Excellent service! Had an emergency as my outdoor faucet literally came off in my hands. Water pouring out everywhere. Got it mostly stopped but not all the way and certainly not permanent. Called several plumbers including the big boys, who couldn't come that night. They were nice, but couldn't come until tomorrow or beyond. Sorry that doesn't work when water is everywhere and there is no water in the house because everything had to be shut down. Called Robin's and they said they would come and did,  Fixed it all, gave good advice, professional from the person on the phone to Damon who came out, and it was great! Definitely, will use again. Even asked about other jobs.  Don't bother with the big guys, just call Robin's and you will be all set on the same day... and as always, that is the truth.

Did not fix my sink drain issue. Pricing would not be given over the phone. After charging for a camera I was told my pipe had collapsed. Then he tried using a snake and pulled out roots. It was fixed for a day then backed up again. Over charged and still had an issue.

Very helpful and honest company. They were able to complete the requested work very quickly. I would definitely use them again.

I was struggling with my pool this spring, could not get the green yuck out, no matter what I did. Thankfully E&J was able to come out and take a look, within a day the green was nearly gone, within a week my pool was sparkling again. The service is great, very affordable and knowledgeable. I highly recommend!!

Had a plumbing leak and Brian gave me advice to get it figured out on my own. I was in a pinch and needed to leave town asap. It was really nice of him to help me get it solved and kept in touch to see if I was able to fix it. This is an old school, honest, above and beyond kind of company. Will definitely call him for any future plumbing needs.

We just got back to Scottsdale yesterday from our Lakehouse for the summer.. when we arrived the whole house water filters were leaking and we had no water pressure.. I called KW at 7:00 this morning.. Kevin called me back within 15 minutes and said he would be right over... yes!
Then he diagnosed our problem over a few hours... our plumbing was a mystery but he got it figured out.. replaced our hot water heater and we were back in business by 2:00 today..

They completed a difficult underground plumbing problem and identified and repaired everything.  They were able to explain every step of the way so that we understood exactly why the issue was happening.  They included several jobs that were going to be add ons with another company's quote and their bid was much more reasonable for a complete job.  They also completed in 1 day what was estimated as 2 days with the other company. They were professional, hard working and Kyle did an excellent job at every step.  We called for a second opinion and they gave us a free estimate and we went with them immediately and we are so glad we did.  Highly recommend

I contacted Norfleet Family Plumbing for an estimate through yelp and not only did they get back to me right away but they had the best price of the several estimates I got and even got me in the same evening! We met Scott and his assistant, Wyatt, when our kitchen faucet began leaking noticibly. Based on what was discovered when Scott removed the faucet, it had been leaking slowly for some time. We found EZ Flow on Yelp and were impressed with the reviews. These reviews turned out to be absolutely correct. Scott called when he started towards our house, he arrived on time, assessed the situation, and explained how he developed his pricing. Once he had the faucet removed, we could see that the porcelan sink was so badly rusted under the faucet casing that the sink was also in need of replacement.

Scott told us what our options were, quickly checked prices for us, and picked up a new sink. Within a couple of hours, the work was completed. He was fast, thorough, personable, and the price was fair. My wife was particulay impressed that they wore shoed covers and were impecable about cleaning up when they finished.

We will absolutely recommend Scott's company, EZ Flow, to anyone we know who needs a great plumber.

Admittedly we used this company 15 years ago when our hot water heater burst. We saw they were still in business on Angies List and had an A rating and called them that afternoon. They were at my house near 8am the following day as promised. The cost was exactly what was quoted and they took into account the Angies List discount. We'd definitely use them again!

Very honest, fast, and reliable. Found my go to  plumber in the valley after a lot of suboptimal experiences. Fixed a difficult shower leak over the weekend and respected our home in the process. Just a really good guy.

Had my hot water heater maintenance done by XCompany which caused a leak on the pressure valve. I was told it would have to be replaced at a cost of 1,800.00 - I got a few more quotes until the price went down to a couple around 1K, including Safe Dry Out.
Safe Dry Out is the only one who bothered to ask what was wrong with the water heater and suggested it could be fixed instead. I went from having to fork out 1,800.00 to only spending 150.00
Mike could have easily gone with the rest and said the only solution was to replace it. This to me shows integrity and honesty. The quality of work was excellent and, to top it off, he was extremely patient with my 80 year old father hanging around. Thank you Mike!

We had a water leak at our main water main. These guys were the first ones available to take a look. The following day Ron came out and did a great job fixing the issue.

The end result was a professional job done right. We will definitely call 2 Good Plumbers for our future plumbing needs.

Home warranty sent Stellar to fix my ceiling fan. They were supposed to be there from 8-12. I called at 12 and they said there was a mistake and someone was heading over. The tech arrived with an attitude not wanting to hear what the issue was. My wife attempted to explain upon deaf ears as the tech completely dismissed what she was saying. My wife explained that after a while of operating the fan you can hear a scratching noise and then the smell of burnt plastic. We have observed smoke pouring out of the unit after operating for a couple hours. The rep simply stated, No mechanical issue observed. If he would have observed the fan for more than the 3 minutes he was there, maybe something would have been observed.

This is the second time stellar has been at my home  and I had to call them back to actually fix the problem or explain how to recreate the problem. Coincidentally, it was another ceiling fan. Maybe the tech doesn't like changing fans. Maybe a fear of heights. Maybe it's just laziness and poor work ethic.

Here is the icing on the cake. I have the tech leaving my house and putting down some rubber in front of my house by way of smoking the tires. I do have video and hope that stellar reaches out to try and resolve the issue.

Pruitt's was sent to my home by One Guard Home Warranty.  They are supposed to call to schedule within 4 hours but by end of business (6 hours) I called because I had not heard from them and left a message with the answering service.  They did not return the call the following morning so I had to call them again in the afternoon to schedule the repair.  Several days later they came out.  Despite the evidence of water leaking under my sink the technician (Rob) indicated he didn't see a leak and couldn't fix something he couldn't find a problem with.  I pushed him to keep looking (water leaking and a vanity full of water is not the same as a phantom noise in a car, it is OBVIOUSLY coming from somewhere).  He finally identified what he thinks is the problem, although based on the volume of water collected I am skeptical, and said I needed to put silicon or caulk around the faucet.  I replied, I think you mean you need to put it around the faucet.  He actually snickered and said not unless you want to pay me $96 for labor.  Ummmm, $96 for labor on something that will take, at best, 2 minutes.  Hilarious.  In reading the reviews now I can see that this is their game, come out for the $69 fee the warranty company pays them and find ways to scam the homeowner out of money.  If they are assigned to your home warranty claim I highly recommend requesting a different company.
