Our chain link fence needed a repair ; most companies wouldn't have bothered, but Mr. Guzman came and fixed it for us !  Vet happy with this company. Thanks for your help, sir !

We live in a gated community with property managers who had to be hounded for three months to get the company out to program the gates so we, our guests, and contractors could get in the place.
Yesterday they finally called Galaxy and today Tom from Galaxy showed up and fixed everything.  He was very professional, courteous and even called us at 5:30p this evening to make sure everything was in order.

These guys are absolutely great! We have worked with them at two separate properties to install mesh pool fences. They are responsive, efficient and always willing to talk through all of your options before they install. We also had a repair on one fence and they came out same day and got it taken care of.  I have recommended this company to a couple friends and they have all had great experiences. I would highly encourage anyone to use A Safe Pool when looking to install a pool fence!

Responsive and prompt. Final product is great and works easily. Preston explained everything clearly and asked before he made any adjustments to make the gate opener work. Would use again and recommend for anyone looking for a simple upgrade to their garage/gate.

Had water coming into the house after some pretty rough storms, I went to Angie's list to find help on a Friday, we were going out of town on that following Tuesday.

Anthony contacted me within minutes of my inquiry, was at my house within the hour, and had an estimate for us within 2 hours.

Given my individual situation, he moved some things around to ensure that we were taken care of prior to leaving town for vacation.

I cannot put a price on the peace of mind this allowed me while away.

His crew showed up on time, worked efficiently and diligently to repair our roof. The price was fair if not more than fair. The effort was a above and beyond as was the communication.

I % recommend these guys. They won't bandaid your roof, they will repair it. maybe that isn't what you think you want but, trust me, it is definitely what you need.

10/10 all the way around.

I had a really fantastic experience with Tom! We had already started to modernize our plain brick home in Scottsdale by painting the brick to be grey, getting rid of the grass and putting in some concrete pavers.... I just was so torn on what to do with the rest. I had spoken to several other landscapers who either would never get back to me or quote me way out of my budget. From the beginning, Tom asked what my budget was, and stuck to it, offering me a bunch of different options on types of plant and rock to help with cost. I am SO happy with everything that he did - he does welding and built us a custom 5' x 20' privacy wall out front! And custom steel planter boxes. I've gotten so many compliments already. I'm planning to have him do my backyard next spring hopefully as well. Oh not to mention the whole project was completed n 3-4 days. Seriously impressed with everything.

As one of the previous reviews states having an issue with lack of communication.  I stopped in the showroom to discuss the design of a new front entry door.   After selecting a door I was told the salesperson would be in touch to schedule an appointment for measurements, etc.  It was TWO months later that I received a call back if I was still interested in the door and did I want to schedule an appointment.  Poor customer service!!!

If you want to see zero results this is the company that you should use.  I had cash in hand ready to pay for the estimate provided but 30 days went by without a call or email back.  I left multiple messages.  I do not know how companies stay in business when they can easily pass up on a $2500 sale.  Don't waste your time with an at-home estimate because that might be the only time you see them at your home
