They are nice people and very friendly. Wasted no time in calling me back and setting up my appointment. The guys was on time to my house to do the inspection. However, I expected a little more than just looking at hole that rodent created and assuming that whole house was infested. Honestly, before quoting me what would turn out to be around $350 - $400, I would have appreciated if he would have looked around a little more to make sure it was actually necessary. Then I would have been more likely to accept the quote and hire them for this service and others. So I am giving them 3 stars. I am sure they are a great company and do great work, just the first impression did not make me feel comfortable with them.

Great customer service! Honest and worked a retreat in quickly even though they are busy.

Very professional and friendly service. We get serviced for pests as well as weeds, two problems I don't want to deal with myself and with Bernie's expertise I don't have to. We don't have bugs or weeds since starting our services and I couldn't be happier.

Nice company and people. In an emergency, they came out right away and same day. Rare to get good service from people, so needless to say I am very pleased. I would highly recommend them.

Zach is awesome! He is very knowledgable, affordable and doesn't have contracts. He's organized and has never needed to reschedule or not show up. We have our primary residence and our rental house and Zach is prompt to come to either one when we call him. We had to call him on a Friday because we found some ants at our rental and had someone checking in on a Saturday. He came Saturday morning and the renters were none-the-wiser because they were all gone by the time they arrived. He's incredibly thorough and considerate. He came once while our baby was asleep and he was quiet and polite. I'm not sure there's anyone friendlier either. We highly recommend Zach for your pest control needs!

Austin answered my call right away, gave me a very reasonable estimate for an ant problem I have had for a few days. He came as he said, on time. Since the ants were both outside my house and inside my pantry, he thoroughly sprayed outside and left 2 baits inside the pantry after explaining very well everything that he was going to do and said that in 4 days for sure they would be gone. As he told me, pretty soon the ants went in droves to the baits and the following morning they were completely gone! Much earlier (less than 24 hours) than the 4 days timeline! Since then be it outside or inside I haven't seen one ant. I am a very happy camper.

Austin is a very professional and personable young man who knows his job and does it in an excellent manner. Frankly I prefer to give my business to small companies rather than large ones as in the past those large companies really didn't come through for me. That's the reason why I chose him over others while looking on Yelp!

These guys spent more time than any other pest control companies I have ever used and explained why they were doing what they were.  I would be very surprised if we see any bugs or scorpions

Had an appointment with these guys we booked weeks ago. No call no show. Attempted to call, text, email and even sent them a message on yelp. Still no reply. Very disappointing

I met Meechee K, owner of Honey Horizons, through the Phoenix and west valley beekeeping community. I have, and continue to, use her services as a bee keeping mentor. I also purchased my first nucleus colony from her and that colony is healthy and going strong.  As a mentor she shares all that she knows and is always looking to educate herself in current and reliable bee keeping methods. She never rushes the time she spends with me whether in person or on the phone. I expect she is the same with her removal clients. She willing shares her knowledge with her clients.  Meechee K is professional, conscientious and always works with integrity. I highly recommend her services. It's best to remove and relocate bees. It benefits everyone.

I received a flyer from Bye Bye Bugs on my front door. I called them and
set an appointment for Thursday evening to come take a look at the yard as I was interested in their full package including Pest Control, Landscape, and Weed maintenance. Skyler came out to assess our house. He was nice and prompt. After spending almost an hour reviewing Skyler advised me that he would have called quote to me Friday or Monday at the very latest.
So far everything is perfect, this company is based out of Vistancia just blocks from my house, Skyler spoke highly of the company which was started by his sister and Brother-in-law, he was nice, prompt and seemed knowledgeable.
That was the last we have heard from this company. I called the following Wednesday and Thursday to find out what happened. All I was able to do is leave a message on Wednesday and didn't bother leaving one on Thursday.
Why solicit business in your own neighborhood just to be flaky and waste everyone's time.

Hired Tyler with Axis Pest  (602-315-5936) to cure our infestation of Ear Wigs. He promptly scheduled a visit with us and eradicated the problem. Quite a meticulous and  courteous young man. Very pleased with the results.

I almost stepped on a rattlesnake walking into work this morning. I don't know why they were there, but there was a Barton's pest control truck right there. They not only scooped this thing up and took it away. They also offered me a seat in the shade to calm down. I won't forget this ever. Thank you so much and if I ever need an exterminator...I'm calling you.

Art was great to work with.  Did the work in a timely fashion.  Termites have not returned.  The prior review does not make any sense.  Why did they not use the company that her husband worked for?  Maybe they were just trying to figure out what the competition was charging.

If I could assign zero stars or black stars, I would. This company's tactic is pushy and ballsy. They LIE and say they've done your neighbors homes. They exaggerate the outcome if you dare to NOT use their services (that you will be bombarded w rats) and they take a polite NO as an invitation to step closer to you and use a tone that insinuates you either didn't hear them or are too stupid to grasp the situation. They hit our NO SOLICITING neighborhood 2 years ago. We bombarded them w complaints and yet now they are back. I called the company back then. They acted like it was a rogue agent. Now I sense it is trained into them.

I paid 965.00 to rodent proof my house and the work done by Rodent Proof was sloppy...I would not recommend this company.  When sealing up the house they missed spots so rodents could easily access the house again and they did....

I have used Amera for years for pest control. Sal is my usual go-to technician at Amera for pest control. He is very thorough, conscientious, and always arrives on-time to early (with my okay for early). Rafael just came by most recently as Sal was busy, and did a very good job. (In the past, I have had some folks skip areas, so I let the company know.)

With Amera, my cricket population is addressed, and therefore, so are the scorpions. --I have been in my house over a dozen years and only had six scorpions (one in garage). Amera makes a big difference with that.

I recently used Amera for weed control (pre-emergent). Edith did the service, and was very accommodating when I was on a conference call and had forgotten to unlock my back gate.

Today, I had Amera out for yard work. There were three young men on the crew, Samuel, Alex, and Charlie. Samuel did a particularly beautiful job with my ironwood tree and palo brea tree. He said he had taken classes in how to trim desert trees, and it certainly showed in his work. He was very attentive to details and thorough. Alex was affable and collaborative. Charlie was flexible and industrious.

I appreciated how hard this crew worked --they took away a truck load plus a trailer of debris. ---My prior landscaping company just wasn't doing a good job, and there was more work built up than I realized (I kept giving the old company more chances..I now realize I should have moved on sooner).

I also offered to pay a bit more, as the Amera crew was out longer than they expected, and I recognized that they worked very hard. I worked out the payment adjustment with Amanda in the office. --One other detail that I appreciated --when blowing the yard, the Amera crew moved their truck and trailer over, and made sure to clean up any rocks that had blown into the street.

I also appreciate the office Amera office crew, as they know that I like to have particular folks out, e.g., Sal, and help me with that. Most of the times I work with Amanda on this, and I really appreciate how easy she makes it for me.
