We recently decided to replace our original house windows. We met with several window replacement companies to find the best windows to meet out needs.

We settled on replacement windows from Wholesale Window and doors. The process went as expected, the installers showed up and removed our old windows and installed all of our new windows. We had a few minor issues that they addressed immediately. We could not be happier with the finished work.

I would highly recommend this company if you are looking to replace windows or doors.

Absolutely horrible company. It has been well over a year since this nightmare of a process has begun. In the COVID rush, they hired sub-par installers who destroyed our drywall and stucco, improperly installed countless windows and sprayed glass all over our home, including in our daughters' bed. When we brought this to their attention, they called in their supposed A-team, who proceeded to poorly install the rest of the windows. Multiple cracked, several that don't close and almost all are not sealed properly. Air freely flows into our house while the windows are closed.

They ruined our custom awnings, destroyed our stucco and drywall surrounding the windows. They then sent a drywall person who just stopped showing up after poorly filling in cracked drywall around a few of the windows with putty. We then arranged to bring in our own drywall person who they insisted on paying - took them months to pay them and then delivered a check that wasn't signed to our drywall company so the check was returned. They have taken four trips out to our home to evaluate the damage, each time telling us how ashamed they are of how poorly everything was done...only to not doing anything about it time and again. Management is terrible and the employees seem pretty powerless to do anything. I've heard a lot of apologies, but have seen no effort to make it right at all. Avoid at all costs - this is a terrible company who doesn't seem to care about their work or their reputation at all.

Lack of Communication, Customer Care, and Follow-Through!

We had just moved into our home in September, and after reading reviews, we made an appointment; Robert came out and, at the time, seemed very helpful. He was there to take our money and quickly forgot our name when the order was incorrect when we called to ask for his help to make it right.

Installation Day: the windows arrived in the wrong sizes/shapes. We requested the installer have someone from the office call us to explain what happened- no call or communication.  An hour later, I called the main office and left a voicemail requesting someone call me before anything was reordered - no return call. I called Robert with the same information - no callback.

Wednesday, I called at 8:30 am (frustrated I was the person following up). Lissa apologized, asked to come re-measure the windows, and shared that they had already re-ordered windows without our approval. Reluctantly, we agreed to meet Friday @ 9:00.

On Friday, when Lissa was a no-show, I called the office at 9:30 to learn she had a personal matter and could not make the appointment, but the company was not aware she was even coming out to our house. At this point, we opted to ask for our deposit back to look for a different window company; from what we have experienced, this is a communication trend, and we don't have faith or trust that their communication would be different if we needed warranty assistance.

Traci, (the one person who was helpful) put us in contact with Jamie, the COO, via email, who has followed the same lack of communication style as other people in the company who didn't respond to our emails and sent us a check for half our deposit without any explanation.

We do not recommend this organization; they do not call or respond to your emails.

I bought windows for my entire house and receive no help when one of them broke.
I think the Cascade windows they sell are made cheaply , they not warranted for more than one year.
I can't get them warranted or even get help to replace one if I pay for a new one. I have to have 3 windows broken.
Do not waste your time. Pay the extra money and get good windows.

We have bought several doors and had no problem. This last door has been a nightmare. Ordered it aug 15...scheduled to hang sept 19th guy never showed and no phone call. The door had been damaged so they were going to pick it up and have the door jamb fixed. I called today to see if it was ready to hang again since I live in Kansas I wanted to schedule while I was going back to Az. Got the run around for 30 minutes hold. Receptionist told me they just picked it up last week to be repaired. I asked for a mgr got a snooty gal who knew absolutely nothing. I told her we wanted our money back. She responded I'll talk to you the GM. So I said I want to talk to  the GM.  So now I wait for that call. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!

I ordered windows and  sliding door after receiving a quote,  a contract was drawn with a promised delivery between 4-6 weeks. I paid half of the amount with check  (big mistake)  should have paid with credit card. It's been 5 MONTHS and no delivery date yet! They have all excuses about manufacturing issues,  I've called the manufacturer and they claim there's no production issues.  I followed with calls and talked to Jeff, a manager, he promised delivery but nothing yet. Lately he doesn't even return my calls. I will follow up with the AZ ROC and perhaps a lawyer to retrieve my deposit.  I have lost my projected utilities savings because of these unreliable crooks, in addition to deal with the hassle to retrieve my deposit.
Buyers beware!!

