Best Plumbing Services in Arizona

Well I thought I completed this review when I started it back in 2018, but alas I did not. I have a tendency to put things off, which is why I ended up needing a plumber anyway.
They were professional and courteous and I have not needed them to return, but they will be the ones that I call.

Jared, a USMC Veteran, is the owner of Trident and he is very responsive, honest and knowledgeable. He serviced our water heater and helped us solve low water pressure problems. After that, we hired him to install a higher toilet and new faucets in our master. We finally have hot water coming to our kitchen and master bath sinks after over two years of believing we just had to live with low pressure. He was not the first plumber we hired to address the problem, but he will be our go to plumber from now on.

Very helpful and honest company. They were able to complete the requested work very quickly. I would definitely use them again.

I was struggling with my pool this spring, could not get the green yuck out, no matter what I did. Thankfully E&J was able to come out and take a look, within a day the green was nearly gone, within a week my pool was sparkling again. The service is great, very affordable and knowledgeable. I highly recommend!!

Had a plumbing leak and Brian gave me advice to get it figured out on my own. I was in a pinch and needed to leave town asap. It was really nice of him to help me get it solved and kept in touch to see if I was able to fix it. This is an old school, honest, above and beyond kind of company. Will definitely call him for any future plumbing needs.

I found Kevin through a friend at work. He knows his stuff and he is HONEST! He gets there faster than the speed of sound, explains everything, and he is HONEST!

Had a sink and faucet replaced. Job looks nice but had to call back two extra times for leaks.
First leak was in seal around pipe where the threads were.
Second was in the fitting.
Pretty bad to get paid over $800.00 and have sub standard assembly then leave without a good leak check.
Paid two guys labor for a one man job. BEWARE.
Guys were nice though.

We had a 40 gallon water heater go out.  Nick came out the next day and we wanted a 50 gallon hot water heater.  Nick installed the 50 gallon water heater the next day, which included all new flex pipes, and a new shut off valve to hot water heater as old one was leaking when shut off.  These guys also piped new copper pipes to outside from water heater to code.  All of the workmanship was top notch.  As all the plumbing had to be heated close to the wall, to connect the copper flex tubes, and the valve, not even a tiny bit of my wall showed any burn marks or anything.  These guys are honest, do top notch servicing. I saved a huge chunk of money from not letting the other plumbing company's come out and do a crappy job.  Everything they did was top notch.  We also had them come to repair our kitchen sink plumbing where there was a leak in the wall.  I would call nobody else period.  Thank you so much for your honesty, integrity, and your knowledge to do the job right.

STAY AWAY FROM MOUNTAIN PARK PLUMBING! Horrible! I regret recommending these so-called plumbers to my friends. If you want a totally 100% UNprofessional, disrespectful experience, then by all means, call them. Otherwise, find a reputable, PROFESSIONAL, and most of all respectable plumber (yes, they do exist-trust me)!
Here's what happened:
plumber from Mountain Park Plumbing shows up at my friend's home, and was kindly offered shoe coverings by my friend, (who never allow shoes in her home), and instead of him saying a polite, thank you, this rude guy replied, my shoes are clean, with a snarky attitude. UNREAL!  Needless to say, he did put them on at the insistence of my friend. Now, he also refused to wear a facemask, stating (with another snarky attitude) I'm unvaccinated.  I highly doubt it because he was at my other friends house just a few weeks ago, wearing a face mask!! Go figure! And by, the way, this is NOT his home! Rude!
Bottom line: when a contractor (or anyone for that matter), enters a customers house, they need to RESPECT THEIR HOUSE,  and abide by THE CUSTOMERS wishes, not his own!!

I called to have a toilet that I had bought at Home Depot installed. I give them five stars for timeliness, and five stars for professionalism. Matthew the technician removed the old toilet and the installation of the new toilet took 50 minutes. All in all a great experience and a job well done

My warranty company, Fidelity National, sent out a work order to Water Heaters Only to replace our dead 65 gallon electric unit with a 75 gallon electric unit.   The Technician was VERY helpful and was going to do research on a few 75 gallon units that would fit in our water heater build out based on brands they are contracted with that provide 75 gallon tanks.   Within an hour I receive a call from the warranty company saying they were told it had to be a 50 gallon unit or we should cash out and install a gas or solar unit.   My husband, who dealt with the tech, called back to the 800 number to find out what happened.   He was told we do NOT install anything above 50 gallon tanks.   REALLY?   You took a work order that was specifically for a 75 gallon tank when you do not offer that service.   Now we are down for the weekend - cold showers!  Shame on YOU Water heaters only!

