Aaron and his team are AMAZING. I had my shower handle break leaving my water in the on position. I either had to leave my shower running wasting water, or turn off the water running to my entire house. (Both terrible options and seemed like it was going to be the biggest headache for me)

I called Zona Restoration and they had Gabe out to me on a Saturday nonetheless, within 2 hours!!!! He was so kind and was done within 30 minutes. If you are thinking about calling Zona Restoration you won't regret it! 10/10 recommend!

I had a real favorable experience with this business.  Goettl had to tear into my drywall to fix some wiring and subcontracted with Zona for the sheetrock work.  I was very pleased with the quality of the work.  Good communication from the start and they were right on time.  I worked with Max and he was great.

Completely outrageously priced, $38,190!! My project is: frame out for a garage door and repace t1-11 wood siding. There's nothing complicated about this project. The house has already been inspected by a structural engineer.

The room was a carport, enclosed it & now a finished room with electric. Conversion to a garage does not require a structural engineer. This fee isn't on the quote but I'm told they needed a structural engineer. I call bullshit!!

I was recently removing our old vanity and upon removing everything saw something that looked like black mold. Zona restoration was recommended to us and when we spoke to the they went over the process with best and worst case scenarios. By Friday Chris came to our house, explained what he was going to do, he was courteous and professional and even went as far as calling me when he came up to the door because of our baby sleeping sign so he wouldn't wake the baby. By Wednesday we had results and let us know what our options were. We will definitely use their service again and we recommend them!

A very quick not great initial call to see if I could schedule a specialist to come by to check and give a quote for a potential mold problem after a home inspection came back alarming. We have HVAC coming out and a roofer but the woman answering the phone told me they were not the right fit right for me directly telling me that if I didn't already own the home they couldn't help me. Educational tip for the future - home buyers can and will pay for contractors to come out to quotes and inspections for homes their buying. This is not my first home purchase. Lost a customer quick and was non apologetic.

We called Zona Restoration after a monsoon caused water damage to our home. As daunting as mold removal initially sounded, Zona managed to make it stress-free. Everyone at Zona has been wonderful to work with, especially Michael Grieser. We were highly impressed with Michael's politeness, professionalism, and attention to detail. WOW.  This company went above and beyond your imagination with accommodating special needs that I have never experienced being offered such a kind no extra fee service so I would not feel uncomfortable with my special need involving temporary disability when it comes to driving a car
They work with another great company which involves repairing your front windshield window in which the newer cars a lot of them have to be recalibrated if they have special sensors in which mine was that type of car.  The other service came to my house and put in the new windshield and then the other company normally has you drive your car to their place however in my case I explained first it was too far to drive for me from Phoenix to Tempe Arizona and 2nd I told him about why I cannot drive at this time.  Without hesitation the customer service representative I spoke to from this company stated she will have one of their workers personally drive over there with another worker so he could take my car with the other worker following behind and get the job done and bring my car back the same day fixed
Sure enough they did what they promised but more praise to them for volunteering to do that service for me free of charge.  My insurance company also highly recommended the company before I said yes to them after reading reviews.  I give this company the highest rating for customer service that I have had in the past decade.

Horrible experience and would not recommend. I wish they were as eager to complete the job as they are to collect payment.

Going through a fire is a frightening, devastating and long process - and you have to trust the person(s) that are repairing your home. I can say after a year long restoration, the quality Zona has provided is superb. Our home looks and feels beautiful again. It takes a lot of patience dealing with insurance and contractors, but at the end, we couldn't be happier with the outcome. Thank you Zona for everything you did for our family and making our house a home again!!

This company is cool. I called them regarding the possibility of asbestos. They could of charged me for an inspection but were honest with their statistics about it pertaining to my information...basically talked me out of it/told me not worry about it. Free of charge.

Recently purchased a home and seller made some repairs to the house prior to closing. Seller contracted Zona Restoration to replace wood shakes roof with asphalt shingles. After work was performed, Zona restoration left a lot of debris in the attic resulting from the roof replacement.  There were some other items, the seemed like oversight such leaving disconnected exhaust pipes and lack of any kind of attic ventilation (which is causing the attic to have temperature of 140 degrees in a 100 degree day).

I called their customer service and was indicated to compose an email with zona restoration invoice and statement of work completed, so it would be send to production manager, Dave. I composed the email and send all the info. A day later, I got an email from customer service indicating that Dave was too busy to reach out, but the warranty wouldn't cover any of the work, since they were  not stipulated in the contract.

Now, I am uncertain if replacing a roof with ventilation and not connecting exhaust pipes as found ARE acceptable practices, but I cannot hold it against Zona Restoration, since the seller contracted and paid for their work and I am uncertain if the seller also tried to cut corners.
However, the attic debris and junk is part of the agreement (Excerpt: Haul away all job site related roof), but they decided to ignore and disregard my request to honor warranty. Customer service was nice and helpful, so I adding a second star; however, I wouldn't recommend or try to pursue the work warranty from Zona restoration; Instead, I am hiring a general contractor and now need to pay a couple thousand dollars to correct these issues on a brand new roof.

