even call him that) was so unprofessional and not helpful whatsoever. He said I don't know what to tell you ma'am when I asked why what was replaced wasn't what was needed to be fixed. He claimed they could not get anyone back out for the next 3 days even though it was their error. A complete joke!!!!!! Stay far away from them.