Worked really hard to save for new cabinets.  Will and the install team are very nice, but 100% unsatisfied with final product.  Cracked doors, splintered wood, holes in cabinets, bowed shelves and doors, missing products, etc. If a picture's worth a 1,000 words, need I say more?

It would be great if companies, heck people, had integrity.  I hope that's the case here.  I'm waiting for the manager/owner to provide new cabinets and not just a fix.  I don't have any confidence in the product or that it will last.   Wholesale Windows and Doors, just do the right thing.

The windows were installed, but all the stucco damage they did was poorly repaired. If you look around the windows, then it's clear that there's a halo of stucco that is clearly mismatched from the rest of the work. The work also took more days than promised. They have not returned my calls either about this so who knows if they'll actually stand by their warranty if I have window issues.

Here's was my experience with the sales process. You'll call them and the sales guy will ask if you're getting other quotes. If so, then he'll basically refuse to come until after you've gotten them all. Then when he gets there he'll talk crap about every company you spoke to and match your lowest bid...but he'll throw in a bonus that you only get if you sign now.

I would avoid them if given a second chance. The windows are good but I think another supplier would have done a better job.

We redid our kitchen and I am soooooooo in love with how it turned out! I'm super picky and my husband and I have very different styles but Connor was incredibly helpful and found a cabinet that we both fell in love with! Not to mention he explained all the technical terms to us and helped us pick out what hinges and drawers were best for us. I highly recommend them 100%!!! The cabinets came in pretty quickly and it's amazing to get custom cabinets at this great of a price. Don't waste your time going anywhere else.

In April, I signed a contract for 27 new windows & 3 doors for a new-build. Put 50% down. It is now August, and I have heard from Wholesale Window and Door twice about the delay because I reached out to them, as they appear to have a below poor ability to pick up a phone or send an email to  update their customers. Instead what they do really well is pass the blame on to the glass company they order from. The secretary Lauren has never had an answer as to when my project will be completed. The contract and financial associate Jessica sends general and overly broad form emails and NEVER replies to messages.
If you are in the market for new windows and doors, look elsewhere. Even if you have 6 months or more to wait, find another company.

The customer service is horrible. I have being trying to have Wholesale Window & Cabinets to fix my cabinet for over a month now. Shirley Chavarin does not follow up about the status of my request. She seems to be careless about the problem with my broken cabinet. They are very unprofessional people and I wont recommend anyone to do business with them. Im also going to report them to the BBB

Absolutely the worst windows on the market they do not honor their warranty.

They're warranty service is extremely flaky the product they sell falls apart before it's installed absolutely horrible product horrible customer service I'm surprised they're still in business.

It's better to go without windows instead of installing Alpine...

I wouldn't install this product in my shed.

We had two companies come out and give us quotes, and the quote from Wholesale was about $2,000 less than the other company, so we went with them. The guy who initially came to do the measurements wasn't overly pushy on the sales or anything, he was pretty matter of fact about it he gave us the pricing, showed us a sample of what the window would look like, and let us make the decision. We didn't feel any pressure at all.

The office said they would be there on install day between 8 and 8:30 and they showed up about quarter to 9 so that's the only reason for 4 stars but really it wasn't that big of a deal. They introduced themselves and pretty much got right to work. They were able to finish installing all of the windows on Friday and had to come back Saturday to do the door and patch the stucco around the windows.

We've had our new windows in for just over a week now and I'm super happy with them. The bedroom in our house that faces west seems to be substantially cooler (the true test will be those 100+ degree days that are coming soon) and I can't believe how QUIET our house is with all the new double pane windows.

Really the only things they could improve on is maybe a little more attention to clean up - I found some bits of glass and a couple debris left in my side yard - and give the windows a once-over with some Windex when they're done to clean off the smudges and smears from installation. But overall we're pleased with the results.

