Charles and Alex Painting

Worked with Jim and he was actually a few minutes early for our on-site meeting! Another company that wanted to bid the job an hour before my meeting with Jim didn't even show up.

Jim reviewed the work we wanted completed, offered a few suggestions that actually ended up saving us money and schedules the work on a hand-shake. As the work was being done Jim called a couple of times with status reports and kept us completely informed. They completed the job ahead of schedule and again, were on time for our review of the work and payment.

The work was better than I expected and Jim's counsel and advice right on target. We couldn't be happier. I appreciate their old-school approach to doing what they say they'll do and delivering. I won't use ANYONE else for any painting or light carpentry  repairs again - Charles and Alex painting are my first choice from here on - SUPER!

John McMillan and his crew are amazing to work with and did fantastic work.  Their pricing is very reasonable.  They are detailed.  John was so easy to work with and trusting.  I would highly recommend them if you are looking to have anything done.

They painted my house and garage at a very respectable cost. Very happy with their work! I just bought a house that had a bad exterior paint job. Paint peeling with exposed wood and cracked in places. They did great prep work, used good quality primer/paint and did a great job. Jim was very nice to talk with and listened to all my concerns.

My husband and I bought our home in Gold Canyon (Entrada Del Oro) in 2008. It finally needed to be painted and have some small repairs done to the exterior as well.
We don't live here full time, so we had to find a painter on our own. My husband found Charles and Alex Painting and we hired them, hoping for the best.
They did a beautiful job! The house looks brand new again, and their work was meticulous and thorough. Thry were very professional and responsive and we would hire them again in a minute. We highly recommend them!

Our house had never been painted since built so was in serious need of a paint job. We talked with Jimmy from Charles & Alex Painting and got an immediate quote on the spot. After interviewing two other painters we selected Charles & Alex Painting.  They had recently painted  
5 other houses on our street, so that was good enough for us. The showed up at 3:00 pm the day before scheduled to start prepping the house. They power washed the exterior, replaced missing stucco and repaired all the joints. The painting was completed at 3:00 pm the second day. Jimmy and his brother John were both very polite and professional as was the crew that did the actual work. They were clean and efficient and removed all trash when they left. They also left some left over paint for any future touch ups if needed. We definitely recommend Charles & Alex Painting.

Decided on a Saturday to hire these guys. Monday 8:15 they are ready to start. Painting basically finished Tuesday. Minor clean up Wednesday AM and they moved next door and started that job.
Geovanny and Santpago very hard workers with great attention to detail.
Highly recommend, owner John coming by couple of times each day to see if anything needed.

We had to have our house re-painted per HOA guidelines, and Charles did an AMAZING JOB!  They went above and beyond my exceptions, and I would use them again without hesitation.  Fantastic work and attention to detail.  Thank you!

Very pleased with the experience from end to end. Friendly and very knowledgeable about color pallets used in our HOA. Responsive to questions and last minute changes. Work was promised and completed on time at the very fair price agreed upon. They did both a great job in painting as well as clean up. Would definitely recommend them to paint your home.

After receiving three estimates to paint our home we decided to give our business to Charles and Alex Painting and here are a few reasons why...

1) When I called to ask for information I was able to speak directly to the owner of the company. Jimmy was not only helpful, he was patient, courteous, and extremely knowledgable in an area I am not.

2) For more peace of mind, I checked on line for reviews, their business license, and with Better Business Bureau. Charles and Alex Painting were up to date with no complaints. Amazing considering they have been a family owned business for decades!

3) Jimmy arrived at my home and walked around my house explaining what we would need and why, as well as how they would do it. I was then offered three different price points connected to the quality of paint to be used from from Dunn Edwards. My research revealed Dunn Edwards to be a professional quality product. We chose the Evershield line which is the highest level of quality for residential dwellings so we would not have to paint again for at least 12-15 years.

4) The team arrived to go to work on time and did a fantastic job. The house looks amazing and was very well done. In fact several neighbors stopped by to ask for the name and number of the company we used so they too could have their home updated and refreshed.
5) After our home was cared for so well by the team, Jimmy and his brother John stopped by to make certain we were completely satisfied to our standards. We are totally satisfied.

My wife and I think of ourselves as discerning and frugal customers and we are very grateful to find a company that is trustworthy and committed to customer satisfaction and a quality product. We had been given some lower estimates but for the above reasons, and many more, we went with the best so we could enjoy a quality and value added experience. To top it off, we made two new friends, Jimmy and John are great guys. Thank you both and your team... Well done!

I had Charles and Alex do a complete exterior repaint of my rental home in San Tan Ranch in Gilbert.  This included a change of colors to comply with the HOA approved colors.  I sent the approved color palates to Charles and Alex and the job was done precisely as requested.  I had some concern going with them as the lowest bid, but the job turned out great.  Would definitely use them again.

Charles and Alex Painting was very professional and did great work. My husband and I are very pleased. The workers work hard and are very accommodating and will do anything to make sure you are happy. I highly recommend.

Our neighbors had the outside of their house painted by Charles and Alex Painting and we noticed that their house looked great. We contacted them and Charles came to the house to explain what all would need to be done and provide the estimate. He was very responsive to our calls and the day after we received approval from our HOA, they began the work on the house. It turned out to be windy the first two days and rather than continue to work and risk the paint spraying all over, they rescheduled to come back to finish the work on another day. We had to be out of town for a couple of days so the work was finished while we were gone and when we returned, we were so happy with how it looks! They did a FANTASTIC job and it looks AWESOME!!! They clearly did not cut any corners and we are extremely happy with all of what they did - the house and our concrete wall look WONDERFUL!!!! I highly recommend Charles and Alex Painting! Personable, professional, and VERY skilled at what they do!!!
