called them from a recommendation and their reviews.  Very nice guy, professional. BUT, he looked at my problems (kitchen faucet not turning freely and garbage disposal just humming) for about 1 minute and proclaimed that I needed a water softener system (3,000 +), and replacement of both (1,000+).  WOW.   I paid the $85 service call fee, and called another plumber.  Garbage disposal fixed (one of the wheels was jammed), and the faucet replaced for 200$.  Yes, we have hard water, but he just tried to sell a softener system (which was not reviewed well, and was rated as not effective for very hard water, plus cartridges that cost $60 to replace).  I appreciated that he was very nice and very professional, but really felt like he was focused on selling the system instead of fixing the issue.  Disappointed.
Followup - got a return call from the manager - who was very kind and listened to me.  He is going to look into the estimate given, and see what went wrong.  
So - they are concerned about their customers - I do appreciate that. This just didn't work out for me.

Did not fix my sink drain issue. Pricing would not be given over the phone. After charging for a camera I was told my pipe had collapsed. Then he tried using a snake and pulled out roots. It was fixed for a day then backed up again. Over charged and still had an issue.

Very helpful and honest company. They were able to complete the requested work very quickly. I would definitely use them again.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff who works with your schedule and has very fair pricing. I highly recommend them!

Had a plumbing leak and Brian gave me advice to get it figured out on my own. I was in a pinch and needed to leave town asap. It was really nice of him to help me get it solved and kept in touch to see if I was able to fix it. This is an old school, honest, above and beyond kind of company. Will definitely call him for any future plumbing needs.

Have been utilizing Kevin's services for about 2 years now. He's always courteous, reliable and able to fix our problem.

I really appreciated their quick and professional service. I'd been told by other companies they couldn't send out anyone for at least four days. Kyle from Desert Foothills Plumbing came out the same day, was early and even wore a mask due to COVID19 concerns.  The problem was handled quickly and efficiently.  I will definitely use this company for my plumbing needs.

The hot water at my house would run out and go cold in about 3 minutes, which definitely made showers go faster, however cold showers in February are not high on my to do list.

Alas I reach out to a few plumbers to diagnose what I'm assuming is a faulty water heater. 1st plumber comes out, looks at it real quick, tells me the quick fix and is on his way. Nick from Norfleet comes out, spends a good amount of time testing and then explaining why he believes we have a slab leak.

So I shop around for a leak detection company and sure enough, slab leak. Leak detection company's work was a little sloppy, so Nick took the time to reach out to them and see exactly where the manifolds are so he can steer me in the right direction.

Again, I shop around and I was pretty pumped Nick at Norfleet came out with the best price. Nick came out to my house all day and did a fantastic job rerouting my pipes and for the first time I took a warm shower this morning, my god it felt good.

So to recap, in my experience Norfleet is honest, knowledgeable, and is super communicative while also coming in at the best price in my situation.

STAY AWAY FROM MOUNTAIN PARK PLUMBING! Horrible! I regret recommending these so-called plumbers to my friends. If you want a totally 100% UNprofessional, disrespectful experience, then by all means, call them. Otherwise, find a reputable, PROFESSIONAL, and most of all respectable plumber (yes, they do exist-trust me)!
Here's what happened:
plumber from Mountain Park Plumbing shows up at my friend's home, and was kindly offered shoe coverings by my friend, (who never allow shoes in her home), and instead of him saying a polite, thank you, this rude guy replied, my shoes are clean, with a snarky attitude. UNREAL!  Needless to say, he did put them on at the insistence of my friend. Now, he also refused to wear a facemask, stating (with another snarky attitude) I'm unvaccinated.  I highly doubt it because he was at my other friends house just a few weeks ago, wearing a face mask!! Go figure! And by, the way, this is NOT his home! Rude!
Bottom line: when a contractor (or anyone for that matter), enters a customers house, they need to RESPECT THEIR HOUSE,  and abide by THE CUSTOMERS wishes, not his own!!

EZ Flow is one of the few, straightforward service companies out there. We had them come out a couple of weeks ago and were pleasantly surprised when the technician suggested seeing if he could fix our current faucet before we ran out to purchase another one for him to install. Within a few minutes he had easily solved the problem; on top of that, he fixed a minor issue we had with the faucet spraying all over the place in our guest bathroom--for which he didn't even charge! I've used EZ Flow before and was impressed. I'm even more impressed now.

Spoke with Tom twice over the last few days. He was great, handled my water heater troubles quickly and was personable and professional. Tom answered my questions and assured me the tank size I wanted to order was sufficient for the size of the townhouse/ number of bathrooms. I had called 4 other places first, those with average reviews. The quotes varied from $1560 (all inclusive)- down to $1020 but didn't include the water heater unit (who does that!?). I had to deal with plumbers that were mean salty old men, and others that wanted me off the phone quickly. Luckily for me Tom was exceptionally ordinary. He didn't rush me and took his time. Thank you Tom!

The gentleman that installed my water heater stayed in communication with me the whole time and even informed me of the correct temperature the heater should be set to and set it for me. He even scanned pictures to me and the invoice for my records. Super!!!

I called in the morning, and got a 3:30 appointment for the same day.  Taylor arrived right on time.  Both of my  bathroom sinks were clogged and not draining properly, and he fixed the problem completely within half an hour or less.  The photos are from what he pulled out of my bathroom pipes.  I couldn't be happier with the outcome.  Now my sinks are both draining properly, and everything working as they should, thanks to Taylor.  I would recommend to anyone; he doesn't waste any time and does thorough and complete work.  He lets you know what he's doing as he's doing it so you understand the process.  I appreciated that so much.  He exceeded my expectations and will definitely call him again for other handyman services I need in the future.

We found mold under some crumbling paint while prepping to paint a bedroom. Wanted to have someone come out and fix as we know how dangerous mold can be. Kyle came out, was extremely informative and alleviated our worries in terms of what needed to be done. Did not try to oversell or do unnecessary work. I would definitely use this company in the future and recommend to others.

We hired Kevin to help with a pipe that was botched by a landscaper.  He came over the same day and fixed it fairly quickly.  He is very knowledgable and honest and very reasonably priced.  He did a lot of major bathroom work for my sister also and she only has wonderful things to say about him.

I had a new tenant in a rental property and the hot water heater started leaking the 2nd day he moved in.   Sunstate was able to fix the problem the next day.  All of the others had a 3-4 day wait.   The price was reasonable and the service was excellent.   Highly recommended.

I spoke with Joe last week about getting my hot water heater re-plumbed as a result of some corrosion that had appeared around most of the fittings. I sent him some pictures of the pipes/fittings and he got back to me right away with a quote which was considerably less then another one I had received. Joe set a date to do the work, had one of his crew show up right on time, and the work was done in about three hours and very cleanly. I would highly recommend Joe and his company to anyone looking for a reliable & high quality plumbing service. Thanks Joe for everything!!!

Showed up without notification to me and was forced to rush home. Brought the wrong part and had to go without for two more days of hot water just wow because they had more jobs to do that day! Never  again

Our water heater was leaking water, so our home warranty company contacted Pruitt's and they were out the same day.  Turns out the water heater stand was also ruined, and Pruitt's recommended DryLux to repair the structural damage.  DryLux was also great, an estimator came out to take a look at 4 pm, and by 8 pm the damage was repaired to the point where Pruitt's could install the new water heater the next morning (full repair will need to wait for homeowner's insurance OK).  Being without hot water is a pain, but if this were to happen again, I could recommend either of these two companies without hesitation.