Wow...I'm so glad I was driving down 16th Street and spotted these guys. I had just purchased a home and the kitchen needed redoing along with some other major stuff. I had had a bunch of quotes that I really could not afford, but worse...they couldn't get the cabinetry for about 5 weeks or more !!!!!!
I stopped in and Will and Connor were there. I knew what I wanted...White Shaker. They gave me the best price....These guys were great. They demo'd the kitchen in one day and cabinets went in the next. Josh the installer was amazing and Brian who came to put on the bulls was super nice and VERY knowledgeable. New kitchen in about a week !! (Now I'm just waiting for the granite and I'll be a happy girl....(different company doing granite by the way)

I needed 20 new energy star windows to replace the 18-year-old aluminum windows in my house.  The cost of this can be quite high and the value of one's house will dictate the quality of windows and the cost of installation the resale price of one's house (and one's budget) can justify spending.  Wholesale windows and doors advertises the lowest price around and they repeatedly stated they install hundreds and hundreds of windows a week.  As a recent customer, I am certain both are true.  The windows are low cost (cheap).  The sales man pushed the Alpine series 70 entry level, builder grade, energy star windows (which I purchased).  It's true, they install hundreds and hundreds a week; meaning job is done as fast (and dirty) as humanly possible.  Now, if your house has a value of under $180,000, you will probably be quite happy with the windows you get, the installation they provide and the price (as long as you aren't picky about finish quality).  My house is in a nice neighborhood with a value in the high two hundred thousand range.  From the start of the installation, I wish I had spent more for a better-quality window and more for a lower volume installer that put an emphasis on the quality (not the quantity) of their work. The windows and workmanship are not on level with the price range of my home.  Again, how happy you are will depend upon what your budget is and what your expectations are of a company that emphasizes LOW PRICE and HIGH VOLUME because that is what they deliver (nothing more nothing less).  Their warranty sounds outstanding (on paper) but I kept hearing about all the ways I could void it like, not painting over their stucco repairs within 10 days or improving on the finish work inside or out, etc.  I hope I never need to find out how good the warranty is.... (wish I could attached pictures)

I am giving low rating for a couple of reasons, the first contact in the office and quote was good and the quote was lower than others I had got, when David came to my house again he was matter of fact no problem, he did however say to call Habitat for Humanity to have my old cabinets removed no problem, but they are picky so be careful if your cabinets aren't in good shape, however they did take mine which saved me money having them removed. They also are not good at returning calls, if you get Dorothy she is the only person that seems to return calls and is very helpful.

My biggest problem with this company was the installer, this guy was to arrive around 9:30, I had to call a couple of times because the granite company was coming next day to measure, and if they weren't being done that day I needed to cancel, finally the installer shows up at 2:30 in afternoon but assures me he will have base cabinets done so no problem, which he delivered by 7 pm.  But he was sort of weird and kept using the bathroom and made me uncomfortable in the fact that knowing some people in family with drug issues, he would be in in there 10-15 minutes about every 45 minutes or so.........again I saw he was doing ok job installing so let that go, but I had HOA meeting at 6 and being the treasurer and not able to go because he wasn't done I needed to go to neighbor to drop off reports for meeting, I informed him I would be right back and normally I would chat for a while and I guess he assumed I would be gone for more than couple of minutes....when I walked back in front door he was in my bedroom....guess he was looking for valuables.....I also had vaccumed that morning and my carpet shows footprints and he had walked over to dresser area and in front of jewelry box...didn't see anything missing as of yet but I don't normally keep my good stuff there anyway and was lucky my purse was in other bedroom where I work ....along with about $1000 in cash which was from job on weekend.

If you use this company do not leave the installer in your home for any reason alone........

We would never buy from this guy based on the free estimate visit. based on the following: Almost no professionalism to lend credibility to him. Cost estimates were on the back of a business card versus the complete pricing sheets from other companies. Difficult to draw information out of him and emoted noticeable disappointment when you didn't know the industry jargon or practices.

Common used car sales tactics, such as staring at you in silent expectation hoping you'll volunteer information he can leverage combined with 'buy it now, now, now' options that will go away if he has to come back. His entire attitude, lack of documentation, no samples and no professionalism all but screamed he had better things to do. And he is supposedly the owner.

I would pay extra just to not have him in my home.

I had been calling all over for someone to help me with a very small project (not a whole remodel) and needed to order a just a few cabinets for a bar area in our new home. Dorothy was the right person and delighted she answered when I called. The pricing was competitive and the service level was fantastic. I would highly recommend this company and the people for superior service. Thank you Dorothy for helping us complete our small new home project!

