Called for an appointment at 8pm and they were out first thing in the morning. Cody was great! He arrived on time and called 30 minutes prior to arrival.  He took his time, knew what he was doing, kept me updated throughout the process, and made sure everything was good to go before leaving.

Needed cheap, deteriorating,  builder grade internal toilet bowl  components replaced.  After researching numerous plumbing companies on line, I decided to have Trident come out and replace ALL internal components in a toilet.  They were extremely responsive, professional, communicative, and the customer service was excellent.  Best plumbing experience I have ever had.  Great company, will use again.

Nick came out to install a new faucet. While he was here he was able to fix a few more things we were having issues with! Nick was kind, courteous, and professional! We will always request Nick!

Nick was on time and professional. He fixed a leaky kitchen and bathroom faucet. He seated a seal to stop a running toilet and placed a pressure relief valve outside outside of the house to regulate water pressure coming to prevent further faulty faucets. Melanie was very responsive and courteous. The price was reasonable and Nick was kind enough to show me what he was doing as he was working. Highly recommended. Just good and honest people. I called Mountain Park Plumbing at 3:00 today (Sunday) and they answered.  They expressed a willingness to come help me today if necessary.  After hearing a description of the problem, the gentleman I was speaking with walked me through a step-by-step diagnosis over the phone and actually explained how I could fix the problem with very little effort.  Talk about going the extra mile.  He fixed my problem over the phone for free even though it meant costing him money.  I am impressed.  I highly recommend Mountain Park Plumbing!!

If you have plumbing problems...This is the one company that won't let you down!!! Exceptional service and when they give you a window of times they will be there, believe they will be there! The serviceman they sent was ready to work and even covered his boots to make sure your floors wouldn't get dirty. I had so many plumbing problems that he (Jesse) checked them out like it was a piece of cake! No problem! What a relief!!

We were out of town when the dog sitter called to say our hot water heater was spewing water all over our garage. She was able to get the water turned off, tank drained and electricity turned off to the unit.  Through our home warranty company we were put in contact with water heaters only. They had Don come out at 8 AM the morning after we arrived home.  We clearly needed a new water heater, but previous owners had built cabinets in such a way the tank could not be removed. Don gave us explicit instructions on how the cabinets should be moved. We contacted our handyman and he came out and moved the shelves.  Don came within an hour after he left and removed the old tank and hooked up the new one.  He insured there was no damage to the drywall - treated the area to prevent any mold growing - installed a drip pan under the new water heater and attached a drain so that any overflow would go away from the cabinets to the garage floor.  In addition to being an expert in this field, Don was an absolute professional.  In addition, the gentleman at the main office was courteous, helpful and insured everything was in place to get our water heater replaced. Thank you Don.  We will always refer our friends and associates to this company.

Quick response and great service to fix my leaking shower. Great communication over text and on time for the appointment. Left the site clean and gave me information on what I could do myself in the future.

Had my hot water heater maintenance done by XCompany which caused a leak on the pressure valve. I was told it would have to be replaced at a cost of 1,800.00 - I got a few more quotes until the price went down to a couple around 1K, including Safe Dry Out.
Safe Dry Out is the only one who bothered to ask what was wrong with the water heater and suggested it could be fixed instead. I went from having to fork out 1,800.00 to only spending 150.00
Mike could have easily gone with the rest and said the only solution was to replace it. This to me shows integrity and honesty. The quality of work was excellent and, to top it off, he was extremely patient with my 80 year old father hanging around. Thank you Mike!
Will definitely call Safe Dry Out for any future plumbing needs.

Kevin came round to fix a leaking bath faucet. He was very prompt on replying to texts to schedule the service (could have done it the day after i texted him but opted for a week later) and he was punctual, friendly and fixed my tap no issues. also had a look at another leak and made a quick adjustment with his wrench which saved me a lot of hassle or another call out. i took his card and will use him again. 3% credit card charge which isnt an issue

After dealing with another company for 16 hours and was told again and again they were on their way, I tried Sunstate.  From the minute I called and spoke to Bonnie, I knew that this business was all about customer service. She was personable, informative and helpful. Ron came out less than an hour after I called and helped us out with an obstruction in our line. He explained what was going on, and even showed us pictures and videos of what was happening with our pipes. He fixed all of it, of course. I'll be using them going forward!

I Brought A Vacation Property IN Phoenix...Needed A Plumber, Didn't know the area so i just picked this company...Good choice...Joe the Owner in Honest... They Did The Whole House...They Should Name their company Two good guys...Glad i used them!!

My warranty company send them out to replace my disposal. They had one in the truck already and were done in less than 20 mins.

I was introduced to this flim -flam of a company through my Warranty company One Guard . The water heater ruptured and caused much damage to the area at my rental. They sent out a plumber and it needed to be replaced and they said they could send out there general contractor to check the damages of the area. Long story short Red Flags went up and called my Home Owners Insurance they finally dealt with the damage. Told me they  triple bill the insurance companies, and the plumber gets a $1000.00 referral fee. Which is insane and to me is fraud. And said stay away from them. For the repairs, but needed to be fixed so Insurance finally,  took care of it a lot cheaper than there quote. They charge a  bogus  $125 dollar so called modification fee....which nothing needed to be modified.  Just another way to swindle more money out of you. The warranty  paid for the heater thou. Was just a water heater installed with existing wires. I bought a drain pan to prevent future damages and they refused to install which was there. Wanted me to pay $200 dollars for a pan that cost $23 at lowes. Have no faith in there company. And hope was not sabotaged until I can sell the place.
