We had a bees nest in the tree in our front yard. Called Ambassador and they were out the next morning to take care of the situation. They found over 1,000 bees and killed them as well as sealing up the nest. They were efficient and got the job accomplished. So thankful as we live near a park and a school. We were worried about kids in the neighborhood being stung.  Thank you so much for getting the job done.

Zach is awesome! He is very knowledgable, affordable and doesn't have contracts. He's organized and has never needed to reschedule or not show up. We have our primary residence and our rental house and Zach is prompt to come to either one when we call him. We had to call him on a Friday because we found some ants at our rental and had someone checking in on a Saturday. He came Saturday morning and the renters were none-the-wiser because they were all gone by the time they arrived. He's incredibly thorough and considerate. He came once while our baby was asleep and he was quiet and polite. I'm not sure there's anyone friendlier either. We highly recommend Zach for your pest control needs!

Power Strike is the BEST pest control company that I have ever experienced working with in Chandler, AZ.  Austin really knows and understands the bug/pest control business and I recommend his services to everyone I know.  Very dependable and personalized services offered.  For example, my daughter lives in an area that is highly populated with scorpions.  She used a well known pest control company prior to Power Strike and did not notice a difference.  After she began using Power Strike it was very apparent that this company/owner knows what they are doing to alleviate pest problems.  To date, if she see's ONE scorpion or spider she is terrified and Austin has personally come out to to her property to ensure that she is happy.  Now she rarely see's any terrifying pests, which of course makes her mother happy (as I do not receive calls from her or my grandchild about being scared anymore)! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

These guys spent more time than any other pest control companies I have ever used and explained why they were doing what they were.  I would be very surprised if we see any bugs or scorpions

Had an appointment with these guys we booked weeks ago. No call no show. Attempted to call, text, email and even sent them a message on yelp. Still no reply. Very disappointing

I met Meechee K, owner of Honey Horizons, through the Phoenix and west valley beekeeping community. I have, and continue to, use her services as a bee keeping mentor. I also purchased my first nucleus colony from her and that colony is healthy and going strong.  As a mentor she shares all that she knows and is always looking to educate herself in current and reliable bee keeping methods. She never rushes the time she spends with me whether in person or on the phone. I expect she is the same with her removal clients. She willing shares her knowledge with her clients.  Meechee K is professional, conscientious and always works with integrity. I highly recommend her services. It's best to remove and relocate bees. It benefits everyone.

Hired Tyler with Axis Pest  (602-315-5936) to cure our infestation of Ear Wigs. He promptly scheduled a visit with us and eradicated the problem. Quite a meticulous and  courteous young man. Very pleased with the results.

I signed a contract with Jeff to clean off the roofs, coat the roof to protect from pigeon droppings and trap the pigeons for two months.
they never showed up for the two additional months. I threatened small court claim against them. Jeff said he had a personal issue and was unable to come back. However, they did come back but did not get rid of all the pigeons. I had a roofer out to replace some tile and the roofers told me there was a lot of pigeon droppings on the roof and they had to clean the areas where they installed new roof tile.
There still are a few pigeons on the roof but I believe that they have returned after Jeff got rid of the original pigeons.
I don't think I got what I paid for and would never hire them again.

I almost stepped on a rattlesnake walking into work this morning. I don't know why they were there, but there was a Barton's pest control truck right there. They not only scooped this thing up and took it away. They also offered me a seat in the shade to calm down. I won't forget this ever. Thank you so much and if I ever need an exterminator...I'm calling you.

Horrible, unethical company. Art, who I presume is the owner, REFUSED, to perform a bid on our house simply becuase my husband works for the competition. Not only did he refuse to do the bid, he then bashed the company my husband works for. I have never encountered this level of unprofessionalism with ANY service person who we have worked with in the past. Art needs to take a lesson or two in customer service. He will no go far in the industry bashing other companies.

These people harass the crap out of you.  They never sent a bill (apparently they had the email wrong), never let me know the service was done, and then kept calling, emailing, etc. Once the bill was received, on 2/11, I paid it THAT DAY via e bill pay at my bank. By 2/16 they had already contacted me on three separate occasions wondering where their money was.  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. WORST EVER. Didnt even help the situation they were supposed to help which was a fly problem that is everywhere in Queen Creek.

I paid 965.00 to rodent proof my house and the work done by Rodent Proof was sloppy...I would not recommend this company.  When sealing up the house they missed spots so rodents could easily access the house again and they did....

I called and was put on hold and finally hung up after a very long time.  I then went into their web site and filled out the information to get an estimate.  They have never followed through. This has a few weeks ago.  I called again and was put on hold again.  After 5 minutes I hung up.   This is very disappointing because I have referred Amera to people in the past.  I have talked to other people and they have had various problems with Amera.  I have moved on and contacted another company.
