Best Plumbing Services in Arizona

Had a valve in the shower that was not working.  The plumber came out and fixed it in a few minutes and I am very happy.  He was polite and very professional.  Sorry, I don't remember his name. I found the price very reasonable and was told ahead of time.

We just sold our home in Glendale and the inspector for our buyers found a moist spot in the dining room ceiling, directly below our master shower. Our realtor recommended Trident Plumbing for the fix and I could not be more grateful. I called around 7pm, left a message and assumed Id hear back the next day. Nope! Shelby called me less than an hour later and we had a plumber, Jimmy, out here by 2pm the very next day. When it was clear our fix would require some hefty drywall cutting, Jimmy arranged for Rocky Mountain Restoration to come out and assist the job. Long story short, this amazingly responsive team - including the owner! - tag teamed the project and a mere couple days later theyd found and fixed the leak, all while being fun, friendly, responsive and highly professional. Though I dont hope to have to, I would use them again in a heartbeat!!!

Very helpful and honest company. They were able to complete the requested work very quickly. I would definitely use them again.

I was struggling with my pool this spring, could not get the green yuck out, no matter what I did. Thankfully E&J was able to come out and take a look, within a day the green was nearly gone, within a week my pool was sparkling again. The service is great, very affordable and knowledgeable. I highly recommend!!

I developed water leaking in multiple sinks, toilets and tub/showers due to extremely high water pressure in my home.  Because of the scope of this problem, I didn't want to trust this repair to a  general handyman, so I asked my friends and family if they knew a good plumber.  Brian Shaffer of Shaffer Plumbing was recommended highly, so I gave him a call.

It was after 5pm, so I expected to get voice mail, but Brian answered the phone.  I explained my problem, and he said he could come right then to take a look, then do the repair the next day.  He was at my house within 30 minutes, tested the pressure, took notes on parts/supplies he'd need, and said he would call me back with a quote, which he did.  While he was there, I asked him if he wanted to take a look at the other fixtures in the home, to see what he'd need to fix them.  He then surprised me and said, Let's fix the water pressure first.  I think that will fix all your other problems. What?!  How honest is that!  He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need, and he was right... once the pressure was fixed, the leaking in the other places stopped!

I would HIGHLY recommend anyone with a plumbing problem to use Shaffer Plumbing... he will fix it quickly, correctly, and fairly! Tell him you saw the review on Yelp, and that Cindy sent you!

P.S... one of the people who told me about this company had them put in a water softening system in their home.  Again, professional service, job done right, and great price!

KW Plumbing was referred to us by our neighbor after a terrible experience with Flush King.  Kevin is very knowledgeable and importantly does not over sell and over charge.

Our hose that's connected to faucet in kitchen had a leak.  After Flush King wanted to sell us new faucet and over charge for install.  My husband looked at it more closely and bought replacement hose but was unable to get old hose off.  

Kevin was able to do it and got it working in 30 min.

As customers, we want to feel we're getting honest advice and fair price.  KW Plumbing definitely is it!!

A friend asked me to house sit while this outfit worked on the house.  The estimate was less than half the total bill. They never called the owner to inform them of the cost, just presented a bill for more than twice the estimate.  Can't say much about the work, I'm not a plumber, but the business tactic leaves much to be desired.  If you're going to deal with them, get the estimate in writing!

I called Norfleet Plumbing last week. My GE water heater was on it's last legs. The young lady I spoke with took my information, gave me an estimate and set an appointment that day. Nick shows up on time, ready to work. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I've lived in Gilbert for almost twenty years, used many contractors for repairs and projects. For my money Norfleet is my new Gold standard for repairs.

Matt was great to work with. He responded quickly to my request for an appointment in Ahwatukee, and got out quickly since my main water line was broken and leaking badly. He couldn't do the major repair the day he visited, but he immediately got water to the house working temporarily until he could return to do the whole job a few days later. Including having to cut the driveway to get a line from the street to the house, there was also a fair amount of landscape tear up. Matt and his crew got everything looking great again before they left, and it felt really good working with someone so professional and trustworthy. I definitely recommend Mountain Park Plumbing and will use them again!

