Great service. Had a friend of a friend try to fix a small leak only to make it worse. Called them on a Monday evening and they were here on Tuesday morning, on time. Fixed the problem quickly and right. No problems at all. I will use them again for anything plumbing related. Highly recommend.

Easy to set up an appointment and they answered the phone super fast on a weekend when I had questions. The plumber that came out was professional, polite and efficient. Two issues that had been causing me stress were solved for what I think was an very fair price, I should have called these guys weeks ago.

I was struggling with my pool this spring, could not get the green yuck out, no matter what I did. Thankfully E&J was able to come out and take a look, within a day the green was nearly gone, within a week my pool was sparkling again. The service is great, very affordable and knowledgeable. I had two plumbing issues and this was the first time I used Desert Foothills...other North Scottsdale plumbing groups have let us down in the past....BUT NOT DESERT FOOTHILLS....fast service and great attitude....these are my new plumbers....Jose was outstanding!!

We had a 40 gallon water heater go out.  Nick came out the next day and we wanted a 50 gallon hot water heater.  Nick installed the 50 gallon water heater the next day, which included all new flex pipes, and a new shut off valve to hot water heater as old one was leaking when shut off.  These guys also piped new copper pipes to outside from water heater to code.  All of the workmanship was top notch.  As all the plumbing had to be heated close to the wall, to connect the copper flex tubes, and the valve, not even a tiny bit of my wall showed any burn marks or anything.  These guys are honest, do top notch servicing. I saved a huge chunk of money from not letting the other plumbing company's come out and do a crappy job.  Everything they did was top notch.  We also had them come to repair our kitchen sink plumbing where there was a leak in the wall.  I would call nobody else period.  Thank you so much for your honesty, integrity, and your knowledge to do the job right.

We have used Mountain Park plumbing twice now and both have been wonderful experiences. We had our main water line replaced and a leaking kitchen faucet replaced.  Both repairs we had quotes from other companies and Mountain Park was was much cheaper. Matt has been extremely nice and helpful each time I've called him- even calling me back after hours. Thankful to have a plumbing company we can trust!

Great service! Called in the morning and they were out that afternoon. Terry called when he was 30 minutes out and was right on time. Clear our slow flushing toilet and explained everything that was going on.  He also inspected the water and the pressure and made some recommendations. The price was reasonable and what I expected. I definitely recommend them!

These guys were dispatched by my home warranty company after a different plumbing company was unable to diagnose a problem with my electric water heater over three separate visits.  They showed up on time, replaced the lower heating element and thermostat, and were on their way.  They fixed in 45 minutes what the other company couldn't get figured out in three tries.

Very honest, fast, and reliable. Found my go to  plumber in the valley after a lot of suboptimal experiences. Fixed a difficult shower leak over the weekend and respected our home in the process. Just a really good guy.

I've had two issues that Kevin has fixed and I have to say that he's the best plumber I've dealt with in the valley.  I will now be going to him for all of my plumbing needs.  He replaced a backyard hose/faucet at a relatively minimal cost and explained everything very carefully.  In another issue, I had a problem with my garbage disposal and instead of visiting and charging for a visit he told me how to fix the problem easily for free over the phone!   That's the kind of service that warrants high praise.  Thank you so much Kevin!

After dealing with another company for 16 hours and was told again and again they were on their way, I tried Sunstate.  From the minute I called and spoke to Bonnie, I knew that this business was all about customer service. She was personable, informative and helpful. Ron came out less than an hour after I called and helped us out with an obstruction in our line. He explained what was going on, and even showed us pictures and videos of what was happening with our pipes. He fixed all of it, of course. I'll be using them going forward!

DONT THINK TWICE CALL JOE!!   Best experience ever with a plumbing company (really any service company) !!! Joe was so kind and so helpful and honest!! Great service, price, and just overall experience! I will never use anyone else for any plumbing needs! I called with an emergency at 7 am and he was at my house before 930 and finished before 10 at a very reasonable honest price! I know if I went anywhere else the same thing would have cost me 2-3 HUNDRED dollars more!! I highly recommend Joe for any plumbing needs he's my go to guy now!! Stellar came out under a request to our home warranty service. They came right away for a clogged toilet after a foreign item was flushed. I let them in and explained the issue. They didn't acknowledge the issue at all and just ignored me. After about 30 seconds he came out, said he was finished and walked towards the front door. I asked him to test it and the toilet was still flushing slow and not well. He said it was fine and he couldn't do anything about the toilet flushing slow. He then said maybe it is an old toilet that is working right. My home was built in 2018 and the toilet flushed fine before the item was flushed. He left and I tested the toilet by flushing the toilet paper and it did not go down. If this company is sent by your home warranty company, ask for someone else. They are just trying to make a quick buck and were extremely unprofessional without fixing the issue.

If I could give 0 stars I would!  The plumber that came to my house was a thief! My kitchen faucet was leaking and the plumber said it couldn't be fixed (I later learned from the manufacturer that it could be repaired and any reputable plumber would know). My faucet retailed for $399, and I was told it was being replaced with a comparable faucet. What a joke! The faucet he installed was a hunk of junk! I found through research that my crappy replacement faucet retails for $69. This company employs thieves, DO NOT USE!