Taylor is awesome!!! My garbage disposal went out and sent requests to many businesses on this very app. I got quotes back asking for $125-$375. Taylor was the only one that tried to walk me through on fixing it myself. (I, of course was unable to do so). Taylor came by 2 hours later and fixed it in less then 5 minutes. He definitely didn't charge me anything close to the other quotes I got. I will definitely be calling Taylor again for any of my plumbing issues. Highly recommend.

We found mold under some crumbling paint while prepping to paint a bedroom. Wanted to have someone come out and fix as we know how dangerous mold can be. Kyle came out, was extremely informative and alleviated our worries in terms of what needed to be done. Did not try to oversell or do unnecessary work. I would definitely use this company in the future and recommend to others.

My experience with Kevin could not have been better. His service was fast and professional and actually came in $100 under his quoted price - which was good to start with. So happy I found a great plumber in the area.

I had been remodeling my house and was down to the final step of having my dishwasher and sink connected in the kitchen to outgoing piping. Most of the pipe was already present. I was told a $45 service charge will be deducted from the price if I decide to go ahead with the job. Well the plumber said he didn't have some of the pipe he needed so he had to go buy the pipe that connects the dishwasher to the out going pipe and connector. He came back quickly not to far away. When he was done I noticed the connector between the pipes was screwed on crooked on an angle. When I mentioned it to Mike the plumber he said the pipe was crooked and it would not leak. The pipe did not look crooked to me. So the job was $229. When I asked about deducting the service fee he said it is already deducted and he had to go get a part. Well my husband saw it and he is not happy with the crooked fitting. So he will be contacting the company. Honestly I think plumbers pull charges out of the air. You never know the real price that should be charged.  

Disappointed to say the least.

There are two kinds of companies you must totally trust:
1. Auto mechanics
2. Plumbers
Why? Because both of them can essentially tell you anything and charge for it and you have no way of knowing the truth.

I 120% trust this plumber. Have used for over 5 years now and they always take care of it in a fair and prompt way. I would recommend unconditionally.

They showed up through our warranty company replaced the water heater did a good job came back after the pilot was blown out by the restoration company and turn my water heater back on. I would've given them five stars except they recommended Rocky Mountains restoration who are the biggest price gouging pretty much theft what they charge for work that probably wasn't needed as it probably could've aired out by itself.Any company that's associated with them I'm concerned

We recently had Pruitt's Plumbing at our house to fix a water heater. They were enlisted on this job through our home warranty, Fidelity National. The first 2 times techs were sent out, they were unable to get the heater running again because they did not have the parts. The 3rd time a tech came out he installed the part in the early afternoon. I was out of town 1800 miles away. Later that afternoon my gf called me and said she smelled gas. A neighbor came over and said he smelled gas too. At this point the gas to the heater was shutoff. The gf was put on endless hold when she called Pruitt's and got no response. I called and spoke with a woman who said she was in charge of sending techs out. This was at 4:15 p.m. She said she had no one to send out and we should call the gas utility to shutoff the gas to the house. She said someone would come out between 10:00 and 5:00 the next day. Keep in mind they advertise having 24/7 365 service. After a very heated discussion, this clown of a manager (I am refraining from using her name) refused to send somebody out to address a gas leak on a job her company had worked on a few hours earlier. A different tech did come out the next day and said there were loose connections on the heater. He said the new part had not been installed properly and he would address this with the previous tech. It should be noted the techs that came out to the house were nice, considerate guys. The lack of parts was not their fault.

The bottom line is this company is ridiculous. We were without hot water for several days! Don't hire them to fix even a leaky faucet. Customer service is not a priority.  Don't just take my word, read other reviews.
