Damon and Bill installed a hot water heater quickly and with good quality.  They showed me where the emergency pressure line releases, and were friendly toward my inquisitive kids.  Damon was awesome!

They are incredibly easy to schedule with any anyone I've spoken to or has come to the house has been professional and friendly. We needed a new RO system and their team quickly got out here and installed the new system without any issues. They are transparent with their pricing and deliver quality work.

I was struggling with my pool this spring, could not get the green yuck out, no matter what I did. Thankfully E&J was able to come out and take a look, within a day the green was nearly gone, within a week my pool was sparkling again. The service is great, very affordable and knowledgeable. I developed water leaking in multiple sinks, toilets and tub/showers due to extremely high water pressure in my home.  Because of the scope of this problem, I didn't want to trust this repair to a  general handyman, so I asked my friends and family if they knew a good plumber.  Brian Shaffer of Shaffer Plumbing was recommended highly, so I gave him a call.

It was after 5pm, so I expected to get voice mail, but Brian answered the phone.  I explained my problem, and he said he could come right then to take a look, then do the repair the next day.  He was at my house within 30 minutes, tested the pressure, took notes on parts/supplies he'd need, and said he would call me back with a quote, which he did.  While he was there, I asked him if he wanted to take a look at the other fixtures in the home, to see what he'd need to fix them.  He then surprised me and said, Let's fix the water pressure first.  I think that will fix all your other problems. What?!  How honest is that!  He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need, and he was right... once the pressure was fixed, the leaking in the other places stopped!

I would HIGHLY recommend anyone with a plumbing problem to use Shaffer Plumbing... he will fix it quickly, correctly, and fairly! Tell him you saw the review on Yelp, and that Cindy sent you!

P.S... one of the people who told me about this company had them put in a water softening system in their home.  Again, professional service, job done right, and great price!

Kevin of KW Plumbing was sent by our home warranty company to fix a plumbing problem.  I was pleased that we were able to schedule a visit quickly and appreciate the fact the home warranty company sent someone so knowledgeable. He detected and repaired the problem quickly and kept me informed of his findings and solution without me having to ask a lot of questions. He was on time and professional in his dealings with us.  I would recommend him to anyone for plumbing problems.

Had a sink and faucet replaced. Job looks nice but had to call back two extra times for leaks.
First leak was in seal around pipe where the threads were.
Second was in the fitting.
Pretty bad to get paid over $800.00 and have sub standard assembly then leave without a good leak check.
Paid two guys labor for a one man job. BEWARE.
Guys were nice though.

I contacted Norfleet Family Plumbing for an estimate through yelp and not only did they get back to me right away but they had the best price of the several estimates I got and even got me in the same evening! Nick, the owner, showed up on time, was friendly and straightforward and got the job done quickly. I couldn't recommend more!

Mountain Park Plumbing is awesome.  Richard helped me when I was getting ready to purchase a property.  There were some plumbing concerns noted by the property inspector.   Richard looked at the pictures from the inspection and told us what needed to be done, what was cosmetic and optional and gave us a price.  His guys were on time, which is great when you are trying to co-ordinate different people coming to a new house.  They replaced valves and piping, cleaned up the area under the kitchen sink and made it look better than we found it.  They even disposed of the old water softener that was left in the garage that had been previously disconnected.

Jessie came out for a free service consultation. I wanted a second opinion for a replacement part in our water heater since Parker & Sons told us we needed it. Jessie was honest and upfront about this particular part. He even flushed our water heater to see if there was any rust in it since that's what we were told. I appreciated his honest recommendation and will definitely be using EZ Flow for all our plumbing needs now.

Had an emergency situation with a water heater and a timeline for leaving the area. Water Heaters Only had a repairperson to my house in less than two hours, as promised. The repairperson, Don, diagnosed the problem, gave me options, and repaired the water heater in 30 minutes. He was knowledgeable, efficient and friendly! Excellent wok!

Our toilets clogged in the middle of the night in both bathrooms due to a plug up from a pile up of non solubles wipes causing back flow into the showers and tubs. So we were super desperate to get an honest affordable plumber in to resolve the issue ASAP ! Not only was Slade's plumbing  immediately responsive they also were willing to drive up and service us that night! I would highly highly recommend this honest business above all others that not only wanted me to wait for a couple days for the next available appointment but then to try and charge me an arm and a leg for what this company did immediately at more than half the price! Moved into a new (to me) home and when I went to install my washing machine, I found the hose bibs were leaking pretty good.
I spent a lot of time calling places. Joe offered the best price with the least invasive solution and was able to come fix it next day. Another company said they had to cut into my wall to replace the bibs because the direct replacement was no longer available.
Joe and Juan arrived on time and were done in half an hour. Joe pointed out where I can turn off the water in an emergency, gave me a couple estimates for work I may want to do in the future and they were both two genuine people out to do great work with quality parts at affordable prices. I will definitely keep this company on speed dial should I need any future plumbing assistance.

I'm too quick to review.  Juan changed the main controlling gas valve of my water heater.  When he finished he did not tighten the pilot light fitting and gas is leaking.  Luckily a friend came over and smell it. We old people lost some of our sense of smell.  We called southwest gas emergency and they fixed the problem today.

I had to submit a claim with my home warranty company First American. They sent these guys out. I submitted my request with First American at 3 am. Waited until 8 am still hadn't heard anything so I call Pruitt's since they hadn't called yet and asked when they could be out. Tiffany said between 12 and 5 today. I requested the technician call when he's on his way to my house. After sitting around all day at 3 o'clock I run to the store and I'm gone for 20 minutes. Of course the plumber shows up when I'm away luckily he was still there when arrived home. Showed him the broken valve behind the refrigerator. He takes one look and says he doesn't have the replacement part with him. Even though I explained clearly to First American home warranty the issue. He says he can cut the valve off and cap it so it stops leaking. He said he would get the correct part and schedule a return visit. That was Wednesday, Thursday and Friday come and go. Saturday morning at 10 am I  call and see what is going on. I speak to Tiffany again, she looks up my work order again and says she can have someone out there between 12 and 5 on Wednesday. I said NO, I'm off Mondays and Tuesdays and they can send someone then. Tiffany says there booked and can't make it work. I told her I'm off Friday at 2, requested to have someone come then. She said they could have someone there between 12 and 5. I asked why can't they be a little more punctual she said because they don't know how long jobs will take. But somehow they know they're booked for Monday and Tuesday hmmmmm.... Whatever I told her to schedule me for Friday from 12 to 5. I called First American complained and they said they would send another company on Monday. Kind seems like all the company's the warranty company's send don't give a sh!t and know they have the contract and get paid no matter what.
