I love that they're open 24 hours. I requested service on Friday and set up an appointment for Saturday. They showed up promptly. The repair person was personable and knew what he was doing. All in all a great experience.

I was in need of a warranty exchange for a water heater. Taylor was very pleasant and informative of the process. She had technician Devin out to the rescue within an hour. He and his partner had the new water heater installed up in running in a couple hours. It was an overall great experience and I will definitely contact them on any future plumbing needs and highly recommend Trident for your plumbing needs as well.

I was struggling with my pool this spring, could not get the green yuck out, no matter what I did. I developed water leaking in multiple sinks, toilets and tub/showers due to extremely high water pressure in my home.  Because of the scope of this problem, I didn't want to trust this repair to a  general handyman, so I asked my friends and family if they knew a good plumber.  Brian Shaffer of Shaffer Plumbing was recommended highly, so I gave him a call.

It was after 5pm, so I expected to get voice mail, but Brian answered the phone.  I explained my problem, and he said he could come right then to take a look, then do the repair the next day.  He was at my house within 30 minutes, tested the pressure, took notes on parts/supplies he'd need, and said he would call me back with a quote, which he did.  While he was there, I asked him if he wanted to take a look at the other fixtures in the home, to see what he'd need to fix them.  He then surprised me and said, Let's fix the water pressure first.  I think that will fix all your other problems. What?!  How honest is that!  He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need, and he was right... once the pressure was fixed, the leaking in the other places stopped!

I would HIGHLY recommend anyone with a plumbing problem to use Shaffer Plumbing... he will fix it quickly, correctly, and fairly! Tell him you saw the review on Yelp, and that Cindy sent you!

P.S... one of the people who told me about this company had them put in a water softening system in their home.  Again, professional service, job done right, and great price!

DFP replaced two leaky sink faucet's for me. Prior to doing the repair they advised me to contact Koehler to see if the parts were covered under warranty, which they were. This saved me about $100 in parts. Ruben arrived on time and promptly and professionally got to work.  He checked the shutoff valves for me to make sure they were free and working. It took extra effort to remove one of the designer faucet handles that would not come loose without damaging it. Ruben was able to free up the frozen handle without damaging it. He replaced both valves and stems in short order, cleaned up the sink area and took care of the used parts for me. The pricing was very fair and the service was great. I have used DFP in the past and will use them again in the future. I would highly recommend them.

Nick came out to fix my hot water heater during our colder spell this month. It wasn't an easy job because of some mold issues and the plumbing not being up to code. Within minutes of being here he had assessed the problem. He explained everything really well. I was so impressed with even all of the issues that went into the repair that were out of his control, we had hot water back in less than 24 hrs. The install itself was incredibly quick and Nick is very fair, knowledgeable, efficient plumber.

Wonderful customer service.   On time and did an excellent job with repair and installation.  Definitely will use when we do our bathroom remodel.

I Purchased a Whole House Filtration System, but we did not have a Water Softener Loop.

After getting 3 other bids where each Plumbing company wanted to either tear the walls apart of our home looking for the main water source or destroy the drive way requiring extensive concrete work,

Scott came by and quickly figured a solution of piping along a short flower bed section and into our garage with a  minimal hole required into the corner wall.

His solution was economically and structurally  superior to the other plumbing and heating companies  I contacted, and will call him again for  other  future projects that may require a plumber.  Highly Recommended !   Mark

Back around 1/18/2019,or so, my gas water heater stopped working. It is only 7.5 years old, and after doing some research as to how long they' 'typically' last, I thought, well, it shouldn't really be sputtering out on me quite yet. However, I reluctantly resigned myself to the fact I would have to pay out to have a whole new system installed. I called Water Heaters Only, Inc.,  early evening a couple of days later and had no problem at all getting through to someone. When I relayed my sob story about not having any hot water, the young lady who took my call graciously offered to try and get someone to my home that same night to take care of it. I assured her I could hold on an extra day or two since I had made it this far.
We scheduled for someone to come out on the 21st and I was given a window of time I could expect the technician to call and let me know when he was headed my way. Sure as anything, I got a phone call late that afternoon and was assured by the caller he would arrive at my house shortly.
As soon as I answered the door, I IMMEDIATELY felt at ease because I was greeted not by one, but by TWO gentlemen!!!! They were both incredibly kind and professional both in appearance and demeanor. Trevor and Dillon went right out to my laundry room to assess the situation.  Now....here is where they had a prime opportunity to take advantage of the situation because the room was crowded with things I had pulled away from the walls to allow access to my water heater. I left Trevor and Dillon alone in the room to work on the problem. This could have been the perfect opportunity to scam me and sell me a bill of goods, but rather than do that, Trevor called me back into the laundry room and informed me the pilot light had simply blown out. He took the time to explain how this could have happened and let me know that the area around the base of my water heater needed to be vacuumed out to allow for better air flow. He also showed me how to restart the pilot light should I ever encounter this situation again, along with explaining some other things to me, including what signs to look for that would indicate a need to replace my water heater. Trevor gave me the option of getting a new one IF I felt so inclined, but NEVER did he EVER try to use high pressure or scare tactics to try and sell me something I clearly did not need to buy, at least, HOPEFULLY for not a few more years!
Before leaving, Trevor engaged me in some 'small talk' even though I am sure he had more calls to take care of. He was so very kind and courteous and truly made me feel like I mattered, not only as a customer, but as a person. I have to say, both he and Dillon were stellar representatives of this company!
I purchased my current water heater from this company and will have ZERO hesitation to buy my next one through them when that time comes based on my experiences and the level of professionalism I experienced starting from the moment I called to ask for help, clear through to the point where the job was finished and the gentlemen headed out to go to wherever it was they were headed. I can say with complete sincerity, if you are in need of a water heater repair or replacement, you really need to give these folks a try. They are truly interested in giving their customers the level of service one should expect to receive when hiring a company to perform a job.

First off I want to say Thanks Kevin!  He worked me in today because I had a sewer line back up.  He gave me  a quote with all of the hypothetical scenarios.  As he started the work he would check back with me to make sure I knew what the progress was and if we needed to add one of the scenario charges.  He was very professional and true to his quote.  If you need a plumber he is definitely your guy.

I had a new tenant in a rental property and the hot water heater started leaking the 2nd day he moved in.   Sunstate was able to fix the problem the next day.  All of the others had a 3-4 day wait.   The price was reasonable and the service was excellent.   Highly recommended.

Great service, price, and just overall experience! I will never use anyone else for any plumbing needs! I called with an emergency at 7 am and he was at my house before 930 and finished before 10 at a very reasonable honest price! Pressure valve failed on the heater and water was leaking. I called Paul at about 6 pm. They came next morning and repaired. Excellent service!

They were sent by my warranty company and they didn't solve the problem, plus what they said should be done to fix the problem they quoted me triple of what I paided from Parker Bros.
