Robbins plumbing was amazing and professional. It was last minute on a Saturday and a job that should've been easy to do by ourselves turned into the need for professionals. Our water was turned off all day so I was grateful that they were able to get to us the same day. Their tech was very professional and knowledgeable. He even took the time to explain step-by-step what he was doing so that we would know for future reference. The expense of a plumber was not something I was looking forward to but they were reasonably priced and even gave us a small discount for having everything already taken apart. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone else.

Needed cheap, deteriorating,  builder grade internal toilet bowl  components replaced.  After researching numerous plumbing companies on line, I decided to have Trident come out and replace ALL internal components in a toilet.  They were extremely responsive, professional, communicative, and the customer service was excellent.  Best plumbing experience I have ever had.  Great company, will use again.

I was struggling with my pool this spring, could not get the green yuck out, no matter what I did. Thankfully E&J was able to come out and take a look, within a day the green was nearly gone, within a week my pool was sparkling again. The service is great, very affordable and knowledgeable. I highly recommend!!

Had a plumbing leak and Brian gave me advice to get it figured out on my own. I was in a pinch and needed to leave town asap. It was really nice of him to help me get it solved and kept in touch to see if I was able to fix it. This is an old school, honest, above and beyond kind of company. I am highly recommending Kevin Wuls at KW Plumbing for all of your plumbing needs.  Kevin has been a master plumber for more than 20 years and is very informative.  I called Kevin for a clogged drain, while he was at my house addressing the issue, I had several other plumbing concerns that he readily addressed.  He explained to me in terms that were easy for me to understand why my system was designed the way it was, and dispelled my concerns.  Kevin was very courteous and he even called in ahead of schedule, to see if he come by earlier which was completely awesome for me.  I mean, prior to my experience with Kevin I can't say that I've ever had a repair performed at my house ahead of schedule, so I thought that was really great.

We lost water pressure!  Our shower was weak!! The pressure varied ... sometimes ok, but then would fade. We called Desert Foothills Plumbing at 6 pm for an emergency repair!  Desert Hills plumber was here in an hour. Our plumber, Reuben, was great. He checked the bathrooms, kitchen and the water filter system. He quickly determined the problem!
He adjusted the water pressure and changed the water filter. Our problem was solved. No mess either!

I had old style leaking gate valves in my laundry which really complicated things when my washing machine developed a leak.  I contacted Norfleet and they gave me a quote over the phone for the valves that seemed reasonable.  The call was fielded by the owners wife, not a call center, and she asked a few questions to scope out the work required.  I was already impressed as most of the time your call is answered by a dispatch center and you have no idea what you are getting into until the plumber shows up and quotes you the job while on site.  Nick, the owner, came to the site and did the work, he was courteous, professional, and cleaned up after the job was done which entailed opening up the wall.  The bill was less then what they quoted over the phone and as a result I'm having them come back to replace the hot water heater as well.

Have used Mountain Park Plumbing three times now and love how friendly, professional and efficient they are. I always appreciate when service professionals treat me the same as my husband -- they don't assume I'm ignorant when it comes to things like plumbing and electrical. These guys tell it to you straight.

Although we did not use EZ Flow Plumbing, I spoke to Scott on the phone today about our leaky water heater. While they were booked for today (Saturday), he gave me great advise about how to handle the situation. Asked about the size and warranty. I found that I had about 3 years left on my warranty and he adivsed to contact the company. They are going to honor the warranty. No charge to me! Scott did what was right and, although he did not get my business, he has my loyalty as a person that does the right thing for his potential customers. 5 stars for being honest and helpful to a potential customer.

On Wednesday morning 4/24 we woke up with no hot water. After several phone calls and no one able to come out until late in the day I went online to research my options. I saw Water Heaters Only when I searched on Google. After my initial phone call, they not only quoted me an accurate price but arrived inside of 45 minutes from my initial phone call. Dillon was our technician. He was prompt, courteous and very professional. He was finished inside of 90 minutes. Dillon was careful to clean up after himself. We were extremely pleased with the prompt service, professional installation and will highly recommend their service to replace a water heater in the future. Thanks to Dillon and Water Heaters Only.

Very honest, fast, and reliable. Found my go to  plumber in the valley after a lot of suboptimal experiences. Fixed a difficult shower leak over the weekend and respected our home in the process. Just a really good guy.