During early April 2021, I contacted Zona Restoration company to mitigate restoration at my home due to a water leak. I contacted Zona solely on the recommendation of R House Realty. After assessing the damage, Zona contacted my insurance company and planned to setup restoration equipment. Then estimated it would take six to eight weeks to complete restoration and repairs if they were given the project. My home was being leased to tenants at the time when a pipe burst and cause a leak that went undetected for a period. I informed Zona the tenants were mostly moved out and I needed to get the home ready to list for sale as soon as possible and again they assured me it would take no more than eight weeks to complete the project.
Zona ripped out floors, walls, ceilings, closets, cabinets, doors, and other fixtures and left my home in a state of ruin for more than seven months. During a historically prime selling period in Phoenix, I pleaded with Zona to complete the project. I complained to Allstate to get them to put pressure on Zona or allow me to select another vendor but was declined. Allstate urged me to keep working with Zona.
All potential buyers who looked at my home were frightened off by the structural damage during that seven-month period. The appraised value of my home has dropped from $750,000 to a current value of $660,000. The work is still not complete as of 2/15/2022.

Aaron and his team were such a pleasure to work with. We had some water damage from a leak and the process with Zona Restoration was super smooth and stress free. Would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs water or fire damage help.

We are counting our blessings this morning! Our heat & AC company sent Zona Restoration to repair a patch of stucco. The young man, Glenn, was efficient, conscientious, and affable. He seemed knowledgeable too, as my husband was talking with him about the other services Zona offers, such as plumbing, electric, water damage repair with mold removal, and other handyman services. His job was well done, and we appreciated all the information he provided! Thank you Glenn!

Had a good experience with Zona Restoration 4 years ago, and when I misplaced some paperwork and needed it for a remodel, Shane went above and beyond to help me track down everything I needed. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who has restoration needs.

Noah from Zona Restoration was great. He came out on time and was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. While reviewing some of the water damage from a leak, he answered all of our questions and did a thorough inspection to ensure the water did not go under the cabinets and surrounding area. He didn't try to push sales on us and we were thankful for our interaction and visit. Zona Restoration found a great employee in a difficult market for talent. Thank you for your time and hard work.

Ripped out our master bath (shower) 5 months ago and never finished the job.

Despite having the best insurance company to work with, these guys were incapable of basic customer communication to restore our bathroom. They were quick to tear apart our entire master shower, and then pass our project along to 4-5 different managers, all of whom visited our house in various states of disorganization. One was outright rude, one misquoted the project to our insurance and later quit, and the last one (Jeff) was pleasant but clearly very overworked and not able to communicate effectively.

The demolition portion of the project was quick and efficient and those guys were great.....the rest was a complete disaster. This company is NOT suited of managing renovation style projects where you may want to upgrade or change anything.

Nothing but good vibes and positive things for all of the Zona Restoration team members I have met on my water damage repair job! I met so many members of the Zona family and every single one of them was professional, courteous, timely and hyper efficient!  Kudos to the ones I can recall of the many that I met, number one Shane, Thomas Gilardi, Brian M, Ryan, Spencer, Debbie, Tammy, Santana and Shane number two lol, Eric, Joshua and Mary via text.  It goes without saying to have such a large crew work together harmoniously and efficiently, even tackling problems with insurance adjusters, relieves the burden on homeowners. So it's not unusual to have a flood but when it's on the 2nd floor where does it go? down! It came pouring out through the lights downstairs damaged are sealing, damaged our bathroom floor. We filed a claim and Zona Restoration  came out immediately that day and took action. The Dynamic duo,  Max and Eric were awesome. Our ceiling looks like nothing ever happened. The texturing Eric did is flawless! Our bathroom floor turned out great with Max's expertise in installing it. It's always iffy finding a company that does a really good job. Zona Restoration is prompt, professional, courteous and talented.

I work as a property manager and have had many jobs that needed remediation and repairs from water damage.  Zona Restoration has blown any restoration company out of the water! Daniel Briggs who was our project manager handled the details from working with tenants, insurance and the owner, answering many questions from owners, his responses were also detailed and not just one liners.   Amazing team ! I am so pleased with my experience with Zona Restoration! Even from the start when I was searching for info about asbestos removal the manager Shane LaCour helped me understand and was there for me every step of the way. I had many different quotes from other local restoration companies and Zona was the only one who was respectful, honest, kind and quick. The team was quick and clean.
The Techs Noah, Eli, and Shane R did a fantastic job!  My friends and family will be using them now for any popcorn ceiling removal jobs now.

Denny was very responsive and followed thru when he said he would do something. Compared to my experience with Servpro of Buckeye Zona is the best. Absolutely no comparison to the second rate franchise firms.

Good customer service representatives. Spoke with Justin Knight to schedule an asbestos test. Ed came out and was quick to grab samples. Somewhat responsive on yelp, so I recommend calling if you have any immediate questions. Overall, satisfied with the service.

Had a leak and it caused some damage throughout the walls, floors, cabinets, etc.  I had several remediation and remodel companies to choose from and after confirming with my insurance company, went with Zona.  Professional, friendly, and courteous.  These guys made an appointment, showed up on time, and got to work right away.  Kept a clean work area, moved things out of the way while being careful not to break anything.  And communicated with me throughout the whole process and took care of things.  Shout out to Ed Middleton who is an absolute life saver and was available 24/7.
I recommend them without hesitation for any work required in your home.

