Fences Del Sol

I used Hector for my rental property in central phoenix.  The 115 x 96 foot wooden fence blew down.  hector and his crew put in a concrete block in three days.  he matched the color and style with the neighbor across the way.   i picked him from 2 other tentative contractors.  Before I picked him i checked with the BBB.  they have an A+ rating.  i also googled his company on the internet and found nothing but positives.  the price was right.  he even put up a gate which i am really happy and made everything come together and looks terrific.  He is a real professional.  That is unfortunate that joni did not have the same experience, but i do want to say his job on my house was seamless and i am totally grateful.

Request a quote? Good luck with that. Don't waste your time contacting this guy (Hector). He strings people along then does not do what he promises. If he has too much work he can't handle maybe should not be looking for more work until he can catch up. If he looks at a job and is not interested he should just be honest and say so, not keep promising to send quotes that will never be sent. We were hoping to maybe work with him, however even if he did manage to get back to us now we would not hire him as he cannot be relied upon to follow through with what he says.

I was looking for block work, a custom RV gate, and grading for a driveway install.  I called, at least, 6 different companies all around the Valley and either no one would call me back, or they never showed to give a quote.  My wife found the number for Fences Del Sol, and Hector immediately called us to set up an appointment.  Within 1 week he had the block work completed to perfection!  In addition, he gave me the number for an RV gate builder and a grading contractor and both companies were extremely  responsive and everything was completed expeditiously and the work was beautiful!  I will use all three contractors again for other work, and would recommend Hector without any reservations!  Thanks again Hector!

I would say worst customer service. Doesn't show when you try to get a quote. I think he picks and choose each request he get. No way to run a company. Simple word He sucks

if negative scores could be given they would get the lowest.  had a quote from jason sandoval for a block wall job at our new house, he came out and gave a bid $3200 - needing half up front to start the job two weeks ago.  gave him the $1600 up front and now........ no wall, no contact - won't reply to calls or texts.  absolute crook and we will be taking this to the fullest extent.  spoke with the roc about your license and bond and your insurance - platte river insurance - lawyer next - you messed with the wrong local neighbors and we will post on every site and tell every listener about your crooked thieving buisness.  three on your side might be a good place next.  and you are in buisness with your brother adam who seems decent and will be tainted by your immoral shady thieving ways.  how you are in business is a miracle, how you sleep at night is baffling.  we are hard working people - with a new home - we need a wall - and this is what happens?  you steal $1600 from us and think we will just let it happen.....

SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  After the flooding created sinkholes and collapsed the columns of our wrought iron/masonry fence we were in a jam to get something up quick for our big dogs. I called the owner Hector who said his brother Anthony was in the area. Anthony came quickly and asked me if I just wanted to secure the yard so the dogs wouldn't get out? I explained that ultimately we would like the fencing put back together as it is in the rest of the yard. As he was working up the quote he said that they couldn't reuse the wrought iron because it was bent when it went down. We have to take it to the shop. Ok I agreed because this is a custom built home in the middle of the mountains and we wanted it to look beautiful again. The next day he had day workers come to put up the masonry - that was done nicely, but the wrought iron never made it to the shop! They put up the BENT wrought iron and swung by my work to pick up the money before I could inspect. When I got home I texted him that we did not agree to this horrible job. He came out and swore with his side kick Cesar that they said they were going to reuse the bent wrought iron. I asked him how he can compare the horrible job he did to the rest of our fence. He said he hadn't realized that the fence was perfectly aligned and would rectify. I gave him 2 weeks - he has not been back. I emailed Hector and sent pictures, 2 weeks ago he said he would look into it and I still have not heard back. TIME'S UP!!! I am hiring a licensed contractor to fix the mess they left me with! And letting all the media know that this is NOT a reputable company! Horrible work and the only recourse is to share my horrible experience in the hopes that someone else does not get ripped off!!!!!

I used Hector to remove an old 10' Rv gate, tear down the old fence block and wide the opening to 14'. The required saw cutting a driveway, pouring new footing, reinforcing old columns. The raise my existing fence up 1 course over the new footing and also rebuilt a crumbling slump block column at the edge of the drive. His cousin and team fabricated new steel gates to fit the new opening and came back two weeks later to install after the concrete and block work had cured. Gates were built custom to my specification with no problems. After 4 quotes - his price was not the lowest but the most care given the extra work he did that the others did not quote. I know masonry and welding work and usually do this stuff myself but at this point in life I could find the time. I've done construction work to earn my income for over 20 years. Nothing sketchy or wrong with their craftsmanship. Have and would recommend to anyone.
