Best Plumbing Services in Arizona

Called on a Sunday to inquire about services. Person who answered was polite and professional and TRANSPARENT about the Emergency service fee if they came out on a Sunday. I declined the Sunday because who needs to shower these days? LOL... But they were able to accommodate with an appointment the next morning. I was quoted a window of 8-10am. I was advised the plumber/technician, JOSH, would call when he was on his way, so to expect a phone call possibly before 0800 Monday morning.

Given it was Sunday night, I promptly emailed my 10 am Monday meeting participants to let them know my plumber would probably show up minutes before the start of the meeting, and I sat the expectation, I would likely be late.

At 0720 on Monday Morning, JOSH phoned to let me know he was en route and would arrive within a few minutes of 0800. I asked him to not ring my doorbell, as I have a one year old and a 3 month old, and crazy dogs. He text as he arrived as requested. He clearly outlined what needed to be done, and gave me approximate pricing for everything before starting anything. He was efficient, and 36 hours later, everything seems to be working very well. I had installed a fancy new water heater a few days before, and had hoped that we could keep it as a DIY and save some money kinda situation, but during the install, I realized the cold water intake value wouldn't shut off. It was obvious I needed to replace it, but figure that I could hold a bucket and get it aligned and going into the tank. I was able to pull it off, but the faultiness of the valve made it where it was impossible to tell how much water was going in. The inconsistent flow, made the water heater keep throwing codes and shutting off for safety.

Josh made the recommendation additionally to regulate pressure flow into the house, which was something a previous plumber had suggested the week we bought the house 5 years ago, but we had previously declined because, you know... it was the week we had just bought the house. I did not feel pressured to do this, but opted to do so. He outlined the benefits of adding this additional plumbing fix.

Prices were comparable to other plumbing quotes I've received before.

Very polite. Clear communication. Followed my request to engage me via text as, like many folks, I work from home.

They came the same day I called to replace my water heater and had the heater on their truck. They were professional, helpful, and explained all the pricing.

Very helpful and honest company. They were able to complete the requested work very quickly. I would definitely use them again.

These guys are great we thought we were going to have to replace the pump came out and took a look at our pump did some service on it and got it running.  I recommend them great service.

Had a plumbing leak and Brian gave me advice to get it figured out on my own. I was in a pinch and needed to leave town asap. It was really nice of him to help me get it solved and kept in touch to see if I was able to fix it. This is an old school, honest, above and beyond kind of company. Will definitely call him for any future plumbing needs.

Friendly, efficient, honest, and the best of all, you get an actual appointment time, instead of a  3 hour window!!  I called for repair on a clogged kitchen sink, and they first explained how I could fix it myself. (Can you say honest?)  Because I am mechanically challenged and tool deficient, I scheduled them to come do the repair.  They gave me an appointment within 24 hours, and the next day called twice to offer earlier appointments.  Super nice.  I will only call them in the future for my plumbing needs!

We had house guests and of course the toilet started a slow leak around the base. Scott was able to schedule Mike the next day and the leak was diagnosed & fixed within 30 minutes. A bit pricey, $235, but hey, no one in the house wanted to tackle the job. Thanks, EZ Flow!

Don arrived within the 4 hour window promised. He called ahead 30 minutes as requested. His quote was exactly as promised and his work was EXCELLENT !!

Had my hot water heater maintenance done by XCompany which caused a leak on the pressure valve. I was told it would have to be replaced at a cost of 1,800.00 - I got a few more quotes until the price went down to a couple around 1K, including Safe Dry Out.
Safe Dry Out is the only one who bothered to ask what was wrong with the water heater and suggested it could be fixed instead. I went from having to fork out 1,800.00 to only spending 150.00
Mike could have easily gone with the rest and said the only solution was to replace it. This to me shows integrity and honesty. The quality of work was excellent and, to top it off, he was extremely patient with my 80 year old father hanging around. Thank you Mike!
Will definitely call Safe Dry Out for any future plumbing needs.

Kevin came round to fix a leaking bath faucet. He was very prompt on replying to texts to schedule the service (could have done it the day after i texted him but opted for a week later) and he was punctual, friendly and fixed my tap no issues. also had a look at another leak and made a quick adjustment with his wrench which saved me a lot of hassle or another call out. i took his card and will use him again. 3% credit card charge which isnt an issue

Sunstate Plumbing will move heaven and earth for there clients. I strongly would recommend anyone to them who need plumbing work. Tom and Dave know there stuff, and the years of combined experience show it.

I called Joe about my water heater leaking.  He promptly got back to me, asked excellent questions and after looking over images I sent, was able to quote me a price range, and timeline over the phone.  He communicated well, and showed up on time and the team was professional.  They did an excellent job and will absolutely utilize them moving forward

Having a second home in Surprise and needing a plumber to install a new sink, faucet and disposal on the week day I was able to be in town Stellar was recommended to me and I was so pleased! They were fabulous . The owner Paul performed work on cutting the counter top for the sink I provided to fit properly without me having to fly back to AZ to line up another contractor on another date . We had a problem with our shower so called our home warranty company.  Unfortunately they sent out Pruitts.  The plumber came out, determined what we needed then we never heard from him again!  After several texts and 10 days went by we finally called.  They told us that they would require another service call charge and an exorbitant amount of money for parts and labor to do the repair.  Informed me that the service call charge we paid didnt go to them that it went to the warranty company, which was a boldface lie!  Unfortunately I did not do my homework and investigate the company before hand like i usually do because I trusted my warranty company to send me honest people. These people have a terrible rating with yelp and the BBB.  Live and learn!
