Grease Monkey Garage Door & Gates

We had the best experience with Grease Monkey. Our security sensors stopped working so our garage door wasn't closing. Knowing this was the case, as they were recently replaced by A1 Garage, we asked A1 to come out and service them. A1 tried to tell us it was an issue with our springs and door and then proceeded to sell us both brand new. Please see my review on A1 Garage Door for more on that. Shady company. Anyways, I had a feeling that wasn't the case and asked Grease Monkey to come take a look. The owner walked my fiancé through several possibilities over the phone before he scheduled us, so we knew what to expect. Our tech Aaron found the issue almost immediately (sensors not installed correctly) and fixed us up. He was fast, honest, and friendly. He even offered a DIY suggestion for some cosmetic repairs we needed done to the door. If I could give this company 10 stars I would. We are absolutely going to be return customers!

I have had both my garage door motors replaced as well as the door gaskets by Grease Monkey. These guys are great. Prompt, professional and responsive. I had one service call on the equipment installed. Same excellent customer experience. I wish all the contractors I have dealt with were this good.

Brian at Grease Monkey Garage Door saved our Christmas! We arrived back to our house at 6pm on Christmas Eve to find that we were locked out. The power (and backup battery) to the garage door opener were out, and the garage door was the ONLY way to get into the house. Before breaking a window to get in, I made a desperate call to see if anyone might have a better idea...

To my surprise, Brian actually picked up the phone at 6:30pm on Christmas Eve! I explained the situation and, even though I heard children in the background and he was obviously enjoying a Christmas Eve with his family, he told me he would be right over.

This guy cared enough to answer his phone, take time away from his own Christmas, and help another family in need. Brian is a top notch professional, and an overall good guy. I highly recommend!

I hired Grease Monkey to do a large job with 3 custom sized garage doors. They came in the lowest between all my bids. They were on time and everything is perfect!

The garage door that came with my house originally was junk so I called Grease Monkey. Brian gave me a quote over the phone. The very next day Aaron called and said he was in his way, very professional. Aaron arrived on time, prepared and worked through the day in the heat. This guy took no breaks and was dedicated to his work. I admired his work ethic and he was very friendly, committed and I could tell he took pride in his work. He explained all the features of my equipment and asked me my preferences. Aaron didn't leave until the job was done. He cleaned up the mess and hauled off my old door.