I called to have a toilet that I had bought at Home Depot installed. I give them five stars for timeliness, and five stars for professionalism. Matthew the technician removed the old toilet and the installation of the new toilet took 50 minutes. All in all a great experience and a job well done

Admittedly we used this company 15 years ago when our hot water heater burst. We saw they were still in business on Angies List and had an A rating and called them that afternoon. They were at my house near 8am the following day as promised. The cost was exactly what was quoted and they took into account the Angies List discount. We'd definitely use them again!

5 Stars! I honestly would give 10 Stars if possible. Taylor did an amazing job and I will definitely use his business again for any of my plumbing issues! I highly recommend Taylor and his services.

Mark did an amazing job on the installation of my garbage disposal.  Also reasonably priced.  Will definitely call him for my Plumbing needs.  Recommended.

Commitment to follow-up may be the best guide to the quality of a service business, and a recent experience w/Kevin & crew reinforced even more than my original review (2/2/17) why his Classic Plumbing could easily be renamed Classy Plumbing. Again we needed new R-O filters installed, and the job went fine 'til they discovered 1 of the new filters I ordered from the system's manufacturer had a crack at the top. No problem with Kevin: said they'd return once I had the replacement, and at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE! Got new filter in a week, Kevin's main assistant Brian popped over, installed it, and we were all set. A few days later I noticed icemaker wasn't making ice. Thought it was a frozen tube in the icemaker, so tried the hair dryer thaw trick, but no help. Was going to replace icemaker and then it hit me that maybe the valve coming off the R-O going under floor to the icemaker hadn't been turned back on. Not sure I could figure out which one, I notified Kevin and the answer was: no problem; we'll swing by and check it out, which they did a couple days later. They found the valve, opened it up, and Icemaker is now perfect. Thanks, again, Kevin-you're on our speed dial when we next need a plumber!

I had been remodeling my house and was down to the final step of having my dishwasher and sink connected in the kitchen to outgoing piping. Most of the pipe was already present. I was told a $45 service charge will be deducted from the price if I decide to go ahead with the job. Well the plumber said he didn't have some of the pipe he needed so he had to go buy the pipe that connects the dishwasher to the out going pipe and connector. He came back quickly not to far away. When he was done I noticed the connector between the pipes was screwed on crooked on an angle. When I mentioned it to Mike the plumber he said the pipe was crooked and it would not leak. The pipe did not look crooked to me. So the job was $229. When I asked about deducting the service fee he said it is already deducted and he had to go get a part. Well my husband saw it and he is not happy with the crooked fitting. So he will be contacting the company. Honestly I think plumbers pull charges out of the air. You never know the real price that should be charged.  

Disappointed to say the least.

There are two kinds of companies you must totally trust:
1. Auto mechanics
2. Plumbers
Why? Because both of them can essentially tell you anything and charge for it and you have no way of knowing the truth.

I 120% trust this plumber. Have used for over 5 years now and they always take care of it in a fair and prompt way. I would recommend unconditionally.

They were selected by our home warranty to come out and replace a hot water heater.. Excellent customer service from scheduling to install.  I had a new hot water heater the very next day!  OneGuard selected the right guy for the right project!!

We recently had Pruitt's Plumbing at our house to fix a water heater. They were enlisted on this job through our home warranty, Fidelity National. The first 2 times techs were sent out, they were unable to get the heater running again because they did not have the parts. The 3rd time a tech came out he installed the part in the early afternoon. I was out of town 1800 miles away. Later that afternoon my gf called me and said she smelled gas. A neighbor came over and said he smelled gas too. At this point the gas to the heater was shutoff. The gf was put on endless hold when she called Pruitt's and got no response. I called and spoke with a woman who said she was in charge of sending techs out. This was at 4:15 p.m. She said she had no one to send out and we should call the gas utility to shutoff the gas to the house. She said someone would come out between 10:00 and 5:00 the next day. Keep in mind they advertise having 24/7 365 service. After a very heated discussion, this clown of a manager (I am refraining from using her name) refused to send somebody out to address a gas leak on a job her company had worked on a few hours earlier. A different tech did come out the next day and said there were loose connections on the heater. He said the new part had not been installed properly and he would address this with the previous tech. It should be noted the techs that came out to the house were nice, considerate guys. The lack of parts was not their fault.

The bottom line is this company is ridiculous. We were without hot water for several days! Don't hire them to fix even a leaky faucet. Customer service is not a priority.  Don't just take my word, read other reviews.
