Dawn created a built in bookshelf/entertainment unit for my master bedroom a while back. It came out amazingly well crafted and stunning to look at. Her team was dependable, professional, and nice. I get a ton of compliments on this bookcase. I would recommend her to absolutely anyone and would certainly use her services again.

Alfredo and his wife Rosa did a wonderful job repainting my metal driveway gate. And replacing all the wood and bolts in my yard gates. They also painted them. They communicated well, were very honest, we're super nice, and did a great job. I will be hiring him for some other work. Highly recommend!

Used Arron at California closets when the office was across from the chandler mall. Did the whole garage the kitchen pantry closet and the master bedroom closet. Had some problems but everything is and was always promptly addressed. Warranty service is equally prompt. Spent about $15000 and would use them again. Aaron was excellent and any problem that came up was excellent. Ask for ArrOn. That's the group you want to handle your job. Great person to have as your go to guy!

I had my cabinets refaced by Reborn, and I'm very happy with what they did. My decades old outdated oak cabinets got changed to something light & bright, and they look great! From the start, with the explanation of the company, how they operated, the samples to choose from, Landon Ramirez did a great job. Then Tyler Steward and his buddy Austin came to do the project, and they were fabulous. Artists! I feel they did a beautiful job, showed up on time, took their time to make sure things were right, cleaned up afterwards... from start to finish it was a very positive experience. I'm a satisfied customer.

My wife and I used Bobby and Madera cabinets in the fall of 2019 for an extensive remodel with *a lot* of cabinets. On the upside, Bobby was very good in working with my wife and I to design the cabinets that we wanted. He also seems to never clock out and would respond to texts or emails in the late evening when one would expect to have to wait until the next business day for a response. Lastly, the pricing was competitive.
That said, working with Madera cabinets turned out to be the most frustrating and unpleasant part of my entire remodel. When the cabinets came in, there were some problems - for instance the drawers on the middle bank of cabinets under our kitchen counter didn't line up with the drawers on the left or right of them, though the rendering suggested they would. At this time, Bobby was great, coming out to the house, recognizing and taking responsibility for the problem, and vowing to fix it. But the problems just kept coming - floating bathroom vanity cabinets not centered under the plumbing which comes out from the wall; a cabinet side that was shorter than the doors which make up the cabinet front, thus looking very mismatched; a site built cabinet which was built around an HVAC chase with gaps of 3/4 between the floor of the cabinet and the side...and on and on. And unfortunately, as the list of problems became longer, it seemed Bobby's patience became shorter. And so did his willingness to fix them. At times he would become angry, raise his voice and threaten go back and charge me for all the extra things he had done for me, all while trying to sell me a list of excuses.
In the case of the bathroom cabinets, I was told the faucets weren't there when the cabinets were installed, so it couldn't be his installers' fault the cabinets weren't centered beneath. However, the handles and faucets both protrude from the drywall, and drywall had to be done before cabinet installation, so at minimum the stubs were there. And it was pretty far off... So eventually they moved the cabinet...and it was still not centered. After another negotiation, they moved it again and fabricated a new filler for the wall side of that cabinet. This was then added to my list of extras that perhaps I should be charged for.
With the site-built cabinet, I was informed that I had been told that the build quality / tolerances would not be as tight as if it were built at the warehouse (I was not told this) and that the deficiencies couldn't be seen when the cabinet doors were closed (which was true, but not ok). After insisting that it be fixed and waiting for more than a month, it was worked on and...improved somewhat.
When the too-short cabinet side was pointed out, I was told the doors just needed to be adjusted up so the bottom of the doors would be flush with the bottom of the cabinet side. But wouldn't that compromise the uniformity of the reveal at the top of the doors? Over the course of 3 weeks, I argued this one, but the Madera crew, including Bobby himself, insisted on adjusting the door. They did, and then it was still 1/8 off at the bottom (instead of 1/4) and the reveal was now non-existent at the top of the top of the door. It was then I asked the installer to measure the cabinet fronts. He did. Then I asked him to measure the cabinet side. He did. The cabinet side was 1/4 shorter than the cabinet fronts. Any wonder that adjusting the doors didn't fix that?
In order not to belabor the point, I will omit the numerous other deficiencies that Madera tried to pass off as acceptable and fixed only after numerous requests, negotiation, occasional belligerence, multiple trips to the house and extensive waits.
In the end, Madera's installers made no less than 20 trips to my house. In time, Madera became, in my household, a verb associated with wasted days: How was your day, honey? With a sigh, Oh, it got Madera'd again. But the trips became less and less productive and often I'd be promised We're going to have the [door / trim piece / filler] in tomorrow and we'll be by to finish everything up so we can be out of your hair. But when tomorrow came, whatever was supposed to come in apparently hadn't and the we that I was expecting to come and finish up turned out to be one lowly 20-year old kid adjusting some reveals and trying to cover nail holes in a glossy kick plate with putty (not effective) for 2 hours before heading out for the day. There would be another 10 visits to the house before whatever it was came in and that one item was remedied, leaving only 19 more.
At the end of the day, the result is actually pretty good. I had to write off some problems and honestly, for my own sanity, tell Madera to just forget it on a couple of smaller issues. But though the result was decent, it was one I had to *fight* for, and given the value of my time and the amount of the frustration it took to get there, next time I'll pass.