I am remodeling my guest house, and need a new kitchen and thought it would be great to support a local business. As I pass Wholesale Windows and Doors every day, I thought they would be perfect! But unfortunately I was met with a business who treated me like a burden for even stepping foot into their store. Knowing nothing about the company I came in to the store to see what steps to take. Their sign on the front says open till 4:30 most days and Saturday it says by appointment only. So i saw no problem in just stopping by. The secretary at the front, immediately in a very rude tone asked if I had an appointment.  When I said no i was just interested in kitchen options, she said well do you have plans? Again this was in a rude tone, so I said no and feeling very unwelcome said I could just leave if its better. But begrudgingly she went to get someone to talk to me. Oh good i was thinking maybe the secretary was just having a bad day, but no, i think its just the company, because I had almost the same experience with the next girl, but only worse. She stated that this is not how they operate, usually you make an appointment and someone comes to your house. As a brand new customer I'm just not sure how i would know that without asking first? Then despite the rudeness I proceeded to ask some more questions about options, colors, cabinet choices. The women helping me said if i wanted custom color that they would be very very expensive in a tone which came across much like she was suggesting that I could not afford them. I was so upset! Its just maddening to be treated so poorly. Clearly I'm shopping for cabinets and the store should not pre-judge their costumers on ability to afford but instead nicely help them find the right fit for their budget. Anyways it was a not fun experience and I do not recommend this company. I would rather pay more money and have kind friendly people in my life than deal with these rude people. Hope the review helps.

I was working with Wholesale Window and Door in order to replace some windows on my home. The owner Brian came out and gave me a quote, he was knowledgeable but the sales pitch was high pressure. He said he was not in the business of making deals and then sleeping on them.  Although I was uncomfortable, I decided to move forward since it really was a good price. Today, he had his business partner, Larry, come out to do some measurements. Larry forgot the time that he was supposed to be at the house, he showed up at the incorrect time and then called me repeatedly and left me 2 nasty voicemails. After I called him back and explained to him when the actual appointment time was, he was very frustrated and verbally upset. He explained to me that he would have to turn around, and how this was going to mess up his day. I decided it might be better to reschedule since he was so upset. So I called the office, but before they returned my call, Larry showed up. I spoke with him before having him take measurements, and I let him know that it probably wasn't the best way to handle the mixup, and I didn't appreciate the way that he had spoken to me. I said this isn't how I prefer do business. I said it was fine to go ahead and take the measurements, but that I needed to speak with Brian in order to sort out a few things before we make an order. Larry then said f**k you to me (in front of my two-year-old daughter). I called the company's main office and was told I needed to speak with the office manager. I was put on a long hold (while she called Larry). She came back on the phone and said she had decided that I was not the right customer for them.

The insulation of Jason and his crew were great.
I had to replace 14 windows in my house. They arrived to do the estimate on time and even gave me a discount if I paid chase they and stuck to the quoted price.
We had two companies come out and give me quotes, and the quote from Wholesale Window & Door was about $2,000 less than the other company, so we went with them. The guy who initially came to do the measurements wasn't overly pushy on the sales or anything, he was pretty matter of fact about it he gave us the pricing, showed us a sample of what the window would look like, and let us make the decision. Really the only things they could improve on is maybe a little more attention to clean up. I had to give the windows and door a once-over with some water and white vinegar when they were done to clean off the smudge and smears from installation. But overall I was pleased with the results. I would ask for Jason and his crew to do the work they were all some as a team. I gave Jason and his team a 5 star as well as the company.

I found Wholesale Window & Door online and thought I would get a quote. The owner came by, no pressure offered me the best deal out of everyone and the next day I gave him  the job to do my windows. It took over 3 weeks with very little communication (which is fine), but i finally got an install date.  In the proposal the owner offered me AMI windows (which I had never heard of) and assured me that they were top notch quality. When the installers came the windows had a name brand of Alpine.. which I thought was odd, but later came to find out that AMI owns Alpine and a host of other value replacement windows. A quick search online gives you 1000's of reviews of how horrible Alpine windows are.  I now figured out why this company gave me a price that was 2k less than anyone else. Thus far the windows are ok.. I don't really notice a difference, but only time will tell.