WARNING! AVOID! I had a minor flood in my house. Somehow the insurance company chose Zona Restoration to do the restoration work. They didn't bother to check in with me, the owner, during the process, only after they wreaked havoc and it's been a nightmare ever since.They tore out almost everything, even when it obviously wasn't necessary (maybe just go get more money from insurance?). They threw away custom cabinetry that had nothing wrong with it, threw away knotty alder trim that was custom made and sanded and finished that had no issues, and greatly increased the replacement costs. They ripped out drywall where there was absolutely no water damage. Removed sprayed foam insulation where the water didn't even reach, and did it all without even checking in with the owner of the home (me). A tiny guest house with a small flood, know what they charged for this? Over $25,000.

After living in our house for three weeks we had a roof leak that didn't come up in inspection. Zona did the tear out, roof repair, and interior rebuild. Every step of the way they were friendly, professional, and punctual. They worked with our insurance and even helped our adjuster when there were issues locating the leak. They answered all my questions in a way that always felt respected and heard. They were very professional on site and always left the site clean. I would recommend this company to anyone needing restoration work. Their finished work actually looks better than when they started!

These guys are great, very responsive even on the weekends.  Doug, Shane, Noah, Xzavier and Vincent were very friendly and got the job done quickly.  I'd highly recommend them!!

Don't hire this company!  They did a really crappy job on my house in North Phoenix!  They never showed up on time, and always had excuses for why things weren't done!   Save yourself and use another company like Envy Restoration out of Mesa.  They are way better!!!

Beware!  Do not use this Company!  I hired them over a year ago, and it has been a complete nightmare!  They took about nine months to finish renovating my home! It takes four months to build a house why on earth would they take nine months? I would show up to my property there would be no one there I would have to constantly call them and follow up to see why there's no one working on my property!  He's overbooked and will have his guys go to more important jobs until you call him I even gave them $15,000 of my own money out of pocket when my insurance covered it!  He put a lien on my property and when I paid him he's suing me again for more money! If you want to keep your house do not hire him I will provide all the documentation that this person has made my life a living hell for the past year and a half !  Save yourself the time and the hard ache that I've been through and I hope no one else will go through this!  If he doesn't get paid from your insurance company he will come after your primary home and try to take it from you with his big shot lawyers!  Save yourselves and choose another company!

Following a water leak in our bathroom, our plumber found mold in the wall and recommended Zona Restoration.  Seven or eight different guys from Zona Restoration came to our house (everyone but the EPA) - two cut our walls and carpet and treated the mold - one sealed the area with plastic - one brought out a HEPA filter - one removed the HEPA filter - one tested the air for mold spores - one came for a final inspection (I think one more may have come, but I lost track as there were so many guys).  At first, I thought it was a bit overkill.  But, in the end, I was very pleased with the results, and now feel safe that there is no more mold in my walls and carpet.  While there were a lot of guys, EVERY ONE of these guys was very professional and happy to answer my many questions.  Angel and Miguel did the majority of the mold remediation - they were SUPER!  But, they were ALL very good at each of their jobs.  Later, I spoke with a different plumber who also said that Zona Restoration was the best.  Also, my insurance company was very happy with their final bill.   For mold remediation, I highly recommend them.

I recently had a leak in my master bath, which sucks. What didn't suck was getting it fixed with Zona! Things moved very quickly and I was kept updated each step of the way.  Thomas did the assessment and gave me my options, Shane and Santana came to tear it out and somehow left no mess?!? And Max fixed it back up right for me again, actually better than the before lol. I was impressed with their communication, kindness and cleanliness. I would absolutely not hesitate to use them again.

I was looking to have a contractor do roof and interior water damage work. Spent all day calling around to different companies and kept getting terrible customer service and people that didn't really seem to want to help. Till I called a company restoration company that referred me to Zona restoration because they were a company that was able to do both. Spoke with Mary she was super helpful and friendly and had all the information I needed in order to start the process to resolve my issue. Outstanding customer service.

All of the workers that came to my house were all very polite  Where very professional acting Where very professional They all wore Masks. Whenever they would do a job they would clean it up they put plastic down put blankets outdoors to wipe their feet any one they send are very very good company Will ,Glen Hasso and Eli were great to work with!!!!!! I shopped around for quotes for a restoration service and by far this company was the most professional, friendly, communicative, reliable and helpful. They answered promptly and when they came to the house for the estimate Justin was extremely thorough answered all of my questions and the most helpful. He has followed up with me and I'm so thankful for his help.

If possible to give negative star I would. I don't even know where to start. They will give you a great sales pitch and how great they are and fast they will get done. I had water leak in my condo. I found them online and decide to give the a chance. After that is was all excuses and down hill from there. It took weeks to get them to start the project. I was given a schedule and they took at least 3 month late. Every week the would tell they are working there or starting a piece. I would show up at the end of the day. They never showed up. The so called project managers say they know. But they have no clue. The other part of the problem is the quality of workmanship is horrible. They want to charge contractor prices for unskilled labor. I can go on and on but there is no reason. They will deny everything. Best advice hire someone else.

I do not recommend Zona Restoration to anyone! BUYER BEWARE that when they give you a quote it DOES NOT include any additional repairs to dry wall or other items. Zona Restoration never offered to repair the huge hole that is now in my wall and threw away the base board that were removed in the mold removal process. After calling and offering to pay extra for an expedited fix, I was rudely excused saying there is no way that could be done, and I should have been more aware of the fine print on the contract. Do not use Zona Restoration if you enjoy working with honest, forthcoming  companies. Lesson learned!

