Bernie is a true professional. My fiancee got in touch with Bernie last week regarding a bee issue we came across in our backyard. Bernie was able to come out the same day to access the situation and take action. The following day our bee problem was gone. Bernie was persistent after the service with follow ups to check on the bees and even came back out to do a thorough check. His price was extremely reasonable as well. I highly recommend this business.

Zach is awesome! He is very knowledgable, affordable and doesn't have contracts. He's organized and has never needed to reschedule or not show up. We have our primary residence and our rental house and Zach is prompt to come to either one when we call him. We had to call him on a Friday because we found some ants at our rental and had someone checking in on a Saturday. He came Saturday morning and the renters were none-the-wiser because they were all gone by the time they arrived. He's incredibly thorough and considerate. He came once while our baby was asleep and he was quiet and polite. I'm not sure there's anyone friendlier either. We highly recommend Zach for your pest control needs!

We bought the Groupon to try their service and are extremely happy.  We are going to now just use their service instead of shopping around.  They have a First Responder, Veteran, and Military discount which is much appreciated in our household.  The tech that came out was so friendly and informative!  Highly recommend using this business, you won't be disappointed.

I met Meechee K, owner of Honey Horizons, through the Phoenix and west valley beekeeping community. I have, and continue to, use her services as a bee keeping mentor. I also purchased my first nucleus colony from her and that colony is healthy and going strong.  As a mentor she shares all that she knows and is always looking to educate herself in current and reliable bee keeping methods. She never rushes the time she spends with me whether in person or on the phone. I expect she is the same with her removal clients. She willing shares her knowledge with her clients.  Meechee K is professional, conscientious and always works with integrity. I highly recommend her services. It's best to remove and relocate bees. It benefits everyone.

Just wanted to share an extremely bad experience I've had with this company. My wife called to schedule an appointment to get a house sprayed we just purchased as were wanting to spray the inside before we move in. Apparently there was a miscommunication somewhere because we wrote down Friday the 22 for our appointment but Thursday night we stop by the house we haven't moved into and see a bill on the door hat charged our account. I called to get the inside rescheduled and spoke with the owner/scheduler Christina. This woman is the most rude, angry person who could have easily just rescheduled but began yelling at me saying I called your wife yesterday now, we answer our phones every time even for those this is a final attempt calling about your student loans with no loans type of people. We were at the Home Depot purchasing so EASILY could've ran back to the house to open the door. Anyways I told Christina we had no missed calls and she turned it into an opportunity to say tell you're accusing me of not calling when you were the ones who didn't answer the door. Uhhhh, okay because it was written down wrong and we didn't get any communication... so I told the woman all we're trying to do is reschedule because we want the inside sprayed and advised her she needs to calm down because she's at work not me, I'M THE CUSTOMER bringing her business... ok so we get through that little spat and she says okay I'll schedule Thursday the 29th I went to look at the calendar to see the 29th was on a Friday!  So I tell her, maybe that's why my wife wrote Friday on our calendar. This woman hung up and won't answer my calls. So since I didn't get the service I was looking for, and by the looks of her not answering probably WONT get the service i was looking for corrected I'd tell everyone to run, run as far away as you can!

Hired Tyler with Axis Pest  (602-315-5936) to cure our infestation of Ear Wigs. He promptly scheduled a visit with us and eradicated the problem. Quite a meticulous and  courteous young man. Very pleased with the results.

I almost stepped on a rattlesnake walking into work this morning. I don't know why they were there, but there was a Barton's pest control truck right there. They not only scooped this thing up and took it away. They also offered me a seat in the shade to calm down. I won't forget this ever. Thank you so much and if I ever need an exterminator...I'm calling you.

Horrible, unethical company. Art, who I presume is the owner, REFUSED, to perform a bid on our house simply becuase my husband works for the competition. Not only did he refuse to do the bid, he then bashed the company my husband works for. I have never encountered this level of unprofessionalism with ANY service person who we have worked with in the past. Art needs to take a lesson or two in customer service. He will no go far in the industry bashing other companies.

1st time they claimed to have come out but my wife was inside waiting for them & there was no flyer on the door as they claimed there would be. They preset appointments on your behalf. When I would call to change them, had major difficulties reaching a person during business hours. One of the techs even accidentally sprayed me with the poison!