The other issue with this company is that they use different contractors to install your windows. Some of them are great and others leave more to be desired. For our original install the installers chipped my interior wall with a latter, which they later patched, but it doesn't look the same. They also did not want to pay for a painter to paint the hole. However, this was not a big deal for me because it was very small hole. What really upset me, which is why I am giving these company 3 stars is that one of these windows came in with a bent frame. The installers installed the frame bent in my window and didn't say anything to me.  When I got home from work I looked at the window and saw that the frame was bent, and was told that a replacement frame was ordered. Big issue  here is is that Wholesale windows and doors says that if you don't paint the stucco around the  window within 10 days the warranty becomes void. I had to have my painter come and paint the stucco and now I have to pay him again because the frame was just replaced for a second time. I am not sure why they couldn't just not  replace my window with a broken window and do the job right the first time. Otherwise, the installers left their t-shirt in my bathroom and left the place very dusty. In conclusion, I would not use them again, but I don't think they are a bad company, but I rather pay more for better service and quality.

I placed my order for 6 windows to be placed in my townhouse in Scottsdale.  I received 3 quotes and went with this company due to price and ratings.  They worked with me on payments and after 3 months I had the windows installed.   The quality of the windows is excellent.

However there were two installers to take care of 6 windows and it took 10 hours!    One of the installers was on the phone over 50% of the time while the other worked his butt off!  The windows were finally installed but bare wood was placed around the windows that I had to paint after 3 days but before 10 days to ensure that my warranty remain 'in tact.'    I was surprised that I had to paint the window molding as I was not told that fact when I purchased the windows or at least the Company did not 'highlight' that information.

In any event with window look great but the trim molding that was put in did not meet correctly in the corners and nail marks were not covered.  The windows do look great and provide great insulation.  However, the quality of the wood placement was poor.  If I were an older person, it would have cost a lot of money to have these painted.  Why not install with finished wood.

I did report the fact that the installer was on the phone a great deal of time leaving the other worker to perform most of the installation....and you can tell he did the better quality of work!   I do have friends who want new windows and nothing beats their pricing, but you would have to be willing to have shoddy work on the wood trim and paint it yourselves.

If I could give zero stars I would!!! Please DO NOT waste your money on these people! They have the worst customer service once you hand them a check! Me, my girlfriend and her mother all ordered cabinets around the same time. Only 1 out of the 3 are completed (and my friend, who's is done literally had them on speed dial and had to follow up every day to get her job done)! They have her mother's counters but say they dont have anybody to install them after weeks and weeks, leaving her without a kitchen! It is now 3 months later and we are still fighting with them to complete the job at our house! They have been late to the installs or not shown when they said they would 100% of the time!!! Never once have been on time and about half the time never show up! Im expected to take off work and they never show! The installer never cleaned a thing, so every time he comes here he leaves a huge mess. He's spent over a week at my house (split in to weeks in between visits) and my kitchen isn't even that big!!!!  I am over it!!! Seriously please save yourself the headache and the money!!! The cabinets we got were not cheap!!! Definitely can find them somewhere else for less without the headache!

Wholesale Window and Door are the best for top quality windows at a competitive price including installation. We bought 20 windows from wholesale window & door in 2011. Evertime a storm rained directly at 4 of the windows they leaked to the point I was cleaning up water on the floor below the window inside the house. We called several times and they sent someone out with silicone seal to fix the windows. Each time a new storm hit the windows leaked. We did this several times until the owner refused to talk with us about fixing the leaking windows. I would be extremely careful about buying windows from this company as we have to replace these windows out of our pocket again.

I bought five windows from Wholesale and found them to be honest, easy to work with and very reasonable, price-wise. I was looking for Milgard quality at a much lower price and feel that the Cascade windows they sold be get very close. They have an amazing rating and look lovely. I have also called Wholesale to help me with a patio door replacement since they took good care of me the first time. BTW, my first experience was in 2013.

I initially rated this company 5 stars on Google, however I had to return to update my review.  We had a very good experience with our order design session.  David was great at making helpful suggestions with our design.  The ordering process was simple. We were told upfront it takes 3 to 4 weeks to get the cabinets, that is the same time frame we got from Home Depot and we saved 75% when factoring in the installation costs.  We were hooked up with granite counter tops at wholesale cost too.  We paid upfront for a stainless steel sink.  Our sink  wasn't delivered with the cabinets and is needed for the counter top template.  Now to be fair, Wholesale Cabinet did coordinate getting the sink over to the counter top people.  Our cabinets were installed and they look great.  There were however problems. The spacers needed were not all present, and there was an insufficient count on the door handles despite our having picked the store default style they supposedly keep in stock.  Where is the quality control before sending an order to a home?  A wall cleat for a strip of counter was also not mounted. Waiting for the missing parts has been a nightmare.  After waiting an additional 3 weeks, the installer never showed up after arranging a visit a week in advance.  The office staff have been good to return my calls but not those of my wife.  I am currently waiting for a call back for the installer to come out and finish.  Our counters go in tomorrow and this is causing us all kinds of stress.  I would still recommend the products offered here because of the tremendous cost savings, but customer support is a real issue.  Only use this company if you are willing to manage your installation and have lots of time for your renovation.

