Damon and Bill installed a hot water heater quickly and with good quality.  They showed me where the emergency pressure line releases, and were friendly toward my inquisitive kids.  Damon was awesome!

We are remodeling a kitchen and came across a screw that was drilled into one of our pipes and was leaking. We called Trident Plumbing and they responded right away! Devan was professional, prompt and fixed the issue quickly. We will definitely use Trident in the future and also recommend them to our friends and family!

I developed water leaking in multiple sinks, toilets and tub/showers due to extremely high water pressure in my home.  Because of the scope of this problem, I didn't want to trust this repair to a  general handyman, so I asked my friends and family if they knew a good plumber.  Brian Shaffer of Shaffer Plumbing was recommended highly, so I gave him a call.

It was after 5pm, so I expected to get voice mail, but Brian answered the phone.  I explained my problem, and he said he could come right then to take a look, then do the repair the next day.  He was at my house within 30 minutes, tested the pressure, took notes on parts/supplies he'd need, and said he would call me back with a quote, which he did.  While he was there, I asked him if he wanted to take a look at the other fixtures in the home, to see what he'd need to fix them.  He then surprised me and said, Let's fix the water pressure first.  I think that will fix all your other problems. What?!  How honest is that!  He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need, and he was right... once the pressure was fixed, the leaking in the other places stopped!

I would HIGHLY recommend anyone with a plumbing problem to use Shaffer Plumbing... he will fix it quickly, correctly, and fairly! Tell him you saw the review on Yelp, and that Cindy sent you!

P.S... one of the people who told me about this company had them put in a water softening system in their home.  Again, professional service, job done right, and great price!

They completed a difficult underground plumbing problem and identified and repaired everything.  They were able to explain every step of the way so that we understood exactly why the issue was happening.  They included several jobs that were going to be add ons with another company's quote and their bid was much more reasonable for a complete job.  They also completed in 1 day what was estimated as 2 days with the other company. They were professional, hard working and Kyle did an excellent job at every step.  We called for a second opinion and they gave us a free estimate and we went with them immediately and we are so glad we did.  Highly recommend

Nick came out to assess our water heater situation that was happening and was extremely helpful and professional. I found them through the warranty on our water heater company and saw they had a great reviews on Yelp. He also noticed a safety hazard and charged us a reasonable amount to fix that issue. Will use them again in the future for plumbing needs!

I Purchased a Whole House Filtration System, but we did not have a Water Softener Loop.

After getting 3 other bids where each Plumbing company wanted to either tear the walls apart of our home looking for the main water source or destroy the drive way requiring extensive concrete work,

Scott came by and quickly figured a solution of piping along a short flower bed section and into our garage with a  minimal hole required into the corner wall.

His solution was economically and structurally  superior to the other plumbing and heating companies  I contacted, and will call him again for  other  future projects that may require a plumber.  Highly Recommended !   Mark

My husband was traveling and my water heater stopped heating the water. To make a long story short I called Water Heaters Only and they showed up three hours later. I definitely needed a new water heater and Dillon, who was wonderful, installed a brand new water heater. As I was not eligible for any type of warranty he gave me a discount on the new water heater and installed it perfectly. I felt like the price was excellent and the service was extraordinary.I would definitely recommend this company.

Very honest, fast, and reliable. Found my go to  plumber in the valley after a lot of suboptimal experiences. Fixed a difficult shower leak over the weekend and respected our home in the process. Just a really good guy.

We found mold under some crumbling paint while prepping to paint a bedroom. Wanted to have someone come out and fix as we know how dangerous mold can be. Kyle came out, was extremely informative and alleviated our worries in terms of what needed to be done. Did not try to oversell or do unnecessary work. I would definitely use this company in the future and recommend to others.

After dealing with another company for 16 hours and was told again and again they were on their way, I tried Sunstate.  From the minute I called and spoke to Bonnie, I knew that this business was all about customer service. She was personable, informative and helpful. Ron came out less than an hour after I called and helped us out with an obstruction in our line. He explained what was going on, and even showed us pictures and videos of what was happening with our pipes. He fixed all of it, of course. I'll be using them going forward!

Moved into a new (to me) home and when I went to install my washing machine, I found the hose bibs were leaking pretty good.
I spent a lot of time calling places. Joe offered the best price with the least invasive solution and was able to come fix it next day. Another company said they had to cut into my wall to replace the bibs because the direct replacement was no longer available.
Joe and Juan arrived on time and were done in half an hour. Joe pointed out where I can turn off the water in an emergency, gave me a couple estimates for work I may want to do in the future and they were both two genuine people out to do great work with quality parts at affordable prices. I will definitely keep this company on speed dial should I need any future plumbing assistance.