Wow!! I just got my countertops done by Syles Brothers and I am astonished! They came out exactly how I wanted. Michele and her husband were prompt with their appointment to measure the tops, they were also extremely professional and personable. Rosalie, one of the owners, was able to answer any questions I had about the process. I am just beyond excited about the look, they are amazing! The crew arrived promptly and worked diligently to finish the job. I love them!! My new counters make my kitchen look brand new!! Thank you so much, Styles Brothers!!

Jackie at JK Cabinets was recommended by our contractor. We gutted our home and started over. Jackie learned our taste and the result is more than we could imagine. We are in love with our home. Jackie was professional, friendly, accessible and hands on. She was available to answer the trades questions with cabinet, floor, tile installs. The results are showroom worthy. I recommend Jackie to the world. She is amazing.

If I could give no stars I would. This company posted a sale of shaker cabinets for $135 each. I came up to the office the next day and purchased four of them. When I got home I noticed they charged me $150 per cabinet, which was my mistake by me not checking the price at the moment. Once I noticed that, I contacted the seller and asked why I was charged $150 vs the sale price of $135. The sales person said it was a weekend sale, which she was wrong. I sent her a screen shot of the picture I messaged her with stating when I messaged her it was posted for $135. She said she would talk to her boss. Her boss called me two days later and said they were ready for pickup. I arrive today ready to pay and pickup with the expectation that they would reimburse me the cost from what the original ad stated. Well I was wrong. I spoke to the manager and he stated it was a mistake and could not honor the difference. He didn't even try to negotiate with me. He said he would gladly refund me my money with a crap attitude. He tried to give me an excuse about helping a friend out and that the cabinets didn't even belong to him. Needless to say, they refunded me my money and left me remodeling my home with no cabinets to install. This is piss poor customer service from the top. I would not recommend doing business here at all.