I just had the owner Brian come to give me a quote on 10 Windows for my home. My appointment was at 10.... He arrived at 11. No call, no warning. When I called to inquire about his tardiness, the office said oh sorry, he will probably be there around 11:30 and he will make it up to you. Then he arrives and asked me who I have a bid from and I explain Home Depot and Lowe's and he interrupts me and berates me for going to a big box company and not shopping small. He says I should know better? Right... Continuing with our conversation, I give him the information from Home Depot and he continues to bad mouth them (liars, uncertified, things they don't do right with outsourcing work and how they underpriced me because they didn't measure right, and the Windows I chose are trash) Not one time did he say anything positive about his company... If his is so great maybe he wouldn't spend so much time berating another... His company should be able to stand on its own feet... He showed no pictures, no reviews, no information on the Windows themselves. Wrote on a card the price and brand and I had to ask questions about quality. My house is built in 1958 so I have to have a test for lead paint before they can install. I ask him about whether he is certified to complete this test... He replies yes but Home Depot is not... Actually Home Depot is, it's written on his card... Well we are too, but you will test negative... Ok well what if I don't test negative what are the costs if I don't?...   No one will touch you if you test positive.... Interesting because Home Depot priced me out for both situations and explained the process... Back and forth I finally asked him to leave. It just seemed.... Aggressive and left a horrible taste in my mouth.

Just had all my windows replaced, along with two exterior doors. Excellent quality and customer service. Not only that, but they gave me the lowest bid of the 4 companies that I was considering. I would highly recommend using Wholesale Window and Door.

I wanted to add a separate review for my kitchen remodel, but YELP will only let me do one review. So- my experience with my new cabinets and working with Wholesale was great! My kitchen looks amazing and all of the staff were excellent to work with! David spends so much time with the customer to be sure they are satisfied.

The quote process was pretty straight forward and simple. Unfortunately that was the only part that was simple.
1.) Windows arrived 3 weeks after order. Install was scheduled for a Monday at 7am. I scheduled for 2 days off work. The installer called about 8am the day of install to inform me that his truck broke down. No one showed up or even called back with a new arrival date or time like they said they would.
2.)The install process was a huge mess that no one mentioned anything about. The stucco damage and interior wall damage was described as possibly 1/2 inch by the owner when they windows were quoted. The real damage is 6-8 inches on stucco and drywall and on a couple of windows larger than that.
3.) Very large amount of damages to my home. Stair rail and interior door trim damage from an installer not paying attention when carrying windows through the house.
4.) stucco repair is sub-par and is already cracking. I guess this is minor since I have to repaint my entire house now anyway, due to new stucco 8-12 inches outside of all windows installed.
5.) I have 3 windows and a sliding glass door that do not work properly. NO WAY THAT WHOLESALE WILL BE BACK FOR REPAIRS. I DON'T NEED SOMETHING ELSE DAMAGED.
6.) There were 2 screens damaged prior to install. They order replacements free of cost. That only took 3+ weeks and multiple phone calls. Turns out someone at the office forgot to place the order.
7.) Wholesale window nightmare over. Be cautious if you order from them. I wish I would have paid the small amount more for a reputable company. I easily spent the money I saved repairing damages to my home.

Love this company!  David took the time to sit  with me and discuss my options within my budget... No hard sales... just good old fashion product knowledge and genuine concern to make the customer happy.  I will use this company again and have already referred him to many others.  He uses high quality Installers who take time and get it right the first time.

I redid my kitchen and needed help with the design of the kitchen and the spacing of the cabinets. They were very helpful and offered options to fit my budget. When we did run into some complications, they were able to fix the problems. My kitchen looks great.

