Baby Guard of Arizona

I called Baby Guard and Chris Rhein showed up within a day or two of my original call and provided an attractive quote.  I had to wait a few weeks before I could give Chris the green light, yet he waited patiently and let me know the quote was firm and not to worry about the timing.  When I did pull the trigger, Darryl did the actual installation.  He did it quickly and professionally.  Although I believe they needed to install a couple of more poles than called for in the original job order, Chris honored the quote without question.

Both of these guys were pleasant, professional, and more than proficient.  I highly recommend Baby Guard of AZ if you need a pool fence.

When we moved to Scottsdale 4 years ago the home we moved in to already had a baby guard gate around the pool and it was perfect for helping to keep a safe space for our two year old. We recently moved to a new home in Scottsdale and immediately called to get a baby guard gate installed! Chris was amazing and did a great job consulting us with getting the new gate to meet what we needed and then installing it. It looks fantastic and I know our kids will be able to be safe.

We called a few companies to get estimates/learn about their pool fencing, but we immediately stopped the search when we met Chris.  He came over promptly, gave us a very reasonable estimate, informed us how his mesh fence work and gave us great advice on color and shape. He was out there installing it only a week later. I was nervous about the fence being an eye sore in our backyard, but I couldn't be happier w the outcome. It's incredibly subtle, and most importantly, safe for kids and dogs near our pool! Super grateful!

My family and extended family have done business with Baby Guard for many years.  I had a Baby Guard fence installed at my house after a tragic drowning of one of our older, smaller dogs.  My parents also had a Baby Guard installed due to grandkids and smaller, older dogs.  The install process and scheduling process was excellent.  The fence remains in great shape and continues to protect our family and pets.  We would, without hesitation, get another Baby Guard Fence.

Tony came out March 20,2019 and gave quote. I gave him $1500 deposit written out to Baby Guard and he cashed it that day. Doesn't answer phone. Found out headquarters is located in Florida and did not help. New management in Arizona sounded like they were willing to help and came out and measured. They said they would get back to me. They sure did and all they said I'm soooooo sorry. Don't use Baby Guard or you will be sooooo sorry.

Baby Guard of Arizona is under new management.  Chris Rhein is the new owner and based on our recent experience, I would strongly recommend Baby Guard to install your next pool fence.  We called Baby Guard and a number of other local Phoenix pool fence companies to give us an estimate to install a new pool fence using the fence pole holes that were already drilled into our pool's deck.  Baby Guard was the only company that was willing to actually visit our home and evaluate what it would take to install a new fence in the existing fence pole holes.  Chris Rhein did a very thorough inspection of what needed to be done, reviewed all of our options, and then gave us a very competitive bid. The pool fence was installed by Mr. Rhein and Daryl on the day Chris promised to do the installation.  Both gentlemen were very professional and the work was done quickly and looks great.  I would strongly recommend Baby Guard of Arizona for any pool fence installation.

Babyguard Phoenix Arizona is under new management. Bob was the original installer and was great! Tony took over and was horrible, he never showed up, he stole money from people and never did the job correctly. BabyGuard Phoenix is now under New Management! Oh Tony Tony Tony, where do I begin. Well it's been almost a year and we just completed our fence.  You came out and did a quote and we were all set. Once our pool was in it took you FOREVER to come out and have our fence put in. Well the first thing was we had agreed upon a layout of the fence. Well, after the tile broke we had to stop. We then had our stone replaced and it took months to get you back out. Oh wait your drill broke and we had to wait for a replacement. Oh and your daughter was sick or had to do this or that and no show after no shows. So we finally get the tile fixed and had you come out after multiple no shows to then having the tension be too tight. So, AGAIN no fence!!!! Mind you I have 3 little kids and went all summer and fall without a fence. So we have you come out again after multiple no shows and we decide to move the layout so there's not an angle and you don't have a part so now the waiting game.  You should have known it wouldn't have worked. Oh wait more no shows and then today you finally came after you said we were your first appointment in the morning. Well you showed up at 1 ish and began to do the job. You did the job poorly having the mesh on the tile which we have to have you fix. You fixed it and then charged us for a freaking house call!!!!! Are you kidding me!!!!!! $150 for your mistakes. I will NEVER recommend you ever. I am not sure how you still have a job. We were very nice and understanding but come on. It's called a JOB! WORK!!!!!!!

Ordered a pool fence but he never showed up for installation or returned my calls. Horrible service.

I had an appointment scheduled for Tony to give me a pool fence estimate.   He never showed up.

I have had my Baby Guard fence for 6 years. Two weeks ago we had an issue with our fence. Bob at Baby Guard took care of us like we owned our fence for a week. I recommend this company to anyone looking for a fence.  The warranty is outstanding.

Update...  The guy called us a few weeks after he was suppose to show up and told us that he didn't show up because he had a stroke.  And as far as the cost of the new lock, he had admitted that he mistakenly  quoted us the price of a different lock and agreed that the price we paid at Home Depot was reasonable.

We had Baby Gaurd install a pool fence to meet the State Foster requirements.  We were very impressed by the immediate response, quality install and customer service.  We have people over with small children and have a peace of mind with this safety feature.  Thank you Baby Gaurd....we recommend your product and service to others.

Called twice for an estimate. Spoke with Tony. He said he was on vacation and would callback after the weekend.  No callback. After a week I called again.  No return call. I guess they don't want my business.
