Having found a water leak seeping water under my floorboards, I called Robins plumbing and spoke with Stephanie. She was very knowledgeable, kind and helpful and sent Damon out that day. Extremely quick response for which I am very grateful. Damon gave me several options to repair the leak. Long story short, they referred me to National First Response to tear out the drywall and pull up the damaged flooring and they came out the next day. The leak was found immediately and I was informed that the repair was much less serious than was originally thought to be. They were honest with me and I was saved the cost of a pipe reroute. Because of their honesty, I contracted Damon to do several plumbing jobs that I had been putting off. Damon was honest, informative and professional on every level and Robins Plumbing will be my go to plumbers from now on.

Jared, a USMC Veteran, is the owner of Trident and he is very responsive, honest and knowledgeable. He serviced our water heater and helped us solve low water pressure problems. After that, we hired him to install a higher toilet and new faucets in our master. We finally have hot water coming to our kitchen and master bath sinks after over two years of believing we just had to live with low pressure. He was not the first plumber we hired to address the problem, but he will be our go to plumber from now on.

Found Kevin on the Nextdoor App with many neighbors recommending him and then checked out his amazing reviews on Yelp. I called Kevin after someone else came out, replaced another part and the shower still leaked. Everything they said about Kevin and his team is true. Kevin was so quick to respond, he fit me in his already busy schedule and took care of a leaky shower the next day! Excellent communication, fair price and actually fixed the problem very quickly. They completed a difficult underground plumbing problem and identified and repaired everything.  They were able to explain every step of the way so that we understood exactly why the issue was happening.  They included several jobs that were going to be add ons with another company's quote and their bid was much more reasonable for a complete job.  They also completed in 1 day what was estimated as 2 days with the other company. They were professional, hard working and Kyle did an excellent job at every step.  We called for a second opinion and they gave us a free estimate and we went with them immediately and we are so glad we did.  Highly recommend

I had a water heater go out at one of my rental properties recently. I called up and spoke with Nick who was able to go out to my property the same day to assess the job, explain the process to my tenant and get everything scheduled. The water heater was replaced quickly and efficiently. My tenant is happy and so was I. Thank you Nick!

It's always nice to see that a business has so many customers that they do not need any more.  spoke to Matt who said that he would come by, but could tell that he really wanted to push an appointment until next week stating its Friday.  I received the old no call, no show.

Although we did not use EZ Flow Plumbing, I spoke to Scott on the phone today about our leaky water heater. While they were booked for today (Saturday), he gave me great advise about how to handle the situation. Asked about the size and warranty. I found that I had about 3 years left on my warranty and he adivsed to contact the company. They are going to honor the warranty. No charge to me! Scott did what was right and, although he did not get my business, he has my loyalty as a person that does the right thing for his potential customers. 5 stars for being honest and helpful to a potential customer.

Could not get ahold of them at all. Had an emergency with out water heater and the line just rang and rang.

Taylor was here when he said he would be and is friendly & kind! Super efficient and cleaned the mess from changing two bathroom faucets ! Very reasonably priced & even helped me with a small handyman fix! Hire him!!!

We found mold under some crumbling paint while prepping to paint a bedroom. Wanted to have someone come out and fix as we know how dangerous mold can be. Kyle came out, was extremely informative and alleviated our worries in terms of what needed to be done. Did not try to oversell or do unnecessary work. I would definitely use this company in the future and recommend to others.

Kevin came round to fix a leaking bath faucet. He was very prompt on replying to texts to schedule the service (could have done it the day after i texted him but opted for a week later) and he was punctual, friendly and fixed my tap no issues. also had a look at another leak and made a quick adjustment with his wrench which saved me a lot of hassle or another call out. i took his card and will use him again. 3% credit card charge which isnt an issue

I had a new tenant in a rental property and the hot water heater started leaking the 2nd day he moved in.   Sunstate was able to fix the problem the next day.  All of the others had a 3-4 day wait.   The price was reasonable and the service was excellent.   Highly recommended.

I had to submit a claim with my home warranty company First American. They sent these guys out. I submitted my request with First American at 3 am. Waited until 8 am still hadn't heard anything so I call Pruitt's since they hadn't called yet and asked when they could be out. Tiffany said between 12 and 5 today. I requested the technician call when he's on his way to my house. After sitting around all day at 3 o'clock I run to the store and I'm gone for 20 minutes. Of course the plumber shows up when I'm away luckily he was still there when arrived home. Showed him the broken valve behind the refrigerator. He takes one look and says he doesn't have the replacement part with him. Even though I explained clearly to First American home warranty the issue. He says he can cut the valve off and cap it so it stops leaking. He said he would get the correct part and schedule a return visit. That was Wednesday, Thursday and Friday come and go. Saturday morning at 10 am I  call and see what is going on. I speak to Tiffany again, she looks up my work order again and says she can have someone out there between 12 and 5 on Wednesday. I said NO, I'm off Mondays and Tuesdays and they can send someone then. Tiffany says there booked and can't make it work. I told her I'm off Friday at 2, requested to have someone come then. She said they could have someone there between 12 and 5. I asked why can't they be a little more punctual she said because they don't know how long jobs will take. But somehow they know they're booked for Monday and Tuesday hmmmmm.... Whatever I told her to schedule me for Friday from 12 to 5. I called First American complained and they said they would send another company on Monday. Kind seems like all the company's the warranty company's send don't give a sh!t and know they have the contract and get paid no matter what.
