I enjoy building relationships with my clients, and gaining their trust, as house cleaning can be very personal. I work hard to make sure that I employ cleaners that are just as passionate and love cleaning as much as I do. I pride myself on communicating easily and effortlessly with my clients and my staff, so there is never a language barrier. Any complaints are taken seriously, and handled at a very delicate level so that in the end, everyone is happy and satisfied.

HISTORY

Established in 1999.
I started my house cleaning business after burn out from working in corporate America, in Wisconsin, and have been in my business this whole time, only to start up again after moving around. I learned about hard work growing up on a dairy farm, and not having much leisure time. I brought that hard work mentality into my cleaning business, and made it my mission to create clean, happy homes.

ABOUT BUSINESS OWNER

I was inspired to start my business after working a summer in Wisconsin cleaning homes on the side, in addition to my administrative assistant job.

As difficult as it may be, I have enjoyed being self-employed and being an entrepreneur.

The cleaning industry allows me to be creative, and put my OCD to work in a good way.

I was in need of some serious cleaning prior to vacating the apartment I occupied for 1.5-years. Was referred to Spotless 'n Serene Cleaning by a local vendor.

What I can tell any is that the service is second to none Karen provided. Very thorough in ensuring the place was spotless (hence the name), I would highly recommend Spotless'n Serene.

Karen at Spotless n Serene is amazing! She is very professional and responsive! We recently hired her to do a deep clean of our home. She was extremly thorough and detailed. My wife and I were very impressed she did not rush through just to finish the job but ensured every room was done right! Highly recommended!!

Karen came to my house on Sunday to start on a deep cleaning in our house. We hadn't had a deep cleaning in many years and the showers, blinds, baseboards and ceiling fans were covered with lots of dust. Karen scrubbed and scrubbed for hours. She is amazing!! She works very hard and is meticulous. The master shower hasn't looked this good in many years!!
Baseboards are sparkling, blinds are dust free, and my house looks fabulous overall.
Karen has a true gift. She takes pride in her work and I am excited to have her back at our house real soon for more cleaning.
