Great job! Fixed the leak very quickly. Same day. The plumber who came out was nice and explained everything. He fixed the problem and checked his work afterward.

I subtracted one star because I felt the lady on the phone when I made the appointment was rude. Robin's quoted me $315 for the job whereas another plumber quoted $198. I called Robin's back to see when they could come out and asked if they could come closer to the other quote I got. The lady told me if price is the only thing that matters to you, then go with the $198 guy. She said this to me twice. I thought it was rude and unnecessary. She didn't give any explanation for the price difference than that. I only went with Robin's because they could come out right away and other places weren't available until after the weekend. Otherwise, I wouldn't have used them. Not a good impression of customer service from the person your customers interact with first.

They are incredibly easy to schedule with any anyone I've spoken to or has come to the house has been professional and friendly. We needed a new RO system and their team quickly got out here and installed the new system without any issues. They are transparent with their pricing and deliver quality work.

Very helpful and honest company. They were able to complete the requested work very quickly. I would definitely use them again.

I developed water leaking in multiple sinks, toilets and tub/showers due to extremely high water pressure in my home.  Because of the scope of this problem, I didn't want to trust this repair to a  general handyman, so I asked my friends and family if they knew a good plumber.  Brian Shaffer of Shaffer Plumbing was recommended highly, so I gave him a call.

It was after 5pm, so I expected to get voice mail, but Brian answered the phone.  I explained my problem, and he said he could come right then to take a look, then do the repair the next day.  He was at my house within 30 minutes, tested the pressure, took notes on parts/supplies he'd need, and said he would call me back with a quote, which he did.  While he was there, I asked him if he wanted to take a look at the other fixtures in the home, to see what he'd need to fix them.  He then surprised me and said, Let's fix the water pressure first.  I think that will fix all your other problems. What?!  How honest is that!  He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need, and he was right... once the pressure was fixed, the leaking in the other places stopped!

I would HIGHLY recommend anyone with a plumbing problem to use Shaffer Plumbing... he will fix it quickly, correctly, and fairly! Tell him you saw the review on Yelp, and that Cindy sent you!

P.S... one of the people who told me about this company had them put in a water softening system in their home.  Again, professional service, job done right, and great price!

Had just a small job - a clogged toilet - but Kevin was prompt, efficient, pleasant and reasonably priced.  Will definitely use him for bigger jobs!

Had a sink and faucet replaced. Job looks nice but had to call back two extra times for leaks.
First leak was in seal around pipe where the threads were.
Second was in the fitting.
Pretty bad to get paid over $800.00 and have sub standard assembly then leave without a good leak check.
Paid two guys labor for a one man job. BEWARE.
Guys were nice though.

Nick was on time and professional. He fixed a leaky kitchen and bathroom faucet. He seated a seal to stop a running toilet and placed a pressure relief valve outside outside of the house to regulate water pressure coming to prevent further faulty faucets. Melanie was very responsive and courteous. The price was reasonable and Nick was kind enough to show me what he was doing as he was working. Highly recommended. Just good and honest people. Support local business.

The serviceman they sent was ready to work and even covered his boots to make sure your floors wouldn't get dirty. I appreciate that he didn't talk down to me as we talked about the repairs. He worked quickly and efficiently. He discovered an issue and offered a high and a low cost solution.

Also, the team is very professional, including wearing booties to protect the home's flooring. Immediately upon hearing my concern about timing he started to rework his schedule, and after he made a phone call, he called me back and told me he could be there the next morning. I've been completely satisfied. I will continue to use them and recommend them...

Don arrived within the 4 hour window promised. He called ahead 30 minutes as requested. His quote was exactly as promised and his work was EXCELLENT !!

I woke up to an awful smell in my house on Sunday morning. I had a water sensor on my sump pump go off the night before, and our house reeked (like downtown San Francisco) the next day. I realized that the pump wasn't pumping the dirty water away. Instead, water started to pool through the corroded lid at the top of the pump under the stairs.
It is hard to find a great plumber. I asked my neighbors for referrals; they're all gone from the area. So I finally went to Yelp and put in a request showing my problem.
I had various quotes, some were upwards of $2,500, sight unseen.
Reminder, this all went down on a Sunday. Taylor was one of the few that offered to look (on Sunday) and give me an estimate to fix my problem.
Taylor was excellent from when I chatted with him on Yelp, estimating when he could look at the problem to when he showed up and started working on the pump. He showed up with his helper.
My house reeked, but he just powered thru, not one complaint; I was gagging.
He pulled off the top, pulled out the pump, cleared the disgusting adult diaper and cloths that had been flushed down the toilet by my Alzheimer-ridden mother, and then put a temporary cover on the sump pump to reduce any odors.
Quickly, my house smelled normal again, and he showed up a few days later with a custom lid and installed it while fixing all the Weird piping we had under the stairs.
The whole thing cost less than 1/4 of the estimate the other plumbers gave and was solved in record time, professionally, with no stress and a great attitude.
Taylor is my go-to plumber and handyman going forward!

Had my hot water heater maintenance done by XCompany which caused a leak on the pressure valve. I was told it would have to be replaced at a cost of 1,800.00 - I got a few more quotes until the price went down to a couple around 1K, including Safe Dry Out.
Safe Dry Out is the only one who bothered to ask what was wrong with the water heater and suggested it could be fixed instead. I went from having to fork out 1,800.00 to only spending 150.00
Mike could have easily gone with the rest and said the only solution was to replace it. This to me shows integrity and honesty. The quality of work was excellent and, to top it off, he was extremely patient with my 80 year old father hanging around. Thank you Mike!
Will definitely call Safe Dry Out for any future plumbing needs.

We are still using Kevin and still so glad to have found an honest, fair priced and capable plumber.  We're just sorry that we moved to a house that has a sewege pump that he has to deal with!

What a great service call.  My technician, Andrew, was so courteous and knowledgeable.  He arrived on time, in a mask, and carefully listened to me as I explained the stoppage in the kitchen.  He worked on fixing it, and he did!  He also spent time explaining to me what he did.  Also explained if it happened again, what I should do.  Great service from a very knowledgeable technician.

OneGuard Warranty referred me to Pruitt's Plumbing after I discovered my water heater was leaking.  Fortunately, I had a metal tray beneath the heater that prevented the water from damaging the platform.  When the technician came to the property, he determined that the water heater needed to be replaced.  I was not present when the technician returned to replace the water heater. (Note to self: Never leave Pruitt technicians unsupervised.)  When I returned home that evening, I was shocked by the amount of damage they had done to the platform.  In removing the water heater, they had spilled water all over the platform which made the drywall soggy.  As a result, the drywall seams on the platform were ruined.  When I contacted Pruitt's management to resolve the issue, they refused to accept responsibility for the damage they had done.  I will not be doing business with Pruitt's again.