My house flooded during a storm in July. I had damage along the entire east wall, which includes the master bath, kitchen, laundry room, and a bedroom. I was given a quote of 10,000 for just the dry out from another company. I was quoted less than half that price by Zona. They did an amazing job at a much more reasonable price, and they did everything they could to help me keep costs down because the flood was not covered under homeowner's insurance.
The damaged areas are now rebuilt. I cannot recommend Zona more. The work was done efficiently and the people there are great to work with.

Kudos! My water pipes burst in my master bedroom. I had one restoration company that was working on my restoration but failed to deliver communication about the asbestos we had. It was 2 weeks of us not knowing. We fired them and contacted zona! They were so thoroughly with their explanation of what needed to be done! They completed the work in like 2 days! Thank you so much for the work! Keep treating your customers well and you will keep your business running!!!

Zona was able to help make a difficult situation easy to fix. From the remediation to putting things back they were on the ball, competitively priced and did a great job! Tammy and TJ were great to work with and I would work with them any other time if I can!

I am in the middle of purchasing a home that a previous buyer has backed out of due to mold. Knowing nothing about mold remediation of, I contacted Shane LaCour. I sent over the previous buyer's lab reports of the mold and Shane had these report reviewed by the techs. He was incredibly helpful and guided me with options to safely contain the mold issues. I was having issues inside my home. I called and got a quick appt. My fear was that there were mold issues in the home.  It was done very quickly and I received negative results within 24 hours.  Worth every penny.

We discovered  a leak in our master bathroom that went under the floorboards of our closet and master bedroom and just created an absolute mess. I've never had to deal with something like this and when I reached out, I spoke with the owner and CEO Aaron (which is nuts bc when do you ever get to speak to the owner of a business?) who was just the kindest and most knowledgeable person in the world. He walked me through the entire process, including working with my insurance, the adjuster, and they have their own public adjuster which is incredibly helpful in maximizing the insurance payout, and they do all the demo and reconstruction.
Aaron sent out Edward and Nick and I can't say enough good things about both of them. Super professional, extremely efficient (they moved everything out of our packed master bedroom in less than 30 minutes with no damage to anything!) and they're just such nice dudes. I have 3 dogs and every morning that Ed shows up he always takes time to say hi to them and pet them and that is just the coolest thing.

I had a roof leak that damaged both outside and inside my home. The team at Zona has been nothing but professional. I have received often and clear communication and additional kindness that went above and beyond their job description. Ryan and Zach stood there and chatted with my 6 year old son and answered his endless questions and took the time to make him feel important. Zach did our interior and did a wonderful job! It looks like there was never any damage...like new! I received clear communication and professional and quick work from him. Highly recommended!

My tenants expressed concern of mold, and Zona was out at my property within 1 day. They did multiple tests, paid for a 3rd party test, had excellent communication with my tenants, AND they did all the build-back work. I obviously hope I never need to call them again, but if I ever have any water or mold issues, I know exactly who I am going to call and feel more relaxed knowing I have them to count on!

I had Zona Restoration do a bit of minor drywall repair after we had a roof leak. The leak occurred a little bit before the holiday season started, so it took a while to get the roof repaired, and Zona Restoration was incredibly patient while I worked on getting the roof sorted out. During the process they followed up to see when I would be ready to have the drywall repairs done, which I really appreciated. When it came to the repairs, Jerry did a fantastic job! While the repair was pretty small, he worked efficiently and made our bathroom wall look like new. We would definitely look into using Zona Restoration again in the future!

Finding mold in multiple places in your home is stressful enough when you have elderly persons, an infant child, and pets that either live in, or frequent the home.

Searching for a mold remediation company was almost equally as stressful!!

I found Zona Restoration (ZR) on google and chose them based on their reviews.

I signed the contract. ZR tested and confirmed my home also had asbestos, (did I already mention I was stressed out?) and I requested them to begin my remediation project ASAP on an agreed date.

Chris handled my project. Although he mentioned the company is going through the busiest surge they have ever experienced, he never gave me excuses. He made things happen.

My project was completed. I had some concerns. Chris sent out Shelby within 15 minutes to look at the issue. Shelby understood my perfectly and I never had to repeat myself. He brought things to my attention that I had missed. I cannot say enough about how PROFESSIONAL, HONEST, and GENUINE he was! I was extremely impressed with this young man. (I am not easily impressed). Shelby had to come back to fix my issue the next day, and needless to say he did a wonderful job. He was fast, efficient, and thorough. THANK YOU Shelby.

The entire or process took 3 weeks. It wasn't supposed to be super long, but like I said, I had mold in multiple areas and additional issues. I knew my project was being treated as an emergency type situation.

During these three weeks, I called Chris. Every.Single.Day. On some days, I called him before 8am and up to 3 times a day!! (Yes, I have double checked this on my phone log history). Chris never ignored my phone calls. He answered every single time I called and followed up with me. He personally came out when the project was finished (his second time out to meet me) and addressed my initial concerns. I joked to him about being his most difficult customer. Of course he denied it, and remained professional, polite, and smiled whenever I saw him in person.

