Dazzle Cleaning - Scottsdale

I canceled this service. I have to say that I am not interested in returning as a customer. I must stress this: it is more important for the company to retain a $49 charge than a potential return customer.

I wanted to try another service for a couple months with the potential of returning. I won't be considering Dazzling an option now. I don't have $49 to throw away at this point and that is the memory I'll remember far longer than whatever customer service rep call and voucher could do. I tried to cancel the service. I am well-versed in technology and found the actual "cancel" options very hard to find. As soon as I was charged again, I contacted for a refund IMMEDIATELY after I realized I was charged to I cancel my plan. Come on, now. Don't throw the terms in my face if canceling the actual service isn't convenient to find on the site, I canceled the services, and then canceled the actual plan.

Got a text, email, and phone call the day after I canceled. Funny bc I had a difficult time reaching someone to help me cancel prior. Thank you for letting me relive this so the sentiment of resentment lingers far longer than any of the services the cleaning people who I've come into contact have bestowed upon me.

They stayed maybe an hour, maybe an hour and a half or so, barely cleaned anything, and acted very eager to leave.  Unfortunately, it wasn't until after they left that we discovered my fathers brand new prescription pain pills had been stolen.

Never. Use. This. "Company."

This company is a complete scam that picks up people of the street with no training or process for safety. they get them into your home and don't care about what happens as kind as they get their money.

TOTAL SCAM!!  They charge you a cleaning fee, AND a monthly service fee $49 AND a cancellation fee of $229.  Total fraud, not up front about the monthly service fee and cancellation fee.  DO NOT BE FOOLED!

Unreliable cleaners. First cleaner begged me for over a half an hour to give a good review. He said if he didn't get a good review he'd be homeless. Second cleaner cancelled at the last min. Third cleaner only cleaned kitchen for two hours(I have a tiny kitchen). She didn't mop. Fourth cleaner cancelled and rescheduled appt for following Sat ( today). Supposed to arrive at 9am. It is now after 11 and no text. She is obviously a no show. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. They may offer cheap prices but you don't even get what you pay for. On top of that you cannot just cancel at any time. If you do, you will be charged $177. For what? I have no clue. Their scheduling software and text reminders are bad too. I have answered several messages about a cleaning I never received on Oct 1. I have changed the service schedule 3 times to reflect the cancellations and it still shows dates that I do not want someone coming. Highly frustrating and almost infuriating. Normally I am patient and understanding, but it's as if they don't care about what they've put me through. If you are smart, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!

What I thought was going to be a 27.00 charge ended up costing me over 200.00.  There is not phone support, no way to actually talk to a person.  You get impersonal, canned CHAT and every question asked provides an even worse answer.  My cleaner, Ibrahma, did an OUTSTANDING job, but the company is way overpriced, full of hidden costs, and extremely difficult to deal with.