Found it extremely difficult to get away even after my contract was up. After canceling 2X they continued to set up appointments. Only one tech performed well in over a year. I kept requesting him and they would assure me it would be, then another inadequate tech would show up and do a poor job. Avoid!

I paid 965.00 to rodent proof my house and the work done by Rodent Proof was sloppy...I would not recommend this company.  When sealing up the house they missed spots so rodents could easily access the house again and they did....

Nightmare AGAIN! Guess it's mostly my own fault but I'm from a land of giving the benefit of the doubt. Anyways, I already have a poor review on Yelp for Amera from a couple of years ago. After I left that one, a manager contacted us and agreed to come out and spray for free. Great. Wasn't thrilled with it even though it was free but whatever, THAT bad review was due to their horrible office practices.

So, some time has passed and I had been seeing their trucks in my neighborhood again and I decided to give them yet another try. Called and set up an appointment for Wednesday, 08/30/17, and was given the 2:00 pm-4:00 pm time frame. Specifically told the office appointment scheduler girl that I would need closer to 3:00 due to having to go pick my daughter up from school on the other side of town. I was told o.k., that's fine, won't be a problem, if you're not home they can always start in the yard until you get back. Great.
As I was leaving my subdivision to go pick up my daughter I see the Amera truck heading towards my house (roughly 2:09 pm). Call them and he has no knowledge of any notes regarding my needing closer to 3:00, etc. and now says that he can't start without someone home, but that's fine, he'll wait. I arrive back home, leave my garage open and walk to the front door to let him in. He (Ed) starts going on and on and on and on and on about how he's not supposed to sit idle in his truck for too long and at a certain time he's supposed to leave and he could have went to the following appointment and made it back or something along those lines.... I can't even explain how aggravating it was to have HIM basically reprimanding ME, the CUSTOMER about THEIR booking practices. Telling me that I have to be stern with the scheduler and if they say 2:00 and I need closer to 3:00 be like NO, I HAVE TO HAVE CLOSER TO 3:00!!! Telling me about other appointments and this and that and all the while he's pretty much haphazardly spraying. I mean I did see him physically go up my stairs so I THINK he sprayed but downstairs my dinning area was not sprayed, my living room area was barely sprayed--- I asked if he had already done the backyard to which he replied that he had but he didn't sweep some of the webs due to them being between my plant stands (which btw there is PLENTY of room in between and no other exterminator, including them previously, has ever had an issue with sweeping ALLLLL of the webs, even between plant stands!!). He also said he did the garage but there were no sticky pad things left and no wet spots like there usually is.

The amount of times during the entire appointment he went on and on and on about what I need to do when I book and how I need to talk to their schedulers and how when this happens it screws up other appointments and so on and so forth was mind blowing. I literally heard it 15 times. No exaggeration!

Bottom line is don't waste your time. Something has obviously happened and they have such a turn over of techs and schedulers and whoever else. And if I call to schedule my appointment and I let it be known the time I need it closer to and I'm told that it should be fine, WHAT MORE AM I SUPPOSED TO DO??????? I don't care about the office issues. I don't care about how you aren't supposed to sit idle in your truck for too long. I don't need to, as a PAYING CUSTOMER, hear about it over and over and over and over and over and over and over again. I don't need to be told how to book an appointment and what to 'make sure' to say or do. I called to have an exterminator come to my house and spray. Spray THOROUGHLY inside and THOROUGHLY outside (including the garage), cleaning up/sweeping up any and all webs, etc.

I received plenty of what I didn't want and not enough of what I actually thought I was paying for!!

**As a side note, I was told it's their policy to arrive 10-15 minutes early. This didn't happen and maybe if it had, there might have been a different outcome in that I could have at least been there while he sprayed inside. I could have paid him and after I left he could have done outside. Like I said, this didn't happen and I got the feeling that he was going on and on and on to cover his own ass and the fact that he wasn't 'early/on time'. The comment about after 10 or 15 minutes if somebody isn't home they have to leave or something like that was strange since he arrived to my home about 10 minutes after 2:00 and left a voice mail on my HOME phone at 2:12. I had just passed him at 2:09 so I know for a fact that he didn't arrive 'early'. I was home and then I had to leave to go pick my daughter up from school which was the exact reason I told the booking person that I needed CLOSER TO 3:00!!!

It was excruciating and I'll never do it again!!