Eventually, the owner, Aaron came out for the project. My project was a unique case for ZR and was escalated to the top. They have never had a situation like mine happen and wanted to ensure all my issues and concerns were resolved. I was blown away when I met Aaron. He is a young professional that is years ahead of this time and has the type of integrity and wholesomeness even the Dalai Lama could learn from. Aaron went to great lengths to make sure I was okay. To say that Aaron and his team at ZR restoration went above and beyond would be a substantial understatement.

This company is based on some of the strongest morals I have ever encountered. They were so thorough and really came through on my project. This is the type of company we need to support to strengthen the fabric of our society. I truly felt they took care of me like family.

I had water damage to my upstairs bathroom from a leaking toilet. Definitely scary and overwhelming! I called Zona and they have been super helpful through this very long process. My insurance company has been very intimidating and has had very little communication with me and Zona has helped me by contacting them to move things along as well. Thomas in the water dept is so helpful and explained everything to me. Zach was super nice when he was out there and very helpful, and everyone in the office Shane, Tammy, and Sonia have been so nice! The owner Aaron is very hands on and that is a breath of fresh air! An owner who really cares!! I would recommend Zona for sure!!

We had some water damage to our ceiling from a leaking pipe upstairs. From my first call for an estimate to the repairs Zona was very responsive and professional. The quote we received was better than expected and both Spencer who provided the estimate and Jose who did the repair work were on time and called ahead and did a great job. Zona did a fantastic job from start to finish, after water leak under the kitchen  slab.
Cabinets and appliances were taken out, room sealed, then later tested for mold. They did a phenomenal job in every area needed. Max just finished doing the drywall in the kitchen and laundry room, it actually looks better than new!  Thanks to all the crew at Zona, I couldn't be happier!

The purpose of this review is simply to share how impressed I was with the level of Customer Service, which Shane with Zona Restoration provided, even though he knew immediately that his company would not be able to provide the type of service I required. To experience this level of Customer Service in today's atmosphere was more impressive than words can say!

Based on their name, Zona Restoration, I had hoped that they might be able to help me with a bizarre, previous small animal hole, which had opened up after our torrential storms this year and was now going under my retaining wall. Unfortunately, after reading their reviews, I realized that the type of restoration work they specialized in was for inside of the home types of damage.

Unfortunately, as I was having no luck at all in finding the right type of contractor to help me out with this, I gave them a call anyway. Just on the off chance that they might be able to recommend someone who could help me with both this issue, as well as a number of landscaping problems.

I spoke with Shane who was extremely pleasant and, although he confirmed that their company would not be the one to help me out, he asked if I could send him pictures of the situation and he would do some research to see if he could provide me with a referral or recommendation.

To my amazement, Shane called me back very quickly, after reviewing the photos with his boss, and provided me with the name of a company they felt comfortable in recommending.

Even though Shane was aware from the beginning that Zona Restoration would not be able to help me at this time, his level of Customer Service guarantees that they will be the company I will call on should the interior of my home ever need the type of services they do provide!

Back in August of 2017 Zona Restoration removed old asbestos popcorn ceiling from a property I recently purchased. While the asbestos was removed appropriately and the house passed the air quality testing I felt that some details of the job were executed a bit sloppily. I expressed my concern to the staff and was quickly contacted by the owner and we had a good discussion about my concerns. He was apologetic and obviously concerned about making the situation right. In my experience the owner was more concerned about delivering a quality service and maintaining a strong reputation than making a buck. I would recommend Zona Restoration in the future.

Craig and Shelby did a great job, communicated with us about their arrival time, worked efficiently and cleaned up everything perfectly.

I had mold on my garage ceiling from a roof leak. Called Zona because of its high Yelp rating. I was really impressed with the quality of people Zona sent out. They were all friendly and competent.

Zona removed part of the sheet rock and washed down any areas that might have mold. Nonetheless, their air test showed there was still mold around. So, they cleaned it again, and the garage passed the air test.

Zona has a construction division to restore areas they dismantle. I had them rebuild the ceiling portion that had been removed. The rebuilt ceiling looks like new.

These are really good people to deal with.

The entire team was extremely straight forward when providing me with accurate information regarding cost and timeframes from demolition to the build-back process. Their quality of workmanship and adherence to safety requirements to remediate the mold issues in my kitchen were above reproach. They worked diligently to complete all phases of the project in a timely manner and in doing so, allowed me to complete the sale of my house without any delay.

These guys are one of the worst restoration companies ever their project manager Kenny is totally dishonest he hire a second and third-party contractors he uses laborers that he picks up from Home Depot to do most of the work while he supervises if he's not out running errands like the counterman that he hired to do the job at my home which turned out to be completely disastrous. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy they seriously suck plus the cabinet guys that Kenny hired were a husband-and-wife team that came in in the evening to do our cabinets with no level steaks no shams no wedges everything was unbalanced just giving everybody out there a heads up do not use these guys

Shane with Zona Restoration was great to work with, and his customer service was amazing. I called about a water leak/damage issue and they were able to get someone out the very next day to take a look. Two technicians came (arrived on time) to evaluate the situation and determined that there was little to no water damage in the area that had the leak, and that no work needed to be done. It was a good feeling knowing that this company not only had great service, but were trustworthy and reliable as well. I will definitely be calling them for any future restoration needs in my home!

Zona Restoration was very easy to work with! Brian did a fabulous job and even went above and beyond making sure where ever he worked was cleaned up afterwards! (Vacuumed and/or wipes down) Everyone was even very respectful and quiet during my kids nap times. I would definitely recommend to anyone needing repairs!