We found this company on Yelp because I wanted to read reviews.  We just had the windows installed yesterday so  I can't speak to how they work or their longevity, BUT I can speak about the company.  They have great communication and fairly quick service.  They came out a few days after I called for the initial call.  The salesman was thorough and answered all our questions.  He did the initial measure and then someone came out the following day to measure again and to place the order.  When the windows came in a few weeks later I received another call to schedule installation.  A fees days later they were installed and I couldn't't believe how nice and professional they were.  They cleaned up after themselves as well as vacuumed the floors under the windows.  I would highly recommend this company because I was so pleased with them.  Now I will cross my fingers that I am equally happy with the windows!

I just had my kitchen cabinets replaced, I am very happy with the quality of the cabinets, the fast service, and the great installation.  I will be calling Wholesale Window and Door again when it's time to remodel the bathrooms.  I would highly recommend them.

Wholesale Window and Door has an unprofessional owner, Larry, and he treats customers very disrespectfully. He gave me no notice on a work day to measure our window for installation. When I couldn't drop everything at work to meet him that day, he proceeded to tell me that I could buy a window from another company, and then hung up. It took me three follow up calls to ensure we could cancel our signed contract. I would not recommend hiring a company with an owner who is not flexible to customers needs, and acts in a very rude and unprofessional manner.

This is a dishonest company ran with a strong arm attitude to cover their lack of knowledge. Unprofessional  crooks with as previously noted used car salesman tactics. Beware!

The owner of this company is a joke! Very unprofessional and wont come out to give an estimate only over the phone because he doesn't want to come out to be told we will get back with you. And the fact that he is so cheap is very worry some and the fact he will give u a quote over the phone with out even asking dimensions and seeing what you need done. I will never recommend this guy to anybody. Very cocky over the phone as well.

I found Wholesale Window & Door using a Google search and decided to give them a call as their office was close to my job. I made an appointment and met w/ Dave and he spent time with me to educate me about how their business worked. They have a small showroom with cabinetry of different quality. It was enough to give me an idea of what I was looking for. Dave arranged to come to my house and get final measurements. Upon approval, my cabinets were ordered. Took about 3 weeks. Installer was great. I work from home, so I was able to watch every detail of his job. He found a defect in one of the cabinets and took care of it. Overall, I would have to say it was great working with this company. They kept to their dates and promises and there was always someone to answer the phone at the main office whenever I had to call. Also, their installers where professional and did a great job cleaning up after themselves! I checked other places (Home Depot) and felt that Wholesale Window & Door was easier to deal with and they were VERY competitive with their pricing. I really don't have anything negative to say. My job was a kitchen demolition and new cabinets and counter-top. Oh, they referred me to another company for the counter top (granite) and the transition was smooth from them to the counter top company (Primera). Primera was great, too! My feeling is that these guys are eager to have happy customers. :)

Order was placed for over 30 windows and 3 French Doors.  Installation was scheduled since we were told that all products ordered were received from manufacturer and ready to be installed.  Initially we learned that two of the windows were measured wrong and no doors arrived -- they forgot to order the doors.  Installation began.  Problems began to occur.  Side panel by front door installed with crooked grid.  Closer look showed the panel had not been installed properly. One front window that was installed contained only horizontal grids -- no vertical grids.  That window was not reinstalled until we sent a photograph proving what the window looked like before.  A window was broke during installation.  Rubber beading did not fit correctly in another window.  Kitchen countertop was cracked near sink during the removal of one window - crack was approximately 15 inches long. Had to make arrangements for countertop to be repaired.  Installed 2 windows that were incorrectly measured, broke existing window trying to install rubber bead and broke the new window that they brought to replace the window that they previously broke. Came back with new windows, windows were the wrong size and had to be reordered. We were told job would take 2-3 days.  Job ultimately took from June 17 to August 7 - a total of 52 days.

This company is the worst company that I have ever dealt with. I am a contractor have worked with many of these cabinet companies and this was by far the worst experience that I have ever had. Wholesale Window & Door did my cabinets for one of my customers homes. I dealt with David directly who was such a miserable person he was rude, lazy, and never on time. Not only was the material delivered late to my customers home it was the wrong color!!  Then when the installer came to my customers home 3 times and still could not resolve this issue! This company has no idea what customer satisfaction is all about, i have my own company and I would never speak to anyone that way! When I called to speak with the owner, Bryan, to complain he just said Thats the way it is!! and they kept my final payment without fixing anything. Overall these people are miserable! They do not care about satisfying the customer and will not fix anything when they make a mistake! These people are SCUM and I would like everyone to know that so that they never have to go through what I went through with them.
