Hi had Steve W. of Robins Plumbing in to offer his professional opinion of how I might rehabilitate my master bathroom shower including making the space a bit larger by changing up the plumbing and drain.  Steve offered some creative ideas and based on his demonstrated knowledge, I trust that the final project will both add attractiveness and function to my master bath.

We just sold our home in Glendale and the inspector for our buyers found a moist spot in the dining room ceiling, directly below our master shower. Our realtor recommended Trident Plumbing for the fix and I could not be more grateful. I called around 7pm, left a message and assumed Id hear back the next day. Nope! Shelby called me less than an hour later and we had a plumber, Jimmy, out here by 2pm the very next day. When it was clear our fix would require some hefty drywall cutting, Jimmy arranged for Rocky Mountain Restoration to come out and assist the job. Long story short, this amazingly responsive team - including the owner! - tag teamed the project and a mere couple days later theyd found and fixed the leak, all while being fun, friendly, responsive and highly professional. Though I dont hope to have to, I would use them again in a heartbeat!!!

These guys are great we thought we were going to have to replace the pump came out and took a look at our pump did some service on it and got it running.  I recommend them great service.

Very prompt service at a fair price.  Rare to find a plumber that can respond so quickly.  They quickly identified the issue and got it fixed.

I can't imagine using another plumber. As an engineer and do it yourselfer, I know what I'm doing even if I hire out the work. Norfleet came out quickly, knew exactly what I needed, and even pointed out a few things I didn't know. Quality of the work was outstanding. Price was more reasonable than a couple others that bid on the work.  Gamble on some other contractors if you want, but go to Norfleet first and save yourself some time.

Scott called me within an hour and scheduled non-emergency appt in 2 days. Plumber called and also received a text when he was on his away and arrived during the 4 hr appt window. Gave me the bad news that it was going to be $650. That was about double what I was expecting. This was my only complaint as this seemed really high to me but I had another plumber not show up twice for appointments so what was I supposed to do. I needed to get it done. I do know he had to cut drain line, hot and cold water line and softener line to put new box in. There was some work to be done.
Mike was a nice guy and listened to my stories so he can't be too bad. The repair was done professionally and he cleaned up when he was done. They may not be the cheapest plumber but do a good job. I will consider using them again on future jobs.

Water heaters only, Inc. is an amazing company. We called them because we had an issue with our hot water tank and Don the technician came within an hour and a half and was really quick about replacing our hot water tank. This company specializes in just water heaters. You get a great water heater at a great price with the installation and warranty. We couldn't be happier

Taylor was here when he said he would be and is friendly & kind! Super efficient and cleaned the mess from changing two bathroom faucets ! Very reasonably priced & even helped me with a small handyman fix! Hire him!!!

Mark did an amazing job on the installation of my garbage disposal.  Also reasonably priced.  Will definitely call him for my Plumbing needs.  Recommended.

I needed a plumber so I called Kevin's plumbing service to fix a smell in my bathroom, inspect/fix the house for low water pressure issues,I was having and he also looked at the cost to install a water softener. In addition to that, he checked out a video of my front yard sewer line that a Locating Service had provided me from escrow inspections (recently purchased the house) --- Kevin spent almost two hours at my house, walking through the various issues, talking through all of the costs and estimates for the water softener install and even taught me how to do a few things on my own. He explained what he saw in the sewer line video and provided some advice on how best to live and deal with it in the future. Most importantly, Kevin located the problem with the smell in my bathroom (I thought it was the shower drain) but it was from a poorly installed wax ring under my toilet. I cannot tell you how relieved I was that he fixed this problem. Ever had sewer gas seeping into your master bathroom at night? Horrible! He also located a problem with the toilet filler/flow valve(?) and it was a cheap and easy fix. He walked me through the repairs and explained the how/what/why of what he was doing. I will definitely be calling Kevin in the future for my plumbing needs because he was honest, friendly, and professional -- most importantly he didn't give me a laundry list of stuff that needed to be fixed just to rack up the bill. After having a plumber at the house for over 2 hours, one might expect a $200-$300+ bill.... NOT EVEN CLOSE! Thanks Kevin!!!

I had been remodeling my house and was down to the final step of having my dishwasher and sink connected in the kitchen to outgoing piping. Most of the pipe was already present. I was told a $45 service charge will be deducted from the price if I decide to go ahead with the job. Well the plumber said he didn't have some of the pipe he needed so he had to go buy the pipe that connects the dishwasher to the out going pipe and connector. He came back quickly not to far away. When he was done I noticed the connector between the pipes was screwed on crooked on an angle. When I mentioned it to Mike the plumber he said the pipe was crooked and it would not leak. The pipe did not look crooked to me. So the job was $229. When I asked about deducting the service fee he said it is already deducted and he had to go get a part. Well my husband saw it and he is not happy with the crooked fitting. So he will be contacting the company. Honestly I think plumbers pull charges out of the air. You never know the real price that should be charged.  

Disappointed to say the least.

These guys are awesome.  No one wants to need a plumber, but when you do, you need one fast and they better be good!  File this away for future reference because it is a golden number if you need a plumber!!  I called because they are my neighbor and wanted to support local business.  Turns out he is a great neighbor and awesome business to support.  They came out in a reasonable time frame, fixed the problem and another problem that was willed to them by a previous plumber and charged a very reasonable fee.  The technician was professional and courteous, cleaned up after himself.  Who could ask for more??  Actually given the age of our home, I was mentally preparing myself for a really big bill and VERY pleasantly surprised!  These days professionalism is kind of a crap shoot and you don't know what to expect.  Given all the great reviews, these guys are the real deal! Thank you so much!!!!

What a great service call.  My technician, Andrew, was so courteous and knowledgeable.  He arrived on time, in a mask, and carefully listened to me as I explained the stoppage in the kitchen.  He worked on fixing it, and he did!  He also spent time explaining to me what he did.  Also explained if it happened again, what I should do.  Great service from a very knowledgeable technician.

NEVER AGAIN- DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
These guys were out on a call to my house this morning. I have a very similar story to a previous reveiw. The tech first got to my house and immediately said he had a restoration company that could come immediately. I said no, I believe we caught this quick and no need ... just replace the water heater and it will all dry out. its in the garage and was drying pretty fast. He then said we will also  have to replace the tpt over flow valve and the flex lines. I said have at it, we are covered under home warranty. He said this is not covered under home warranty. I said how much is it going to cost? He said 325.00 I said WHAT! , I know for a fact these parts are no where near that cost, you must have a really high mark up. I said I do not wish to have these items replaced. Just replace my water Heater. He said we cannot do that sir, I said my flex hoses are fine and look brand new, the TPT valve is not leaking, I said what if I dont want you to replace those items. He said we will not replace your Hot Water Heater. I said this is Highway Robbery. I asked to speak to the manager. The manager was called and He said this is our policy. I said ok. we will not be having you guys do the work here today, I will hire another company. I have spent the rest of the day battling with American Home Shield. Bottom line .... Pruitts Plumbing is out to try and get every dollar they can to naive home owners, do not use these people.
