Our chain link fence needed a repair ; most companies wouldn't have bothered, but Mr. Guzman came and fixed it for us !  Vet happy with this company. Thanks for your help, sir !

We live in a gated community with property managers who had to be hounded for three months to get the company out to program the gates so we, our guests, and contractors could get in the place.
Yesterday they finally called Galaxy and today Tom from Galaxy showed up and fixed everything.  He was very professional, courteous and even called us at 5:30p this evening to make sure everything was in order.

I was in search of a pool fence to keep my toddler safe and after speaking to JP at A Safe Pool I knew this was my best option.  JP was extremely knowledgeable and not salesy in the least.  When it was the day to install the guys were here right on time and were very courteous.  The fence looks great and I am very happy with the service A Safe Pool provided.  I highly recommend.

Responsive and prompt. Final product is great and works easily. Preston explained everything clearly and asked before he made any adjustments to make the gate opener work. Would use again and recommend for anyone looking for a simple upgrade to their garage/gate.

Had water coming into the house after some pretty rough storms, I went to Angie's list to find help on a Friday, we were going out of town on that following Tuesday.

Anthony contacted me within minutes of my inquiry, was at my house within the hour, and had an estimate for us within 2 hours.

Given my individual situation, he moved some things around to ensure that we were taken care of prior to leaving town for vacation.

I cannot put a price on the peace of mind this allowed me while away.

His crew showed up on time, worked efficiently and diligently to repair our roof. The price was fair if not more than fair. The effort was a above and beyond as was the communication.

I % recommend these guys. They won't bandaid your roof, they will repair it. maybe that isn't what you think you want but, trust me, it is definitely what you need.

I am theFacility Manager for our church. Our property is on a hill and had some drainage problems. I contacted Tom from a reference from a neighbor. He corrected the flooding problem we were having with the neighbors at a cost far below other estimates. He is knowledgeable in grading and drainage issues. We have also used his service for major tree trimming and he has saved some of our trees we had some concern with. The last project was replacing gravel in our parking lot islands and frontage. His bid was competitive and the service and clean up completion was beyond my expectations. We will use his expertise and service in the future. Quality work, responsive service and reasonable price.

I will keep this short and sweet. We are planning on a lot more iron work and some Cantera work at our homes (2 homes on property), however we will not be choosing Rustic Decor for this work!!

I had a terrible time working with this company. Had them redo a couple iron doors for me on a big remodel. They scheduled with me 3 times to pick up the doors and on the 4th they finally made it out after numerous calls and waiting for them. When I finally received the doors back the install was horrible. They burned the 50k hard wood floors with the sparks from their grinders,installed the hinges so far from straight it was laughable and the welds looked like a kid did them. They send out a guy to fix them and took him over 8 hours of work to try and make them look better. In the quote they stated that the doors needed powder coating. But then let me know they where actually painted. When I received the bill they would not deduct the powder coating but charged me hundreds more because he said they had more time involved then they thought. We ended up settling on a lesser number after numerous go arounds with the owner. Stay away from this company and their bad work.