I can't say enough how happy we are with the work done by Brian with Zona Restoration. What stared as a horrible situation (improper install of a toilet from another company caused a flood and damage to two bathrooms and a laundry room), Brian made into a wonderful experience. Brian was extremely professional and just a pleasure to have around. He did an amazing job on all three rooms! He had no problem dealing with our two rambunctious dogs and worked ridiculously hard to make sure the job was completed to perfection. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with every part of the process and details. I can't believe how beautiful our bathrooms came out- it was a complete silver lining from how it all began. Thank you Brian, and thank you Zona Restoration. This is a delayed review, but I wanted to make sure to let everyone know how happy I was with Zona Restoration. I called for an emergency in the very early hours in December due to my elderly mother leaving a faucet running and flooding one entire side of my home.  Zona was there within the hour and began mitigation immediately.  Long story short they took care of everything from start to finish and left me with my home beautifully restored. They were also excellent to work with during the whole pandemic issue. Tammy - Project Coordinator, Jeff - Project Manager, Elijah, Chris & Ed - Mitigation Techs, and Spencer and Thomas - Estimators, were just great to work with. They all kept me updated and informed throughout the complex process and worked wonderfully with my insurance company. I had no issues, yay!  I highly recommend this company and will use them again if I ever need this kind of work in the future!

This is one of the best companies I have hired.  The quoting process was very professional and their quote was almost exactly what our insurance estimator quoted us.  Their demo crew came out on time, and was very efficient. No mess, and everything was clean.  When the restoration crew came out, they were also very fast and professional.  They went above and beyond and even painted my entire garage when only one wall really needed to be painted.  If we ever need this kind of work done on our house we will be calling them again.  I am also recommending them to everyone I know.

Zona Restoration is a life saver! Of course you hope you never need to use services like theirs, but it is sure nice knowing they are around just in case! A couple weeks ago I came home to find that the drywall covering my patio awning had collapsed and landed on the garden hose spigot, breaking the plumbing and causing a leak right at the wall. To stop the leak I had to turn off the water to the entire house. I called Zona Restoration and they sent a plumber out at 8:30 at night to stop the leak so I could have running water that night. The next day they came back and completely repaired the hose spigot, and even gave me estimates for several other repairs I wanted done to my house. This company is extremely respectful, on time, and efficient. I highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of emergency help!

I would give the company a 5 star rating if it was just about the work and the workers. They did a proffessional job and i recommend them highly - if I could give 6 stars I would. Just watch out for the supervisor who does the  consultation about the work. Says one thing to keep the price down and adds a little extra on the bill at the end and doesn't return calls.

After noticing a leak coming through the kitchen ceiling from our upstairs tub, I messaged Zona on the Yelp app. Aaron, the owner, had messaged me and called within minutes.  He got the basic information and had his technician, Shelby, contact me.  Shelby was here (on a Saturday) in less than 1 hour.  He was able to assess the problem quickly and explained everything thoroughly.  We put a plan in place to get the area dried out and fixed.  Once he done and had left, Aaron called back to just to make sure that we were satisfied with our service - which we were.  I would ABSOLUTELY recommend Zona Restoration to anyone.  Timely, thorough and cost effective.

Zona Restoration was AMAZING!!! I had some mold damage that was showing in our bathroom so I decided to look into getting it fixed. I found Zona Restoration on a search online, and I had remembered seeing their trucks around the town so I gave them a call. The owner Aaron (yeah the owner!)  came out the next day and assessed the damage and figured out the source right away. They were able to do all the demolition and repair within the week and were extremely fast and professional. I can't say enough about my experience with this company. I had water storm damage from the roof in February. The minute I called, I had a great feeling. They were right on it, sending drying equipment, managing and assisting with the insurance agent for quick resolution and repair. Thomas and Shane, set up guys, adjuster, repair and painter MAX expert, phone and office people were all very helpful, professional, and courtesy. Sorry if I can't remember all your names. After a weekend away we came home to our whole house flooded with water. Zona Restoration was there to help immediately with the dry out process. Thomas was assigned as the project manager for dry out/demo - we cannot say enough good things about Thomas. He was there every step of the way, always available by phone to answer our many questions and concerns, explained everything to us in detail, helped make the process as smooth and quick as possible, and alway had a positive attitude. Zona did lead and asbestos testing (which both came back positive) and they took extra care to make sure everything was done right. Spencer handled the insurance side of it and worked with our adjuster to get a fair repair quote. Spencer was just as great to work with, always very nice and available to answer all of our questions about the claim (he has an insurance background so he is very knowledgeable about working with the claims adjuster). We would definitely recommend Zona to help with house floods and cleaning up extensive water damage.  They have just started doing the repair work and we have the most trust that they will do just as good of a job with the renovations.

