Quick service and friendly serviceman.  I had an after-hours emergency, and the plumber was here in under 30 minutes.  While I hope to not have plumbing isues again (or at least for a long, long time!), I know who to call if I do.

I contacted Trident Plumbing and Drain with a leaky bathtub faucet. I like to support local family owned businesses and Trident checked that box.

The technology for scheduling, reminders and notifications is great for a tech guy like me.

Jimmy showed up on time and I received notification in advance with a picture so I knew who was coming. Jimmy was very knowledgeable and efficient. Turns out, as we anticipated, we needed a new cartridge in the faucet. He completed the job efficiently and now it works great. Jimmy was very personable and certainly is a person I felt comfortable having in my home.

I hope to use Trident for a water softener in the future as I even discussed that with Jimmy and got a price also.

A+ customer service, great prices, prompt service and family owned and operated. Not sure there is anything that could have gone better.

I can't say enough good things about Kevin. I've been using Kevin for about 3 month for the different stages of our total home renovation. He did many things to help bring this house current. He installed a new water heater, water softener and RO system; shower & sink valves, shower trim and toilets for 2 bathrooms. He moved the drain and water lines and installed a valve for a new freestanding tub and faucet. Installed kitchen faucets, garbage disposal with a counter top air switch. New ball valve and outdoor faucet handle. There's nothing he can't do! I have hired a lot of contractors for our renovation and Kevin was the most pleasant and efficient of them all. His work is excellent and his prices are fair. I'm so pleased to have found him! Kevin will be doing all my plumbing work going forward as well as my annual RO and water heater maintenance. We lost water pressure!  Our shower was weak!! The pressure varied ... sometimes ok, but then would fade. We called Desert Foothills Plumbing at 6 pm for an emergency repair!  Desert Hills plumber was here in an hour. Our plumber, Reuben, was great. He checked the bathrooms, kitchen and the water filter system. He quickly determined the problem!
He adjusted the water pressure and changed the water filter. Our problem was solved. No mess either!

Having just purchased an investment property in Phoenix, I relied on a list of referrals from my home inspector Don. Have used Mountain Park Plumbing three times now and love how friendly, professional and efficient they are. I had my water heater replaced today. The process went well. Ben, my technician explained each step n cleaned up . Old water heater was removed. My HOA used this company months ago for an emergency issue. They were able to come the same day. I'm very impressed with their professionalism

They replaced our under warranty Rheem Water Heater a year ago.  Which still costs us $450.  Now a year later, I woke up to no hot water yesterday.  The parts were under warranty but it was a $125 service charge.  They replaced the rods.  This morning we once again woke up with no hot water.  My husband called and was given the 2-4 time slot.  My husband was home prior to 2:00 only to find they had already been here and left.  The person in dispatch claims to have told my husband noon - 2 and they now are unable to get to us until Monday morning.  I disagree because as soon as he hung up the first time he repeated the time of 2-4 to me.  So now we will be without hot water for 4 days because someone didn't do the job correctly the first time.  I will NEVER EVER use the company again and will share this with all my friends via social media.

Taylor was extremely responsive and so helpful. He reinforced the rods in our closet and were very happy with the results and would absolutely recommend him and his company! Thank you!

Had my hot water heater maintenance done by XCompany which caused a leak on the pressure valve. I was told it would have to be replaced at a cost of 1,800.00 - I got a few more quotes until the price went down to a couple around 1K, including Safe Dry Out.
Safe Dry Out is the only one who bothered to ask what was wrong with the water heater and suggested it could be fixed instead. I went from having to fork out 1,800.00 to only spending 150.00
Mike could have easily gone with the rest and said the only solution was to replace it. This to me shows integrity and honesty. The quality of work was excellent and, to top it off, he was extremely patient with my 80 year old father hanging around. Thank you Mike!

I've had two issues that Kevin has fixed and I have to say that he's the best plumber I've dealt with in the valley.  I will now be going to him for all of my plumbing needs.  He replaced a backyard hose/faucet at a relatively minimal cost and explained everything very carefully.  In another issue, I had a problem with my garbage disposal and instead of visiting and charging for a visit he told me how to fix the problem easily for free over the phone!   That's the kind of service that warrants high praise.  Thank you so much Kevin!

After dealing with another company for 16 hours and was told again and again they were on their way, I tried Sunstate.  From the minute I called and spoke to Bonnie, I knew that this business was all about customer service. She was personable, informative and helpful. Ron came out less than an hour after I called and helped us out with an obstruction in our line. He explained what was going on, and even showed us pictures and videos of what was happening with our pipes. He fixed all of it, of course. I'll be using them going forward!

There are two kinds of companies you must totally trust:
1. Auto mechanics
2. Plumbers
Why? Because both of them can essentially tell you anything and charge for it and you have no way of knowing the truth.

I 120% trust this plumber. Have used for over 5 years now and they always take care of it in a fair and prompt way. I would recommend unconditionally.

This company was assigned to us by our home warranty company and upon arrival the tech either did not understand what the actual problem was or just didn't feel like doing the work. He said our faucet was leaking because it was missing the aerator and that the warranty would not cover the work. He spent more time recommending a remediation company that he did diagnosing our problem. We asked our warranty company to send another company out for a second opinion, they did and that company actually fixed the faucet. Our warranty company and the second company were wonderful. Stellar was definitely NOT Stellar.

I have a broken water heater in my commercial office.   I called one plumbing company and they gave me an estimate for over $4800 to replace the water heater because it needed to be custom built, so I found the manufacturer of the current one and found a list of preferred installation contractors in Phoenix.  Pruitt's was on their list.  I called on Wednesday and explained my situation to the receptionist and gave the manufacturer's name, model number, and make of the current water heater.   They told me they'd have someone call me back the next day.  

On Monday, I called to see if they had an answer and after being placed on hold for a while, they told me that since they didn't know the capacity of the water heater, they couldn't help me.  I reminded them that I had given them information on my initial call and the receptionist told me that since they didn't have that information they couldn't help me.  I asked sarcastically if she wanted ME to call the manufacturer to get that information and she said yes, but then stated that they don't work on commercial units.  Huh?

Thank you for wasting all of my time.
