I had to have them return to look at the RO system. Josh is very thorough and knowledgeable. He is also willing to go the extra mile to locate the problem. I recommend them to everyone.

Jared, a USMC Veteran, is the owner of Trident and he is very responsive, honest and knowledgeable. He serviced our water heater and helped us solve low water pressure problems. After that, we hired him to install a higher toilet and new faucets in our master. We finally have hot water coming to our kitchen and master bath sinks after over two years of believing we just had to live with low pressure. He was not the first plumber we hired to address the problem, but he will be our go to plumber from now on.

Very helpful and honest company. They were able to complete the requested work very quickly. I would definitely use them again.

These guys are great we thought we were going to have to replace the pump came out and took a look at our pump did some service on it and got it running.  I recommend them great service.

Had a plumbing leak and Brian gave me advice to get it figured out on my own. I was in a pinch and needed to leave town asap. It was really nice of him to help me get it solved and kept in touch to see if I was able to fix it. This is an old school, honest, above and beyond kind of company. Will definitely call him for any future plumbing needs.

I am highly recommending Kevin Wuls at KW Plumbing for all of your plumbing needs.  Kevin has been a master plumber for more than 20 years and is very informative.  I called Kevin for a clogged drain, while he was at my house addressing the issue, I had several other plumbing concerns that he readily addressed.  He explained to me in terms that were easy for me to understand why my system was designed the way it was, and dispelled my concerns.  Kevin was very courteous and he even called in ahead of schedule, to see if he come by earlier which was completely awesome for me.  I mean, prior to my experience with Kevin I can't say that I've ever had a repair performed at my house ahead of schedule, so I thought that was really great.

A friend asked me to house sit while this outfit worked on the house.  The estimate was less than half the total bill. They never called the owner to inform them of the cost, just presented a bill for more than twice the estimate.  Can't say much about the work, I'm not a plumber, but the business tactic leaves much to be desired.  If you're going to deal with them, get the estimate in writing!

Service done: Gas line installation.

I was in the market to get an additional gas line installed, and I hit up a few places. I got the general we can do it or not with little to no explanation or even truly attempt to understand the job (even though I tried my best to explain in the initial outreach). Nick then reached out and was a game changer. The moment he walked in the door he was nothing but professional, friendly, and knew his stuff, no BS. He was able to explain to me a few things that other companies had not that I did not considered. Nick also wanted to educate me about the process of my request more than to try to make a sale of his service. Even the price was incredibly fair for what I had in my mind for what this would cost. After a few days of consideration with my options, I went with Norfleet.

Nick was able to take care of all paper work for zoning and approval with the city and SW Gas. The speed at which to all took place from getting approvals to final inspections was within a few days. Amazing! He was even able to help me with some minor water softener piping to I could tuck the tank in closer to the wall.

I would highly recommend Norfleet to anyone looking for a quality job done right.

I was very impressed by the professionalism and courtesy of Matt and Jake at Mountain Park Plumbing.  Before they came out, they made sure they knew what replacement parts were needed so that 2 service calls would not be needed.

I had replaced a compression angle stop valve under my kitchen sink, but it had a slow leak no matter what I did with it.  Logan came over, determined that the copper tubing was deformed, cut it off, reinstalled the valve with a new compression ring, and got everything working perfectly.  He even recommended a couple tools I could buy to make these DIY replacements easier for me in the future.  On top of all that, he did all of this completely free of charge.  Couldn't be happier with the service I received!

We had Water Heaters Only come replace a water heater and we could not be happier with the service provided by Trevor E. There was a miscommunication with our phone number so he was not able to reach us, but he still showed up on time anyways. He explained everything clearly, educated on different options available without up-selling, and was very personable. We were very impressed with his work and the overall experience. I would highly recommend their services to anyone needing a new water heater!

Taylor is awesome!!! My garbage disposal went out and sent requests to many businesses on this very app. I got quotes back asking for $125-$375. Taylor was the only one that tried to walk me through on fixing it myself. (I, of course was unable to do so). Taylor came by 2 hours later and fixed it in less then 5 minutes. He definitely didn't charge me anything close to the other quotes I got. I will definitely be calling Taylor again for any of my plumbing issues. Highly recommend.

Had my hot water heater maintenance done by XCompany which caused a leak on the pressure valve. I was told it would have to be replaced at a cost of 1,800.00 - I got a few more quotes until the price went down to a couple around 1K, including Safe Dry Out.
Safe Dry Out is the only one who bothered to ask what was wrong with the water heater and suggested it could be fixed instead. I went from having to fork out 1,800.00 to only spending 150.00
Mike could have easily gone with the rest and said the only solution was to replace it. This to me shows integrity and honesty. The quality of work was excellent and, to top it off, he was extremely patient with my 80 year old father hanging around. Thank you Mike!

I found Kevin on a whim. I have three rental properties in Scottsdale. I now live out of state. Whenever anything happens with the plumbing, he is always quick to respond via text. He works directly with my tenants on scheduling and is very reliable, even when he's busy.

He's snaked all of my lines, repaired kitchen plumbing issues that required block masonry work and he's installed fixtures and appliances at all three of the properties.

Most importantly, he always tries to save money by fixing things before replacing them. I have a short list of contractors that I lean on when problems happen and Kevin is the only plumber I call. A+ service. A+ pricing. A+ reliability.

I had a new tenant in a rental property and the hot water heater started leaking the 2nd day he moved in.   Sunstate was able to fix the problem the next day.  All of the others had a 3-4 day wait.   The price was reasonable and the service was excellent.   Highly recommended.

I Brought A Vacation Property IN Phoenix...Needed A Plumber, Didn't know the area so i just picked this company...Good choice...Joe the Owner in Honest... They Did The Whole House...They Should Name their company Two good guys...Glad i used them!!

My water heater blew and these guys are the best for replacement and installation.  Great price, delivery, installation!

Pruitts was sent out by our home warranty company. They responded within a reasonable time for a water leak but the tech said he could not fix it and he would send out someone else. The tech informed the home warranty company that we put a nail through the PVC pipe while he was there. So not true. It was a cracked PVC elbow in the condensation line. The company that he referred us to said it would cost $650.00 for the repair.

I called another company for a second opinion. My total bill for a cracked PVC elbow $85.00. Do not use this company. They will try and rip you off. Home warranty company is deleting them from their list.

They recommended a restoration company who came out and told me I had water damage seven feet high in my walls and my entire wood floor would have to be replaced from the water damage. Estimating the damage at over $20,000. Again I called for a second opinion. Nope just a small section of drywall, new baseboard and paint.

Buyer beware on this company. I am filing complaints with the BBB and anywhere else I can find these people at.
