I usually don't write reviews, but in this case I felt compelled to share my pleasant experience with Ryan at Robin's Plumbing. First, they showed up on the same day I called and was at the house until almost 9PM. At no time, did I feel that Ryan and his colleague were trying to rush through the job, despite it being late in the evening. I even bought the guys pizza for dinner. They were professional and cleaned up after themselves. They problem came back two days later on a Saturday. Ryan showed up the same day I sent the e-mail and got the rocks that were obstructing the line to clear to the main community drain. There was no charge for the subsequent visit. The guys did a great job. I will definitely use Robin's plumbing again for future plumbing problems.

We had a leak in one of our bathroom sinks and selected Trident based off of recommendations from our community and we were definitely impressed!! The technician, George, was courteous and very professional. We will definitely be recommending Trident to anyone in the future!!!!

Very helpful and honest company. They were able to complete the requested work very quickly. I would definitely use them again.

These guys are great we thought we were going to have to replace the pump came out and took a look at our pump did some service on it and got it running.  I recommend them great service.

Had a plumbing leak and Brian gave me advice to get it figured out on my own. I was in a pinch and needed to leave town asap. It was really nice of him to help me get it solved and kept in touch to see if I was able to fix it. This is an old school, honest, above and beyond kind of company. Will definitely call him for any future plumbing needs.

Kevin is a master plumber. He is the most honest and trustworthy man I have met in many years. I would highly recommend him for all the plumbing issues you may have. Too bad old republic home warranty company won't set me up with him when I request him. Most other plumbers are not trustworthy or honest.

DFP replaced two leaky sink faucet's for me. Prior to doing the repair they advised me to contact Koehler to see if the parts were covered under warranty, which they were. This saved me about $100 in parts. Ruben arrived on time and promptly and professionally got to work.  He checked the shutoff valves for me to make sure they were free and working. It took extra effort to remove one of the designer faucet handles that would not come loose without damaging it. Ruben was able to free up the frozen handle without damaging it. He replaced both valves and stems in short order, cleaned up the sink area and took care of the used parts for me. The pricing was very fair and the service was great. I have used DFP in the past and will use them again in the future. I would highly recommend them.

I highly recommend Norfleet. I was told my toilet needed to be replaced but Nick came out and saw that it just needed repair work. Good as new and saved me money. Very reasonable with their prices and they were able to schedule my work within 24 hours of calling them. They will be my go-to plumbing company for any future work.

No-nonsense is most accurate description of these plumbers.  I'ved used them twice already, and each time they come out promptly and on time, tell me exactly what they are going to do and they get it done quickly and efficiently, even if they have to contract some of the work out with another contractor (Needed to saw into slab to fix a leak).

I had replaced a compression angle stop valve under my kitchen sink, but it had a slow leak no matter what I did with it.  Logan came over, determined that the copper tubing was deformed, cut it off, reinstalled the valve with a new compression ring, and got everything working perfectly.  He even recommended a couple tools I could buy to make these DIY replacements easier for me in the future.  On top of all that, he did all of this completely free of charge.  Couldn't be happier with the service I received!

Don arrived within the 4 hour window promised. He called ahead 30 minutes as requested. His quote was exactly as promised and his work was EXCELLENT !!

Our toilets clogged in the middle of the night in both bathrooms due to a plug up from a pile up of non solubles wipes causing back flow into the showers and tubs. So we were super desperate to get an honest affordable plumber in to resolve the issue ASAP ! Not only was Slade's plumbing  immediately responsive they also were willing to drive up and service us that night! I would highly highly recommend this honest business above all others that not only wanted me to wait for a couple days for the next available appointment but then to try and charge me an arm and a leg for what this company did immediately at more than half the price! Mark did an amazing job on the installation of my garbage disposal.  Also reasonably priced.  Will definitely call him for my Plumbing needs.  Recommended.

We are still using Kevin and still so glad to have found an honest, fair priced and capable plumber.  We're just sorry that we moved to a house that has a sewege pump that he has to deal with!

After dealing with another company for 16 hours and was told again and again they were on their way, I tried Sunstate.  From the minute I called and spoke to Bonnie, I knew that this business was all about customer service. She was personable, informative and helpful. Ron came out less than an hour after I called and helped us out with an obstruction in our line. He explained what was going on, and even showed us pictures and videos of what was happening with our pipes. He fixed all of it, of course. I'll be using them going forward!

Home warranty sent Stellar to fix my ceiling fan. They were supposed to be there from 8-12. I called at 12 and they said there was a mistake and someone was heading over. The tech arrived with an attitude not wanting to hear what the issue was. My wife attempted to explain upon deaf ears as the tech completely dismissed what she was saying. My wife explained that after a while of operating the fan you can hear a scratching noise and then the smell of burnt plastic. We have observed smoke pouring out of the unit after operating for a couple hours. The rep simply stated, No mechanical issue observed. If he would have observed the fan for more than the 3 minutes he was there, maybe something would have been observed.

This is the second time stellar has been at my home  and I had to call them back to actually fix the problem or explain how to recreate the problem. Coincidentally, it was another ceiling fan. Maybe the tech doesn't like changing fans. Maybe a fear of heights. Maybe it's just laziness and poor work ethic.

Here is the icing on the cake. I have the tech leaving my house and putting down some rubber in front of my house by way of smoking the tires. I do have video and hope that stellar reaches out to try and resolve the issue.

We have an American Home Shield home warranty policy, so when there's a plumbing issue, they send out Pruitt's Plumbing. We have little choice in the selection of plumbers while having a warranty policy with American Home Shield, so we are stuck with whomever they send out. Beware of these people they are on the low end of the plumbing industry. Don't use them ever if you have other choices. They have no clue what customer service is.The first issue was our HWH was leaking, so we called AHS. Then we are supposed to get a call from Pruitt's to schedule service. They do contact us.It is usually a week or more for them to show up. When the guy showed up, he starts looking for extra charges.This guy didn't like his job,  his job was to disconnect the HWH, and remove it. Before long , he was  was giving us quotes on all these up charges. Examples: A copper overflow pipe, that costs $16.00 at Lowe's, this  man quoted us $130.00. In addition, he could have could have used the existing one ,but refused to siting  the warranty would be void. Then there's the pedestal that the HWH sits on. They wanted $300 for a pedestal that costs $45.00 at Lowe's.( we got the one at Lowe's) And there's the flexible gas line, he refused to use the existing one. They were asking and additional $60.00 for the part that could be purchased for $7.00 at the local hardware store. This guy finished the  removal, and I asked him if he had the new hot water heater with him, and he said that they would come in a few days to install the new one. He had an attitude, and said he wanted to become an airplane mechanic in California. OK. Two days later another crew showed up, and completed the job. I had to find out on my own if it was going to work or not. Problem solved, but what a struggle. Next claim is for a garbage disposal that is corroded and leaking water, and makes a very loud noise when running.
We were scheduled for service between 10 and 2. No one showed up. We called Pruitt's, and they said there was an Emergency and they would come between 2 and 5. An serviceman showed up at 3PM. He looked  at the disposal, and said it was fine, even though you could see the rust and how the seams were corroded. When you turn it on and run water through it it doesn't leak. When the disposal is off, and the sink has water in it and you pull the drain plug, the water will leak through the disposal seams. This kid would not acknowledge that, and admitted  that our disposal made a loud noise.
It was close to quitting time, so I suspect he just wanted to go home. We called Pruitt's and they are sending another plumber out on Monday. We also called American Home Shield to file a complaint. Avoid Pruitt's at all costs, they collect their service fee, but you have to struggle with them to get the work done. They just don't care!! Stay tuned....