Well based on the previous 5 star reviews I hired Kevin for a leaky tub faucet.  I even waited 3 days til he was available.  I wanted a rough estimate and Kevin said $75 plus parts as long as everything went smooth.  He needed to change out the cartridge which he had with him but the faucet pieces were corroded and also needed to be replaced.  He said he had it all with him for another customer but that it would be $80.00. I thought that sounded high so he called to get the price for the cartridge and said it was going to be $41 and if he needed to go to Home Depot (about 3 miles away) it would be another $25.00 plus the faucet pieces.  I've never had a plumber do this before so I said I would go get it and put the faucet on myself. He quickly showed me how.  It took about 15 min. total for him to do his job.  The faucet at HD was $12 and cartridge was $38. so a total of $52 not $80 as he had said.  When I got back I couldn't get the faucet on so then drove to Osborn Plumbing Supply who showed me how to put it on correctly. The cartridge there is $37.00.  When I went back to put the faucet on realized Kevin put the cartridge  in backward and hot and cold was reversed.  I texted Kevin all of this and how unhappy I was that this took me so much time and that he wanted to charge an additional $25 to get a part.  He said he had to charge for his time and that he is less than the big plumbing companies.  This is not so.  A large plumbing company charges retail for parts and has them on their truck and if not doesn't charge extra to go get it.  Osborn Plumbing Supply said they charge $95 per hour labor.  Kevin did offer to come back to reverse the cartridge and make it right but now I don't care and will just live with it.  Me personally hire these independent guys to save money.  I disagree that he is cheaper from my experience and would rather go with a reputable company for the same money and not have to do some of the work myself.  The only thing I agree with on the other reviews is yes Kevin is very personable, but this is really not important.  It is the work and price for it that matters.  I am writing this review so others are not deceived by all the 5 star reviews and don't wait 3 days for a plumber to come out and not do 5 star work.  Oh and he charges 3% more for credit cards.

We highly recommend Sunstate Plumbing!!! They have been great helping us navigate our new shampoo bowls for our salon with the new heavy duty traps they installed. They have made several trips out to help us trouble shoot.

These guys are awesome.  No one wants to need a plumber, but when you do, you need one fast and they better be good!  File this away for future reference because it is a golden number if you need a plumber!!  I called because they are my neighbor and wanted to support local business.  Turns out he is a great neighbor and awesome business to support.  They came out in a reasonable time frame, fixed the problem and another problem that was willed to them by a previous plumber and charged a very reasonable fee.  The technician was professional and courteous, cleaned up after himself.  Who could ask for more??  Actually given the age of our home, I was mentally preparing myself for a really big bill and VERY pleasantly surprised!  These days professionalism is kind of a crap shoot and you don't know what to expect.  Given all the great reviews, these guys are the real deal! Thank you so much!!!!

We were looking to upgrade our hot water heater to a high efficiency model but wanted to make sure we used a quality contractor for the installation. After reading lots of reviews we ended up calling Paul at Stellar Home Services. Paul was able to get the exact model that we had researched online and for a much better price. He and his crew arrived on-time and were very professional. They cleaned up after the install and made sure we new how the new unit worked. We're really glad that we ended up using Stellar, and will definitely recommend to friends and family!

I had a leaky faucet in the bathroom and needed it fixed. I called our warranty company and Pruitt's technician came to address the issue. The first time he came, the tech mentioned they needed to order the cartridge and the valve. He asked me to order the body parts since the handle and the faucet body needed replacement due to calcium buildup and had scratches when it was removed. I ordered the parts and Pruitt's called me to schedule a second appointment, but when they showed up the second time, they told us they did not have the right part. We wasted four hours that day. I received a call for a third appointment and was told that they have to replace the whole faucet and and would cost additional out of pocket cost, since they had already spent the $250 limit from the warranty company. I told them I did not want to get the work done, since there was no guarantee they will fix the faucet properly.    I had already spent $100 ordering parts and would have to spend $200 more to get the faucet replaced. This was in addition to warranty service call fee. I was frustrated with the lack of explanation given by the technicians when they came initially to look at the faucet and seems like the techs don't know what they are doing. They all depend on one guy at the office for guidance. I have had other plumbing companies who addressed these type of issues at first visit and provide good explanation on what was needed. But, Pruitt's motto seems to rip off customers and not hire qualified techs. They don't care for our time and so far, the worst customer service from a plumbing company.
