I've worked with my father, who originally owned the company, for 20 years and I purchased from him in 2004.

ABOUT BUSINESS OWNER

Mr Poe may be the owner but this is a family owned company by all means. With a back ground in business and Electro-Mechanical Technologies after spending much time General Contracting. I decided to open a Property Management co. My passion has always been making peoples lives and homes better. As a father of six girls, showing them how to provide for them selves and still stay honest and kind to to all we come across is very important.

Family owned and operated, very nice and professional. We had a leaky faucet and they got us fixed up right and right away. So glad our property management company contracted them out to us.

Excellent customer service! I tried to get a hold of numerous general contractors to fix some repairs to my home after a home inspection. I was blown off and treated rudely by the ones I reached out to. A family member heard of my frustrations and told me about Maricopa Property Maintenance. I was so glad I called! He came out within hours of my initial call and gave me a quote the next day. He scheduled the repairs in less than a week and was done within two days! Super friendly, family run business. VERY HONEST!! He went through my home inspection, step-by-step, and looked at each item of concern for himself. He explained why the home inspector was concerned and informed me of whether or not he deemed them important fixes or cosmetic. He could have just made all of the repairs and taken advantage of my naivity, but he didn't. I will be doing business with them in the future for any of my household needs and referring them to others who are looking for home repairs or upgrades.
