Had them come out today to drain my water heater and decided to change out two toilets that were very old. Ben did a great job with the install. This company is really good and always come out quickly.

Did not fix my sink drain issue. Pricing would not be given over the phone. After charging for a camera I was told my pipe had collapsed. Then he tried using a snake and pulled out roots. It was fixed for a day then backed up again. Over charged and still had an issue.

Very helpful and honest company. They were able to complete the requested work very quickly. I would definitely use them again.

These guys are great we thought we were going to have to replace the pump came out and took a look at our pump did some service on it and got it running.  I recommend them great service.

I developed water leaking in multiple sinks, toilets and tub/showers due to extremely high water pressure in my home.  Because of the scope of this problem, I didn't want to trust this repair to a  general handyman, so I asked my friends and family if they knew a good plumber.  Brian Shaffer of Shaffer Plumbing was recommended highly, so I gave him a call.

It was after 5pm, so I expected to get voice mail, but Brian answered the phone.  I explained my problem, and he said he could come right then to take a look, then do the repair the next day.  He was at my house within 30 minutes, tested the pressure, took notes on parts/supplies he'd need, and said he would call me back with a quote, which he did.  While he was there, I asked him if he wanted to take a look at the other fixtures in the home, to see what he'd need to fix them.  He then surprised me and said, Let's fix the water pressure first.  I think that will fix all your other problems. What?!  How honest is that!  He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need, and he was right... once the pressure was fixed, the leaking in the other places stopped!

I would HIGHLY recommend anyone with a plumbing problem to use Shaffer Plumbing... he will fix it quickly, correctly, and fairly! Tell him you saw the review on Yelp, and that Cindy sent you!

P.S... one of the people who told me about this company had them put in a water softening system in their home.  Again, professional service, job done right, and great price!

Kevin is the best! He has done many plumbing projects at our house since we moved in about 2 years ago. Gas plumbing for BBQ & dryer, replaced water heater, water softener & reverse osmosis systems, installed new bathroom (toilet and sink) and kitchen (appliances and plumbing). Always reliable and professional. We give him our highest recommendation.

These guys are a joke.  Been without water for 4 days ans still counting and they still aren't any closer.  This is a small low end operation.  Do yourself a favor, hire a large company not these unqualified clowns.  They will also look you in the face and lie about getting done. Then as soon as your back is turned, they will hop in their trucks and leave without anything fixed.  Worst experience we've ever had with a plumber.

Update: Just had them come out to do a repair on our pipes and valves.  I think what I like best about this place is that they have consistently been the only (or one of very few) place(s) that will actually give an idea of cost beforehand with enough information rather than insist on we have to see it first. A non in-person Quote isn't as accurate (it wasn't for me this time), but there's value in knowing how much I need to brace myself for before someone comes out. I don't have time to make an appointment Over and again to find out I'll need to  postpone a repair to come up with the funds.
My only regret is not taking advantage of the yelp deal that was going at the time....

I called Mountain Park Plumbing at 3:00 today (Sunday) and they answered.  They expressed a willingness to come help me today if necessary.  After hearing a description of the problem, the gentleman I was speaking with walked me through a step-by-step diagnosis over the phone and actually explained how I could fix the problem with very little effort.  Talk about going the extra mile.  He fixed my problem over the phone for free even though it meant costing him money.  I am impressed.  I highly recommend Mountain Park Plumbing!!

Prompt service. very professional. they had to come back to regulate a slow tap( due to sediments after the work) . they were prompt to get it done even when it got late for them.

01/06/15 This was our third gas water heater replacement in 22 years, and all three were replaced by Water Heaters Only. The most recent RUUD lasted over 9 years. Don was professional and did an outstanding job with our replacement which included a new drip pan, new water valve, and new water and gas lines. With Water Heaters Only, the work is always top quality and you can leave your worries and cares behind.

Taylor was very professional, easy to work with and a problem solver. He was willing to make the extra effort to get the right tubing to fit the faucet since the one we had did not connect to the new faucet we were replacing. He got the project done efficiently and on time. Great Job!

Mark did an amazing job on the installation of my garbage disposal.  Also reasonably priced.  Will definitely call him for my Plumbing needs.  Recommended.

I discovered Kevin at least seven years ago.  He has always been courteous, prompt and fair and the quality of his work is excellent.  Most recently, our garbage disposal was leaking badly from the bottom of the tank.  He found out  the unit had worked loose over several years and water was getting in from the sink.  He removed it, cleaned it up and bolted it back on, saving us the cost a new unit.  The next time you need a plumber, I highly recommend Kevin.

Sunstate Plumbing will move heaven and earth for there clients. I strongly would recommend anyone to them who need plumbing work. Tom and Dave know there stuff, and the years of combined experience show it.

There are two kinds of companies you must totally trust:
1. Auto mechanics
2. Plumbers
Why? Because both of them can essentially tell you anything and charge for it and you have no way of knowing the truth.

I 120% trust this plumber. Have used for over 5 years now and they always take care of it in a fair and prompt way. I would recommend unconditionally.

Had Stellar come out as part of home warranty work to replace the garbage disposal. The front office (owner?) Paul is not trustworthy and doesn't return voicemails. I wanted to upgrade the disposal and pay the difference, quoted me $450 to upgrade to a disposal that costs $330 off the shelf at Lowe's/Home Depot. He said no other options existed, despite other contractors and stores having options.
He also lied about the cost to do the work to the home warranty people so they would only give me $90 if I wanted to cancel the work and have someone else do it (should have been ~$200 according to the on site guys). Super shady business practices. Lastly, it took 9 days for them to replace the disposal, refusing to upgrade to anything other than what they had in the truck.

Why two stars instead of one? The guys performing the work were good, very friendly and moved quickly. Unfortunate that the front office doesn't share the same ethics.

Extremely disappointed in Pruitts plumbing.  My water heater burst this morning-I called Pruitts because they had installed it 3 1/2 years ago.  They came out and while the unit is under warranty, they wanted over $800.00 to replace.  That sounded very high to me so I told them I wanted to get a 2nd estimate.  The technician agreed.  Less than an hour later I received a call from Bud from Pruitts wanting payment of $120.00 for them coming out.  I told him I had explained to the tech that I was getting a 2nd opinion-he said he still needed the $120.00.  I told him I would get back to him.  Kyle the tech called me right after and said he needed the $ and he was coming by to get the check.  I told him that I hadn't decided who to use yet.  The two other company who came out to give me estimates did not charge for their estimates.  Even if Pruitt had been the cheapest or at least reasonable I would not use them due to their policies of charging for an estimate and hassling me for it.  Would not recommend!
