Damon and Bill installed a hot water heater quickly and with good quality.  They showed me where the emergency pressure line releases, and were friendly toward my inquisitive kids.  Damon was awesome!

I was in need of a warranty exchange for a water heater. Taylor was very pleasant and informative of the process. She had technician Devin out to the rescue within an hour. He and his partner had the new water heater installed up in running in a couple hours. It was an overall great experience and I will definitely contact them on any future plumbing needs and highly recommend Trident for your plumbing needs as well.

Kevin is fabulous. Our old hot water heater failed. It is in a terrible location, access from outside with the the base 4' above a narrow walkway that drops off another 5', plus very tight working conditions. I thought my only option was an expensive tankless system. Kevin looked at it and said he could put in a standard tank heater and save me lots of $. It turned out to be a very difficult project. He called in a helper and got it done. Kevin gets my highest possible rating. I highly recommend him.

Had these guys out for a big Job with 2 water-heaters, water filter and a few other repairs. They did a great job. Everything works fine and looks great. Id use them again.

Great service and value! He installed our new kitchen faucet perfectly, repaired a bathtub drain, and went above and beyond to fix a pesky slow-flushing toilet. He also educated us on how we could manage some minor issues ourselves, and was very knowledgeable about particular plumbing issues associated with our modular home.

I had Mountain Park Plumbing out today to fix a broken valve under the kitchen sink and the main valve that supplies the house.  Both valves were broken and not working.  They showed up on time, were courteous, finished quickly, and charged a fair amount.  I would certainly use them again.

We went through a lot of aggravation trying to figure out why we were not getting hot water in our house. We had the owner of the company that manufactured our solar water heater come out and look at our system who stated it was running fine and that we had a plumbing issue. We then contacted two separate plumbers who stated it was a water heater issue. So, we again called the owner of the solar water heater who just reiterated what he previously stated that it was a plumbing issue we needed to get resolved.

At this point we were back to square one and going on our third week of NO hot water. So my boyfriend reached out to EZ Flow Plumbing. When Mark arrived he knew exactly what the plumbing issue was and had it fixed in less than 15 minutes. He was courteous and professional. My only complaint was the price. It was quite high for the amount of time he spent working.

In the future if I have any plumbing issues I am torn if I will use them again. For one, I did not get any type of warranty in writing guaranteeing the work they did or part that was replaced and secondly, the price was so high. I do appreciate that after weeks of back and forth with other companies we finally have hot water again!

Spoke with Tom twice over the last few days. He was great, handled my water heater troubles quickly and was personable and professional. Tom answered my questions and assured me the tank size I wanted to order was sufficient for the size of the townhouse/ number of bathrooms. I had called 4 other places first, those with average reviews. The quotes varied from $1560 (all inclusive)- down to $1020 but didn't include the water heater unit (who does that!?). I had to deal with plumbers that were mean salty old men, and others that wanted me off the phone quickly. Luckily for me Tom was exceptionally ordinary. He didn't rush me and took his time. Thank you Tom!

The gentleman that installed my water heater stayed in communication with me the whole time and even informed me of the correct temperature the heater should be set to and set it for me. He even scanned pictures to me and the invoice for my records. Super!!!

We found mold under some crumbling paint while prepping to paint a bedroom. Wanted to have someone come out and fix as we know how dangerous mold can be. Kyle came out, was extremely informative and alleviated our worries in terms of what needed to be done. Did not try to oversell or do unnecessary work. I would definitely use this company in the future and recommend to others.

We are still using Kevin and still so glad to have found an honest, fair priced and capable plumber.  We're just sorry that we moved to a house that has a sewege pump that he has to deal with!

I was in a panic. Clogged sink and a house full of childcare children is NOT a good mix! I spoke with both Shannon and Jessica, both were attentive, courteous, and professional. Derick preformed the service and was just as wonderful. Highly recommend!

Called two good plumbers about 7:20 in the morning and they said they could get someone out between 1pm and 3pm and quoted me a good price to snake out my main line. Called me back a little later saying he could have someone out between 8am and 9am. They arrived about 8:20am and were done in about 30 minutes snaking the main line. The price remained the same as the quote over the phone and they followed up with a text later in the day to make sure things were fine. I'll definitely call them again.

I was pleasantly surprised with the whole experience. I was dreading making a claim,  expecting the usual issues I've experienced in the past with other warranty companies and their chosen vendors. There was a lengthy wait to finally speak to Anna the rep. Who took my claim but it was smooth sailing from there. Paul from stellar home services called within the set window and we made an appointment the day after next. Jacob called 25 minutes before showing up and was very friendly and communicative though out their visit. They tried repairing the garbage disposal before realizing it definitely needed replacing and did so in record time before moving on to the water heater and doing the same, after confirming the leak they rapidly orchestrated the delivery of the new unit. I was not entirely happy with having to pay an additional $130 out of pocket for what they called modifications that were no more than replacing the hoses leading to the water heater, which I'd figure is part of standard replacement.  From start to finish the whole visit lasted less than 2 hours. They were very respectful of our home making sure to keep everything clean and even made a baby wipe, wipe down of everything before leaving. We're very pleased. Everyone was very professional.

If I could give a minus 10 I would. ABSOLUTELY terrible service, terrible work, terrible staff. I had a leak under my foundation. I called my normal plumber and he told me I needed to get someone with a locator so I called my home warranty company and they sent out this joke of a company. Three different plumbers later after 4 days with no running water in my house because it was over 45,000 gallons of water and still not fixed. The last jerk told me he didn't have the correct tools to complete the job and would have to come back on Monday 2 full days later.  After, multiple phone calls an screaming that jerk returned and fixed the wrong line, and I believe it was on purpose so he could turn around and tell me I had to pay more money to have it fixed. $2400 to start and then another $850 for the second line because according to him it happens sometimes. BS you didn't know what you were doing NONE of the staff did. So  I was not waiting any longer nor would I allow these incompetent people back in my house, I had to call my original plumber to come out and two of them fixed my problem and the additional LEAKS the plumber from Pruitt's created!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!
