Best Plumbing Services in Arizona

I've lived in my house for 10+ years now.  I had such poor service from other plumbing services.  I went through many of them.  I happened upon Robins a couple years ago.  They have been great to me.  1) You can make an appointment online.  For some reason I hate picking up the phone now, but you can also call them if that is your preferred method.  2)  They are always on time.  This is something I rarely see in any service industry.  3)  They get the job done and even do a final inspection just before they leave to double-ensure that everything is working properly.  4) The odd occurrence when something was wrong, they came back and made it right.  They are my go-to plumbing service.

I was in need of a warranty exchange for a water heater. Taylor was very pleasant and informative of the process. She had technician Devin out to the rescue within an hour. He and his partner had the new water heater installed up in running in a couple hours. It was an overall great experience and I will definitely contact them on any future plumbing needs and highly recommend Trident for your plumbing needs as well.

Thankfully E&J was able to come out and take a look, within a day the green was nearly gone, within a week my pool was sparkling again. The service is great, very affordable and knowledgeable. A friend asked me to house sit while this outfit worked on the house.  The estimate was less than half the total bill. They never called the owner to inform them of the cost, just presented a bill for more than twice the estimate.  Can't say much about the work, I'm not a plumber, but the business tactic leaves much to be desired.  If you're going to deal with them, get the estimate in writing!

Blown away by the customer service by Matt.  I messaged him through the Yelp app about the cost to install an offset toilet flange.  He messaged back for me to call so he could ask a few more questions before providing the quote.

I called and spoke with Matt in detail about what I was looking for and he was able to provide a quote over the phone.  He also offered to drop by and take a look at my issue for no charge.  Honestly, I haven't found a plumber to date that makes free, in-home estimates.

Matt was able to stop over just a few hours after speaking with him.  He had a look at the issue and was able to confirm his over-the-phone-quote was good (which was over $50 less than a quote I received days earlier).  I also had him look at a spa-tub that was improperly installed to get his opinion on what to do about it.  He gave me some great advice and pointed out a few extra issues I hadn't picked up on.

Lastly, as he is leaving through the front door, he points out that the drain pipe to my water heater is leaking.  I had just emptied my water heater 2 days ago and didn't bother to check if it was leaking after refilling it.  He gave me a few things to try to resolve the issue, but if it continued to leak, gave me a price to fix it in addition to the toilet flange repair.

Well, after I gave the pressure release valve on my water heater a few light taps with a hammer , the leak stopped... crisis averted.  I then call Matt again regarding his availability to perform the work on the toilet flange, which he could have scheduled only 2 days later.  However, (without getting into the details), I asked him ...if this were your house, what would you do?.  He replied that he would NOT have the toilet flange work performed if it were his own house.  This answer to my question meant after 2 phone calls and a trip out to my house that he made exactly zero dollars from me.

I'll definitely be calling Matt for future plumbing needs.

** I know this sounds like I was paid to provide this review, but these are simply the facts.

Called this company to find out about having a drain snaked.  I was not given any pricing or relevant information over the phone.  Instead, my phone number was given to one of their plumbers.  I waited for the plumber to call me, and when he did, he said it was $69.00 for a basic drain clean.  Then, he proceeded to tell me that it was the weekend, so there would be a weekend cost, which I was already aware of and was willing to pay.  Then, he proceeded to tell me that they had to put a camera down the drain to view the problem.  I have dealt with many plumbing companies, and I have never been told that I had to pay for a mandatory camera snaking.  I am an ex-plumber and know the business.
This company tries to up-sale every little thing.  But the mandatory camera was over the top!  The price went from $69.00 to over $300.00!  No thanks.  I went to home depot and rented a snake for less than the base $69.00 price!  Would not recommend this company.

Water heaters only technician Don was a pleasure to talk to as he is a Vet as well. He was honest in what he was telling me and did a great job in re-installing my new hot water heater. The heater was 5 years old and he told me that they typically last 6-8 years but seen them go out before then. My definitely did, it was leaking water like the Titanic. With the home owners warranty the complete install was $323, I can live with that if you ever priced a hot water heater minus the technician to install it, I say it was a good deal. I was hoping to just pay $65 for the standard warranty fix-a-parts but a new heater is all the more better in the long run. I would recommend Don cause he was knowledgeable and gave me answer to additional questions I had. Well time for that hot shower now thanks Don.

I've had two issues that Kevin has fixed and I have to say that he's the best plumber I've dealt with in the valley.  I will now be going to him for all of my plumbing needs.  He replaced a backyard hose/faucet at a relatively minimal cost and explained everything very carefully.  In another issue, I had a problem with my garbage disposal and instead of visiting and charging for a visit he told me how to fix the problem easily for free over the phone!   That's the kind of service that warrants high praise.  Thank you so much Kevin!

Outstanding company and service.  Have called them twice for separate plumbing issues.  Both times they recommended practical, effective solutions that were reasonably priced.  For one service, they were half the price of another company. They are honest professionals that take pride in their work.   They respond quickly to calls and are a pleasure to work with.  Do not hesitate to call them!

Great service, price, and just overall experience! I will never use anyone else for any plumbing needs! I called with an emergency at 7 am and he was at my house before 930 and finished before 10 at a very reasonable honest price! I know if I went anywhere else the same thing would have cost me 2-3 HUNDRED dollars more!! I highly recommend Joe for any plumbing needs he's my go to guy now!! They showed up through our warranty company replaced the water heater did a good job came back after the pilot was blown out by the restoration company and turn my water heater back on. I would've given them five stars except they recommended Rocky Mountains restoration who are the biggest price gouging pretty much theft what they charge for work that probably wasn't needed as it probably could've aired out by itself.Any company that's associated with them I'm concerned

Company came out today to look at our water heater that had gone out over night. They only sent a guy out to look at the issue, not to replace it, but couldn't get out until Tuesday (5 days later) to replace it. In the mean time the tech that had come out and talked with my mother in law had sold her on a (he needed a special fitting) that would be an extra $175, not covered under the home warranty plan. Obviously they had no idea I am a General contactor and can call them on their bull $#it. Unethical business practice amd i would severely warn anyone who's planning on using them to beware.. if they tried it with us, how many have they gotten away with??
