Reborn Cabinets Phoenix

We were considering new kitchen cabinets, but decided on refacing the current cabinets when the cost was prohibitive. Through Costco we were introduced to Reborn Cabinets. Landon Ramirez is the Reborn Sales Designer, and he did an excellent job describing the process and the final product, and helping us with a detailed plan.  Our kitchen and both bathrooms had new cabinets in six days, thanks to the skill and organization of project manager Esteban Kolb and Connor Anderson, and staff. They were very knowledgeable, even building cabinets and a desk area to add on to existing structures, paid attention to all the details, and put in as much work as it took on any given day. They also paid attention to our homeowner needs through the process, and cleaned up each day. We are very pleased with the results, and are happy to recommend Reborn as a very effective remodeling option!

I typically do not leave reviews; however, this job certainly justifies a review.  My kitchen went from a 40 year old dark kitchen to a bright, beautiful modern kitchen, just by changing the cabinets.  
I contracted with Reborn Cabinets through Costco.  I had never been through any type of remodeling and was experiencing some angst.  However; any Reborn employee I encountered made this project go smoothly and relaxed my nerves.
The actual work took about 4.5 days.  Joel, the lead, Sevin and Caleb were the three (3) employees dedicated to my project. All of them had incredible work ethics:  showed up on time, worked long hours, very professional, courteous, knowledgeable on their respective work skills and shared daily progress reports. They were very respectful of maintaining the dust in the kitchen area and their cleanup after completion was nothing short of spotless.  They left it cleaner than when they arrived. .  I am so excited about my new kitchen and cannot wait to show it off.
I highly recommend Reborn, as well as the crew that made my dream kitchen come true.

I had my cabinets refaced by Reborn, and I'm very happy with what they did.  My decades old outdated oak cabinets got changed to something light & bright, and they look great!  From the start, with the explanation of the company, how they operated, the samples to choose from, Landon Ramirez did a great job.  Then Tyler Steward and his buddy Austin came to do the project, and they were fabulous.  Artists!  I feel they did a beautiful job, showed up on time, took their time to make sure things were right, cleaned up afterwards... from start to finish it was a very positive experience.  I'm a satisfied customer.

We signed up through Costco to have our bathroom and kitchen cabinets done, and we are very happy with the results! Esteban Kolb and Connor Anderson were our installers, and they were very professional and respectful of our home. Esteban especially was great with communication and seems to take pride in his work. Very happy with how everything came out! Cannot say enough good things about it!

The job was professional, and Joel Rocha was especially good. Reborn is lubky to have him.

Signed up through Costco to have my kitchen cabinets refaced. Salesman came over, set up a schedule and everything has gone accordingly.  Ryan Gilligan and his crew, Austin and Tristen finished the work today and we are totally happy.  Great workmanship, efficient, and did an excellent clean-up.  Highly recommended.

Same issue as previous reviewer.  I signed up at Costco for a consultation. Made an appt and everything.  They have called me 9 times and left 6 voicemails in the last 24 hours to confirm my appt.  That is still a week away.  Overkill and total turn off. I called and left them a message to cancel my appt and do not call me back.  If they are that aggressive to confirm an appt would hate to see what they are like if you decide after consult to not use them.  No thanks!

Reborn just finished refacing my kitchen cabinets. They are beautiful! Tyler Steward and Alex were like craftsmen, paying careful attention to detail, getting every step perfect. They were polite and respectful to me and each other. Cleaned up the kitchen, garage and driveway when job done. A real pleasure working with this company. I highly recommend them if you are doing a refacing.

Just signed off on the re-facing of cabinets in our kitchen, linen closet, master and common bathrooms.  Tyler Steward was our installer and we are extremely fortunate to have him for this project.  Walking up to our front door on day one, I saw a confident professional.  Everything he did reinforced my initial impression.  His carpentry skills are outstanding; he knows his tools and how to use them.  His customer interactions were timely and professional. His dedication was on display every day.  Admittedly, we are Costco loyalists and trust its warranties.  We probably would not have done this project if not for Costco's escrow-like involvement   Our project progressed just as Khemo Rivera, Regional Sales Manager, said it would. Time will tell how good the product material is, just as time will also tell how good the install was.  Right now, we're feeling pretty good about the whole thing.

I called them for info. I wished I never had because I get  inundated with calls. I've blocked numbers, they just call with other numbers. I am sick and tired of deleting their messages. I normally reply to f**k off. Doesn't matter. They are pieces of s**t!!! I hate to give them 1 star, but seems the only way I can post. This company is WORTHLESS!!!!!
