It's at least second or third time we've been lucky enough to get Eddie to solve our problem, but we've had Robin's Plumbing for MANY years....always with top-notch results! Trident Plumbing is the BEST.  They installed my new faucets in my primary bathroom and replaced my 22 year old water heater.  Thank you Jimmy and Jared for AFFORDABLE, PROFESSIONAL and FRIENDLY SERVICE.  You arrived on time, cleaned the area and disposed of everything.   If anyone is looking for plumbing services, this company is honest and demonstrates great customer service.

I was struggling with my pool this spring, could not get the green yuck out, no matter what I did. Thankfully E&J was able to come out and take a look, within a day the green was nearly gone, within a week my pool was sparkling again. The service is great, very affordable and knowledgeable. I highly recommend!!

Had a plumbing leak and Brian gave me advice to get it figured out on my own. I was in a pinch and needed to leave town asap. It was really nice of him to help me get it solved and kept in touch to see if I was able to fix it. This is an old school, honest, above and beyond kind of company. Great service and value! He installed our new kitchen faucet perfectly, repaired a bathtub drain, and went above and beyond to fix a pesky slow-flushing toilet. He also educated us on how we could manage some minor issues ourselves, and was very knowledgeable about particular plumbing issues associated with our modular home.

Had a pretty small routine job to get done but unfortunately, my landlord made it incredibly difficult to get done efficiently.  Matt and TJ were extremely professional and patient despite me having to reschedule multiple times.  Could not recommend these guys more highly, great plumbers providing very professional service!

I contacted EZ Flow Plumbing to address an unusual smell that I thought was connected to a slow drain. They sent their technician, Kai and she recommended I purchased their enzyme solution. I followed instructions but it didn't fix the smell. EZ Flow came back out to further inspect and reassess. Turns out the smell was unrelated to sewer/drainage and hence why enzymes were not effective. They traced the smell to what seems to be the silicone used under the tub and have offered several remedies to try. EZ Flow has made it abundantly clear that they are committed to customer satisfaction and truly helping people. I would recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing services.

We were out of town when the dog sitter called to say our hot water heater was spewing water all over our garage. She was able to get the water turned off, tank drained and electricity turned off to the unit.  Through our home warranty company we were put in contact with water heaters only. They had Don come out at 8 AM the morning after we arrived home.  We clearly needed a new water heater, but previous owners had built cabinets in such a way the tank could not be removed. Don gave us explicit instructions on how the cabinets should be moved. We contacted our handyman and he came out and moved the shelves.  Don came within an hour after he left and removed the old tank and hooked up the new one.  He insured there was no damage to the drywall - treated the area to prevent any mold growing - installed a drip pan under the new water heater and attached a drain so that any overflow would go away from the cabinets to the garage floor.  In addition to being an expert in this field, Don was an absolute professional.  In addition, the gentleman at the main office was courteous, helpful and insured everything was in place to get our water heater replaced. Thank you Don.  We will always refer our friends and associates to this company.

Taylor was here when he said he would be and is friendly & kind! Super efficient and cleaned the mess from changing two bathroom faucets ! Very reasonably priced & even helped me with a small handyman fix! Hire him!!!

Had my hot water heater maintenance done by XCompany which caused a leak on the pressure valve. I was told it would have to be replaced at a cost of 1,800.00 - I got a few more quotes until the price went down to a couple around 1K, including Safe Dry Out.
Safe Dry Out is the only one who bothered to ask what was wrong with the water heater and suggested it could be fixed instead. I went from having to fork out 1,800.00 to only spending 150.00
Mike could have easily gone with the rest and said the only solution was to replace it. This to me shows integrity and honesty. The quality of work was excellent and, to top it off, he was extremely patient with my 80 year old father hanging around. Thank you Mike!

Well based on the previous 5 star reviews I hired Kevin for a leaky tub faucet.  I even waited 3 days til he was available.  I wanted a rough estimate and Kevin said $75 plus parts as long as everything went smooth.  He needed to change out the cartridge which he had with him but the faucet pieces were corroded and also needed to be replaced.  He said he had it all with him for another customer but that it would be $80.00. I thought that sounded high so he called to get the price for the cartridge and said it was going to be $41 and if he needed to go to Home Depot (about 3 miles away) it would be another $25.00 plus the faucet pieces.  I've never had a plumber do this before so I said I would go get it and put the faucet on myself. He quickly showed me how.  It took about 15 min. total for him to do his job.  The faucet at HD was $12 and cartridge was $38. so a total of $52 not $80 as he had said.  When I got back I couldn't get the faucet on so then drove to Osborn Plumbing Supply who showed me how to put it on correctly. The cartridge there is $37.00.  When I went back to put the faucet on realized Kevin put the cartridge  in backward and hot and cold was reversed.  I texted Kevin all of this and how unhappy I was that this took me so much time and that he wanted to charge an additional $25 to get a part.  He said he had to charge for his time and that he is less than the big plumbing companies.  This is not so.  A large plumbing company charges retail for parts and has them on their truck and if not doesn't charge extra to go get it.  Osborn Plumbing Supply said they charge $95 per hour labor.  Kevin did offer to come back to reverse the cartridge and make it right but now I don't care and will just live with it.  Me personally hire these independent guys to save money.  I disagree that he is cheaper from my experience and would rather go with a reputable company for the same money and not have to do some of the work myself.  The only thing I agree with on the other reviews is yes Kevin is very personable, but this is really not important.  It is the work and price for it that matters.  I am writing this review so others are not deceived by all the 5 star reviews and don't wait 3 days for a plumber to come out and not do 5 star work.  Oh and he charges 3% more for credit cards.

We highly recommend Sunstate Plumbing!!! They have been great helping us navigate our new shampoo bowls for our salon with the new heavy duty traps they installed. They have made several trips out to help us trouble shoot.

I spoke with Joe last week about getting my hot water heater re-plumbed as a result of some corrosion that had appeared around most of the fittings. I sent him some pictures of the pipes/fittings and he got back to me right away with a quote which was considerably less then another one I had received. Joe set a date to do the work, had one of his crew show up right on time, and the work was done in about three hours and very cleanly. I would highly recommend Joe and his company to anyone looking for a reliable & high quality plumbing service. Thanks Joe for everything!!!

My wife called Stellar Home Services (after I found them on Yelp) because our 20+ year old gas water heater started leaking.  Paul quoted her a price and said he could be there in 1-2 hours.  He (and a coworker) arrived after two hours and was done 45 minutes later.  I was very impressed with their work.  He replaced everything including the pan and the supply valve that hadn't worked in years.  After looking up prices of similar units, and considering all other factors, I think the price was very fair.  I'd definitely call him again.

I have to say, I was concerned after reading a few of the posts for this company. I was referred to them by my home warranty company, one guard. I have had three visits so far by three different plumbers from this company. All of my experiences have been great. The first was Javier. He was honest and nice and explained the situation. Didn't try to over sell anything. Just did a great job of proper diagnosis and and then the second guy came back and fixed the problem. I had a new problem today and Kenney came out and diagnosed the problem quickly and had the part on his truck. A few minutes later he had it fixed. Again, I don't know why others had problems and I'm sorry you did but the home warranty company says they have good reviews and I had three good experiences. I hope this helps.
