Did not fix my sink drain issue. Pricing would not be given over the phone. After charging for a camera I was told my pipe had collapsed. Then he tried using a snake and pulled out roots. It was fixed for a day then backed up again. Over charged and still had an issue.

Very helpful and honest company. They were able to complete the requested work very quickly. I would definitely use them again.

I developed water leaking in multiple sinks, toilets and tub/showers due to extremely high water pressure in my home.  Because of the scope of this problem, I didn't want to trust this repair to a  general handyman, so I asked my friends and family if they knew a good plumber.  Brian Shaffer of Shaffer Plumbing was recommended highly, so I gave him a call.

It was after 5pm, so I expected to get voice mail, but Brian answered the phone.  I explained my problem, and he said he could come right then to take a look, then do the repair the next day.  He was at my house within 30 minutes, tested the pressure, took notes on parts/supplies he'd need, and said he would call me back with a quote, which he did.  While he was there, I asked him if he wanted to take a look at the other fixtures in the home, to see what he'd need to fix them.  He then surprised me and said, Let's fix the water pressure first.  I think that will fix all your other problems. What?!  How honest is that!  He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need, and he was right... once the pressure was fixed, the leaking in the other places stopped!

I would HIGHLY recommend anyone with a plumbing problem to use Shaffer Plumbing... he will fix it quickly, correctly, and fairly! Tell him you saw the review on Yelp, and that Cindy sent you!

P.S... one of the people who told me about this company had them put in a water softening system in their home.  Again, professional service, job done right, and great price!

KW Plumbing is the best kept secret in Scottsdale. Kevin does great work at very reasonable prices and responds quickly when called. If you are looking for an excellent plumber who won't rip you off, Kevin is your man.

I have used DFP several times, including today. I called them at 7:30 AM; the guy was at my house by 8 AM. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and quickly took care of the immediate problem. At my request he checked the other toilets to verify that they were working okay, and he even fixed one that had always been problematic by installing a new ball-thingie (technical term): it's working great now. The price was fair, and I wouldn't hesitate to call them in again (especially Jamey). :)

No-nonsense is most accurate description of these plumbers.  I'ved used them twice already, and each time they come out promptly and on time, tell me exactly what they are going to do and they get it done quickly and efficiently, even if they have to contract some of the work out with another contractor (Needed to saw into slab to fix a leak).

I woke up to a backed up sewage line.  I called five companies and EZ Flow was the first to respond.  They told me 10AM and JD arrived at 9:45AM.  The clog was fixed in less than 30 minutes.  Since they were already out, I had them replace the cartridges behind the shower handles.  I have an older house with 'questionable plumbing' and obsolete components.  JD did an excellent job of explaining the issues to me in advance so that I wasn't surprised by the pricing.  Based on previous experiences with plumbers, I think that their pricing is very fair and reasonable.

On a different note, they also email you a notice with the name and picture of their plumber who is going to come out.  While I personally don't care, this makes me feel much safer if my wife needed to handle this while I was out of town.

My warranty company, Fidelity National, sent out a work order to Water Heaters Only to replace our dead 65 gallon electric unit with a 75 gallon electric unit.   The Technician was VERY helpful and was going to do research on a few 75 gallon units that would fit in our water heater build out based on brands they are contracted with that provide 75 gallon tanks.   Within an hour I receive a call from the warranty company saying they were told it had to be a 50 gallon unit or we should cash out and install a gas or solar unit.   My husband, who dealt with the tech, called back to the 800 number to find out what happened.   He was told we do NOT install anything above 50 gallon tanks.   REALLY?   You took a work order that was specifically for a 75 gallon tank when you do not offer that service.   Now we are down for the weekend - cold showers!  Shame on YOU Water heaters only!

Our toilets clogged in the middle of the night in both bathrooms due to a plug up from a pile up of non solubles wipes causing back flow into the showers and tubs. So we were super desperate to get an honest affordable plumber in to resolve the issue ASAP ! Not only was Slade's plumbing  immediately responsive they also were willing to drive up and service us that night! I would highly highly recommend this honest business above all others that not only wanted me to wait for a couple days for the next available appointment but then to try and charge me an arm and a leg for what this company did immediately at more than half the price! Mark did an amazing job on the installation of my garbage disposal.  Also reasonably priced.  Will definitely call him for my Plumbing needs.  Recommended.

Kevin is great! He was extremely efficient and very knowledgeable. He came to fix my clogged shower and while he was here he checked a toilet that has been running for some time. The parts had been degraded and he went to grab the parts we needed same day to replace it. No more running! While he was here our pest control guy spotted a leak and I asked Kevin if he could check it out. He turned off the water to the landscaping and the leak has since stopped. He showed me the water pressure level and how high it was. He is coming to put a water pressure regulator on it for us. I know there are plenty of plumbers out there but Kevin is your guy!

Outstanding company and service.  Have called them twice for separate plumbing issues.  Both times they recommended practical, effective solutions that were reasonably priced.  For one service, they were half the price of another company. They are honest professionals that take pride in their work.   They respond quickly to calls and are a pleasure to work with.  Do not hesitate to call them!

I Brought A Vacation Property IN Phoenix...Needed A Plumber, Didn't know the area so i just picked this company...Good choice...Joe the Owner in Honest... They Did The Whole House...They Should Name their company Two good guys...Glad i used them!!

My wife called Stellar Home Services (after I found them on Yelp) because our 20+ year old gas water heater started leaking.  Paul quoted her a price and said he could be there in 1-2 hours.  He (and a coworker) arrived after two hours and was done 45 minutes later.  I was very impressed with their work.  He replaced everything including the pan and the supply valve that hadn't worked in years.  After looking up prices of similar units, and considering all other factors, I think the price was very fair.  I'd definitely call him again.

Company came out today to look at our water heater that had gone out over night. They only sent a guy out to look at the issue, not to replace it, but couldn't get out until Tuesday (5 days later) to replace it. In the mean time the tech that had come out and talked with my mother in law had sold her on a (he needed a special fitting) that would be an extra $175, not covered under the home warranty plan. Obviously they had no idea I am a General contactor and can call them on their bull $#it. Unethical business practice amd i would severely warn anyone who's planning on using them to beware.. if they tried it with us, how many have they gotten away with??