We returned home from a 10-day trip at the beginning of March to water damage and mold in our home.  The plumber we called to locate the leak recommended Zona and we jumped right in after reading several positive reviews.  We first worked with the mitigation side of the business - Thomas was fabulous.  On top of being pregnant with 2 small kids in the house AND the Covid-19 situation, I really wasn't crazy about having to tackle this at the time, but we had no choice.  Thomas got his guys out quickly to handle the mold remediation, and made special efforts to keep the mess contained to the one hallway where the damage had occurred.  He kept in excellent contact with me throughout the process, and reassured me in a time when my stress levels were through the roof.  The next step in the process was the restoration.  We were paired up with Robert for this, and his contractor was Richard - who was very good.  These guys knew our sense of urgency in getting the project completed before the Stay at Home Order was issued, and they jumped through hoops to get everyone scheduled within a short amount of time. Richard also kept us very much in the loop with excellent communication.  I am very happy with Zona Restoration and even happier that this project is behind us!!  Thank you guys.

First time using Zona on an investment property in AZ that had a major water valve leak.  I'm out of state, but the company is very easy to work with.  My call was returned within a few minutes which is almost unheard of.  The office staff is very friendly and understanding.  We had a crew out the same day with their equipment ready to go.  Everyone I was in contact with are knowledgeable and helpful. Communication is clear and they go out of their way to solve the problem quickly.  Aaron was very easygoing and tries his best to accommodate you during the process. Make sure you ask what their procedure involves and so you don't have surprises.  It can be overwhelming if you don't know what to expect. I had a great experience and would definitely use Zona again if I had another emergency.

Hi, I had an excellent experience working with Zona Restoration.  I had some concerns over mold in my shower, and so rather than just have one company do the testing I scheduled two companies to test after looking them up in AZ Board of Contractors, the BBB.org and anywhere else I could find on the net.   Zona Restoration did a much better job as they did both an air quality test in the shower and another one outside so that I had something to compare it to.  A 3rd party lab provides the results and since Zona Restoration provided the lab results.  Aaron from Zona Restoration was very understanding and helped me understand the numbers that I was seeing.   I would definitely recommend Zona Restoration for any testing needs you have or bathroom remodeling needs.  They're top notch and provide excellent service.  Craig from Mesa

Due to a leaky faucet, we had a large puddle of water that had accumulated on our kitchen floor overnight.  We had Zona come out to assess any leakage into the floor underneath.  Every single crew member they sent out to complete the job was extremely professional, polite, knowledgeable, and respectful.  It took several visits to complete.  i cannot say enough how impressed i was with this company and the work they did, especially in light of the existence of so many inept/rude/unqualified companies out there these days!  From A to Z, they made it easy for us, and we completely trusted them.  Like i said, everyone i came in contact with was wonderful!:  Thomas, Nate, Virgil, Spencer, Shane, Shelby,....you know who you are!  Thank you!  (hope i remembered everyone's name, i may have missed 1 or 2 :)

I'm a renter and go through a renter company. I had a water leak right before Christmas. The guys came out as soon as they had green light to do job! Their guys were the only ones calling me and letting me know what was going on. Not the renter company.... But Zona!! Every manager/employee/tech I talked to and came in co tact with was super nice and courteous! They new what my family was going through and they new how to help. Excellent service, excellent craftsmanship.  I know how hard renovations are, I am in the business.  They handled my in laws home with great respect and detail.  Shane especially and his team were very good, I highly recomend them.

Zona stands out with its five star customer service.  We called Zona after discovering water from our air conditioner had leaked through the walls into our master bedroom, saturating drywall and soaking the carpet.  We were told right away when to expect a crew out to begin the process of restoration.  Throughout the restoration process, Tammy stayed in touch with me daily to tell me when the project manager would be by to determine materials needed for the job and when the crew would begin their work.  Jerry was both friendly and professional and did a beautiful job of restoring drywall, sourcing a bullnose piece that was hard to find and matching paint so that the bedroom was completely restored.  Again, Zona stands out due to its exceptional communication with the customer.

I called Zona when I found mold behind my kitchen cabinets during a remodel. I had Yelped this place because it's down the street from my house and had great reviews. Because of the remodel we didn't have that much spare cash laying around and were trying to determine if we needed to have professional come out to take care of it. I can't remember the name of the young woman that answered the phone, but she was very understanding and walked me through the step by step process of what their professionals would do. She also thoroughly advised me on how to take care of the mold ourselves because of our circumstances. I would defend definitely use their services in the future!

After months of searching for a contractor to perform repair work at my house, I was luckily referred to Zona Restoration. We had numerous other contractors come to provide bids and none would follow through due to the complexity of the repair project. The best customer service you can get! I bought a condo and was removing the Popcorn ceilings and found mold from an old water leak. The company doing the work quoted me 1k to remove and restore the area. I thought that was a lot so I called Zona and spoke to Shane. I wanted to get an idea on prices and the process so I would know if I was getting gouged. I asked so many questions and he patiently answered them. He even asked me to send them pictures so they can get a better idea. Once he reviewed them he was really honest and told me the 1K is a remarkable price and it sounded like I had someone that was experienced (Not many companies do that). Thanks Shane!

From the beginning and upon first contact Zona Restoration showed extreme knowledge and understanding as well as compassion for our extreme situation.  We were currently having to deal with a highly incompetent and ruthless insurance company ASI/Arizona Restoration after experiencing a kitchen flood that left our home uninhabitable.
Thomas, our first point of contact was meticulous and very detailed in explaining the process and what to expect from the process we were about to enter upon. Jerry, was always available to answer questions over the phone when we needed assistance or guidance  when dealing with our below par insurer. Such great client service!  Denny who came out to do the quote on build back was also very thorough and also took the time to answer questions and listened compassionately to our frustrations.  
Unfortunately, we are in litigation with ASI /Arizona Restoration so we have to wait to rebuild our home. So, we contacted the Owner Aaron and thanked him for his excellent staff and his attention to our needs but we had to hold off on moving forward.  Aaron took the time to work out our billing and was so compassionate to our situation we were dumbfounded.
We highly recommend Zona and if you need to get a free estimate at least call Zona and have them come out to your home.  I assure you that you will have nothing but a great experience and support the entire way.