Beware of this company. Rudy is the owner and will take your money and leave your kitchen /the job unfinished. He and his employees are unskilled and take no pride in their work and do not care for it either... I'm almost certain they have only done 2 other installs before mine... At least you will think that after you see what they've done and he treats you. He will leave you with an unfinished kitchen while he takes on another job. He will try to hide his installation mistakes, claiming he will replace it... Only to never hear from again.
I hired him to redo my kitchen cabinets and counters. He said all would be done within 5 days. Came out on a Saturday and ripped all of my old cabinets out and then didn't come back for 5 days, leaving all the old scrap in my front yard. After numerous texts and calls, I was able to get his guys to come back and put in the cabinets but not even properly. The handles were not centered. Not even close. A few of the cabinet doors didn't open in the proper direction, which was over looked by the installers. Rudy said he would replace it. I watched him in my driveway try to fill the hole with caulk, then spray paint it white. It looked like something had melted on the cabinet door. Again, knowing I was upset with it, he said he would replace it. This was 2 weeks prior to writing this review. He has stopped replying and answering me. He also removed my plumbing, when that's not part of his job (which is what he informed me of before he started) but will cut out all your old piping... Free of charge!! Leaving you to have to call a professional to replace. When you ask him why he did such a stupid thing, he will tell you it was old.... It was 2 years old. The crown molding on top of the cabinets has huge gaps between it and the ceiling. He told me my ceiling was uneven and his remedy was to fill with caulk. He also blamed his 2 week delay on his countertop guy, stating they were fabricating all the pieces. The day they finally came out to do the countertops, I watched these guys measure and cut every piece and fabricate everything in my driveway. Meaning they had nothing to do with him and my cabinets. They are a separate company. The countertop guys were very efficient and got everything done in one day, the only good thing about my kitchen remodel. Rudy is just an overall terrible person who tries to take what he can get and run. He will blame anything and everything for not coming to finish a job and lies about everything. His last excuse to me was his guys were having car troubles. I was only able to find one other review about him and it was on offerup and it said the same thing. He has no social media presence and probably because he screws people over often.
If you're going to spend a lot of money on a remodel, please take my experience into consideration, and avoid this company at all costs.

They gave us a great quote for a bathroom remodel but were late every day compared to when they said they would arrive. Sink countertop has issues they did not resolve well. Promised pictures of issues with our roof and never provided. Said they were not capable of doing roof repair and would subcontract and then did it themselves

George simply does bad work. He was hired to refinish our tub and has done an awful job, it was never sanded down well to begin with and the floor was lumpy and rough, and then the paint started to peel off . He was so unprofessional when this was addressed with him and went off on a manic rant . Would not recommend

Zero stars. My 6 months of hell won't be over for at least another 3 months. I ordered kitchen cabinets in early September and was promised delivery by Christmas. Based on this timeframe I went ahead and gutted my kitchen so I could install new flooring and plumbing before the install. (Big mistake on my part). The original design had wrong measurements for the island because they did not measure correctly. I caught the error, they did not! The redesign delayed my order, and they installed in February. When it arrived, it was the wrong wood color! I accepted it because I had been without a kitchen for 3 months. They offered to have their installer re-stain the wood. Really? Not only that but the drawer under the sink did not fit with the plumbing, and the corner cabinet was a complete waste of space. I had ordered my appliances before they designed the kitchen so that they could make them all fit correctly. When the appliances arrived, the refrigerator did not fit, and the cooktop did not fit. They had to cut into the base cabinets to make the cooktop fit. I had to reorder a different refrigerator which will be delivered in April. They had to reorder refrigerator panels which will take 3 months (June delivery). Meanwhile I still do not have the under cabinet lighting or the shelving units. The headache I went through to talk to them and have them correct errors was exhausting. I accepted a refund, which was less than 15% of the total cost of the cabinets. This is not near enough compensation. I am not optimistic that this will end well, if ever!

I wanted to put Woodmode cabinets in our remodel. I went to the showroom and met with the salesperson, Karen. I explained that we were not ready to order cabinets yet, but did want Woodmode. I gave her our plans and told her that I wanted to do the kitchen. Karen told me that she would do cabinet plans for the other cabinets in the house without any obligation. At our next meeting she presented me with cad drawings of all cabinets and a contract. Karen explained to me that Woodmode was having a promotion that was ending at the end of the year. Karen told me that she called Woodmode and asked them to extend the promotion past the end of year as I was not ready to order cabinets yet. Karen said woodmode agreed to extend the date on the promotion as long as I gave a deposit. For a kitchen that was to cost approximately $53,000 I gave Karen the requested deposit if about $26000.00. After the deposit was given the cost of the kitchen kept going up. Karen finally told me that Woodcrest would not honor the original contract. I contracted with another company and asked for my deposit back. I confirmed with Woodmode that Woodcrest never ordered any cabinets for me. Mark, at Woodmode customer service, confirmed that I am not in the system and couldn't understand why I couldn't get my deposit back.
To date Keven Mooney the owner of Woodcrest Cabinets in Scottsdale has not returned one penny on my money. I have been requesting a refund for over one year.