IT'S NOT HOW YOU START; BUT INSTEAD HOW YOU FINISH!

I was really looking forward to experiencing the same quality and care the reviews stated, but instead something different.

Paul scheduled a specific date and told me he needed a 5 hour window. I figured he would be at my home within the time frame he gave me unfortunately for me and my super busy schedule he was late, not only late - but forgot to call & notify me. After much attempt I finally got in contact with him. He mentioned car trouble.  Car trouble? I thought. I was okay with car trouble but not okay with not getting a phone call. I already had so much to do and it required me to leave my home. None the less, Paul said he would have a guy out - so my husband and I waited... and waited...and waited.

We were beginning to wonder where this person was - when suddenly we heard our doorbell. Outside our home was a young man named Juan. We greeted him and escourted him to our water heater. He looked it over throughly and went straight to work. He was friendly and knowledgeable which was pleasing to us. He gave us insight on what the issue was and also offered extended ways to maintain the water heater we had. We got a little more into conversation and realized it was his day off and because Paul was in a pickle he called onto his fellow employee to handle our situation.  I was pleased with the service and my husband and I felt convicted that we were so upset at the situation, when really this company could have just re-scheduled. Instead this young man stepped in.  

As he left, I gave him some goodies due to being a pastry chef and thanked him unconditionally. I then recieved a follow up call from Paul; he was very apologetic. After everything had taken place I could see how this company deserves great reviews.  So here I am, a very happy woman, blessed and amazed at what this experience has taught me.

This is the worst/ jankiest company I have ever dealt with. The home warranty company had me use them & when you call they give you a 4-5 hr window. I was very clear w the issue @ hand & the first guy they sent, showed @ around 11ish... my window was 8-12 & when he showed, I said there was no way he'd get the job done in 44 mins. He came in looked @ my issues, got a snake out, did some fiddling, then said he doesn't have the right size nor any of the tools on hi WORK TRUCK that are required to do the job. Also, the job was quite extensive & he didn't have the time. So I call & ask to talk to Scott Pruitt (the owner) & the snotty chick who answers the phone flat out tells me no. She says she'll send ANOTHER guy to come fix my issue. He's to come between 1-5..... mind you they close @ 5 so obviously I questioned her timing. He shows @ 445 (do you see the pattern here??) I am livid bc I have wasted an entire day waiting for them. He comes & looks & says that this is an extensive job & he can't do it in 15 mins nor does he have the tools on his work truck!!! I call & lose my shit!!! They say we'll have someone come 1st thing in the morning. Fast forward to the next day, now let me tell you my kitchen & the children's bathroom are completely out of commission.... another dude shows up, I tell him what the other guy says (even gave him a diagram that his co-worker drew) & he treats me like astupid woman who doesn't know what she's talking about . So he fiddled around, tears up my bathroom,  yacks on the phone the whole time, then he too tells me he doesn't have the parts that are needed. So he bails. Comes back sometime later, does some more work then tells me to get a drywall guy & a painter bc they'll rip your house apart, but they don't repair it!!! So I am now @ the end of my rope .... I call & again ask to talk to Scott, this time I get a chick w a Mexican accent who is the epitome of rude & I straight up ask her (after nearly 30 mins trying to get her to put the owner on) if you were a client, would you find any of this acceptable??? She hemmed & hawed & I kept pressing, she finally said no. I said, then why is it ok to treat me this way? She just kept saying ma'am, ma'am w no real response. So I get the walls put back together & was told by the contractor that did the work that the plumber rigged my job & there was a leak. So of course I called them back out..... again having a 4-5 hr window & of course the dude showed 15 mins before the end of the window & says it's fine, but takes a wrench & does an adjustment. So I have the contractor back out ( now I have wasted an entire week w this janky company) so I now have to wait till the following week for them to come bc they don't work weekends. Another scheduled appointment & another dude shows, does a 1/2 ass finish & I am told that I need to get someone else to come & install the sink & vanity bc they don't do that either. He informs me my kitchen is good to go & leaves w out testing anything!!! I turn on my washer & my ENTIRE house began to shake!!!! So again I call & ask to get that guy back out. I am told he's now @ lunch & will be going to another job 1st!!!! I absolutely lose my mind!!! Again, I ask to talk to scott.... I am told no!!! So I say I'll be right down, this is bullshit!!! She scrambles, puts me on hold & then says he's coming now..... I just had to take him off a job yeah ok, he literally just left, was going to lunch, but was already on another job!!! I also told them I was canceling the payment..... to which she scrambled & I then hung up!!!! I will NEVER use this company & the Home warranty company was fully advised of their less than stellar performance!!! Oh in case you're wondering, Scott Pruitt has NEVER returned my call!!! for this shit show!