If you are looking at other companies as you are reading this review, look no further, call ZONA!  When I contacted ZONA, we had an unfortunate water emergency in our brand new home.  We had contacted a company before ZONA based on a Google search. When that company came to our home, they were in unmarked vehicles, looked at our situation and scratched their heads.  They even called for backup.  It seemed that our issue was very straightforward, but they clearly were not 100% sure on a game plan.  Sensing that something was not right, I called a very reliable source of mine in the insurance business and she said to immediately send the other company away and call ZONA.

Within just a short period of time, Jason from ZONA came out; he was very very professional, looked at our home and confidently came up with a game plan. He got to work right away and helped us feel at ease.  He stayed into the early hours of the evening as he wanted to make sure all of the work was done right.  As the next few days unfolded, they came as they promised, on time, with a professional crew, vehicles and equipment in tow.  Their owner, Aaron, even came out to take a look at the house first hand.  We appreciated all of the smooth communication from the minute we called them.  

As you can imagine, with a brand new home, we wanted everything back in close to perfect condition.  I know there is no other company out there that can do the work ZONA had done.  They worked with us to make sure every minor detail was just right.  They have stayed true to their word that they want to make us happy at the end of the day, and love the final product.  We cannot say enough great things about Aaron, Jason, Will and crew, we will always appreciate them making a very unfortunate situation as smooth and positive as possible.  THANK YOU!

There is a reason these guys have lots of 5 star reviews. The lady on the phone was very kind I told her our issue and she put me on hold briefly so she could talk to someone to see how fast she could get them out to my house. She came back on and made an appointment for between 9 and 10 the next morning. The gentleman called the next morning  at 8:30 and said he was about 20 minutes away.  We took him to the place where our water heater had left damage and he assessed the damage, he did a few tests and then said that we wouldn't need any major work done in that spot, we'd just need to get some fans and dry the area as quickly as we could. My husband went to pay him and he said not to worry about it because he could visually assess everything and see that there was no mold because we had caught it in time. He said that the business wasn't there for our money but to make sure that we were in safe conditions in our home.  Fantastic company!!! They have a customer for life with us!

After I found mold damage in my home I called Zona Restoration and they were able to evaluate the very same day. Mold remediation and subsequent rebuild can be a very stressful process for a homeowner but Aaron and his team handled the job exceptionally well. Aaron was available to answer address all my concerns and questions throughout the entire process. All of the Zona team members that I dealt with were friendly, professional, and genuinely concerned with providing quality service. I would not hesitate to call again if needed!

Wow, what an awesome positive experience.  I would highly recommend this Zona Restoration.  They responded to my flood within 2 hours of my call.  The moment Aaron answered my call I knew this was the right company. He had a calmness in his voice when I was very much upset and he calmed me down. Aaron explained to me that Will and his crew would be out and he explained the whole process of drying out, checking for mold etc. Will and the crew worked very hard and kept me informed every step of the way.   The next person I met was Ken and his crew who put my house back together again.    From start to finish, TOP NOTCH CREW and COMPANY.  I highly recommend them.

Zona recently completed a full gut reconstruction of my condo after it was flooded. I fired my first contractor because they were not responsive which led to me finding Zona. I wish I would have found Zona right away because they were responsive and had guys working on my place within a day or two of agreeing to work with them. One of the best things I liked about Zona is that they used the same software to estimate costs as my insurance company. It can be a real hassle if you have to negotiate a settlement with the insurance company and then again with a contractor for what they will actually do the work for. Zona knew my insurance guy and that made things much easier on me. Aaron was always available for questions and helped guide me through the process. I think they did good work and I was happy with the way things turned out. I would recommend them since they are honest in their prices and will get your place put back together quickly.

I came home from work and had water coming out of my garage running down my drive way. I have never had to deal with something like this before and did not know who to call. the first thing i did was shut the water off to my  house. I found this company on line. When I called the person who answered the phone was nice and had a technician at my home by the time the plumber was finished repairing the pipe that broke. Kevin was who came to my house and was able to explain the process to me and was able to help me file a claim. I did not know really what i had coverage for and i have two young boys in school. I was able to get into a hotel. It was still stressful but, if no one told me i would have tried to stay in the house with all the fans. A crew of guys showed up shortly after Keven arrived, they worked quickly to move my stuff out of the wet areas. Some things were just trashed but, they also told me to take pictures for the insurance company. They were really clean and worked around my schedule so i could let them in through out the week while they picked up equipment. When everything was dry they started to work on fixing parts of the house damaged by the water. I didn't know i could choose who i wanted to do the work. My insurance company tried to get me to use their vendor but, it was nice not to have to look for a contractor to fix everything. I guess this happens a lot and i never really talked about it with friends or anything. If anyone ever asked me or i heard about someone with the same problem i would tell them to call Zona. I don't have anything to compare the experience to but, what i liked most was i knew what was going on the whole time.
