We lost water pressure!  Our shower was weak!! The pressure varied ... sometimes ok, but then would fade. We called Desert Foothills Plumbing at 6 pm for an emergency repair!  Desert Hills plumber was here in an hour. Our plumber, Reuben, was great. He checked the bathrooms, kitchen and the water filter system. He quickly determined the problem!
He adjusted the water pressure and changed the water filter. Our problem was solved. No mess either!

Last week I had Nick come out and fix the valve in our downstairs shower....it was leaking water out of it when the shower was on. He was able to come out the next day and replace it for me. We have used Norfleet Family Plumbing before to fix a toilet for us after we had the hose snap from the wall. Both times Nick has come to our house he has done great work. His prices are great too. It's a small business....Nick and his wife, which I like because I feel like you can trust small family businesses more then big name companies. If you are looking for a plumber this is definitely the company to call.

I have used MPP for many years and have always been very satisfied!  They are on time, honest price and quality work!  Today I called and said I can't get my shower drain unplugged even after I had put some drain cleaner in.  I was calling MPP to have a guy come over.  Matt told me to try to plunger it first and that it should work.  If it works it would save me $125.00 for a visit and clean out.  It worked.  Customer service doesn't get any better than that!

Scott was professional from start to finish.  He  called the manufacturer of the tankless water heater in my mother's house and was able to isolate the problem.  He ordered the switch from the company and came back to install as soon as it arrived.  Thank goodness my 91 year old mom didn't have to go too long without hot water.  Service was quick and prices were great.  Thank you

I noticed the dreaded water leaking from the bottom of our water heater today.  I contacted our home warranty company, was expecting a call back within two days, and WITHIN AN HOUR, I had received a call from Tom stating that Trevor, the repair technician, was in the area and could be at my home within one hour.  WOW!  Fast forward to about three hours later, and we have a new 50 water heater installed (after agreeing to pay a little extra for parts that were not included with a water heater replacement per my home warranty contract), and my husband and I could not be happier.  (Come to find out, our old water heater was 18 years old.  Hope this one lasts just as long!)  Trevor was very professional and explained to me step by step what needed to be done.   My husband and I are very happy with the quick and professional job that Water Heaters Only (including Tom and Trevor) provided today!  Thank you!

Taylor is awesome!!! My garbage disposal went out and sent requests to many businesses on this very app. I got quotes back asking for $125-$375. Taylor was the only one that tried to walk me through on fixing it myself. (I, of course was unable to do so). Taylor came by 2 hours later and fixed it in less then 5 minutes. He definitely didn't charge me anything close to the other quotes I got. I will definitely be calling Taylor again for any of my plumbing issues. Highly recommend.

Kevin replaced a sewer line on one of my rental properties.  He was straight forward to work with.  He provided a fixed quote and stayed right at that quote - far below larger plumbing chains.  He was thoughtful and helpful about how the work would best get done and how to meet my tenants needs as he was working.  I'd recommend Kevin's services for folks that are looking for a competitive bid and good work.  Kevin can look forward to more business from me.

Avoid this company if you can. I had the unfortunate luck of having to have them replace my water heater because they were sent out by my home warranty company. My water heater is a direct vent water heater, and they were told what it was before they came out on a Friday morning. They still managed to bring out a regular water heater and then had to reschedule my installation for Tuesday. They also made us sign off that they would have to modify the drywall and stucco to accommodate the new water heater which would be a totally different size. This would cost me $96 an hour in addition to the $60 charge I had to pay them because it was a home warranty issue. They told me I would also be responsible for the drywall and stucco damage that would have to be fixed after the water heater was installed. They figured they could do the job for an additional 3 hour charge. They also wanted to remove my leaking water heater for 5 days until they could get back out to install the new one. On Tuesday, no one called or showed up. I called Pruitt's, and they said they had not located a direct vent water heater yet. No one bothered to call us to let us know, and my husband had to take time off from work to be at the house for the install. Then they came out on Wednesday with the wrong water heater again. This was the fault of the company that sold them the water heater. After a couple hours, they were able to pick up the correct water heater and the installation began. Low and behold, the new water heater was the exact same size as the old one, so no modification had to be made to the drywall or stucco. The entire installation took just under two hours. Guess who charged me an additional $192 for a modification that didn't even happen? After arguing with them about the extra 2 hour charge, they told us that a regular water heater only takes 15 minutes to install, and because we had a direct vent water heater, we had to pay more. Really? They were replacing what we had. We got nothing extra. We went ahead and paid them on a credit card, but have every intention of pursuing this to get our money back. How do you charge someone for 2 hours of EXTRA work, when the entire job took less than 2 hours to begin with? And why charge for a modification that didn't happen? Look out for this company. They look for ways to rip you off. If your home warranty company sends them out, ask for a different plumbing company to do the work.
